Time Text
We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in.
Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want.
We think too much and feel too little.
More than machinery, we need humanity.
We know the air is unfit to breathe, and our food is unfit to eat.
As if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad, worse than bad.
They're crazy.
I'm going to say, I'm a human being.
God damn it!
My life has value!
You have meddled with the primal forces of nature!
Don't give yourselves to brutes.
Men who despise you, enslave you, who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think, or what to feel, who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder.
Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men!
Machine men with machine minds and machine hearts.
You're beautiful.
I love you.
Yes.
You're beautiful.
Thank you.
Ha ha.
Showtime!
It's time to buckle up for making sense of the madness.
And who loves you and who do you love?
Hey, everybody, Jason Burmes here.
And earlier today, I was scrolling and I came across an article that said, Walt Disney and the FBI revealed.
Now, if you followed my work in the past, I've talked about the long and extensive history that Walt Disney has with the U.S. military and the intelligence agencies across the board.
So I clicked on it, and honestly, the Daily Mail likes to do this sometimes.
They'll recycle an old story.
Maybe they saw something going miniviral on a social media post and it hasn't been reported on in a while.
For instance, I saw them re-reporting about the U.S. military putting out this really creepy psychological warfare ad a few years ago.
So, you know, I watched, I'm like, wait, haven't I seen this before?
And sure enough, it was 2022.
So essentially, with these FBI ties, which we're going to get into all of it, because I think it's really important, it is contacts between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Walt Disney communicating that he feels some of his animators are communists during the Cold War period.
Now, before I get too deep into the government weeds, what really struck me about the whole thing is that I often talk about government corruption, and we often talk about mind control and influence operations and propaganda.
But I don't think that we talk enough about these huge entities like Disney that have really shaped a global mindset in some regards, especially space.
And we'll be talking about that last, but especially with space and human perception of space, we're not just talking the government here.
We're literally talking Disney and Walt Disney as well.
Walt Disney, integral in all of these things.
And I say that because Disney's power, although vast during that post-World War II space race era, has honestly only grown.
And a lot of people will say, well, what do you mean by that, Jason?
Well, when Walt Disney and the Mickey Mouse Club and those type of things were the biggest thing in mainline children's entertainment.
There was still some competition.
They had not grown to the legendary status they would with both Disney World and Disneyland, the parks, and then, of course, you know, the parks across the country.
And they would not have absorbed all these other media outlets and properties.
So it goes from Star Wars and Marvel.
I mean, huge, huge cinematic and comic book worlds, right?
But into ABC, and I didn't realize this, actual parts of 20th Century Fox, you know, ESPN are sports, everything.
But we're going to be hitting that because where is the line via this techno-fascism, if you will?
Because I would argue that there's a good chance that post-World War I, in some regards, Disney may have continued working for the U.S. military.
Or if he did drop away, use those contacts later on to be gradually pushed into the Leviathan media status that they now have.
And so much influence that even when they put stuff out that almost nobody watches that flops, it's a blip on the radar.
I know a lot of people out there are talking about, well, this failed, that failed, this failed.
Okay.
Blip on the radar just makes for more content in one of their 47 streaming services.
You know what I'm saying?
So, and remember, certain things get a new life later on.
You know, just because they don't hit necessarily gigantic initially doesn't mean they might not go big later on.
And I'm going to show some examples of that and the shaping of that mindset, especially when we get into the NASA and space portion of the program.
So we're going to get into all of it.
Let's thumbs it up, subscribe, share.
Folks, can't do it without you.
I hope everybody had a wonderful holiday.
I had a nice little Thanksgiving with my family and friends.
I hope that you did too.
December, right around the corner.
I'm in the middle of a snowstorm here.
I can't do this without you.
Believe me, we're trying to grow the YouTube.
Lost some subscribers this week.
Lost a bunch of X followers this week.
It is you guys, the Burmese Brigade, that make all of this possible.
The newbies that come in and go, wow, why isn't this information being talked about more?
Why isn't this guy bigger?
To the old school people that have literally been somewhere with me over the last almost 20 years now via documentary films, talk radio, you know, the InfoWarrior broadcast back in the day.
So I want to thank you guys because again, we could not, and I mean this, do it without you.
