When Constitutional Carry Started Rumbling00:09:41
Hey everybody, Jason Burmes here, and the last two days have had two of the largest Supreme Court decisions that are relevant to everybody in this country and around the world, by the way, and I'll get to that later in the broadcast in my lifetime.
And those two decisions, which I think are great on every level other than the fact that they're going to be used, unfortunately,
to widen the divide that has already been really orchestrated by a media military industrial complex to cause division amongst neighbors, amongst family members, on almost every level and make everything into a right or left issue.
Well, I assure you, that's not what we cover here.
We cover right and wrong.
And I think that everybody out there has the right to defend themselves.
And coming from New York, okay, I'm about to be 43 years young, okay?
Spending the vast majority of my life there.
I can tell you right now, unless you were former law enforcement, okay, unless it was in your line of work or you were military or former military, it was extremely difficult, unless you were part of the privileged class, of course, to get a concealed carry, okay?
Extremely difficult.
Now, also as somebody who has traveled throughout the country and lived in various places, okay, I can say this.
Geographically, in this country, there is nowhere like New York City in the world.
That is a given.
Now, we've seen how crime has run rampant, not only in the city, but the state itself, ever since they implemented catch and release pre-COVID 1984, okay?
January 1st.
When that started happening, bad things also started happening.
We have to also come to that realization.
Okay.
And right now in the city, you have a lot of chaos and crime.
And we're not just talking gun crime, by the way.
In my little town of Oneana, just about two weeks ago, in an alley, I probably walked by tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of times, walking, I mean, right off the main street, somebody was stabbed to death.
Okay?
Criminals gonna criminal.
And I should have the right to defend myself.
Now, right now, I'm in Iowa.
We have constitutional carry here.
Okay?
Great.
Awesome.
People want to act like, oh, well, that's not like other places.
What do you mean?
I've lived in Texas.
I live in Iowa, which is on the border.
Okay.
I'm five minutes away from Illinois, which has some of the most strict gun laws around.
Very difficult, and some of the highest rates of crime within their city, Chicago.
Okay, now have you been to Dallas?
Have you been to Austin?
Have you been to San Antonio?
And I would say this: California, you know, geographically, is not like New York in that very dense space.
There is only one New York.
So you use these arguments, right?
And the bottom line is the Constitution allows you not only to have a right to defend yourself against a robber or somebody on the street, but the Second Amendment is there to protect you against a ravenous, out-of-control government, which I think we have, by the way.
I'm kind of shocked by these decisions, but not so shocked in the sense that when you have a puppeteered president on a level we've never seen again, not only in the country, but in the world.
Okay?
We've seen global puppets before, but not of the first world nation superpower to the extent where they can't read off of a prompter.
In fact, we're waiting on Biden to talk about Roe v. Wade and it being overturned.
Let me say this.
I don't know if they're going to be able to drag him out.
That guy is probably on a regiment of different amphetamines.
They're not sure whether or not he may literally soil himself.
Okay?
And they don't want that.
He can barely speak.
And he's the 81 million vote champion.
Okay.
So in a lot of ways, you know, we're in bad shape.
We're playing pretend a lot in this country.
We have to understand that.
Okay.
But this is a good thing.
I was going to go live about yesterday.
I'm glad I didn't so I could get into the babies aspect of this.
Okay.
And by the way, living all over the place, I got to tell you, when I first started visiting places where people had either concealed carry or open carry, I remember Colorado when I first went there.
They had open carry everywhere.
And I was like, wow, this is wild.
I didn't, within moments, I acclimated and I was like, wow, I felt actually safer.
I'm like, all these citizens have guns.
Who's going to try to pull something?
Right?
That's a big deal.
That's a big deal.
And all the media talking points, there are going to be shootouts on the subway.
No, the shootouts on the subway already occur from the criminals.
Okay?
The shootouts in the street already occur because of the criminals.
And yeah, is road rage a thing?
Do people act violently at a rate?
Sure.
But most people know not to commit murder or attempted murder.
But you know what?
Some do.
You're not going to see a big increase of it.
Instead, I think that they're going to do everything in their power in New York.
And we're going to play Kelly Hochl in a minute.
Someone, again, who's not elected at all, not elected at all.
Just basically say they have this new magic word appeal.
All right.
Now they can't appeal a federal Supreme Court decision.
Remember, they appeal state Supreme Court decisions now.
Like when the state Supreme Court said that you need to take the masks off of children after so many New Yorkers were fed up and fought for their kids, right?
They just said appeal.
