Hey, everybody, Jason Burmes here.
And today, yes, we are going to talk about Chinese cybernetic jellyfish spies.
And the reason I'm putting this into quotations, etc., because I had a little bit of fun with the thumbnail.
I gave the visual representation, at least I think in the mind's eye, of what a cybernetic jellyfish spy would look like, like something cool out of like a 1990s Matrix type movie, right?
Like flying around.
No, In reality, for all intensive purposes, these things look like, you guessed it, jellyfish.
So what we're going to do here is we're going to talk about this technology now being rolled out in mass, what that means.
And when I say this technology, these cybernetic jellyfish are made from hydrogel materials.
Now, one of the first things that kind of came into, again, my brain when I saw this, other than the fact I'm like, why are we being shown this?
And we're being shown this because now we are on this level where it can be mass manufactured and commercialized and we can let people know.
Because I assure you, you know, the Chinese are not showing you everything that they have, as the United States is certainly not showing the rest of the world what we have and what we've had for a very long time, especially in this arena of using either mammals or other types of animals.
I mean, every biological life form that you can actually think of, from insects to cats, we're going to get into.
We're going to get into dolphins.
All stuff that's been on the public record for a very, very, very long time.
But now We are at the technological level where these things are being manufactured with technologies most people aren't familiar with.
And like I said, what came into my brain was the introduction, the intro to Westworld, the HBO series.
Now, remember, Westworld was first a Michael Crichton novel.
They actually made two different movies from Westworld, the Future World, back in the 70s, even before Jason Burmes' time.
So on the peripheral, I was actually pretty aware of it.
And I think that that series is just so important, so relevant today.
A lot of people think it jumped the shark at the end, et cetera, et cetera.
I think it was still making some real, real, not just like hyper-political points about the future and humanity and where it's going, but even spiritual points.
And some I don't necessarily agree with, but they certainly have to be looked at.
So if you haven't seen that series, Westworld, very important.
And if you watch the series, this evolution of these humanoids that we create, okay, essentially, we call them hosts in the show.
And we say we, like, they call them hosts.
In the beginning, there's a lot more cybernetics underneath, like the traditional things that you would think of metal, et cetera.
I don't know that we're ever even going to be at that point.
They may try to skin these like optimist-type robots there, but when they get to the actual level of recreating a human, I mean, we're talking about they have them like in a vat, but it's not a human being.
You know, it's made of all these other materials that are essentially this bio-nanotech that I've been discussing for a very long time.
So, really, when we do this video, a lot of it is about transhumanism because it's not just about the transition of Homo sapiens into this varied species, because you do have this predator class that absolutely wants to live forever biologically in some sense.
They're willing to alter themselves, etc.
That's the whole idea, but they want to keep as much of their biology as possible.
They want to convince you that you're going to upload your consciousness to some kind of metaverse.
Okay, I've talked about it again and again and again.
And there's many, many things along the way, right?
We just watched that Michio Kushi, 1984, the new human race lecture, where he really discusses this.
But we have a species, we as a species, we're sick.
We've been ultra-drugged out.
We've been ultra-propagandized.
There have been campaigns against us that are still ongoing and extremely covert that involve the general populace, not just abroad and not just in the United States.
It's a global thing.
Okay.
So, and China rolling out this technology.
Do you think the United States does not have something similar to this?
And as far as I know, the U.S. has never disclosed their bio-engineered cybernetic drone jellyfishes.
I mean, we're still talking about the Iran strike.
Like it was, what they say it was, B2s or B-52s.
They said it was traditional bombers.
I highly doubt that.
We are in 2025.
It's time to grow up.

We're actually also going to talk a little bit about the MK Ultra project and a guy named Delgado, which many of you may be aware of.
But I found this really interesting article on Delgado and this kind of quote-unquote lost manuscript of the experiments that he was at least doing with bulls.
And it even mentions something else that we'll get into.