I do want to thank Marigold Resources, MarigoldResources.com for supporting the broadcast.
And of course, rcreader.com, the independent media operation right here in the quad cities.
And speaking of media operations, so what companies does Disney own?
To get into my rant and rave here, well, you've got ESPN, Marvel Studios, National Geographic, which you could argue, you know, again, you know, shapes the Western vision of the rest of the world.
You've got FX, 20th Century Fox.
Of course, Hulu is there.
It's part of that Disney bundle at Fox Music.
It was unaware that they had ABC News, Hollywood Records, Pixar still own that.
Okay.
ABC.
And I'm sure there's, you know, a dozen other things of significance that are not on that list.
So they're huge.
Okay.
And this is the story that really sparked it.
Okay.
Walt Disney's secret work with the FBI revealed.
Okay.
But again, a lot of this is reported on well over a decade ago to legions of children across the world who grew up watching Disney films.
He is the smiling, mustachioed animator that introduced youngsters to some of the world's most beloved characters.
But many may not realize that Walt Disney was also a close confidant of the FBI and happily informed agents about the communists among his staff at the height of the Cold War.
Now, think about this too.
You know, Disney's in this large media operation.
It's a different culture than there's not internet.
But these people probably, you know, they're mostly in that entertainment world.
Friends, it's keeping people in line during that time period on what the narrative is.
According to reports, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover sent Walt a letter in 1936, which led to the two striking up a friendship that would span across decades until Walt's death in 1966.
So, once again, as I'll get into a little bit more, Walt's in the U.S. military in World War I, pre-World War II, making a connection to the FBI and heavily involved in World War II propaganda, which we're going to show you.
I mean, not only just World War II propaganda, but they did actual insignia work for soldiers to wear Disney badges.
Okay, so where is that line between the government and a private company between entertainment and military propaganda?
It's a great question.
It's been said over the years, Walt alerted the FBI figures in Hollywood whom he suspected of subversive activity.
In 1947, he even testified to the House Un-American Activities Committee about a strike that occurred at his studio six years earlier, claiming it was caused by communistic agitation.
And those were the documents that were released in 2015.
Like I said, you know, for a decade, they've been reporting on those.
Okay, so I wanted to show that just to show that long period of time that we worked together.
Now, Walt Disney and the CIA in Finding Florida, right here, the true history of the Sunshine State.
This is where, and this came out, by the way, in 2005, I believe.
Yes.
He basically said, I'll just read this.
In 2005, the then chief of Florida's Bureau of Fair Rides inspection summed up the impunity with which Disney World operates when he admitted we don't have the authority to close the park down or close the rides.
The allegations have been made in a new book, Finding Florida: The True History of the Sunshine State, by investigative journalist Timothy Allman, best known for his work, the CIA's secret war in Laos, in interviews with world figures and foreign correspondents for Vanity Fair.
Altman has now turned his attention closer to home with this expose of Florida's murky past.
So, again, this is a journalist you don't hear about, but said, look, without the CIA and Wild Bill Donovan, okay, there he is, Wild Bill, real good guy, apparently.
He claims that Walt Disney conspired with Wild Bill Donovan, the so-called father of the CIA, to establish a state within a state where he could control the overall development of Disney World.
Donovan, a founding partner of the New York law firm Donovan Leisure, Newton, and Irvine, whose attorneys included future CIA director William Casey, provided lawyers to help Disney distract attention from its plans, says Altman.
These attorneys, it is claimed, provided fake identities for Disney agents, set up a secret communication center, and organized a disinformation campaign to make sure sellers had no idea who was buying their property.
This was to get the initial Disney World down in Florida because no one wanted to sell that much of a land.
And they got it for dirt cheap, by the way.
Okay.
In this way, Disney was from the mid-60s able to snap up 40 square miles of land in the Sunshine State for a knockdown price of less than $200 an acre.
Boom.
Boom.
So we got FBI, we got CIA, and like I said, I mean, Walt Disney and the First World War, this is their own page.
You know, this talks about that relationship, longstanding with Walt Disney right here.
Okay.
And, you know, he joined it as a kid, basically.
Take a look.
Little guy.
And then we can get into World War II in Walt Disney studios.
