This is today's News Talk Radio, TNT.
You try to stay positive, Matt Baker.
He is an independent journalist and a viral sensation when confronting city councils all around the left coast.
Matt Baker, before we get into it, I want to cue up this clip of the head of Moderna talking about essentially a drill or a program just before the COVID-1984 nightmare.
That sounds a lot like what happened in the COVID-1984 nightmare.
Now this is just a piece of that.
The clip runs for about four minutes and there's a great thread with other videos on it, but let's hit that clip and talk about it.
At the end of the day, we talked to Tony about something that I've always been passionate about, which is outbreak and pandemic readiness, because I knew the mRNA technology could go so fast.
And so I said, one day we should mock up an outbreak where you guys send us by email a sequence of a virus you pick.
And we start the clockwatch and we see how quickly we can give you a GMP dose to get into the clinic.
You guys take it to the clinic.
And I told them, we should be able to do that in less than 60 days.
And they were all laughing, saying, you know, you cannot do a GMP product in less than 60 days.
Yeah, we can, because we're already doing it for cancer patients, for personalized cancer vaccine.
And so fast forward, they come visit the plant in Norwood in November.
They talked to the team, I was traveling, I was not there.
And then after they called me and said, yeah, we should do that in Q2 because in Q1, this is a true story, we should do the outbreak simulation in Q2 because in Q1 we're too busy.
Okay, what do you think you do?
We have time.
And then you connect the story.
Then in December, I hear about the virus.
When I hear about it, I email their team right away.
And they told me, look, we've heard about it, but we don't know what it is.
A few days after, we realized it is not flu.
It is not MERS.
It is not SARS.
It's a new coronavirus.
We only got the sequence, I think, January 13.
And there it is.
So, uh, if that doesn't scream premeditation, again, magically, uh, they're not going to do this till quarter two.
And this is the head of Moderna.
It's kind of weird that he looks a lot like, uh, the head of Pfizer as well, a Borla, like they have such similarities.
That's just like totally creepy.
It's like, one's like the half Danny DeVito clone of the other.
It's like the, the twins deal with Schwarzenegger DeVito.
We have a, we have a GMP dose.
How we make billion dollars.
How we make billion dollars.
Why does everyone have these weird, uh, European, French accents or like German accents?
They love like having our overlords be these guys.
Cause you know, the average Americans was probably like, oh, they're That guy sounds like he knows what he's talking about.
You know, it's just a little Frenchie.
Wouldn't hurt her to flee.
Let me just put this in context here a little bit, okay?
I have a timeline, right?
So I have all these notes and I've got this timeline.
So it's like...
Basically, if you know anything about this situation, Crimson Contagion, where they had a mock-up, basically, and that started in January 2019, all the way to August 2019, which was basically, what if there was a virus, and what if we had to lock down the world, and what if everyone had to wear masks, and what if we had to have mRNA vaccines, and what if there was misinformation and we had to shut down stuff on the internet.
So that was August, okay?
Then Event 201 happened.
That was October.
August, October.
Event 201 was another one of these things where they literally had it scripted out with news anchors and all the different people on the TV and the president's talking about, oh, there's been an outbreak, blah, blah, blah.
Matt, Matt, let me stop you.
Let me stop you even further than that.
Again, how cartoon level it was.
At this drill, they actually gave away stuffed animals, and I can't say animals, but stuffed coronaviruses.
You might be able to get one on eBay, but I cannot make this up.
Event 201 had stuffed coronaviruses.
Now, I know we all ended up going to COVID and COVID-19, but really, the mantra in the very beginning was a coronavirus.
Again.
I wrote a song about it, actually.

Anyway, it goes a little bit like that.
Now, that's the song, so it's a fact.
So, okay, we go from Crimson Contagion, okay, ends in August, and then we have Event 201, starts, it's in October 18th, okay, and then this October 19th, October 29th, I mean, sorry, 2019, That same month, they come out and they say in the end of that clip, I have it edited in.
We want to blow up the system.
Fauci himself says we need to have an event, some kind of something that would disrupt and blow up the system so that we can bring in mRNA technology.
They specifically talk about having a virus come from China.
And this is now this is one month before he tours the lab of this guy, Moderna CEO.
