Hodgetwins - New Mexico Governor Just Took Your Guns.. Aired: 2023-09-14 Duration: 11:36 === Gun Violence as Public Health Crisis (09:34) === [00:00:00] The governor of New Mexico says she has had enough. [00:00:02] She has declared gun violence a public health emergency in her state and in its largest city, Albuquerque. [00:00:09] She suspended the right to carry firearms in public. [00:00:12] That suspension by Governor Michelle Grisham runs for 30 days. [00:00:16] She says legal action will soon follow. [00:00:19] But her decision to act sooner came after the shooting death of an 11-year-old boy near a stadium last week and two other cases this summer. [00:00:28] Gun violence is the leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 19 in New Mexico. [00:00:33] That's a lie. [00:00:35] Yeah, I've got a new show for y'all. [00:00:38] Got a damn good show. [00:00:40] Y'all hear that part? [00:00:41] That was a good morning, America. [00:00:42] That part at the end? [00:00:43] Yeah. [00:00:43] It's the leading cause of death for 1 to 19-year-olds in New Mexico. [00:00:47] For any journalists to say that, you know what? [00:00:50] They have no integrity. [00:00:54] They're immoral. [00:00:55] They're corrupt. [00:00:56] Because that's not true. [00:00:57] It's cherry picking at its finest. [00:00:58] Yeah. [00:00:59] How many... [00:01:00] The leading cause of death for one to 19-year-olds is not gun violence. [00:01:02] I mean, it's not gun violence. [00:01:04] It's gang violence. [00:01:06] It's just an accident. [00:01:07] Gang on games. [00:01:08] It's a lot of different things. [00:01:09] It's not gun violence. [00:01:10] Yeah, I think they're cherry picking. [00:01:11] I mean, the guns are involved, but it's a bunch of gang members shooting each other. [00:01:15] Yeah. [00:01:15] But they're cherry picking. [00:01:17] They bring in the one, two, three, and four-year-olds, which were accidents, just like that one accident was. [00:01:22] Well, I want to say this. [00:01:23] How many one-year-olds were shot to death? [00:01:26] How many two-year-olds? [00:01:28] Three-year-olds. [00:01:29] Yeah. [00:01:29] Four-year-olds, five-year-olds, six-year-olds. [00:01:31] I mean, come on. [00:01:32] It's like a bunch of one-year-olds getting shot and killed by guns. [00:01:36] How many? [00:01:39] The leading cause of death for like teenagers because of the gun violence in this area is due to guns. [00:01:44] But it's gang violence, but they lump in the one and two and three and four and five-year-olds, the six and seven, eight-year-olds to galvanize support to ban guns. [00:01:55] No, that was beautiful. [00:01:56] I mean, that was like Socrates. [00:01:57] I'll take it a step further. [00:01:59] A lot of people might hate me for this. [00:02:02] But the leading cause of death for one and 19-year-olds is black people. [00:02:06] You crazy as hell for saying that. [00:02:08] Well, it's true. [00:02:10] Facts can't be racist. [00:02:12] It ain't black people. [00:02:13] You don't think black people are the leading cause? [00:02:15] I don't even have to look at statistics, but it just already know that. [00:02:22] I mean, take all the black people out of New Mexico. [00:02:26] Those statistics would fall off a table. [00:02:32] Well, I'm thinking it's a lot of Latinos, too. [00:02:36] Latinos ain't perfect neither, you know. [00:02:38] Yeah. [00:02:39] Then you got spurred. [00:02:40] But they better than black folks. [00:02:47] I tell you what, I need to clean this up. [00:02:51] If a majority of America was Asians and white people, this place would be heaven. [00:02:55] Okay, you fixed it. [00:02:59] Anyway. [00:03:02] So, how did the state of how did the state of New Mexico hire a Karen? [00:03:10] Baby, I ain't gonna take it that far. [00:03:14] She said it's a national, it's a state health emergency. [00:03:17] See, that COVID, that was just the testing grounds. [00:03:20] Y'all see how far they took the COVID? [00:03:21] Then she's like, you know what? [00:03:23] I'm going to call a