[00:00:11]  Today we have a special guest.
[00:00:13]  She has been in ministry full-time for over 45 years.
[00:00:16]  She is the founder of the Mighty Warriors program and she has also spread the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the whole entire world with her team of family.
[00:00:24]  We have Miss Nancy Harmon with us today.
[00:00:26]  Hi, so Nancy, what is it like traveling?
[00:00:28]  Ricky was saying you've been traveling all over the world.
[00:00:30]  How is that for you?
[00:00:32]  Well, I started when I was 28 and now I'm older and I really enjoyed it.
[00:00:37]  I've loved it.
[00:00:37]  I've been, I'm going in my 46th year now and I've been halfway around the world in person live and then television everywhere, of course.
[00:00:47]  That's awesome.
[00:00:47]  So what is it like working with the young people?
[00:00:50]  Oh my goodness.
[00:00:51]  The greatest thing about young people is when they first come to Mighty Warriors, they come very intimidated, shy, and to watch the change in their life, Ricky.

[00:01:00]  It's just awesome.
[00:01:01]  So when you travel, do you do revivals or do you sing?
[00:01:04]  For our audience who doesn't know, can you just give them a quick bio on who you are?
[00:01:08]  Sure.
[00:01:08]  I'm a singer.
[00:01:09]  I'm a composer.
[00:01:10]  I'm a minister.
[00:01:12]  I'm a teacher.
[00:01:12]  I'm a mentor of youth.
[00:01:14]  But when I sing in our services, we always start with singing.
[00:01:17]  And we're still incorporating some of the old songs and the new.
[00:01:21]  We bridge the gap.
[00:01:22]  That's awesome.
[00:01:23]  So what can we expect to hear from you today on the Jim Baker show?
[00:01:26]  Well, I will be singing.
[00:01:28]  I will be loving these people with the Holy Spirit that's in my heart.
[00:01:31]  And I'll be hugging your dad.
[00:01:33]  That's awesome.
[00:01:34]  Okay, so like your ministry has always been, I think for the most part, you've been more toward an older generation.
[00:01:39]  Do you think with having the Mighty Warriors, it's like build a bridge between the young now and the older?
[00:01:44]  Oh, yeah.
[00:01:45]  Even the children, the children will run to me in churches.
[00:01:47]  It's a gifting.
[00:01:48]  When God gives you a gift, you know you can reach out like that.
[00:01:51]  And there's no barrier between ages with us.
[00:01:54]  That's awesome.
[00:01:55]  So like, what is the Mighty Warriors?
[00:01:57]  What can you say?
[00:01:58]  Is it just a program that they're going to do?
[00:01:59]  It's a student training program.
[00:02:00]  And they come, anybody that's interested in their God assignment for their life from ministry.
[00:02:05]  And they come and they spend five weeks with me on the road every July.
[00:02:08]  How do you choose the students that get to travel with you?
[00:02:10]  They're pastor recommended.
[00:02:12]  They come from a church and the pastor recommends them that they are interested in ministry.
[00:02:16]  That's awesome.
