There was an insurrectionists who were dressed in all black threw rocks and lit fireworks in front of the Atlanta Police Foundation, shattering windows along the way last night.
They also lit a police cruiser on fire.
The assailants were part of a group of protesters the death of a non-binary protest named Tortuguita, who was killed after police say they shot a state trooper.
Activists are questioning the official version of the event.
The city's mayor also says those arrested last night were not from the Atlanta area.
