It's Burning To The Ground

Time Text
We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in.
Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want.
We think too much and feel too little.
More than machinery, we need humanity.
We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat, as if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad, worse than bad.
They're crazy.
Silence!
The great and powerful Oz knows why you have come.
You've got to say, I'm a human being.
God damn it!
My life has value!
You have meddled with the primal forces of nature.
Don't give yourselves to brutes.
Men who despise you, enslave you, who regiment your lives.
Tell you what to do, what to think or what to feel.
Who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder.
Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men with machine minds and machine hearts.
Yeah, thank you.
You're beautiful.
I love you.
Yes.
You're beautiful.
Thank you.
Aha.
It's showtime.
It's showtime.
And now, reality with Jason Burmiss.
And who loves you and who do you love?
Hey, everybody.
Jason Burmiss here, and I'm just asking questions.
We're going to be asking a lot of questions on how the hell is LA currently burning to a crisp right now?
This is just one of those things that is totally and completely wild to me.
It is not something I think anybody had on their bingo card, right?
That's the new terminology.
And it just shows you that no matter how much power and influence you think that you have on the planet, you can be touched.
Now, I want to say this.
I take no joy in what's going on.
I have no idea whether or not this is nature, this is arson, an act of God, etc.
In fact, when I first saw this, I really do see this a lot as a Rorschach test.
So, you know, I put that out, arson, nature, God's wrath, who you got, because you can bet your ass that there are going to be a multitude of sermons.
Across a multitude of religious beliefs about this event.
Period.
It's going to happen.
Alright?
And you will also have, and you're already seeing people outwardly saying, there's no way that this is natural, etc.
I've already, you know, heard the whispers of directed energy weapons.
I just want to say, this broadcast is about none of that.
We are going to put into question some of the policy that ensures something like this, if it is to occur, it's only going to get worse.
I mean, some of the details of this are completely shocking.
And props to AJ, old Jonesy, over at the Infowars.com.
I think he did a really good job today.
Just talking about the policies, the not trimming the trees and the plants.
And he's talking about the fact that they ran out of water.
I watched Anderson Cooper today in the mix talking about that as well.
In fact, there's a multitude of places they ran out of water.
It's like not even a secret.
It's insane.
You don't have enough water for a disaster like this in some of the richest areas in the country?
In the country?
I mean, I've been in those areas.
And I've got to tell you, a lot of them in the beginning, I mean, it's getting worse.
We might actually go to some live footage.
But when you saw it at first, a lot of that stuff outside of those little neighborhoods, they're in the hills.
It's not like there's shopping centers and other things there.
Oh, it's made its way.
In fact, we're going to start right now.
We're showing people this video of an overhead shot from a plane.
All right?
I mean, take this.
Look at this.
Comment in.
You're flying right over that thing.
The whole entire hills are on fire.
Shit.
Looks like hell come to life.
Look at that.
And anybody who's flown into LAX and is familiar with the region they're looking at, this is crazy.
This is a big deal.
Crazy town.
Alright?
So we're going to pause that and come back over here.
And this is crazy to me.
People are sick.
LA influencers slammed for stopping to take selfies as fires burn homes and kill two.
I guarantee there's a lot more than two dead and it's about to get worse.
I mean, you can't make this kind of crap up.
Is this what we've become?
You know what?
I'm going to say this.
Props to Steve Guttenberg.
We're not going to play the Gutenberg clip, but Gutenberg was moving cars and helping people and trying to get the fire under control when they thought it was manageable.
We're in toast town.
See what I'm saying right here?
It's oversauce.
And, you know, you can already look and find out a bunch of the Hollywood celebrities.
That was John Goodman's home right there.
I mean, gone.
Gonzo.
We're going to show you one of the dunzo ones.
Here's Heidi Montauk.
A lot of these were childhood homes.
A lot of people have grown up in that area.
And it extends beyond the celebritard and hollyweird culture.
And look, I'm sympathetic to them.
I'm just going to say this before we move on.
I mean, you want the latest and maybe some of the stuff that's being suppressed.
X has got you covered if you just type in Palisades Fire.
Now, right now, there's massive coverage all over.
Here's a zoom out happening as we're watching it.
Look at this thing.
Again, there's fires breaking out all over in weird places as well.
We're going to get into that.
But the next one, the next video we're going to play here is, you know, someone describing the fact that they don't even have any water.
They're so ill prepared.
My heart goes out, obviously, to the people at their homes.
And I'm watching the small businesses around us go up in flames.
This is people's livelihoods, so it's devastating.
But what is most concerning to me is our first responders and our firefighters who are trying to battle this.
There's no water in the Palisades.
There's no water coming out of the fire hydrants.
This is an absolute mismanagement by the city.
It's not the firefighters' fault, but it's by the city.
And I'm going to be very honest.
We've got a mayor that's out of the country, and we've got a city that's burning, and there's no resources to put out fires.
So if you look at your pictures, you don't see the firefighters there because there's nothing they can do.
And it looks like we're in a third world country here.
And we've got a lot of tough questions that we need to ask the mayor and the city council and our representatives and the county representatives.
Why didn't you work to mitigate this?
What was your brush mitigation program?
I heard you earlier talking about it's been dry because it hasn't been rain.
That's not the biggest problem here.
The brush up in these hills.
That are controlled by the city and the county.
I would bet you that if they haven't been handled, mitigated, pruned, removed for probably 30 or 40 years.
This was a disaster waiting to happen.
And what's predictable is preventable.
And who's paying the price are all of these people in their homes and their businesses tonight.
Now we'll rebuild.
But the majority of this community is going to have a tough time rebuilding their lives.
And we're going to get to that in a moment.
Because there's also evidence that they got rid of people's fire insurance right before this.
So I'm not saying there isn't a chance of premeditation.
We're looking right now at a live shot of what's being covered.
Over on the news, out in KCLA. Alright?
This is a big...
I mean, this story is far from over.
Now, to get back to some of the devastation, take a look at this.
It's so terrible.
I'm in the Palisades off of Sunset Boulevard.
There's no one out here.
And all of these houses have either totally burned down or are still on fire.
And I know...
It sounds great, everybody keeps saying it, but it really does feel like a movie.
Like, it's just so weird that there's no one here.
Like, there's no firefighters.
There's no police.
We just drove here.
Let me look at this house.
I've never seen anything like this, and it just goes on and on and on.
I've only covered hurricanes before.
Honestly, I've never covered a fire.
We're trying to use our Starlink here in a second.
There's no cell phone service.
I know everybody says it, but it really is apocalyptic.
And then you'll see a car that looks normal.
It's crazy.
And yeah, you know, you saw that right through the video, right?
That a bunch of cars look normal, but some of it looks like the total apocalypse.
This is insane.
All right, now, this next clip, they're going to talk about the fire insurance, and then I'm going to show you video of the news talking about another fiery outbreak that doesn't seem to make any sense.
Now, I want to say this, okay?
I'm just asking questions.
I have no idea what happened here.
Again, I think it's a Rorschach test if you're breaking out your jump to conclusions, Matt.
Okay?
But at the same time, there are a lot of coincidences here that don't look great.
And this fire insurance thing, not great.
And I would love for somebody to try to explain what I see in this video where there's just this outbreak of fire in a place that doesn't seem...
Like, it should be happening.
They've lived in this house for 75 years, and they've had the same insurance, and these insurance people decided to cancel their fire.
And we're going through this, and it just happened, and they have no fire insurance.
I'm sorry.
Another development.
This is a breaking development, and one that we wish we didn't have to report.
But this is...
Towards Sun Valley, shot from the Burbank Airport area, and you can see another fire has broken out.
This is up in Sun Valley, beyond Burbank, beyond the Burbank Airport.
We don't know what is burning at this point.
This is a distant shot.
We don't have a lot of information on it, but clearly another fire has broken out in another area of Southern California.
This is not connected to the Altadena Fire or the Palisades Fire.
This is entirely different.
So weird.
So weird.
I mean, again, let's get another live shot right here.
I mean, this is wild.

