Zooming Out On Influence 00:14:29
We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in.
Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want.
We think too much and feel too little.
More than machinery.
We need humanity.
We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat.
As if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad, worse than bad.
They're crazy.
I am the great and powerful are.
No, you've got to say I'm a human being.
God damn it.
My life has value.
You have meddled with the primal forces of nature.
Don't give yourselves to brutes.
Men who despise you, enslave you, who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think, or what to feel, who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder.
Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men!
Machine men with machine minds and machine hearts.
Showtime!
And now, reality meets with Jason Burmes.
And who loves you and who do you love?
Hey, everybody, Jason Burmes here, and I'm just asking questions.
And the question we're going to ask today, and we're going to answer in rather short fashion, is, will we ever see the quote-unquote Epstein client list?
And the answer, 100%, unequivocally, is no.
And let me explain to you why.
It's because it doesn't exist.
It's never existed.
And the narrative surrounding it is utter jackassery.
Okay.
And I'm sorry if you're new to this, okay?
And this is going to be an Ask Me Anything, so get your questions ready.
And it's going to be a while till we get there because I'm also going to present somebody who did pioneering work on the case.
Okay.
And when I brought his name up in probably the biggest spaces out there on X, the Mario Nafal space, no one seemed to know who he was.
Which really shows you the level of ignorance surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein case.
Because I'm going to tell you something right now.
Okay.
Not only is there not a list, but we already have the names of people who worked within the network, both below and above Epstein.
Straight up.
We have them.
Now, do we have all the pieces of the puzzle?
No.
Do we have all the people that were not clients, okay, but people who engaged in perverse, criminal, sexual activity with minors?
Do we have that?
The photographs, the video?
No.
And that exists.
Okay.
So let me put into context exactly what I mean by there is no clientless.
Jeffrey Epstein wasn't selling any of these girls.
Jeffrey Epstein was a serial pedophile.
And everybody that ran through that network ran through Epstein first and foremost.
Period.
Now, some of them may have been brought out in by co-conspirators in the network at his level of wealth and modeling.
AKA people like Jean-Luc Brunel, who ended up getting charged and then dying of quote-unquote suicide in a Paris prison a couple years back.
I mean, these are names and pictures and evidence that have all been in the public arena.
Okay.
So then the people that would engage in this behavior would they're not paying a fee.
All right.
Now, if and when the girls are being paid out for this, it is through Epstein himself.
So then he can then blackmail them or curry favor with them within this network that also involved arms dealing at the highest levels.
And when we're talking arms dealing, we're literally not only talking about billions of dollars, we're talking about geopolitical power.
Okay.
This man, through this network, compromised geopolitical power, not only in the arenas of governance, but also technology, okay?
Finance, business, etc.
Everywhere where you would have influence.
And that's the big secret.
The arms dealing is really where they don't want you to go, because not only does it tie back to Iran-Contra, but Prince Andrew was the United Kingdom's number one arms dealer.
So that's going to take you all the way through and up until really that final arrest.
All right.
Now, at this point, I do want to say that I think that Pam Bondi has good intentions, but again, he's completely ignorant on the subject.
All right?
Now, before I go further and we start showing you some things, because we know there are hard drives, there are videos, there are burned discs, there are binders, and there are photographs.
It is non-negotiable.
And many of these things were found when they found Jeffrey Epstein's passport with an alter ego on it.
Okay?
And it goes beyond just Israeli intelligence and American intelligence and British intelligence.
This is that network, that international intelligence network that borrows from all these arenas in a plausible deniability circle in the true black ops world.
I, again, just need to reiterate when we are talking about Iran-Contra, okay, and we'll get into Epstein's connection to Adnan Khashoggi.
But remember, it was the Israelis that bought the weapons from European nations.
Czechoslovakia, one of them, and they sent them down there.
And then the United States government would pay the Israelis on the back end for that plausible deniability circle.
Okay.
So before we go further, thumbs it up, subscribe, share.
Again, start asking your questions.
We're going to get to as many questions and comments from the live chat as possible.
I need your support.
5, 10, 15 bucks.
It means the world to me.
Please give me a follow on X, where you will find a bunch of this stuff.
And Nick Bryant is who we're going to get into in a moment.
Give him a follow as well.
And Nick Bryant, just put together like a little almost 20-minute mini doc that we're going to play here start to finish.
So after Jason Burmes gets done explaining to you why there's no list, Nick Bryant's going to explain to you why there's no list.
And Nick Bryant not only has done some of the most pivotal work on Epstein, okay, but his Franklin scandal book is a must-read if you want to understand these networks.
It is a must-read.