So, China unveils Ghost Jellyfish Drone.
It disappears into the deep sea, leaving people wondering what it's watching underwater.
Well, first of all, this is not just going to be a tool for surveillance.
This is going to be a tool that disrupts the ecosystem of our marine life.
Again, the whole biome of the planet is being affected by these people.
When Dennis Bushnell of NASA, okay, tells you that the evolution of everything is over, he is saying that because him and his class, his ilk within that predator class, have totally taken it over.
They're the ones deciding through their science and the science we should trust everybody where this planet is going.
So look, you could use this as a weapon system.
Imagine if it had explosives.
It already has a miniature camera.
We're going to show you really a history of what we know, and we only know a little bit.
Trust me.
They've done way more with the things I'm going to talk about than we've been let on public.
But first, I want to show you this jellyfish.
Again, it doesn't look like the thumbnail, folks.
So here you go.
Measuring 120 millimeters in diameter and weighing just 56 grams, it mimics the appearance and movement of a real jellyfish almost perfectly.
Its transparent body and soft tentacles are made from a hydrogel electrode material, which gives it flexibility and a lifelike texture.
So, how does it move?
The robot swims using an electrostatic hydraulic actuator, a system that copies the neural signals controlling muscle movements in jellyfish.
Each pulse sends a wave through its body, allowing it to propel forward or hover in place.
And it does this at just 28.5 milliwatts of power, less than what a typical LED bulb uses.
Because of its low power use and near-silent operation, it causes almost no disturbance underwater.
That makes it ideal for covert missions, monitoring fragile coral reefs, or inspecting underwater structures without alarming marine life.
And again, imagine if it carried a weapon system.
All right.
So I want to repeat myself.
This is what we are being shown.
If China has this technology and it is putting out into the arena, that means it's about to be commercialized big time, that hydrogel material.

So they're calling it a ghost drone in this article.
You just saw it.
What do you think we have?

Is where they tried to put a microphone and an antenna wire along.
Listen, they experimented on mammals, anything that they could to get in a room to spy on people.
Back in like the 60s and the 70s is when all this is going on.
So that's actually a piece of the documentation.

