Turkey's Warning: World War III?
00:12:00
|
|
| Hello, everybody, and welcome to today's episode of Revelation in the News. | |
| I'm your host, Zach Drew. | |
| I'm your host, Sasha Vols. | |
| And I'm Andrew Bellers. | |
| It's good to be back with you today. | |
| It is Friday once again, and it is time for the week in review. | |
| The most important, most pressing matters that took place this week is what we're going to be discussing today. | |
| And by far, the most important topic that's been taking place this week is what's been happening in the Middle East. | |
| Sometimes it can seem a little bit confusing, but we've got to remember that what's taking place in the Middle East is not a game of checkers, okay? | |
| It really is, it's a chess match. | |
| And we're seeing, I've been seeing lots of things online that are we in World War III, is World War III about ready to start? | |
| And this is what I want to tell you: that if any of these four countries, the threats that they've been making, Russia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, or Turkey, if any of the threats that they've been making materialize, we will, in fact, we will be thrusted into World War III. | |
| Let's just go ahead and just jump right in here with what's happening in the Middle East. | |
| Russians prime minister, he warns, this is from RT News. | |
| The Russian prime minister warns the United States and he warns Saudi Arabia against starting a permanent war, he calls it, with ground intervention in Syria. | |
| It says that the Russian prime minister told the German media that sending foreign troops into Syria could unleash yet another war on earth. | |
| So they're saying basically right now with the tension that's in Syria, and really, you know, as we've talked about, Andrew, Russia really, really, it doesn't really seem so much that they're so concerned with ISIS as much as simply just upholding the Assad regime, you know, Assad, the leader of Syria. | |
| But they're warning right now, they're warning the United States, they're warning Saudi Arabia, they're warning the other Middle Eastern countries that if foot troops go into Syria for a ground invasion, that a world war will take place. | |
| And Turkey right now, they're actually trying to get their allies on board for a ground invasion as we speak. | |
| Yes, that's right, Zach. | |
| Actually, I have an article right here from Reuters that says Turkey seeks allies' support for ground operation as Syria war near its border. | |
| It says Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and some European allies want to ground troops deployed in Syria as a Russian-backed government advances near NATO's southeastern border, Turkey's foreign minister said. | |
| And they're also putting out, we don't wonder, we don't have to wonder if Turkey wants an invasion of Syria anymore. | |
| They are now coming out and openly saying it. | |
| That's right. | |
| And even something else happened in Turkey, or happened to Turkey just this week that is adding the tension. | |
| It's just more tender to this firebox. | |
| Yeah, this is an event that hasn't gotten, it doesn't seem nearly the news that it deserves, I think. | |
| And it was a terror attack in the Turkish capital. | |
| I have an article here that says an explosion targeting Turkish military buses carrying personnel killed at least 28 people and wounded 61 others in the capital city of Ankara Wednesday and what government officials call an intricately planned act of terror. | |
| If you look it up on the map, it's actually sometimes I know in the office we like to sort of see where everything is happening in the world and get the geology of the more political side so that we understand where these events are taking place. | |
| And if you look it up, The capital city, it's the capital city of Turkey, and you have an explosion here, and then you have the Department of Defense building is over here. | |
| It's like blocks away. | |
| It's just right there. | |
| And this is what Turkey's doing about it. | |
| Here's another article from RT News that says, Dozens of Turkish military vehicles cross Syria border, dig trenches. | |
| Was the report. | |
| It says Turkish military vehicles have crossed into a Kurdistani area in Syria, just over the border. | |
| A Kurdish news agency reported, adding that the troops started to dig a trench. | |
| Then it also says, now that I want to stop you right there, Let me tell you why that's scary because it's saying that Turkey has just now crossed the border. | |
| They're digging a trench actually across the border in Syria. | |
| So there is some, there is some movement right now that that's other than Syrian it's, it's Turkish people. | |
| And don't forget that the Russian prime minister said that if anybody invades Syria, that it's gonna, it's gonna release a permanent war. | |
| Yeah, and they're in there, they've crossed the border and they're also building a wall on the border. | |
