[00:02:14] The girl continues to resist as officers try to get her into the squad car. [00:02:19] They say they were called to her home after a report of family trouble. [00:02:23] Sit up. [00:03:04] The girl was transported to the hospital and has since been released to her family. [00:03:08] Inside Edition spoke to retired LAPD Sergeant Cheryl Dorsey, who says, in her opinion, there was absolutely no need to pepper spray a child. [00:03:17] She's in handcuffs.