But do you think that people that invent things, you know, like, do you think Tesla or Edison or any of these guys?
I know a lot of people talk about Edison being a thief and worked at the patent office and all that other stuff.
Do you think that Oppenheimer, all these guys that we know their names, do you think they failed a few times?
Yeah, they fail a lot.
Fail a whole lot.
Okay?
We're failing on things to this day.
At the same time, that doesn't mean they don't continue on till they get a workable product.
And, you know, I know that that whole the birds are fake people.
They're the worst.
Like, like, I saw a dead bird today.
I just had to bring that up, drove past one, just lying.
Birds are real.
But do I think that there's a possibility, a real possibility that birds and other animals, airborne and otherwise, they haven't tried to somehow co-opt them?
And we're talking about transmitters and things like that with cameras.
You don't think that's a, especially when you look at the results of Delgado that we'll get into with the electrodes on the brain and one aspect in particular.
So, you know, I talked about birds there, but let's take it a little further.
Let's go to the CIA's own website.
And again, back in the 70s, you had the dragonfly drone in the 70s.
Now, obviously, you know, this thing today, you look at it, and it looks like, you know, like when you get up to it, you're like, oh, come on.
That's the 70s.
It's 55 years ago.
Now, if they were going to utilize a dragonfly back in the day, do you think they actually tried to use real dragonflies?
I don't see why they wouldn't.
Do you think there were success?
Maybe they didn't work with dragonflies.
Maybe they were actually, they worked with dragonflies and they said, hey, why don't we actually be a quote-unquote fly on the wall?
We don't know.
But to say that our government and other governments have not tried to do that is probably pretty naive.
So actually, before we get into the Delgado thing, I do want to do the spy dolphins because even today, oh, sorry about that.
Even today, you know, just like there are courier pigeons, we've always utilized the wildlife.
There's there, you know, there's a Navy guy right there.
They got a camera attached to the finnegan.
That's years and years and years ago.
That's what they're showing you.
Russia also using dolphins, et cetera.
So just like our police work with canines and have canine units, right?
There are a ton of different military applications.
I mean, falcons are another.
I mean, we've all heard now from Kurt Weldon the Falconeer story.
RFK Jr. Falconeer.
Throughout history, we have used other biological life, particularly in warfare, not just companionship.
Okay.
We've also tried to take control of all biological life on this planet and done all sorts of experiments with biological life.
Now, the Delgado stuff, for those that don't know, and I really think that everybody should go check this article out.
The missing manuscript of Dr. Jose Delgado's Radio Control Bulls.
The guy lived till 2011.
This is over at, what is it, PMC?
So I think it's PubMed on the National Library, Library of Science.
Really awesome.
So, you know, he talks about basically, you know, what they're told about the experiments in college, et cetera, and what bulls were worked on.
But then he, and there's a couple books out there.
In fact, he actually references, this isn't from Delgado, but the Terminal Man, which Kurt Medzker has referenced on this show.
But he talks about this Spanish publication that he was able to find, okay, from, what was it?
I think, what was it, 1981?
Is that where the thing is it?
Yeah, I do believe it's Delgado 9th, the missing manuscript, 1981, right there.
And what's really interesting about this, the two things, first of all, they're showing you right here some of the bulls that they did the brain surgery with.
They're talking about the behaviors.
They're talking about the ability using from 0.1 milliamps to 1 milliamp of energy, the different hertz rates, 100 hertz, what it was able to do, moving them left and right.
Okay.
It talks about the numbers of electrodes, as you can see here, all these different things.
But like I said, the two big interesting things right here.
Here he's showing the turning of the head, okay, with this.
That's not the super interesting thing.
I want to read this.
Okay, so they also worked on real cats.
Weird, huh?
Hmm, how about that?
They worked on real cats.
So it talks about this.
Dr. Delgado then leaves Cayetano and returns to discussing the neural roots of aggression and passivity in the brain, explaining attempts to make docile bulls more aggressive.
This was based on his previous experiments summarized in Physical Control of the Mind.
It's a 1970 book by Delgado.
On aggression in cats, passive tame house cats would show false rage during stimulation of the anterior hypothalamus.
That is showing aggressive facial expressions, but not attacking other animals and showing submissive behavior when cagemates responded to the false aggression with an attack.
On the contrary, stimulation of the lateral hypothalamus caused true rage, with cats manifesting attack behaviors towards their cagemates during the stimulation.
All right.
Dr. Delgado also studied similar effects in Reese's monkey colonies.
Observing that stimulus of the paraquadritical gray in the midbrain increases aggression, but that stimulation of the septum and caud increased passivity.
See this?
I mean, this is the real deal.
And they're doing this in these cases, yes, through physical means, electrodes.
Obviously, when you see something like a neural link, you know, they want you hardwired in.
That doesn't mean they can't have effects with other technologies.
Again, think about how that drone jellyfish is controlled.
Just think about how remote control works in general.
It's through invisible waves that we don't see, we don't feel, we don't touch.
Information travels invisibly.
Now, here's the big one here, right here, where Delgado himself was personally testing these neuroelectronics interface on stopping Lucaro's charging behavior via stimulation of the connot or thalamus.
So I know I'm probably butchering the one with the C, by the way.
He was actually getting in front of this super aggressive bull and then just stopping it on command with his little remote control device.
Just beep, beep, beep.
Then he would get behind the thing and the thing would rage.
It would rage.
So all of these topics are related.
You got it?
Like when I talk about mind control, when I talk about geoengineering, when I talk about bioengineering, when we talk about drone technology, when we talk about the military, when we talk about the military-industrial complex, the commercialization of that technology, where we're moving fast.
With something like that, that jellyfish being shown to the public, we're moving fast.
Now, I wonder when that's going to get picked up or another type of device is going to be revealed, maybe by our military-industrial complex.
I'm not sure, but it's here, and they're letting us know at least in some regard.
