We also have Pedro Israel Orta, who came on the show a few months back to talk about his book, The Broken Whistle, a deep state run amok.
He's featured in this film with other great whistleblowers, such as John Kiriakou.
You're not going to want to miss it.
buckle up and get ready to make sense of the madness.
And we are back.
Now, let's get into it.
Now, Frank, you are the head of X's In The Sky Studios.
This is your latest film.
It's on its way out.
It's not quite there yet.
We've had Pedro on the broadcast before.
We'll get to him in a moment.
But give my audience a little bit of background, how you got into not only filmmaking, but decided to do this project.
Yeah, sure.
Thanks for having me on.
I appreciate it.
Well, long story short, I'm from New York and then I lived in Florida.
And then at 24, I moved to Los Angeles for 15 years and I wanted to be an actor and model, but I fell into screenwriting and then it kind of just tough nut to crack.
So through circumstances, LA kind of kicked my butt a little bit after 15 years.
I had a retreat home and I thank God for that.
It brought me back to my elderly parents who I spent a nice amount of time with before they passed away.
But long story short, when I got here, I'm thinking, well, why don't I just start doing my own films?
Because I'm not selling my screenplays.
It's my passion.
I want to tell stories.
I want to spread the word of God through film in a non-preachy manner.
I kind of don't even say that.
I just kind of let it happen because some people get turned off.
So I started doing films.
I got a camera.
My first film was called Lambs Among Wolves and then I just kind of progressed from there and here I am 14 years later and you know when you look at your first piece of work it was kind of like garbage you know just like any artist I guess you get better but here I am probably around 14 films later 14 years later and I've become a documentary filmmaker and I'm slowly getting notches in my belt, like I have a relationship with Epoch TV and Salem Now and some other streaming networks have carried my films.
You know, that's it.
I just want to spread the word of God through film in a non-preachy, exciting manner.
That's what I feel like I'm called to be.
You know how they say, if you like what you're doing, you'll never work a day in your life?
Well, that's kind of how I feel.
I really like what I'm doing.
I'm working on a new project right now to actually try and help Trump get re-elected, just juxtaposing their positions, Kamala Harris, all the horrendous tragedies under her, and what she's about, and then what Trump's about.
So it's going to be called Return of Your American Dream.
And yeah, that's it.
I love what I'm doing.
Before I start a film, no one knows the mind of God, but I kind of say, hey God, would you be happy with this message I'm going to convey?
So I did one on transgender, how it's wrong, you shouldn't mutilate your body.
I'm sure God's happy with that.
I did one on abortion and trying to sway people from doing that.
I'm sure God's happy with that.
So like, you know, I'm into doing anything that I feel God would approve of.
And, you know, like whether, say, you know, don't bully people or whatever it is.
And this film, Deep State Gangsters, is about truth.
And I think God's God would approve of me doing a film about speaking up for the truth, because Satan is connected with lies and deceit, and the truth is connected with God.
So you have this array of people who are being shut down and retaliated against because they spoke up about unjust things that were happening.
And, you know, so and then the main message of the film, there's a lot of them, but my most favorite one is at the end of the film, all these people, you know, say how, look, it was God that pulled me through this.
It was a struggle.
But here I am and things are even better now.
And it's kind of that's the message at the end.
And I mean, just between me and all your viewers, I kind of Try not to put the spiritual thing or the religion or the God thing right up front in case somebody gets turned off, whatever.
So I kind of hold the big guns for the end and people really seem to like this film.
I'm very proud of it.
Now, Pedro, you are featured in the film and you released your book earlier this year, The Broken Whistle, a deep state run amok.
For those unfamiliar with your story, let's get a brief synopsis.
And then why did you decide to be a part of this film and what do you think your role in it is?
Thank you, Jason.
The Deep State Run Amok, the subtitle of my book, is the main theme of this book.
It's where we have the just total complete weaponization of government power to silence dissent, destroy dissent.
In my case, I blew the whistle internally following all the laws and procedures mandated.
Accidental whistle blowing, mind you.
I was just doing my job.
I was just reporting to my superiors what I saw, what I witnessed firsthand.
Particularly in a war zone where our lives were being put in danger and where some one officer was being marginalized and I was in a management position so I was mandated to speak up.
I spoke up and the whole system just came out against me.
Every single office at the Central Intelligence Agency was hell-bent on doing one thing, destroying me, getting me literally to quit and leave the agency.
And I refused to quit and in the process of refusing to quit I reinvented myself.
I ended up having to leave the CIA and go work at the Office of Inspector General for the Intelligence Community on a what is known as a joint duty assignment.
So, I was still a CIA officer but loaned out to basically the Directorate of National Intelligence.
And, you know, as my case unfolded through the years 2015-2017, it turns out that whistleblower protections are just basically pretty letters on paper that are unenforceable and they have no desire to enforce.
