Why We Talk About This Virus 00:05:49
Hey everybody, Jason Burmes here and really the man to my right needs no introduction to my audience.
He is one of the few brave people that have stood up to the establishment via these COVID-19 mandates and I believe violations of our constitutional rights, Thomas Reg.
Now, I gotta ask you, when did you decide you had to be involved in these cases?
Because let's be honest, this isn't the type of case that's going to make you financially a rich man.
It's certainly not the type of case that's going to give you the type of notoriety where you're going to be elevated by the mainstream media and get one of those sweet gigs as a contributor to MSNBC or Fox News.
What was the breaking point?
What made you get involved?
So it's a God thing.
Clearly I'm not kind of doing mainstream news just about what I've got already.
Open up with that.
So going back prior to the outbreak of COVID, going back even in 2019, I was working on a master's in health science.
I was doing this lawyer thing and then I decided I wanted to get another degree and for no apparent reason, you know, I just don't know how else to say it.
God kind of pointed me in the direction of health science.
So I'm working on this masters in health science.
So I know this is going to be shocking to your viewers.
Some parts of that are not super interesting.
So when something interesting's happening new in the world of health science, you know, you look at it.
So fast forward to December, January 2020, 2019, 29.
Well, there's this disease popping up in China that they're talking about.
And, you know, I mean, it's like, there's diseases that pop up here and again, but they don't usually make it news.
So, okay, I'm going to look at it, right?
I'm going to look at it.
I'm doing my biostance courses and my epidemiology courses and all that fun stuff.
And so I'm going to look at this, right?
So this was weird, though, because I started looking at it, and, you know, I can't get rid of who I am.
So I'm a guy who questions, except by nature.
I started to look at it.
And I'm seeing these reports coming out of China.
And those reports, if you actually read them, and no one was reading them at the time.
But even at the time, the reports were very alarmist.
Like, out of control alarms.
And I'm looking at this and I'm like, why?
This looks like a bad flu season, right?
So, and we were already coming off a pretty bad flu season at the time.
And a lot of people forget that, that they were actually talking about that in October and November.
And that talking point just disappeared.
Well, so did the flu in 2020.
That's right.
According to the World Health Organization, for those that don't know, you can type in, where did the flu go, NPR, and out of the average in this country, 400,000 hospitalizations for the flu, they were down to 161.
Not 161,000, 161.
And you had officials literally say that the flu has disappeared from the northern and southern hemisphere of the planet for the first time in humankind.
Yeah, it never happened.
But now it did.
You know, the fact that the symptoms for the flu and the symptoms for COVID almost were identical.
I had nothing to do with it, by the way.
That was a coincidence.
Don't worry, we have PCR tests to tell us the truth.
But anyway, so I'm doing this work, this mascara's work, and I started, I was like, well, I'm going to write on this disease, right?
This disease.
And this coronavirus disease.
What is it?
Okay, so I'm doing my research.
And here's the problem.
First of all, it's really hard to research.
Now, if this disease is newsworthy, you'd think someone would be researching and writing about it, or at least reporting information.
No.
So, you know, I'm a little suspicious, but it's China, so, you know, maybe, maybe there's an issue.
But I keep researching, and then, you know, it supposedly keeps spreading.
It becomes a bigger crisis.
And now we have all these people around the world who are getting scared out and scared of it, right?
So I keep researching and writing.
From day one, everything that was reported was an absolute lie or out of context in the media.
So it's not making sense to me, right?
Why are we talking about this virus over here?
That anyone with, I mean, I'm working on a master's in L side.
I don't have it.
It's not a master's in epidemiology.
It's not a master's in biostatistics.
It's in health sciences.
Yet, I could look at this as maybe a little more than an amateur and see this is not right.
All these numbers are going to settle here.
You can run some basic math and figure that out.
And this is not.
I see this crazy.
Just crisis, crisis, crisis.
Then, what's worse is I start looking to the organizations that are going to come up, the CDC, the booth.
