[00:01:43] I shaved this mustass off. [00:01:45] I could change my name to Sadam Hussain. [00:01:49] You crazy as hell. [00:01:52] Hey, let's get to the topic. [00:01:54] I'm just trying to say I'm racially ambiguous. [00:01:59] Ambiguous? [00:02:00] What the hell word is that? [00:02:01] I think it's. [00:02:01] Ambiguous. [00:02:07] Yeah, that's the word I'm trying to say. [00:02:09] How you say that word again? [00:02:11] Ambiguous. [00:02:12] Yeah, I'm racially ambiguous. [00:02:14] I can even be ambiguous. [00:02:17] Racially ambiguous. [00:02:18] There you go. [00:02:19] There you go. [00:02:19] Ambiguous. [00:02:21] Learned a new word today. [00:02:22] Man, you make AOC look like a damn valedictorian. [00:02:28] Dog, I might make Joe Biden look like a valedictorian. [00:02:31] All right, look here, man. === Racially Ambiguous Identity (05:59) === [00:02:32] All right, here we go. [00:02:33] Matter of fact, I got an email from this guy. [00:02:35] He said he was biracial. [00:02:36] He was half white and half black. [00:02:38] He said he want 50%. [00:02:40] Yeah. [00:02:40] Yeah, if he could get 50% off, if he could use both discount codes. [00:02:44] Oh, man. [00:02:45] Sound like a little boy asking some bullshit like that. [00:02:48] All right, look here. [00:02:50] All right, today's topic is the lawsuit in Texas. [00:02:55] But before we even get into that, YouTube's coming out with some new law, some new changes. [00:03:01] Yeah, some mandates for us content creators. [00:03:04] Yeah, they don't have a constitution. [00:03:05] They just make the rules up as they go. [00:03:09] It would help YouTube if y'all had a constitution, something. [00:03:12] Yeah. [00:03:12] Where y'all had to follow the same rules. [00:03:14] Yeah. [00:03:15] Because you telling us what to do, like, it changes day by day. [00:03:19] How the hell you going to tell somebody not to talk about a certain topic? [00:03:22] Yeah. [00:03:23] Ain't that kind of fascist? [00:03:24] Yeah. [00:03:25] So this is the email. [00:03:27] Well, the information YouTube put up before we get to this topic. [00:03:30] Look, I'm sure there's some good people on YouTube, man. [00:03:32] Hey, man, can I read this? [00:03:34] Go ahead and read it, man. [00:03:35] Thank you. [00:03:36] Tell them what. [00:03:37] Y'all listen up, man. [00:03:38] This is what YouTube says. [00:03:38] Okay, update on YouTube's election efforts, including how we're handling community guidelines pertaining to election-related misinformation. [00:03:47] Yeah, they amended it. [00:03:49] Our policies, this is what it says. [00:03:50] Our policies disallow content alleging that widespread fraud or errors change the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election. [00:03:59] Can I say something? [00:04:00] Can I say something, YouTube? [00:04:01] That's cool. [00:04:03] That's cool, but why did y'all let all these people, all these media outlets, run with this Russia collusion hoax? [00:04:09] Yeah. [00:04:10] No proof. [00:04:10] Yeah. [00:04:11] All over your platform that said that the president of the United States colluded with Russia to win the election with no proof. [00:04:17] Turns out there was no proof, and he got clear to that. [00:04:21] But that information was rampant on your platform. [00:04:24] Yeah. [00:04:25] See, it'd be cool if y'all followed your own rules. [00:04:29] It'll make it a lot easier, make it a lot easier on your creators. [00:04:33] Yeah. [00:04:34] That's why I'm saying y'all should come out with y'all's constitution. [00:04:36] They don't want a constitution, then. [00:04:38] Yeah, they don't want to stick those rules. [00:04:39] They want to make them up as they go. [00:04:41] If y'all follow the United States Constitution, y'all wouldn't send none out like this. [00:04:45] Yeah. [00:04:46] Look here, okay? [00:04:47] Our policies disallow content election that widespread fraud or errors change the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election. [00:04:54] You ain't got no policies alleging Russia collusion. [00:04:57] Man, y'all are some hypocrites, man. [00:04:59] And you're right. [00:05:00] This is a historical U.S. election. [00:05:02] This is going to go down in history. [00:05:04] But look here, we allow this type of commentary for current elections as election officials work to finalize counts. [00:05:12] December 8th was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. presidential election. [00:05:16] States need to resolve contested elections by then. [00:05:20] No, they don't. [00:05:20] They don't have to by then. [00:05:22] Yeah. [00:05:22] Where you get that from? [00:05:24] I mean, it's always been a guideline. [00:05:25] Yeah. [00:05:26] But if the courts involved, the state legislatures get involved, that