As I found out as an IG inspector and ultimately I began to blow the whistle on the broken whistle and that's how we come up with the broken whistle because the whistle is broken and my whistle blowing was as if I blew the whistle on the broken whistle through a whistle that was broken with you know making no sound.
It was going nowhere despite the fact that I was going to the higher-ups in the intelligence community Director of CIA Mike Pompeo, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats, and leading Senators in the Senate Select Committee of Intelligence and the House Permanent Select Committee of Intelligence.
Nobody came to my rescue.
They basically allowed the CIA Office of Security to come in as a big bad bully, using mafia-like tactics, and they basically stripped me of my clearance and got me fired.
It's such a long story.
That it was worth putting on paper so that the American people and people in the world can see that we do have abuses of power within the U.S.
government and it has consequences not just for employees but for citizens writ large as we have seen with the continued weaponization of government power under the Biden-Harris administration.
So, I mean, this problem is getting worse, worse, and worse, and the sequel to the book became the film.
I connected with Frank.
Frank had an interest in turning the book into a documentary, and I realized that it's more than about me.
So I had connections with Nate Kane, John Kiriakou, as well as To a degree, I'm J. Michael Waller and I've been trying to get a hold of Lee Smith and Garret O'Boyle.
So I was able to connect all of us and Frank helped out immensely to make it happen.
And Frank and I basically worked together to come up with the basically how the film unfolded as far as the storyline.
And the bottom line is my favorite scene of the movies at the very end When John Kiriakou is speaking, he's saying that, you know, sometimes things are black and white.
Sometimes, you know, it's either black, white, truth, lie, good, evil.
And God is watching.
People are watching.
We're called to be a light in this dark society.
We're called to do what is right.
And sometimes there's a cost to doing what is right.
But ultimately, the closing scene, The Holocaust Memorial in Boston.
I was there and some of the scenes were shot there.
And it's that poem by a theologian who basically witnessed the rise of Hitler, the abuses of power by Nazism, and the Holocaust.
And he came up with a poem that said, who will speak for you when they come looking for you?
And the bottom line is, Who will speak up for you when they come looking for you is going to be determined by who you spoke up for.
If we do not rise up and speak up to be light in this world, darkness will overtake us.
And that's how this project basically culminated.
And, you know, that poem talks about the fact that he did nothing, right?
As one group after another group was persecuted.
And finally, when they came for him, there was no one left to speak up for him.
We're going to take a quick break.
We're going to come back.
I want to talk about Kyriacou, Waller, all of these other people because, you know, I've been doing this almost 20 years and never in my life have I seen so many former intelligence officers So displeased with what's going on.
I've got no shortage of interviews with people like that who have books, who are part of film projects.
This one is Deep State Gangsters.

You know what your problem is?
I'm angry.
Then I have to be here to testify about the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ.
Your problem is you think this is about justice.
And it's not about justice.
It's about mitigating damage.
There was a deep rot within the FBI.
They said that the FBI suspended me in order to financially devastate us.
And we got stranded in a new city without any support.
What ultimately kind of was the final straw for me was I got poisoned twice.
The Justice Department and the FBI, they don't get promoted by not charging you.
They don't get promoted by not ruining your life.
Look everyone, we're getting more January 6th subjects.
At this point, if the worst of the worst haven't been arrested, like, what are you doing?
With FBI agents being taken on child sex trafficking cases to swap people's houses.
I think we all know, James Comey, that you're a great storyteller because you made up the entire story about Crossfire Hurricane.
As far as the allegations of, you know, CIA hacking into, you know, Senate computers, nothing could be further from the truth.
I mean, we wouldn't do that.
People are hell-bent on destroying me.
It didn't take very long, maybe four months, before the FBI ended up raiding my home.
And began a couple of years worth of retaliatory harassment.
The civil FBI whistleblowers, they call themselves the Suspendables.
It was as if my name was toxic waste.
A lot of them are having trouble making ends meet and taking care of their families.
And that's one reason, of course, why the FBI and the Department of Justice are punishing them.
To set an example, I would have to fight communist-like totalitarian tactics.
Particularly working for the Central Intelligence Agency, where I'm supposed to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States.
Instead, I was supposed to defend and protect the bureaucracy first and foremost.
If any of you are thinking of blowing the whistles, look at these boys.
They can't feed their families anymore, so think twice and you better fall in line
And we are back Frank and Pedro, obviously a collaborative effort, but you just mentioned Kariakou.
Now, Kariakou has been in the public eye for some time.
You know, he is the waterboarding whistleblower.
His story takes place really at the start of over a decade ago.
And, you know, John is one of those people that, again, was the realization that when you're a real whistleblower, you're not embraced, you're persecuted, you're prosecuted, you're put in prison.
