Hey, everybody, Jason Burmes here, and we're going to be talking about the Trump administration the first seven to eight months or so, plenty to talk about.
We're going to be doing it with longtime Constitutional Sheriff Richard Mack.
Mr. Mack, thank you so much for joining us.
Now, I think we talked about six months ago.
I'm pretty sure, maybe a little bit more, because I'm pretty sure it was prior to the latest election.
So it's probably either in September or maybe even October, man.
Time flies, maybe closer to a year before Trump got in there.
We now have the second Trump administration.
I do think it is extremely different from the first.
Some of the executive orders out of the gates were very positive, in my opinion.
Had Doge been able to follow through, I probably would have been a much happier camper than the big, beautiful bill debacle.
Still have some complaints maybe on the foreign policy, but obviously that has become more and more difficult right in front of our eyes, whether we're talking about what's going on in the Middle East or, of course, Ukraine, Russia.
At least he's getting the talks going.
You know, Putin is at least back on the table, etc.
And then there's a lot of noise surrounding ICE, deportations, the use of the military in D.C.
And maybe that's what we should focus on because around all that, there's also some positive things, in my opinion.
And not that those are necessarily negative, but certainly a lot of criticisms.
John Bolton got raided.
And we now have this list of indictments.
It's definitely a new time.
You know, there's a lot of noise around the Epstein files.
We could be talking about the IRS.
What are you focusing on right now?
Because I just threw a whirlwind at you.
And I get it.
This is the executive.
It's 2025.
There's a lot going on.
But I think we're going to hit all those topics.
What's your focus right now?
Well, let's settle the Washington, D.C. taking over the police and the city.
Okay.
Okay.
Does the President of the United States have the authority to do that?
And the first question is, if you read the Constitution, does the city of Washington, D.C. have the authority to even exist?
And I'm going to tell you, they really don't.
They don't.
Okay, so let's read, let's turn to the most reliable source of these types of issues.
It's called the United States Constitution.
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17.
I read, and I quote, to execute exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever over such district not exceeding 10 miles square as may by session of the particular states.
In other words, the states surrounding that area, Virginia, Maryland, had to sell land, cede land over to the United States for a capital.
And that's what this is saying.
This is directing what the federal government has the authority to do.
What did it say at the very beginning?
To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever.
So in those 10 miles square, there's no city that has authority over the U.S. Capitol and who's supposed to be directing the U.S. Capitol.
That's up to Congress and the President of the United States.
So they should for they let's see.
Does the United States government have their own police?
Yes, they do.
It's called the Capitol Police.
And they're in charge of taking care of the federal buildings.
They also have the FBI.
They also have the Secret Service.
Okay.
The law enforcement powers granted by 13 original states to the federal government, and that's a key component of all of this.
The states form the federal government, not the other way around.
The federal government is a creature of the states, a creation of the states.
And they were given very limited and discrete powers, enumerated powers.
And in my Supreme Court case, now, that's the only reason you and I know each other.
It's the only reason I'm on talk shows is because when I was sheriff in Arizona in the 90s, I sued the Clinton administration.
And that was the first time and only time in history where sheriffs sued the federal government, took it all the way to the Supreme Court, and won.
So the reason I bring it up is because Scalia, who wrote the decision for the majority, and folks, every one of you should have this case.
I did the highlights of this case.
It's on my website.
Go to my website and buy dozens of these and hand them to your friends who don't know about federalism, who don't know about the division of powers between the federal government and the states, and that the federal government was given very limited powers.
That was the purpose of the Constitution.
The founding fathers were scared to death of a new out-of-control central government.
They wanted to make sure they made a constitution that did not allow the repetition of the abuses from King George III.
Okay?
That's why it's there.
And so, real quickly, how many law enforcement powers did we grant to the federal government?
Five.
That's it.
And according to the 10th Amendment, which we sued the federal government on, we sued the Clintons on the 10th Amendment to stop their overreach.
And we won on that issue.
But the 10th Amendment means what it says.
The powers not delegated to the federal government belong to the states, are retained by the states and or the people.
So it shows how the people are supposed to be powerful and doing stuff too.
So this is very clear.
In the 10 miles square that was granted to the federal government, they are in complete control and in charge.
And no, Washington, D.C. can never become a state.
It is the capital.
So let's talk about this for a second because anybody that's visited D.C. will see bumper stickers or people that have no taxation without representation, which, hey, I'm all about it.
I'm all about it.
I get that.
And these people are being taxed.
And in some ways, they don't have representation because they don't have a congressman, et cetera.
Is that just, you know, paying the devil's due if you're living in that area residentially?
