Aired: 2023-08-25 Duration: 14:00 === Chicago Police and Teen Shootings (13:00) === [00:00:00] Families in Chicago mourning tonight as shootings claim the lives of multiple teenagers. [00:00:05] And it comes as many of them. [00:00:06] We're looking forward to the first day of school. [00:00:09] Chicago police are investigating over a dozen shootings involving teens under the age of 19 since just Friday. [00:00:16] I talked to the family of a 14-year-old shot and killed. [00:00:20] They tell me his backpack was already packed and ready to go for school tomorrow. [00:00:24] He was a baby. [00:00:26] He was a baby that didn't do anything to nobody. [00:00:30] Athena Harshaw talking through tears. [00:00:32] She's the legal guardian and aunt of Rayjohn Harshaw. [00:00:35] A 14-year-old boy found shot in the head and chest near the sidewalk just a few houses down from his grandmother's where he'd been living since he was a baby. [00:00:44] It happened just before 7 o'clock Saturday night in this Calumet Heights neighborhood. [00:00:48] The gunmen only taking off with Rayjohn's cell phone. [00:00:51] The shooting that claimed Rayjon's life adds to at least 16 teenagers under the age of 19 that have been shot across Chicago since Friday. [00:01:00] Ashantese Wilburn, set to start her senior year tomorrow, was at a park in the Austin neighborhood Saturday night when her and a 16-year-old boy were shot by an unknown suspect. [00:01:10] Yeah, got a new show for y'all. [00:01:12] Man, it's sad. [00:01:14] That's a typical weekend in Chicago. [00:01:16] 19 under 19 years old killed by gunfire. [00:01:19] Yeah, if I'm black, why are you trying to raise your kids in Chicago? [00:01:24] Well, they probably don't have money to leave. [00:01:26] No, man. [00:01:28] Hey, your daughter wanted to move there. [00:01:30] Yeah. [00:01:32] I said, God, nice knowing you. [00:01:34] That's what I told him. [00:01:35] I guess I won't see you again. [00:01:40] She's a Bernie Sanders supporter, too. [00:01:43] Yeah. [00:01:45] That's because she ain't there. [00:01:46] Well, man, when we were young. [00:01:47] Because I haven't been in her life for a while. [00:01:49] Yeah. [00:01:50] Yeah. [00:01:50] That's another story. [00:01:53] I turn around. [00:01:54] Don't y'all worry. [00:01:55] I'm going to turn that. [00:01:56] I'm going to turn that Negro daughter of mine around. [00:01:59] Hey, man. [00:01:59] She's just young, man. [00:02:00] Yeah, I was young. [00:02:01] I was a Democrat. [00:02:02] Yeah, but I'm telling you, if you're black, why are you living in Chicago? [00:02:08] Like I said, ain't got the money to leave. [00:02:09] No, no, no. [00:02:10] You rob somebody, get the money, and move out. [00:02:12] You already know how to do that. [00:02:14] Rob somebody, didn't leave. [00:02:16] Hey, Kim, what's wrong with you? [00:02:18] Ain't nothing wrong with me. [00:02:20] I'd rather be homeless than live in Chicago. [00:02:22] Chicago is. [00:02:24] They don't call that place Chirac for nothing. [00:02:26] Those Negroes are crazy around there. [00:02:30] You know what they call them Negroes? [00:02:32] What? [00:02:32] Super predators. [00:02:34] That's what Biden called them. [00:02:36] That's what Hillary called him. [00:02:38] And I have to agree with Hilly on that one. [00:02:41] Those Negroes is something else up there. [00:02:46] You know I'm telling the truth. [00:02:47] Yeah, I know. [00:02:47] I need to. [00:02:48] You need to be more racially sensitive. [00:02:50] No, man, I'm tired of these Negroes. [00:02:54] No, but it's racially sensitive. [00:02:56] They ain't sensitive white folks. [00:02:59] Why I gotta be sensitive to Negroes? [00:03:02] Yeah, but it's like a lot of good black people that live there and they're just falling prey to it. [00:03:06] I don't never hear about him. [00:03:08] You didn't hear about him? [00:03:08] Oh, yeah, I heard about him, but yeah, There's a lot of good black people. [00:03:14] But why are you living there? [00:03:15] You got to get out of there. [00:03:17] You got to get out. [00:03:18] Yeah. [00:03:19] You seen that movie, Boys in the Hood? [00:03:21] Yeah. [00:03:22] What'd they do? [00:03:23] Trying to get out