I'm looking, I'm trying to find out specific medical guidance that you would, you know, the kind of numbers and stuff that you'd be looking at.
When they're making decisions and making claims about the dangers, you know, they got, these are scientists.
They're supposed to be esteemed, right?
So none of what I'm seeing coming from them is matching what the numbers are showing.
It smelled like a skunk, right?
I mean, you know, I'm looking at this and I'm like, it doesn't make any sense.
Lockdown Loopholes 00:10:04
So by the lockdown, where it was, but you know, by late.
Starting in mid-March in New York with the mandates and then probably into mid-April almost everywhere else, there were varying degrees of mass mandates and lockdowns and shutdowns.
Yep, so by the time the lockdown had come, the first lockdown, the first day, I was done.
I had actually written, I want to say it was March 3rd.
I'd written a little blog post.
I mean, I have nobody, so nobody saw it.
But I wrote a little article saying, hey, are we going to give up our freedom for the pool box?
Because, you know, that's what it looked like we were heading towards when we arrived, right?
You know, so then day one, day they locked out, I started fighting, and I haven't stopped.
So how do you get involved in the court cases?
Because I know that you're involved in multiple, you've spoken at several state hearings now on the subject.
What was the first court case that you got involved in?
And then I'm sure after that, just the requests of your services must have flooded you and almost overwhelmed you.
So I prayed on it.
I said, God, you put this fight before me and I'll do my best.
I have.
First thing I got was a call from, I talked to a lady named Peggy Holt.
I can tell her story publicly.
Peggy is past, God rest her soul.
But I can tell her story publicly because we had to go public with it before she was gone.
And she had asked me to.
She said, use it.
So Peggy was immediately post-op stage four cancer.
She had a very rare form of cancer and needed to get to her doctor's.
Now remember, we were locking down to save lives, right?
So Peggy needed to get to her post-op to make sure she wasn't going to die.
This wasn't something you could screw around with as post-op stage four aggressive, you know, rare cancer.
She needed to get there.
Well, everything was locked down.
She couldn't go anywhere.
So she says, what can we do?
Well, you know, technically most lawyers, of course, file a lawsuit.
But, you know, we had to help this lady, and a lawsuit wasn't going to take away too long.
There was no way to get, you know, I mean, and the hospitals on the other side, you know, the hospitals in other states, they didn't really want to be involved with, okay, we'll see her if we, you know, if you sue us, or you sue the state, or you said, we didn't want to be involved in that, right?
So what we did was we called Governor Mike DeWine in Ohio, because this was in Ohio.
We called, we had some of our legislative people that we knew and some other people check with him.
Hey, can we get an exemption from the lockdown, you know, so that we can do this?
And there's more to it than that.
And he wouldn't do it.
He wouldn't do it.
Now, he'd been offering, you know, this exemption, that exemption for his business buddies, for all these other people.
But Peggy, who was dying, we're asking for a waiver so that we could get established via telehealth so that then, you know, because then there would have been a path forward.
We couldn't get a waiver for telehealth in the state of Ohio for this particular instance.
That's all we needed.
Walmart's open.
You go to McDonald's.
Not a big deal.
Those fast food restaurant workers can be around each other in close quarters, but literally a close op stage for cancer patients can't get a virtual call for a doctor so they can discuss possible life-saving measures.
You think that that's not possible in America, but not only was it possible, we would see more and more and more of that to come.
You know, at the time, a lot of hospitals were mad at DeWine for locking down.
And, you know, they're complaining because, you know, all the electric surgeries and stuff were blocked, and the government wasn't just printing money and handing it to him yet.
So, you know, politically, it was just not tenable for him to allow exemptions for out-of-state health services when his people were mad about the lockdown.
Of course, he didn't need to lock down, but, you know, that's that.
So, anyways, fast forward, and, you know, I'm working, you know, I was convinced working through that.
We did eventually get her to the hospital, by the way.
