Jim Bakker Show - Rabbi Cahn Comments on the Israel/Gaza Conflict Aired: 2014-08-08 Duration: 04:03 === Listen to Hamas Means (04:03) === [00:00:00] I just have to ask you about Israel. [00:00:02] Everybody's talking about the Psalms 83 war. [00:00:06] We know which is coming. [00:00:08] We don't know when. [00:00:09] But could you give us an update, Rabbi? [00:00:11] Yeah, well, you go to Israel occasionally. [00:00:13] I do. [00:00:14] I do. [00:00:14] And I'll be there before the tour, too. [00:00:15] I have to go back and forth. [00:00:17] But kind of a spiritual part of this or the underside of it. [00:00:22] First of all, I mean, just to keep always our perspective, no matter who it is, no matter what their name is, no matter what the organization is, it's beyond them. [00:00:30] This is the enemy. [00:00:31] The enemy has tried to destroy the Jewish people for 4,000 years, last 2,000, try to wipe out the 20th century. [00:00:38] The names keep changing. [00:00:39] Hamas to Saddam Hussein, Joseph Stalin, Hitler. [00:00:44] It's not based on them. [00:00:46] This is a fallen angelic being who is dealing with that enemy that Israel is dealing with and that is trying to wipe them out because he knows what's coming. [00:00:54] So he's trying to wipe them out. [00:00:56] But interesting, we just talked before about that one-year Bible and then the thing that was appointed for 9-11, which was the Harbinger scripture. [00:01:04] But also in every one-year Bible, appointed is another verse, which is Psalm 55, which speaks about destruction. [00:01:13] This was appointed for 9-11, and everyone speaks about destruction in the city. [00:01:17] And the word that they use for destruction or violence in the city is a word that's an amazing word because it means something in Hebrew and it means something in Arabic. [00:01:26] And that word, which means violence or destruction, in the Bible, is the word Hamas. [00:01:34] It's the word in the Bible is the word Hamas. [00:01:37] In Arabic, it means fanaticism and zeal. [00:01:42] In Hebrew, it means destruction and violence. [00:01:46] And actually, I'll tell you, it also means, listen to what Hamas means in the Bible. [00:01:50] It means damage, cruelty, oppression, unrighteousness, wrongdoing, falsehood, and to act violently. [00:02:00] And let me just listen to this. [00:02:02] And this is just, by the way, I didn't plan this except that I was told that you were talking about this. [00:02:06] So upstairs last night, I just looked in the Bible. [00:02:08] So let me just share what's here. [00:02:10] In the Bible, what it says about Hamas, listen, the word Hamas. [00:02:14] Psalm 25, consider my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with a Hamas hatred. [00:02:20] Psalm 74, 20. [00:02:21] Think about the tunnels with Hamas. [00:02:23] Think about this. [00:02:24] The dark places of the earth are full of the dwelling places of Hamas. [00:02:29] Oh, my. [00:02:32] Okay. [00:02:33] 2 Samuel 22, you saved me from Hamas. [00:02:36] Psalm 11, but the wicked and he who loves Hamas, the Lord's soul hates. [00:02:42] Isaiah 53, Messiah. [00:02:44] Listen to this. [00:02:45] But it says he had done no Hamas. [00:02:48] He's the opposite of Hamas. [00:02:50] He had done no violence. [00:02:51] Ezekiel 7, Hamas has risen up into a rod of wickedness. [00:02:56] Ezekiel 7, the land is full of crimes of blood and the city is full of Hamas. [00:03:01] And let me give you one more. [00:03:03] There's more. [00:03:04] Just take your time. [00:03:05] No, I don't want to rush. [00:03:07] This is Revelation. [00:03:09] This is just last night. [00:03:10] And the thing is that Obadiah speaks about Esau, the descendants of Esau. [00:03:16] He says, it's your shame that you went against your brother Isaac. [00:03:20] In other words, and many of the descendants of Esau are linked with these people, with many Arabic people. [00:03:26] And they're wonderful. [00:03:27] There are wonderful, God-loving Arabic people. [00:03:29] But you have that as well. [00:03:31] So it says that it's your shame that you went against Isaac. [00:03:34] So listen to what it says here. [00:03:36] It says this. [00:03:37] It says, speaking about the descendants of Esau, for your Hamas against your brother Jacob, shame shall cover you. [00:03:45] So it's talking about the descendants of Esau. [00:03:46] It says your Hamas against him. [00:03:48] And now listen to this, last one. [00:03:50] This is a promise to Israel. [00:03:51] Listen, Isaiah 60. [00:03:54] For Hamas shall no more be heard in your land, nor the wasting of destruction in your borders, you'll call your walls salvation and your gates praise.
