Residents FURIOUS after Blacks Take Over Gated Community Pool Area and throw wild Parties

Residents at Runaway Bay Apartments in Columbus, Ohio, allege that hundreds of Black individuals are trespassing and partying due to a broken gate, citing stolen kayaks, gunshots, and weapon threats. Interviewees use explicit racial slurs like "sub-Saharans" and "Negroes," describing the group as "unhuman" while blaming local Democratic leadership for a perceived "white privilege" giveaway. With property management refusing comment, frustrated residents claim they are forced to seek new housing amidst escalating violence and deep-seated racial animosity. Strangers Taking Over 00:07:25
New tonight, some neighbors are dealing with a crisis in their apartment community near Grandview Heights.
They called Six on Your Side for help because they say crime is taking over and hundreds of strangers are too.
Aaron Simonek joining us live from Runaway Bay Apartments.
Erin, what you are about to show us is shocking to say the least.
Oh, absolutely, Jessica.
Just imagine hundreds of people taking over this apartment complex who don't live here and don't pay rent, partying at the pool, the beach, and even the parking lot.
Neighbors who do pay rent say they're concerned for their safety after even hearing gunshots earlier this month.
Yeah, got a new show for y'all.
Got a damn good show.
But before we get to today's video in Sub-Saharan Sub-Saharan America, don't forget, got a new giveaway.
Cummings Turbo December $10,000 in cash.
But in case you missed, I'm also giving away a King Ranch F-215 camper.
That's over a quarter million dollars.
It's our biggest giveaway ever.
That's over a quarter million dollars in white privilege.

Yeah, so just saw a bunch of sub-Saharans taking over an apartment complex.
Seems like it.
I mean, what can they do to stop it?
The cops ain't gonna show up for that.
They ain't got they will.
Cops will show up and kick out like 500 sub-Saharans.
No, man, you gotta get it.
You gotta get the National Guard.
You gotta get a SWAT team there.
This ain't no, they ain't gonna roll up the cops outnumbered.
Yeah, they ain't gonna roll up a couple sword cards and say, hey, you guys gotta take over.
No, man.
Yeah.
Boom.
Send the National Guard out there.
New tonight, some neighbors are dealing with a crisis in their apartment community near Grandview Heights.
They called Six on Your Side for help because they say crime is taking over and hundreds of strangers are too.
Aaron Simoneck joining us live from Runaway.
The residents called the news station.
Hey, we need some help.
These sub-Saharans are taking over.
Way Bay Apartments, Aaron, what you are about to show us is shocking to say the least.
At first glance, the Runaway Bay apartments seem like a dream, a picturesque landscape nestled on one of these Sayota quarries.
The gate is not locked.
It is a free-for-all for whoever wants to come in and out of this place.
But some people who call it home say it's become a living nightmare.
I've had my kayak stolen, my paddleboard stolen, I've had my car broken into, but yet we can't talk to the trespassers.
Carrie Cassidy has been renting here for a long time and says crime is only the start of the problems.
There's a dangerous and disturbing trend happening involving pop-up events where hundreds of strangers take over the property, including the pool, the parking lot, and the quarry beachfront.
All of this on private property where they don't live or pay rent.
The front gate has been broken for man.
Look at all those Negroes.
They don't even live there.
Man, the audacity you got to have to go into this property where you know you don't live and use all their amenities.
That's culture.
Absolute, absolutely no social intelligence.
It's almost like they're unhuman.
What?
I got too much of a conscience to go with a bunch of other sub-Saharan and invade someone else's private property, an apartment complex.
I would feel guilty.
I couldn't do it.
I couldn't find the courage to do it because I know it's wrong.
Because you have a conscience.
Have a conscience.
These people don't.
That's why I said I think they're unhuman.
For months, with people pouring in day and night with no control.
I'm paying $1,400 in rent here.
These people come in here and they act like they own the place.
We get harassed.
We get threatened with guns, with knives.
We've had a shooting here just a week ago at our pool.
Black fatigue.
She's going down the list of things that associated with the black community.
What state is this in?
This is Columbus, Ohio.
We've been to Columbus.
It's a red state.
Yeah, but Columbus is a nice place, but there's a bad side to Columbus.
Oh, yeah.
And they didn't find out, hey, man, it's a pool over here, bruh.
Yeah, man, bring the girls.