date, nah. [00:05:32] Yeah, that's what I'm saying. [00:05:32] Y'all making up your own rules. [00:05:34] It's up to the state legislatures. [00:05:36] The U.S. Constitution affords them that power. [00:05:39] It's not up to Constitution. [00:05:44] December 8th. [00:05:47] It's up to the state legislators. [00:05:49] You tell them, Keith. [00:05:50] You tell them, man. [00:05:51] I didn't told them. [00:05:53] December 8th was a safe harbor deadline for the U.S. presidential election. [00:05:57] States need to resolve contested elections by then. [00:06:00] No, they don't. [00:06:01] What's today's date? [00:06:02] What the hell? [00:06:02] Y'all trying to tell the state legislatures how to do that job? [00:06:07] Y'all crazy as hell. [00:06:09] What power do YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or any social media platform have over the state legislature? [00:06:16] Yeah, the states, not YouTube. [00:06:18] Y'all got a lot of power, though, I guess. [00:06:21] Damn, man. [00:06:22] Y'all got some big balls over there. [00:06:24] And them balls is huge. [00:06:25] Them balls big as cantaloupes. [00:06:27] That ball is so big, they took some watermelons and put them inside a pillarcase. [00:06:32] Look here. [00:06:33] Y'all dragging y'all's nuts. [00:06:38] It's some big ass balls you got. [00:06:41] Look, states need to resolve contested elections by then, and enough states have now certified their election results to determine president-elect. [00:06:49] Like I said, I mean, y'all shouldn't really say that because the courts are involved, the state legislatures get involved. [00:06:55] You should leave that up to the states, not by YouTube. [00:06:59] But anyway, as such, just here we go. [00:07:02] As such, starting today, we will remove new content uploaded on or after December 9th, 2020, alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election. [00:07:17] For example, we will remove videos claiming that a presidential candidate won the election as a result of widespread software glitches or counting errors. [00:07:26] This is in line with our approach towards historical U.S. presidential elections. [00:07:31] Content that includes sufficient EDSA context may remain on YouTube, similar to how we allow COVID-19 medical misinformation that violates our policies. [00:07:41] That's a lie. [00:07:42] I did a video on a black lady claiming that there was some over-the-counter medicines people can take to help them overcome the Chinese virus. [00:07:51] Y'all took that video down. [00:07:52] Y'all took down medical professionals' videos. [00:07:54] She claimed this medicine. [00:07:56] Was a doctor that claimed she's treated like hundreds of patients. [00:08:00] Yeah. [00:08:00] None of them died, and she told everybody how she treated them. [00:08:03] Y'all took our video down. [00:08:05] And everybody else's. [00:08:06] So it would help if y'all follow your own rules. [00:08:09] Yeah, it'd be great. [00:08:10] Man, it'll make my life so much easier. [00:08:12] Yeah, if your content, if your content is impacted, you will receive automated emails from our system regarding this content. [00:08:18] As we ramp up our enforcement. [00:08:20] You hear that? [00:08:21] They said they're just going to send automatic emails to people. [00:08:24] So they got this AI system that's a leftist with purple hair, had 50 abortions, got one on the way. === Supreme Court Battle (15:06) === [00:08:32] Yeah. [00:08:32] That's what the AI system looks like. [00:08:34] It's a fat lady with purple hair. [00:08:35] She's had 50 abortions. [00:08:37] She's got green and purple hair. [00:08:39] Yeah. [00:08:40] As we looking straight crazy. [00:08:41] Yeah, as we ramp up our enforcement, we'll initially remove violative ramp up the enforcement, huh? [00:08:49] Violative videos without giving a strike. [00:08:52] We will begin issuing strikes for new content uploaded after Inauguration Day, January 20th, 2021. [00:08:59] So today's video, YouTube, it's not about election fraud. [00:09:02] It's about what Texas did. [00:09:04] They filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court alleging that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin had unconstitutional elections. [00:09:15] You hear that? [00:09:16] We ain't talking about fraud today. [00:09:18] We ain't saying nothing about fraud. [00:09:20] What we're talking about today is the Texas lawsuit. [00:09:23] Okay. [00:09:23] Said those fallen battleground slates held unconstitutional elections. [00:09:28] That's what we talk about. [00:09:29] No fraud. [00:09:30] Let's start with Pennsylvania. [00:09:32] Okay. [00:09:33] Calm down. [00:09:34] Let me lay the foundation. [00:09:35] Lay the foundation, man. [00:09:37] Let's start with