| And they're citing this is because Turkey believes that this, this attack, this terror attack that happened in their capital city, was from Kurdish militia. | |
| And the Kurdish militia are saying no, it was ISIS, but either way, they know that it's from the area of Syria. | |
| And I think that this is so important in in our news today, because these small kinds of events that happen when you have so much pressure and so much stress, stress and tension building up, it's little things like this. | |
| Just one spark can create a forest fire. | |
| And when you look at history, when you look at World War One, it was a small event. | |
| There was a lot of tension, there's a lot of um, there's a lot of complication and things going on behind the scenes, but what it came down to was uh, Fran Ferdinand, who was the archduke that time of Hungary, or the son of the emperor of Hungary, was assassinated by someone from Serbia, a lone wolf, basically from a small militia group, and an entire world war was sparked because of one very small event. | |
| So these are the kind of events I think that we have to be aware of. | |
| Let me read this next article from you. | |
| This comes from our friend, Michael Snyder, who we actually had the opportunity to speak with yesterday. | |
| Uh, concerning this very uh matter. | |
| It says this World War III could start this month. | |
| This month, 350 000 soldiers in Saudi Arabia stand ready to invade Syria. | |
| Right now we know that if they go into Syria, it will start a world war. | |
| Listen to this incredible article. | |
| It says that this will be the largest military exercise in the history of the region. | |
| Right now, it's actually already begun this military exercise that's happening in Saudi Arabia. | |
| Saudi Arabia has 20 other countries participating in this. | |
| The largest military exercise in the history of all of the Middle East is taking place Right now. | |
| And it comes amid rumors that Saudi Arabia and Turkey are preparing for a massive ground invasion of Syria, the start of World War III. | |
| Is World War III going to start this month? | |
| I have no idea. | |
| What I'm doing is I'm presenting you with the facts that if they do cross that border, if they do go through Iraq and into the southern Syria, it will start World War III. | |
| Right now, as we speak, 350,000 foot soldiers are gathering. | |
| 20,000 tanks, 2,450 warplanes, and 460 military helicopters are massing in northern Saudi Arabia for a military exercise that is being called Northern Thunder. | |
| Now, it's already started. | |
| The full Northern Thunder military exercise has not officially started. | |
| They're doing some other things right now, but once that starts, it's going to last for 18 days. | |
| Okay, 18 days. | |
| Kind of mark that in your mind. | |
| 18 days. | |
| Now it goes on in this article and it says, if you were going to gather forces for an invasion, this is precisely how you would do it. | |
| Governments never come out and publicly admit that forces are moving into position for an invasion ahead of time. | |
| So military exercises are a common excuse that gets used for this certain type of thing. | |
| So people are saying this could actually be a guise. | |
| If they really are going to be, you know, flying into southern Saudi Arabia, they're not going to announce it. | |
| They will announce it through military exercise. | |
| Like I said, whenever you see it's the extremes that we look at, you know, it's the hottest and the coldest, the biggest and the smallest. | |
| And it just sticks out, Sasha, that fact that this is the largest military exercise amid all of this tension that the Middle East has ever seen. | |
| Yeah, and what's interesting is Syrian action, or Syria actually put out this comment saying, Syrian officials say Syrian officials say foreign troops entering Syria will return in coffins. | |
| Syrian foreign minister said that foreign ground troops entering Syria would return home in coffins. | |
| His comments came after Saudi Arabia said earlier this week that it would be willing to send troops in as a part of a U.S.-led military campaign against the Islamic State extremists. | |
| Wow. | |
| Well, that's incredible. | |
| Syria says they will return in coffins. | |
| I'm telling you, if they invade, we will be thrust into World War III. | |
| And I want to read this here. | |
| It says, if these exercises, these military exercises are actually being used for an excuse to get together the mass forces near the Saudi Saudi Arabian border, then we should expect an invasion within the next couple of weeks during the military exercises. | |
| Right in that or right at the end of that is whenever we should expect if they are that type of invasion. | |
| You know, so many things are taking place right now. | |
| I mean, just read the headlines. | |
| That's why Jesus says, watch, watch and pray. | |
