Hodgetwins - Black Privilege Strikes Another Defenseless White Woman! Aired: 2025-09-22 Duration: 08:40 === Violence Against Women (08:40) === [00:00:00] Kathleen Miles only works downtown one day a week. [00:00:04] Today she's still suffering the consequences of that random attack. [00:00:08] But it is what she found out about the person who prosecutors say did it that has led her to speak out. [00:00:15] He hit me with such force. [00:00:16] Sitting at home in Lake Villa today, Kathy Miles admits the last thing she remembers before her attack on August the 19th is walking past block 37 in the loop on the way to Union Station. [00:00:29] I woke up and my coworker was standing above me saying, you're okay. [00:00:35] We're in the hospital. [00:00:37] You've been assaulted. [00:00:39] She then passed out again. [00:00:41] The next thing I remember is my daughter Deanna saying, hi, mama. [00:00:45] I'm here. [00:00:46] You're okay. [00:00:47] And while she doesn't remember what happened, a colleague who was walking with her at the time told her this. [00:00:53] She had said this man came in between the two of us, shoved us apart, and then hit me in the face. [00:01:01] That punch left Miles with several broken bones in her face, as well as a concussion. [00:01:06] According to police, she was assaulted by 32-year-old William Livingston. [00:01:12] He's only 32. [00:01:13] Now, watch this. [00:01:14] He's 32 years old. [00:01:15] A record search produced 13 mugshots of Livingston going back to 2012. [00:01:22] This is Chicago. [00:01:23] Yep, liberal policies. [00:01:25] This is why crime is through the roof. [00:01:27] Once you arrest somebody and you say they are violent, what do they do? [00:01:33] Oh, you're black. [00:01:35] I'm just going to smack you on the wrist because you're black. [00:01:40] It's not your fault. [00:01:40] It's the white man's fault. [00:01:41] Yeah, that's why you're out here acting like a Neanderthal. [00:01:45] Look at these mugshots. [00:01:46] I guarantee you, he's got three convictions, violent offenses, and he shouldn't be out on... [00:01:52] He shouldn't be free. [00:01:54] I love that law that three strikes are out. [00:01:57] Yeah. [00:01:58] Three convicted felonies and they're violent. [00:02:01] You get life. [00:02:02] You get life. [00:02:03] They should bring that back. [00:02:05] A record search produced 13 mugshots of Livingston going back to 2012. [00:02:11] A large number of those arrests for aggravated assault and battery of both women and police officers. [00:02:18] Something Miles found out after the fact. [00:02:21] Like, what is enough? [00:02:23] You know, what does someone have to do where he's going to be, they're going to be held accountable? [00:02:29] It'd have been more than enough if he was actually white. [00:02:32] Yeah, he wouldn't be free right now. [00:02:37] Oh, man, this is wild. [00:02:40] Where he's going to be, they're going to be held accountable. [00:02:43] According to online records, Livingston's history of random acts of violence against women goes back eight years. [00:02:50] In 2017, he was accused of randomly attacking two women months apart. [00:02:56] Look, that's the mugshot for that arrest. [00:02:58] Right. [00:02:58] Look guilty as hell. [00:02:59] Look crazy, don't he? [00:03:00] Both cases were dropped. [00:03:02] In 2022, Livingston was sentenced to five years in prison after prosecutors said he punched and attempted to rob four women within 20 minutes in the loop. [00:03:13] And yet, just 14 months later, in 2023, while on parole, Livingston was arrested for hitting a woman in the face on North Michigan Avenue. [00:03:23] And in 2024, he was sentenced to 100 days in prison after punching a 15-year-old girl, also on North Michigan Avenue. [00:03:36] What's that stupid man's name? [00:03:38] Brandon Johnson. [00:03:39] Yeah, he said incarcerating. [00:03:41] You can't incarcerate. [00:03:43] Mass incarceration doesn't work. [00:03:44] It doesn't work. [00:03:45] It doesn't. [00:03:46] Let's think about this. [00:03:47] Someone commits violent crime, you lock them up. [00:03:50] They can't commit more crimes, right? [00:03:52] Right. [00:03:52] Yeah. [00:03:53] Someone takes the life of a woman. [00:03:54] You lock them up for life. [00:03:55] They can't take the life of another person, right? [00:03:58] So, what is he talking about? [00:04:00] Well, he's a big fan of rehabilitation. [00:04:02] Ain't no such thing. [00:04:03] He thinks this thing. [00:04:05] He thinks this monster can be rehabilitated. [00:04:08] Rehabilitated. [00:04:09] After three violent offenses, you can't be rehabilitated. [00:04:13] That's who you are. [00:04:14] Anybody that cuts that mustache like just a line over that lip. [00:04:18] And then it's... [00:04:19] That sub-Saharan men always did. [00:04:21] I didn't understand that. [00:04:21] You got to be a psychopath to do that. [00:04:25] They have that little thin line of hair right there. [00:04:29] You know, he's doing it himself. [00:04:31] He's doing it. [00:04:31] He's like, man, I am looking good. [00:04:34] Look how thin I got my mustache. [00:04:37] Also, he