Pennsylvania. [00:09:38] This is what caused Texas to stand up like patriots. [00:09:42] Yeah. [00:09:42] And file that damn lawsuit. [00:09:44] Man, what would this country be without Texas? [00:09:48] They have a fault. [00:09:49] Patriots. [00:09:50] But anyway, this is what happened in Pennsylvania. [00:09:54] Now, they made some changes to the election laws, which were unconstitutional. [00:10:01] Yeah. [00:10:02] Right. [00:10:02] Now, before this election, if you filed like mail-in voting, you had to, you had to, they had like, you had to follow these rules. [00:10:13] It had to be a signature. [00:10:15] The signatures have to match. [00:10:16] Yeah, it had to be the envelope had to be postmarked. [00:10:19] The envelope had to be postmarked. [00:10:22] Just to name a few. [00:10:23] Just to name a few, right? [00:10:25] But the state of Pennsylvania, without the assistance of the state legislature, changed how mail-in voting was conducted in that state, which is fine if the Constitution of Pennsylvania was amended. [00:10:46] Yeah, if it went through the state legislatures. [00:10:48] Yeah, it's all fine and dandy. [00:10:50] But the problem is the governor of Pennsylvania went around the state legislature. [00:10:54] Yeah, because he went to the state legislature and said, look, we need to make some changes. [00:10:58] Let's throw out these signatures. [00:11:00] The signature match. [00:11:01] Throw out the postmarks. [00:11:02] Hell, let's make it where you don't even have to have your ballot in a damn envelope. [00:11:07] Just have the ballot and you can vote. [00:11:08] The state legislature who's Republican. [00:11:10] Yeah. [00:11:11] Majority Republican. [00:11:12] They said, nah, you can take that leftist crap out of here. [00:11:16] We believe in the Constitution. [00:11:17] So the governor's like, okay, well, watch this. [00:11:20] I don't need, I don't need y'all. [00:11:23] Man, take that Constitution and, man, shut up. [00:11:29] So the governor. [00:11:31] I was going to curse, but you know I'm a Christian now. [00:11:34] Hey. [00:11:34] Couldn't curse. [00:11:35] Yeah, so the governor. [00:11:36] The governor of Pennsylvania don't care about the Constitution, the state of Pennsylvania or the federal. [00:11:40] So the governor of Pennsylvania went to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, right? [00:11:45] Yeah. [00:11:46] Which is five to two, five leftists to two patriots. [00:11:51] You got two people to actually read the Constitution, interpret the Constitution, how it's written. [00:11:56] The other three? [00:11:57] It's another three or five? [00:11:58] Five to two. [00:11:59] Yeah, five. [00:12:00] The other five, they're just politicians. [00:12:01] They're not judges. [00:12:02] They're there for only one thing, for their agenda. [00:12:05] They could care less about a constitution or how the law was written. [00:12:08] So all they care about is power. [00:12:09] So with the help of the governor and the judges on the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, they circumvented the legislature. [00:12:20] Now, the Constitution gives the power only to the state legislature to change election laws. [00:12:28] When the governor and the judges of the state of Pennsylvania, when they did what they did to make those changes to election laws, that's unconstitutional, unconstitutional. [00:12:37] The only time the judges should get involved when it comes to laws in that state is having hearings regarding laws that are maybe unconstitutional. [00:12:47] They don't get into the process of changing laws. [00:12:50] But that's what they did in Pennsylvania. [00:12:51] And again, I'll say this again. [00:12:52] The U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of the state of Pennsylvania, the only people that have the power to change laws, election laws, is the state legislatures. [00:13:04] They didn't do that. [00:13:05] To change the election laws in Pennsylvania, you have to get, you have to amend the Constitution, which is no easy feat. [00:13:12] You have to have the majority. [00:13:14] You have to have two votes and you have to get the majority each time. [00:13:17] Then you have to put in the paper and make sure you make the public aware of what's going on. [00:13:22] Then it has to be on the ballot and the citizens have to vote on that. [00:13:26] The citizens were never asked, never told, or anything. [00:13:29] That's why Texas is suing because they're saying those laws that they passed was unconstitutional that disenfranchised Texas and all the other states. [00:13:36] Yeah. [00:13:37] So that's why Texas is suing Louisiana. [00:13:40] So Texas and a bunch of other states, Louisiana jumped on, but they're suing Michigan. [00:13:45] They're