[00:03:42] Well, you know what I'm saying? [00:03:43] He ran for something. [00:03:45] There is no contraband in the back of my car. [00:03:47] If I find anything after you get in there, we're going to have you. [00:03:50] I don't have anything. [00:03:57] What apartment are you guys going to? [00:03:59] He just wanted me to drop him off. [00:04:00] I dropped him off right here. [00:04:02] Why'd you roll out the window? [00:04:03] Well, because he's on me too. [00:04:05] Listen, I swear, I did his brother. [00:04:07] His brother's in jail. [00:04:08] Yeah, his brother's in jail. [00:04:10] So I just take him where like he didn't even need to go anywhere. [00:04:37] It just says in the purple thing. [00:04:40] Okay. [00:04:53] Might as well come out, bro. [00:04:57] Might as well come out. [00:04:59] Not leaving. [00:05:01] We're going to take this door. [00:05:03] We're going to send the canine in. [00:05:04] Might as well come out. [00:05:10] Police open the door. [00:05:14] Might as well come out, man. [00:05:17] We're not leaving. [00:05:37] That unit, the kind of is Ashley. [00:05:40] JD Irons is associated with that unit and Jadarian. [00:05:45] And I'm sure others, but those two names right off the bat. [00:05:49] Mr. Irons, I ain't leaving. [00:05:50] And we are going to be coming in there. [00:05:52] So do yourself a favor and come on out. [00:06:00] They're going to work the car and they'll open their eyes. [00:06:08] Yeah, you don't have to go back. [00:06:15] Well, can you open that back for me? [00:06:19] Yeah, just one. [00:06:28] Officers also find drugs in the female's purse. [00:06:30] They now speak to her about the items they found in her car. [00:06:33] Are you a convicted fellow? [00:06:34] No. [00:06:34] Okay, you only fired? [00:06:35] I don't have any guns. [00:06:37] No, I don't have problems. [00:06:38] I really, I was trying to tell you guys I've not been in trouble. [00:06:40] I get a little back in the day. [00:06:42] I had a little bit of peace. [00:06:44] So I got one question. [00:06:45] And Rachel Pete's was my fault. [00:06:46] So here's what I guess. [00:06:47] I'm not going to, I'm not going to say you're a suspect. [00:06:49] I'm not going to say you're under arrest. [00:06:50] You're obviously just a witness to what happened here, okay? [00:06:52] You're the driver of the car. [00:06:53] Right? [00:06:54] Okay, I have one question for you. [00:06:55] And if you lied to me, I'm going to be very pissed. [00:06:57] Because I'm not leaving until I get JD out of that house. [00:07:00] Where's the girl that has the house? [00:07:02] Where is she? [00:07:03] The girl, Ashley? [00:07:04] Yeah, where's she at? [00:07:06] I've gone. [00:07:07] What number? [00:07:08] I don't know. [00:07:08] I'm facing her. [00:07:09] Y'all over here? [00:07:09] I don't have her phone number. [00:07:10] I just have her in vocation. [00:07:11] Okay, we'll get to that. [00:07:12] Question number two. [00:07:13] At what point during this little loop deal you all made did you put the gun in the glove box? [00:07:17] I didn't. [00:07:18] He did. [00:07:19] He must have the gun in the blood box before because I picked him up way a lot earlier. [00:07:23] Just like this morning, early, early, early, early, earlier. [00:07:26] Okay, you saw a gun in there earlier today? [00:07:27] I didn't see him put it in there, but I'm assuming he had it. [00:07:31] You've seen him with a gun before? [00:07:32] What does it look like? [00:07:33] A black, I don't know, guys. [00:07:34] What kind of a black, a black, a little little gun? [00:07:37] He says he always has like a bullet in the head or whatever. [00:07:42] Okay. [00:07:43] I don't know. [00:07:43] Have you seen him with it today? [00:07:45] No, that's the thing. [00:07:46] When you guys were telling me about a thing in the glove box, I'm assuming it. [00:07:49] I thought he had it in his pocket. [00:07:51] If anything, he always be talking about that stupid. [00:07:53] Pray, even during this little loop deal, did you see him open the glove box at all? [00:07:55] Did you see the glove box open up? [00:07:57] No. [00:07:57] Like, I stay out of trouble. [00:08:02] How long have you been with him today? [00:08:04] That's why he took off running that gun. [00:08:07] I'm pretty sure he's got warrants. [00:08:08] Why didn't if you're going to run, why didn't you take the gun with you and