Full Show: New Footage Of Alex Pretti Show Him Violently Attacking ICE Vehicles - Justin Goodman Drops New Details On Deadly NIH Lab Leak From Our Exclusive Coverage - Enrique Tarrio Joins After DC Court Issues Arrest Warrant In BLM Case

Enrique Tarrio denies involvement in a $3.1M BLM banner lawsuit while facing DOJ obstruction, including denied hearings during January 6th incarceration. Justin Goodman exposes NIH lab leaks—Crimean Congo (40% fatality) and Ebola—linking them to taxpayer-funded gain-of-function experiments despite Trump’s warnings. Breanna Morello ties this to Georgia’s 315K alleged illegal votes, H-1B fraud, and DOJ targeting of right-wing groups, framing it as systemic corruption and a national security threat demanding accountability. Christians Under Siege 00:05:07
unidentified
This is what we have here.
Everyone, let me read it to you.
The Democratic Coalition of Satan worshipers thanks Governor Tim Walz for not standing in the way of spreading Satanism in the state capitol building.
Satan has a special place for you.
jon bowne
While Christians are being slaughtered worldwide, over 4,800 martyred for their faith in the latest reporting period alone, mostly in sub-Saharan Africa's jihadist killing fields, not to mention the slaughtered Zoroastrians taking place in Iran, Don Lemon's stochastic terror rants, fueling the growing anti-Christian narrative, slide right on by in the land of the First Amendment,
unchallenged by our Soros-embedded so-called justice system.
don lemon
There's nothing in the Constitution that tells you what time you can protest.
You can protest at any time.
That's the whole point of it, is to disrupt, to make them comfortable.
jennifer welch
I think this DOJ, via Pan Bondi, who wears her crucifix, who will not ever address anybody's suffering, they have a problem with those types of white people being confronted and called out on their hypocrisy.
don lemon
There's a certain degree of entitlement.
I think people who are, you know, in religious groups like that, it's not the type of Christianity that I practice, but I think that they're entitled and that that entitlement comes from a supremacy, a white supremacy.
I have preached for many years that there will come a time when we'll find out who are Christians by label and by convenience and who are Christians by conviction.
And certainly we're entering those days now.
I believe we should pray for this congregation and we should be vigilant as Christians to exercise our freedom to worship our Savior and to stand unashamed for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
jon bowne
Now the Eighth Circuit just unsealed those filings on arrest warrants tied to church invasions where the judge's concurrence lays it bare.
In this corrupted America, tainted Article III benches and Democrat urban jury pools stacked with Bolshevik sympathizers guarantee these church-disrupting, service-interrupting, child-frightening radicals will never face real justice.
sara gonzales
The hypocrisy here is thick, and I would say that what we have here is a situation where rights were violated.
Those rights need to be protected and there is a law here that can be accessed to ensure those protections.
jon bowne
That's the nightmare we're living right now.
This judge apparently sees storming a sanctuary, shattering worship, and terrorizing little kids as no big deal, not even illegal.
But does the court of public opinion agree with what court filings revealed was said and done by the protesters?
Quote, your parents are Nazis, end quote, was yelled directly in the faces of children while accusing parents of being Nazis who would burn in hell.
Quote, this ain't God's house.
This is the house of the devil, end quote, was shouted by protester William Kelly.
Accusations that the church was, quote, harboring killers, end quote, directed at the congregation.
In the chaos, some protesters reportedly shouted, quote, shoot, end quote, amid fears of guns, contributing to panic that felt like a, quote, mass shooting, end quote, to one victim as stairs were blocked to prevent parents from reaching Sunday school children.
And now the DOJ has withdrawn its request for those five arrest warrants, including Don Lemon, following the appellate rejection.
don lemon
What you witnessed Don Lehman do is churches, they target white churches because white churches are being told you got to be friendly and nice.
unidentified
You just got to loop.
Loop ass.
It just love them.
Love them.
jon bowne
I love mine.
unidentified
Let me love your hands.
Oh, Lord.
Let me love your throat as I pray for you.
Amen.
Don Lemon, don't come here.
You're all up in this church doing stuff like that.
And it's going to be the Royal Rumble.
don lemon
Fake news magazine are losing their mind over something that's not even true.
unidentified
I'm trying to understand what is it exactly that you are doing and what is it exactly that you want us to think that you're doing.
ana navarro
You are opposition to any and everything that is successful in this country.
Anything that is trying to get this country together, you are in direct opposition of.
jon bowne
Americans are left twisting in the wind, struggling with the constant question, where do we go from here?
John Bound reporting for Infowars.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Breanna Morello.
Watch it live right now at banned.video.
breanna morello
Good morning.
Welcome to the American Journal.
We are live here in West Palm Beach.
All right.
Sarah's H-1B Breakthrough 00:04:12
breanna morello
And everyone knows it now.
The airline industry is an absolute mess.