And then the CEO says, why don't we mock up a pandemic?
Why don't we mock up outbreak?
Tony's like, yeah, we're not going to be doing that at the beginning of the year, nudge, nudge, wink, wink, because we're going to be real busy.
And he's like, it's a true story, true story.
Yeah, it just so happens every one of these things happens month after month.
They specifically said they needed something to blow up the system so they could bring in the mRNA so-called vaccines.
And they wanted to do it, and they wanted, but Fauci's like, oh, it's gonna take us 10 years to do it.
We can't wait that long.
We have to change the way people think about the flu.
And that's what they did.
And so after that, then it went, that month, within a month, I'm sorry, this stuff drives me nuts.
I'm just like, ah, listen to me!
And let me stop you right there first, because you mentioned Tony Fauci, and people might've missed it in the clip, but really quickly, the head of Moderni says, Tony, he is, Of course, referring to Anthony Fauci.
He says his name fully multiple times in that video.
In the full clip, yes.

So, Anthony Fauci also went on the record and said that the Trump administration was going to face an
emergency, a health emergency, like we had not seen.
And I think that was all the way back in 2018, which predates any of the stuff we just talked
about, correct?
Yeah.

I have the full 45-minute tape that someone actually came up to me on the beach and was like, hey, are you Matt Baker?
And it was like a spy novel.
The guy tells me he's got this video.
He comes to my house.
I have to videotape it off the screen originally, because he didn't want the metadata.
I have to keep his identity safe and secret.
And then I start looking at this video.
I'm like, oh, OK.
I see why this guy's so worried now.
I mean, this is the kind of stuff that could get people bumped off.

But it was for a certain amount of people to have access to.
And we're seeing that more and more.
And unless somebody rips it or does something like this, we're not seeing these internal discussions.

So these guys have been players for a very long time.
The acceleration of that play is very evident when you look at 2018-2019 into the COVID-19-84 nightmare.

Well, so like I was saying, you're going to put it all into the premeditation of it.
Like I say, you start, you know, you start back at a crimson contagion, you go to event 201.
Then they say they want to blow up the system.
And then the next month he tours the factory.
They say, why don't we plan an outbreak?
And then within 30 days of that, happening he gets a call there's an outbreak and part of the plan was if you listen to it they're going to send them the virus information over the internet and they're going to start making the vaccine which is exactly what they did this all went down within 30 days of it of of them thinking about maybe they want to plan it which was 30 days after they wanted to blow up the system which is 30 days after event 201 which is 30 days after crimson contagion if you want to go all the way back to Rockefeller lockstep and all the things that they do with that this has been planned
They did it.
They've been working on it.
We have them red-handed.
They're admitting it in these videos.
The reason why this guy's so open is because this is not supposed to be out to the public.
Like you said, this was ripped by someone somewhere.
I don't know if they're on the call, if they're watching the call.
I'm not at liberty to discuss that.
But the reality is, is this came to me and I was given it because they had seen me on Infowars and stuff like that.
And they're like, Hey, would you possibly be able to get this video out?
And I'm like, Oh yeah.
So I spent weeks listening to these two French guys talking to translate everything and look
up all the things and all the related videos and content that go to it, to put it out,
to get it to the world as a gift to the world, as an unofficial deposition of this guy and
these scumbags.
He's basically breaking down the entire thing, how he's talking to Fauci in the video.

He talks about how they work for DARPA.
He talks about how they've been working with the military.
He talks about this guy, Monsef Slaoui.
Have you ever heard of Monsef Slaoui?
I have not.

And I'm, this is my topic.
I'm like Mr. Hale Fauci.
I've been hating on the damn thing for this whole time.
I never heard of the guy.
He's the guy that ran Warp Speed and we don't know who he is.
Why?
And the only way I knew is because I watched this video and they bring up all these other characters and how they interact and they talk about the multiple times how he was running Warp Speed.
He even gets into it, if you're a Trump supporter, they actually say in this video that Monsef Slaoui was running the whole thing and Trump gave him carte blanche and did not interfere and they also go on to say that Monsef Slaoui didn't really have nice things to say about Trump.
