[00:00:00]  You say to prepare and to occupy.
[00:00:06]  Would you help me with this?
[00:00:10]  You think that some people are seeing what is going on in the world, but they are procrastinating to get prepared.
[00:00:17]  Isn't that right?
[00:00:20]  It's easy to put things off, especially if you think we have more time.
[00:00:26]  And that thought that I put across where I say, occupy until I come, you know, until Jesus comes.
[00:00:34]  Noah occupied all the way up until the day it started to rain.
[00:00:39]  Okay?
[00:00:41]  And I say, finish getting prepared first.
[00:00:45]  If you've got some pet projects you want to do, those can wait because we don't know how much time we have.
[00:00:53]  That's right.
[00:00:53]  You know, a couple years ago, we all thought we had it down.
[00:00:57]  And then, of course, recently I did that story of the trilogy of Matthew 24, wherein all three of Matthew, Mark, and Luke, he warned us that we would go to sleep.
[00:01:09]  And he says, I don't want you to be caught unaware.
[00:01:12]  There's a suddenly coming.
[00:01:13]  Well, you know, if you think you know when it's going to happen, it's not a suddenly.
[00:01:19]  And let me tell you, I am at the point now where don't ask me when it's going to happen.
[00:01:24]  I just don't know.
[00:01:25]  But I know the Lord is saying, get prepared.
[00:01:29]  You know, and you know, I keep saying today, you know, it's in my DNA to help people prepare.
[00:01:38]  And my assignment, you know, I put in a recent one of my studies, if your assignment is easy to accomplish, it's probably not God's assignment.
[00:01:47]  Because in fact, God's assignment is going to be impossible.
[00:01:52]  God wants to give you an impossible assignment because he wants you to look to him to be able to accomplish it.
[00:02:00]  You see, Noah, when God said, Noah, I want you to build an ark, man, you look at what God asked Noah to do, and he would have said, God, that's impossible.

=== The Miracle of Obedience (01:29) ===

[00:02:11]  I can't do that.
[00:02:12]  But you know what?
[00:02:13]  I did that study, the miracle of obedience.
[00:02:16]  Noah said, yes, I'll do it.
[00:02:18]  I don't know how, but if you say, if you think I can do it, I'll do it.
[00:02:22]  And when Noah stepped up to the plate to do what God told him to do, God stepped up to the plate with him.
[00:02:31]  And miracles happened.
[00:02:32]  I mean, let's say it was 800-foot battleship-sized boat that Noah built.
[00:02:38]  I'm trying to tell you guys, too many of you are building rowboats when God wants you to build a bigger ark.
[00:02:44]  You've got to quit thinking about just your own immediate family.
[00:02:48]  You've got to start thinking about the lost that are surrounding you so that you're going to be able to minister and reach out to them.
[00:02:56]  And so this whole concept, the miracle of obedience, I originally sent Jim two pages of a paper that turned into six.
[00:03:06]  And it's like God just keeps giving me more and more about the miracle of obedience, the miracle of multiplication.
[00:03:14]  And the thought hit me, what are you going to do when more people show up at your house wanting a meal than what you were planning on?
[00:03:24]  What are you going to do?
[00:03:26]  Are you going to say, well, I'm sorry, we only have enough for our own group.
[00:03:30]  We can't feed you.
[00:03:32]  And the thought hit me that what we should do is we need to look to the word of God.