of there. [00:03:25] I think they got out. [00:03:26] I forget it. [00:03:26] It's been so long since I've seen them. [00:03:27] But I think they moved out. [00:03:28] Hey, man. [00:03:29] I think Trey moved out. [00:03:30] Hey, I don't give a shit about Trey. [00:03:32] I'm trying to talk about what's going on in Chicago. [00:03:35] So, but there's light at the end of the tunnel, I guess, because the mayor. [00:03:39] What'd the mayor do? [00:03:40] Mayor Brandon Johnson? [00:03:41] That dude's a fool. [00:03:42] He's a fool. [00:03:43] They went from one fool to a bigger fool. [00:03:47] Brandon Johnson's the fool, the most foolish man in this country. [00:03:52] This dude is actually condoning the irreprehensible conduct of these teen Negroes out there. [00:04:01] The flash mobs? [00:04:02] Yeah, man. [00:04:03] He doesn't use strong enough language. [00:04:06] Like, if I was the mayor. [00:04:08] Oh, man. [00:04:09] Oh, man. [00:04:09] I get, man. [00:04:10] First thing I'll do as a Chicago mayor, I'll go get a white supremacist chief of police. [00:04:16] What? [00:04:17] Why would you do that? [00:04:18] No, that was a messed-up joke. [00:04:19] That joke was horrible. [00:04:20] Yeah, it was horrible. [00:04:21] Actually, you need to apologize for that. [00:04:23] You're telling me I'm innocent. [00:04:28] Yeah, I apologize. [00:04:29] Yeah, that was horrible. [00:04:30] You should be ashamed of yourself. [00:04:31] Yeah. [00:04:31] You're going to hire a white supremacist as your what? [00:04:34] It was a figure of speech. [00:04:35] I was talking metaphorically. [00:04:36] It wasn't going to be an actual white supremacist. [00:04:38] It's just going to be a white conservative. [00:04:40] Strong on crime. [00:04:42] Okay. [00:04:44] That's what they call white conservative. [00:04:46] I get it. [00:04:49] Anyway, so they hired a new superintendent. [00:04:51] Here's the Brandon. [00:04:52] Here's Brandon Johnson, the new Chicago mayor. [00:04:55] Who's going to turn this city around? [00:04:57] Bullshit. [00:04:59] Today, a new chapter begins on this incredible journey to build a better, stronger, and safer Chicago. [00:05:06] You crazy as hell. [00:05:07] After a very deliberate and thorough and transparent process, Chief Larry Snelling has been chosen to lead the Chicago Police Department. [00:05:16] That's him. [00:05:17] That's the new one. [00:05:18] In this world, he will build upon his three decades of service. [00:05:23] Most recently, of course, as chief of the bureau. [00:05:26] Psycho. [00:05:26] Counterterrorism. [00:05:27] Go back to old police. [00:05:28] We've got to work together. [00:05:29] That's the way we looked on the Marine Corps. [00:05:31] Just locked and cocked. [00:05:33] This dude looks psycho. [00:05:36] Like he's overdosed on some anti-depressive. [00:05:39] Come on, man. [00:05:40] All right, go ahead and keep rolling. [00:05:42] Why is he locked in cock like that? [00:05:47] If you're trying to bring Kevin back on me. [00:05:49] If you're trying to turn Chicago around, you got to get a person that's approachable. [00:05:55] How can you approach somebody who looks like that? [00:05:57] A dude like this. [00:06:02] Height. [00:06:05] Bark! [00:06:06] Pace! [00:06:13] And your stomach's out. [00:06:14] What's wrong with you? [00:06:16] Exposing yourself to everybody. [00:06:18] All right, let's keep rolling the video, Kevin. [00:06:20] Yeah, whatever. [00:06:21] Together to continue to build the partnerships that ensures that every single voice is heard. [00:06:28] Every resident feels safe. [00:06:30] And those who are most impacted by crime in our city have a seat at the table in influencing the solutions that our communities deserve. [00:06:39] Good morning, everybody. [00:06:40] Good morning. [00:06:41] Good morning. [00:06:42] You know, I'm truly honored and humbled to be chosen by Mayor Johnson to lead the Chicago Police Department as the superintendent of police. [00:06:55] And I want to be clear about my belief in the mayor's vision of the full force of government. [00:07:04] We cannot do this alone as a police department. [00:07:07] Every member of this city has to be a stakeholder. [00:07:11] And I'm