[00:00:36] Yeah. [00:00:42] All right, the chauvin trial. [00:00:44] Just when you thought it was over. [00:00:45] Yeah, some black guy had to do something stupid. [00:00:48] Well, not stupid, selfish. [00:00:50] He's been a little selfish. [00:00:51] Think so? [00:00:52] And stupid. [00:00:55] I guess he thought he was he meant well. [00:01:03] Everybody can say that. [00:01:04] A lot of people didn't built that road to hell on good intentions. [00:01:10] Yeah. [00:01:10] I think that's how it goes. [00:01:11] Something like that. [00:01:12] I think I butchered it. [00:01:13] Yeah, but anyway, one of the jurors on the chauvin trial. [00:01:17] Brandon Mitchell. [00:01:18] Yeah. [00:01:19] He looked like a Brandon. [00:01:20] Yeah. [00:01:20] Every time I see a Brandon looks just like this guy. [00:01:22] They always have a good lineup, clean cut, got a nice smile on him, short hair. [00:01:27] He's professional. [00:01:28] He looks like a Brandon. [00:01:31] That ain't saying much. [00:01:33] What? [00:01:34] After what he did, he made all the Brandons look bad. [00:01:38] He's not making Brandons great again. [00:01:43] All right. [00:01:44] Let's get serious. [00:01:46] He's a JV basketball coach. [00:01:48] Yeah, he was on the Chauvin trial as a juror. [00:01:52] Yeah. [00:01:53] And but here recently, a photo came out. [00:01:59] Well, let's back it up a little bit. [00:02:01] Back it up. [00:02:01] Well, we got to back it up. [00:02:03] As soon as the trial's over, right? [00:02:05] Get serious on this. === Mocking Black Lives Matter (12:15) === [00:02:06] He's the first juror to come out publicly. [00:02:09] And this dude is everywhere. [00:02:11] He did like five interviews. [00:02:12] He's on CBS, ABC. [00:02:14] Good morning, America. [00:02:15] Everywhere. [00:02:16] He's everywhere. [00:02:18] So that tells me he's looking for his 15 minutes of fame. [00:02:21] Yeah. [00:02:21] And when he came out, being a juror, you had to have known conservatives are not stupid. [00:02:28] And a lot of conservatives are pissed off about that verdict. [00:02:30] They're going to dig into your life. [00:02:32] Well, not only that, the guy that was on trial that just got convicted. [00:02:36] Yeah. [00:02:37] This opens up possibility for Granza to appeal the case. [00:02:42] Yeah. [00:02:43] Most importantly. [00:02:44] Yeah. [00:02:45] So that's why I say you was being a little stupid and you was being selfish because, you know, I'm not saying it's going to get overturned. [00:02:51] I mean, the Supreme Court has proven that they're not going to stand up for justice. [00:02:55] I mean, back during when Texas took a lawsuit to the Supreme Court, they were just turned into cowards. [00:03:02] So what makes you think the local court system in Minneapolis is going to overturn anything? [00:03:07] But let's get to the picture. [00:03:08] Yeah. [00:03:09] That picture pissed me off. [00:03:11] I mean, okay, he's got a Black Lives Matter hat on. [00:03:14] Yeah, he's got, get your knee off my neck. [00:03:17] Black Lives Matter. [00:03:18] But look who's in the center of that. [00:03:20] Man, that really makes my skin boil. [00:03:22] He's got Martin Luther King. [00:03:24] The king. [00:03:25] Yeah, put the picture back up. [00:03:27] He's got Martin Luther King on now. [00:03:30] That man did not stand for anything that was remotely associable to Black Lives Matter. [00:03:36] He was all about peace. [00:03:38] Yeah, peaceful protests. [00:03:39] And he wasn't a liberal. [00:03:40] He was a civil rights leader, but he opposed everything that Democrats stand for today. [00:03:45] Yeah, he's a conservative and he was all about accountability. [00:03:49] And you got the king on that picture? [00:03:52] We talking about the king here. [00:03:54] Yeah, one of the greatest men that ever set foot on this earth. [00:03:57] And you had the audacity to shame, shame on you, shame, shame. [00:04:03] And you got that man with Black Lives Matter. [00:04:06] Get your knee off my neck. [00:04:08] Yeah. [00:04:08] Well, it turns out. [00:04:09] On the shirt, man. [00:04:10] Yeah. [00:04:10] I mean, you shouldn't have had the king on there. [00:04:12] Yeah, you should have. [00:04:13] You should have had like Maxine Waters on now. [00:04:16] Somebody violent, like Al Sharp. [00:04:19] Or Fleece Johnson. [00:04:21] Yeah. [00:04:21] You should have put the booty warrior on there. [00:04:23] Because Fleece is just as violent as the rest of