If we ever forget that we're one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.
Where we are no longer a Christian nation.
I believe God is trying to say to this nation, I'm giving you one last merciful call.
Hello, everybody, and welcome to today's episode of Revelation in the News.
I'm Zach Drew.
And I'm Sasha Vols.
President Trump has been inaugurated, and the revolution has begun.
Prophet Rick Joyner recently gave a word, and I want to talk about this word with you.
I want to quote from him.
He said this.
He said, today, the geopolitical landscape of the world will change dramatically.
Actually, President Trump will begin his administration with a team unlike any we have seen since possibly the cabinet of George Washington.
The American Revolution was like no other revolution in history, being led by those who were the wealthiest and most successful in the nation.
They had the most to lose, but they had such a compelling vision of freedom and justice that they were compelled to risk it all.
And after five years of fighting the most powerful empire and military in the world and finally prevailing, the founding fathers continue to sacrifice their time and efforts to form and help establish the new government on a solid foundation.
You see, they served in their government not as a privilege, but as a duty, paying their own way with very few personal benefits.
It wasn't until the passing, until the passing of the founding fathers that the professional politicians began to gradually seize the U.S. government and gradually turn it into one of the most inefficient, dysfunctional governments in the world today.
And today, the wrestling of control of our government from the hands of the professional politicians, the self-seeking and self-serving, will begin as a new breed of leader takes over.
You know, Rick Joyner actually went on to say that virtually all of the top leaders in the Trump administration are making a great sacrifice to put what they have built into the hands of others so that they can serve their country.
You know, Donald Trump may be the first president we have had who is not beholden to any special interest groups, not even his own party establishment, which he also had to fight to win the office.
There are many liberals who disdain our new president's conservative values, and there are many conservatives who disdain him because he could not be controlled by them.
But one thing is certain.
He may be the first president we have had in a long time who can do what he thinks is the right thing to do for this country.
And today, today will be a historic day and has a very good chance of being one that future historians look back on as the beginning of the second American Revolution.
Today, 60-plus members of Congress will refuse to attend the inauguration and many Americans will refuse to even watch it.
You know, in one of his great speeches, Martin Luther King Jr. compared such to Rip Van Winkle.
As MLK said in that speech, the remarkable thing about Rip Van Winkle was not that he slept for 20 years, but that he slept through a great revolution.
Thank you, Rick Joyner, for that word.
You know, Sasha, I do feel like a great shift has taken place, where a revolution really has begun.
Absolutely.
What we have seen is the passing of power.
We went from one government that was completely bent on having everything go their way, completely destroying the American values, completely going against biblical values and taking away the church from Americans.
But now we're entering into a new season where we're going to see the church be able to have gatherings.
We're going to be able to see that the church is going to be uplifted in this new time.
And it's very exciting because we haven't, in our modern history, we haven't really seen the church really to its full potential.

And this is a season where we can start moving into it.
So it's exciting times.
You know, more is going to be exposed this year and in the next few years to come.
I don't think we've seen anything yet.
I mean, it really, it's going to be like the unveiling of darkness.
And we're going to be able to expose it with the light.
And as more things come to revelation of the darkness that was taking place behind the scenes in the political realm and whatever realm you want to talk about, it's simply going to just be fuel for these revolutionists' fire.
You know, like I said, darkness is going to be exposed.
Let's not forget that famous fireman, Mark Taylor, when everybody thought he gave this word about Donald Trump becoming president.
Oh, he's crazy.
That'll never happen.
Well, now he's being revered as a man who hears from God.
And if that part of the prophecy was accurate, we can't forget about the other part of that prophecy that he said was going to take place.
You know, in that prophecy, he said that during the next presidency, five Supreme Court justices are going to be changed.
He said that one, or he said in this, not necessarily in the next presidency, but in this time coming forward, he said one is going to die.
That we don't quite expect.
We don't anticipate him dying.
And who is that?
Justice Scalia.
Justice Scalia.
Because a lot of people said, well, hey, you know, he's probably not going to die first.
There's lots of other Supreme Court justices that are, well, much older than he is.
Absolutely.
But that wasn't expected.
And that was a part of his prophecy.
But he also said, number two, was that the second one was going to retire.
Retire.
So there's two.
But the crazy part is this.
Yeah.
Three.
Three of those Supreme Court justices.
Do you remember what he said about those?
He said they were going to be caught in a scandal and they're going to have to be removed.
And so seeing that and seeing just with the one, the one Supreme Court justice with Justice Scalia, his death came so unexpectedly.
And now we're seeing, if everything plays out like the rest of it, we're going to have up to five Supreme Court justices replaced within this upcoming season.
Yeah, and I think that, you know, so more, expect more leaks to happen.
And we're going to find out that some of our Supreme Court justices were involved in some dirty stuff.
So dirty that they have to be kicked off of this.
Three of them are going to have to be kicked off of the Supreme Court.
Wow.
Now, can you imagine whenever Donald Trump is in there and he has the ability to sit five Supreme Court justices?
I mean, a revolution has taken place.