national, I mean, a state health emergency. [00:03:27] Yeah, I'm just going to ban the guns. [00:03:29] You didn't work with COVID. [00:03:30] You know what is crazy? [00:03:31] That is so stupid. [00:03:32] It's about as stupid as saying black people is a national health emergency. [00:03:43] Hey, man, you got something against black people? [00:03:47] No, ain't got nothing against black people. [00:03:48] Those are FBI statistics. [00:03:50] I'm just stating facts over here. [00:03:52] You'll be more. [00:03:53] I love black people. [00:03:55] I love everybody. [00:03:56] I don't care what the skin color is, but I'm just stating facts over here. [00:04:00] Hell, I'm black. [00:04:03] I ain't got nothing against these Negroes. [00:04:06] I'm just stating facts. [00:04:08] Hey, she said it's a health emergency with guns, so bang guns. [00:04:11] No, I'm saying health emergency with black people. [00:04:13] Hey, you'll be, okay, it's hard to ban guns, right? [00:04:17] It's hard to ban Negroes, too. [00:04:19] What? [00:04:19] No, it ain't. [00:04:20] It's hard to ban Negroes. [00:04:21] You don't get it? [00:04:22] That was a joke. [00:04:23] And it just went right over your head. [00:04:24] You said it's hard to ban guns. [00:04:26] I came back with a joke. [00:04:27] I said it's hard to ban Negro. [00:04:29] Just let me say something. [00:04:31] Well, I just want to throw that joke in there. [00:04:32] Look, it's hard. [00:04:33] I can't joke anymore. [00:04:35] I mean, is this? [00:04:36] Hey, Kevin, I got a joke I want to say, but you can't throw it for me. [00:04:40] What is it? [00:04:40] Is this the Harsh Twins or the Keith Hard show? [00:04:43] I got a joke. [00:04:44] Let me tell my joke. [00:04:45] Well, I'm just saying it's Harsh Twins. [00:04:46] It's not Keith Hard. [00:04:47] This is at the show of Keith Hard. [00:04:50] Let me tell my joke. [00:04:52] Just shut up. [00:04:53] Let me tell my joke. [00:04:54] Y'all let me know whose joke is better. [00:04:57] Here, I've been killing these white people these Negro jokes. [00:05:00] What you talking about? [00:05:02] These white people are going to pick me. [00:05:04] Well, I got a joke. [00:05:04] Let me say it. [00:05:07] All right, this is how the joke goes. [00:05:10] It's hard to bang guns because, see, guns, you can hide them. [00:05:13] You can stick them on a mattress. [00:05:14] It's hard to ban Negroes. [00:05:15] You can't stick a nigga on a mattress. [00:05:17] His feet and his dick is going to be hanging. [00:05:21] That was good. [00:05:23] You know, Negroes got them long dicks. [00:05:30] Wait a minute. [00:05:31] That dude's head is hanging out of the count. [00:05:34] Yeah, this is where the mushroom tips. [00:05:35] You know what? [00:05:36] The feet is hanging out, then the head's hanging out. [00:05:38] And then you see a piece of some nuts hanging. [00:05:42] You know, Negroes got fagged nuts. [00:05:49] Hey, man, let's get serious on this. [00:05:50] Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's uncalled for. [00:05:52] Let's clean this up. [00:05:53] All right. [00:05:53] I'm supposed to be a respectable conservative show over here. [00:05:56] So, of course, this is unconstitutional. [00:05:59] Yeah, I think it's unconstitutional banning Negroes, too. [00:06:02] A damn constitution. [00:06:12] Hey, Kevin, get serious on this. [00:06:14] All right. [00:06:15] All right, look here. [00:06:17] The sheriff spoke out. [00:06:18] Check him out. [00:06:20] He ain't having this. [00:06:21] And he's black. [00:06:22] He's a black guy. [00:06:23] Black dude. [00:06:24] Look like he might be Mexican. [00:06:25] He's something. [00:06:26] He ain't white. [00:06:27] I hold my standards high, and I do not or never will hedge on what is right. [00:06:34] And I take my oath seriously. [00:06:36] There you go. [00:06:36] In reference to concealed carry and open carry, the Burnley Ooh County Sheriff's Office will not enforce this segment of the order. [00:06:45] Well, I understand the urgency. [00:06:47] The temporary