What is your viewpoint on that?
And then I would assume because you're advocating that this is a total federal area, of course, the executive can put the military on the ground for whatever reason they'd like, correct?
Yes, that's true.
And again, if it's outside those 10 miles square, then they can have a city there.
But it does not include the 10 miles square at all.
None.
None of those federal buildings are under the jurisdiction of Washington, D.C. City.
Okay, the city of Washington, D.C.
But if it's within those 10 miles square, then yeah, your neighborhood, if it was in that 10 miles square, is being patrolled by the Capitol Police or FBI.
Okay, but they need to look at that and see how far that goes and doesn't go and define that.
Oh, and I forgot to tell you the five authorities in law enforcement that we delegated to the federal government.
First, it's treason.
Treason is a federal offense.
Second, counterfeiting.
Third, felonies committed on the high seas or piracies.
Fourth, they are required by Article 4, Section 4 to protect our borders from invasion.
Yeah.
So, yes, the Biden administration was violating the Constitution on that regard because they did just the opposite.
And then fourth, are violations of treaties.
So if you go into Canada and you violate a treaty that we have with Canada, that's a federal offense.
That's it.
They don't get any more than that.
So how come we have a DEA that thinks that they're the worldwide drug police?
They're not.
They're not supposed to be and they don't have it.
Anything outside those five, the states should be letting the federal government know, no, those authorities belong to us.
Stay out of our way.
Stay up.
So, and then what Scalia defined in here is he talked about the supremacy clause and he reinforces that the federal government has got to stay, as Madison expressed it, the local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the supremacy.
We share supremacy with the federal government, but the federal government is very small.
And that's where we really went wrong because the states didn't hold the line when the federal government got completely and entirely out of control because they have stolen thousands of authorities that were never constitutionally there.
So let's, there's two things I kind of want to bring up.
I don't want to stray too far.
Just because you mentioned the DEA, you know, one of my major concerns right now with this administration is they've quote-unquote deemed the cartels a terrorist organization, whatever that means, because that's so broad.
But now we've sent ships down to Venezuela, which also happens to be the most oil-rich nation in the world.
I've heard it all before with Chavez, Maduro.
Personally, I want nothing to do with any of that.
What do you think about that move?
Because again, it does seem like right now, look, again, do I want fentanyl in the country?
No.
Whenever I hear we're taking it to the cartels, whether it be in Mexico or Venezuela, I'm like, well, what about Iran-Contra?
Did we clean up all that drug dealing that we were doing?
It doesn't seem like we do.
And I wouldn't be surprised if, I mean, I can remember, what, it was probably like five or six years ago when that boat associated with JP Morgan and a multi-billionaire family had all that cocaine on it.
I just wonder where it came from.
So when the federal government does something like that and mobilizes troops against what I would say is a nation that is not militarily aggressive against us, what are your thoughts on the Trump administration?
Are they getting bad advice?
Well, you know, first of all, you have to wonder why they're sending them down there.
Are they just trying to intimidate or bully Venezuela?
And secondly, Venezuela is a real pain in the butt to America.
They have sent their gangs here.
Tren de Aragua is from Venezuela.
They have committed all sorts of atrocious crimes here in America.
And so if you're trying to nip that in the bud and cut it off at its source, then I don't know if that's an entirely unconstitutional offense.
If he's sending wartime and wartype weaponry down to Venezuela, he has to get congressional approval.
He just can't, the commander-in-chief can't just ship wartime implements anywhere he wants to just because that's what he wants to do today.
All right, so let's stop right there for a second because that kind of gets me to my other question I had in what you were talking about before.
You know, you talk about that 10 miles and being able to police that however he wants with the military.
What about utilizing the National Guard now in these other cities and states that fall outside of that 10 miles?
Because he's talking about Chicago, New York, San Francisco, et cetera.
You've heard those.
What are your thoughts on that?
Of course.
And in the same article I was just reading, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17, it says that the federal government also has the authority to protect and have and control forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings that the federal government needs.
The federal buildings in Portland, the federal buildings in Los Angeles belong to the United States government.
There's not very many of them, but they're usually very large.
And they have the authority to go protect those.
Bass and Newsom should be protecting them.
But there's one other key component.
Before the United States government interferes and goes into Los Angeles or San Francisco, wherever, Chicago, doesn't matter where.
What matters is, is their authority to do it and is the violation of the peace so egregious that the president needs to do it.
Now, let's look at history here.
In 1962, President John F. Kennedy sent troops into Alabama.
Now, why did he do that?