So I am still in West Palm, have not yet made my way back to Austin, Texas.
But this is kind of good news.
It actually works out well for us because now that I'm here in West Palm Beach, my good friend Enrique Tarrio is going to be making his way into studio, into this studio to speak with me directly because there was just an arrest warrant issued for Tario.
And that arrest warrant is coming out of DC.
It all has to do with the law affair that's going on right now.
And it's been going on for many, many years against Tario.
So he'll be joining me in studio to react to what's going on right now and the push by one liberal law firm to make sure that Tario can't even raise money for legal fees on gifts and go.
So he'll be joining me in studio for that.
We'll also have Sarah Gonzalez on the program today.
As many of you guys know, Sarah over at the Blaze broke a big story about H-1B visas in Texas.
And that story just caught the attention of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who has now officially launched an investigation based on her report.
She'll be joining me on today's show to react to just that.
I'll also be talking about how these corrupt politicians decided to put millions and millions of dollars worth of earmarks into legislation to benefit their colleges and universities.
It's all being uncovered by the great folks over at Open the Books.
As many of you guys know, they are a watchdog group that digs through legislation to figure out where all this money's going to.
And the millions of dollars, I mean, I'm talking over $636 million has been shuffled to the colleges that they went to.
Why?
Well, because they're all a bunch of treasonous pigs.
But we'll be talking to Open the Books about their latest discovery.
Plus, if you didn't know, last week, we broke a really big story.
It actually caught a lot of attention, especially in Montana.
Lawmakers are now pushing for answers after there was either a virus that was leaked or stolen from a Montana bio lab.
It's a Fauci lab, of course.
As many of you guys know, it shouldn't be operating in the first place, but it is.
Justin Goodman, he's a senior vice president for White Coat Waste, will be joining me to detail the very latest on that report.
Now, specifically, the reason why this is so concerning and the reason why we're going to bring you the update is we've actually just forced NIH to admit what virus is now missing.
And folks, it comes to us from the Congo.
Surprise, surprise.
You're going to want to hear this story.
It's a big one.
You heard it here first because everyone else is a bunch of cowards on the major, the major networks.
They don't want to talk about it.
But here on Infowars, we do just that.
I'll also be joined by Holly Kessler.
As many of you guys know, Holly has been a fighter for both preventing the Islamification of Texas, but most importantly, Holly has been fighting for years now on election fraud.
And in Fulton County, something massive, I mean, absolutely massive happened yesterday.
We saw Fulton County get raided by the FBI and hundreds of boxes pulled from them.
And it all has to do with the 2020 election, which we all know was stolen.
Holly's been on the ground from day one.
I actually was there too.
That's how I met Holly.
When we were demanding answers locally in Georgia, unfortunately, Georgia is a just safe haven for rhinos and they have failed Georgians completely.
Holly will be joining me to discuss just that.
But let's take a look at President Trump's agenda for today because he's got himself a very busy day.
At 10 a.m. Eastern time, he's going to have his intelligence briefing.
And then later at 11 a.m. Eastern Time, that will be the cabinet meeting.
We'll bring it to you if anything interesting does take place.
Of course, at 4.30 p.m. Eastern time, the president is going to be making an announcement.
Now, we don't know what that announcement is, but we do know that it's on his schedule for today.
And then at 7 p.m. Eastern Time, the president with the first lady will attend a screening over at the Trump Kennedy Center for that new film that she's just put out called Melania.
So all eyes on that.
All right, folks.
Let's catch you up with everything that's been going on.
The lies are starting to come out and it's great news for the rest of us because so many of us were wondering what the heck's going on in Minnesota.
I think I'm tired of talking about Minnesota and Minneapolis because we've been on this for well over a month now.
Obviously, we all know, I'll play a clip for you too later in the show of James O'Keefe discovering what's happening in Minnesota.
But we know there's a lot of fraud.
January 13th Incident 00:03:29
breanna morello
We know there's a lot of corruption, but there's a lot of lefties that have been flooding the streets and following around and heckling ICE agents, federal agents, going after them.
There was an individual who was just shot over the weekend, as many of you guys saw in the footage.
We saw one piece of the footage.
It was very chaotic.
It's really hard to make out.
But now we're seeing more about this report.
Take a look at clip one and listen closely.
joe rogan
This is a moment the news movement filmed on January 13th in Minneapolis, showing a man who appears to be Alex Predi interacting with federal immigration agents 11 days before Border Patrol shot and killed him.
Our footage was analyzed by the BBC, whose facial recognition technology confirmed his identity to a 97% degree of accuracy.
On the morning of January 13th, our team received a tip that federal agents were blocking a street at the corner of East 36 and Park Avenue in Minneapolis.
We arrived around 10.15 a.m.
We saw observers shouting at the agents as they walked back to their vehicles.
When they started driving away, the man kicked their taillight.
An agent then got out of the vehicle, grabbed him, and pushed him to the ground.