Change is happening.
And I just can't be more excited.
You know, I recently, not recently, actually, it was about two years ago on the Jim Baker show, they asked me to write a blog.
And I wrote about it, and I wrote not about the American Revolution, but another type of revolution that was taking place around the Civil War time period.
And I drew some parallels of what I was seeing two years ago about a soon revolution that I thought was going to happen.
I was writing about this, like I said, two years ago.
And it's incredible to see how it's starting to come to fruition today.
I want to read it for you today.
The first part is actually a small history lesson on where in the world did liberal media begin.
Let me read it for you.
I wrote this blog two years ago.
Where did liberal media start?
Liberal media began in the 1820s.
During that time, a political party was founded, in part, by Martin Van Buren, in part, as a result of the Missouri Compromise.
The sole purpose of this political party was to promote their own agenda and propaganda.
And one of their main goals was to simply avert civil war.
Now, the way they decided to go about this was by never talking about slavery.
They simply didn't want to talk about it out of sight, out of mind.
That was their goal.
This political party also offered to reward people running for political office, promoting their party and agenda.
Reward them.
Financially, reward them.
It was a frustrating thing for me to realize how this was against everything that America stood for.
We had a political party that was simply trying to buy people out.
To help promote this party's agenda, they founded dozens and dozens of newspaper outlets.
How interesting.
They founded dozens and dozens of newspaper outlets all across the United States.
These newspapers reported only on news for their candidates and political positions.
Nothing was ever printed about the opposing side or views.
This was a completely biased news source.
But you see, something happened in the 1860s, the Civil War, another type of revolution.
People just got straight fed up with the news that they were receiving.
They wanted to know where the generals were and where the battles were being fought.
They wanted to know if their loved one had died.
The people were crying out for facts.
Something was taking place.
They started crying out for facts because the American people stood up and simply demanded for the true facts.
That is exactly what they got.
And from 1865 to roughly 1955, our media became what it was originally created to be.
All news was reported giving both sides.
The directive of who, what, you know, where, when, and why was followed until it didn't anymore.
Somewhere down the road, we have once again become jaded.
The majority of our news outlets are reporting their own agenda.
But I feel history repeating itself again.
Whether it is at the local coffee shop listening to people talk, in church or in the break room, wherever I go, I can feel there is something brewing in Americans.
They are starting once again to cry out for true news, for true facts.
I think we are literally on the wave of experiencing another revolution, a similar revolution that they experienced in the 1860s.
There is a war right now in America.
We are more divided than we have ever been.
And we know that the scripture Jesus says, a kingdom divided, it ends in ruin.
Now is the time for America to stand up together once again, as in the 1860s.
Now is the time to cry out for truth.
And I believe that is what we're seeing right now.
Absolutely.
And especially with President Donald Trump, where he's calling out these media outlets.
He's saying, you're fake news.
But that's the truth.
Nobody believes it anymore.
Nobody can just watch the news objectively and say, okay, take it for face value.
You have to dig into everything because there's an agenda with everything that's being put on the screen nowadays.
But that's where the people, we are rising up right now.
That's why there's so many alternative news outlets like Revelation in the News, like so many others of our other shows out there.
But there are so many people crying out, what is really happening in our country?
What is going on?
We want to know the facts.
We don't want to know your opinion or the commentators' opinions.
We just want to know what's happening.
Give us truth.
And I think that's such a good word for right now, Zach, because, and you wrote that two years ago, which is amazing to see that you were able to recognize that back then, two years ago, really before any of this was really taking off in the way it is now.
And you were able to call that out the way it is.
And we have entered the season where truth is being, or the lies and deceit is being exposed.
It's all coming out.
And we're entering a time where truth is coming out and people are going to know what's really going on behind closed doors.
Absolutely.
You know, and that's why Revelation in the news, this show, we want to be one of your homes for alternative news.

You know, you need to have homes, homes for news that you can trust because there is a national distrust in mainstream media.
And I feel that mainstream media is on its deathbed right now.
They're on life support.
And the pulling of the plug, so to speak, I believe it's happening today.
I believe the pulling of the plug is Obama leaving the White House.
And there's something new.
There is something new and so exciting that's going to take place with media.
I'm excited.
You know, I want to end this broadcast.
If you could talk about that, that'd be great.

He gave, I just felt so encouraged.
I know you did too.
Yes.
So encouraged by a word.
So we're talking about politics, talking about what's happening in the world.
But this is a word for you for this year of 2017.
Right here, Rick Joyner on January 1st, 2017, a year of cleansing, restoration, and light.
There is a great and deep cleansing coming, and it will illuminate the many varied and destructive deceptions.
One of the most destructive deceptions has come by the clutter in our lives that is consuming our potential fruitfulness with meaningless activities and things that do not profit.
There is grace to face this mountain for this year and see it moved.
I saw a closet that was so full that you could not get into it.
And when the light turned on, it was still hard to see anything.
As our prayer life in scripture is compared to a closet, the prayer lives of so many people have become, much like many of our closets, so full of clutter that it's hard to even get into them and hard to find what we even need.
There is grace this year to clean out your closets, to bring peace and order to our lives, and to find the place and relationship we are called to have in the Lord.
This will be revolutionary.
And he continues, he says, as revealed in scripture, one of the enemy's basic strategies against God's people is to wear out the saints, is to wear out the saints, is to wear you out.
The clutter and meaningless stuff and activities in our lives are not benign, but are robbing us of some of the most important things in life.
He went on by saying, As we remove this clutter this year in 2017, as we remove this clutter, we will see more light and have more of the abundant life we were called to.
That abundant life will mostly come through greater freedom, light, and relationships with the Lord and those we are called to walk with in this life.
That's awesome.
This can be your year.
I am so excited.
I am just excited today.
I'm excited about what's happening in the world.
And it looks like we're out of time for today.

It's a great year and it's exciting.
So make sure you take the time to really get deeper with the Lord this year.
Figure out what's in your life.

It's just if it's a distraction, if it's taking you away from God, if it's taking your time, sometimes it's just taking your time away from the things that matter in your life.
Figure out what those things are and push them aside.
Get them out of your life for this year because there's so much coming.
It's an exciting year.
We're moving into a new season, but get all of the junk out of your life so you can focus on what you're called to do.