willing to sit down and get involved. [00:07:13] Have a conversation with any and everybody within this city to work together to resolve some of the issues that we have and make this city as safe as we can possibly make it. [00:07:25] We are rooted in constitutional policing. [00:07:28] We will work to implement diversion and deflection programs, especially for youth. [00:07:34] And we're always seeking justice for families of crime victims and survivors. [00:07:40] Diversion and deflection programs. [00:07:43] You see what happened in that news clip, like 19 teenagers dead? [00:07:47] It's just a bunch of teens killing each other, a bunch of super predators. [00:07:51] No deflection, no diversion programs is gonna stop that. [00:07:55] What are you gonna do? [00:07:55] Just give them a basketball, go play basketball. [00:07:58] You're gonna build them a YMCA? [00:08:00] Yeah, that's what they have on NYPD Blue. [00:08:04] All those shows. [00:08:06] Them walko, them damn walk shows. [00:08:08] We need some social workers. [00:08:09] Talk to the kids. [00:08:10] Give them a basketball. [00:08:11] Play basketball. [00:08:12] Take a gun. [00:08:13] Don't send a guy with a gun. [00:08:14] Give him a clipboard and a pistol. [00:08:16] Let him listen and write down some notes and try to get down and find a solution to the problem. [00:08:21] No, if I was the superintendent of Chicago, I ain't even got no police experience. [00:08:25] I already know what I'm going to do. [00:08:27] Turn into a theocracy. [00:08:29] You're going to turn into a what? [00:08:30] Theocracy. [00:08:31] Everybody going to jail. [00:08:34] Everybody going to jail. [00:08:35] I'm locking up everybody. [00:08:36] Hey, Kevin, let's consider something. [00:08:37] No, you got to lock these Negroes up. [00:08:40] Throw away the key. [00:08:42] No, just what you do. [00:08:43] Do what God would do. [00:08:45] Turn them in a salt. [00:08:46] If God, God would flood the whole place. [00:08:48] God would flood Chicago. [00:08:51] Wipe them Negroes out. [00:08:53] Hey, no. [00:08:54] You got to start over. [00:08:55] You got to get rid of everybody. [00:08:57] Get rid of everybody and then bring in a bunch of good immigrants like from Cuba. [00:09:05] Yeah, Cubans good. [00:09:07] They make good Republicans. [00:09:08] They make damn good. [00:09:09] They're some damn good Republicans. [00:09:10] We turn that whole state red. [00:09:12] Replace all them Negroes with Cubans. [00:09:14] Hey, let me throw some Ukrainians in there. [00:09:18] They're good kind of Ukrainians. [00:09:20] Yeah. [00:09:20] Yeah, they're good people, man. [00:09:21] They're fighting for, you know, shut up, man. [00:09:24] This is what I would do as the police keep. [00:09:27] I guess they call them superintendents in Chicago. [00:09:29] Just what I do. [00:09:30] Sounds like you hit up a high school or something. [00:09:32] Yeah, this is what I would do. [00:09:34] I would double the police force. [00:09:36] No, no, that's not triple it. [00:09:39] You ain't got no money for that. [00:09:41] No, they raise their taxes. [00:09:43] We'll gentrify the place. [00:09:44] We'll raise everybody's taxes. [00:09:46] Triple the police force, right? [00:09:47] Yeah. [00:09:47] Them Negroes ain't gonna be able to afford the taxes. [00:09:50] They gotta move. [00:09:50] They gotta go to LA, Baltimore. [00:09:52] We get rid of all of them. [00:09:53] Just raise their taxes, gentrify the whole place. [00:09:55] Look, get three times the police force. [00:09:58] Like two times. [00:09:59] No, three. [00:09:59] You gotta get them niggas. [00:10:01] I mean, you gotta get them Negroes out of there. [00:10:03] You gotta raise up the rent. [00:10:04] Hey, Kevin, you get your calm down. [00:10:05] That man. [00:10:06] No, I'm taking it serious. [00:10:07] I'm the police child. [00:10:08] No, I'm taking it serious, man. [00:10:10] We gotta clean up Chicago. [00:10:11] Look, okay, let me talk. [00:10:12] I'm the mayor. [00:10:13] You're the superintendent. [00:10:16] I'm mayor of Chicago. [00:10:19] I just appointed Keith and Superintendent. [00:10:22] Yeah, okay, now I'm gonna do my speech. [00:10:23] I got my eyes on you. [00:10:25] 