[00:09:51]  This suspect, whose real name is Khadija Terry, has an extensive criminal history involving multiple retail thefts and fraud cases.
[00:09:57]  In 2015, when she was 21 years old, Khadija attempted to use fraudulent gift cards at a Walgreens in Indiana.
[00:10:03]  When police were called to the Walgreens, they found 32 MasterCard and Visa gift cards in her purse.
[00:10:08]  Before being brought in for questioning, Khadija told police she was pregnant and experiencing pain, so she needed to go to the hospital.
[00:10:13]  However, on the way to the hospital, she jumped out of the ambulance.
[00:10:16]  When medics and police restrained her, she allegedly struck an officer in the process.
[00:10:19]  She later was determined to not be pregnant and was charged with felony fraud, felony battery, felony identity deception, and resisting.
[00:10:25]  She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to fraud while all other charges were dismissed and was sentenced to 270 days in jail.
[00:10:30]  Then in 2017, Khadija allegedly attempted to shoplift $1,140 worth of merchandise at Addict Sporting Goods in Indiana.
[00:10:38]  When police arrived, she reportedly fled in a stolen vehicle and then allegedly tried to run over police officers and rammed a squad.
[00:10:44]  She was then charged with two counts of felony attempted murder, three counts of resisting law enforcement, felony attempted theft, and two counts of felony attempted battery with a deadly weapon.
[00:10:52]  She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to one count of resisting and both counts of attempted battery with a deadly weapon while all other charges were dismissed.
[00:10:59]  She was then sentenced to seven years in prison.
[00:11:01]  Exactly seven years later, in July 2024, when she was released, the incident in this body cam footage took place in Illinois.
[00:11:06]  For this incident, she was charged with two counts of resisting a peace officer, attempted retail theft, Unlawful use of identification, obstruction of identification, unauthorized use of handicap parking, and operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license for over six months.
[00:11:19]  Then, just four months after this incident in November 2024, Khadija was allegedly involved in yet another retail theft incident at a mall in Illinois.
[00:11:26]  She reportedly fled from police in an Audi Q5 when they attempted to perform a traffic stop and then crashed into a Lexus SUV.
[00:11:33]  Officers then removed her from the Audi and, after being transported to a nearby hospital, she allegedly caused approximately $7,000 worth of damage to a hospital bed.
[00:11:40]  A short clip from this incident details her attitude when Police attempt to get her out of the vehicle.
[00:12:03]  She was subsequently charged with two counts of felony aggravated fleeing and eluding, felony criminal damage to property, resisting, driving with a suspended license, improper turn, and failure to signal in a motor vehicle.
[00:12:13]  She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to one count of aggravated fleeing and eluding while all other charges were dismissed.
[00:12:18]  She was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