stash the gun in the house when you're going to get it? [00:08:14] What are you going to get captured with the gun on you? [00:08:16] Well, put it on the wide girl. [00:08:17] It's a short thing that they're going to find in the car. [00:08:21] This is a stupid criminal, man. [00:08:23] Take that gun, put it in your pocket, run like hell, get in the house, put it on a pillow or something. [00:08:27] It's like, hey, my gun. [00:08:29] You just believe in the car? [00:08:34] This morning. [00:08:34] Eight. [00:08:35] Eight this morning? [00:08:36] But like, not like with him. [00:08:37] I dropped him off to go fishing. [00:08:39] I dropped him off at a fishing spot and I went shopping. [00:08:42] And I went back and got him. [00:08:44] I need you get me that number. [00:08:47] The person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time. [00:08:50] We're sorry for that she has is no good. [00:08:53] Yeah, I need a phone number for JD. [00:08:56] You got JD's number? [00:08:59] How do you guys communicate? [00:09:00] Whenever he uses somebody's phone, I'm wi-fi. [00:09:03] Nobody has phones around here, I swear. [00:09:05] Everybody be going on Facebook. [00:09:07] He doesn't have a physical phone. [00:09:08] So there's no way for you to communicate with him right now. [00:09:10] She's saying that there's no way for her to communicate. [00:09:12] He does not have a cell phone. [00:09:14] He uses other people's phone. [00:09:16] Mr. Irons, it's the Form Irons Police Department. [00:09:19] We're not leaving. [00:09:20] We want you to safely come out. [00:09:23] JD, come to the door, please. [00:09:26] I'm listening to you. [00:09:27] I'm just sit down right here. [00:09:29] Rebecca, I'm going to read you this. [00:09:30] This does not mean that I'm taking you to jail or you're going to be arrested or anything. [00:09:35] Okay? [00:09:35] You have the right to remain silent. [00:09:36] I'm not arresting, so don't start crying, okay? [00:09:38] I know, I just do. [00:09:39] It's just because of what JD did and all this stuff. [00:09:42] I need to ask you stuff. [00:09:43] You're in the back of the car. [00:09:44] With these rights in mind, do you understand each of these rights? [00:09:47] I do. [00:09:47] All right. [00:09:48] Have you asked for a lawyer? [00:09:50] No, I can't afford one of these. [00:09:52] Okay, you said earlier that JD threw something in your bag. [00:09:56] What is that? [00:09:57] I haven't seen it. [00:09:58] You pulled me over right now. [00:09:59] Where was your bag when it was getting pulled over? [00:10:02] My right leg and the center down. [00:10:04] And then he just saw us and ditched that in there? [00:10:07] Yes. [00:10:08] What was it? [00:10:09] I did not look. [00:10:10] He literally had me out of the car. [00:10:12] How long have you been cleaning? [00:10:14] Since you. [00:10:15] So the pills that we found in your bag are not yours? [00:10:19] I don't have anything driving that. [00:10:20] This gun that you were talking about earlier, how many times have you seen him with it? [00:10:24] I've hung out with him like 12 times and missed it every time. [00:10:29] You know how this looks, right? [00:10:32] A boyfriend's in jail. [00:10:33] That's his brother. [00:10:34] I guarantee you, that dude is doing her too. [00:10:37] Yeah, of course. [00:10:39] Rebecca, you know how this looks, right? [00:10:41] The first day was on your lap, there's drugs in it. [00:10:43] A guy flees from your car. [00:10:45] There's a gun and... [00:10:46] But why don't I don't see how that looks. [00:10:48] Just because people don't have records doesn't mean they're not doing bad. [00:10:51] To me? [00:10:52] To anybody. [00:10:53] I don't know. [00:10:54] I don't know what happened. [00:10:58] I was over here with another show. [00:11:02] JD Irons, Fort Myers, please, come to the door. [00:11:15] My mom calling her. [00:11:17] Okay. [00:11:17] She says she at work. [00:11:19] I'm trying to tell her y'all in her house. [00:11:20] Why y'all just can't go in there? [00:11:22] Because they're trying to give him a chance and an opportunity to get his ass out. [00:11:27] If you do get a hold of her, would you just yell at me? [00:11:30] She's trying to get a hold of her. [00:11:31] JD's father now shows up on scene. [00:11:33] Y'all do something to my son. [00:11:35] I'm going to do something on y'all. [00:11:36] Hey, are