suing Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, saying that they disenfranchised the other states in this country. [00:13:53] Now, there was back in 18, I forget the date, but a similar law was trying to be passed in Pennsylvania. [00:14:00] Yeah, but it was considered unconstitutional. [00:14:03] It was considered unconstitutional. [00:14:04] So they wanted to make a change to the absentee ballots. [00:14:08] And back in, I forget the year, but it was over 100 years ago. [00:14:12] They said, no, if you want to make changes to how the elections are held in the state of Pennsylvania, you have to amend the Constitution. [00:14:18] So there's been pride cases similar to this. [00:14:20] There's precedent for this. [00:14:22] Yeah. [00:14:22] I mean, and we have constitution is laid out in the Constitution. [00:14:26] When this goes up before the Supreme Court, which this case that the state of Texas is pursuing, it's not going to these smaller courts like small claims and shit like that. [00:14:36] See, that's what Rudy Juliana and Gina Ellis and Trump team, they're going to small claims court. [00:14:43] They working their way up to the Supreme Court. [00:14:45] Yeah, and they throwing stuff out. [00:14:47] It's not small claims, though. [00:14:48] I'm just saying, they starting at the lower level and they have to work their way up to the Supreme Court. [00:14:54] Nope. [00:14:54] The states go directly to the Supreme Court. [00:14:57] And if the state Supreme Court reads the Constitution and interpreted the law as the Constitution is read, it's no shadow of a doubt that these elections is going to be considered unconstitutional because the state legislature was never involved. [00:15:13] Never. [00:15:13] The citizens was never told. [00:15:16] They went around everybody. [00:15:18] That's like Trump. [00:15:19] That's like the governor of Pennsylvania coming to the office, say, I'm going to make drinking and driving legal, sign it, and give it to the Supreme Court and they pass a law. [00:15:28] No, that's like Trump walking in over office. [00:15:30] Like, man, I'm bringing slavery back. [00:15:32] Give me a piece of paper. [00:15:33] Slavery back in order, son. [00:15:35] Donald Dray Trump. [00:15:36] Yeah, let's get it done. [00:15:38] That's what they did in Pennsylvania. [00:15:41] That's what they did in Wisconsin, Georgia. [00:15:43] See, the founders. [00:15:44] Michigan. [00:15:44] See, the founders of this country. [00:15:46] Yeah. [00:15:47] Even though they were some racist white men, they were smart. [00:15:50] Yeah, they were. [00:15:51] It wasn't perfect, but they were very brilliant, man. [00:15:53] Yeah, that constitution that they wrote out is brilliant. [00:15:56] It has checks and balances. [00:15:58] We have three branches of government. [00:16:00] We have checks and balances on each other. [00:16:03] Whenever a law is going to be amended, it has to be a majority. [00:16:08] Yeah, yeah. [00:16:09] Yeah, so we got checks and balances. [00:16:11] Now the Supreme Court is going to get involved to see if in fact, I mean, I'm not an attorney. [00:16:16] I'm not in the law school. [00:16:18] I ain't went to law school. [00:16:19] Right. [00:16:20] But I ain't no damn fool neither. [00:16:22] I already know. [00:16:24] Let's see if the Supreme Court has the balls, the courage. [00:16:28] Well, not even the balls or the courage. [00:16:30] If they just, that's. [00:16:31] Just do your damn job. [00:16:32] If you just do your job. [00:16:34] Just do your job and enforce our Constitution. [00:16:37] Yeah. [00:16:37] How it's written. [00:16:38] We're fine. [00:16:39] Because if they do that, the only remedy that these states have, all these changes that were made, all these votes that was attributed to the changes they made, you have to throw them out. [00:16:51] If they're unconstitutional, you have to throw those out. [00:16:54] Again, we're not discussing fraud here on YouTube. [00:16:57] We're talking about the constitutionality of these votes from these mailing baptisms. [00:17:02] Yeah. [00:17:03] Nobody said anything about fraud. [00:17:07] I want to make that very clear. [00:17:09] You can tell that AI system you got, everybody. [00:17:12] We ain't talking about fraud. [00:17:13] We're talking about the Texas lawsuit. [00:17:15] They're claiming that all other states were disenfranchised because of the unconstitutional rules that these governors in these respective states made changes without telling their citizens, without telling the public. [00:17:27] They made up their own rules. [00:17:28] They're doing a lot of things that YouTube and Facebook do. [00:17:31] You make up your own rules as you go. [00:17:33] Yeah. [00:17:33] So it makes it hard on us. [00:17:35] I mean, if you would have went through the process, if