And I would argue, you know, he did that during, you know, I wouldn't say the height of the war on terror, but it was certainly still very relevant in people's minds and had a long way to go.
It's only gotten worse over the last 10 plus years.
So I'd love to get both of your takes on that, starting with Frank.
Yeah, well, John Kariakou, or yeah, I think I'm saying his name right.
Kariakou, I think how he says it.
He was like one of the best interviewees.
He's told the story so many times, I guess when he got there, it was just bam, bam, bam.
I didn't have to really kind of do anything, just ask a couple questions.
He was excellent.
In case people don't know, he's the whistleblower who blew the whistle on the torturing of prisoners,
the illegal torturing of terrorists to get information right after 9-11.
He is an amazing person.
He told some stories.
The FBI, well, he was with the CIA, but the FBI came in later.
Basically, they wanted to punish him.
In the film, he says his lawyer said to him, you think this is about justice.
It's not about justice.
It's about mitigating damages.
So that's what it's about.
These people were pissed off.
They managed to throw him in jail for like two years on some crappy trumped up charge.
But my point is they tried to trick him.
They set up an agent, an FBI agent, posing as a Japanese embassy person.
They had dinners together, and the Japanese guy's like, hey, if you give me information,
I'll give you money.
And John's like, how dare you do that?
I'm reporting you.
And he was told, oh, go back and have another meeting with him and another meeting with
him.
So it turns out that this was an FBI agent posing as a Japanese embassy person.
They were trying to get him to commit espionage and actually take money.
It was all a trap and a setup.
And he didn't.
And he didn't find out about this until later after discovery happened and his lawyers were
sent all this crap.
But it's amazing that, you know, it's supposed to be a just system.
And here they are baiting someone to try and get him to commit a crime where they can send
him away for 30 years instead of two, which was still unjust.
And he tells about his time in prison and how God pulled him through all those events.
So yeah, he was amazing.
And of course, another really great story is from Garrett O'Boyle.
He's the most recent one.
They suspended him and they wouldn't let him.
He was getting ready to move to Virginia, I believe, to start his new job with the FBI in his new position.
And they said, oh, by the way, you're suspended and we're not using you.
After he sold his house and was moving and all this stuff, they knew exactly what they were going to do.
They did it to harm him and to hurt him.
Just to set an example and says, look, if you're thinking of blowing the whistle, you have to feed your family, right?
You don't want to lose your job, right?
Like they use that to threaten people to be assigned to others.
Like, look, you don't speak out about things that the FBI or we're going to get you.
And, you know, I'm sure there are some good people in the FBI, a lot of them.
But the upper echelon is just crap.
I mean, I personally think it needs to be just tore down and redone.
They talked about moving its headquarters somewhere else.
I think they should.
You know, law enforcement is awesome, and I love them, but certain factions of the FBI and the CIA have absolutely gone rogue, and they're almost like, yeah, we're doing it.
What are you going to do about it?
You know?
It's almost like you're buying a house.
It's not almost.
They are doing that.
Let's be honest.
I watched Jeffrey Sachs on Tucker Carlson this week, and he just made the commentary that people like Kirby get up there and just smile at you and smirk while they lie to you.
He was using the assassination attempt of Trump recently as the example, but he went
down the line from COVID to Nord Stream to you name it, where they seem to have utter
contempt for the general populace.
And I would say that they treat the general populace like children.
That's too kind.
It's like children they don't even want in like a foster home, that you might get a backhand
if you look the wrong way.
That's literally how they treat us.
Well, you mentioned the fact, and I don't know that the FBI, the CIA, the NSA can be
And that is why one of the things that I liked about the Vivek Ramaswamy campaign was day one, we're going to fire half the people based on their social security numbers.
Then we're going to look at these agencies and we're going to see what we're keeping and we're not.
And if they have to go, they have to go.
Pedro, You've been in the Intel community for a very long time.
Have you seen an acceleration in people that are extremely upset as to how it is run as opposed to the past?
Has it just gone too far?
Because again, you've had whistleblowers in the past, people writing books in the past.
I've seen just a massive acceleration, especially over the last five to 10 years.
I mean, people go into these agencies having a noble, you know, a goodwill, you know, it's like, I'm going to serve my country.
I'm going to help national security, you know, defend and protect the United States from foreign and domestic enemies.
Do you know combat terrorists so forth and you go in and once you're in there you realize that it's just a massive bureaucracy that it's hell-bent on protecting itself Defending its turf defending its territory as far as its place and power within the federal bureaucracy its funding streams and And you've got to be one of them from the perspective of first and foremost defend the bureaucracy, protect it from embarrassment, protect it from anything that's going to threaten its viability.
So the people who really move up the ranks are those who develop that type of culture and that kind of mindset.