you trying to like rat me with Mr. Irons? [00:11:40] I can get you this close. [00:11:41] As close as I can get you. [00:11:42] Right here. [00:12:20] Come to the door. [00:12:21] I'm here. [00:12:22] Sir, if he does come to the door, you're gonna have to. [00:12:24] I know. [00:12:24] You're gonna have to stay here and then they'll put him in handcuffs and then we can talk to him over here. [00:12:28] Okay? [00:12:29] The father now calls someone, presumably Ashley, the owner of the residence, and is able to speak with JD. [00:12:36] What do you mean you're not there? [00:14:46] My name is Ashley. [00:14:47] I am a proud motherfucker. [00:14:48] You just gave me a bad name. [00:14:49] Why'd you give me a bad name? [00:14:51] Because I don't want no BS. [00:14:52] I want to have nothing to do with this. [00:14:54] You have BS. [00:14:55] This is the BS. [00:14:56] You're lying. [00:14:57] That's the BS. [00:15:01] Y'all have a great weekend. [00:15:03] Let's get it a little bit. [00:15:05] No attitude towards you, ma'am, but I'm just saying. [00:15:07] If you went through what I went through with this right here, well, this could have been done a long time ago. [00:15:12] It's okay. [00:15:13] I'll do it all. [00:15:14] It's okay. [00:15:14] Thank y'all so much. [00:15:20] Sir, thank you. [00:15:20] We really appreciate it. [00:15:22] Seriously, I really appreciate it. [00:15:24] Rebecca, because you stayed and you were cooperative, I'm not taking you to jail. [00:15:28] Okay? [00:15:29] But because those drugs were found in your person, just listen to me for a second, okay? [00:15:33] Before you say anything, I will write it up. [00:15:35] And if a prosecutor wants to put a search warrant out for you, or not search warrant, an arrest warrant, that's up to them. [00:15:41] Okay? [00:15:41] I'm going to give you a written warning, like I said, for the stop sign. [00:15:44] You have any questions for me? [00:15:45] I'm about to pull you out. [00:15:48] Come on up. [00:15:49] That's what black people call a white friend. [00:15:54] Would he probably think the drug belongs to him? [00:15:57] Yeah, yeah, yeah, to the guy. [00:15:58] But I'm just saying, from a black white woman a break, yeah. [00:16:01] That's from the black person's standpoint. [00:16:03] No, man, she needs to go to jail with me. [00:16:07] But you see what I'm saying? [00:16:08] That's good policing right there. [00:16:10] Yeah, because that black man said to frame that good white man. [00:16:18] All right, you stuck's on the top of the car there. [00:16:20] I'll give you your documentation. [00:16:25] Well, it's your license. [00:16:26] You want me, I want that. [00:16:28] Thank you. [00:16:33] JD stated in a post-arrest interview that he ran from the vehicle because he was scared for his life. [00:16:38] He also stated that he owns a black and silver Taurus handgun. [00:16:41] He states that he knows he is not legally allowed to own a firearm due to being a convicted felon, however, he needs to for protection. [00:16:48] JD also stated that he did not leave a gun in the glove box of the vehicle and denied any knowledge of it being there. [00:16:54] When he was shown a picture of that gun, JD stated his fingerprints were going to be on it and that he handled it. [00:16:59] However, he still denied ownership of it. [00:17:01] JD was charged with resisting obstruction and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. [00:17:06] JD has a lengthy criminal record, including multiple prison sentences for drug crimes involving cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl. [00:17:13] DNA testing confirmed that JD was linked to the gun found in the glove box. [00:17:18] On July 24th, 2024, JD entered a guilty plea for his charges. [00:17:23] U.S. District Judge Sherry Polster Chappelle sentenced JD to 15 years in federal prison. [00:17:29] You need to get him off the street. [00:17:30] JD is crazy, man. [00:17:33] 15 years of your life is going to be in the next 15 years of your life is going to be in prison. [00:17:38] Over what? [00:17:39] Drugs? [00:17:41] It's crazy. [00:17:44] It's like they can't help themselves. [00:17:48] That's a stereotypical black neighborhood. [00:17:51] This is the stereotypical black crime. [00:17:53] Yeah, the first thing I'm asking, man, as soon as I start making me some money, I'm going to go live with the white folks.