these states actually went through the process and says, okay, let's go through the state legislatures. [00:17:42] And if they voted for it and put it in the paper and do all these other things and then put it on the ballot like they're supposed to put on the ballot for the citizens of each and every state to actually vote on it. [00:17:51] And if it went through all that, that's cool. [00:17:53] But you didn't do that because those state legislatures to slate. [00:17:58] They would have laughed you right out of that damn. [00:18:00] Yeah, they ain't having it. [00:18:01] So I'm thinking, I'm thinking this is real good. [00:18:06] I'm thinking it's real good. [00:18:08] I think so, man. [00:18:09] But every time, man, it's like it's black and white. [00:18:15] What if we come in a couple of days? [00:18:17] Whenever the Supreme Court hands down that decision on this, and they say, say something crazy. [00:18:27] Like what? [00:18:28] I don't know something about that these changes was not constant were constitutional. [00:18:37] How? [00:18:37] It's in the Constitution that this is... [00:18:40] It's not. [00:18:41] There's a process. [00:18:42] I don't even care if there's a global pandemic. [00:18:45] There's a process if you want to amend the Constitution. [00:18:47] Yeah, I know that didn't follow. [00:18:48] That's black and white. [00:18:48] I get it. [00:18:49] That's a clear cut. [00:18:49] Case over. [00:18:50] I get that, man. [00:18:51] But this is, you forget what year this is. [00:18:53] 2020 has been crazy. [00:18:57] I mean, this year has been insane. [00:18:59] Yeah, you got people actually burning down buildings and hitting people over the head with bricks, looting stores, and they call that a peaceful protest in 2020. [00:19:10] I mean, I just seen. [00:19:11] They called our president a white supremacist in 2020. [00:19:13] They ain't got no proof. [00:19:14] I just seen the Portland police get run off by a bunch of protesters throwing stuff at them. [00:19:19] I mean, I don't know what's going on. [00:19:21] What happened to the balls on these men in Portland? [00:19:24] Well, those balls have been castrated by their politicians. [00:19:27] And the majority of them politicians has left. [00:19:30] They cut their nuts off. [00:19:34] If your governor says, hey, you better not arrest anybody, they're peaceful protests. [00:19:39] What can you do, man? [00:19:40] Obviously, you could at least get them on disturbing the peace. [00:19:43] Man, I seen some, man. [00:19:45] I'm just going to sit back and watch. [00:19:47] I'm not giving up hope. [00:19:48] Again, YouTube, we're not talking about fraud. [00:19:51] Talking about the constitutionality of these changes in these states when it comes to the election laws. [00:19:56] I feel like I've been disenfranchised. [00:19:59] Yeah, took away my vote. [00:20:01] Yeah, I mean, just look at it. [00:20:03] I mean, the Constitution is black and white. [00:20:06] It's simple. [00:20:07] Laws change. [00:20:08] It has to be an amendment to the Constitution. [00:20:09] The law is on our side. [00:20:11] The Republican side. [00:20:12] Yeah. [00:20:13] The law is on our side. [00:20:15] Yeah. [00:20:15] I don't see any way how the governors of these respective states that made these unconstitutional changes, these alleged unconstitutional changes, I don't see any way out of this. [00:20:27] The Supreme Court has to rule in our favor. [00:20:30] And there's several laws to law. [00:20:31] Yeah, several states have jumped on. [00:20:33] Yeah. [00:20:34] Good a whole lot of good red patriot states. [00:20:37] But Texas just leading the charge. [00:20:40] Yeah. [00:20:40] Good old Texas, man. [00:20:41] I was finna move to Texas, man. [00:20:42] Yeah, it was either Texas or Vegas. [00:20:44] Should have moved to Texas, man. [00:20:46] Only reason why I didn't go to Texas, y'all got twisters picking up people and just throwing them. [00:20:51] Picking up cows, throwing them 200 miles down the road. [00:20:57] If I move to Texas, I need me a special. [00:20:59] You being Texas, man, sleeping two o'clock at night, that damn horn go off like that damn movie, The Purge. [00:21:05] Yeah. [00:21:06] Damn Twister coming. [00:21:08] Get your ass in the basement, boy. [00:21:14] Man, I can't move to Texas. [00:21:15] I seen that movie called Twister. [00:21:17] I said, hey, I'll be up, man. [00:21:19] You crazy hell. [00:21:20] You think I'm moving to Texas? [00:21:20] See, I live there. [00:21:21] If I'm moving to Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma. [00:21:23] Yeah. [00:21:24] Man, y'all had them F5s out there. [00:21:25] Yeah, see, in Virginia, where we grew up, they have them little small tornadoes, them little F1s. [00:21:30] Yeah, them F1s. [00:21:30] I