And they had a form letter going out.
I'm sure they're going to try to legislate their way out of this.
Let's play Hokul along, and then we will get into Roe versus Wade.
And some people are going to be like, well, Jason, aren't you four states' rights?
Shouldn't New York be able to do this?
No, It's your constitutional right.
They shouldn't be able to restrict the Constitution.
As far as Roe versus Wade as a constitutional right, you show me anywhere in the Constitution that guarantees that.
And there are huge problems with it because when it was put into place, it was put into place on the basis that certain states allowed it, certain didn't.
And there was a standard set at three months.
And you can agree with that standard or not.
I can tell you right now, I don't agree with six months, nine months.
I don't agree with a baby being born and then that being sold as abortion.
Okay, things got wild, beyond wild.
But let's go to Hokul.
We'll get to that in a moment.
By the way, guys, thumbs up, subscribe, and share.
I want to remind everybody right now, we are multi-streaming, but we are kicked off of YouTube.
We've been demonetized there for several years.
We are on Rockfin.
We will do the pod bean for the audio stuff as well as video.
But Rumble, Rumble, Rumble.
If you're not watching this on Rumble, make sure that you subscribe.
One of the great things about the Rumble app is that it can also act as kind of like an MP3.
So if you're watching a video, you got to go run.
You know how YouTube doesn't allow you to just put it down.
You have to have the screen on.
No, you can just minimize it with Rumble, go in the background.
Everything plays, and you can continue to listen along.
So get the app on your phone.
And hopefully, we're going to be doing big things here on Rumble.
All right, let's get to Hokul.
And don't forget, guys, before we get there, buy me a coffee and check out the documentary films for free.
Loose Change Final Cut, Fabled Enemies, Invisible Empire, a New World Order to find, and Shade the Motion Picture.
They are some of the most important things that you can share with people to open their minds about the reality that we right now live in.
So here's Kelly Hokul.
Again, someone who was installed.
Man, someone who was installed after Andrew Capo Cuomo had to resign for, you know, I guess playing some grab ass when the huge scandals were his shutdowns and policies in which he put infected,
Shocking Backlash Against Restrictions00:15:05
very ill elderly people into homes, restricted people from seeing their loved ones, and restricted the use of certain medicines in his state.
Those were the real scandals.
Okay?
None of that.
Nope.
And then the criminal investigation into the grab ass sensation was a whole bunch of Johnny nonsense, limited hangout garbage that eventually brought his brother down.
And remember, they were calling him America's governor during the COVID-19 44 nightmare.
You know, I'm almost tempted to bring up Andrew Capo Cuomo himself on April 17th, 2020, using the build back better terminology and showing on the screen how they were going to build back better.
Remember when Kamala Harris said that was her and Joe's plan?
I mean, these people are serial liars that are completely unaccountable.
Let's go to Hokul.
Apparently, the Supreme Court has now decided with this far-reaching decision that the two-step standard that had been in place since Heller versus McDonald, where they analyze the Second Amendment, where it combines history.
We have a history, yes, we do, but also means and scrutiny.
Does the means of the restriction justify the infringement?
And most people would say, yes, we have a right to protect people from gun violence.
No, you have a right to protect yourself from any type of violence.
This woman is repulsive on so many, she's so unimpressive as well.
She's like the rich drunk aunt you never want at dinner during the holidays.
That's just a twisted, evil bizzle niche.
That's all I'm going to say.
That's how she comes off.
But I'll simply say in our very quick analysis, because this is only minutes old, they have now said that the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation.
That's it.
No longer can we strike the balance.
Only if a firearm regulation is consistent with this nation's historical tradition, may a court conclude that the individual's conduct falls outside the Second Amendment's unqualified command.
Shocking.
I'm shocked that they did it too, but not because of the reasons you are, because it's the right thing to do.
I want you to imagine for a second, if you don't live in one of these states and you have had a handgun for a very long time and you do go out with that handgun, in my state, you have to somehow prove that your life or those of your loved ones is in constant risk.
Okay, that is a prerequisite.
It is a backdoor good old boys' club.
So, in other words, if I'm Michael Bloomberg, right, all of my personnel are going to be armed to the teeth, and all of those personnel are going to have concealed carry permits because I'm Michael Bloomberg.
You get it?
I'm sure that Kelly Hochl's guards have the same thing going.
Shocking.
Shocking.
Let them eat cake.
Absolutely shocking that they have taken away our right to have reasonable restrictions.
We can have restrictions on speech.
You can't yell fire in a crowded theater.
