[00:03:24]  The governors just went to the Supreme Court of that state and just made up their own laws.
[00:03:30]  But anyway, so you would think the citizens would be able to have the right to sue the elected officials in their own individual states.

[00:05:30]  They have the power to step up and disregard how their states voted.
[00:05:38]  And because the Constitution affords them that power, because they are elected officials, that's who the people of the citizens of the state did vote for them.
[00:05:46]  The legislators of these states, who, like I said, are Republican majority, they can step up and reverse this and vote on their state's behalf if they want to.