Well, because Governor Wallace, being kind of a segregationist that he was, would not allow black students to enter University of Alabama.
And so in order to fill the gap and to solve that problem, JFK sent troops to Alabama.
It worked.
It ended peacefully.
And it is exactly what the president had the right to do because when the states refuse to protect life, liberty, and property, other governments must fill the gap and provide the peace and security that we all deserve as Americans.
When Bass and Newsom fail and intentionally fail to provide peace, safety, and security, life, liberty, and property, and protect that, then the first one to interfere should be the sheriff.
Sheriff's Jurisdictional Dilemma00:02:02
And there's a sheriff in Los Angeles who has done nothing.
And so isn't that going to be difficult in a city like Los Angeles?
Mr. Mack, isn't that going to be difficult in a city like Los Angeles because it is an elect, you know, again, a lot of people don't even realize that your sheriff is an elected spot.
So it's extremely political there.
And the chance that you're no offense, LA, I've been there.
I've lived in Los Feliz and West Hollywood.
And I got to tell you, in that particular area, I'm not resting my hat that we're going to elect a good person that's not totally and completely corrupt into that system.
Well, and they've had a couple of decent sheriffs in the past 30, 40 years since I was first in law enforcement.
And I've seen the sheriffs come and go there.
You're right.
A lot of them are corrupt.
Chicago, same thing, you know.
But Sheriff Dart, who was the Cook County sheriff back in the early parts of the 2000s, he did some pretty good things.
He was a staunch Democrat, but he did some pretty good things.
And he refused.
He told the big banks to go shove it when they wanted him to evict people for not paying their mortgages.
And he wouldn't do it.
And they started crying and whining, but there was nothing they could do about it.
If a sheriff who is the duly elected sheriff of Los Angeles County and Los Angeles City is in his county, that's his jurisdiction.
It's concurrent.
The power of the chief of police and the sheriff are concurrent in that city.
And he has the duty to do it.
Of course, as you, you know, they go along with political dogma and he's a Democrat and he doesn't want to ruffle the feathers.
If the sheriff's not going to do it, chief of police is not going to do it, the mayor's not going to do it, the governor's not going to do it, then President Trump does it fine.
If I'm one of the citizens in Los Angeles, I'm thanking President Trump for coming in and getting rid of the violence.
Leadership in Law Enforcement00:03:54
Look, we have a lot to do.
Get rid of the cartels who have now set up shop and sleeper cells all across our country.
And they are now working and cooperating with the international terrorist groups that have come in from the Middle East into our country because of the Democrats and the Biden administration.
And they wanted to pack.
There's two things they wanted to do.
They wanted to change the census numbers to increase their monopoly of power in Washington, D.C. and increase the voter rolls for the Democrats nationwide so that they have a complete monopoly from Hawaii to Bangor Main.
That was the purpose, and they were willing to sacrifice the security of every American to do it.
They did it, and now we're complaining, we want them out.
And the Democrats are still screaming to keep these people in our country.
Absolutely astonishing.
So let's talk about, before we even get into, you know, ICE, the revelation of 55 million legal working visas got them.
I mean, if there's 55 million legal, I've always kind of been in that belief of maybe, I don't know, 30 to 50 million illegals.
But now, if we got 55 million people here with a card, we could have 100 million illegals in here.
Let's be honest with ourselves.
I mean, how many people really have that kind of visa?
When do you think it becomes dangerous, martial law type, unconstitutional?
And let's say that everything is constitutional in what the National Guard is doing to clean up those streets.
Because, you know, I've, again, not only LA, I've been to D.C., I've been driving through the little bridge tunnels, and then literally 15 to 20 people on mopeds and four-wheelers, no helmets, are riding in regular traffic, folks.
That's a real thing.
That's not like something you just saw on, you know, the wire.
Like, that's the culture there.
Like, it is pretty lawless.
I understand why you would want to clean that up.
And even right now, I don't know if you've seen this, but there are people, and they're not sure who's doing it, but in LA and San Francisco that are climbing up on the light poles, and they are rigging up repeaters, routers, and wireless cameras.
And they are streaming Skid Row 24-7-365.
Anybody go look for it.
I saw a guy take it down the other day from the city of Los Angeles.
Within five hours, another one was up in the same exact spot.
So they're wondering who's doing that, but it also gives you an idea of how lawless those regions are.
So I'll ask you again: when is it too far?
When is it truly martial law?
And let's say they're doing the arrests the right way.
With this system, how are they going to be prosecuted and punished so that as soon as the National Guard rolls out of there, there's any significant difference?
Because if it's just going to be a catch and release and you clean it up for a week, maybe a month, or Ziji Ping style, right?
