In-Justice System Reflections 00:11:17
Hey everybody, Jason Burmes here, and the latest in the R. Kelly case really should have people reflecting on what I call our in-justice system, selective enforcement, and even the rigging of jury trial outcomes through money, threats, and deception.
And the R. Kelly case is really a microcosm for what goes on in much higher echelons of both the entertainment and political arenas.
Why?
Not only because of their influence, okay, but then their malleability to whatever agenda the establishment would like to put forth.
And when you talk selective enforcement, let's just look at the trial on its face.
Kelly got 30 years, much more than Ghelaine Maxwell.
And obviously, Jeffrey Epstein never made it to court.
All right, let's just put that on the table.
Now, the similarities are that for decades, people knew about this abuse.
And it was only through the outcries of journalists that would not have it and individuals coming forward that the cases were even prosecuted.
That's something to keep in mind.
But R. Kelly, in particular, had numerous trials, and he even had a 2008 CP case where he was able to beat the rap and say he wasn't in the video.
The girl wasn't the girl they thought it was in the video.
All lies.
All lies.
Won that case.
And now what we have is a case that revisits that, has the mother of the victim, the victim herself, and the sister of the victim of the infamous video that was talked about and even parodied by Dave Chappelle, where she has now come forth, said that not only is she in the video, but she was abused hundreds of times, hundreds of times by R. Kelly.
And the father and the mother were involved in some type of a payoff.
She felt she was threatened according to this new article.
The father worked for Kelly.
Now, I want that to sink in for some people.
All right.
He worked on the music side, so their entire income, payoff or not, was dependent on this guy.
All right?
And this is a serial abuser that we know about.
And they knew about via him Marrying Aaliyah, among other things.
Okay?
So let's look at this for a little bit.
R. Kelly pays hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy back CP videos that went missing from his collection in the 2000s and threatened accusers' mom, leaving her fearing for her life.
Court hears.
Now, there was pushback by the defense attorney over any kind of overt threats, and she's like, no.
Basically, her take on it was he was confronted by her and the husband.
And R. Kelly's response was, either you're with us or against us.
And it was in a threatening manner.
Okay.
Now, what I find extremely interesting about this entire case is: number one, this goes back to the 90s.
We knew about it in the late 90s.
Bare minimum, bare minimum.
This girl is one of dozens of victims that we know about.
And they beat the system.
All right?
They beat the system.
Okay.
She told jurors she lied to a state grand jury 20 years ago in part because she and her husband felt threatened by Kelly if they told the truth.
But the girl herself, you know, she lied.
They all lied.
He was acquitted in a state court.
Now, that should let you know, and this is something that I constantly refer to, especially in the case of Connor McGregor.
We'll look at that just briefly: is that even if someone beats the system, I don't know, somebody like Les Wexner, who was never even really investigated at a high level in the Jeffrey Epstein Ghillaine Maxwell saga, doesn't mean they're not guilty.
Doesn't mean they're not a bad person.
Many of us knew R. Kelly was guilty then.
Now, R. Kelly was making people money.
Harvey Weinstein was making people money.
They're both part of the entertainment industry.
They're really just middlemen that if they get caught enough times and there's enough pressure, guess what?
They'll burn them.
They're not part of any elite.
Hey, Harve.
Hey, Harve.
How was it being the personal projectionist for Bill Clinton and going on vacation with him, Harve?
Pretty great memory in that cell you're in, Harve.
You know, notice Billy Boy.
He's not in any prison cell.
There are levels to this game.
All right.
And right now, you know, Connor McGregor is at the level that he's being protected.
Because at the end of the day, the assault we talk about in December, okay, of, I believe it was 2018, maybe it was 2019.
Because I'm seeing this article here.
Let's click on the article and find out for ourselves when this was published.
No, I'm right.
It was December of 2018.
I just, the tweet was a year later putting it together.
So yeah, December of 2018, it's 2022.
Again, took a long time for any real prosecution for this one.
Woman too afraid to give statement for alleged rape by Irish sports star.
You know, and when you're hospitalized for days and the police source says at the end of the day, there is no doubt this young lady suffered a horrendous ordeal.
The examinations and all the evidence shows that she was, you know what, and very badly assaulted in that penthouse suite.
And there is a huge thread of that evidence.
They decided not to prosecute.
They believed him when he said it was consensual.
You know, she's had to go to civil court now.
Here are the leaked WhatsApp messages.
Really grotesque.
One of several victims.
It was illegal to even name him in the European press.
Somebody was disgusted at RTE.
And when he was finally arrested a month later, they put out his name.
One in 12 rape claims advances to conviction, okay, over in the UK.
8% is what they used to have the headline on.
I want people to understand that.
And she refused money, right?
But I still to this day, oh, when I talk about that, oh, I'm some kind of a conspiracy theorist or he's innocent.
No, it's a microcosm for how the whole system works, for how the whole entire system works.
If you are malleable, if you can be blackmailed, if you're part of the system, you're going to be able to get away with it for a very long time.
Think about what Harvey Weinstein did.
Again, I keep going back to the Harve.
But to intimidate his victims, he used Black Cube, the private security firm that relies heavily on ex-IDF and Massad agents.
All right?
There was actually some really great work out there on that matter that was published.
Man, was it Vanity Fair?
I'm not quite sure, but it was Rowan, what's his name there?
It was the daughter of the famous, wasn't it, Woody Allen's kid?
Supposedly, and a lot of people thought it was Frank Sinatra's kid.
So, yeah, you know, you look at that guy, he did really good work on that.
So they use these private firms, they use money and influence, and they beat the system a lot.
A lot.
Every once in a while, that system catches up with Jean-Luc Brunel.
Like, he's in that circle.
Where are all the other arrests and trials?
Forget about this stupid idea of a client list, everybody.
There's no client list.
What they do have are flight logs, receipts, a bunch of videos, hard drives full of them.
We showed you the hard drives.
Burned discs where they literally on the disc is written that it's some kind of a video event.
Okay?
DVDs that are burned and then folders full of pictures and other things that are all blacked out.
You can't even see what they say on the side.
Client list.
Look at all that evidence.
That's a paper trail.
That's a video trail.
And forget about the who's helping run it with them.
Those are the upper echelons.
All right.
And if you can take a guy like R. Kelly and you can give him 30 years, I mean, he's going to be, I think there's another trial after this one.
He's going to do 50, 100.
Why is it that Maxwell's not doing anywhere near this amount of time?
Why aren't the people involved with her also being arrested?
And a lot of the names are out there.
The other associates, you know, Kellen's one of them.
Marcinkova.
I believe Groff is in there.
There's a lot of names that are already available that were available even before they arrested Epstein.
All right?
So this whole idea of a client list, guys, everybody has to grow up.
It's well beyond a client list.
It's the idea that Maxwell, Epstein, and others in that network were intelligence assets and agents, not only of the agency here or even in Israel, but also it looks like European intelligence, right?
It does look like UK and British intelligence on top of all of it.
Why?
Because it's kind of this unholy alliance.
You want to know what the deep state really is, is you got to go all the way back to just Iran-Contra to get a glimpse of how it works globally and internationally.
But internationally, this is going on.
R. Kelly ain't the only one.
And it's great that we could finally bring some justice to that case, but we have to shine light on a whole bunch more.
And if somebody like McGregor can still be walking around making millions of dollars, proper 12 whiskey style, and his case won't even be tried in a court of law, that should let you know how corrupt the system is and how we have to be successful in the court of public opinion to even bring these issues out into the open.