They also go on to say in this video that they slowed down the production of the so-called vaccine because there wasn't enough black people in the study and this ends up becoming a gray area because if you remember they wanted to get the vaccine Trump wanted to get the so-called vaccine out before the election this guy doesn't like it so they're Sandbagging it so that they can like, they're going to bring it out.
They're going to kill the babies.
They're going to kill the grandmas, but they just want to make sure Trump loses the election beforehand.
So anyway, there's so much- And let me stop you right there.
Let me stop you really quick.
This video is crazy.
You guys got to watch it.
And now that you mentioned that, I do remember that gentleman at a lot of the press conferences during that time period.
And I remember one in particular outside of the White House where he was talking.
So now that you mentioned his name, I do remember him sparsely in there, just like I remember Berks.
Now, when you're talking about these things, I want people to remember that on the left-hand side, when it was still Trump's vaccine, that's when it was okay to question it.
And even people like Kamala Embarras were out there saying, well, if this is a Trump vaccine, I know I ain't taking it.
I don't know what's in there.
And the moment, I mean, the literal moment that they announced Biden was the winner, there was a complete Flip, where you were not allowed to question the vaccine at all, even though, like you said, it had not only run through the Trump administration, but as you just alluded to with that individual from Moderna in the much longer 45 minutes, they talk about working for DARPA.
That partnership started in 2012-2013 with that initial $25 million grant in mRNA and
as part of a Defense Department program known as the ADEPT and PROTECT program.
So they had worked hand in glove, and Moderna had never produced a product.
You know, you just mentioned Anthony Fauci in that video, in that compilation that's a little bit longer at the top of the thread.

You mentioned that Fauci says that if everything goes well, in other words, it's a gravy train with biscuit wheels, the thing works, there aren't detrimental effects, it takes a decade for these shots to come to market.
The very nature of the Adept Protect program was the complete opposite.
And if you read it, it says to produce these things with what?
30 to 60 days, the same thing that you have this individual from Moderna promising as he's bragging about this simulation that they're driving, Matt.
Yeah.
Honestly, my brain explodes.
There's so many data points.
You've got to watch this video.
Watch it like 10 times.
Take notes.
Go down and get these guys.
Like I say, it's like an unofficial deposition.
They're admitting everything in it.
It's all there.
You can go back, and when they're on the trial, when they're at Nuremberg 2, you can say, Didn't you say over here that you said this and this and this?
I thought you weren't working.
I thought you, didn't you meet Anthony Fauci in August?
And so that's why we need to do it.
And let's get back to this Monsef Slaoui guy.
When you say the guy that worked for Moderna, let's talk about Monsef Slaoui again.
He looks like he's from the church of Satan, shaved head, very strange looking guy.
This guy used to be the top investor at Moderna and be on their board of investors.
So he's the head of the board of investors at Moderna.
He quit Moderna to become the head of Warp Speed.
He actually still owned shares.
The next month, they approved the vaccine for Operation Warp Speed.
He actually got in trouble for insider trading.
And then he's like, oh, well, I will donate my money to cancer research.
But as we all know, all of these guys are all involved in the cancer research.
The same thing, because they put the damn cancer viruses in the vaccines.
So he probably just paid it off to his homie, all this money he made.
And so this guy not only... Well, Matt, let me stop you.
Let me stop you again.
I got to stop you because in that video, just that small clip, when they're talking about the sequencing for this novel virus, for this outbreak, They mentioned the fact that they're already tailoring these mRNA vaccines as cancer vaccines.
So not only do you have this outward conflict of interest and this incestuous relationship, you have him caught financially exploiting the system.
And then like you said, they're like, well, no, no, no, we're going to just donate it.
It's another quid pro quo.
Into the same system that is developing these technologies ad nauseam and at the same time that they're promising us that these are benevolent and the best thing since breakfast, we're having disastrous results.
Cancer is through the roof.
All death mortality is through the roof.
And they can't hide a lot of that anymore.
It's actually being reported in the mainstream, but they sure are spinning it.

Time flies when you're having fun with guys like Matt Baker exposing evil and corruption on another level.
He's got a new leaked video of the head of Moderna really talking about The precursors to the COVID-1984 nightmare and just all these magical coincidences that are in line with so many other events.
