[00:01:08] All right, so Jesse, he's serving us, I think it's 150 days in jail. [00:01:13] That time should be easy for Jesse. [00:01:14] Him being gay and all. [00:01:15] Yeah, he said that's a little paradise. [00:01:17] That's Louis. [00:01:18] That's paradise. [00:01:19] If you lock me up with the opposite sex, man, that's a paradise to me. [00:01:22] But anyway, that's got to be like a fantasy of his. [00:01:27] Wake up five big buff black dudes just standing over top of you with powerful erections. [00:01:36] But anyway, he's claiming. [00:01:38] Fresh out of the shower. [00:01:40] Just got a white towel around him and the towels are standing up like that. [00:01:43] Yeah. [00:01:44] Yeah, but we got a damn good show for y'all today. [00:01:47] But Jesse, he started his sentence, right? [00:01:49] 180 days, you say, huh? [00:01:51] It's 150. [00:01:52] Man, that's that's only what? [00:01:54] 150 is what, 30 days in a month? [00:01:57] Yeah, he got five months of paradise, right? [00:02:00] But he's claiming he's in jail because he's because he's black. [00:02:04] Huh, what penal code is that? [00:02:07] Penal code N dash E dash G dash R dash O Negro. [00:02:14] I mean, come on. [00:02:16] We're past this. [00:02:17] Yeah, man, come on now. [00:02:18] You're not in there because you're black. [00:02:20] Yeah, you broke the law, Jesse. [00:02:23] I mean, if a police officer, if he falsifies a report, or if he falsifies his, what happened, he goes to jail. [00:02:30] Yeah, the cop will go to jail. [00:02:31] A cop will go to jail for that. [00:02:33] Yeah. [00:02:33] We hold cops at a high level, don't we? [00:02:36] If a cop did that, oh, he's going to jail. [00:02:39] Yeah. [00:02:42] But you do something similar. [00:02:44] You in there because you're black. [00:02:50] Jesse, Jesse, poor Jesse, man. [00:02:52] Playing the victim, man. [00:02:53] You in the jail. [00:02:54] You in jail, not because you're black. [00:02:56] You in jail for being black and being a dumbass. [00:02:59] That's what you're in jail for. [00:03:00] You really been in jail for half-assing this fake hate crime you orchestrated. [00:03:05] If you'd have actually got some qualified white men to do the job. [00:03:09] Yeah. [00:03:09] You know, if you want to cut corners. [00:03:12] I mean, how much you pay them two African fellas? [00:03:14] Yeah, hellison and affirmative action he was doing. [00:03:17] I think he paid him like $1,500. [00:03:20] I can't remember how much you paid him. [00:03:21] Yeah, and they snatched you. [00:03:22] He wrote a check for it. [00:03:24] What did you put in the memo, Jesse? [00:03:27] Yeah, he wrote a check. [00:03:28] You supposed to pay. [00:03:29] He writes checks. [00:03:30] All white Trump supporters write checks. [00:03:32] Yeah, you should have said. [00:03:33] You a black gay. [00:03:35] Yeah, you're supposed to be more progressive than this. [00:03:38] Hey, you should have either paid him in Bitcoin or cash. [00:03:43] But anyway, Kim Fox, I think that's what the name was, the DA, decided not to charge this dude. [00:03:49] And a lot of people would say that what you did was, you know, not prosecuting this man was racist. [00:03:57] Yeah, you're not prosecuting because he's black. [00:03:59] That's why you're not prosecuting. [00:04:01] If you were white and you did that, oh, you're racist. [00:04:03] But if you're black and do it, no, no, no, no. [00:04:06] Yeah, but anyway, she's holding interviews about the whole Jesse thing. [00:04:11] That's crazy, man. [00:04:13] Just like Jesse, she's claiming racism. [00:04:16] She's been treated the way she's treated because she's black. [00:04:21] Man, show the video. [00:04:24] Thursday, Fox pens an op-ed in the Chicago Sun-Times where she calls the Smollett case a failure of our justice system, citing a mob mentality