don't even call them F1s, man. [00:21:32] They dust storms. [00:21:33] They little liberal tornadoes. [00:21:36] But them tornadoes in Texas and the Midwest, they be two miles wide. [00:21:41] They'd be like, they don't be like 100 yards wide. [00:21:43] They'd be miles wide. [00:21:45] It's horrible. [00:21:47] But anyway, I don't know how we got stuck on Twisters and cows. [00:21:52] Keep your eyes on this lawsuit. [00:21:54] Yeah. [00:21:54] I think it's going to be a game changer. [00:21:56] Well, not really a game changer. [00:21:57] It's our law. [00:21:59] Yeah. [00:21:59] It's our law. [00:22:00] And these states totally didn't follow it. [00:22:03] Yeah. [00:22:04] And these are. [00:22:05] And we are Republic. [00:22:06] These are the elected politicians in those states, and they totally disenfranchise their own citizens. [00:22:13] Didn't even ask them. [00:22:14] The governors, the judge changes. [00:22:15] Yeah, the judges. [00:22:18] The judge. [00:22:19] The governor made their own rules. [00:22:23] And y'all called Trump a damn dictator. [00:22:26] Yeah. [00:22:27] Explain that to me. [00:22:28] When has Trump went in this off and made a new law and said, make it happen? [00:22:32] Your politicians did that. [00:22:33] Yo, liberal politicians. [00:22:35] Yeah. [00:22:36] Yeah. [00:22:36] But anyway. [00:22:38] And we, and we some Uncle Tom's. [00:22:40] We the sellouts. [00:22:41] Yeah. [00:22:41] I'm over here fighting for your freedom. [00:22:44] Damn clowns. [00:22:46] Yeah. [00:22:47] Y'all some fools, man. [00:22:48] You liberals, man. [00:22:48] Y'all, I swear to God, y'all got half a brain. [00:22:52] Anyway, I was going to say that the, I can't even say it. [00:22:58] Oh, yeah, the F5. [00:23:00] Hey, I could say this. [00:23:01] Man, this has been a great video about the constitutionality of those elections in those states. [00:23:07] We didn't even talk about the F-word. [00:23:09] We talked about what's right and what's wrong based on our Constitution. [00:23:13] That's what we talked about in this video. [00:23:16] We're not discussing that one topic. [00:23:18] Yeah, I can't believe YouTube is going to send out something saying December the 8th, it's done and over with. [00:23:23] Oh, yes, the night. [00:23:24] That's why they did this. [00:23:27] I mean, what happened in Florida when it was Bush Gore? [00:23:30] Did they make a determination by December the 8th? [00:23:33] I don't think so, man. [00:23:34] And that was one state. [00:23:35] That was one state. [00:23:36] I mean, yeah. === Big Tech Rules (03:44) === [00:23:38] Hold up. [00:23:38] Let me read that again. [00:23:39] Should I read it again? [00:23:40] What, that thing with YouTube's that? [00:23:42] Yeah, that one little part, man. [00:23:43] That was crazy. [00:23:43] Hey, did Facebook send anything? [00:23:45] No, Facebook, they don't tell you nothing. [00:23:47] They just do it. [00:23:47] They just do it, huh? [00:23:48] Yeah, they just do it. [00:23:49] Look, fascist book. [00:23:50] Look, we will allow this tape, this type, tape. [00:23:55] We allow this type of commentary for current elections as election officials work to finalize counts. [00:24:00] December 8th was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. presidential election. [00:24:05] States need to resolve contested elections by then, and enough states have now certified the election results. [00:24:10] I said, but it's still not over. [00:24:12] They still. [00:24:13] You got to let the Constitution play out. [00:24:16] All these remedies that Trump's seeking is in the Constitution. [00:24:20] Yeah. [00:24:20] That determines everything, not this date. [00:24:23] Our Constitution determines that. [00:24:24] See, the thing is, a lot of you liberals, you people on the left, you think the Constitution is outdated. [00:24:31] That Constitution is brilliant. [00:24:32] It's revenues for the left and the right. [00:24:34] If people will follow the Constitution more often, like on social media, Facebook, YouTube, we wouldn't be having a lot of these problems, man. [00:24:43] Everybody be on the same page. [00:24:45] But the problem with these big tech platforms, man, they make up their own rules. [00:24:51] A lot of those rules is totally takes our Constitution and just makes it like our Constitution is false, makes it bad. [00:25:03] I mean, if you follow the Constitution, just follow the rules of the Constitution, we'd be all on the same page. [00:25:08] Yeah. [00:25:08] I mean, the only place where you're hearing this is pretty much through like people like us. [00:25:12] It's not the mainstream media putting this out there for the most part. [00:25:15] Yeah. [00:25:15] And now these big tech platforms is going to censor us. [00:25:19] Now we can't even