Now, I don't want to get a copyright strike, so we're not going to, oh, sorry, we're not going to play any of the music here, but you can go on.
See?
And you can see a bunch of the stuff that Walt Disney did via propaganda for the U.S. military, especially during World War II.
You know, there's some of the stuff.
But I mean, they made full-on military training stuff.
Invest in victory.
A lot of anti-Hitler stuff.
I mean, Hitler with like literal like demon teeth, the whole nine.
Okay.
And as I was telling you before, oh, sorry, Froggy.
All these insignias.
Like, these are, you can see these are patches that were actually worn in the military.
They drew up roughly 1,200 insignias for the U.S. military.
Many were for naval units.
After Mickey Mouse rode a goose in the path for a naval reserve squadron stationed at Floyd Bennett Field in New York.
Okay, so you can see a bunch of them right here.
There's Mickey Mouse and the Statue of Liberty, nice bomb in the background.
He's got Mickey Mouse with a trident.
There you have the fighter duck Donald on a torpedo.
Almost, whatchamacallit?
Man, a kamikaze-esque.
More aviation.
We got USS Wasp right here.
A little boxing glove, Pluto out in the ocean.
Again, Sailor Donald.
We got the nice little, it looks like they're safeguarding that with a, you know, obviously that's a huge charge at the bottom of that bed of water.
We got our gasoline right here.
So look, Disney has worked hand in hand with the military and the military industrial complex.
And that gets us into their relationship with not only NASA, but how we perceive space.
So three of these productions early on, like there were these documentary series.
And yes, you also have Werner von Braun, the ex-Nazi, a big part of this.
He was a huge collaborator.
But you've got Man and the Moon, three-part series, Man in Space, Mars and Beyond.
And even all the way in 1956, right?
This is part of their magazine.
Mickey Mouse Club magazine, big, big on kids.
Now, I want you to think about this.
There's 56 in the space race.
This even precedes Stanley Kubrick and 2001, a space odyssey, which I think kind of solidifies modern-day space travel and how we perceive it.
But when you look at these pictures, you know, take a look, a lot of this stuff.
A lot of this stuff still represents, you know, obviously we don't have the dome on.
You know, although it was early, like things like that, what people perceive modern day space travel to be, right?
And I just wanted to point this out: Nazis, magic, and McCarthyism, because we were talking about the communists earlier.
We're talking about Werner von Braun, but then, you know, talk about magic.
And a big theme of Disney is magic, right?
Big theme of Mickey Mouse.
He's the magical mouse.
It's the magic kingdom.
So, you know, ask yourself, even today, is there really a separation between that military industrial complex and the Disney entity as it is now?
Like I said, a Leviathan, just ginormous and even bigger in its influence.
I mean, if you think about it, once again, the targeting of children and what you saw in space travel in the 50s.
So like you're a 10-year-old kid and you see all this Disney stuff and you grow up on it.
And then when you're in your early 20s, you go see 2001, A Space Odyssey.
And it just further solidifies that.
So look, that's why I think that one's global.
It's not just U.S. propaganda as well.
So I think it's food for thought.
I won't be surprised when more and more documentation comes out via Disney working with these entities.
And as far as I know, there's no official documentation out there that has the Central Intelligence Agency directly working with Disney to do what he did in Florida.
But I've seen no refutation of what we just read about William Casey and Wild Bill Donovan and their law firm, et cetera, and how they were able to acquire that land.
So again, stuff that you may not be hearing in not only the mainstream media, but the alternative, certainly not right and left.
Nothing about Republicans or Democrats in this one, folks.
So if you like that sort of thing, if you want to support that sort of thing, I need you now more than ever.
First of all, thumbs it up, subscribe, share, ring that bell if you are watching over on YouTube.
And then consider making that donation.
$5, $10, $15, it means the world to me.
Really big donors.
You keep me alive.
There is a PayPal down below if you'd like to use that.
I can't thank those enough that do that.
Once again, without any doubt about it, okay?
The things we discuss here are about right and wrong.
They are about the nature of reality and the reality that we live in.
They are not out there to divide.
Okay.
And they're not about left or right.
Period.
Thank you for joining me.
I love you guys.