It is a masterclass in journalistic excellence, period.
That's it.
Hey, I mean, I don't know what else to say.
And if you don't know Nick Bryant, Nick Bryant is the one that got the real black book.
Okay, so if you want lists, and by no means am I accusing everybody in his black book of being a criminal.
And here's the problem with the conservatives, and they want to believe in client lists and selling.
They want to believe like Bill Clinton was buying these girls, right?
It goes way beyond Bill Clinton.
Let's grow up.
And Bill Clinton wasn't buying anything because he didn't have to buy anything because he's the president of the United States.
My God.
So look, I actually did full videos on this actual list.
Intelligentsier, the New Yorker, in 2019, went through the entire black book that Nick Bryant got published.
And this is what annoys me.
You know, I go into this space and everybody's about a client list, and there's hoping that there's actually going to be something released.
And they're showing the binders, which was a big PR stunt.
Horrible.
Horrible.
And again, I think Patel, I think Bongino, I think, you know, there's a chance we might get some kind of real investigation now, but they're not just going to throw out new files without new charges and indictments and investigations.
And we've already seen everything get bifurcated, right?
So I'm on this space, and somebody who's like, I guess they're from Anonymous or whatever, and they start brat.
Like, I guess they weren't bragging.
They don't think they're bragging, but they acted like they did something.
And we put out the black book online, unredacted.
When Nick Bryant put it out, it was unredacted.
He's the one that got it from the butler who then got charged with it because he was shopping it around.
He was trying to sell it to one of the people suing Epstein in the court case for 50 grand.
That lawyer reported him.
He did 18 months and then died.
Bryant shopped it around just to get it published anywhere.
Gawker published it.
Bryant did articles on it.
All right?
Like Bryant did a lot of FOIAs.
He's the real.
And for someone else to act like they did something, oh, he put it online unredacted.
What?
It was unredacted when he put it out.
The phone numbers of people that mattered?
Of course it didn't.
It's the people that mattered.
Bryant's the one that put the flight locks that are available online.
So we're going to go to that Nick Bryant documentary in a moment.
But as everybody knows, we back up the bull snot here, right?
We don't just make stuff up.
Right here.
Jeffrey Epstein kept a trove of CDs and nude photos of women and girls stuffed in the closets of his $77 million New York City townhouse.
FBI agents used a saw to open a safe that held hard drives and diamonds.
Look, they discovered black binders.
You want to see the black binders?
They're right there.
They blacked out, just so everybody understands, they blacked out whatever was said on the black binders.
Each one of those things is as thick as a phone book.
So there's no client list.
Like when these people would even come one time to the island to discuss something, if he could blackmail them, he would.
So do you think he was going to charge them on what was already probably an all-expenses paid thing?
My God.
Like people need to grow up.
Now, there's the safe in question right there.
Okay.
Take a look at it.
We're going to zoom out a little bit.
There's the safe.
That's where they found the fake passport.
Now, they had that stuff in the closets before.
So we're going to go down.
I'm going to show you just some of the exhibits.
There's the hard drives.
They're right there in boxes, just some of the hard drives.
All right.
There's a bunch of the burned discs.
That's one, just one drawer open.
Just one drawer open.
This is one location.
Where's the evidence that's on there?
Now, you know, you go back to this one here.
And if you scroll through, you know, you can get a vibe of some of the stuff they put out there.
Where's the good one?
This might be the good one.
Is that the lowest of the low?
Yeah.
You can, I mean, there's the hard drives right there.
A little bit better of a shot.
They blacked out the pictures on the wall.
Blacked this stuff out there.
There's the discs.
This is the one with the most photographs on it.
There's the safe.
But there's even more than that you can find.
They blacked out paintings.
We know that crazy Bill Clinton painting was there.
But a lot of this stuff there, him kissing Ghelane, and they got Ghalane.
There's the massage tables.
Look, you can also get all the stuff from Palm Beach.
The stuff that matters that isn't being discussed is why he needed that fake passport and his relationship to people like Adnan Khashoggi.
Revealing the Epstein List 00:08:22
And, you know, again, we've played the clip here.
Look it up.
Just type in Lewis Black, Jeffrey Epstein.
The one time he meets Epstein, Epstein's talking about weapon systems that he discussed with the Israeli defense minister.
Are you starting to get the picture why there's no list like you think there is?
Okay.
And just because this is kind of a side note, I know there's a lot of people with TDS out there on one level or another.
By all accounts, whatever Trump did with Epstein was at least with people that were overage.
And Trump's the kind of guy that I don't know he would have any blackmail on.