ban challenges the foundations of our Constitution, but most importantly, it is unconstitutional. [00:06:56] My oath was to protect the Constitution. [00:06:58] And that is what I will do. [00:07:01] The governor made it clear in her presence. [00:07:04] She knew we as law enforcement did not agree with the order. [00:07:08] And as a result, this was solely her decision. [00:07:12] Other than this ban being unconstitutional, here are other reasons why I will not enforce the order. [00:07:18] Okay. [00:07:18] One, what many forget is I have enough violence here in Burnley County. [00:07:23] I do not want to have political violence towards my deputies or here in Burnley County. [00:07:28] Pause it. [00:07:29] My job is to keep on. [00:07:30] He said political violence. [00:07:31] You know what that means? [00:07:31] White dudes with beards. [00:07:36] Don't tread on me, Axe. [00:07:38] Don't you break your ass over here for? [00:07:40] I got something for your ass. [00:07:43] That's what he's talking about. [00:07:45] Hey, is he, he's like, he's not white, is he? [00:07:48] I don't know what he is. [00:07:49] He's racially ambiguous. [00:07:51] Now, he could be a white guy with a nice tan. [00:07:54] I ain't never seen that white dude in a tan like that. [00:07:58] Some of them can tan up like that. [00:07:59] Yeah, some of them, man, but that don't look like a tan. [00:08:02] You know a tan when a white person gets a tan? [00:08:04] It looks like a butterball turkey. [00:08:05] It's like that dark brown. [00:08:07] It's beautiful, you know? [00:08:08] Skin look like it's peeling. [00:08:10] No, you've seen it, man. [00:08:11] Shut up. [00:08:12] You know a butterball turkey gets that nice golden. [00:08:14] I ain't never seen no white man with no butterball turkey tan. [00:08:17] That's what they look like. [00:08:18] It's like a butterball turkey. [00:08:20] It's got that brown. [00:08:22] If somebody's that golden brown like that and they're white, it's going to be that leather stuff. [00:08:26] You see them white people get stayed at the beach. [00:08:28] They 75 that skin look like a patent, like freckles and leather. [00:08:35] You're talking about 80 years. [00:08:36] I'm talking about when you young and you white, you get a tan. [00:08:39] It's very distinctive. [00:08:40] He looks like us. [00:08:41] Yeah. [00:08:42] Like you look at me, you can tell I'm not tan. [00:08:44] It don't have that butterball turkey feel to it. [00:08:47] You got some of that Negro in you. [00:08:49] Well, you got a lot of Negro in you. [00:08:51] According to, what's that place? [00:08:53] Ancestor.com, 56%. [00:09:26] You know, you switch the white man if you had the opportunity. [00:09:29] I'd be Brad Pitt. [00:09:32] I'd be sleeping with everybody. === Racial Identity and Genetic Percentages (02:01) === [00:09:34] If I could switch. [00:09:35] Why you got to switch to Brad Pitt? [00:09:36] Man, what white woman, what black woman, what Latino woman, what woman on this planet wouldn't sleep with Brad Pitt, man? [00:09:44] Me. [00:09:46] Just look at me. [00:09:47] Man. [00:10:22] That was the sheriff, yeah. [00:10:23] Yeah, you should arrest her, too. [00:10:25] Yeah, you should. [00:10:26] Because not only you protect and serve, but you are supposed to uphold the Constitution. [00:10:30] She's a dictator. [00:10:31] Y'all should go in there, put in handcuffs, and walk her out. [00:10:34] Y'all should do what they did to Trump. [00:10:36] Yeah. [00:10:36] Because what she's doing is crazy. [00:10:38] She's totally turned her back on the Constitution. [00:10:40] That's impeachable. [00:10:41] That's a... [00:10:42] Man, she should get life in prison. [00:10:45] She just banned. [00:10:47] She thinks she has the power, the discretion, the authority to take away people's constitutional rights. [00:10:54] Oh, you get life in prison for that. [00:10:55] I'm telling you, she got it from that COVID stuff. [00:10:58] They're seeing how far they could push the COVID. [00:10:59] So National Health Emergency.
