[00:00:46] You just check it in to see where you're supposed to be at next time you get your lack of orientation for your court data stuff. [00:00:51] That's crazy. [00:01:04] She knows she's looking crazy. [00:01:05] I bet you. [00:01:07] But look at this lady. [00:01:08] What are you wearing? [00:01:09] You show up to court wearing a bonnet? [00:01:12] And that dude lacks a swimsuit. [00:01:14] Yeah, it does. [00:01:14] It's like she's going to go swimming apples. [00:01:16] Look at these ladies' faces. [00:01:18] Yep. [00:01:20] Yep. [00:01:20] Should have never given him freedom. [00:01:24] Because she run on the back of the car a visit. [00:01:26] So it was never said that this was a court date. [00:01:33] All right. [00:03:29] I do not. [00:03:29] Do you want me to appoint you one? [00:03:31] Yes, please. [00:03:34] Mr. Maul's handing you an affidavit of indigency that you need to sign. [00:03:37] Okay. [00:03:38] Right. [00:03:39] Good name. [00:03:40] Why is she? [00:03:41] Look how she's covering up her boobies. [00:03:46] She likes a planner with that bonnet. [00:03:48] That's how painters wear. [00:03:49] Their bonnets. [00:03:51] We we. [00:03:52] We weed. [00:03:57] Did I go over to this palette over here and I mix the blue and the greens? [00:04:02] It makes it nice and luscious. [00:04:04] Wee-wee. [00:04:06] Hey, um, so she's a petty criminal. [00:04:09] She's driving without a license. [00:04:11] Man, she's on probation, Kevin. [00:04:14] She's got a probation officer. [00:04:16] Yeah, because she keeps driving with a suspended license. [00:04:18] You'll get put on probation. [00:04:20] You'll get a probation officer for driving repeatedly on a suspended license. [00:04:24] I'm saying typically that's a pity crime. [00:04:26] That's why she's not in jail. [00:04:28] He should lock her up. [00:04:30] No, well. [00:04:32] Is she not in custody? [00:04:34] Your Honor, Miss Smith that you need to sign. [00:04:36] Okay. [00:04:37] Right. [00:04:37] Okay, my name. [00:04:39] Why is she not in custody? [00:04:40] Yeah. [00:04:41] Your Honor, Miss Smith, despite her non-compliance with court orders, she has continued her drug test negative. [00:04:48] And she has appeared for order to reports after they were issued. [00:04:54] Thank you. [00:04:57] All right, the court will find that you're indigenous for the purposes of retaining counsel. [00:05:00] The court will appoint attorney Roger Bouchard to represent you in this matter. [00:05:05] Court finds that there's probable cause. [00:05:07] You have violated the terms of your ILC, and this matter is going to be set for final hearing. [00:05:11] Miss Smith, I don't know what you expect. [00:05:14] You know, looking at your record, this isn't your first contact with the court, but I'm not sure what you've expected or what you have done in other courtrooms. [00:05:21] But this is very different. [00:05:22] I'm going to hold you to what I ordered you to do. [00:05:25] So you owe a significant amount in restitution. [00:05:30] It's $11,433. [00:05:32] You have been on ILC for over a year. [00:05:35] You have done, basically, you have not done anything, and you continue to break the law. [00:05:39] The next time you appear before me, you better have a solid plan in place or you are going into custody. [00:05:44] Do you understand me? [00:05:45] Yes. [00:05:45] You owe $11,000 to the victim in this case. [00:05:48] You don't seem to care that I've ordered you to do things. [00:05:51] You come to court dressed very inappropriately. [00:05:53] And I'm telling you right now, I don't know what your contact with the court has been in the past, but it's going to be different when you come in here to see me again. [00:06:00] Do you understand me? [00:06:00] Yes. [00:06:01] Because the next time I see you, if you haven't done something, you are going into custody. [00:06:05] Are we clear? [00:06:05] Yes, sir. [00:06:06] All right, that's all. [00:06:07] Yo, I went to the podium thing to me. [00:06:10] $11,000 in restitutions. [00:06:12] How the hell is she going to ever pay that? [00:06:16] Yeah, that is crazy. [00:06:17] She's never going to be a paid. [00:06:18] Let me cover up the nipple action I got going. [00:06:25] Who started that bonnet craze? [00:06:29] I'm sure it's probably some female rapper and she wore it in a rap video. === Serious Crime and Custody (02:19) === [00:06:34] Yeah. [00:06:34] Because this is a new phenomenon. [00:06:37] Like a couple years ago, you never, I don't think, I've never seen black women wearing bonnets. [00:06:41] Anybody? [00:06:42] It's just a bonnet. [00:06:43] Yeah, I mean, white ladies used to wear it back in the 40s and 50s. [00:06:47] But it wasn't meant to be worn outside. [00:06:51] It's like walking around the house or whatever. [00:06:53] But anyway, that's some new phenomenon. [00:06:55] I don't know who started that. [00:06:56] Yeah. [00:06:57] But I'm sure it was some black female rapper. [00:06:59] I guarantee you. [00:07:00] That's because that's the only people I see wearing is blacks. [00:07:03] The blacks. [00:07:04] That's how Jesse Peterson would say it. [00:07:05] The blacks. [00:07:08] I like to use technical terms. [00:07:11] Sub-Saharan. [00:07:17] Yeah, man. [00:07:18] She should be locked up. [00:07:19] She should be in jail. [00:07:21] Sounds like she committed a serious crime. [00:07:22] I don't know what that acronym stands for. [00:07:24] What was it? [00:07:25] Go back. [00:07:25] Let me go back to the beginning. [00:07:27] Let me pull it up. [00:07:27] Does the acronym OVI stand for? [00:07:29] Most commonly stands for Operating Vehicle Impaired. [00:07:32] Okay. [00:07:33] Okay. [00:07:34] It's operating a vehicle impaired. [00:07:36] DUI. [00:07:38] Well, they didn't use a DLI, a D-U-I. [00:07:40] Maybe it's not alcohol. [00:07:41] Maybe it's some kind of drug. [00:07:43] Yeah. [00:07:44] Okay. [00:07:44] Yeah. [00:07:46] Maybe that's why they use OVI. [00:07:48] She's driving impaired. [00:07:49] That's why she's got to do drug checks and stuff like that to make sure she's off of drugs. [00:07:53] Probably weed. [00:07:56] Probably. [00:07:57] She's like a weed smoker. [00:07:59] That's the favorite party drug for the, you know, Sub-Saharan. [00:08:06] Well, actually, that's the favorite party drug of every demographical person on this planet, regardless of your ethnicity. [00:08:13] No, but black people take that on a whole nother level. [00:08:16] Yo, I know some white people, they love to smoke that monkey bush. [00:08:21] Yeah. [00:08:23] You ever heard that term before? [00:08:25] Monkey bush? [00:08:25] No, I never heard of that. [00:08:26] That's what it smells like when you light it up. [00:08:28] Smell like a monkey's bush. [00:08:33] Yeah, but her excusing showing up dressed like that, that is total BS. [00:08:38] You cannot be that stupid. [00:08:40] Well, I think she is. [00:08:42] She's showing up to court wearing a bonnet. [00:08:44] Nah, I'm giving her too much credit, huh? [00:08:46] Yeah, you're giving her way too much credit. [00:08:48] You treating her like she's a civilized human being. [00:08:51] She's not. [00:08:53] Garbage.