We were able, we went into a public with it, we raised the stake, and eventually we got there.
But fast forward, and the next thing I did was with a group of people in Ohio, just regular people, and that was the first big case, right?
So I found one other attorney that would even talk to me about this.
His name was Bob Gargress, got blessed.
He's a good, good, good man, still friend.
And we still work together on some stuff.
But Bob was looking at some stuff, and I said, well, you know, you guys are missing some stuff in at least one of your cases.
I said, you know, can I help you?
So Bob and I ended up working together.
We take this next case.
That was our first case that we filed.
And after that, yeah, you're right.
After that, the floodgates were open.
Everybody was, everybody was going out.
I'm sure.
I mean, again, I can't thank you enough for your bravery to do so because there were so many people that just kind of cowered or tried to wait it out or tried to play these mind games.
Well, it's not that bad and it's not going to be that long and this really isn't going to infringe on our constitutional rights.
Oh, I've got a wear face diaper.
It's not that big of a deal.
So I, you know, I mean, so I've got a, you know, social message with this.
I mean, everybody had to equivocate why it was okay to give up more and more and more.
It's why it's not worth the fight.
Meanwhile, the roof's burning.
Meanwhile, you're losing your freedoms right and left.
And meanwhile, the stage was set for the disaster that we have now.
You know, because everybody was too scared and too lazy and too, it doesn't affect me to do something.
It's where we're at.
Look what's happened in America since then.
We have elections stolen.
We've got the FBI raiding President Trump's house, weaponized.
We've got censorship on a scale that no one's ever imagined.
We've got just trillions and trillions of dollars of debt.
We've got our energy system is on the verge of collapse, which is intentional.
Our food supply is on the verge of collapse, also intentional.
I mean, look where we are because too many people were too damn afraid to get off their butts and do something.
And I was the wrong tool for the job, but I don't know.
I don't know if you're the wrong tool.
We're all imperfect tools, right?
You've got to understand something.
I don't have a big law firm.
I still don't.
I'm still a guy.
I'm still a guy fighting my hardest to do my best on this.
But from the beginning, the big law firms wouldn't get involved because they were all bought off, frankly.
Every time one of the big firms gets involved, suddenly they get a very sweet deal from someone who wants to hire them away from the case.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
It's uncanny, right?
Oh, yeah.
You know, I mean, they just won't do it.
So, and you've got to understand, that may sound extreme to you, but remember, this has been trillions of dollars of wealth transfer.
If you have to spend even 100 million buying off attorneys, well, you're still money ahead.
You know, I mean, so, and don't misunderstand.
I'm not saying they're bought off like they were paid off in a corrupt way.
What happened largely was every time a firm was in a good position to take a good case, they'd get hired by a hospital or someone where there'd be a conflict of interest so they could no longer take that case.
And, you know, the people that we represent, that my people represent, that I represent, the people that I work with, they're not bazillionaires.
You know, I mean, I remember I got a $20,000 donation once, and I didn't know what to do.
I was like, holy God, what's that?
You know, I got a couple groups that have been tremendously helpful.
But because of the, you know what?
And this is all I have to say.
If you want to know if America's free and why it's worth fighting for.
So I have Make Americans Free Again sends me a check every month to support my work.
Outside of them, I don't generally have to bill any clients that I work with because just because of the generosity of people.
That's why I'm heard of, really.
Well, and I don't want to.
And it's not feasible.
I mean, how do you have someone call me at 11 o'clock at night?
My mother, sister, brother's dying in the hospital.
Can you help them?
Once you send me over a check and a fee agreement.
I mean, what am I going to do?
How flippant is that, right?
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, you know, it's like that just doesn't.
So thank anybody that has ever supported anything we're doing.
I just want to, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Money's tight, and so it's tight.
I mean, there's times we're really working to keep the lights on.
But there's been enough that we've been able to keep them on.
And thanks to the people who supported us.
God bless you.
Because we've been able to help a lot of people.
And we've been able to keep this fight going.
