Info Warrior - Jason Bermas - Jussie Smollett Is A SOCIOPATH Society Upside Down Aired: 2022-06-23 Duration: 15:37 === Two-Tiered Justice System (12:43) === [00:00:44] Hey everybody, Jason Burmes here, and we are going to be talking about a case that normally I don't love to get into, but it speaks so much to our sociopathic celebratard culture that clearly, in so many instances, especially right now, in the verifiable upside down, shows a two-tiered justice system. [00:01:13] Okay, let me repeat that. [00:01:15] A two-tiered justice system. [00:01:18] And in the Smolette case, you have a person who already was obviously guilty of a crime the moment, the moment the police showed up, they realized this is ridiculous. [00:01:35] What is going on here? [00:01:37] And we're going to show you, probably for the millionth time, them entering this man's apartment, okay, and you decide whether or not this person's being genuine or not. [00:01:51] Now, aside from that, in an already fixed system where when they did find out that not only was he not attacked in a quote-unquote hate crime scenario by white supremacists on the streets of Chicago in the early morning, [00:02:10] the freezing cold, after getting Subway with bleach and a noose, getting punched in the face and being told this is MAGA country, bitch. [00:02:24] Okay, after all of that absurdity unfolds, he doubles down and the so-called Justice Department barely goes after him. [00:02:36] He still gets convicted by a jury of his peers, has 150 days to serve, and he serves six because there's a new magic word in our society whenever the narrative is different. [00:02:53] You understand? [00:02:53] It's called appeal. [00:02:57] They just say appeal. [00:02:59] Court orders Justice Smollett released from jail during appeal. [00:03:05] Okay, and now he is on talk radio espousing his innocence and admitting who he really is at the same time. [00:03:17] So we're going to play a bunch of clips and we have to realize if this was an inversion, if somebody had faked an attack in the other way, all right, especially by a notable actor, by the way, not even any actor, anybody they could think of. [00:03:34] If somebody had done that, it would have been all over the place, all over the place, that the white supremacists were trying to set something up. [00:03:43] The bottom line is this has nothing to do with race. [00:03:48] Has everything to do about a society that encourages people to do whatever it takes to be famous and cool and trendy, okay, and not be accountable by any means whatsoever. [00:04:05] No, play the game, do as thou wilt. [00:04:08] So, before we play these clips and get it going, I want to remind people: I am a documentary filmmaker, Loose Change Final Cut, Fabled Enemies, Invisible Empire, A New World Order to find, and Shade the Motion Picture are all free. [00:04:18] We are currently banned yet again on YouTube. [00:04:21] We're Rumbling. [00:04:22] We're on Podbean. [00:04:24] We're on Rockfin. [00:04:25] Those are great ways to go and check me out and support me. [00:04:28] But remember to maybe buy me a coffee. [00:04:30] $5, $10, $15, it means the world to me. [00:04:32] It's how we keep doing this and we keep up on it. [00:04:35] So without further ado, Jesse Smola insists he's not a piece of shit and did not lie about homophobic attack and says he refused to eat during the six and a half days he was in prison because he was fasting to gain clarity. [00:04:54] Give me a break. [00:04:56] This person still, after all of it, and we should have known this, number one, by this whole absurd scenario. [00:05:05] And we should have known this once we found out the people that he paid and colluded with to do the attack, one of whom he was having a sexual relationship with. [00:05:15] Okay? [00:05:16] And then they weren't white. [00:05:18] They're literally Nigerian. [00:05:20] I mean, you can't make the absurdity of this thing up. [00:05:23] And for him to only get 150 days on the outset after all of this was absurd, in my opinion, because he helped fuel this false narrative that what? [00:05:37] Promoted all sorts of riots and division and real angst and hate amongst neighbors, man, amongst human beings. [00:05:49] And he just still acts like he's some kind of hero for marginalized communities. [00:05:55] No, he's disgusting. [00:05:57] And he's unapologetic. [00:05:59] So let's play the clip here. [00:06:01] If I had done this, I'd be a piece of. [00:06:05] Yeah. [00:06:07] And listen, I think Sway knows. [00:06:09] We're going to play it again. [00:06:10] He knows he bangs another thing. [00:06:11] Sway knows that he is