[00:00:16] You think so? [00:00:17] What do you think? [00:00:19] Man, that is simply ridiculous. [00:00:23] Like black national anthem? [00:00:26] Are you crazy? [00:00:27] That's like when you have to come up with a black national anthem, it makes you think that there's a white national anthem. [00:00:36] Yeah. [00:00:37] That it's a Latino national anthem. [00:00:40] That there's a native national anthem. [00:00:44] Did y'all know the national anthem? [00:00:47] The star-spangled banner? [00:00:49] That's for everybody. [00:00:52] It's supposed to be unifying. [00:00:54] When you come up with the black national anthem, that's kind of divisive. [00:00:59] Yeah. [00:00:59] It's just for black people. [00:01:01] It's not unifying. [00:01:03] Oh, I'm sorry. [00:01:04] Not black people. [00:01:06] African Americans. [00:01:07] Yeah, they don't like to be called black Americans. [00:01:09] No, they want to be African Americans. [00:01:12] I think they don't even want to be African Americans. [00:01:14] They want to be Africans. [00:01:18] Hate to break to you. [00:01:19] But you got a simple fix for that. [00:01:21] You know you can leave. [00:01:25] One way. [00:01:25] Hey, give me a one-way ticket to Africa. [00:01:28] Hold up, man. [00:01:29] We sound like some white supremacists here. [00:01:31] No, I'm just being real. [00:01:32] If you want to be a, if you want to hold your allegiance to Africa, you want to be African? [00:01:37] Pick up your, pick yourself up by your bootstraps. [00:01:41] You can go back to the motherland. [00:01:43] Hey, look here. [00:01:43] Let's get back to the black national anthem. [00:01:46] Now, in the NFL for the first week of games, they're going to sing this before the national anthem. [00:01:52] Now, if this is such a great idea, why don't you do it the whole season? [00:01:57] Yeah. [00:01:58] All 16 games. [00:01:59] You can even do it for the Super Bowl. [00:02:01] Black Lives Matter, right? [00:02:03] I mean, if Black Lives Matter, why you only doing it for one week? [00:02:07] Sounds like Black Lives Don't Matter to me. [00:02:08] You're just doing it for one week. [00:02:10] You know why? [00:02:10] They know it's a horrible idea. [00:02:13] They'll forget the first week of the season. [00:02:15] We got 15 more games of the Super Bowl left. [00:02:17] We can recover. [00:02:19] Man, this is a horrible idea. [00:02:20] And everybody, if you go look up the history of this black national anthem, it was never meant to be called the black national anthem. [00:02:29] This song was actually written to celebrate Abraham Lincoln's birthday. [00:02:35] Yeah. [00:02:36] White dude. [00:02:37] Yeah. [00:02:37] He was president. [00:02:38] He freed the slaves, you know. [00:02:41] He was Republican. [00:02:42] Yeah. [00:02:43] You know that statue? [00:02:44] That statue y'all defaced and y'all tried to rip down? [00:02:48] Yeah, that dude. [00:02:51] Now, the NAACP back in 1919, they actually coined the phrase this is the black national anthem. [00:02:58] Now, back in 1919, believe it or not, the NAACP was a legitimate organization that was fighting systemic racism in this country. [00:03:07] But now, they're just around the day to keep racism alive. [00:03:12] You know why, don't you? [00:03:13] Because without racism, they ain't got no job. [00:03:16] That's why they keep it around. [00:03:18] They unemployed. [00:03:19] I think it's a really disservice to this song because anybody, I challenge you to Google this song, the lyrics to this song. [00:03:25] It is a beautiful song. [00:03:27] It's a Christian song. [00:03:29] But to call it the black national anthem, that is such a disgrace. [00:03:33] If I'm at a basketball game or a football game and you call it the black national anthem, I gotta take a knee. [00:03:41] I gotta take a knee because you calling it the black national anthem, that's divisive. [00:03:45] Many would argue that that's Jim Crow all over again. [00:03:49] Many would argue that that's segregation, and I'm not with that. [00:03:52] I gotta take a knee. [00:03:53] I'm all about unifying. [00:03:54] If y'all want to do something separate, But you could have did like what Ray Charles did, America the Beautiful. [00:04:02] Yeah. [00:04:03] Everybody said