[00:01:50]  She pointed out three things President Trump has did, three references, man, to combat Russia meddling in our election.
[00:02:01]  Why are we not hearing from the president about fears about external sabotage?
[00:02:04]  For example, coming out of the UK today, there is a parliamentary committee report that says that Russia influenced the Scottish referendum.
[00:02:13]  There are questions about Brexit.
[00:02:15]  But we've really not heard the president put the Kremlin on notice with respect to the U.S. election.
[00:02:20]  Will we hear from him today on that?
[00:02:22]  The president's put the world on notice that our election systems must be secure.
[00:02:26]  This is under this president in 2018.
[00:02:28]  He articulated the first full cyber strategy for the United States since 2003.
[00:02:34]  In 2019, he extended the National Emergency Declaration on Foreign Election Interference.
[00:02:39]  He routinely engages with Congress on election security, participating in at least 26 elections, security-specific hearings.
[00:02:48]  He signed legislation, $71 million, and so on and so forth.
[00:02:52]  And that's quite a contrast to the Obiden, the Obama-Biden administration, who, when told of meddling in 2016, did nothing.
[00:03:00]  And in fact, Susan Rice told the White House cyber team to stand down and, quote, knock it off when they floated options to combat Russian cyber attacks.
[00:03:10]  And even Obama's cyber chief, Michael Daniel, has confirmed the stand down order.
[00:03:16]  I'm asking what's been done now.
[00:03:18]  Given these fresh concerns, what are we going to hear from the president?

[00:03:23]  I just listed off three or four things for you, and I'm happy to go through more.
[00:03:26]  We can talk about the $71 million in legislation on election security.
[00:03:32]  We can talk about the $15 million for election reform activities.
[00:03:35]  We can talk about legislation making more than $805 million available to states.
[00:03:40]  And when it comes to mail and voting, I would point you to the fact that there's a Wall Street Journal article just out today, and it talks about the dark omen for November and the absolute catastrophe in New York City, that we are a month into the election after the voting, and we still don't know who the winners are of some of those races.
[00:03:59]  Governor Cuomo decided that he would prepay postage for the ballots.
[00:04:03]  And what that meant was that the post office didn't put a postage stamp noting the date of the ballot.
[00:04:09]  So as they're collecting these ballots for a month, as you asked me about this, so I'm going to answer.
[00:04:15]  So for a month, they've been collecting ballots with no postmark date.
[00:04:19]  And in fact, what they found is 19% of ballots have been rejected in Queens, 28% rejected in Brooklyn.