I now feel like we're winning the fight.
That is good news.
Lab Leak Suspicions 00:06:20
Let's talk about some of the current cases that you're working on.
Because I know there are multiple, and obviously this fight is ongoing.
What is on your plate?
What are the next steps?
What are the next hearings we're going to see Thomas Renset?
So we've got stuff that's in play, and a lot of times, you know, you get very unplanned.
You get your stuff filed, you get this going to get that going.
And one of the things that you really have to balance as an attorney is in some of these big cases, there's an immense amount of work when it's time to do something.
But there's gaps in the middle where there's just nothing to do.
Sure.
And you can never tell exactly how that's going to go out.
So you can only take so many cases.
So we've got, you know, a few big cases that we've taken on, and we have a lot of other cases.
Now, one of the things that's really been a blessing is I've got some other attorneys that are working with me now.
And so we're doing a lot on like employment discrimination cases.
People who didn't want to get jabbed but got discriminated against.
We're doing a lot of helping doctors who had their licenses attacked.
Obviously the whistleblower stuff.
Everybody knows we do a lot of whistleblower stuff.
So we're doing a lot of different things like that.
One of the next things that we're really looking at is this origins.
I mean they built this in a lab at leak.
100%.
Well I don't know about leaks.
See that's my thing with that.
Whether it leaked intentionally or not we can do we can do we can talk about that.
Well that's my thing.
You know when you look at the media narratives right at first you weren't even allowed to talk about the lab theory and that it was not a natural virus at least in the mainstream.
And then the lab leak theory came in but obviously we've had speakers at this event and others that point to not only the Wuhan lab, but the North Chapel Hill Lab in this country in North Carolina.
Why do you think it is that people are so afraid to say, hey, maybe this wasn't leaked.
This is intentionally unleashed on the people.
Is it the fear that that could be real and that's an insurmountable enemy?
I mean what is it that blocks people from even asking that question?
So I'm asking the question.
I'm happy to ask it.
The reason that I haven't made the statement is because I always differentiate between what I have evidence on and what I have to.
So I think it got leaked on purpose.
I think there's a very reasonable chance that there were certain instances and we're going to actually be bringing out some stuff that I now have evidence on that suggest you know let me give you an example there.
So this one and I'm excited because Jason is one of the most knowledgeable guys I know.
So I'm going to try and give you something you don't know.
All right.
So bear with me as I go through this.
So let's say you've got this disease, it's in China.
And let's say it's Luke.
Okay, let's say it's Luke's ahead of time before the narrative.
Now we know that it was out before the narrative and I'll tell you why we know.
I have the documents from the Ukrainian BioLab that received a grant from the federal government to study COVID-19 in October of 2019 before it existed.
I've got other things.
We have the Italian study that, you know, they found this was spreading way earlier than they thought and said and others.
But we know that this was out earlier than what they said.
The narrative was a lie.
So let's say that this escaped earlier than, and they say escaped, but whether that's intentional or not.
Sure.
Let's say this was in population before December of 2019-ish.
I've advocated probably October, maybe even before that.
Let's say that what if this was spreading in China a little bit under the radar?
Well, the epidemiology, they're talking right now.
One of the things that just came out that I think is really interesting is that you talked about this study and how there was a super spreader event in the Wuhan lab.
Now, first of all, that does not necessarily indicate that that's the first spot it came out.
Just suggest it's a super spreader event.
If you were China, I'm not saying they're shady, nor would they lie, clearly.
But clearly, if you were China and this disease had already maybe accidentally gotten out and was spreading around here, Frederick, and you needed to find a way to cover up the fact that you built it in a lab with American Health.
And you decided you were going to claim Zoonotic.
It came from an animal.
Would it make sense to let something go in the Wuhan market?
Nope.
Clearly, it came from here.
I don't know.
I can't prove that yet.
But I think it's a valid theory based on some of the things that I've ever seen.