So you end up having a schism where you actually do have a lot of good officers to go in and do the right thing, but they realize that To move up, you're going to have to be one of them.
So they either retire in place and keep a low profile until they can bid their time to retire and get out, or they basically just leave and move on into the private sector.
So there is a large degree of employees that are really disgruntled.
But, you know, we all work for money.
It's very expensive to live in the D.C.
area.
If you get up and you get into the GS-14, GS-15, you know, kind of pay bans of the government, you're making decent pay.
And if you're taking trips overseas and working overseas, you get additional perks, you make
good money.
So people are afraid to speak up to lose that.
And not only that, but the benefits of government health care and so forth.
So I mean, people tend to be quiet and not speak up.
In my case, I was put in a very difficult position where I had no choice but to speak up.
But I didn't speak up every time I saw something, witnessed something, knowing that the system is rigged against you.
And ultimately, as we're discussing, I mean, we may not be able to reform these agencies and we may have to just completely gut them and start them up from scratch.
Because they're so broken that you just can't fix the brokenness.
It's like if you take a tire that has had so many plugs in it and so many holes and so many slashes that you can't patch it up anymore.
It's time to just throw the tire away and get a new one.
And we may have to do the same thing with some of these agencies like the FBI, the CIA.
Pedro, if Trump were to get in and they brought you in as an advisor or you became the head of an oversight committee to look at these agencies, what would be some of the first steps that you took for real regulation?
Well, I mean, you've got a couple things that are totally wrong.
The Office of Public Affairs, I call it the Office of Propaganda Affairs.
They're there to shape and influence and control the narrative that the people see and hear about these agencies.
So all these OPAs that are out there, probably shut them down.
Office of Congressional Affairs.
They're really not there to comply with congressional requests.
They're there to manage and massage Congress to ensure Congress gives them what they want.
So I would look at doing some reforms on those two entities.
And there is so much redundancy within the intelligence community with intelligence analysis, intelligence operations.
There needs to be actually more than just looking at the CIA, but looking at the whole intelligence community writ large, which ironically, that's what General Flynn wanted to do as the National Security Director and it got him fired.
So we've got to go back to what General Flynn wanted to do.
We have to do some kind of deep dive, efficiency, economy of scales, redundancy, and find a way to reform these institutions.
And it's going to take some heavy hitters to come in and impose their ways.
I would say that we definitely have to take out a lot of the career bureaucrats Who are more inclined to defend the bureaucracy than U.S.
national security.
And how do we clean these agencies is difficult because we cannot let them clean themselves out.
If you were to let them clean themselves out, they would do like the FBI has been doing.
Cleaning out all the pro-Trump, the pro-conservative, the God-fearing, the honorable employees out the door and replacing them with more liberal like-minded employees.
So, I mean, these are tough It's going to take quite a bit of a group effort, not just political appointees, but support from Capitol Hill, because ultimately Capitol Hill Congress, particularly the House of Representatives, is the one that funds all these agencies.
So the House is going to have to step up to the plate and do its job with oversight, same thing with the Senate, and definitely with some strong political appointees that go in and impose their ways on these agencies.
Deep State Gangsters is the upcoming film.
We're going to take a quick break.
We're going to come back.
We've got Frank D'Amico and Pedro Israel Orta with us.
You're not going to want to miss it.
More making sense of the madness after this.

And Kingdom Cup is mold free, it is pesticide free, and it is organic.
It's got this flavor that is delicious.
You don't even have to put cream or sweetener in it.
Why do we go with the bean form, the whole bean?
Because ultimately the powder form is the one that gathers the most moisture.
And that means the more potential mold development.
This is actually organic, mold-free, certified.
That's important because ultimately people drink coffee.
It's cultural.
And so we tried to meet the culture where it is and create a healthy alternative.
Make the healthy choice for you and your family.
Try mold-free, pesticide-free, and it's organic.

The worst crime you can commit as an FBI agent is to embarrass
I ended up going out of the FBI carrying 458 pages of classified documents on a thumb drive.
They seized my gun and FBI credentials.
If someone comes into your cell uninvited, that's an act of aggression.
I've been here 40 minutes and I'm gonna get my ass kicked.
It's important for people to understand what's going on in the event that you wind up on the other side of what we have to call a regime at this point.
There's a story in Genesis about Joseph and he was basically sold into slavery by his own brothers.
My faith never wavered.
What you meant, evil.
God intended for good.
People who see evil that is going on but they say nothing.
When you put your trust in God, before you know it, you'll have the courage to do things that you never thought you were capable of doing.
Washington D.C.
is a scary place, but I'm not afraid of it.
And we are back.
Gentlemen, one of the things that Trump has talked about, I would say a little bit more this time around, really wish that he had brought it up in the debates.