During the altercation, agents fired tear gas and pepper balls into the crowd.
They continue to hold the man down before they retreat and he walks away.
The man in our footage is wearing a similar outfit to what Preddy was wearing on the day he was killed.
What appears to be a gun is also visible above his waistband.
Here, he continues to stand at the scene.
On the day he was killed, the Department of Homeland Security claims Predi, a 37-year-old ICU nurse, approached officers holding a handgun.
That claim has been contradicted by analysis of bystander videos from multiple news investigations, which concluded that Predi was holding a phone, not a gun, when he was pinned to the street.
Shortly after the altercation we filmed here on January 13th, federal agents drove away.
Soon after that, we left the scene.
breanna morello
All right, as many of you guys see, Alex Predi is the individual who a lot of lefties have been advocating for.
They pretend like this is a peaceful individual who was innocently shot by federal agents.
Now, again, the White House, when they were asked in regards to the body cam footage when that footage was going to be released, they have not given us any specific timeline to all of this.
Pretending Protocol Matters 00:15:13
breanna morello
But this makes it a little bit more interesting because now we're saying that he was a violent agitator.
He wasn't just this nurse, which they try to pin him as.
Clearly, he's kicking a federal agent's vehicle and he's trying to cause them to react to him.
I mean, there's no other way to look at it.
And he's allegedly carrying a weapon while committing a crime because you can't just go around kicking vehicles that belong to federal agents, of course.
That is illegal.
But folks, the reality of it is it's something that they don't want to discuss.
They don't want to discuss the simple fact that these individuals are going out there.
And when I say these people, I'm talking about the left-wing media.
I'm talking about the mainstream media.
They don't want to discuss what these people have been doing to this country.
They're trying their very best to destroy this country.
They're trying to force federal agents out because if you're a lefty right now, you are defending and you are protecting rapists, murderers, and all of the gang members that were smuggled into this country by the Biden regime.
These are the people they're advocating for.
And most of them, I truly believe, are just ignorant, have no idea what they're actually doing here.
They've been brainwashed.
They suffer from mental health issues.
So there's that element to it, but the rest of them are just a bunch of communist pigs.
And these are the type of people that we need to have on terror watch lists.
We need to have these people on terror watchlists.
Now, I asked DHS specifically about a report that came out yesterday.
MSNBC released a report saying that the agents that were involved in Predty's shooting have been put on leave.
And DHS did confirm to me that the two officers involved in that shooting are currently on administrative leave.
Now, they say that's standard protocol.
That's nothing out of the normal.
So we'll keep our eye on that.
But again, folks, this is the issue here.
I know a lot of Americans are fired up and upset about this.
Now, of course, that's standard protocol.
It makes sense.
But for the lefties out there, they're going to try their very best to continue to pretend like there's some internal feud going on right now.
Specifically, they're trying their best to create wedges within DHS.
Chrissy Noam, for a woman who I was very critical of, who lacked experience for her position, has actually done an incredible job at leading DHS.
And people are now going after her.
And they're trying to be overly critical.
Why?
Well, because they want to create more drama.
They're trying to create the distractions, the internal feuds.
We've seen this time and time again.
It's whether or not you're going to fall for it or not.
And I'm not falling for it.
I'm not falling for it.
But the mainstream media has a narrative to push.
And it's pretty insane that it's gotten this bad.
Anna Navarro, as many of you guys know, pretends to be a Republican.
I don't know why she's even pretending anymore.
We all know who she is.
I would say a communist pig, but she literally looks like a pig.
The woman is repulsive to look at.
She's someone who's going out there and she's spreading these lies.
As you just saw in that video, it's clear that he is an agitator, in my opinion.
And I can't stand sitting here and pretending like these people were innocent people.
Oh, it was just the nurse.
Well, why weren't you at work helping save lives?
Were you out there kicking vehicles belonging to federal agents?
You don't even know what those federal agents were doing.
You don't know if they were going after pedophiles.
You don't know if you're going after murderers, rapists, gang members.
You don't know.
You don't care.
Most of these individuals just don't even care.
They don't care.
If you ask them these simple facts, they get emotional.
They get upset.
They get violent.
These are hateful people.
These are people that hate this country.
But Anna Navarro, she's someone who's trying to sit here and pretend like the man you see on your screen right now is a pretty perfect guy.
In fact, take a listen to clip two.
ana navarro
They chose to, uh, they killed the wrong guy, right?
Because this is like this is like the perfect guy.
Alex Predi is the guy you would want to date your daughter.
They want the guy you'd want your son to grow up to be a decent human being who was serving humanity, serving sick veterans who is, you know, there is nothing that has been said about that man that isn't wonderful.
And so they can't malign him.
They can't malign him because we have the videos.
breanna morello
He's the perfect guy.
The kind of guy you'd want your daughter to date.
No, I don't think you'd want your daughter to date a weak beta male.
I think you'd want your daughter to date an actual man who has a basic level of intelligence.
