Now, that's 0% as the Omicron variant and its sub-lineages currently make up 100% of new infections.
All right, Dr. Ashton, two plus years into this now, we continue to learn more and more, and we're learning more about the vaccine and impact on babies in particular.
Pregnant women and therefore their newborns and an important population, new data out from the CDC.
Now, they looked at the Delta variant time period, but they actually looked at outcomes.
They looked at babies admitted to the hospital, whether they were born to vaccinated mothers or unvaccinated mothers.
If they were born to vaccinated moms, 61% less likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19.
If they were hospitalized with COVID-19, 84% of those babies were born to unvaccinated moms.
And if they were placed in an intensive care unit setting, 88% of those babies born to unvaccinated moms.
So you see just the effect of vaccination during pregnancy because these are babies under the age of six months old.
And we've said it here before, only 40% of pregnant women are fully with ABC.
See, that was the goal right there.