What use is it?
You want a long-term effect, especially if you're going to try to utilize this tool in the future, correct?
Yes, of course.
And I know for a fact that they're arresting people in Washington, D.C. They're not, it's not catch and release.
As far as L.A., I think it was just walking around and making sure the crimes were decreasing.
But hopefully L.A. County Sheriff and L.A. City Police Department will see the light and Bass will see the light and that they'll start taking stronger action.
These have been woke policies that catch and release.
When the two New York City police officers were being beat up by about 10 thugs and gangbangers, and then they were arrested, and 10 minutes later, they were right back out there flitting everybody off.
Crazy Convoluted Court Case00:13:44
You see, that's just a matter of leadership.
And that problem can be solved very easily by getting tough on crime.
And why Democrat leaders, county attorneys, prosecutors, and chiefs of police and city councils don't want to stop crime and don't want to protect their citizens is absolutely astonishing how they expect to win anything in 2026.
And just the only thing that they've done is to get in the way of Donald Trump.
And how is that leadership?
And this Trump derangement syndrome really seems to be a real phenomenon.
And so what do they hope to show people they did for them in the first two years that Trump has been in office?
Just again, belittle and assail President Trump.
I just don't think that gets it.
And especially when crime where he has been implementing programs has gone down.
And crime in the most Democrat areas is at its highest and worst.
So I just don't get the Democrats not trying to cooperate with some of these things to protect their own citizens.
And they should run on that.
We did a bipartisan effort to make sure that you were protected.
Yes, it was a mistake to allow open borders.
And that kind of leadership will go a lot further in helping them in 2026.
And I just don't see how they get anywhere with what they've been doing.
And I hope that Trump starts focusing on some other things besides this.
And I have a little bit of a list for him.
Well, you know, you talked about the midterms.
I've been harping well before even the 2024 elections that unless we do something about the machines, the voting systems.
And I know right now there's a lot of redistricting talks and quote unquote, you know, cries of gerrymandering from the other side, etc.
And as important as those things are, and they are important, demographics are important, mail-in ballots, unaccountable machines and software.
I mean, these are things that have to be totally and completely eviscerated.
I still believe that even in the 2024 election, that, you know, of course we had corruption, especially in local elections.
I look at Carrie Lake losing two elections as popular as she was not only in the state of Arizona, but, you know, nationally.
And I just don't know how she loses unless you have that corruption.
You see the prosecution and weaponization of the Biden DOJ against any local official that dared to actually do their job and try to audit those elections.
Of course, Tina Peters is the example there.
We can't believe somebody hasn't done something.
But that just proves Tina Peters still in prison proves that the Pam Bondi DOJ needs to initiate criminal investigations against the people who put her there.
We've got to do this nationwide.
We've got to do more criminal investigations against the Biden administration cabinet and the people that like Alejandro Mayorkas that actually made sure that illegals from all over the world who want to do us harm are allowed into our country.
We're allowed and they actually participated in it.
They put them on buses.
They put them on planes.
They hit them in airports.
So you're absolutely correct.
We have got to do more against public corruption or we're going to embolden public corruption.
And so I know you mentioned Bolton and Letitia James, I guess.
And all of those smack of retribution and vindication.
But at the same time, did these people commit crimes?
So that cannot be ignored.
Well, here's the thing.
Let's talk about that.
Letitia James did.
Because I hear that all the time.
Retribution, political enemy, et cetera, et cetera.
I have, I mean, I got a laundry list of things that I have a problem with the Trump administration with.
I mean, Epstein's just the tip of the iceberg.
We could do an hour and a half long show just on why I'm displeased with that.
At the same time, I don't think that he sexually assaulted Eugene Carroll.
Obviously, we just had the appeal where he wasn't liable for almost half a billion dollars when they tried to shut that down.
How utterly absurd and criminal.
Well, absolutely, all of that was criminal.
Well, you know, again, I'm a human being and I get things wrong.
When I get something wrong, I say it.
And I really thought they were going to put Trump in prison.
I mean, he did get convicted in New York of all the 34 felonies or whatever.
Instead, they tried to kill him twice.
So I got that wrong, everybody.
Sorry about that.
But at the same time, those things, you have the crowd that says, oh, the whole thing was staged.
Don't feel too bad.
He would have gone to prison had he not won the election.
Again, the big what-ifs.
I try not to speculate unless I say it, but I'll take the L guys.
Again, I'm a human being.
I'm going to get things wrong.
At the same time, you look at all these crimes against him.
Like, for instance, we're talking about Russia Gate right now.