The level of intelligence that would require you not to go after federal agents, cause fights, bring a firearm to federal agents, and cause crimes, create crimes.
It's just so, it's so infuriating when you listen to these people try to push these lies.
You'd have to be Somalian to believe it.
All right, folks, bad joke there.
But the reality of it is, Anna Navarro is a total troll, and she continues to go out there and lie and push these lies.
Why?
Because she can't give up her cable news hits.
She can't give those up.
And it's getting so bad that everyone is seeing through it.
In fact, Joe Rogan made a great point here.
There were these photos that were going around.
And I guess because Predi was probably too Jewish looking, they felt like they had to edit the videos or the video, the still image that they were circulating online.
Joe Rogan actually called this out on his show.
And it was quite the enlightening experience in clip three.
Take a listen.
joe rogan
Did you see what MSNBC did to his image?
andrew wilson
Yeah.
joe rogan
They did the opposite of what CNN did to me.
You know, CNN during the COVID times turned me green and they made me ugly and look like I was dying.
And they made him handsome.
andrew wilson
Yeah.
joe rogan
So people would be more sympathetic to him getting shot, which is kind of wild.
Like, are ugly people less valuable to MSNBC?
andrew wilson
Less marketable.
joe rogan
That is crazy to me.
Like, look at the difference.
andrew wilson
Yeah.
joe rogan
Look at the difference.
They shortened up his face.
They gave him a little bit of a tan.
They widened his face a little bit, it seems like.
They just made him a little handsomer.
andrew wilson
Yeah.
A little hotter.
They gave him a bit of that chad jaw, didn't they?
joe rogan
They shrunk his nose a little too, didn't they?
unidentified
Yeah, they did.
joe rogan
They shrunk his nose, gave him a little bit of a handsome jaw.
andrew wilson
So he looks like if you look at the shoulders, it even looks like they may have plumped up the shoulders there a bit.
joe rogan
A little bit.
Yeah, the one on the right looks like he's a little plumper.
Yeah.
They changed the tone of the color.
Wild.
I mean, they believe they changed his fucking teeth, man.
andrew wilson
Communist news.
joe rogan
No, they gave him veneers.
andrew wilson
Yeah.
joe rogan
Look at the difference in his teeth.
He's a much more handsome guy.
Like that one on the right is like the handsome brother.
And the one on the left is like, fuck.
andrew wilson
Yeah.
joe rogan
Why couldn't I look like the one on the right?
andrew wilson
Yeah, the one on the right, he they were twins and he took more of the protein.
Right.
That was what that was what happened.
The thing is, is like, this doesn't surprise me, by the way.
This is what's going on.
breanna morello
Doesn't surprise me at all.
And this is the reality behind it too, folks.
They're doing this to spin the image.
They did it during so many of the other incidences involving officer-involved shootings.
Remember Breonna Taylor when they tried to use that paramedic photo of her?
She was a paramedic, but she had actually been fired from her job years prior.
This is what they do.
This is what they do.
They're lying to the American people.
They want you to be empathetic.
They want you to think that these are just innocent people, innocent people.
You see, when a federal agent gets killed in the line of duty, none of these people give a rat's ass about them.
That's the reality of it.
I continue to see all of the time these federal agents getting shot at, getting ran over with cars, getting hit with cars.
Does anybody in the mainstream media care?
No.
No, they don't care.
You might get a headline.
You might get a quick 30-second report, and then they all move on.
The reality of it is, folks, is these people now want you to be empathetic to these left-wing terrorists.
And I'm over, I'm over all of this.
This current administration has gone too soft on these individuals.
Too soft.
Now they're talking about they're launching investigations.
What happened to the investigations that were allegedly launched after Charlie Kirk was assassinated?
Where are those investigations?
And again, we don't even need to do deep dive investigations.
Why?
Well, it's very simple.
We already know who's funding these groups.
We've been talking about this for years.
The guy at the FBI who's running the FBI right now, allegedly, he literally wrote a book about government gangsters.
So how come doors weren't being ripped off the hinges after Charlie was assassinated?
You know who everyone is.
You know where all the crimes are.
I'm tired of this.
We have to go through protocol.
The left doesn't go through protocol when they're in power.
jennifer welch
They don't.
breanna morello
They understand lawfare because they're the ones that have written the rules.
Play by their rules.
Play by their rules.
Use the IRS.
Use whatever you got to use.
This is so crazy to me that they continue to sit here with these BS lies and pretend like we have to go through protocol.
These lefties are all out there right now and it's a well-orchestrated job.
I mean, Cam Higby, an independent journalist, was able to uncover a clear-cut RICO case for the DOJ.
How much more of this we have to sit here and wait for?
Oh, we don't understand.
They'll talk down to you like you're a bunch of peasants.
You don't get it.
You don't get it.
No, we get it.
We get it.
We know what's going on here.
They're trying their very best to buy more time.
