Hodgetwins dissect the Rock Hill PD arrest of Ricky Price, detailing how officers found marijuana and a handgun during a traffic stop for illegal turns. They criticize a bystander's viral footage as media-brainwashed exaggeration, arguing police correctly used force against Travis Price's resistance near a propane tank while Ricky punched an officer after removing his own handcuffs to hand jewelry to his brother. The hosts condemn the subsequent protest as an insurrection by bad apples, dismissing critical race theory claims and asserting the suspects were criminals under gang surveillance, ultimately framing their narrative as a defense of law enforcement against censorship. Supporting The Twins Merch00:02:25
Yeah, got a new show for y'all.
Got a damn good show.
Yeah, but for such show, remember everybody, you can always support the twins at officialharstwins.com.
Pick you out patriotic hat, t-shirt, maybe a white privilege card, or maybe some beard products.
Use discount code Chinese virus.
How much did get off, Keith?
20%.
20%.
You hear that?
Keith say you get 20% off your purchase.
Yeah.
Also, we're going back on the road.
We got some new shows.
November.
We're coming to Texas.
We coming to Dallas.
We coming to San Antonio.
Yeah, go to HarshTwinstour.com for tickets.
All right.
So to Wisconsin, too, right?
Yeah.
Indiana?
Yep.
But those shows are not ready yet.
Okay, but anyway, keep a lookout for them.
We're coming.
We're coming to Wisconsin.
We coming to Indiana.
Y'all already know we're coming to Texas.
Hey, man, I told you about this.
What you tell me, man?
Let's get to what we're going to talk about.
All right, man, I'm ready.
I had to plug the shows in the shirts and stuff.
All right, let's get.
Okay.
I had to plug the white privilege card.
I had to plug all this.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
So it's been a black gentleman arrested.
And whenever it's a bunch of white boys.
Oh, nice, man.
You put it a black gentleman.
I wouldn't call him a gentleman.
Yeah, a black gentleman was arrested.
And it looks real bad when a bunch of white boys beating the hell out of him.
It was two black gentlemans, right?
Huh?
Yeah.
It was two of them.
Two black gentlemen.
And these white dudes, you can tell they all hit the jam.
Yeah.
Making all kinds of games.
One white boy with a beard.
Oh, man.
Man, I wish I had a beard like that.
Yeah.
That's that white privilege beard right there.
But anyway, hey, man, just keep using your beard oils.
One day, we're going to have a beard just like him, man.
Yeah, man.
Y'all going to see him a little bit later.
One day, I'm going to have a beard like this police officer.
All right.
But okay, so, and they was actually having a protest at the Rock Hill Police Department last night.
And it started off pretty much peaceful.
Like most protests, man, most of the time they start off peaceful, but, you know, all it takes a couple bad apples, and then, you know, it quickly turns into an insurrection.
Yeah.
They tried to burn the police station.
Now, it's an insurrection.
Yeah, they tried to burn it down.
When Cops Went Wrong00:03:49
It was a couple fires.
Yeah, that's what happened at the Capitol.
It was mostly peaceful, but all it takes is a couple bad apples.
Then it turned into an insurrection.
I mean, no reason why I call it an insurrection.
Yeah, because y'all labeled what happened at the Capitol an insurrection.
So by default, that was an insurrection.
Burning down a police station is also an insurrection by default.
Y'all made the rules, liberals.
Yeah, but I don't think they was actually trying to overthrow the government.
They didn't have no weapons, man.
I didn't see any fires.
I've seen the fire at this police station.
That's an insurrection.
But anyway, before I even show you the video, because there's actually video footage of what happened.
Yeah.
The chief of, I think it's the chief of police in Rock Hill.
Yeah.
South Carolina.
He has some things to say.
Go ahead and watch this.
Our violent crime unit was working with Homeland Security Investigations yesterday conducting surveillance on known repeat offenders.
Ooh, surveillance.
One of those offenders was Ricky Price, and he was located yesterday.
Damn, he got rid of a traffic stop.
He was stopped for an illegal turn and changing lanes unlawfully.
Driving crazy.
Brook Avenue.
Willabrook.
Price was the only occupant in the vehicle at the time of the stop.
Officers utilized canine to conduct a narcotic sniff on the vehicle, and after alerting, a search of the vehicle was conducted.
Officers did locate two bags of marijuana and a handgun in the back seat.
Ooh, handgun.
Placed into handcuffs.
Ricky was being searched when his brother Travis arrived at the gas station.
Uh-oh.
Travis walked over to the officers and tried to grab items from his brother.
Numerous times, Travis was told that he needed to get back and he refused.
Officers approached Travis and he used his body to make contact with officers when they were trying to move him back.