against black women elected prosecutors. [00:04:36] Friday morning, Fox and I sit down for this exclusive television interview to explain. [00:04:41] Exclusive. [00:04:42] Mob mentality against black female prosecutors. [00:04:45] In this case, it's been three years for a class four felony. [00:04:50] She sweat. [00:04:51] Where a decision was made. [00:04:53] And for the last three years, there's been this deliberate attempt to upend the decision that my office made. [00:05:01] And it feels unprecedented. [00:05:03] It feels personal. [00:05:06] Racist? [00:05:07] Mr. Smollett was given 150 days in Cook County Jail. [00:05:12] Last time, the special prosecutor had a case of R.J. Veneco, the man who was accused of punching and killing someone. [00:05:22] He got 60 days in jail. [00:05:26] You punch and kill someone and get 60 days in jail. [00:05:30] You lie about a hoax in which you are the victim, which is not to dismiss it. [00:05:34] You get 150. [00:05:36] No. [00:05:36] And so what I would say is that Cook County's criminal justice system has had racial disparities throughout. [00:05:43] And this is a clear example of what that racial disparity looks like. [00:05:46] She lying by omission. [00:05:48] Democrats are real good at that. [00:05:50] Lie by omission. [00:05:51] They leave out very important details. [00:05:54] This is an opt-ed. [00:05:55] This is an opinion piece, which means you can lie. [00:06:00] She's not telling the whole story. [00:06:01] That guy who ended up doing, what, 60 days? [00:06:04] Yeah. [00:06:04] He played guilty to unvoluntary manslaughter. [00:06:07] He didn't go to trial. [00:06:10] It's involuntary. [00:06:11] Something like that. [00:06:12] Something like that. [00:06:13] Yeah. [00:06:13] I'm not a lawyer. [00:06:14] I'm about 12 years away from a law degree, but he actually played guilty. [00:06:17] It didn't go to trial. [00:06:18] Yeah. [00:06:20] He showed contrition. [00:06:22] He said, I did what I did was wrong. [00:06:24] I didn't mean to kill my punched him. [00:06:25] He died. [00:06:26] It's involuntary manslaughter. [00:06:28] Yeah. [00:06:28] And you don't throw people in jail a long time when that happens. [00:06:32] Yeah, especially when they admit to it. [00:06:34] Yeah. [00:06:35] Just on the other hand, didn't this is kept it not, went to trial. [00:06:39] This dude just got sentenced. [00:06:41] He stands up in front of judge. [00:06:43] I did not do this. [00:06:45] This is a travesty. [00:06:46] I'm going to jail because I'm black. [00:06:48] Yeah. [00:06:49] It's totally different. [00:06:50] You're lie by omission. [00:06:51] You're missing a lot of context. [00:06:52] Yeah, and it's like this dude got charged with five, what is it, four or five? [00:06:56] He got convicted of five felonies. [00:06:58] Yeah. [00:06:59] 150 days. [00:07:00] And look at what he did. [00:07:01] Look at the political climate of this country when this happened. [00:07:06] Everybody, the mainstream media was painting Trump as his white supremacist. [00:07:09] Then Jesse comes out, claims two white Trump supporters beat his ass because he's gay and black. [00:07:14] And that was his whole motive to do the fake hate crime. [00:07:17] Yeah. [00:07:18] This dude, this man, this is horrible what this dude did. [00:07:22] Yeah, he should have. [00:07:23] He should have got six months. [00:07:25] Now that's just testing going too far, man. [00:07:27] Five months is good. [00:07:28] Well, how many days? [00:07:30] Five months? [00:07:31] He gets five months, man. [00:07:32] 150 days, man. [00:07:36] Should have played guilty. [00:07:37] Everybody knows the district attorney is going to give you a plea bargain. [00:07:40] Hey, man, if you take this trial, you roll the dice. [00:07:42] You could end up serving twice the sentence. [00:07:44] But