And it's becoming more and more infuriating that this is what's going on right now in this country, in this country.
Speaking of buying time, Fulton County has been doing a lot of that.
And we're going to go into a deep dive with this with Holly Kessler in the next hour.
But this is the really interesting part here.
This is the really interesting part here.
As many of you guys know, Fulton County has been the center of the 2020 election fraud.
sara gonzales
Why?
breanna morello
Well, because they allowed thousands and thousands of ballots to be counted.
And we've always known that those ballots were fraudulent.
So they've been doing their very best to push back court orders to make it so that they don't have to turn over any of those ballots.
They've been doing a very good job at just that.
Well, yesterday, thank God, the FBI finally did something.
And they were raided yesterday.
We know that there were over 315,000 illegal votes that were casted in Fulton County.
Now, again, folks, that was the big one.
That was the pendulum swinger.
Yesterday, we saw the FBI execute search warrants on Fulton County Election Center, seizing many of those 2020 election ballots.
The DOJ wrote to Fulton County back in August.
So keep this in mind of last year, asking for those ballots.
The DOJ wrote another letter in October asking again for those 2020 ballots and other records.
Two weeks ago, the FBI delivered a third letter.
And of course, Fulton County decided to ignore all of it, all of it, because they don't think they have to follow the law.
Remember, this is the same place where that fake RICO case was cooked up.
They continue to deny every request as if they are immune to accountability.
And yesterday, accountability came their way.
And we hope it continues.
We hope it continues.
For six years, the public was not allowed to inspect any of those, what's what we've been calling it the question for a long time, 145,000 ballots.
We know just that.
And remember when President Trump made that phone call because he knew something was going on in Fulton County, he knew something was happening in Georgia.
And all of those damn rhinos, Brian Kemp, the Secretary of State, everyone just can't step in here.
Can't step in here.
So now hundreds of boxes have been captured and taken in.
Because you guys seized.
And this was all authorized by a federal judge.
The search warrant, which was a criminal search warrant, not a subpoena, was issued January 28th of 2026 after finding probable cause.
So that's the good news here.
Also really good news.
DNI's Tulsi Gabbert was front and center yesterday.
This is my favorite part of the deep state.
The deep state, as you guys know, I exclusively broke a story to you guys years ago in regards to Tulsi Gabber.
I found out through whistleblowers that the deep state put Tulsi Gabber on the terror watch list.
And the day they did that, it was war.
It was war.
Tulsi Gabbert has declared war on the deep state and she is by far doing the best job, doing the absolute best job.
She was front and center yesterday in Fulton County.
And you know, this photo has all of the worst of the worst deep state operatives sweating right now.
Fulton County is going to have accountability.
There's no way they're getting away with this.
Absolutely no way.
They have destroyed the lives of so many Americans, so many Americans.
In fact, let me just remind you, let me take you back to 2022.
We're going to have Holly Kessler on, like I mentioned.
I met Holly when Holly was organizing an event where she was dropping off 40,000, 40,000.
It's 4-0.
Okay.
40,000 sign affidavits from Georgians who were trying to vote in 2020 and they had issues voting.
Some of them were unable to vote.
When they got to their polling place that day, they were told there was already like a mail-in ballot that was cast for them.
Some of them had those issues.
There were other issues too that were related to their hopes to cast a ballot.
40,000, 40,000 sign affidavits.
So I, which I wasn't supposed to do.
Good journalism is when you sneak into something you're not supposed to be at.
So I had snuck into Brian Kemp's office as the Georgia governor.
And man, oh man, was he not happy to see me?
None of them were actually.
But they dropped off those 40,000 affidavits.
And this was 2022.
We're talking four years ago.
What's happened since then?
Well, we don't actually know.
We don't.
Years have gone by.
I continue to reach out to Kemp's office.
They don't want to tell us where their investigation is heading.
I don't even think there is an investigation.
When I was there and I watched these citizens just drop off these 40,000 sign affidavits, they thought it was a joke.
They thought it was a joke.
Because they think these rhinos, they are part of these elitists that we constantly talk about.
They think that election fraud is just a low-class issue.
It's a conspiratorial issue.
It's not.
There's massive amounts of election fraud in Georgia.
And it will get uncovered.
It will get uncovered because they tried their very best.
We know what Bill Barr did.
Bill Barr shut down several investigations into the election fraud that was taking place.
Well, that game is over.
And I'm swearing on everything.
We're not letting up on 2020.
Don't let anyone, don't let anyone tell you you need to let it go.
Folks, in the meantime, head on over right now to thealexjonesstore.com.
We have so many incredible items on sale right now.
You got to head on over.
My favorite thing, those energy shots that we just launched, those are up on the site right now.
I think if you subscribe to it, it's like $4 in change for one of the shots.
That is less than a cup of coffee.
And I'm telling you, folks, this will give you energy for the entire day.
No jitters, no caffeine.