One officer then pushed Travis away as he was still trying to move toward Ricky.
Travis used his hand to push the officer and the officer pushed Travis back to a large propane tank telling him under arrest.
Propane.
This is about the time that the videos circulating on social media began.
During the interaction with Travis, other officers have been asked by Ricky if they would remove jewelry so he could hand it over to someone else at the gas station.
Ricky was in handcuffs, and in order to remove the items on his wrist, per his request, officers removed the handcuffs.
Travis was taken.
Travis at the time was taken to the ground by officers and handcuffed.
Ricky, at the time, no longer handcuffed, began pushing away from officers to flee and threw several punches in which one punch hit an officer in the face.
The canine back in the patrol vehicle was removed due to an active fight with a suspect.
The canine was held back and never bit anyone.
And very thorough.
Yeah, that was a very thorough.
And y'all are going to see when I show you this video, he was very detailed exactly what happened.
Yeah.
So this guy.
That's pretty nice of the police officer.
Oh, you got some guy, couple jury.
The Brutal Arrest Details00:14:01
Hey, I'm going to take the handcuffs off you, brother.
We're going to go and give your jury to your brother, man, because I'm a good guy.
Yeah.
That's very nice of the police officer.
And that's where the cops went wrong.
Y'all should have said, nah, you're going to jail.
Can't be nice, man.
You can't be nice for people.
And look what happens when you try to be nice.
Yeah, you lose your life real quick.
I mean, you once they put them handcuffs on you, they don't come off until you get to jail.
Yeah.
And it's like they got caught up in a situation where they had to use force.
I mean, people don't understand cops can use force when you resist arrest.
Yeah.
You don't want to get your ass beat?
Yeah.
Don't resist arrest.
It's always worked for me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's simple.
It's real simple.
You don't need statistics.
You don't need a psychology.
You don't need a civil rights attorney to tell you that.
All you got to do is don't resist.
Don't break law.
All this goes away.
Yeah, but the civil rights attorneys, they'll never say that.
Yeah.
Don't resist.
If you stop resisting, they're out of a job.
Now, of course, there's some bad apples out there, but if you're calm, you treat them with respect.
Yeah.
And you don't act a fool, there's nothing they can do to you if you haven't broken the law.
Now we're going to go to the video.
But before we do that, there's this woman that's commentating over the video.
And this is the height of ignorance.
She has no idea what the hell she's talking about.
Yeah.
She gets on scene.
She's videotaping everybody.
She thinks she knows what's going on.
She doesn't have no idea what's going on.
This guy's under surveillance.
They got a gun.
They got weed.
They got crack.
He's a known offender.
Yeah.
Therefore, actually, he's under surveillance.
Yeah.
But just to show you, man, listen to this woman's commentary.
This is a great example how black people have been brainwashed by mainstream media.
Yep.
When you listen to what she's saying and you look at the video, I'm like, it's like she's almost like she's watching a different video.
It's like everything that comes out of mouth is hyperbole and it's just over, she's over-exaggerating.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's like her perception of what's going on is not the reality of the situation.
But that's what mainstream media do.
Why?
Because she's been brainwashed.
Yeah.
But I'm the sellout.
I'm the Uncle Tom.
Go to the video.
But the commentary is hilarious.
For nothing.
How can you cross over a lane over this way?
Y'all, look at this shit.
They just certainly going through his car and all, y'all.
This one, right?
This is how Rocky will do you.
Yep.
He's probably on parole.
Yeah, when you on parole and probation.
Yeah, that's what it is.
Yeah, uh-huh.
He's going all through the man car.
Yeah, he surely is.
Yeah, that's Rick.
This is Rick.
They're dirty now.
Rocky is so dirty.
They said they didn't even have no proper calls to search his car.
They just pulled him over here.
Yeah, they did have proper calls.
Here we go.
This is where it goes to hell.
Don't.
I mean, Rick, just be respectful to him.
That's all.
That's what they want you to do.
Step out your character.
Pick up or beat your ass.
Stay calm.
That's all you got to do.
Stop for they've been out chilt you, honey.
Kill.
It's kill.
Say nothing to him.
Don't say I got it recorded.
This is how Rocky will do you, y'all.
Look how they act.
I'm going to record this shit.
There's the brother.
Brother causing problems.
What is he doing to him?
What is he doing to him?
I got it on camera.
I got it on camera.
He ain't doing nothing, y'all.
I don't care.
Gotta stay back.
Look at this, y'all.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Look at the dog.
Look at him dog.
He ain't doing nothing.
Y'all, look, he's not doing nothing.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Somebody come help them.
Look at him, y'all.
Look at the police.
He's resisting.
Travis is a good boy.
Travis is a good boy now.
Come on.
Look how they're tasing him.