| Because I really believe that it's just the tension rising in the world. | |
| We're nation rising against nation and kingdom against kingdom. | |
| You know, I love Matthew 24, those first eight verses, because whenever you see these things start to take place throughout the whole world, you know that Jesus' return is about to take place. | |
| It says, just some more headlines, just not going into them, just the headlines themselves, from the Financial Times. | |
| Tensions between Russia and Turkey reach a new peak. | |
| From the most important news, the media outlet says, World War III draws closer as Russia accuses Turkey of being secret allies with ISIS. | |
| Another article: World War III approaches. | |
| Saudi Arabia and Turkey drop hints that an invasion of Syria is imminent. | |
| Another thing about this situation that I just was thinking about was one of the big prophetic words that we've heard, one of the big prophetic words that we heard was that Obama may stay in his position, that we may not have an election that, you know. | |
| About the whole martial law. | |
| Yeah, the whole martial law thing. | |
| Well, it may not be martial law, but if a war breaks out, then what's going to happen to the election? | |
| That's just something that simply I don't know, and I don't know historically what's happened in the past, but I do know that with like FDR, I know there's like he was the guy who took us through the war, and we're going when the election came, they said we'll elect him again because we know that he took us through the war and he'll take us through, you know, the next one. | |
| And that's actually why they shortened the terms for presidency because they elected him so many times. | |
|
Supreme Court Crisis
00:07:19
|
|
| That's exactly right. | |
| You know, before we move on to other news, just remember just to just stay tuned in to what's happening with this chess match. | |
| It's not just not a game of checkers. | |
| It really is a chess match. | |
| And just be looking at what's taking place in the next couple of weeks and what's happening with these military exercises in Saudi Arabia. | |
| And just to be informed and understand what's taking place in the world. | |
| Also, last week, last Friday, huge news. | |
| Justice Scalia died. | |
| This is absolutely enormous for America. | |
| This could absolutely change America. | |
| You know, there was a conservative, you know, there was more conservatives, yeah, more of a conservative majority within the Supreme Court. | |
| And if we elect a liberal Supreme Justice, then it would be a five to four vote for, and it would completely change America as we know it. | |
| I mean, every single piece of agenda that the liberal agenda would want to promote, they could successfully do. | |
| You know, Rick Joyner's been talking about how this could, this is as important as who we elect to be president of who we decide to put in Scalia's place. | |
| It really is because of the importance of what the Supreme Court does. | |
| I mean, they're basically the referees as far as laws go. | |
| And they're kind of like the keepers of the Constitution. | |
| I mean, they're the ones who, if something passes, they and it comes along their desk. | |
| They're the ones who have the power and the authority, according to law, to say that this is either constitutional or it's not constitutional. | |
| Now, they can't create laws necessarily by themselves because they're not the legislative branch, but essentially there are like referees on the field. | |
| And when you have a liberal majority, then essentially if you have a liberal majority in the legislative or whatever, and a law is passing that's constitutionally kind of, you know, stretching it, then it's essentially kind of like paying off a referee and say, hey, just, you know, let this one pass. | |
| Don't worry about it. | |
| And that's why this is so important, because this could shape the way our future looks. | |
| It could mean more abortion. | |
| It could mean more illegal immigrants. | |
| It could mean more rights for the homosexual community. | |
| It could mean more persecution on the church. | |
| Obviously, a lot more restrictions on guns. | |
| I mean, it could really change how America looks. | |
| Yeah. | |
| I have an article right here from the Washington Examiner that actually says essentially that. | |
| It says Scalia death puts gun rights in jeopardy. | |
| Gun rights groups like the National Rifle Association, NRA, and that conservative justice Antonine Scalia's death Saturday puts gun rights on the line. | |
| And then another article here says Scalia's death might have saved abortion rights. | |
| This one says the unexpected death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Saturday will not change the court's schedule. | |
| The nation's highest court is still set to hear oral arguments on portions of Texas's 2013 anti-abortion law this March and basically saying the outlook may be positive for abortion rights because Scalia is not going to be there to help rule on the case. | |