It is a clean energy boost.

A lot going on over here.
Ilhan Omar Liar Allegations 00:04:38
breanna morello
It was a busy day for me yesterday, reaching out for comment on a lot of key stories and getting a lot of places with these requests for comment.
We had some really good news yesterday that, you know, even if I didn't do it, I'm just going to take credit for it anyway.
I think, yeah, let me just go.
Let me just, let me just take credit for it.
I reached out yesterday to the FBI because I wanted the FBI to launch an investigation into the gentleman who allegedly had put an unknown substance on Ilhan Omar.
Now, I'll spare you my vile jokes.
I probably shouldn't say on air, but the reality of it is Ilhan Omar is a liar.
And so a lot of people are very, they're questioning the situation.
Even the president of the United States doesn't actually believe what happened was actually real.
unidentified
Why?
breanna morello
Well, because she's a liar.
That's the first thing.
And most importantly, if you watched it, it wasn't even, I don't know, like a quality NS, like an SNL skit.
I don't even know.
Didn't look real, didn't look legit.
And then people are circulating things and images.
And, you know, they're alleging that the individual who has since been arrested for all of this or is under investigation, I should say, that he's like a lefty.
So it doesn't really make any sense.
It doesn't make any sense.
And Ilhan Omar's reaction is just, I don't know.
It just, it doesn't feel real.
It doesn't feel real.
Most people don't run towards danger, right?
You don't know if he threw acid on you.
You have no idea what he just put on you.
So why would you lunge at him?
But then again, Ilhan Omar isn't very intelligent.
So that could be the real thing.
It could be a real issue here.
But most importantly, in case you didn't know, lying to the FBI is actually a crime.
And so I reached out to the FBI because if we truly do think that Ilhan Omar is the next Jesse Samolet, then guess what?
Then this would actually be a crime.
So let's get her on the record.
Let's have the FBI interview her.
So I've been putting that around.
I reached out to the FBI and said, hey, guys, you going to launch an investigation?
The FBI responded back to me yesterday saying the FBI is investigating this matter to maintain the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
No additional details are available for release at this time.
Now, folks, if we're all right and Ilhan Omar is a liar and this was all staged, which so many of these hate crimes are staged, then guess what?
Ilhan Omar will commit a crime if she lies to federal agents.
And so this is good news.
This is good news.
So hopefully the FBI could do their jobs, but all right, I'm not going to oversell you on that part.
I want to turn to another one.
I was, you know, scrolling through the images of individuals who were arrested for assaulting federal agents and I stumbled upon a very familiar face.
Remember Bananas and Rice?
That woman, that Somalian woman who is telling you, being Somalian and American, it's not all just bananas and rice.
It's bananas and rice.
Well, she was arrested for allegedly assaulting federal officers.
Oh, maybe that's why she had that gash in her forehead.
Or was it a gash in her forehead?
Because folks, when you look at the image, the new image of her arrest Must be a healing power between the combination of rice and beans or rice and bananas, I should say, because she doesn't even have a scar.
There's nothing there.
Obviously, she said they bashed her head and she had a concussion.
Maybe that's the secret.
Bananas and rice.
But she has been charged with assaulting an officer, of course.
No surprise there.
No empathy.
No empathy she's going to get from me, of course, but I thought it was a great update to that story.
There was another really great update to another story.
This one coming to us yesterday from the New York Post.
I thought it was very interesting.
As many of you guys know, there's a massive, massive flea that's going on right now from New Yorkers fleeing New York and heading to Florida.
It's actually the reason why I fled Florida for Texas, but that's a very unique path.
But New Yorkers are leaving.
And it's not just New Yorkers.
Californians are also leaving and they're fleeing and they're going to Florida and Texas, sadly.
But there's some benefits to this.
There are some great benefits.
What are those benefits?
Well, according to a new estimate, when the 2030 U.S. Census comes out, New York and California could possibly lose 10% of their current congressional seats due to their decreasing population growth.
And when you look at Texas and Florida, though, on the other hand, they're actually the ones that are going to gain the most.
You could expect them to gain at least four extra house seats each.
Peggy Wang's Causes 00:03:16
breanna morello
Now, imagine if we just force them to all purge those illegal aliens that they've cannoned on their voter rolls.
That's something we probably should get going these days.
But this is at least good news, right?
Because if you're going to sit here and you're going to start doing this, you're going to want to gain more congressional seats.
But this is why, keep in mind, this is why Democrats are going so hard on the subject matter in regards to keeping these illegal aliens in this country.
Keeping these illegals in.
They've shuffled them into key states, key cities to change demographics because they know they're losing the American vote.
So now they're going with invaders.
Speaking of invaders, too, James O'Keefe has released a very interesting, interesting report.
James, I was actually, I just saw James because now they're based out here in West Palm Beach.
James was on the ground in Minneapolis and he was actually attacked by the lefties.
And it's not surprising because they are obviously terrorists.