Matt, keep breaking it down for us because you literally have that long list to go down.
Yeah.
Okay, so here's another part.
The fact that they were not only premeditating the use of the mRNA vaccine, but that they had previously actually already built and structured the spike protein.
Now, they may have tweaked it slightly, but they had been working on the spike protein for MERS, the Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome, which is also a coronavirus, which he mentions in this video, if you go watch the full 45-minute video.
They were working him and Tony Fauci and the NIH and DARPA were working on a vaccine mRNA so-called vaccine gene therapy with DARPA since 2016 and they had been working on it and working on it but somehow or another that That never that vaccine never came out, right?
Because they couldn't do the trials because they couldn't get the 10 years.
Nobody could wait.
Everybody had already invested the money.
These guys are sitting there like with blue balls, ready to ready to release this poison on the planet.
OK, and so they were not only if you watch one of the other clips that relates to this that I actually have in the thread.
One where they talk about blowing up the system.
The original plan, which they've been scripting forever, was a bird flu.
The bird flu, the bird flu, the bird flu was the original plan.
And they say, maybe there could be something from China, like a bird flu or something, you know?
And so they didn't go with it.
My theory is, because after watching this video, is that they had the spike protein, the coronavirus, in the bag.
And now that it comes out when they said that originally we were not doing gain-of-function research, you Senator are a liar!
When we all knew he was doing gain-of-function research, now they come and go, yeah, we were doing gain-of-function research, but it's no big deal because what could possibly go wrong?
They literally said that because there could be no possible Problem of mutating viruses in the world.
So you have something, the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, and then now you have this tweet by every account, looks like made in a lab, just a brother of it, which still has the spike protein, which they've been working on the vaccine of the mRNA for since 2016 now.
And that just shows again, again, again, again, it's all scripted, the whole thing going together.
And I hear you have something nice to say about the guys that work at the NIH.
Yes, well, you look at, for instance, you know, you're talking about some of the hearings and the denials via Rand Paul.
Now, Rand Paul had some really good exchanges with Fauci, but another individual, Joe Kennedy, and listen, Joe Kennedy ain't perfect, had some really great exchanges not just with Fauci but
with Francis Collins.
And for those that are unaware of these exchanges, they basically go down the line that,
you know, the approval for any of these vaccines would be a 10-year process with safety concerns.
And really the relationship with the World Health Organization and China and their policies,
and people really need to see this because the smirks and the laughter and the acknowledgement
of both Fauci and Collins is overwhelming.
These have been underplayed clips and now they're many years old.
Now, on top of that, it was such dark cartoon level that you talked about a little song that you wrote about coronavirus.
Well, Francis Collins, as detached from reality and society as he was, actually put out a video of a parody of Puff the Magic Dragon.
To the coronavirus song that he sang Acoustic guitar style with his wife taping it and if you can get through the whole thing without vomiting on yourself Kudos to you because I can't it shows again how arrogant These people were.
You know, while Francis Collins is singing, of coronavirus, blah blah blah blah blah blah, Anthony Fauci is getting dolls made of him that are being sold around the country, and they actually made a kids book called America's Doctor that was fully illustrated for Anthony Fauci.
They had candles with him on like he's a saint, Saint Anthony, Saint Anthony Fauci.
Have you seen these?
I mean, he and he milked it, man.
He was loving it.
Wasn't he?
He was like the sexiest man and time sexiest man.
Anthony, you know, he really was.
They were like, oh, Tony, he's so sexy, the doctor, this little midget gremlin comes out.
By the way, Tony Fauci has, like, when I was a little kid, don't forget, he was right at the center of the AZT thing with the AIDS.
The gay people used to hate Fauci because he killed so many gay people with AZT, which was a cancer drug, which was killing the people, which it came out later.
Most of these people weren't even dying from AIDS.
They were dying from the damn drug, which they couldn't sell.
He basically repurposed it.
Used it, bumped off all these people, created the fear.
I've got him on tape where he's literally saying, oh yeah, you could catch it.
You could catch it off a toilet seat.
You could catch it here.