Despite the fact that Epstein, okay, when those documents were asked to Trump in that Fox interview, he's kind of reluctant on them.
The entire conservative base wants that.
The 9-11 documents are as, if not more important, and no one's clamoring for those, you know, because there's a lot of fantasy narratives people are caught up in that are at a bunch of different extremes.
So thumbs it up, subscribe, share, make your comments.
We are absolutely 100% going to go to the AMA.
Just like I said, we're going to go down the line, discuss some things.
But first, we're going to play this piece start to finish from Nick Bryant.
Again, just driving it home.
We already know when I said lower level co-conspirators, Sarah Kalin, Leslie Groff, Nadia Marsenkova, who's also a victim, Nadia Marcinko now.
We know the associations with Les Wexner.
We know the complications with guys like Alan Dershowitz, who again, when you talk about Trump, part of the Trump legal team in the impeachments, clear, you know, huge relationship with Epstein, as Bryant's going to illustrate.
So again, big ups.
Shout out to Nick Bryant doing the real work on the ground.
Let's play this right now.
And really great production value here, Nick.
You knocked it out of the park on this report.
A list of names connected to late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is set to be released.
Around 200 names are set to be released.
Revealing the names of people associated to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
That Epstein client list is going to become public.
Jeffrey Epstein's client list in the Epstein files.
The Jeffrey Epstein client list.
One of the things a lot of people are wondering, because you said last week that you have the Epstein files on your desk, is when can we see them and what's taking so long to release them?
I do.
Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick, 200 victims.
200.
So we have well over, over 250, actually.
So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information.
But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims.
Other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.
What kind?
Are we going to see who was on the flights?
Are we going to see any evidence from what he recorded?
Because he had all of his homes wired with recording devices.
What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information.
But it's pretty sick what that man did.
Okay.
Well, along with his co-defendant.
Absolutely.
And he had help.
That's for sure.
He sure did.
What if I told you there is no Epstein list?
We've been bombarded by rumors of the Epstein list, which is thought to be the holy grail of the Epstein case.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said that the Epstein list or files were on her desk and they would be released today.
She promised, quote, a lot of flight logs, unquote, and quote, a lot of names, unquote.
However, those documents contained no flight logs with a lot of names.
Either she was lying on national television or she didn't even look at the documents that were being released today.
Either way, it's extremely egregious.
Bondi did not deliver on her promise.
In fact, no one in federal law enforcement has sought justice for the little girls that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked for approximately 25 years.
I've uploaded Epstein's Black Book to the internet in 2015, and I believe that's the closest we've come to an Epstein list because the Black book contains the names of various perps.
I also uploaded passenger manifests from Epstein's various sojourns, which I believe contain the names of various perps too.
In the Epstein list or Epstein file narrative, I'm surmising, Epstein kept a list of his child molesting clients as if he were a travel agent at the Jeffrey Epstein Travel Agency.
The Epstein list narrative is problematic because he had their names and numbers in his Black book.
At best, the Epstein list is wishful thinking.
At worst, it's a contrived meme.
According to a New York Times article from July 8th, 2019, federal authorities seized hundreds, possibly thousands, of sexually suggestive photographs of girls who appear underage, as well as hand-labeled compact discs with titles like Girls Pics Nude and with the names redacted, like Young Redacted Plus Redacted.
Judging by the titles on the discs, Epstein was a purveyor of child rape material.
The latter disc named by the New York Times is perhaps an indication of Blackville.
Moreover, Business Insider reported that an FBI agent later confessed that quote-unquote hard drives were taken from the safe.
I believe that the impounded discs and hard drives would be an unparalleled source for identifying both perpetrators and victims in the Epstein Child Trafficking Network.
If federal authorities are truly committed to justice, then Americans should be given access to the names of the perpetrators on the discs and the hard drives.
The victims of Epstein's massive cache of child rape material also need to be acknowledged and help with the psychological devastation that invariably accompanies being used as fodder for child rape material.
It's a rather peculiar facet of our society that people's attention is fixated on the names of the perpetrators.
And sadly, the destruction of children over the course of 25 years is never mentioned when Epstein is discussed in the media.
I think the latter fact is probably the result of grooming by the mainstream media, because I'm not aware of any media outlets demanding justice for Epstein and his Ilks numerous victims.
Rodriguez Circles Dershowitz 00:08:23
But they're nonetheless engrossed by manufacturing salacious content about the Epstein perps.
In a defamation lawsuit against Ghelaine Maxwell, Virginia Gufri accused the following men of being among her perpetrators.
Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew, former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, billionaire Glenn Dubin, former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, scientist Marvin Minsky, modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, Les Wexner, and also the former Israeli prime minister Ahud Barak.