they should make that the national anthem. [00:04:06] But even then, I wouldn't call his version of America the beautiful, the black national anthem. [00:04:12] America is supposed to be a unifying thing. [00:04:16] Yeah. [00:04:16] You know what you could have named this song? [00:04:19] Keeping America Great Again. [00:04:22] That would have brought everybody together. [00:04:24] Or Make America Great Again theme song. [00:04:28] Because that song is beautiful. [00:04:30] And you to call it the black national anthem. [00:04:33] That's just not right, man. [00:04:35] That's not unifying. [00:04:36] A national anthem is supposed to be meant for everybody. [00:04:40] Now you got to come up with the Native American National Anthem. [00:04:43] Now you got to come out with the Asian. [00:04:45] Hey, don't forget the gays, man. [00:04:47] Oh, you got to get one for the, what do you call them, transgender? [00:04:52] Transgender community? [00:04:54] Because... [00:04:54] You got to come with one for the bisexual community? [00:04:57] Yeah, see what I'm saying? [00:04:58] It's divisive. [00:04:58] You should have one song that's unifying, the Star Spangled Banner, the national anthem. [00:05:03] It stands for all of us. [00:05:06] Yeah. [00:05:07] Did y'all know that? [00:05:08] You calling it the black national anthem. [00:05:10] That is just so disrespectful to the man who wrote that song. [00:05:13] It's disrespectful to our country. === The Intent Behind The Black Anthem (02:10) === [00:05:15] And it's really disrespecting black folks because it's making them feel like they're not part of America. [00:05:21] That's the intended purpose. [00:05:24] That's why they're calling it the Black National Anthem. [00:05:26] Do y'all realize that? [00:05:28] Hey, black people, I'm talking to y'all. [00:05:29] They playing y'all, man. [00:05:30] They're manipulating y'all, man. [00:05:32] They're using your pain and suffering to divide us. [00:05:34] That's what they're doing. [00:05:36] Yeah, that's why I can't get behind Black Lives Matter because as a concept, you can't stand behind, you know, Black Lives Matter. [00:05:43] But that organization is not intended to help black people. [00:05:47] It's intended to enslave black people's minds to make them think that that life is less valuable than a white person. [00:05:54] They point out BS statistics that's not even relevant to the people that losing their lives to, let's say, what do you call it? [00:06:03] To the hands of a white police officer. [00:06:05] They're not going to tell you most people, black men dying at the hands of a police officer is because they're violent. [00:06:09] They're just going to say it's because of their skin color. [00:06:12] It has nothing to do with them beating the shit out of the cop. [00:06:14] It has nothing to do with them trying to grab their gun. [00:06:16] No, he killed him because he was black. [00:06:18] It's a lie. [00:06:19] Yeah, the common denominator and all these police brutality that's been going on in this country. [00:06:27] Every common denominator is this. [00:06:30] They're aggressive. [00:06:31] They fight the cops. [00:06:32] They punch the cops. [00:06:33] They resist arrest. [00:06:34] They resist arrests every single instant. [00:06:37] I'm telling you like this. [00:06:38] To every black American that has lost his life at the hands of a white cop, a black cop, or anything, if you just exercise just a little personal responsibility, don't drink and drive. [00:06:50] Don't resist. [00:06:51] Don't fight the cops. [00:06:53] Do what's right. [00:06:54] Obey the law. [00:06:56] 99.99% of all these fatal shootings by cops wouldn't even happen. [00:07:02] Black National Anthem. [00:07:04] What a disgrace to this country. [00:07:06] Oh, I'm telling you, I'm taking a knee. [00:07:08] Not because I don't think it's a beautiful song. [00:07:10] It's because the title of that song is so disgraceful to those lyrics. [00:07:14] I'm taking a knee. [00:07:15] And you know what? [00:07:16] I'm going to hold up a sign that says, All lives matter while I'm doing it. [00:07:20] You're taking it too far. [00:07:21] You're going to... [00:07:22] I don't care. [00:07:23] It's time for us to take a stand, America. [00:07:26] Yeah.