And I think rightfully so, right?
Some of those indictments.
But something this administration has not done is given out all the Seth Rich files.
And that's not just like me asking for that.
That was in court during the Biden administration, and they were supposed to get those files all the way back in March, I believe, of 2024 before the election.
Why don't we have them seven months into the Trump election?
You know, when we're talking when Putin's coming over here, we haven't dispelled that Russia gate myth with something we could do extremely easily.
You know, Anthony Weiner is out in the public arena again, talking about running for office after they gave him a damn talk show in New York City.
And it's like, well, hey, guy, why aren't we releasing that laptop from 2015 before Trump was even in?
Does he take his shirt off and flex for everybody on his show?
You know, it's funny.
Someone actually got him on New York City.
And to Weiner's credit for a, you know, psychotic pedophile, he is quick with the wit.
And what people don't understand about that whole Weiner laptop situation because he went to jail for a short period of time after, they just think it's from the laptop.
It's not from the laptop, guys.
They never even brought that laptop into the arena of law enforcement, other than when the NYPD got it and they sent the FBI there.
That's all we know.
The only reason he went to jail is because one of the 15-year-old girls that he was sexting with and Skyping with kept her videos and her conversations and she went to law enforcement.
I mean, that should just blow people's minds that just one victim came forward out of who knows how many, and then we don't even have that.
So, listen, color me skeptical.
I'd love to get your take on it.
Like, I'm happy that Tulsi Gabber just announced they're getting rid of half of the intelligence apparatus, right?
Because if we want to clean up this system, you can't have people that have been in there for two, three decades that harped on weapons of mass destruction.
And Saddam Hussein and bin Laden are working together to build a nuclear bomb and all, you know, chemical weapons, all the Johnny nonsense.
At the same time, I'm worried that a lot of this is AI-driven and that these jobs aren't necessarily going away.
And maybe the same echo chambers are going to be built into the algorithm of the gods at Palantir.
So I'd love to get your take on that because I like Tulsi Gabbard.
I think her heart's in the right place.
I don't think that this administration is nearly as bloodthirsty as those in the past.
However, far from perfect.
And now we've got the John Bolton raid.
We've got the list of subpoenas.
That includes Bill Barr.
Thank God.
But how far does this actually go?
That's what I want from you.
Where do you think it goes next?
And how far can it actually go?
Well, first of all, what you alluded to earlier, the attacks on President Trump during his first term were just absolutely crazy.
The Democrats say they wanted to get rid of Jim Crow-type laws and prejudice.
Well, then what did we do to President Trump?
We did a January 6th commission that included every major enemy of the president.
You're not allowed to have the enemies of the president or any other person to sit on a jury or a commission to analyze the person in question.
It needs to be fair and honest.
And that was the most crooked thing ever.
And it smacked of Jim Crow all the way.
And everybody in the left, all the black organizations, all the minority organizations, all the Democrats were thrilled that Trump was being attacked by the system.
Oh, look at, oh, look what Adam Schiff said.
Oh, look what Dick Chady's daughter did.
Every single one of them, enemies of the president, and they tried to add legitimacy to that.
You know, this whole thing just is so crooked, is so obvious that Washington, D.C. needs to be completely revamped.
And all of Congress needs to be fired.
And that's why I'm positive that election fraud is at its zenith in Washington, D.C. Because I don't think the American people are that stupid to keep re-electing these crooks year after year after year.
I am fed up with Congress.
I'm fed up with Washington, D.C.
And anything that goes after those crooks in Washington, D.C., I'm all for.
And I think that we should be doing more of that.
Are some of them enemies of the president?
And oh, retribution.
No, of course they were because they did the same thing to President Trump during his first term.
Those people need to be prosecuted.
The criminal, first of all, criminal investigations need to be conducted against each one of them.
And this thing, yeah, I'm not, I'm saying, I said it smacks of retribution.
I don't care.
I don't care.
Go after these crooks.
When they arrested that judge in Wisconsin, I said, finally, we're going after the real criminals.
And we only did two.
Pam Bondi, keep going after these judges.
They're destroying our country.
Keep going after the politicians in Washington, D.C. They're destroying our country.
And we need to have honest people that we can depend on in Washington, D.C. and locally.
And that's why I'm big time that you got to elect a good sheriff in your county because he's the ultimate say in your county.
And so that's why that's what I've spent my life on is protecting America county by county.
And I'm still working with sheriffs and local officials nationwide so that we can, as Madison said, erect the barriers against the encroachments of other governments.
And I think that really still is our last great hope.
You know, you mentioned January 6th.
