[00:00:22]  And it says it's a preview of World War III, a headline.
[00:00:26]  Russia is putting on a display of firepower that is shocking the world.
[00:00:31]  What's going on there?
[00:00:33]  Russia is a big part of Bible history.
[00:00:36]  Gog Magog, of course.
[00:00:38]  But Russia is moving towards the Mideast.
[00:00:43]  God spoke to me the 31 things.

[00:00:46]  What do you think is going on?
[00:00:48]  Well, if you want an expert on Bible prophecy, you need to invite somebody else, not me.
[00:00:52]  I'm a journalist.
[00:00:53]  I'm a newsman.
[00:00:54]  But I think that looking at it from my perspective, we've got to report what's going on.
[00:01:01]  So, for example, the stuff that you're talking about going on in Israel, we need to know about because things are happening.
[00:01:08]  But there have been people that have prophesied that Mussolini was the Antichrist, that Hitler was the Antichrist, and so on and so forth.
[00:01:16]  So it's hard to be cut and dried about a lot of these things.
[00:01:19]  We really don't understand.
[00:01:21]  We've got to be like the sons of Issachar and discern the times and look at what's going on and try to understand and ask the Holy Spirit to help us.
[00:01:30]  Now, in the church, people swing from one extreme to the other.
[00:01:34]  Either they're way over here and everything is a conspiracy.
[00:01:37]  Do you remember Y2K?
[00:01:40]  Some of these young people don't even, but that was a big deal.
[00:01:43]  Remember that?
[00:01:44]  We didn't know if everything was just going to shut down.
[00:01:47]  And I saw some preachers that talked about how Y2K was going to be horrible, and of course it turned out not to be horrible, thankfully.
[00:01:56]  But it wasn't so much that they saw that prophetically, but it backed up their theological statement and would have made them look good.

=== Can't Fulfill Prophecies Differently (01:55) ===

[00:02:04]  Now, I may be over-exaggerating, but you understand a lot of times we almost want people to, we want things to happen because it backs up what we say.
[00:02:13]  I think that God's plans and purposes are bigger than anything we can understand.
[00:02:17]  And Jesus is coming back.
[00:02:19]  But if you remember, when Jesus came the first time, didn't he fulfill the prophecies?
[00:02:26]  But wasn't it different than what the Jews were looking for?
[00:02:29]  That's right.
[00:02:29]  So much so that most Jews, even today, don't recognize Yeshua as their Messiah.
[00:02:36]  I believe that when Jesus comes back, that it's going to fulfill all the prophecies.
[00:02:41]  But it's probably going to be different than we think.
[00:02:45]  And we can't, this is my personal opinion.
[00:02:48]  We can't be so rigid and in our rut that we can't realize that God may fulfill these prophecies differently than our pet opinions.

[00:03:00]  Come, Lord Jesus.
[00:03:01]  But then we can't do the other extreme, which is to say we can't understand everything's going to be fine.
[00:03:08]  That's polyanish thinking.
[00:03:10]  That is.
[00:03:10]  And we have to realize that the time, we're speeding towards something.
[00:03:14]  We sure are.
[00:03:15]  And it's almost at warped speed.
[00:03:17]  Something's going to happen.
[00:03:19]  You better believe.
[00:03:19]  And it is.
[00:03:20]  You can't be a lukewarm Christian anymore.
[00:03:22]  You cannot.
[00:03:23]  For a long time.
[00:03:25]  Listen.

[00:03:26]  I live in the South.
[00:03:27]  Yeah.
[00:03:28]  With the big churches with the white columns, and people belong to the church because it was good for business.

[00:03:34]  Okay.
[00:03:34]  They were cultural Christians.
[00:03:37]  Now, and it wasn't just the South.
[00:03:39]  That's what I grew up around and saw it.
[00:03:41]  But more and more in Mauritius.
[00:03:43]  You're either really out or you're really in.
[00:03:47]  That's it.
[00:03:47]  And if you're a Christian, you can't just go to church when you want to and be a Christian if you want to.
[00:03:53]  I mean, there's persecution coming, a lot of things.
[00:03:56]  So the good thing is that persecution purifies the church.
