[00:00:00]  And I keep hearing you, Dad, 20 years ago, you said that one day church members are going to be crying out, why did you lie to us?
[00:00:10]  Why did you tell us the truth?
[00:00:12]  Because they were ashamed to preaching the gospel because you say in your book, they're afraid that they're going to be mocked or be marked by being called radicals.
[00:00:23]  Right.
[00:00:24]  And watch.
[00:00:26]  technology age we live in has caused a lot of this fear.
[00:00:30]  See, Paul told Timothy, look, you need to quit being so timid.
[00:00:34]  God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind.
[00:00:38]  You're a man of God.
[00:00:39]  Stand up and be a man of God.
[00:00:41]  Right?
[00:00:42]  But now watch.
[00:00:43]  So here's what's happening.
[00:00:45]  Some people might say, you know, pastors seemed to be bolder some decades ago.
[00:00:50]  Well, they were, and there's a whole lot of reasons why.
[00:00:53]  One of the reasons why they're not so bold now, a lot of them have been brought up generations of this dumbed-down teaching, and we've come from monkeys, and they've had to grapple with all that.
[00:01:03]  And they don't want to hurt people's feelings.
[00:01:04]  But here's the thing.
[00:01:05]  Social media, the internet.
[00:01:08]  Pastors know, Pastor Jim, pastors know that if they start saying anything that's the least bit controversial, somebody will build a website against you.
[00:01:20]  And then next thing, you know, media is going to be trashing you.
[00:01:23]  Next thing, your name is smeared all over the internet.
[00:01:26]  Listen, it's happened to me.
[00:01:27]  I've gotten to where I don't even care anymore.
[00:01:29]  I used to care.
[00:01:30]  Now I don't care.
[00:01:31]  Now it's so ridiculous and it's so ubiquitous, I don't even care anymore.
[00:01:35]  I just keep standing right here and I don't care.
[00:01:37]  And I'm not trying to be arrogant and I'm not trying to be trite about this.
[00:01:41]  It's just either I succumb to that spirit of fear and worry about what everybody thinks about me, or I preach the word, I write the books, I come on Pastor Jim's show because you're so gracious to Allah,