They're communists.
They hate this country.
But it was actually kind of surprising to see how far they went with James O'Keefe when he was in Minneapolis.
Take a listen to clip six and his report on the ground.
james okeefe
Probably many of you might think this is all due to some specific centralized funding source.
What we found is a hodgepodge of various NGOs and nonprofits loosely tied together through ideology, funded in part by the government, featuring 501c3s with non-profit tax returns, a variety of funding sources.
But most of these people we found were actually true believers, there to live and die by their cause.
This woman, featured on a hidden camera, is Peggy Wang, based in Boston.
She works at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, active in the Massachusetts Teachers Association.
She participates in pro-Palestinian protests and her job is currently being threatened for doing so.
While this footage is hard to hear, Peggy Wang lists the issues that her organization gets involved in.
Immigration rights, abolishing ICE, stopping raids and deportations, justice for victims, and getting ICE out of cities like Minneapolis.
This other protester we secretly recorded talks about an organization called Make the Road New York.
We've never heard of this organization, but apparently they have a budget of $30 million.
They talk about one of the speakers that spoke earlier that day, April Varetti.
April is the president of the SEIU labor union.
breanna morello
I mean, if you're interested in the immigrants' rights organization, you have to look at Make the Road New York.
unidentified
Make the Road New York.
Make the Road New York.
Shame On The Cartel 00:05:00
unidentified
But who are you with?
breanna morello
I'm just with the I'm with the union.
james okeefe
Oh.
holly kesler
SERU.
breanna morello
Service employees.
james okeefe
We looked at the tax returns of Make the Road, New York, and found there were registered 501c3 that file a 990, and they received $16 million in grants.
As cars drove by, the agitators would ride on top of the cars.
One man's spoiler was broken off his car as one agitator tried to climb on board the car.
jennifer welch
Tell me the work world.
unidentified
These guys are pressed.
james okeefe
These guys are not pressed.
unidentified
These guys are not fed.
james okeefe
Then they were able to ID me.
A woman pulled up my Wikipedia page, which labeled me as a far-right activist, and it went all downhill from there.
Shame, shame, shame, shame, shame, shame.
They threw something at me, which hit the back of my Kevlar plate.
Shame, shame, shame, shame.
My security determined this was an unsafe situation, so we retreated back to the SUV.
The keys when we get to the car, we gotta get in, get out right now.
but they continued to follow us.
All you can do is merely disengage and try your best to get out.
But they follow you, and they don't stop following you.
It felt like a horror movie.
This agitator attempted to organize an army, recruiting members of the mob to follow us.
unidentified
Those guys are feds.
Yeah, the press?
Feds.
These are feds!
james okeefe
Our cameraman actually pulled his mask down to try to show them that we are actually press.
unidentified
If I was a fed, I wouldn't take off my mask.
james okeefe
We got into the vehicle and they started throwing projectiles at us, frozen water bottles at us.
One hit my security in the back of the neck.
unidentified
I am shooting.
Shoot, shoot.
Stop shooting.
enrique tarrio
Oh, whoa, We're pressed.
james okeefe
Do you know what the First Amendment is?
unidentified
No, no, no, no.
We're worthless.
james okeefe
Do you support the First Amendment?
Do you support the First Amendment?
unidentified
Fuck you.
I'm against ice.
enrique tarrio
You guys are yelling at throwing things.
We're not doing nothing.
james okeefe
You just assaulted us.
enrique tarrio
We're friends.
We are.
We're trying.
unidentified
All right.
No problem, bro.
I got you.
Man, they just are everywhere.
enrique tarrio
Look, turn around.
unidentified
Turn around.
They're everywhere.
Shut the f ⁇ ers.
chad in minnesota
Shut the doors.
Shut the f ⁇ ing doors.
james okeefe
They threw a frozen ice brick at the car.
unidentified
Take off your vest.
james okeefe
They also got fucking bringing a lot of money.
Yeah, I don't know.
You could get killed, man.
You could get killed.
There's no First Amendment anymore in this country.
unidentified
No, there's not.
james okeefe
It's over.
Game over.
Now this is a cop.
What is that?
unidentified
That's an ambulance.
Okay.
james okeefe
Let me get out of Dodge and regroup, but this is not safe.
This is not safe for you and I, okay?
So we were one, became 20, became 100.
They just started assaulting us.
They started attacking us.
And I think my realization is that we are ahead towards a civil war in this country.
There is no way that's going to be avoided.
There's total lawlessness.
They don't care that we're press.
Anybody who is not on their side will be destroyed, killed.
Everyone's afraid.
No one wants to expose anything.
It's all about greed and money and power.
People need to wake up because, you know, that's what the future looks like.
That's the future.
I felt like we're in a movie.
Perhaps Children of Men would be the closest metaphor I could see.
Zombies attacking the car, attacking you.
Cartel, guys, you should put in the line in the sand.