Did not expect the moderators to ask about it.
But is this mass declassification of these events of historical significance, whether it be the JFK assassination, RFK, MLK, all the way up Until 9-11.
Now, if I actually believed he was going to do that, especially in regards to 9-11, I'd probably be knocking on doors right now, being, you need to vote for this guy.
He was not able to do JFK.
I really expect we will at least get that somewhere in the beginning of his presidency.
As far as the other ones, Epstein's even been mentioned.
He says he'll do it.
He seems uncomfortable about it.
But for me, if we really want to face what elements of this country and the intelligence community have been involved with these past decades.
We need to show the American people because we haven't had criminal prosecutions.
We haven't had a meaningful mainstream media opposition.
And if we at least have the raw documents, we have a chance through people like myself and others to win in the court of public opinion.
So what are your thoughts on that, Frank?
And then we'll go to you, Pedro.
Yeah, I absolutely would like him to release these things.
You know, the more transparency, the more truth, the better.
You know, I interviewed Kayla Montgomery.
She's the one, the black woman, the young, pretty black woman that went on stage with Trump.
And she spoke in this interview for our next film.
And what it is, is they don't want Trump in office because then they could be exposed for all the wrongdoing they're doing.
They can be exposed and come after whether they're lying cheating or stealing Because he's the type that would find out and expose you and fire you so that's one huge reason why?
They don't want him in they're trying to get everybody to just hate his guts And you know that last you know the last debate was incredibly one-sided we had basically three against one and Kamala Harris came off very mean and Okay, she looks like a mean girl.
And the first thing she said was, you know, she wouldn't answer the first question, are things better now or then?
She just, you know, I call her platitudes in a pantsuit.
She just would go on and on.
But yeah, I mean, I would love to get some of these things revealed.
You know, that's what I'm saying.
Like, as far as Epstein and stuff, like, They'll be revealing some stuff and there are probably people involved that don't want to be known.
That's why I was coming back to like what I was saying, like Trump will be the one that exposes this truth and they know it and they are afraid of that and they don't want him in.
It's not so much that they hate him, you know, it's just they're afraid that he's going to expose them and he's going to find out about the truth and they're going to go down, you know?
Well, again, I would love to see some meaningful criminal prosecutions, especially after the fact.
I look at the Epstein network.
One of the things that almost nobody has talked about in regards to that, it seems the guy is an arms dealer.
I would not be surprised if it goes all the way back.
to Iran-Contra. A lot of people don't know or just ignore the fact that there was that
plausible deniability circle of Israel actually getting the weapons from Czechoslovakia and
other places, funneling it down to South America, and then us bringing up the drugs and contraband
to sell out. You know, Epstein had all these connections to not only U.S. and
intelligence, but Israeli intelligence.
I don't know if you've seen the clip, but in that last document dump, comedian Louis Black actually talked about his experience, only experience, meeting Epstein at his New York residence.
And he said that Epstein had this whiteboard up.
He said, hey, do you know what this is?
No idea.
He's like, well, I was talking weapons systems with the Israeli defense minister last night.
Really?
Jeffrey Epstein, why would you be talking about defense systems with the Israeli minister?
I wonder why.
Pedro, when we talk about the mass declassification of these type of documents, what are your thoughts?
Well, critical for transparency, for all these documents to be declassified, be publicly available.
So then the question that comes up is how can this be done?
Where Trump failed is not that he didn't do it.
It's that the bureaucracy basically was in charge of declassifying their own documents and in the process of asking for certain documents to be declassified, they basically defied the presidential order and failed to comply with the president.
So how do you do this?
It's actually very simple.
He's got to have strong leaders in charge of these institutions.
We're going to go in and say, give me every single document on this topic.
Leave no stone unturned.
That leader needs to take ownership.
Go in there and find all those documents.
Take them to the White House.
And then the White House has to publicly roll these out on their website or on some portal.
and let the public see it.
You cannot allow these agencies to have to lead in the declassification process, never.
If you do, you'll never see these documents in your life, or for that matter,
your sons will never see it in their lifetime, and who knows to what generation.
I mean, here we are, 2024, and we still can't get the JFK files from 1962.
That is just absolutely ridiculous.
Day one, whoever is in charge of the CIA needs to go in there, get all those documents, walk them to the White House, and let the White House release them publicly.
And that's how you do it with the Epstein files and with every other file that needs to be made public.
So one of the Things that I was not suspecting when RFK Jr.
essentially dropped out of the campaign and got behind Trump was the idea that they might make him the head of the Central Intelligence Agency.
I thought that was, first of all, unexpected.
Maybe it could work out.
A lot of people were thinking maybe Attorney General, Head of Health and Human Services, perhaps some kind of special oversight over Big Pharma.
