[00:01:25]  I was minding my own business, walking up the steps, and Representative Yoho put his finger in my face.

[00:01:35]  He called me crazy.
[00:01:36]  He called me out of my mind.
[00:01:40]  And he called me dangerous.
[00:01:43]  And in front of reporters, Representative Yoho called me, and I quote, a fucking bitch.
[00:01:50]  These are the words that Representative Yoho levied against a congresswoman.
[00:01:57]  The congresswoman that not only represents New York's 14th congressional district, but every congresswoman and every woman in this country.
[00:02:04]  Because all of us have had to deal with this in some form, some way, some shape at some point in our lives.
[00:02:14]  And this kind of language is not new.
[00:02:17]  I have encountered words uttered by Mr. Yoho and men uttering the same words as Mr. Yoho while I was being harassed in restaurants.
[00:02:28]  I have tossed men out of bars that have used language like Mr. Yoho's.
[00:02:34]  And I have encountered this type of harassment riding the subway in New York City.
[00:02:40]  This is not new.
[00:02:42]  And that is the problem.
[00:02:46]  And that's when we start to see that this issue is not about one incident.
[00:02:52]  It is cultural.
[00:02:54]  It is a culture of lack of impunity, of accepting of violence and violent language against women in an entire structure of power that supports that.

[00:03:10]  So he calls you crazy.
[00:03:13]  Crazy.
[00:03:14]  Calls you, calls you out of your mind.