See, I love how she brings up speech too.
Again, those restrictions were in the Constitution.
And there have been constitutional cases where people have literally, you know, they bring up this Trump incited a riot.
Listen, I'm no MAGA guy.
That's imagination land.
That's Johnny nonsense.
That's not real.
Okay.
And guess what?
Unless you are absolutely directing people to do something and involved in it yourself, you really can't incite a riot in the way they're all saying this.
I mean, these people are out of control.
She is an out-of-control dictator.
And the people that really pull the strings, the money men behind this, okay?
And that is what the deep state really is.
Okay?
Do you think there's fair elections in New York?
Give me a break.
But somehow there's no restrictions allowed on the Second Amendment.
This is New York.
We don't back down.
We fight back.
You know how many people in upstate New York are so happy right now?
You know how many people who are down in the city who have seen crime blow up are like, yes, finally I can defend myself.
Hmm?
Hmm?
But again, they'll gaslight you on that.
And now every single media outlet other than Fox, again, to set up that right-left paradigm, you know, and of course, you have the subsidiaries of that that I think do some really good work in some cases, like OAN, Newsmax at Times, et cetera, that will go up against it.
And it creates this right-left thing.
This isn't a right-left issue.
The guy that rolls up on you because he likes your watch and your smartphone doesn't give a flying fatoodle how you vote at all.
At all.
Okay?
Neither does the schizophrenic psychopath that happens to be on the streets and is a career criminal that just wants to conduct some random acts of violence.
Ever been to New York City?
I have.
I've seen it firsthand.
Firsthand.
I've seen people literally have schizophrenic, violent episodes and the police be feet away, not doing anything.
Wild sauce.
But this, she's the protector.
And she can't believe that other people are allowed to protect themselves.
This is New York.
We're going to fight back.
And we'll be alerting the public, the media, in the very short term of exactly what our language that we've been analyzing.
We have language we'd like to now enact into law.
See, enact into law.
Not vote on to get, not legislate into law, enact.
We'd like to mandate things now.
You don't get any kind of checks and balances or accountability anymore.
We're just going to enact things.
It's mandate country.
This is an emergency.
It's a health emergency.
We'll be sharing that with the leaders.
And I'm sorry this dark day has come.
They were supposed to go back to what was in place since 1788 when the Constitution of the United States of America was ratified.
And I would like to point out to the Supreme Court justices.
And again, they, like, think about what she's saying, okay?
There's all sorts of reasonable regulations on firearms throughout the entire country, okay?
To keep criminals and the mentally ill away from weapons.
Okay?
All sorts of regulations.
She's just going to pretend like that doesn't exist.
And it's musket country.
Okay?
Again, Johnny nonsense all the way around.
That the only weapons at the time were muskets.
I'm prepared to go back to muskets.
I don't think they envision the high-capacity assault weapon magazines intended for battlefields as being covered for it, but I guess we're just going to have to disagree.
And once again, the vast, vast majority of shootings in this country are handguns.
And by the way, the vast, vast majority of when active shooters are confronted with people with handguns defending themselves, they get killed.
Hmm?
You remember that incident where the guy went to the bar with his sister and so it ends up killing his sister, by the way.
And he killed a lot of people with that.
He went on a crowded street, killed a lot of people.
Could have been way worse.
The cops confronted him with a handgun.
Okay?
On top of that, we recently had the story that nobody really wanted to talk about where a gentleman came out with an AR-15 and a woman, again, killed him.
I believe that was in Virginia with a handgun.
So I will return to our purpose of being here and let people know that our new laws are going to be looking at restrictions on sensitive locations, changing the permitting process, creating a threshold for those.
We're going to have training requirements.
We're going to make sure that people have concealed weapons as specified training.
We have a whole lot of ideas.
And also look at a system where businesses and private property owners would have the right to protect themselves.
They do have the right to protect themselves.
They love to invert reality.
Oh, you're going to, oh, they have the right to protect themselves, Ms. Hochl.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so, so much.
Now, at the same time, that this is happening, by the way, up here's Joe Biden.
We got to go to Biden.
We're going to talk about the red flag laws, but let's see what Biden here has to say, okay?
The world.
But this decision must not be the final word.
My administration will use all of its appropriate lawful powers.
But Congress must act.
And with your vote, you can act.
You can have the final word.
This is not over.
Thank you very much.
More to say this in weeks to come.
Thank you.
Mr. President, why are you having audio rights?
So we must have missed it.
The United States leaving the event at the White House.
This is not over, he said of today's.