telling him who he is. [00:06:14] I am this person. [00:06:15] I'm a terrible person. [00:06:17] But that's who we praise in society now. [00:06:20] If I had done this, I'd be a piece of. [00:06:24] Yeah. [00:06:25] And I don't think that that is. [00:06:27] I don't think that that is kind of, that's not really questionable. [00:06:30] So where people are like, yes, there's a lot of other stuff happening, but that would be really. [00:06:37] And again, it's something that I wanted to say: if I had done something like this. [00:06:42] Every piece of evidence. [00:06:43] I mean, what do you mean if? [00:06:45] There is no if you did this. [00:06:48] I mean, these are the people that you could literally, you remember the old shaggy song? [00:06:53] She caught me banging on the counter. [00:06:55] It wasn't me. [00:06:58] You know, you could actually walk in and watch it. [00:07:00] They have video evidence. [00:07:02] He staged the entire thing. [00:07:04] Text messages. [00:07:05] He staged the entire thing. [00:07:07] The police body cam footage with a white rope around his neck. [00:07:13] That is anything like a joke from a hardware store. [00:07:19] It would mean that I stuck my fist in the pain of black Americans in this country for over 400 years. [00:07:24] We're not even talking about in Africa because that's an even deeper, larger conversation. [00:07:29] Why is he talking about Africa? [00:07:33] Okay? [00:07:33] You know what this man's connection to Africa is? [00:07:36] It's nothing. [00:07:37] Do you think he actually cares about Africa as a nation or the African people or even his own heritage? [00:07:45] Of course not. [00:07:47] He's saying and doing anything he can to try to keep himself relevant while celebrating his sociopathy on tour now. [00:07:57] Appeal. [00:07:59] Appeal. [00:08:00] He did six days in jail on a kangaroo sentence. [00:08:05] It would mean that I stuck my fist in the fears of the LGBTQ community all over the world. [00:08:11] I'm not that. [00:08:13] Never have been. [00:08:14] Don't I don't need to be. [00:08:16] You are the fakest chump of a person. [00:08:21] Okay. [00:08:22] I mean, this is just, it's disgusting. [00:08:23] And watch. [00:08:24] When he starts talking about himself, because that's all he ever cares about. [00:08:27] That's what sociopaths do, right? [00:08:29] And he's talking about his career as if his career was on this. [00:08:32] Woo! [00:08:34] Okay? [00:08:35] He starts trembling in his voice because he does get emotional because he is talking about himself. [00:08:40] And that's all he cares about. [00:08:42] I promise you. [00:08:44] Need to be. [00:08:45] Didn't need to have some sort of rise in his career. [00:08:50] I was on the up and up. [00:08:52] I was coming from New York from doing a table read for my dream role in a Broadway show. [00:08:57] Doing a table read. [00:08:59] A dream role on a Broadway show. [00:09:01] No. [00:09:03] You're a fake sociopath, okay? [00:09:06] That bought into the celebratard culture. [00:09:10] You were politically connected and literally had the tweets of our current installed puppet and his madam S, you know, Willie Brown's ex-mistress, Kamala Harris, talking about modern-day lynchings inciting insanity. [00:09:30] That's what you did. [00:09:32] That's what you did. [00:09:33] Okay? [00:09:34] So first of all, we'll get to those clips in a second. [00:09:38] Everybody, let's watch as the police officers enter Jussie's apartment. [00:09:46] Okay? [00:09:57] Do I take it off or anything? [00:09:59] You got yarn around your neck, dude. [00:10:10] If you watch this house. [00:10:16] There being audio and reading audio that I guess when I came here to meet you, our case did not work. [00:10:21] But like, the black officer is in shock that he's being told this. [00:10:27] He's like, hey, you realize we're taping this, right? [00:10:30] Like, the world is going to end up seeing this, right? [00:10:34] He's in shock that he's on this call. [00:10:40] you're giving us permission to set it up i mean and then and then of course he wants it turned off because he just faked an attack and And then when he gets found guilty, I mean, watch, this is the grandstanding. [00:10:57] This is the lunacy of this man. [00:10:59] This is, again, the sociopathy of Jussie Smollett. [00:11:05] And that will start today, right here, right now. [00:11:09] You know, I would just like to say to your honor that I am not suicidal. [00:11:16] Okay, I'm not suicidal. [00:11:19] Okay? [00:11:19] I am not suicidal. [00:11:21] I am innocent, and I am not suicidal. [00:11:25] If I did this, then it means that I