Bring the Swiss.
Brain the snow bunnies.
This surveillance video shows those shots ringing out at the pool earlier this month.
I was worried about my mom because she was right there.
She lives right across from the pool.
I was scared to death for her.
I was calling her, making sure she was okay.
Renters wanting to stay off camera say there needs to be more security, accountability, and oversight.
Yeah, they're scared.
You ain't gonna find no security guard works there.
If you do find one, it's gonna be dirty.
The tenants are scared.
They don't want their face on camera.
You know why?
Ven threatened had my butt kicked by men, by women.
I had women who have literally had their children running around this parking lot unattended.
And take a look at this scene in the parking lot on Tuesday night.
Hundreds of random people partying in the parking lot.
Why is this allowed?
That is crazy.
Because you're back to paying $1,400 a month rent and you come home and it's all that's going on.
There is something wrong with this.
Shut up.
There's something wrong with Sub-Saharan.
Neighbors say the police, AG's office, and code enforcement.
Let me talk.
There is something wrong with the Sub-Saharan's mind.
Mindset.
Mindset, mind, whatever you want to call it.
Yeah.
There's something wrong with their brain.
No, it's culture.
What?
It's culture.
What feeds culture?
Your brain activity.
That ain't culture.
That's just who they are.
Hey, we them.
No, I ain't.
I'm only 54% there.
Neighbors say the police, AG's office, and code enforcement claim it's all on the property owners to make things right.
This is supposed to you have a legal right to a peaceful environment to live in.
And it's the management's responsibility to provide that.
And a handful of residents tonight frustrated over the management's lack of response.
I went over to the property group's managers to ask for comment about what they plan to do in regards to this public safety concern.
They turned me away with no comment tonight.
Cassidy, one of many neighbors who are now looking for a new place to live.
Live on your side, Aaron Simonak, Fox 28 News.
You better make sure it's gated because they'll go over there too.
It better be gated.
Well, it is gated, but the lock's broke.
Yeah, I'm going to run to these comments.
Character Not Skin 00:03:08
I know these comments, white people never let me down when it comes to these comments.
Look at the top comment.
The gate is not locked.
It's a free-for-all for whoever wants to come into this place.
A microcosm for the whole country.
That hit hard.
That hit hard.
Yeah, let me see the replies to that.
It's very well said.
Hey, reading all this.
If the gate was locked, it would still be a free-for-all.
Yeah, they just hop the fence.
Oh, it's the next barrier they have to cross.
Yeah, trespassing isn't a crime anymore.
Post it and enforce it.
The woman they interviewed looked exactly like the kind of people who endorse this type of society as long as they aren't too close to it.
Exactly.
Exactly.
A bunch of Democrats.
Exactly.
How long is it going to take for good people to stop being weak and stand together to stop bad people?
You know what?
Columbus.
Oh, I like this comment.
I don't despise these people for the color of their skin, but for the content of their character.
I don't despise these people for the colour of skin, but for the content of their character.
That's what I'm saying.
They have no character.
They have no conscience.
Yeah.
That story.
And, Keith, a conscience, you don't.
That's something you don't have to teach.
That's something that you inherently are born with.
You either got it or you don't.
Yeah, you actually can't teach it.
Why is it always fat, ugly white chicks hanging around black guys?
Because the black guys are the only ones that are doing.
You notice that?
Go back.
You think that's a white chick?
That's a fat, light-skinned red-bone chick.
It's not.
Those are lights.
It's a white chick.
Always noticed that in high school, like all the ugly, fat, white chicks, white dudes don't want them.
So they just become sluts for you noticed that.
Who hasn't noticed that?
That is nuts.
Yeah.
They're like that at the beach or something.
Yeah.
Pouring in.
But Columbus, that's a blue area in Ohio, right?
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah, that you people voted for this.
Yeah, you don't hold these kids accountable, man.
They're just going to.
Yeah, I don't feel sorry for these people.
Because this is a blue area in Columbia, in Ohio.
Democrat ran.
Yeah.
Well, what are you going to do?
Yeah, what are you going to do?
What are you going to do?
I don't judge them.
What did I comment say?
I don't judge.
I do not despise these people because of the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
Yeah, that's a great quote.
I don't despise these people for the color of their skin, but for the content of that character.
That's a beautiful quote.
Yeah.