you. [00:04:26] Black Lives Matter. [00:04:29] He just preferred man's butt. [00:04:33] You having the king on now, that was totally. [00:04:37] Yeah. [00:04:38] I mean, I don't even think if Malcolm X was alive, he would have stood for what Black Lives Matter stands for. [00:04:43] But anyway, let's get off that. [00:04:44] I'm still pissed off about that, man. [00:04:46] How dare these fools put the king on now? [00:04:50] The king. [00:04:53] But anyway, the reason why this picture is so important, that picture was taken in last summer, August of 2020, at a Martin Luther King commemoration. [00:05:03] They was there in D.C. to commemorate Martin Luther the King and what his sacrifices for this country in the civil rights movement. [00:05:11] And you go back and look at it, and there was a lot of people in that Black Lives Matter garbage, which is really, you know. [00:05:19] I believe in the slogan, Black Lives Matter, of course. [00:05:21] But not that organization. [00:05:22] I don't believe in that organization. [00:05:24] So the reason why this picture is so important, that was like the summer. [00:05:30] This was like a few months after Floyd died. [00:05:32] And you're wearing a shirt that says, get your knee off my neck. [00:05:37] Right? [00:05:38] That's the main reason why they created that shirt is because of what happened to George Floyd. [00:05:42] Yeah. [00:05:42] I mean, you're there to commemorate Martin Luther King, but you're individually protesting what happened to George Floyd. [00:05:49] For police brutality. [00:05:50] And you stand, you representing Black Lives Matter. [00:05:53] You believe in that organization? [00:05:54] Yeah. [00:05:55] Okay. [00:05:55] The reason why we bring up that picture, during the jury selection process, each prospective juror is required to answer a questionnaire that includes questions about participation in demonstrations and protests. [00:06:07] And that's what you did during the MLK march. [00:06:10] You were participating in demonstrations and you was individually protesting police brutality. [00:06:15] It's right there on your shirt. [00:06:17] Yeah. [00:06:17] That shirt was actually created because of what happened to George Floyd. [00:06:20] Yeah, exactly. [00:06:21] And it says right here, during the selection process, you're asked this in the questionnaire. [00:06:25] Did you or someone else close to you participate in any of the demonstrations or marches against police brutality that took place in Minneapolis after George Floyd's death? [00:06:36] One question read according to a newspaper. [00:06:39] The other question, other than what you have already described above, have you or anyone close to you participated in protest about police use of force or police brutality? [00:06:49] Mitchell told the Tribune that he replied no to both questions. [00:06:55] And he followed up with this. [00:06:56] I think I was being extremely honest for sure. [00:06:59] First of all, what is your definition of honesty? [00:07:02] You was not being absolutely honest for sure. [00:07:05] You that type of guy that will go in a grocery store, take some food without paying for it, and say, oh, that's not stealing. [00:07:10] I was just hungry. [00:07:12] If you're the type of person that takes somebody's car, well, I didn't steal his car. [00:07:14] I was just joyriding. [00:07:18] You that dude that argues with his wife. [00:07:19] Oh, PayPal. [00:07:20] I didn't cheat on you. [00:07:21] She just sucked me off. [00:07:23] You act like I had sex with her or something. [00:07:24] You know, I told her that I love you too much. [00:07:27] I'll let you give me a hand job and a blowjob. [00:07:29] That's why I draw the line. [00:07:31] I am not going to have sex with you. [00:07:33] I love my wife. [00:07:34] Yeah, your version of honesty is just skewed, just flawed. [00:07:39] I mean, it doesn't shock me. [00:07:41] Black Lives Matter, what was that? [00:07:43] That one woman with Black Lives Matter? [00:07:44] She was representative. [00:07:45] She said looting stores is reparations. [00:07:49] Yeah. [00:07:50] So it doesn't shock me at all. [00:07:51] So what you did was... [00:07:53] You lied on that questionnaire. [00:07:54] You lied on that. [00:07:56] You have a brain. [00:07:58] You are an assistant. [00:07:59] Now, he's a head JV basketball coach. [00:08:02] Yeah, but he's an assistant head coach for the varsity team. [00:08:05] You know how to dribble basketball. [00:08:06] You know