And, you know, one of the things that Trump did out of the gates that I thought was overtly positive, and I wasn't sure he was going to do it in the manner he did, was kind of that blanket pardon of anybody involved in JA.
Thank God he did that.
And I think, again, you know, I run with the black pill crowd.
God love them.
And I'll hear all the time there is no difference between him or a Harris administration.
And certainly, you know, especially on the tech front and the military front, I think that they do get things through with Trump that they wouldn't as easily get with Harris.
But there's no way that Kamala Harris was coming in day one and pardoning all the January 6thers.
In fact, you would have had more prosecutions that were still going on with investigations in that regard.
The bottom line, just real quickly, the bottom line with January 6th is that people were getting 10, 12 years for a simple trespass.
And I mean simple trespass.
And so that's how crazy convoluted this was.
And some people who are not even there, like Stuart Rhodes, got 18 years.
Well, even Enrique Tario, listen, you can hate Enrique Tario and what he says on the radio or on podcasts and the shirts he wears.
He got almost 20 years for not being in the Capitol that day at all.
Let me repeat that.
Wasn't there.
Wasn't directing anything at all.
Nowhere Else Seen00:04:17
I mean, insane.
And that absolutely.
They went after me at first, too.
They went after me at first.
And then they accused me of planning January 6th.
And I said, I'm on record telling nobody to go.
We told every one of our people at CSBOA, don't go.
There wasn't a single CSBOA t-shirt or a polo shirt like I have on today.
There wasn't a single baseball cap.
There wasn't a single lapel pen.
All of our stuff, all of our people were not there.
And they still went after me.
But when they found they actually had nothing, then they finally let me go.
But it was so stupid.
Washington Post, 60 Minutes, Politico, Mother Jones.
I mean, it was just, they were attacking me every day for being there, having part of it, planned.
Oh, he wasn't there, but he planned it.
You know, and so all lies, all lies, and these people are out of control, and we're trusting these people with our liberties and freedom, and we allow them to be in the halls of Washington, D.C.
I agree.
It's extremely dangerous.
And like you said, I don't necessarily think that, you know, it's quote unquote retribution for this administration.
I think that we need the kind of indictments, successful prosecutions, and then just punishments to people within this executive, or we'll never get our constitutional republic back because there is an executive within an executive that has been completely unaccountable.
And that is the Brennans of the world, the clappers of the world.
You could argue even people like McCabe, Peter Strzok, their minion.
You know, I mentioned the Seth Rich files.
I want to remind everybody, talk about yet another lie that the FBI told.
We don't have any files on Seth Rich.
We don't have anything on Seth Rich.
And then you get the Mueller report.
And by the way, they sure the hell should have them.
Well, they did.
I mean, it's in the Mueller report.
And not only are there FBI files, but guess who's heading it up?
It's Peter Strzok.
So Peter Strzok is the guy looking into Seth Rich.
And, you know, during that segment of the report, it's all about smearing Julian Assange.
There's another criticism I probably have of this administration is you didn't hear a whisper from either side when Assange was released via the Biden administration in a horrible ruling, by the way, for freedom of speech.
A lot of people don't realize that.
What he signed off and said he was guilty of is very dangerous for all of us.
And, you know, that's something I should ask you because one of the things I think is very much lacking right now in this geopolitical arena is a Wikileaks.
Where are all the leaks?
It is a WikiLeaks.
Where are all the leaks?
Where are all the documents?
If you think about it, since the 2016 DNC leaks, the only thing of significance, and it was WikiLeaks last published, were the OPCW documents that showed that there was no chemical attack in Douma via Syria.
That's a long time ago.
And that shows you that whether or not you're right or left, that executive with an executive, that deep state globe, whatever you want to call them, have a pretty good handle on the overall narrative that none of this stuff is leaking out.
So what are your thoughts on that, especially with Assange?
You know, Assange was out there in Australia recently marching with tens of thousands of people against the conflict with Israel and Palestine.
Nowhere in our media, nowhere in our news.
We don't hear anything about it.
So what do you think about that importance?
And will we ever see another organization like Wikileaks?
I don't know.
Every time you say that, will we ever see another Amazon?
That'll happen.
And Amazon's already getting competition from several different international companies.
Will we ever see another Apple?
Yes, that's happened.
Will we ever see another Microsoft?
Why We Need Constitutional Conservatives00:12:49
Yes.
There's always room at the top for more.
But my question about Assange and WikiLeaks, are they required by law to protect classified documents or information?
And I maintain that they are not.
I don't think so.
They're not part of the government.
And if somebody gives them information and it's classified, the person that had control of those documents can be prosecuted.