90-day probationary period. [00:10:27] All right, I'm doubling police force. [00:10:29] What? [00:10:30] No, no, we already talked about this. [00:10:32] We're tripling it. [00:10:32] All right, we're tripling the police force. [00:10:34] You know? [00:10:35] All right, I'm taking those homes. [00:10:36] I'm going to give you some tanks, too. [00:10:38] Kevin, let me do it. [00:10:39] I'm the superintendent. [00:10:40] I'm going to give you some helicopters, some tanks, some bulletproof cars. [00:10:46] Kevin, let me do some talk. [00:10:48] I'm going to hire the proud boys, too. [00:10:50] Send them out there. [00:10:52] They'll work for free. [00:10:53] I ain't got to pay them nothing. [00:10:55] They'll do it for that country. [00:10:59] Hey, Kel. [00:11:00] I would like double, triple the police force. [00:11:02] They'll triple it. [00:11:03] I would take those Walmarts and closed down, turn them into prisons. [00:11:06] Oh, that's fair. [00:11:06] That is a good idea. [00:11:08] That's five Walmarts. [00:11:09] We lock all these fools up, right? [00:11:11] Five? [00:11:12] That's five Walmarts, right? [00:11:13] And then I would talk to the mayor. [00:11:14] I said, Mayor. [00:11:15] What you need, man? [00:11:16] I'm fitting to lock all these Negroes up. [00:11:18] That's what I'm talking about. [00:11:19] But if I'm going to lock them up, the days just letting them go. [00:11:23] They're easy on crime. [00:11:24] Don't worry about the DA. [00:11:26] I'll take good care of him. [00:11:28] You ain't got to worry about him. [00:11:31] That's how you fix that problem. [00:11:33] Yeah. [00:11:33] It ain't diversion programs. [00:11:35] Yeah. [00:11:36] You got to lock up the criminals and throw away the keys. [00:11:38] These criminals are like malignant tumors spreading to the youth, infecting them with all this niggerism. [00:11:47] Never heard of that one before. [00:11:48] Sounds good, though. [00:11:49] Niggerism. [00:11:50] Niggaism. [00:11:52] I'm probably have to edit that out. [00:11:55] Oh, you said nigga. [00:11:57] You didn't say the hardy yard. [00:11:58] No, all this stuff. [00:11:59] You just took nigga and put ism on it. [00:12:01] These are. [00:12:02] Niggaism. [00:12:03] Because these are these people being infected by niggaism. [00:12:14] No, it has a horrible impact on the youth. [00:12:19] Yeah, you're spinning your wheels. [00:12:20] Because what's going to happen is what they're doing is all these diversions, all these programs, and ain't doing nothing. [00:12:26] The culprit to the problem is criminals. [00:12:29] You got to lock them up. [00:12:29] Once you remove that bad element from that city, then you can start working on the youth. [00:12:33] Then you send people with the clipboards. [00:12:35] Then you start sending you diversion programs. [00:12:37] I mean, I seen this stuff firsthand when I was a teenager. [00:12:40] Like, a lot of black people, my friends, they just wanted to sell drugs and stuff, man. [00:12:47] They didn't want to. [00:12:49] Because they had their other element in society brainwashing them, indoctrinating them. [00:12:53] If you black, you ain't going to mount nothing. [00:12:55] We can make this paper over here selling these drugs to your cousin and your family over down the street. === Trump Tanks and Diversion Programs (00:58) === [00:13:01] Yeah. [00:13:01] You know, it's just. [00:13:02] I think, man, it's a cycle of destruction. [00:13:09] Yeah. [00:13:10] And the only way you can break it up is the rest of the people. [00:13:12] Man, I'm telling you, if Trump was the mayor of Chicago, he'd stop all that. [00:13:15] Oh, man. [00:13:16] Send Trump somewhere. [00:13:17] Trump have tanks in there with Trump on the side of them. [00:13:19] Yeah. [00:13:20] He have Trump tanks. [00:13:21] And while he got the Trump tanks, he giving out Trump water. [00:13:39] Hey, we got a new giveaway going. [00:13:41] Gonna weigh a Ram 2500 diesel with the Cummins transmission in now. [00:13:46] Yeah. [00:13:47] And $10,000 in cold hard cash. [00:13:50] The end of the win. [00:13:52] Go to officialhawkstwins.com. [00:13:54] Tell them about it. [00:13:55] Anything you buy from the site, hell yeah.