Back in the beginning, when I was a little kid, I was traumatized to go to public swimming pools or go to the bathroom in a public restroom because of Anthony Fauci!
That scumbag!
Why is he still alive?
Legally and lawfully.
So, you know, let's talk a little bit about HIV, AIDS, that era, AZT, and medications in particular.
Now, we're probably about the same age.
I'm 44 years young.
And one of the things I specifically remember about that is them putting fear on children.
And one of the ways they did that was with Ryan White.
Who was this kid that was just fighting to go to school that had become HIV positive.
what they never told you about Ryan White is that he was a hemophiliac.
And later on, we would find out that Bayer just magically, and we don't know if this happened to Ryan White
and this is how he contracted it, but they had a drug for hemophiliacs,
which is an injectable twice a year called Factor VIII that was contaminated with HIV.
I would point out that even though he was a child, he was far from the only hemophiliac to contract this.
I remember Arthur Ashe, who was a very, very famous tennis player also contracted it as a hemophiliac.
Now, here's where it really gets even scarier in that regards.
Not only did they sell us on the idea that it could be a toilet seat or sharing a water with somebody or kissing somebody.
Or a hot tub or in a pool.
All of those things.
But it was basically sold to us as a death sentence.
And you talked about AZT.
A lot of people don't remember because that was like the tail end of the 80s into the early 90s.
That Dr. David Ho was actually the Time Man of the Year, I believe back in 1996, because he had come up with what was then a cocktail of drugs that were extremely expensive and I believe you would have to take every four to six hours called protease inhibitors.
Now the protease inhibitors, they were a high price tag and this just shows you the inadequacies of medicine.
So if you had about $80,000 a year, you could get the protease inhibitors and this is the original medications that they actually put Magic Johnson on.
Obviously now we have different medications and I remember the documentary film Bigger Stronger Faster and they went to an HIV patient that had a very very low white blood cell count and they had not given much hope to live and someone outside of the medical arena had told him that steroids Would be a good idea.
And you see this guy and he's on the steroids and he's working out and all of a sudden his immune system's working again, his white blood cell and T cell counter up and all those things.
We don't even talk about those things.
In regards to not only HIV, but autoimmune disorders in general.
In fact, we've demonized steroids and a lot of those subsidiaries.
So the entire narrative surrounding HIV and the narrative that Anthony Fauci put out has been proven completely false.
But was he reprimanded?
Was he fired?
Was he overlooked for a promotion?
No!
He was put in more charge.
He made a ton of money.
That should show people, Matt, how corrupt the system not only is, but has been for decades, my friend.
Indeed.
And let's talk about the factor eight, okay?
It came out that the drug companies knew.
Now, whether they contaminated it on purpose or not, that's questionable.
But they knew it was contaminated, and then they kept it and they shipped it to other countries, knowing that they were going to give death sentences to other people and human beings in the guise of saving their life.
This is how screwed up and demonic these scumbags are, okay?
And then Magic Johnson, from what I heard, actually one of the main reasons why he survived is because he didn't take AZT when all the other people were taking AZT.
Okay?
Let me talk.
This is something I just got to get out because I've been wanting to get this out.
It's on a grander scale.
Please go watch that full video.
It will make your mind explode and you will look into all these other things.
You'll find things I did not find.
But I want people to remember, the vaccine is not a vaccine.
It is an mRNA gene therapy.
They changed the definition of it so that they could get the liability protection because Ronald Reagan put in that you can't get sued if you make a vaccine.
So then they just say, oh, that's the vaccine then.
So look at this.
They not only call it a vaccine, they call it a drug.
Now, when I first heard them saying, oh, it's a drug, it's a drug, a gene therapy nanotechnology is going in and altering your system and with codes, telling your machinery in your cells to what to do, that's a drug.
No.
So I looked up the old definition of what a drug was.
A drug was originally dry herbs.
It was herbal medications.
It was extracts, like extracts you would get from, you know, THC or any other thing, alcohol, these type of things.
They were chemical compounds.
You cannot cross the bridge, which they've done so easily, no one's even caught it, that they're now calling these basically nanotech.
A drug.
So they can literally pump robots in an injection inside you and say, that's a drug.
No, that's not a drug.