When you look at RFK Jr.
and obviously the belief that some of these agencies had something to do with both his uncle and his father's death, is that a viable solution to put Kennedy in charge, out of the gates, ensure that these things do get declassified?
And Pedro, as you said, not allow just the bureaucrats in charge to clean out the agency, but someone like RFK Jr.
and a small staff to try to weed out and maybe try to save these intelligence agencies.
We'll start with you, Pedro.
Well, should President Trump win and begin to nominate personnel to head these cabinet positions, he's going to have to be very strategic.
He's got a limited amount of people that have really the gravitas, you know, the depth of character to go in and challenge these agencies.
And, you know, he's got to prioritize.
The biggest threat we have to our constitutional republic is certainly the national security bureaucracy.
So that leaves their CIA, FBI, and the Department of Justice.
Then the other issues are some of these other minor elements that have significant weight in government.
In the case of RFK, he's better prepared to handle like the Environmental Protection Agency,
the FDA or the National Health Institute.
And not only that, but more importantly is people like RFK Jr.
have others in their circle of influence that he can bring on board that Trump can tap into as well.
So I would say there has to be some kind of strategic consensus as far as who is going to be in charge of what and what are they going to do going in the gate.
I mean, if you look at the pool of candidates, the reality is that they're very limited.
I mean, he's got basically, I mean, you can count them.
You've got basically Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, Rick Grinnell.
You've got General Flynn, Vivek, and you know, perhaps, you know, Tulsi, RFK.
Apart from that, you've got basically a bunch of career politicians in Congress that you're basically rolling the dice now knowing what you're going to get.
Last time he rolled the dice on congressional members like Mike Pompeo and William Sessions, they stabbed him in the back.
So I would be very cautious as far as looking at political members of Congress to go into these institutions and make change.
Perhaps he's going to have to go down to the state level.
I mean, we know we've got some great state attorney generals, like in Texas and Missouri, so he probably could go down to the state level and tap into some of the talent there.
Well, let me just say this, you know, as far as establishment politicians, I largely agree with you.
I even am suspect to some of the people that you put on his allies list.
I'm really not a big fan of Grinnell, especially with the Assange situation and what he allegedly showed both Don and Don Jr.
in regards to keeping him in the Ecuadorian embassy and then eventually going to Belmarsh.
But there are a handful out there, maybe on the national level.
I would argue Rand Paul.
Mike Lee, maybe Clay Higgins, maybe you give Louie Gohmert a call.
You know, Louie was one of the only ones speaking truth about the Erica Chiaramella situation that got everybody censored on YouTube.
A lot of people forget there was censorship on YouTube and social media long before the COVID-1984 nightmare.
In that regards, You know, one of the things that I did hopefully want to see, and we're never going to see it, was maybe a debate between RFK Jr.
and Trump because of some of the different issues, especially with COVID and the shots and things like Operation Warp Speed.
Now, I would argue that obviously RFK coming on board is kind of a nod to the fact that maybe he got that one wrong.
We have that leaked phone conversation after the assassination attempt where he's not talking about Operation Warp Speed, but he is talking about traditional vaccinations and really taking a lot of the positions that RFK Jr.
has in the past.
So, Frank, what is your take on RFK Jr.' 's possible position in this administration should it get in?
Yeah, I definitely think he should work with Trump.
You didn't mention Tom Cotton.
He was potentially going to be a vice president pick.
I think he's awesome.
But I definitely think it's a plus to bring RFK in.
It's going to help his campaign.
It should help Trump get elected.
He's basically giving the nod to all his supporters saying, yeah, go ahead and vote for Trump because I'm with him.
So I think it's going to pull in a lot of people.
He's particularly good for Trump because he's speaking about, hey America, don't you want your children to be healthy?
And all these Americans that have kids, they obviously love their children and are like, wait a minute, I think I might vote for Trump.
He has the interest of my child in heart.
And that's going to be huge.
I mean, that's a huge plus.
Look, you want healthy kids.
You want me to take care of your kids.
Want to help take care of your kids.
Our obesity is out of control.
The depression rate is out of control.
We're going to get these chemicals out of our foods.
That's a really great sales pitch.
And RFK, in a way, Not a lot, but in a way is a lot like Trump because he's not an establishment person.
He's going to be like a bomb thrower.
I'm assuming like he has money, you know, but maybe not as much as Trump.
But it's a definite plus.
Or his watch anymore seeing they didn't give him secret service protection and he had to have his own security for nine months.
Oh and let's not forget there was a possibility of an assassination attempt on him.
You had some guy faking being a part of the security that was armed and even after that they refused to give him secret service protection.
Continue, I'm sorry for interrupting.
No, no, I agree.
Yeah, someone showed up to the green room, I believe, and was posing as an officer or an FBI person and had a gun.