But I don't believe anyone exposing those documents that's in the journalism field can be prosecuted at all.
You can't, I can't.
I'm saying, hey, somebody sent me this and I'm publishing it.
You know, okay, so, but I've always been on his side.
I don't always think that he's that great of a person.
But, you know, that goes with a lot of leaders that we have in this country.
They're not.
But, you know, we have, this all just shows us how much the American people have got to wake the hell up.
And we've got to know what's going on and we've got to be part of the solution.
There are peaceful and effective solutions still available to us, folks.
And we've got to be involved with them.
And yes, CSPOA is one of those.
And we're asking you to be involved with us.
Join our CSPOA posse.
That's for every American.
Our organization was formed to help you, to help America, to help the people.
Yes, we're focused on sheriffs and peace officers.
And what better help could you have than to have a constitutional sheriff in your county that is defending your God-given rights, that is protecting your freedom?
Our four-word motto is uphold, defend, protect, and serve.
And the best way we serve the people is to protect their God-given rights.
And folks, that is exactly what we teach.
Every single person in our government swears an oath of allegiance to the Constitution.
How many of them have actually ever even read the document, let alone studied it and studied the intent of the founders?
This is where we need to go.
And they need to hear from you.
You know, the sheriffs that I work with, when they come to meetings, I said, hey, how come you came to our meeting?
Because so many people called me in my county.
My constituents let me have it and said I better get my butt to this meeting.
So folks, you can change the world.
You can change what's happening in our country.
But you've got to be involved and you've got to be active.
So I got to tell you, we're planning, Jason, a meeting in Washington state to have a seminar there because it's the worst state in the union attacking the office and independence of the sheriffs.
And right now, they've already stolen the stewardship of the people, the citizens of King County.
They don't elect him anymore.
They changed it.
The King County Sheriff is now appointed by bureaucrats instead of elected by for and of the people.
Yeah, they're destroying our government that Lincoln professed in his famous speech, by for and of the people.
That is being stolen by these criminal politicians in Washington state.
So we want to go save the sheriffs and we want to talk about the truth and we want these so-called leaders there to understand that the sheriff doesn't report to them and the sheriff is only answerable to the people in his county, his constituents.
The American citizens, the American people are in charge of your sheriff, not Washington state capital AGs and governors and state reps.
They do not control the sheriff.
You do.
And that's why we want to have that conference there.
We're raising funds for that right now.
Please help us with that.
Join us.
Make a donation.
CSPOA.org.
It's right there.
You've seen it several times.
Folks, you've got to get involved.
What did Jefferson say?
The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
And he was talking to the American people.
We're the ultimate say, we've got to be involved in this.
And if we're not, it's not going to work.
So number one, how were they able to change that and usurp that power of the people in Washington?
Because that's the first time that I've heard of this.
And I suppose why do you think that that was the chosen state?
Is it because it's geographically on the left coast, very close to California?
Maybe you could kind of have it trickle down county-wise.
Left is right.
I mean, correct.
Left is why they went there.
And this state is completely socialistic, communistic.
The Democrats are way out of control.
The governor's out of control.
The legislature's out of control.
And then several other counties are as well.
Seattle.
You know, it's all a big farce there.
And they did it because they said, we're going to make a new charter, a home charter, home rule charter.
Oh, good.
That sounds great.
Bam, appoint the sheriff.
And before the people were able to look up, their sheriff was being appointed.
And most of those Democrats don't even know the difference between appointment and elected by foreign of the people.
And so these ignorant fools are destroying our country, destroying that state.
And we're going to go see if there's any hope that we can restore freedom in that state.
You know, and unfortunately, I see this theme in a lot of places.
You know, I'm here in Iowa, and I have a friend that runs a local publication here, The River Cities Reader, and he's always very interested in the judicial process, the grand jury process in particular that's supposed to be transparent.
And just this year, it's not transparent anymore.
You have no right to find out who your grand jurors are.
You have no right to be at these meetings, etc.
And that is the complete opposite of why they were put into place in the first place, because the whole theme was we want regular citizens that are then accountable to other citizens, aka their neighbors, the constituents that make up the government, and not just these shadowy figures that are meeting behind closed doors and being extremely corrupt.
Is there any hope for that process?
Because again, I've only seen it move one way.
We talk about it a lot.
And there certainly has been an uprising of quote-unquote populism in this country.
But when it gets down to the nuts and bolts of what you actually have to do in these movements, we constantly come up short, in my opinion.
What are your thoughts?
Well, there's actually a county recorder that put in her office a sign that said you had to wear a mask, and a man refused to wear a mask.