| Well, in 2012 also, Scalia made this comment and he said, it says that late Supreme Court Justice Scalia made it clear to Fox News channel Chris Wallace in 2012 that if he chose a time to step down from the high court, it would not be when a liberal president could appoint a liberal jurist to replace him. | |
| He said that I would not like to be replaced by someone who would undo everything I did. | |
| And that just shows really that this could be the tipping point because he has stood so firmly for all of these years. | |
| And if we choose to put, or if the president chooses to put someone in that office that is on the other side, I mean, it will literally flip our nation. | |
| That's exactly right. | |
| Let me read to you what Rick Joyner said about this situation. | |
| It says, we need to understand how critical it is how the Senate handles the replacement of Justice Scalia. | |
| This has the potential to determine the survival or the end of the Republican Party, as well as who gets elected president. | |
| How? | |
| More than the base is furious at the Republican establishment for its betrayal of the people's trust. | |
| When they, the Republicans, promised to defund Obamacare, if the voters gave them the House majority, the people rose up and gave it to them, and the Republicans did nothing. | |
| It was a terrible slap in the face to those who trusted them. | |
| Then they repeated it again and promised to defund Obamacare and Planned Parenthood if the voters would just give them the Senate majority too. | |
| The people rose up again and gave them another chance. | |
| And again, the Republican leaders in the House and Senate did nothing. | |
| In fact, with the exception of Ted Cruz, it did not seem that anyone even attempted to fulfill their promises. | |
| But it got worse. | |
| When the Obama-Ryan spending bill passed at the end of last year, it was the cock crowing the third time. | |
| It was more than an insult. | |
| It was the worst form of in-your-face betrayal. | |
| Already there are movements towards starting a third party, and I am a part of it. | |
| If the Republican Senate folds on this critical issue, the outrage against the party by its own people is already too great for it to survive a blow this big. | |
| Just wait and see. | |
| And he finishes with this. | |
| On the other hand, if the Republican leaders of the Senate show the metal to stand and refuse to approve an unacceptable candidate for Scalia's seat, it could begin to revive the party. | |
| It's hard to have any faith in the present Republican leadership, but we need to try to fortify them in every way we can. | |
| Write them, call them, and in every way we can let them know how important this is. | |
| The one who takes Scalia's seat on the court could do as much good or damage than who we elect as president. | |
| Now is the time. | |
| Like he said, you know, we've got to call them. | |
| We've got to write them. | |
| We've got to pray for our nation. | |
| You know, this is a very, very monumental time, you know, with what's taking place with Justice Scalia. | |
| You know, as we started closing the broadcast today, there's another piece of news that we viewed this week. | |
| And it was an incredible prophecy by Heidi Baker. | |
| Yeah, it was shocking, actually, because I don't know how familiar everyone is with Heidi Baker, but I was very... | |
|
Saw Bread Lines Suddenly
00:06:34
|
|
| Probably the majority of them are pretty familiar. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Yeah, she's a huge name in Mozambique. | |
| The amazing work she does over there. | |
| But what's amazing is that typically we don't hear this kind of word from her. | |
| So it really was a shock to me when I started to watch this and hear what she said. | |
| Let's go ahead and run that clip of what Heidi Baker said concerning famine coming to America. | |
| But I saw, I saw bread. | |
| Remember this? | |
| I saw bread lines, soup kitchens, and I saw people wearing beautiful clothing. | |
| Their clothing was not worn out. | |
| Now, in my nation, when people are hungry, you can tell, I mean, they're in shredded rags. | |
| They don't have shoes or they have flip-flops. | |
| Most of them know shoes. | |
| They're hungry. | |
| They know they're hungry. | |
| They come for food, not because they're beggars, but because they're hungry. | |
| Children, I've held starving children in my arms. | |
| I know what starvation is. | |
| I know what pain is. | |
| I know what suffering is. | |
| But in this vision that I had that was in your nation, my nation, which the Lord's helping me to say, I will identify with America as well as Mozambique. | |
| And I saw this breadline, long breadlines, and I said, Lord, I don't think that's popular to say in a church, especially one that's all about revival and victory and power. | |