He probably would have killed him.
And then, you know, Biden administration would not give him security.
It makes you think, do you want him to get killed?
Like, what are you doing?
And it wasn't until after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump that he got that.
And I'm going to say the scary part out loud.
Something is damn fishy about that assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
Damn fishy.
Frank, let's just stop.
We're talking deep state gangsters here.
Chris Wray got up there and said that all eight shots on the roof came from Crooks.
Absolutely insane.
Absolutely ludicrous.
You watched it the first time.
It was very clear.
First three or four shots are from one gun.
The other shots are probably a volley at Crooks himself.
Congress came out with their report investigation last week.
No one's talking about it.
Now they are confirming that yes, local police engaged Crooks first, shot him, incapacitated him, he didn't have the gun in his hand, yet five to ten seconds later, snipers that didn't do their job blew his head through his skull when he didn't have a gun in his hand.
Yeah, there's some questions.
I could go on about 25 other questions.
Go ahead, Frank.
No, another huge one is like they were supposed to, the Secret Service, were supposed to meet with these police officers beforehand and discuss things.
Never did it.
Blew it off.
We're now finding out that the police actually had radios that they wanted to give to the Secret Service so they can be in communication.
Blew them off.
Never happened.
Frank!
Let me stop you again!
Frank, listen, I gotta stop you again.
You look at the police Cam footage, the body cam footage.
They all thought they were on the same lines.
Every single one of them thought they were on the same communications.
Again, let's go back to the timeline.
Right.
You've got the initial officer climbing up the ladder to engage this kid, allegedly, and then the shots start from there.
You're telling me that he didn't say to all the other officers and everybody else, hey, I'm going to go up there and engage this guy with the gun.
Of course, the Secret Service is telling us they have no audio communications from that day.
Listen, I get it.
They want to treat me like a child.
A four-year-old could figure out that's a lie.
We got to take one last break.
When we come back, I want to talk about the release of Deep State Gangsters.
It's going to be out in a couple weeks.
I want to wrap it up with really anything these guys would like to say, but the assassination attempt should still be fresh in the public's mind.
They're doing everything they can to erase that.
From history, for some reason.
Final segment of Making Sense of the Madness after this.

Frank, I cut you off.
I know I'm very bad at that.
Frank Penigo, you can check him out.
XsInTheSkyFilms.com.
But when we're talking about this assassination attempt, I mean, it's red flag after.
And by the way, this guy's a kid.
He's a 20 year old kid.
That's the other thing people aren't talking about.
Lived with his parents.
All right.
Clearly a failure to launch kind of guy.
Both parents are behavioral psychologists.
His job is at a medical facility where they're treating the elderly and the handicapped so he's surrounded by drugs.
Obviously drugged up.
This kid, again, from the reports that you can find, allegedly said he was going to shoot up his school at 15 and there was a big commotion about that.
They cremated his body right after the fact?
Like, no toxic... I mean, it keeps rolling, brother.
And not only that, you've got the president's wife finally putting out, like, just a 20-second little thing where she's like, hey, by the way, my husband almost had his head blown off.
You think we can investigate this?
And no, it's not anywhere in the news!
This is the post-truth world that we're currently living in.
Go ahead, Frank.
I'm gonna shut up.
No, I just think it's great that Melania came out.
They're like, look, they're trying to kill my husband, you know?
And when I was talking about, like, the radios that the police had that wanted to give to the FBI, I mean, to the, I know, right?
It should be the Secret Service.
They basically turned it down so they could lie and say, oh, we didn't have communication, which they knew exactly what was going on.
You know?
And the body was cremated like that.
And you know what?
The coroner has to sign off before that body is released and cremated to get rid of all the evidence.
That never happened.
I guess they just waltzed in and said, we're taking the body.
And they cremated it.
It's fishy as hell.
You know, Iran wanted him dead.
All these countries wanted Trump dead.
I personally think the scenario was like, They just turned his head and said, okay, go, hurry up, get on the roof.
And then, like, the dude wasn't expecting to get killed, but after it happened, they killed him.
So he can't speak about what happened.
Fred, let me just say this.
We've gotten maybe, maybe a dozen videos, not just of the assassination attempt, but that area in that day.
We should have hundreds.
Everybody's got a magic box.
There were security cameras around the way.
We've seen none of those.
You know, I remember one of the dumbass conspiracy theories that were coming out right after the fact was there was that woman who had the little folded thing.
They're like, what's she doing?
I'm like, she's taping the incident.
Like gunshots are going off.
She had a tap and she's taping it.
Where's that tape?
You know, damn well, damn well.
DOJ, the Secret Service, the FBI rounded up every single possibility of a visual communication that day and we've seen almost none of it.
I mean literally almost none of it.
Pedro, we've got about six and a half minutes.