say it. [00:25:20] Yeah. [00:25:21] I mean, the news can say it, but they choose not to. [00:25:23] You know what? [00:25:23] This country would be a whole lot better off if the news actually did that job because they have the power over everybody. [00:25:29] They could check the left and right and make everything good for both sides. [00:25:33] But now they play their favorites. [00:25:35] Yeah. [00:25:36] And they divide all of us. [00:25:37] This all falls on the media. [00:25:39] And now big tech is getting involved trying to do the same thing. [00:25:42] Big tech and social media, all they're doing is pointing the fingers at, oh, it's the Republicans. [00:25:47] Oh, it's the liberals' fault. [00:25:49] No, man. [00:25:50] Just like that stuff with the COVID, with the bill, the stimulus. [00:25:53] Oh, it's the Republicans. [00:25:55] That's why we ain't got no stimulus yet. [00:25:56] Yeah. [00:25:57] Okay, all right. [00:25:57] You keep thinking that. [00:25:59] That's both parties. [00:26:00] It's both their fault. [00:26:02] Yeah. [00:26:02] I mean, our government has a lot to work to do. [00:26:04] And mainstream media, you have even more work to do because a lot of the problems we're having today, it's because of you because you have a liberal bias. [00:26:11] But all the media that you see on TV, all the news networks, all of them are liberal. [00:26:15] Even Fox. [00:26:16] They're like half and half now. [00:26:18] That's crazy. [00:26:19] Fox News. [00:26:20] Yeah. [00:26:21] Fox News didn't flipped. [00:26:23] I mean, we still got Tucker. [00:26:25] That's like a dead. [00:26:25] Yeah, we still got Hannity. [00:26:27] That's like damn Georgia flipping at night. [00:26:29] What Georgia didn't flipped? [00:26:31] It's going to bottom. [00:26:34] That's crazy as hell. [00:26:36] But anyway. [00:26:37] Yeah. [00:26:38] I can't even, can I say it's still not over? [00:26:42] I can't even say that. [00:26:44] So I didn't say it. [00:26:45] That is censorship when you tell people what they can't do and they call themselves a publisher. [00:26:52] No, you guys are acting like creators. [00:26:54] Like you're creating this content. [00:26:56] You're telling us how to do our job. [00:26:58] You're supposed to be just a platform. [00:26:59] I'm the creator. [00:27:01] Yeah. [00:27:01] That's left up to us and other creators. [00:27:04] You people call yourself a platform. [00:27:05] You got all these protections. [00:27:07] No, you guys are not acting like a platform. [00:27:08] You're telling me how to do my job. [00:27:10] I mean, I can see you coming out and telling us, hey, you can't do this and that because it's dangerous for kids or adults. [00:27:17] But we're not doing any of that. [00:27:18] Yeah. [00:27:19] Yeah, we can't actually talk about. === Thinking for Yourself (03:58) === [00:27:22] I don't know if that's fraud or not. [00:27:23] I'm just saying. [00:27:25] We can't actually talk about it. [00:27:26] Yeah. [00:27:26] But y'all can on YouTube. [00:27:28] Y'all got all these videos, millions of views where they're saying the president colluded with Russia and y'all didn't do nothing. [00:27:34] We can't even say that there's evidence out there, which I'm not saying it is. [00:27:38] Yeah. [00:27:38] I ain't seen no evidence actually. [00:27:41] I ain't seen not one shed of evidence. [00:27:44] What? [00:27:46] Messing with you. [00:27:48] Hey, no, but seriously. [00:27:50] No, we didn't see no evidence telling me. [00:27:52] I ain't seen shit. [00:27:53] Okay, there you go. [00:27:54] I know what we talk about in this video. [00:27:56] We talk about the constitutionality of this damn election just passed. [00:27:59] Yeah. [00:27:59] That's what we talk about. [00:28:00] We ain't talking about no damn fraud in here. [00:28:01] Yeah. [00:28:02] You didn't even say. [00:28:03] Only time I said fraud is when I just said it right now. [00:28:05] So this is the thing, YouTube. [00:28:06] So when these changes go in effect, are y'all going to delete all those videos saying Trump colluded with Russia? [00:28:12] Yeah, because that was proven false. [00:28:15] Are you going to remove these videos where people actually claim the president's a white supremacist? [00:28:19] Yeah, how about Iohan Omar saying Trump rallies for KKK rallies? [00:28:23] You going to take that down? [00:28:24] Yeah. [00:28:24] Are you going to delete that video of Eon Ehan? [00:28:27] What's her name? [00:28:28] Just call her Omar. [00:28:30] Y'all remove that video, Omar? [00:28:33] When she said the biggest terrorist threat in this country is white people. [00:28:39] Now, that was crazy. [00:28:40] That was crazy as hell. [00:28:41] Even if it was true, why say it? [00:28:43] Yeah. [00:28:43] Yeah, I know that's not true. [00:28:45] All