how to call a play. [00:08:08] You know how to call a full court press. [00:08:10] You have some brain sales. [00:08:11] I play basketball. [00:08:12] It is complicated what they did on the court. [00:08:15] You got a brain. [00:08:16] You're not that stupid. [00:08:17] Yeah, you can't be. [00:08:19] You cannot see that that's honesty. [00:08:22] What if the shoe was on the other foot? [00:08:24] Let's say in that same trial, it turns out that Chauvin was found not guilty. [00:08:30] And it turns out one of the jurors was a Blue Lives Matter supporter. [00:08:34] And he answered that question the same way you did. [00:08:37] Black Lives Matter, and everybody would dox that dude, and he'd probably be hanging from a tree or something. [00:08:41] Yeah. [00:08:42] Not he or her to happen. [00:08:43] It's just my brother's just using some hyperbole right now. [00:08:47] If the shoe was on the other foot, that would have got overturned. [00:08:51] If they willfully saw somebody doing a Blue Lives Matter march or just supporting Blue Lives Matter in general, they would have overturned that verdict. [00:08:58] That's why what you did, what you did, was very selfish and it was very stupid. [00:09:03] You have a brain. [00:09:04] You're an adult. [00:09:05] You need to act like one. [00:09:06] Now they can overturn this verdict. [00:09:08] They ain't going to overturn nothing. [00:09:10] That's right. [00:09:10] They don't got balls. [00:09:12] I mean, look what happened with Texas when they went to the Supreme Court with the election. [00:09:18] They didn't even have the balls to stand up. [00:09:20] The Supreme Court. [00:09:21] You think a local court in this case is going to stand up and say? [00:09:26] I don't think so. [00:09:27] I don't think so. [00:09:28] I mean, but when you're a member of a juror on a trial, you have to be impartial. [00:09:33] You cannot show any bias. [00:09:35] You can't be liberal, conservative. [00:09:37] You could be a dead center. [00:09:39] You can't support Blue Lives. [00:09:40] You can't support Black. [00:09:41] You got to be as neutral as possible. [00:09:43] And you, Pork Blake, you lied. [00:09:45] That was a lie for sure. [00:09:48] For sure. [00:09:49] Yeah, you lied for sure. [00:09:50] That is a bold-faced lie you did. [00:09:54] You lied. [00:09:55] And it just seems like you're out here looking for fame now. [00:09:57] Yeah. [00:09:58] I mean, I think from my point of view, you were like an outright activist on that juror. [00:10:04] I mean, you're the first one that came out publicly. [00:10:07] You're getting interviewed by Good Morning America, CBS, everybody. [00:10:11] You went to a Martin Luther King march with a shirt that says, get your knee off my neck, and you got Black Lives Matter. [00:10:18] That is an activist group against based on a lie because he said black men are being hunted down by white police officers. [00:10:26] You're not an activist? [00:10:28] Yeah. [00:10:29] You individually protesting just by wearing that shirt. [00:10:31] Yeah. [00:10:33] So. [00:10:34] It is what it is, I guess. [00:10:36] I mean, I'm not losing any sleep on Derek Chauvin. [00:10:42] I mean, I don't think he was guilty of, what was it, second? [00:10:45] Murder two. [00:10:47] I think he was guilty of manslaughter. [00:10:49] Yeah. [00:10:50] I mean, I guess nobody should willfully put somebody on their chest knowing good and well they're being compromised by some type of drug. [00:10:57] Everybody that was involved with that incident knew that guy was high on drugs. [00:11:01] Yeah, they kept asking the questions. [00:11:03] What did you take? [00:11:04] That's why the paramedic showed up because they knew he was ODN. [00:11:08] And if they're ODN, why do you have them on their chest? [00:11:10] That's a compromising position for anybody with any kind of health problems, any kind of breathing problems. [00:11:16] Let's say, for example, the cops was arresting, just say an old lady. [00:11:22] She ordered a gentleman with a pacemaker or something. [00:11:24] Yeah, and they knew that. [00:11:25] And he said, I got a pacemaker. [00:11:26] I can't breathe. [00:11:27] And you just stood there. [00:11:28] Yeah. [00:11:28] Yeah, because the cops, they have to make sure, even if they're arresting, your life is not in danger. [00:11:35] Yeah. [00:11:36] They have to feel safe, even though you might be a scumbag. [00:11:39] They can't further compromise the situation because being careless about