Before we get into the launch of the film in the next couple weeks, I do want to get your take on the assassination attempt and what we know so far.
I mean, you covered it.
So many inconsistencies, so many questions, and we have zero confidence and trust in our institutions to give us the truth.
And we got to get to the bottom of the truth.
And ultimately, I don't think we ever will.
Because as long as we have the FBI, the Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, Infiltrated by these political hacks who want to hide the truth.
We'll never get the truth.
So it goes back to the election.
We've got to elect the right leaders.
President Trump, in this case, is the right leader.
And we have to ensure that President Trump has the backing and support of, you know, his political appointees who will not backstab him and the congressional support to enact his agenda.
If not, we will never get to the bottom of the truth, whatever happened here in this assassination attempt.
So the film launches in about two weeks.
I'm a documentary filmmaker myself.
I know how hard these things are.
And I know also when you're doing them and you're watching them for the umpteenth time, you want to cut this, you want to add that.
This is going to be out in two weeks.
First of all, how are people going to see it?
Where do you plan on launching it?
Obviously, DeepStateGangsters.com.
I would imagine there'll be links at XsInTheSkyFilms.com as well.
But once it's out there, what's the next project as well, Frank?
I can double check with Pedro, but I believe by the end of September it will be carried on Salem Now.
They already have our trailer as in coming soon, so people should be able to see it on Salem Now.
The film I'm working on now is going to be epic.
You probably know about this.
Like a time frame, I have to get it done.
I'm shooting for like October 1st for like less than three weeks.
I'm probably 40, 30, 40 percent done and I interview people like I told you.
I'm interviewing Mahalia Montgomery, Charlie Spearings, the one who wrote the book on Kamala Harris, The Amateur Hour.
I'm interviewing a guy named Glenn Parada.
He's awesome.
He was from El Salvador, has this story about the American Dream.
He fled the MS-13 thing.
It's going to be an awesome film and it's going to be meant to help Trump get re-elected.
I heard at the Cannes Film Festival there's some piece of garbage that is trashing Trump, you know?
And it's their goal to use that film to hurt Trump from being elected.
And they're actually trying to do a Kickstarter and get more money to try and get it in more theaters.
So they're working through film.
To try and take Trump down, I'm actually going to be working through film to try and get Trump in office.
Because we have to save our nation.
And we understand the mean tweets.
I'll take the mean tweets, okay?
I'd rather have a secure border.
I'd rather have inflation dropping.
You know, I'd rather have a lot of other things.
Like four years ago, things were a hell of a lot better.
So my goal is through the film, working with a couple other people, to get it in the key swing states.
We want to get it.
We're going to blast it out in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and really try and nail it.
And I think we're going to let the film be seen for free before November 5th.
And then kind of take it from there and charge a small price to try and recoup some money.
But yeah, that's it, you know.
So we'll keep you posted on that.
That one's going to be called... Well, I like how you're focusing in on the swing states and then eventually going to be giving it away for free and trying to possibly make it go at least semi-viral before the election.
Continue.
Right.
No, maybe you can help me do that.
I will do my best, but I gotta tell you, you look at my shadow band numbers on both Twitter and my YouTube channel.
Forget about it.
It's tough out there in them there hills.
We've got a couple minutes left in the broadcast.
I want to give each of you a minute to finish up with what you think is important.
So Pedro, what would you like to leave the audience with?
Well, I'm working on trying to maximize distribution for Deep State Gangsters.
We have a commitment from Salem to carry the film, but they're not the only ones who can carry this film.
So I'm working with a firm, an attorney firm as well, to try to find that maximum distribution, trying to get it into like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, other significant streamers like Fandango, possibly Oroku, so forth.
So we want to get the maximum distribution out there so people have the ability to see it.
Also, potentially, if we can get it into some select movie theaters, we're shooting for that as well.
But that is a process, and that's where we're at right now.
And hopefully we can complete this process and have a game plan going into the end of September, beginning of October, to have this film out there so people can see it.
As far as the important message here is the weaponization of government power is the biggest threat that we face in our constitutional republic, and we have to attack this problem with the right candidate as president, President Trump, and the right appointees to go in and clean these agencies out.
Frank, 30 seconds.
What do you got?
Time to clean house.
I'm with Pedro.
One other huge thing in the film was how socialism and communism is seeping into our nation.
This is like what happened in the 30s and the 40s when they were trying to exterminate the Jews.
There's a parallel to the Holocaust that's happening.
It's seeping into our country.
There's this great propaganda through media, you know, and we have to be aware of that, you know.
And, you know, I remember on CNN... Gentlemen, gentlemen, we have run out of time.
I appreciate you.
I hope it does well.
DeepStateGangsters.com is where you can find the film before it comes out and know where it's going to be distributed.