if, hey, I'm going to give you a plea bargain, you just do half the time. [00:07:47] All you have to do is show contrition. [00:07:49] Go up and say, look, I made this up because I hate Trump. [00:07:52] I hate white people. [00:07:54] And I'm insecure because I'm gay. [00:07:56] If you'd have said that, if you'd have said that, you wouldn't have gotten in jail time. [00:08:00] You wouldn't have been in jail. [00:08:02] He probably got like, you probably got two weeks. [00:08:04] No, you've been on the side of the road picking up trash. [00:08:06] Nah, he wouldn't have got no jail time. [00:08:08] You don't think he got jail time? [00:08:09] Yeah. [00:08:11] They gave you a gay slap. [00:08:13] On the wrist. [00:08:15] Get out of here. [00:08:15] Dude, it even hit you that hard. [00:08:17] Gay slap. [00:08:21] Stop. [00:08:22] Don't do that no more. [00:08:24] Yeah. [00:08:25] You crazy. [00:08:26] Tim Fox, you a liar. [00:08:28] And you giving that man a pass, that's racist. [00:08:31] You showed him favoritism because he was black. [00:08:33] Yeah. [00:08:35] That's racist. [00:08:36] That's racist. [00:08:37] He doesn't get a pass. [00:08:38] If cops don't get a pass, citizens shouldn't get a pass. [00:08:40] I mean, you're giving that man a pass for political purposes. [00:08:43] What you did was very racist. [00:08:45] You're not treating everybody the same because if I was a white Trump supporter, oh, you'd have threw the book at him. [00:08:51] Yeah, I wanted to say something about you. [00:08:53] I know she was lying too, man, because she's sweating. [00:08:56] Who the hell's going to be sweating like that in a conditioned room? [00:09:00] She didn't put no powder on her face. [00:09:02] No, man. [00:09:03] They'd have put powders on her face. [00:09:05] Man, it'll sweat right off her face. [00:09:06] She looks like that dude on coming to America. [00:09:08] What's his name? [00:09:08] Randy Watson. [00:09:09] Man, every black person looks like Randy Watson in you now. [00:09:13] You know what it is? [00:09:14] That colored dress she wearing. [00:09:15] Yeah. [00:09:16] Randy Watson. [00:09:18] Yeah, but you look way better. [00:09:19] She's way more attractive than Randy Watson. [00:09:21] Yeah, but another thing. [00:09:23] Of course, yeah. [00:09:24] Because, you know, if I was single, I mean, Kim, if you wasn't liberal, I'm a little bit. [00:09:27] Hey, Joe, come on, man. [00:09:28] Let's get serious on this. [00:09:29] I mean, I'm just saying. [00:09:29] She would bang anything pretty much. [00:09:31] No, man, she might get lucky, but you know. [00:09:34] Hey, the reason why Justin got 150 days, they make an example out of him. [00:09:39] Yeah. [00:09:39] That's what's the whole point of the justice system. [00:09:41] Make sure you got all these black people out here making up fake hate crimes, man. [00:09:45] No, we're going to make an example out of you. [00:09:47] They don't, because we don't, they're going to make it penal because we don't want this to happen again. [00:09:51] This dude hurt people who are actually victims of hate crimes. [00:09:54] You're keeping people who are victims of hate crimes to him, Keith, coming forward. [00:09:57] Preach to him. [00:09:58] They're not going to play for COSA to justice syndrome out there now. [00:10:00] Hey, man, there's a rumor out there that he's going a little bit crazy. [00:10:03] Even his brother said he's sane and he's doing well. [00:10:07] They're trying to make him out to seem like he's free. [00:10:09] No, you are crazy. [00:10:10] Yeah, I know. [00:10:11] Everybody knows you made this up except you. [00:10:14] You are bat shit crazy. [00:10:48] As soon as I get locked up, if I get locked up for doing something that I didn't do, oh, I'm crazy. [00:10:51] I try to cut my throat. [00:10:53] I try to hang myself.