The rich and powerful men named by Gufri issued public denials, and that appeared to be the extent of their fates vis-a-vis federal law enforcement.
Epstein's Black Book is also the source of numerous alleged perpetrators.
The prime mover of the Black Book surfacing was Alfredo Rodriguez, a former Epstein house manager.
He purloined a copy of Epstein's contacts, their addresses, and phone numbers before leaving Epstein's employ in 2005.
The Black book also contains the names of numerous victims.
In 2009, Rodriguez's grand plan was to hawk the Black book to an attorney representing some of the Epstein victims in civil lawsuits.
His fee was $50,000.
The attorney in question reported Rodriguez's hijinks to the FBI, which snared Rodriguez and the Black book in a sting.
The FBI had previously interviewed Rodriguez, but he said nary a word about the Black book.
So he was charged with federal obstruction of justice.
Rodriguez received an 18-month sentence for that offense, the same sentence received by his former employer for molesting an underage girl.
Rodriguez, however, had to serve his sentence in a federal prison instead of a county jail.
The assistant U.S. attorney prosecuting Rodriguez was Anne-Marie Villafana, and she did not veer from the Department of Justice's pattern of disingenuousness.
Villafana told the judge in the Rodriguez case that his failure to yield the Black Book was a lost opportunity for the government's Epstein investigation.
But she neglected to mention that the Justice Department didn't even need the Black book to prosecute Epstein for pedophilic crimes because it already possessed a list of 34 victims.
After the FBI busted Rodriguez attempting to peddle the Black book, one of the arresting agents stated in an affidavit that the Black book had the, quote, names and contact information of material witnesses, unquote.
Rodriguez also circled several names in the Black book, but the FBI affidavit does not delineate if the circled names are material witnesses.
The circled names, however, include that of Ghelene Maxwell and that of Sarah Kellen, two of Epstein's primary pimps.
Rodriguez also circled the name of Alan Dershowitz, for whom Epstein had 11 phone numbers in the Black Book.
In January of 2015, Virginia Guffri named the former Harvard Law School professor and superstar lawyer as a perpetrator in an affidavit filed by her attorneys, Brad Edwards and former federal judge Paul Cassell.
In the affidavit, Guffri stated that she had sex with Dershowitz, quote, at least six times, unquote.
Dershowitz gave an interview to the American lawyer in January of 2015, vindicating himself as a perpetrator.
He said, I've been married to this same woman for 28 years.
She goes with me everywhere.
People know that I won't argue a case or even give a speech unless my wife travels with me.
But Epstein's flight logs show that Dershowitz accompanied Epstein on a December 1997 flight from Palm Beach to New Jersey's Teterboro Airport, and they were accompanied by one unidentified female, as well as a Hazel, a Claire, and Ghelene Maxwell.
A 2005 flight log shows that Epstein and Dershowitz traveled from Massachusetts to Montreal with a Tatiana et al.
Dershowitz's wife is noticeably absent on those flights and others.
In the Gawker article I wrote about the flight logs, Dershowitz's steel-traped mind became rather rusty.
As for who else was on those flights, Dershowitz couldn't recall.
Hazel?
I don't know, he said.
Claire, I have no idea.
Tatiana, I think that was a woman in her 20s who was Epstein's girlfriend, but I never flew with her.
The unidentified female, that could have been my mother.
In 2022, Virginia Goufri said that she had, quote, may have made a mistake, unquote, when naming Dershowitz as a perpetrator.
Rodriguez also circled the name of Jean-Luc Brunel in Epstein's black book, and Epstein had 16 phone numbers for him.
Brunel was the third perpetrator Gufri named in her 2015 affidavit.
Epstein financed Brunel's Miami-based modeling agency, MC2, and Brunel was a frequent flyer on the Lolita Express.
Palm Beach County jail logs also show that he visited Epstein 67 times when Epstein was ostensibly confined to the county jail for 13 months.
The Daily Beast reported that Brunel, like Epstein, was an ethical eunuch.
He has been accused by former models of drugging and date raping them, and by former employees of recruiting foreign underage girls to be pimped out of Epstein's New York City apartments.
Rodriguez circled the names of Bill Richardson, the former New Mexico governor and also President Clinton's Secretary of Energy, and billionaire Glenn Dubin.
Epstein had five numbers for Richardson and eight numbers for Dubin.
Gufri named both Richardson and Dubin as perpetrators.
Richardson was a visitor to Zoro Ranch, Epstein's spread in the Rolling Hills outside of Santa Fe, where Epstein reportedly had underage girls delivered.