your life because of you a criminal in douchebag. [00:11:46] You should never be, you know, have that bias against criminals. [00:11:49] Yeah, I mean, the cops are still responsible for a criminal's life. [00:11:54] And that's why I'm not losing any sleep on what. [00:11:56] Yeah, even though I don't think that knee is lethal, but it's not, it could be lethal for somebody with a health condition or somebody on drugs or somebody. [00:12:03] Yeah. [00:12:04] I mean, he said he couldn't breathe and you got him on his chest. [00:12:06] So that's why I think at the very, this man should have just rolled the man on his side. [00:12:12] Yeah. [00:12:12] If he OD, he ODs. [00:12:13] You go to paramedics. [00:12:15] Nothing really. [00:12:16] And that's on tape. [00:12:17] They even asked him, let's roll him on the side. [00:12:19] He's like, no. [00:12:20] Yeah. [00:12:20] Even though he's handcuffed already. [00:12:22] Yeah. [00:12:22] I support the man in blue, but you can't be that careless. [00:12:25] You can't be that rich. [00:12:27] I've been back and forth on this. [00:12:29] He's guilty. [00:12:29] He's innocent. [00:12:30] He's guilty. [00:12:30] He's innocent. [00:12:31] And I just finally came to the conclusion. [00:12:33] I was like, man, he has to be more accountable for what he's doing. [00:12:36] You just can't place somebody on the chest. [00:12:39] No matter how horrible the person is. [00:12:41] Yeah. [00:12:41] I mean, that's just the way I look at it. [00:12:43] Right. [00:12:44] So, like I said, Derek Schoven, that dude is a, that dude is a cocksucker. [00:12:51] I mean, and for him to act like this when he knows what the political climate in this country is. [00:12:57] Yeah. [00:12:57] He sees people recording him and he still does it. [00:13:00] That dude is a cock sucker. [00:13:02] It's like he was mocking people. [00:13:04] Yeah. [00:13:05] You know? [00:13:05] And he even denied rolling him on his side after his counterparts, his colleagues, told him, hey, let's roll him over. [00:13:12] I'm scared this guy's going to... [00:13:13] Yeah. [00:13:13] You know, he's going to... [00:13:15] He's going to... [00:13:16] I think the term they use is going to delirium. [00:13:18] Yeah. [00:13:19] I think, because cops are schooled in this stuff. [00:13:21] They see this all the time. [00:13:23] They find people in jail dead from the exact same thing, just sitting there. [00:13:27] Yeah. [00:13:27] So it's not like it's something new for them. [00:13:30] So they knew what was going on. [00:13:32] Right. [00:13:33] So that's why I say, again, he's a cocksucker. [00:13:35] Yeah. [00:13:36] And when this happened, the left and the right all agreed that he was. [00:13:41] Right. [00:13:41] So, I mean, for you to go out. [00:13:43] A white man died the exact same way. [00:13:45] He went into delirium. [00:13:45] He was high on drugs. [00:13:46] But unfortunately, Cops wasn't convicted. [00:13:50] Yeah. [00:13:50] It didn't even go to trial. [00:13:51] It was 10 times his worst. [00:13:53] This man had both knees on his back, had his hands pressing him down, and they held that man down for, I think, like 10 minutes. [00:13:58] It was, I think it was closer to 15 minutes. [00:14:00] Yeah. [00:14:00] It wasn't, there's not even a trial. [00:14:02] You know why? [00:14:03] Yeah, because God's white. [00:14:05] He was black. [00:14:06] Yeah. [00:14:06] If you're black in this country, man, you do get some special privileges nowadays. [00:14:10] Yeah. [00:14:10] Because of our racist past in this country. [00:14:12] Yeah. [00:14:13] You're willing to accept it or not. [00:14:15] Black people are being treated a little bit differently nowadays. [00:14:19] Yeah. [00:14:19] Yeah, but anyway, what the hell? [00:14:21] We got off real. === Marketing Struggles for Patriots (02:00) === [00:14:22] No, that's a, that's a good. [00:14:23] No. [00:14:24] No, man, Brandon Mitchell, you're selfish. [00:14:25] You're stupid. [00:14:26] I mean, so if the court, if the judge, the court system in Annapolis, if they got the, that is grounds for, what do you call it? [00:14:36] A mistrust? [00:14:37] Trial? [00:14:37] Overturned the verdict? [00:14:38] That's because of you, Brandon, because you wasn't being absolutely honest for sure. [00:14:45] That was a damn good show. [00:14:54] Mike Lindell, true patriot. [00:14:56] He needs our help. [00:14:57] Here's a man who started from nothing. [00:14:59] Built a great company, great products.
