[00:10:35] The suspect, Hayden, was charged with improper or erratic lane change, willful obstruction of law enforcement, two counts of felony aggravated assault on a peace officer, felony fleeing eluding, felony purchase, possession, Manufacturing, distribution, or sale of marijuana, and felony trafficking methamphetamine. [00:10:49] He took a plea deal pleading guilty to one count of aggravated assault on a peace officer and trafficking methamphetamine, while all other charges were dismissed. [00:10:55] He was sentenced to 15 years, with the first five years being in prison and the remainder being on probation. [00:11:00] He was also fined $1,500. [00:11:03] Should have gave him life.