We should completely reject this terminology, drug, before it even gets to the point of rejecting the terminology vaccine, which it is not.
Vaccines have such a bad rap now, they would call it something else, but they can't because they won't have liability protection.
And that's why these scumbags are just running around We're creating a million different variants and a million different kinds.
If you watch the video, you'll see he just laughing about how many different... We're going to try this variant, we're going to try that variant, we tried the Russian variant, we tried the Spanish variant, and we just put them all into one cocktail because now it's a booster market because basically he says in the end of the video he's talking about...
You can't make money selling vaccines anymore because basically everyone's making them and there's no market anymore.
So now we're in a booster market.
We're in a booster market and he's selling it like different strains of wheat.
He's like, oh, we got the XP7, we got the 2P2, and then we're going to do one that's a mix of the XP and the 2P and the 5-7.
It's like, So you're just going to put all these random ones in and not even test them and just go, oh, it's the same.
They want to make you think each one of these gene therapies is the same because it's using the same system to get it into your body.
But when your body's creating random different proteins and you're not testing it, how the hell are you going to know what the system is going to do down the way when your body starts generating these things, even if they did go according to plan?
Let me just say this.
When we look at this medication, we know that Peter Doshi of the British Medical Journal spoke out very loudly that, in fact, these were not the definition of vaccines and that they changed that definition.
You just talked about drugs.
And I would argue in the arena of gene therapy, if we're going to be honest of what they are, They are bioengineering technology utilizing nanotechnology.
And they are programmed and printed.
And you know, you mentioned HIV.
Now this is another alarming aspect of the entire COVID-1984 nightmare.
When you look at the virus itself, it is very apparent that it is not zoonotic because it shares a 12-sequence DNA nucleotide with HIV.
And perhaps scarier, after the fact, these hate and lie shots were actually pre-programmed with not only the sequence of the P3 protein of HIV, But also elements of SV40, simian virus 40, which was found in the polio vaccinations to cause cancer in hominids and apes, essentially.
And let's be honest, people as well.
That's extremely alarming that they would take those things after the fact and so openly and arrogantly program them into these new technologies that you rightfully called out are not vaccines, Matt.
And are not drugs either.
And we have to completely take away that.
They have to not be able to use these words in these covers so they don't have a blank check to make whatever the hell they want to do.
They're basically in the wild, wild west of going around.
The changes that they do to our genetic code may never be able to be taken out of our body.
They could have destroyed the genetic code of the God-given human being on Earth forever.
And then they'll come back and they'll say, oh, we could cure that.
We'll make these little nanobots and they can go in and rebuild your genetic code at a genetic level.
It's like, we have to stop this, people.
We have to stop it.
This never would have been allowed.
The EAU or Emergency Use Authorization would never have been allowed had they have been able to use Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin.
These drugs worked.
They knew they worked and they came out and they were like, oh, that's horse pace.
And now that douchebag, what's his name?
Cuomo is like, oh yeah, it works.
I take it every day.
This guy's telling people they need to be arrested and rounded up if they don't follow him.
And he's up there pushing this crap.
They never would have gotten the Emergency Use Authorization Act if it was, if there was any other treatment, no matter how pathetic it's effectiveness was.
It's in the system that you cannot get an emergency use for an unknown drug, let alone a brand new technology that they've never done before.
But because of the fear and because they blew up the system literally in real time, exactly as they planned, they got to do this and mutate the human race.
And now they're off to the races.
If we don't shut it down, we can't forget what they did to us and what they are still doing to us.
And they're still scripting the goddamn bird flu.
And again, they are hyping up that bird flu.
And from top to bottom, this entire COVID-1984 nightmare, mRNA and all, has been a military industrial complex operation.
And people do need to acknowledge that.
And we cannot allow this to happen again.
And look, I don't know whether or not we can mitigate what has been done to the species, but we sure have to try and we sure have to make people as accountable humanly possible and if not that win in the court of the
public arena so more people do not roll that sleeve up and test out these
technologies again you just mentioned the Moderna guy talking about all the
different variants well we've got Bill Gates now they're openly talking about the
lipid nanoparticles and how they're self assembling and all the different
varieties And that guy told you from day one it was Boosty McBoost time.
