[00:00:00]  You were talking earlier about the Real ID Act, I think it's called.
[00:00:05]  Am I saying that right?
[00:00:06]  Right.
[00:00:06]  You were talking about that.
[00:00:07]  It's pretty strange.
[00:00:09]  This was a bill passed by the U.S. Congress in 2005, you know, in the aftermath of 9-11.
[00:00:16]  And the idea was that every state driver's license would have to become a biometric identifier.
[00:00:29]  All right, so that we're going to have our bodies biometrically scanned.
[00:00:33]  That's going to be in the driver's license.
[00:00:35]  Your driver's license is going to become the national ID card.
[00:00:39]  Now, they didn't say it like that, but that's what it was.
[00:00:42]  And there was a lot of opposition in 2005 and 2006.
[00:00:48]  Even after they passed the bill, Reverend Irvin Baxter was one that really raised a lot of commotion about it.
[00:00:56]  And so there was so much opposition that state legislatures started passing bills saying, we're not going to follow it.
[00:01:05]  We're not going to participate.
[00:01:07]  Well, I'm going to be honest with you, I kind of forgot about it.
[00:01:11]  It was 2005.
[00:01:12]  Yeah.
[00:01:13]  All right.
[00:01:14]  The other day, I just came across some news articles.
[00:01:18]  It goes into effect October 1st.
[00:01:22]  Now?
[00:01:23]  Yes.
[00:01:24]  And the Department of Homeland Security is telling various state governments in the United States, your driver's licenses are no longer valid for entry.
[00:01:36]  This is what they're going to do.
[00:01:38]  Starting October 1st, if you do not have a driver's license that is acceptable to the Department of Homeland Security according to the Real ID Act, you will not be allowed to enter federal buildings starting October 1st.

[00:01:58]  Starting in January, you cannot board an aircraft.
[00:02:03]  Well, they all know it.
[00:02:04]  You're being locked down.
[00:02:06]  Now, isn't it amazing?
[00:02:08]  They can literally put an edict out, you cannot buy food.
[00:02:12]  You cannot.
[00:02:13]  Isn't it amazing that it's coming into effect in the fall of 2015, which I believe is lined up with the trouble we're going to see in the markets.