Epstein also contributed $100,000 to Richards' gubernatorial campaigns.
When Richardson was governor, Epstein did not have to register as a sex offender in New Mexico, which breached federal law.
Hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin had a protracted friendship with Epstein, and his model-turned medical doctor wife, Eva Anderson, had once dated Epstein.
In fact, Rodriguez circled Anderson's name in the Black book too.
After Epstein served his 13 months in the Poke, Glenn and Eva Dubin invited him to their home for Thanksgiving in 2009.
Prior to that Thanksgiving, Anderson wrote an email to Epstein's probation officer stating that she and her husband were, quote unquote, 100% comfortable with Epstein being around their children, including their teenage daughter.
Rodriguez also circled the names of former Israeli Prime Minister Ahud Barak and former Albrands potentate and billionaire Les Wexner.
Barack And Wexner Named 00:04:08
Barack and Wexner were also named by Gufri as perpetrators.
Barack frequently lodged at the Upper East Side apartment building owned by Epstein's brother, and he even visited Epstein's private Caribbean island, Orgy Island.
In 2004, Barack received a $2.4 million infusion from a foundation where Epstein was a trustee and major donor.
And in 2015, Epstein reportedly invested $1 million in a technology startup that Barack was launching.
Even if there's no Epstein list, like there's no Jeffrey Epstein travel agency, We nonetheless have lots of names.
However, we don't need names at this point.
We need prosecutions.
If the federal government is actually committed to arresting the perpetrators in Epstein's child trafficking network, we have enough names for a fantastic start.
The Justice Department has a superb tool to prosecute the perpetrators in the Epstein network, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, also known as RICO.
A RICO conspiracy is a federal crime that entails indicting individuals for crimes that are part of an organized criminal enterprise.
And the Epstein Trafficking Network was absolutely an organized criminal enterprise.
In the case of the mafia and RICO, federal prosecutors often indict the small fry crooks of the criminal enterprise on multiple crimes or RICO predicates.
When the small fry cooks find themselves staring at decades in prison, if not life, they frequently roll over on their cohorts who are higher on the criminal food chain.
I can even tell the feds where they should start.
A New York Times article from August 29th, 2019 names Ghelaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Nadia Marcinkova, and Haley Robson as procurers, or otherwise pimps, for the Epstein criminal enterprise.
The case that put Maxwell in prison was truly a travesty of justice.
Two of her indictments consisted of conspiracy to entice minors to travel and engage in illegal sex acts, and also conspiracy to transport minors with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Though Maxwell was indicted on two conspiracies, none of her criminal cohorts were indicted, which makes absolutely no sense.
The Justice Department under two Democratic presidential administrations and two Republican administrations, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, and the prior Trump administration, has failed to indict the perpetrators and procurers in Epstein's pedophile network.
After Epstein apparently killed himself, the feds declared that his case was closed.
And it was reported by NPR, MBC, USA Today, CNN, CNBC, Time, and Business Insider.
So I filed a Freedom of Information Act that requested the reports on the discs taken from Epstein Safe.
And the FBI told me that the case was still ongoing.
A government that covers up child trafficking in legal parlance is aiding and abetting child trafficking.
a government that aids and abets child trafficking has lost its soul.

Please join us at Epstein Justice as we restore the soul of America.
Oh my God, I've been muted that whole time.
I've been muted the whole time.
Wow.
Wow.
I'm sorry.
Oh, my God.
I'm going to have to.
I'm going to have to delete that part.
Like the whole AMA part.
Someone should have texted me.
No one.
Oh, or DM'd me.
My God.
I almost don't want to even do that part of it now.
I mean, guys, I had the whole thing.
I mean, geez, let's go down.
I mean, for how long?
No sound, no sound, no sound.
My God, can't hear you.

Oh, boy.
That really just threw me off.
How did I?
I mean, that must have gone on for five, ten minutes.
You know, honestly, I think that after that, I'm just, I'm just, I'm going to cut the video.
I apologize to everybody that stuck with it through that whole thing.
I mean, maybe I should.

I'm embarrassed.
I wanted to do the AMA.
Maybe we'll do a follow-up.
We'll do a follow-up of seven minutes.
For those watching live, we will do a follow-up tomorrow night after I get back from my niece's volleyball tournament.
Thumbs this up.

I apologize on that.
You know, I was making the point.
I do want to just kind of throw this in as a bonus for those that stuck around that, you know, these are Israeli arms dealers from Hollywood, Arnon Milken and Sidney Pollock, and that De Niro knew about it.
I mean, that's just the whole thing.
Rookie mistake instead.
I want to puke that I did that.
Get to 100 thumbs up.