You got gun and drugs all in the car.
They're beating his ass.
He ain't even doing that.
Get off of him.
Get off of him.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Get off of him.
He's beating him.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Get off of him.
He's beating him.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, he's punching him in the leg.
Y'all, look at this shit.
I'm glad I got it on live.
I got it on live.
I got it online.
Y'all dirty.
There's a clean beard right there.
Oh, man.
That's a nice ass.
I'm going to have a beard like that.
I got it online.
They're going to go down for this, y'all.
Look at his face.
Oh, my God, y'all.
Look at his face.
Oh, my God.
Look at his face, y'all.
Y'all wrong for that.
Y'all wrong for that.
You're going to damn.
I'm going to court with you.
Look at that beard, man.
Look at his face.
He did not resist.
I was right there the whole time.
I got it on camera.
He did not resist.
The dude wearing underalls.
Look at his face, y'all.
Oh, my God.
They fucked up his face, y'all.
They sure did.
Look at his face.
Y'all dirty.
That's dirty.
That's some dirty stuff.
It's okay, Travis.
I know you're a good boy.
I got it on camera.
I got it on camera.
That's dirty.
That's dirty.
All them attack that boy.
Look at his face.
They got him on the ground.
He is big and bad.
Look at him.
I'm going.
That was dirty.
He didn't even.
I told you that commentary was priceless.
Yeah.
I mean, if you don't want to get your nose broken and punched in the face, don't punch nobody.
Yeah.
Just clear on video, you punched the cop, the one cop that was ran over his brother's back.
He got punched in the face.
As soon as he took them handcuffs off that one guy, that's when everything went to jail.
Okay, the brother by the propane tank, I guess he was there to take the jury from his brother.
So they were taking the handcuffs off of his brother to take the jury off to give to him.
Yeah, then that's when he got liquid courage and tried to break free.
Yeah, he tried.
They say he tried to break free.
His brother got into a scuffle over there.
He's not following directions.
Stay back.
They'll let you go over that once.
They'll give the jury to you.
You don't need to go over that.
He already had the jury from what I saw.
It was in his hand.
Yeah.
I mean, this is just what happened when you don't follow directions.
And this also happens when the cops try to be too nice with people.
Yeah.
Your jury's going to jail with you.
Y'all know we've been critical on cops.
If I think they're bad, I'll tell you.
Or if they did something wrong, I won't tell you.
This is obvious.
The cops tried to do the right thing.
They went above and beyond trying to be nice to these two guys by taking the handcuffs off and giving the jury to his brother.
And look what happened.
Yeah.
And this was.
You can't win.
You cannot win if you're a police officer.
Yeah.
You can't.
And this was just not Rock Hill PD, the chief of police.
They mentioned that this was a federal operation.
Federal authorities were involved.
Homeland Security.
They were tracking known offenders.
So this dude is known.
This is not the first time they ran into the Price brothers.
They know these dudes.
Yeah.
Maybe if they didn't know him and they seen him make that traffic violation, they probably looked the other way because the one dude's got gang unit on the back.
Yeah, you don't miss a gang unit.
Yeah.
They're looking for known offense.
He's got gang unit.
Yeah, they're there to take gang members off the streets.
Yeah.
Lock them up.
I don't know if he's a gang member or not, but I mean, he's got drugs, a gun, and crack.
He sounds like a gang member to me.
At the very least, he's a drug dealer.
Yeah, so.
Because I know he ain't smoking that crack.
I know what crack, crackheads look like.
Neither one of these guys are like crackheads.
But his attorney.
Yeah.
His attorney is priceless.
He gave a press cuff.
He gave a press cuff.
He gave him a press cuff.
These people don't know when to quit.
Man, okay.
Take.
Fuck.
Here you go.
Those who may not know, Ricky is hurt.
And he's hurt bad.
He's got a broken nose.
Yeah.
He's in a wheelchair.
Yeah, he resists it, man.
You gotta ask yourself, how's a citizen who's innocent still, he's innocent right now?
What?
Well, he's not proven.
He'll be innocent tomorrow.
He'll be innocent the week after that.
Yeah, keep listening.
Depending how the court system plays out, Ricky is going to be innocent for the next two, three, four years.
Hey, pause the video, pause it.
What are you talking about?
He said, well, he's not been proven guilty yet.
I know that, but he's obviously guilty from what I watched on the video.
Well, he's talking about the court of law.
He said he knows how the court said it's going to play out like two, three years.
He could be innocent for the next day.
You innocent to prove him guilty, but everybody seen that video.
Yeah.
Did you hear the attorney, though?
He said he's going to be innocent for the next two, three years.
He knows after that, he's no longer innocent.
He's going to get proven guilty.
He's seen the charges.