The vast majority of it.
It looks like, you know, we'll get to that in a moment then.
So, you know, Biden looked frail.
I only got to see a couple seconds of it.
Doesn't like the Roe v. Wade, but again, historic day.
I'm sure we'll get to all that in a second.
What I do want to point out is while we have this great Supreme Court decision, at the same time, right now, what do you have going on?
Right now, you have the gun legislation, 6533, that just passed.
15 Republicans joined.
And these strip you of any kind of constitutional rights.
Okay?
These red flag laws.
Someone says you're bad.
You're not allowed to have guns.
They're going to take all your guns away.
They probably will not hold up via the Supreme Court, right?
I would imagine that eventually that's going to get changed.
So let's get to the babies, right?
Look, abortion is probably one of the big sensitive issues out there, especially for people that aren't conservative or aren't Christian.
The vast majority of them will state, yeah, I'm pro-choice.
But what about in your own life?
Let me ask you that question.
Now, personally, for me, I would never consciously have an abortion.
And I'm kind of appalled that under no circumstance am I allowed to have any say whatsoever if I get somebody pregnant, even if I've been with that person for a very long time.
And the fact is that everything that we've done is obviously consensual.
Okay?
Is that all right?
I'm also sensitive about it because I don't feel like I'm a useless eater.
My mother was a teenage mom.
There are plenty of people in her situation that wouldn't have had the child.
And I just feel like we all have to take responsibility for our actions.
And I'm not trying to condemn anybody.
Let me also say that.
Let's say I'm not trying to say, hey, you're a bad person if you've done this.
Okay?
It's your decision.
It's really not my thing.
This decision does not end abortion.
People have to understand that the reason it went to the Supreme Court in the first place on a largely fraudulent claim, you know, the woman who claimed to be raped was not raped.
She did not end up having the abortion.
She later said she rejected it.
She's glad she didn't.
You know, the person is alive today.
So all of that is already suspect.
But you had states that were allowing it and others that weren't.
And one state, I believe it was Georgia.
I could get this one wrong, guys.
I don't want to give it to be a fake news.
But they basically had this system and it was three months.
And because of that, getting ruled in, you know, basically is you had to have it federally after Roe versus Wade.
They ruled on it.
They said every state had to go with this.
Well, I'm sorry, but it's not an abortion if the baby is born and you're going to kill it.
And that has been floated around.
People have legislated these things.
New York has legislation that is utterly repulsive.
But I want to remind everybody of this clip right here where Governor Northram talks about keeping a baby comfortable and deciding not to resuscitate.
Excuse me?
Not to resuscitate.
The baby didn't come out dead.
Bilderberg Resistance00:02:25
Like, what are we talking about here?
Division in Richmond.
As a child neurologist, I have had very difficult conversations with patients and their families.
Governor Ralph Northam coming under fire after defending an abortion bill by Delegate Kathy Tran on WTOP's Ask the Governor Wednesday morning, giving an example of a serious case.
The infant would be kept comfortable.
The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired.
And I regret.
Desired?
Desired?
Resuscitate?
What are we talking about here?
Brett, those comments have been mischaracterized.
Republicans accuse the governor of supporting laws that would kill babies.
Words have meaning.
They're concerned the bill in question loosens the high standard required to have a third trimester abortion.
For something as simple as a mental health concern.
Right now, third trimester abortions are banned unless a woman's life or health is in danger.
Three doctors have to approve the procedure.
Delegate Tran's bill would reduce it to one doctor.
The legislation likely won't be brought up again this year.
I mean, wild, but real.
And, you know, you just saw Biden come out there, barely speak.
I have no idea how much we missed.
But if you like this video, guys, thumbs it up, subscribe, share, especially if you're rumbling for the first time over here.
We're trying to grow this channel.
We're trying to do bigger things.
Remember, Rockfin, $9.99 a month, $99.99 for the year.
Another great platform.
But consider, folks, buying me a coffee, $5, $10, $15.
It means the world to me that the links are down below.
And what I really love you to do is check out my documentary films on 9-11, Loose Change, Final Cut, and Fabled Enemies.
And then, if you want the bigger picture, Invisible Empire, a New World Order to find, and Shade the Motion Picture.
Guys, it is not about left or right.
It is always about right and wrong.
Now is the time to come together as the great resistance against this very real great reset agenda.
And the bottom line is they're going to try to use these decisions to further the divide, make this about a global thing and an implosion of society.
Check out those Bilderberg topics.
And we have to become the great resistance to that.