stuck my fist in the fears of black Americans in this country for over 400 years. [00:11:31] And you notice he said the same exact thing on the radio. [00:11:34] This is all these people know. [00:11:37] They rehearse things. [00:11:41] My fist in the fears. [00:11:43] Okay, that's his original line of bullshit. [00:11:47] That's what that is. [00:11:48] You understand? [00:11:49] I mean, again, this guy is going on the radio after magically not serving his sentence because of appeal, which was already a light sentence to begin with, after he tried to incite hate in this country. [00:12:01] The fears of the LGBTQ community, and I am not suicidal. [00:12:09] And if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself. [00:12:14] And you must all know that. [00:12:17] I respect you, Your Honor. [00:12:18] I respect your decision. [00:12:19] respect anybody jail time i am not suicidal okay Mr. Uche, let me inquire: are there any post-sentencing motions you care to present? [00:12:31] He's not done. [00:12:33] He's not done. [00:12:34] I am not suicidal. [00:12:36] Stop talking about class. [00:12:37] I am not suicidal. [00:12:39] And I am innocent. [00:12:40] I could have said that I was guilty a long time ago. [00:12:43] You are guilty. [00:12:44] You're guilty of sin. [00:12:46] And the media helped portray this hoax. [00:12:50] Period. [00:12:54] Smollett's guilty verdict is a major egg in the face for the media, who did everything it could to make Jesse Smollett a martyr. [00:13:00] Who cares about facts or details when you can tie big bad Donald Trump to a hate crime? [00:13:05] This is a Jackie Robinson against homophobia in the black community, an icon, a beloved icon. [00:13:13] And again, I mean, Van Jones, you should be ashamed of yourself on so many levels. [00:13:17] Hey, but you got that $10 million Bezos money, son. [00:13:20] You got that crazy Bezos money. [00:13:23] Bigger Bezos. [00:13:24] And now you have the fall of an icon. [00:13:26] MAGA supporters have painted themselves as that. === Check Out These Documentaries (02:09) === [00:13:28] I mean, when you look at footage, when you hear things they say, these are, this is the honest goodness truth, and we have to be bold enough to call them lies. [00:13:34] But in the court of public opinion, it matters. [00:13:37] It matters. [00:13:38] And he lost that because of how, and not his fault. [00:13:42] Maybe people were, I don't know what they were saying to him, maybe because of his representatives. [00:13:48] Who knows? [00:13:50] Well, there you go. [00:13:50] Here to react. [00:13:51] Molly Hemingway, senior editor of the Federalist and a Fox News contributor. [00:13:55] Molly, that's what the media did. [00:13:57] It all seemed actually from the start so well put together. [00:14:01] It was just every kind of step was planned in a certain sense. [00:14:04] Kamala Harris came out, people might forget, with an anti-lynching bill that then passed specifically because of this event. [00:14:11] And as she stood next to Jesse Smollett, what do you think of the theater that we saw now with the guilty verdict? [00:14:17] Kamala Embarrass. [00:14:19] All right. [00:14:20] And we're going to make this a short video. [00:14:23] I need you to thumbs it up, subscribe, share. [00:14:26] Remember to rock Finn, Rumble, Pod Bean if you want the audio format. [00:14:30] Check out my documentary films because none of this stuff is about left and right to me. [00:14:34] Okay. [00:14:34] This is about our injustice system being in our face. [00:14:38] You already had the kangaroo court. [00:14:39] You already had the light sentencing. [00:14:41] And no, he doesn't even serve that anymore. [00:14:43] Okay, more and more and more, we're going to see these real types of divisions that have nothing to do with your sexuality. [00:14:51] Okay, nothing to do with the color of your skin and everything to do with a great narrative, hell-bent, okay? [00:15:01] Hell bent on trying to bring in a quote-unquote new world order great reset agenda, the fourth industrial revolution on the road to a transhumanist nightmare future. [00:15:15] So we got to come together. [00:15:17] Consider buying me a coffee. [00:15:19] The links are down below, but definitely check out the documentary films. [00:15:23] Like I said, Loose Change, Final Cut, Fabled Enemies, Invisible Empire, a New World Order to Finance Shade, the Motion Picture. [00:15:28] They all are all free right here, right now. [00:15:30] And we are on YouTube, even though we're banned for the next couple weeks. [00:15:34] Remember, fully demonetized there so I could always use the support.
