[00:04:21] We've told you these new restrictions are in place to prevent more infections and death. [00:04:25] The so-called freeze also includes limits on social gatherings. [00:04:28] But we're also hearing from some leaders who say those restrictions and plans to enforce them are too much. [00:04:34] Governor Brown signed an executive order that makes those restrictions enforceable with arrests or fines. [00:04:39] So we wanted to know if that means people should call police if they see neighbors ignoring the rules. [00:04:45] This is no different than what happens if there's a party down the street and it's keeping everyone awake. [00:04:51] What do neighbors do? [00:04:53] They call law enforcement because it's too noisy. [00:04:57] Man, they call Trump a dictator. [00:04:59] What the hell you call this? [00:05:02] Trump ain't never said nothing like this.