And we're getting ready, we're looking at this lab leak stuff, and we're getting ready to do some big stuff with it.
And so I'll have more.
I'm not there yet, but I want to have a lot more come up.
That's my next, one of my next biggest things that we're working on.
By the way, I got a boot out of this, right?
Okay.
So, and I get a boot out of this because it's like, I mean, I'm going to go home.
My wife will yell at me because I forgot to take the garbage out of her stuff.
I'm like a normal guy from Ohio.
I'm looking at it.
I get it, man.
So, normal guy from Ohio.
But when I announced that we were doing some work on this, within a week or two, suddenly Fauci and all these other guys said, you know, I wonder if there might be some credibility.
We should look into this lab leak thing.
You know, maybe it wasn't.
They're like, you know, just the only reason they did that is they knew about my good friend and of course Dr. Andrew Wong, who knows an awful lot about this.
So they're just, they're trying to CYA now.
And new flash guys aren't going to work.
So let's rewind a little bit because you mentioned the Ukrainian bio laboratories.
Website Denial Tactics 00:03:42
Let's call them that.
Let's not call them bioweapon facilities.
But let's just talk about these narratives and the outright denial in the beginning of this Ukrainian-Russian conflict that they even existed.
The mainstream media ran with that and fact checks.
And then you had that hearing where a government official actually said, well, they do exist in not so many words.
They were on the website.
I mean, they were listed on the website, the U.S. Consulate's website for Ukraine.
What do you mean they don't exist?
Unbelievable.
You know what they did, though?
You know what they did?
They said, well, these are observation books.
They're not actually, you know, and they're left over from the Russian era.
They always talk about that.
There's always some kind of an excuse or a subversion or an explanation.
What's the definition of the word?
Well, they'll just change definitions.
The vaccine definition has been changed in the last two and a half years.
The definition of boy got changed.
I mean, how do you do that?
Well, I'll tell you how you do that.
You do that through social conditioning and a lot of power at the upper echelons of a predator class that uses the UN, the WHO, and many others as their mouthpieces.
I mean, for instance, the World Health Organization has now announced there are more than two genders.
We have to swallow that as well.
I don't have to smile.
I'm actually going to tell you, listen, in my world, there's a boy and a girl, and then there's someone who's too stupid to know the difference.
So, I mean, listen, you can dress up how you want.
You can be a dude wearing a dress.
You're still a dude wearing a dress.
You either were born with junk or you weren't.
And if you're nuts enough to want to cut your junk off, there's something wrong with it.
And I feel bad for what people who've got issues that do, and I don't hate them.
And it's okay.
It's okay.
But the simple matter is, it's not the matter.
The reality is, I'm not going to redefine a word because you're uncomfortable with who you are.
If you're okay being a girl, pretending you're a girl, dressing like a girl, and you're a guy, right, fine.
You do you.
But don't tell me I got to change my word because you don't feel comfortable because I might hurt your feelings.
Because, yeah, listen, the word is what it is, right?
Well, I mean, we're probably around the same age, and we grew up in an era where we had transvestites, right?
And that was an accepted term.
And it was always pre-op or post-op.
And again, now you can't even say that you're supposedly any bigger.
It's no good.
I don't know that.
Yeah, you're not supposed to use that word.
And people, quite frankly, that are in that word, I don't think there's a thing wrong with it because that's how they identified at the time.
And it was a distinction whether or not you were a biological man or a woman.
And no matter how many hormones you take or what surgeries you have, you know what you can't change?
Your chromosomes.
You're never going to be able to change whether you got X, Y, or not.
No, no, no, they're working on that.
Well, that's the transhumanism agenda, my friend.
That's the gene therapy.
Which, by the way, for any of you that are wondering, that's not a conspiracy, Jerry.
Moderna and their SEC filings going back to 2019 immediately gene therapy.
MRNA is gene therapy.
It just is.
Well, they actually started a strategic partnership with DARPA in 2013.
It was the mRNA Strategic Partnership Program.