I mean, how long is this going to go on?
They don't have any water to mitigate it.
Now, earlier on, you heard in that one video talking about how the mayor of L.A. is not even there.
They're in Ghana.
Okay?
Now, kudos to this Sky News journalist who happened to run in to the L.A. mayor at the airport.
But you'll bet that the L.A. mayor doesn't seem to want to answer any questions about what's going on here.
Madam Mayor, David Blevins from Sky News in the UK.
Fire chiefs say that they're really stretched to the limit and running out of water.
What have you got to say to that?
Have you no response to that?
Do you owe citizens an apology for being absent while their homes were burning?
Do you regret cutting the fire department budget by millions of dollars, Madam Mayor?
Have you nothing to say today?
Have you absolutely nothing to say to the citizens today?
Elon Musk says that you're utterly incompetent.
Are you considering your position?
Madam Mayor, have you absolutely nothing to say to the citizens today who are dealing with this disaster?
No apology for them?
Thank you.
Do you think you should have been visiting Ghana while this was unfolding back home?
No answers.
Just running away.
Doesn't want to be there.
Take a look.
I mean, this is a live shot.
This is a live shot, everybody.
So again, thumbs the video up.

It absolutely means the world to me.
We also got the PayPal down there.
But really...
Spread the word about the channel.
Give me a follow over on X. I do want to thank people.
I think we did get those like five or six followers.
We broke into, I think, 46,000 followers on X today.
Hooah!
Look, we're trying to get this information out to as many people as possible.
You know, you just heard the guy say, Elon, who cares about Elon Musk?
My God, how does Elon Musk make his way into that conversation?
What, government inefficiency?
That the companies used to be based in California?
Well, whoop-a-da-do!
Well, whoop-a-da-do!
Folks, my thoughts and prayers are going out to these people.
This is devastating.
I mean, this is devastating.
I mean, that was a short list.
You're going to find out about a bunch of other celebrities.
I mean, I already saw what?
Ricky Lake lost her house.
I think Affleck lost his house.
I mean, this one might have to get more press if a bunch of them also had their insurance cut off.
But at the same time, like I said, you know, you better have a backup plan.
And no matter how powerful you think you are, there's always somebody more powerful.
And to them and maybe their group of cronies, they don't care much.
They'll cut your right loose.
Hey, diddy done do it.
Hey there, puffy.
That old puff daddy.
All right, folks.
I'm going to get out of here.
I love you guys.
Not about left or right.
Always about right and wrong.