| And I didn't want to see what I saw, but I saw what I saw. | |
| So I was so undone that I just said what I saw. | |
| And I saw all these people. | |
| They had fancy cars, beautiful 4x4s and Lexus, Mercedes, BMWs, Toyotas. | |
| There they were, fancy, shiny cars, and they're standing in line. | |
| And what I said, what I said about worrying, the worriers turned into worshiping warriors. | |
| The warriors turned into worshiping warriors. | |
| I said, why are they so well dressed and standing in this line? | |
| He said, because it's a suddenly. | |
| They're suddenly in need of food. | |
| They're suddenly in need of food. | |
| I said, what are we to do? | |
| He said, tell them that what you see in Mozambique they will see in America with the signs and wonders and miracles. | |
| That they will see it on their soil. | |
| They will see what I do. | |
| Now, what is it? | |
| What does he do? | |
| For one thing, he puts peace in you in the midst of the storm. | |
| Wow. | |
| What an incredible word. | |
| Heidi Baker doesn't usually talk about things like that very often. | |
| God doesn't do anything within the earth without first telling the prophets so the prophets can get the word out. | |
| And that word that she said, suddenly. | |
| And she said, there was rich people standing in line, regular people, people of means standing in line. | |
| It says that their clothing was not worn out. | |
| Their clothing, it says, I saw breadlines, soup kitchens, and I saw people wearing beautiful clothes. | |
| Their clothing was not worn out. | |
| And that warning she got was suddenly. | |
| And what I believe that means is that, you know, by the clothing not even being worn out yet, you know, it shows you that enough time hadn't even transpired for the riches' clothing to wear out. | |
| It was so suddenly. | |
| It was so fast that the clothing hadn't even worn out and they were already standing in lines being hungry. | |
| You know, great darkness is going to sweep the earth. | |
| It's already sweeping the earth. | |
| We see the great divide taking place right now. | |
| And if Scalia is replaced by someone with views that are not conservative, it's going to be, the expense is going to become greater and greater and greater. | |
| And the darkness is going to grow darker, but the light is going to grow lighter. | |
| I believe that. | |
| I really believe that. | |
| You know, Rabbi Jonathan Kahn talks about the abolition of gray, that the gray zone, the gray zone for America, the gray zone for Christians is going to be abolished. | |
| It's going to be no more. | |
| You're either going to be in the light or you're going to be in the darkness. | |
| I believe such great things are going to come upon the world that it's going to expel lukewarm Christianity. | |
| You cannot be on the fence even if you wanted to. | |
| You are going to fall to one side or the other. | |
| And let me leave you with this incredible scripture verse in Isaiah 60, verses 1 through 3. | |
| It says, Jerusalem, get up and shine because your light has come and the glory of the Lord shines on you. | |
| The glory of the Lord shines on you. | |
| Darkness now covers the earth. | |
| And it is. | |
| Deep darkness covers her people. | |
| But the Lord shines on you. | |
| And people see his glory around you. | |
| Nations will come to your light. | |
| Kings will come to the brightness of your sunrise. | |
| You know, now is the time to determine who you're going to serve in the end times. | |
| You know, who you're going to serve today. | |
| Who are you going to serve forever? | |
| Exactly right. | |
| Well, any closing thoughts today, Sasha? | |
| Well, I would just say that make sure that you have your heart right with the Lord, no matter where you are in life. | |
| Just check in with him. | |
| Let him know that you are his and that his will is done in your life. | |
| And just, I would take a moment, even just today at some point in your life or some point today, to just take a moment and recommit yourself to the Lord. | |
| And if you don't know him, just say a prayer to him that you invite him in to know you and that you want to know him and that allow him to just work in your life through these times and allow him to speak to you because the times are getting darker. | |
| Amen. | |
| And if you ever feel a little bit of fear coming into your heart because of the things that are happening in the world, you start to get a little anxious, you know, a little fearful, then it's just a clear indication that your eyes aren't in the right place because there is no fear in Jesus. | |
| And I rejoice at these things happening in the world because, you know, through any dark period, through any trial, any tribulation, it's just another opportunity, another open doorway into heaven. | |
| And it's going to get dark, but man, Jesus is going to dwell on this earth with us. | |
| It's going to be an awesome time. | |
| Well, we love you guys, and we'll see you next time. | |
