[00:00:00]  You know, California has just voted to become a sanctuary state.
[00:00:10]  Now, Lieutenant Colonel, maybe you could explain how can a state vote to disobey basically the basic federal laws.
[00:00:26]  You know, there is a movement in California, Pastor, as you may well know, to leave the Union.
[00:00:32]  And I think that that will probably gain momentum in the wake of that particular decision to, yes, they want to make themselves aside.
[00:00:42]  You know, that throws out the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.
[00:00:45]  It says what doesn't belong to the federal government certainly belongs to the states.
[00:00:49]  And so what we found is that these radicals, certainly on the left coast, have taken over everything from San Diego all the way up into Northern California.
[00:00:59]  You know, maybe the San Andreas Fault's going to rumble and it's all going to fall into the sea.
[00:01:05]  They certainly have some very, very serious issues.
[00:01:09]  And I'm afraid that that's going to be fanned by the likes of George Soros' money.
[00:01:13]  It's going to be get Antifa.
[00:01:15]  We've seen it Berkeley lately.
[00:01:17]  We've seen the whole idea that nation states that are sovereign are going to be wiped away because that's what the globalists are all about.
[00:01:27]  They don't want us to have nation-states.
[00:01:29]  They want one world governance under their elite control.
[00:01:33]  And these people think they're genetically predisposed to be smarter than the rest of us, and therefore they can reimpose a feudalistic system which dictates everything that we consume and do.
[00:01:44]  They are worshiping themselves.
[00:01:48]  George Soros says, I think I'm a God.
[00:01:51]  He says this in his own biography.
[00:01:53]  And then he says, I might be a little mad, and I agree there.
[00:01:56]  But the reality is that these people are very, very powerful.
[00:02:00]  They're very influential.
[00:02:02]  They work with those that are against the nation state, against the values that we hold near and dear in this country.
[00:02:09]  And they're pushing.
[00:02:10]  They're pushing not only in this country, they're pushing abroad.
[00:02:14]  Soros was behind the 2015 tsunami of migrations, and the Prime Minister of Poland called him out, and he didn't deny that sort of thing.
[00:02:25]  We've got a geopolitical worldwide catastrophe on our hands.
[00:02:31]  It's bad here, but it's worse, I would argue, elsewhere in the world.
[00:02:34]  I've lived a period of time in California.
[00:02:37]  It is a beautiful climate and a beautiful place.
[00:02:39]  Beautiful.
[00:02:40]  And how can people continue to live in a complete state where murderers, people that do criminal activities, people that were supposed to be in prison, they're let out.

[00:03:02]  Even Chicago, which is a sanctuary city, this last weekend they were talking about how wonderful it is in Chicago.
[00:03:09]  And the big headline in the paper this weekend was 10 murdered in Chicago.
[00:03:15]  And it goes on and on.
[00:03:17]  It's like a war zone.
[00:03:20]  And I'm just concerned that whole cities are being corrupted.
[00:03:31]  What's really going on?
[00:03:32]  I mean, you talked about the deeper state.
[00:03:36]  And I'm telling you, I don't get it.
[00:03:40]  We used to have people that, like President Eisenhower and people that come up and say, we're not going to do this, you know, in a kind and a gentle way, but they had authority.
[00:03:52]  There's no authority in America.
[00:03:56]  What really is going on in this deep, deep, deep triple layer, I guess, state now?
[00:04:01]  Well, certainly, Pastor, you know, the whole third layer, as I described earlier, is very, very active.
[00:04:07]  And it may be that we are on the very precipice of the end times.
[00:04:12]  We may be right in the middle of it, hard to tell exactly, but it certainly is beginning to look like the time of Noah, right before the flood.
[00:04:21]  What's happening in Chicago, what's happening in Baltimore, not far from where I live in Washington, what's happening elsewhere in the country, we have people in positions of authority that are turning a blind eye to what is a clear responsibility to take the law to law violators.
[00:04:39]  Just up here in St. Louis, you know, the mayor, you know, to her credit said, we're not going to allow these lawbreakers to continue to destroy our city.
[00:04:50]  But yet we have an element in our country that's willing to do that.
[00:04:53]  We have an element in our world that has lost track as to accountability and responsibility for their own people and for their own nation and cities.
[00:05:03]  They've just, and you know, I talk about in the deeper state, these globalists want to destroy our borders.
[00:05:11]  They want to destroy, especially Christians.
[00:05:14]  They hate Christians.
[00:05:15]  They really do.
[00:05:16]  They're humanist.
[00:05:18]  They want to promote a lifestyle that is totally antichrist.
[00:05:23]  And that's what they're doing.