He's facing three years in prison.
They arrested him, and now he's facing three years in prison in Washington State.
This is how absolutely out of control this has come.
And they want to set an example.
You refused, and there's no law, there's no statute to say you had to wear a mask.
Anywhere in the country, there was none.
They were mandates.
Those are orders from politicians like there were kings.
They're not worth the paper they're written on.
And they're not laws.
And even if they were laws, it would have been law enforcement's duty to not enforce them because they're wrong.
Government making me wear a mask?
Are you kidding?
Now, folks, let's get real here and let's put the principles of liberty first.
And that's what we're all about today in this meeting we're having with Jason here.
Freedom must come first, folks, or we're losing.
And it's the most important thing.
Traffic citations and traffic laws do not supersede the principles of liberty that our country was based on.
They don't supersede the Bill of Rights.
Okay?
And neither does any of the other legislation in the states.
We all agreed and we all swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
The states, the counties, the cities, we all agreed that that would be the primer rules, the primary rules, okay?
The rule of law.
That would be it for everyone.
Then the states got to make their own constitutions.
They got to make their own statutes and laws, but they cannot violate that basic foundation that our entire country was founded upon.
So that's where we're at now, folks.
Got a few minutes left in the broadcast.
What do you think it's going to look like post-Trump 2.0?
There's a lot of talk, for instance, of a third term.
I know Bannon's a huge proponent of that.
I don't even want to see the attempt.
I'm sorry.
I just, I get it.
They screwed the guy on the second term.
I don't need an extension of more than eight years in office.
Sorry, no matter who you are.
What do you think happens there?
And how do we keep this in a positive direction?
Because listen, again, warts and all, as bad as it's been and the problems, I think that the people have more of a say than ever, that the executives, you know, finally listening.
I mean, I think the Epstein thing is a great example of that.
Yeah, they wanted it to go away.
People were not having it.
All of a sudden, Ghelaine Maxwell is talking to the DOJ.
She's being moved.
I'm not saying we're going to get prosecutions or we're going to get all the documents, but I am saying that obviously the people within that executive are taking notice to the outrage and they're at least moving the needle.
Can we move the needle enough to total positivity by 2028 when we elect a new person?
Or is this going to be harder than ever with the tech coming in?
I'm going to give you the floor to end it.
It really scares me to death, Jason, because I think that the Democrats are going to come in wanting payback.
They're going to really want to undo and destroy everything that Trump and his administration have accomplished.
I think we'll have open borders again.
It's going to be chaotic.
It's going to be more of what the Democrats have given us under Obama and Biden.
They want to do it more, and they will, and it'll be worse.
And we will need constitutional sheriffs, and we will need constitutional counties across this country because it'll be our only line of defense.
It'll be the only place that people can really turn for peace, safety, and liberty.
And I pray I'm wrong, but the problem, too, is that there's just too many rhinos that aren't holding the line and really standing for what the Constitution, the party of the Constitution should be the Republican Party.
And it has not been in a lot of ways.
And so a lot of people talk about the Uniparty, that the Republicans and Democrats do the same thing.
There is some evidence of that.
Why do we still have a corrupt and out-of-control IRS?
Why do we still have the Federal Reserve?
Why do we still have $37 trillion in debt that both parties have been complicit in creating?
And so, and there's other things too, the corruption nationwide.
What have the Republicans and Democrats done about it?
And so you can keep going with that.
There's a lot more.
But I'm really wanting to rest my hopes on 2028, on the staunch conservatives.
And I really don't care where they come from or who they are.
want constitutional conservatives in government.
And I'm impressed with JD.
I'm impressed with Governor DeSantis.
And maybe there's some more.
Maybe there's another Ron Paul that will stand and say, it should have been me.
Rand Paul is not as good as his father, but I really like his politics.
I've had working and dealings with him in the past that I didn't care for what he did.
Amish Under Attack00:01:00
Do you know a group that has been attacked by government nationwide?
And that's the Amish farmers.
Amish.
I grew up right around the Amish.
You don't got to tell me.
I mean, literally what I've been doing.
Who's doing anything to save them?
Richard Barnes.
And we have been doing a lot.
And we've tried to get sheriffs to wake up.
And some sheriffs have stood up and defended the Amish against federal bureaucrats.
And that's part of what we do.
And that's the solution.
You've got to have a sheriff that will defend the Bill of Rights from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And that is an absolute powerful, peaceful, and effective solution that we have here at the CSPOA.
Sheriff MacCSPOA.org, that's Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
Go check that out.
And remember, folks, I need your support now more than ever.