This lawyer is speaking facts.
He's going to be innocent for the next two, three years.
After that, he's going to be found guilty.
Yeah, they got him.
All right, go ahead and keep rolling.
How does an innocent person who is yet to be proven guilty end up in a wheelchair?
Resisting arrest.
Yeah, he was tapping his legs, right?
Yeah, they report while the cop was punching him.
I mean, he wasn't, they say he was punching him in the legs.
Yeah.
I'd rather be, I mean, I'd rather get punched in the legs than punched in the face.
Especially when if I'm resisting arrest.
Hey, man, thank you.
Well, look.
You punch me in the legs, man.
Well, he's in a wheelchair now.
Because I guess that's a move.
That's the puncturing that nerve in your core.
So that's why he's in a wheelchair.
He's not paralyzed.
He's sore.
He is sore from that ass whooping he got.
He's going to be all right.
I mean, if y'all, did y'all see the same video we saw?
Yeah.
They broke the law.
They got pulled over.
More likely he's on parole.
That's why they got the drug dog.
They had all this ready because the guy's under surveillance.
I mean, you take the cuffs off.
He resisted arrest.
He tried to flee.
His brothers didn't follow directions.
I mean, I don't know why you would take the cuffs off of him.
See, they were trying to be nice.
Yeah.
And now this is now.
You go from being nice to getting your police station burned down.
Yeah, almost attempted.
And let me point this out.
This attorney, mainstream media, everybody on Facebook, they are applying critical race theory to this.
You think so?
Yeah, they're going to demonize these white police officers for doing their job.
These black people, they didn't do nothing wrong.
He's got a gun.
He's got crack.
He's got marijuana.
He had some traffic violations just pulled over for us.
It's clearly obvious what happened.
If you never break the law, you never have to deal with any of this.
Yeah.
He keeps saying he's innocent.
Now, let me tell you something.
This dude's not innocent.
He wasn't just walking down the street, flying a kite, sucking on a lollipop.
Walking his dog.
And the cops just rolled up on him and started beating his ass.
No.
They know who he is.
You broke traffic laws.
Pulled him over.
Dude's got guns.
I mean, the dude's got innocent.
Yeah, cops are never going to be perfect.
Y'all keep thinking cops are going to be perfect.
They just proved us right once again.
They should have never took those handcuffs off.
They made a mistake.
Why?
Because our political climate, they're trying to be nice guys.
And look what happened.
And y'all still saying they're bad.
He's innocent.
That man is guilty as sin.
Black people, if you're looking at this video and you call me an Uncle Tom or Sala, look at what happened.
They're totally in the wrong.
It has nothing to do with race.
These guys are under surveillance.
They're criminals.
Yeah.
That's why that.
I mean, I got no problem with attorneys fighting police brutality, but those situations is far and few.
So you take the criminals and you're putting them out there like they didn't do nothing wrong.
I mean, even the woman said, he's a good boy.
He's a good boy, huh?
I didn't see not one thing that was good about any of these two gentlemen.
Yeah.
They're just don't resist arrests.
And do what I do.
Don't break the law.
Yeah.
And if you're pulled over, just follow their commands.
We used to live in Tustin, California.
Oh, man.
Tustin California.
I've had a gun put in my face numerous times.
It's always under the same pretext.
There's gang activity.
I fit the description of a murder suspect.
I'm still here.
I'm still here, both of us.
We had the gang unit pull us over in Tustin, California.
Those Tustin gang unit, they are rough.
This was years ago when we were in the Marine Corps.
I said, no, and they would always ask you, are you on probational parole?
I said, no, I'm in the Marines.
But the gang unit, it comes along with the territory because they're dealing with violence, violent criminals.
They're not going to be like a cop that's police in Irvine, California.
Totally two different situations, man.
And look, we got pulled over and had guns pointed at both our faces.
You're still here.
Yeah, I didn't get my ass beat.
Yeah.
Did nobody put me in a wheelchair?
Nobody broke my nose.
I followed the cops' directions.
Yeah.
They asked me, could they search my vehicle?
I said, nope, you cannot.
Am I on probation?
Nope.
I'm not on parole.
I just got a military.
Yeah, I said you can put your gun away.
I'm in the Marines.
Well, why are you doing over at the Keynes?
I'm currently living here.
I'm currently, you know.
No, you wasn't living there.
We was banging a chicken out.
That's a dirty girl, man.
You crazy.
Like some twin action.
We was running hogs twins, was crazy back in the day, yeah, man.
But anyway, the media's gonna hype this up like cops did something wrong, or was a poor black man?
Nah, the police officer, you're literally in a no-win situation.
There's nothing you can do to prove because mainstream media is got black liberals and white liberals totally brainwashed.