It included the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, including Merck, AstraZeneca, a lot of the big players in this.
And isn't it funny that in 2016, Moderna patents a cancer drug that has a 12-sequence DNA nucleotide of the virus itself.
HIV Jabs and Tragedies 00:05:46
Isn't it funny how we have sectioning of HIV discovered in the virus itself and then warnings with these shots that it may cause HIV and immunodependency if used wrongly?
Well, we know that the current jabs do flause something in HIV.
So, I mean, AIDS is acquired immunodeficiency symptoms of AIDS.
And we do know that people who've gotten this jab have gotten AIDS form of AIDS.
Now, whether it's HIV, AIDS, or just because it destroys your immune system, I don't know.
I leave that to the smart guys.
But what we do know is there are, you know, I mean, there are people who their immune systems have been destroyed and they are overcapable of what you had in Australia, for instance, when they were testing out one of their jabs.
They had a bunch of people come up with false HIV positive after the fact.
And I mean, it's been reported, and even Forbes prior to that, in October of 2020, did a story, you can look it up, how many scientists think that these jabs may cause an increase in your susceptibility to HIV.
These were in the mainstream and things that I focused on because, you know, nobody was telling you that.
Instead, you were getting Bernaysian talking points of safe and effective, alone together, and, you know, we're going to get through this.
Those weren't real.
The authoritarian measures have only continued.
They've expanded.
And I know you talked about the censorship aspect on this.
And that's kind of where I almost want to end.
A lot of people talk about we're living under Chinese-style censorship, right?
And I'll say it's no longer Chinese-style censorship.
It's just censorship.
People should have woken up when Google was constructing Dragonfly, a censored version of the internet all the way back in 2017 and 18, found out about it, and no one seemed to care.
Did you think the company that made that type of internet for China wasn't going to institute that type of internet in this country?
So, obviously, you're in these cases.
How can people support you?
Because you're one of the only people fighting these narratives with actual warfare, you know, and we need more of that.
Yeah, so the two biggest things you can do is, I mean, the number one thing is you can pray for us.
We work as help us spread the word.
You know, I mean, once you pray, help us share the word.
That's Renshashlaw.com.
I've got a subject.
I've got a few social followers.
How about those?
You know, help us get the word out.
The other thing is, is obviously if you can, if you're not broke from the recession, by the way, we don't have recessions.
Biden told me there was none yet.
But you know what?
Honestly, I don't consider it a recession because we got rid of the word depression a long time ago.
You can never go there.
And just because you don't have as many visual red lines doesn't mean more and more people aren't on the government dollar.
47% of the groceries.
But yeah.
But, you know, if you can, we have a good son go up there on Renscash Law.
We appreciate anything you can do.
Five bucks a week or five bucks a month makes a huge difference to us.
It really is.
But I'm going to give you one last thing here before we get.
So I'm going to be talking this weekend, and I don't want to ruin anybody.
Yeah.
But I'm speaking tomorrow.
And we're going to be talking about: we have the Social Security Deathmaster file whistleblower data, right?
Here's what I can tell you about this.
2020 was the worst pandemic in the universe, right?
The world ended, we all died.
And if you didn't think you died, you're wrong.
You died three times and you're just bad.
Okay, everybody died from the pandemic.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Somehow, I can't explain this.
Somehow in 2021, after the vaccines were introduced, more people died than in 2020.
I don't understand that.
Now, oddly enough, and really shockingly, no one could have predicted this.
The months where there were the highest number of jabs, you know, like when it first came out and they jabbed it into every nursing home resident, or like, you know, around that August, September time when the kids were going back to school and didn't have a choice.
Shockingly, those months are also the months where we saw most deaths.
I don't understand it.
I mean, clearly, this is a coincidence because it's safe and effective.
Anthony Fauci told me.
But, you know, joking aside, there was a massive increase in deaths in 2021.
There is literally nothing that could account for that other than the jab.
I mean, some months were massive.
And we're going to be good.