I got to do is go to FBI statistics. [00:28:47] Let me see. [00:28:48] White people killed this many people. [00:28:49] Okay. [00:28:51] Teenoose killed this many people. [00:28:53] Damn. [00:28:55] Black people killed. [00:28:57] Wow. [00:28:58] Damn. [00:28:59] Damn, black people killed that many people. [00:29:01] See, look, look right there, the fine print. [00:29:03] Black people, African Americans. [00:29:05] That's what they're saying. [00:29:06] They account for 50% of the violent crime murders, rapes in this country. [00:29:10] It's crazy. [00:29:10] And look right there. [00:29:11] They only make up what? [00:29:12] What? [00:29:12] 12% of the population? [00:29:14] Yeah. [00:29:14] Wow. [00:29:15] Wow. [00:29:16] And the demographic in the population of black people? [00:29:21] 8% of the black population is accountable for 50% of the murders of the violent crime in this country. [00:29:28] It's the dudes. [00:29:30] White people, they the majority. [00:29:32] 7% of the population. [00:29:34] Damn. [00:29:34] Wow. [00:29:35] Somebody lied to Omar. [00:29:40] Somebody lied to your ass. [00:29:42] No, she knew. [00:29:43] Either that or you can't read. [00:29:44] She know it. [00:29:46] She just spreading propaganda. [00:29:48] That's all she doing. [00:29:49] Yeah. [00:29:49] She's appealing to her. [00:29:51] You know what I wish, man? [00:29:52] People just need to start thinking more for themselves, whether you're a Republican or you're liberal. [00:29:57] But most people don't, half the country don't know. [00:29:59] You have to think for yourself, especially if you're a black American. [00:30:05] You need to start thinking for yourself because if you actually thought for yourself and you researched everything that you heard about our president, you would know everything, a majority of things that they said about this man was just totally false. [00:30:19] Totally false. [00:30:20] If you did your own research. [00:30:22] Yeah. [00:30:22] Somebody came here today, man. [00:30:24] I don't like Trump because he said all Mexicans are rapists and murderers. [00:30:26] I said, can you show me that video? [00:30:28] I want to see that. [00:30:29] I must have missed that one. [00:30:31] Yeah, you heard about it. [00:30:33] They took some things out of context what he said. [00:30:36] Because Trump is not a politician. [00:30:37] It's easy for these leftists to take things, some things he said and twist it. [00:30:42] Like when he came out and said he's a nationalist. [00:30:44] See, that's a whistle for the white nationalists. [00:30:48] That just means America first. [00:30:50] You put Americans before everybody else, regardless if they're white Americans, they're black Americans, Arabic Americans. [00:30:57] Man, Peter came out. [00:30:58] I'm a white nationalist. [00:30:59] I'm like, whoa, what the hell? [00:31:02] You tricked us. [00:31:03] That's putting white people first, but he just said he's a nationalist. [00:31:06] Yeah, that's all nationalists mean. [00:31:07] They take things out of context. [00:31:08] You don't research things. [00:31:10] Yeah. [00:31:10] And they trick y'all, man. [00:31:11] Y'all fall for it every election. [00:31:13] Y'all fall for it. [00:31:13] That's why, like, a majority of black people still to this day, they vote Democrat because they actually think Democrats have their best interests. === America First Nationalism (01:30) === [00:31:21] Oh, well. [00:31:22] Try it. [00:31:22] It's like talking to a damn brick wall, man. [00:31:25] Hey, that's like, you listening, man. [00:31:28] Hey, you damn African American. [00:31:30] I'm talking to you, man. [00:31:33] Man. [00:31:35] Hey, so I don't know how I'm in this video. [00:31:42] We, today, let's recap this video. [00:31:44] We talk about the Constitution and what the Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, Georgia, I mean, Michigan, what they did that could be viewed as unconstitutional. [00:31:59] That's what we talked about in this video. [00:32:00] Yeah, and that's why nothing comes from under tables, anything, taking ballots and throwing them in the shit. [00:32:06] I ain't say nothing about that. [00:32:07] Didn't say nothing about no poll watches. [00:32:09] Yeah, I ain't say nothing about that. [00:32:10] But keep your eyes glued to that Texas lawsuit. [00:32:13] And I know there's several other states on it. [00:32:16] Keep your eyes glued. [00:32:17] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:32:17] Don't keep your eyes glued to that Texas lawsuit. [00:32:20] All those other states that jumped on board. [00:32:22] Those Patriots, those damn red states that jumped on board. [00:32:25] And the lawsuit just makes perfect sense. [00:32:28] Yeah. [00:32:31] It was a damn good show. [00:32:33] Yeah.
