[00:00:05]  Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the back of the age show.
[00:00:08]  Today, we are so excited to have Bobby Connor with us.
[00:00:11]  I'm delighted to be here.
[00:00:12]  He has preached over all over the United States and over 45 different countries around the world.
[00:00:18]  Now, he speaks an average of five times per week, and he has an amazing prophetic gift.
[00:00:23]  Can you believe that for 44 years, we've averaged speaking five times a week?
[00:00:27]  That's awesome.
[00:00:28]  It really is.
[00:00:29]  That's a lot of yakking.
[00:00:31]  You've got a gift, and you're using it as a fairy.
[00:00:33]  Very faithful.
[00:00:33]  God is faithful.
[00:00:34]  What got you started in this whole prophetic ministry and gifts?
[00:00:36]  I got converted in the fall of 1968, and I'll tell you how it happened.
[00:00:40]  I actually got a prophetic anointing in my mother's womb.
[00:00:43]  Wow.
[00:00:43]  Way back in 1943, my dad was dying in a mental institution from a venereal disease.
[00:00:48]  He'd slept around with strange women, caught this disease.
[00:00:51]  It traveled up his spinal column, got into his brain.
[00:00:53]  I never saw my dad.
[00:00:54]  He died a lunatic in an insane asylum.
[00:00:57]  But the doctors counseled my mother and said, the baby in your belly will be afflicted with the same disease that's killing his father.
[00:01:03]  So my mom was desperate.
[00:01:04]  She already had two children.
[00:01:05]  She had my brother, and he was born crippled.
[00:01:07]  And then my sister, two years older, and myself.
[00:01:09]  And so my mother, desperate, took a coat hanger, turned it into a hook, inserted it into her body, and attempted to pull me out.
[00:01:16]  And so help me, God, my first experience with Jesus was right there.
[00:01:19]  He pushed me aside like this and kept my mother from extracting my life from her body.
[00:01:23]  I told my wife that before my mother ever told me.
[00:01:26]  And my wife goes, Bobby, nobody could know what happened to him when there's a fetus.
[00:01:29]  I said, me and John the Baptist do.
[00:01:31]  Remember him?
[00:01:32]  He got full of the Holy Ghost from his mommy's tummy.
[00:01:34]  I'll tell you what it is.
[00:01:34]  It's Jeremiah 1, 4.
[00:01:36]  Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew you.
[00:01:38]  Before you came out of mommy's tummy, I ordained you and sanctified you and set you apart to be a prophet to the nations.
[00:01:43]  Wow.
[00:01:44]  So that's how it really started.
[00:01:46]  Wow.
[00:01:46]  So now the youth really don't want to get into the prophetic, and they really don't want to be a part of the church a lot.
[00:01:52]  So what would be like?
[00:01:54]  We get to do a lot of big youth conferences around the world.
[00:01:57]  I am so thrilled to see the hunger in the hearts of the youth.
[00:02:01]  They asked me two questions.
[00:02:02]  Is this real?
[00:02:03]  The supernatural?
[00:02:04]  And can I do it?
[00:02:05]  The answer is yes, yes.
[00:02:06]  It is real and they can do it.
[00:02:08]  They turn their life to Jesus Christ.
[00:02:09]  He'll put the anointing in them.
[00:02:11]  There's a great verse in the Bible.
[00:02:12]  Well, there's a bunch of great verses in the Bible.
[00:02:14]  But John 14, 12, Jesus said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believes upon me in the works that I do, shall he do also.

=== Supernatural Gifts and Angels (01:46) ===

[00:02:22]  And greater works than these shall you do because I go to my Father.
[00:02:25]  See, the Holy Spirit will inspire us and equip us to do all these supernatural works.
[00:02:29]  Wow.
[00:02:30]  Now, for the younger generation, like I felt this before, and I know a lot of other kids have felt this before.
[00:02:34]  Asking for prophetic gifts is, now some people say, oh, no, you can't do that.
[00:02:38]  It's a bad thing.
[00:02:39]  Don't ask God.
[00:02:40]  If you have it, you have it.
[00:02:41]  If you don't, then you don't.
[00:02:42]  No, we are told in the Bible that we should pursue spiritual gifts.
[00:02:46]  And that's what it says.
[00:02:47]  Paul says, I want you to pursue spiritual gifts.
[00:02:50]  And so we really should.
[00:02:51]  We should hunger after the things of God.
[00:02:53]  Now, all of this is for the purpose, not our only ambition, but to establish the kingdom of God.
[00:02:58]  So today on the Jim Baker show, you're going to be talking about the supernatural and the angels.
[00:03:02]  Can you quickly explain to our viewers about that?
[00:03:05]  Yeah.
[00:03:06]  This is the year 2013 when we're going to learn more about angels than we've known their whole lifetime.
[00:03:11]  The Lord told me, he said, prepare my people to embrace heaven's hepers.
[00:03:15]  And the Bible said in the book of Hebrews, angels are ministering spirits sent down to aid us who are heirs of salvation.
[00:03:21]  Get ready.
[00:03:21]  We're going to experience the angelic on a level we've never seen before.
[00:03:25]  And I'll tell you why.
[00:03:26]  We're in the time of the end and the end of time.
[00:03:29]  And so the devil, Revelations 12, 12, says the devil has come down and he's very agitated because he understands he's got a short period of time to work.
[00:03:37]  So the devil's doing everything he can to deceive people.
[00:03:40]  So God's going to come and send us angels so he can help us to get out of all this mess the devil's doing.
[00:03:45]  Now, that's just a sneak peek.