pushed a 15-year-old girl. [00:04:41] He robbed several women. [00:04:42] He should be. [00:04:43] He's beat up several women. [00:04:44] He should be sentenced to life. [00:04:46] He's a violent offender. [00:04:47] This is why what happened in Cincinnati? [00:04:50] They're lax on crime. [00:04:52] That's why that happened. [00:04:52] It happens right with that. [00:04:53] It's habitual offenders. [00:04:54] Yeah. [00:04:55] Yeah, exactly. [00:04:56] And then same issue here in Chicago. [00:04:58] That's why it happens. [00:04:59] Yeah. [00:04:59] Because you don't lock these people up and throw away the key after a couple strikes. [00:05:03] Not only because of that, they're doing that because they're racist. [00:05:07] They won't lock this dude up and throw away the key because he's black. [00:05:10] That's why he's still walking free. [00:05:12] It's because he's black. [00:05:14] And they always make this argument. [00:05:15] Oh, black people are so mistreated in the justice system. [00:05:20] They throw the book at us. [00:05:21] I tell you who's mistreating the judicial system, white people. [00:05:25] On North Michigan Avenue. [00:05:27] I'm not going to let someone speak for me. [00:05:29] I need to speak for myself. [00:05:31] I need to say something. [00:05:33] If I say nothing and something, he does this to another person, I'm going to feel bad. [00:05:39] Livingston's next court date is set for September the 15th at the Skokie Courthouse. [00:05:44] Kathy tells us she will be there. [00:05:48] Bill, watch out for his family. [00:05:50] Yeah. [00:05:50] And your mayor. [00:05:55] How do you punch a woman in the face like that? [00:05:58] I've never punched a woman in the face. [00:06:00] I've never, I don't think I've even ever punched a guy in the face. [00:06:03] I never had to. [00:06:04] I punched several men in the face. [00:06:08] I haven't. [00:06:09] This is an exhilarating experience. [00:06:13] Especially if you hit him, they go straight down. [00:06:15] You're like, wow, I'm a real man. [00:06:18] That's that sub-Saharan in you. [00:06:19] That's sub-Saharan in me. [00:06:21] No, that dude had it coming. [00:06:22] He assaulted me. [00:06:23] Well, I remember that. [00:06:24] It was when we was texting shoplifters, right? [00:06:26] Yeah. [00:06:27] It was that fat Latino dude. [00:06:29] That dude fell down like a sack of potatoes. [00:06:31] Yeah, man. [00:06:32] I kind of felt bad for him because I knocked him out in front of his girl. [00:06:36] It's got to be embarrassing. [00:06:38] Well, you were trying to arrest his girlfriend. [00:06:41] Remember, you body slammed her? [00:06:43] He jumped out. [00:06:44] Yeah, you did. [00:06:44] You body slammed her. [00:06:45] All the merchandise she stuffed in her pants that fell out. [00:06:48] And then her husband was waiting in a car. [00:06:50] He said, get your hands off my girl. [00:06:51] He started shadow boxing. [00:06:52] Then you socked him. [00:06:54] He fell down like a sack of potatoes. [00:06:55] He got up and ran to the car. [00:06:57] He said, oh, he's going to go get a gun. [00:06:58] He got in the car and just left. [00:07:00] And his girl's just sitting there like, like this. [00:07:03] Where are you going? [00:07:05] You're not going to help me? [00:07:07] Yeah. [00:07:08] Yeah, this whole crime is totally preventable. [00:07:10] If they'd have just locked the dude up and enforced the laws that we already have on the books, that's a violent offender. [00:07:16] He should have already been sentenced to life in prison. [00:07:19] He's a violent person. [00:07:21] Look at that. [00:07:24] I don't mean to laugh, man. [00:07:27] I mean, just for this hairstyle alone, you need to do life. [00:07:30] Yeah, it's something. [00:07:31] Yeah. [00:07:33] Your personal appearance is indicative of how you are, how you are as a person inside. [00:07:38] If you don't, if you're too lazy to comb your hair, you walk around with just ropes and knots hanging out of your ropes and knots. [00:07:48] I guess you could call this some ropes and knots. [00:07:50] Instead of straight ropes and knots. [00:07:53] And this is over a span of 10 years. [00:07:56] He had more than enough time to lock him up. [00:07:58] 100 days in prison for punching a 15-year-old? [00:08:02] What's that? [00:08:04] I don't know. [00:08:06] I think it was trying to rob four women. [00:08:08] That was four months. [00:08:09] Yeah. [00:08:10] I mean, I did three months in Marine Corps boot camp. [00:08:13] You can punch somebody in the face and get out in the same amount of time. [00:08:16] Yeah, that's crazy. [00:08:18] Yeah. [00:08:19] Chicago. [00:08:19] It just goes to show you how that's why crime is all. [00:08:22] How the black male they are protected. [00:08:24] Black people are protected from our judicial system. [00:08:26] Even if they're in the wrong, they're going to overlook your crime because of the color of your skin. [00:08:31] They see you as being oppressed. [00:08:33] He's oppressed. [00:08:34] That's why he's doing it. [00:08:35] He's just fighting back. [00:08:38] Crazy. [00:08:39] Dumb stupid sub-Saharan