Senators and Earmarks Conflict 00:11:03
james okeefe
Cartel was running away from me when I pulled up with the press vest in California.
But here, they throw bricks at the police.
They don't give a free.
breanna morello
Yeah, it's probably having to do with the fact that these lefties don't have any accountability heading their way.
They're able to go out there and run these streets, take over these neighborhoods.
Most of them don't even live in these neighborhoods.
They're actually being shipped in.
And there is no accountability for them now, folks.
James O'Keeffe has released the full report.
It's up right now on his ex page.
Check it out.
Obviously, James is doing incredible work, and it takes a lot to head on over to Minneapolis, Minnesota, and to actually get into all of this.
So definitely go and support and watch that full video.
But folks, I want to talk a little bit about how we continue to get all these inflated pieces of legislation.
The spending is out of control in this country, and there's a lot of reasons for it, but mainly it's obviously our lawmakers we have to blame.
And there's a new report that just came out from Open the Books that is worth your attention because Open the Books is a watchdog group that kind of filters through a lot of these legislations and they expose the truth that these corrupt, corrupt politicians do not want you knowing about.
And in their latest report that's available right now up on their Substack page, they have just outed publicly, publicly listed 24 senators who have apparently earmarked about $636 million worth of specific, very specific universities that they're looking to personally, first off, that they personally attended.
So what they're doing here, this is what the allegations are, schools that they have attended, these 24 senators, they are now earmarking about $636 million worth of funding for these schools.
Now, the numbers are completely insane when you go through this report.
We're doing just that.
Rachel O'Brien joins us now.
She's an investigative journalist for Open the Book.
She's also the deputy public policy editor as well.
And Rachel, it's an honor to have you on the show today.
You guys are doing incredible work over at Open the Books.
And I'm a big fan.
I actually subscribe to your Substack page because you guys are always putting out really key pieces of information.
And you've just uncovered something that I think is a really big deal right now.
And it has to do with our senators earmarking pieces of legislation to funnel millions and millions of our taxpayer dollars to their former colleges and universities.
What are you guys uncovering over at Open the Books?
rachel obrien
Yeah, so I'm happy to be here and talk about this.
You know, this is, we see this every year.
These earmarks, right?
They were banned for over a decade and they came back in 2021.
And so you have right universities have wealthy alumni who send massive donations to their alma mater.
That's all great and good.
But, you know, when you have these wealthy, unwitting donors being the U.S. taxpayer, that's a problem.
So 24 senators they requested $636 million to go to the universities.
Like you said, they attended as students.
Big conflict of interest here.
They're giving them lots of money.
The earmarks go to things that you could argue are good or bad one way or another.
Some of it's research, some of it's construction, building new buildings, adding facilities.
But yeah, this is our money.
This is money that comes from the U.S. taxpayer.
So 13 Democrats, 11 Republicans requested this money.
Now, Republicans requested most of it.
74% of the cash is from Republicans going to their old schools.
And so on average, if you look at, look, if your district has a university that is an economic machine, right?
Maybe there's a hospital attached to it.
They're a big employer in your district, in your state, you want to fund them.
Those earmarks on average are about $3 million.
If you are giving an earmark to your alma mater, in the case of these 24 senators, it's about $5 million, those earmarks.
So they're significantly larger that they're giving to their alma mater, in many cases, for projects, of course, that they're tied to.
Mitch McConnell is the worst offender of this.
So, right, he's this quintessential fiscal conservative, allegedly, but he has these massive earmark requests.
And so, you know, he has given money to his alma mater's four years, right?
So, this year is no different.
He has requested $100 million for the University of Louisville.
That's where he went.
He got his bachelor degree.
And then another $65 million for the University of Kentucky, where he graduated law school.
So, $165 million to two universities, massive, absolutely massive, right?
And this is just the most recent in a long string of what he's given in taxpayer dollars to his alma mater.
I mean, you know, he in 2003 $750,000 to open up the University of Kentucky's Mitch McConnell Center for Distance Learning, right?
So named after him, of course.
A lot of these senators do that.
They get departments named after them or wings of a building or entire buildings named after them.
So it's an ego trip on the taxpayer sign.
breanna morello
Well, this is what's so interesting to me, right?
Because Mitch McConnell is someone who we heavily criticize too, because he doesn't stand for Republican values or what they should be at this point.
And so this is deeply, deeply concerning.
But I kind of, you know, I want to talk as to like how they're able to do this because we know that these colleges and universities, as you mentioned, they get private donations and they get a lot of them.
They also do get federal funding and other avenues as well.
So, so why do we even allow the earmarking in the first place?
rachel obrien
Right.
That's a good question.
So, Congress, the Congress has the complete control.
So, right, they banned earmarks for a decade in 2011 because they saw how corrupt it was, right?
It's essentially all you have to do is say, I want this money for my district.
There is some, you know, sort of very basic explanation as to how the money is going to be spent, but there's no debate, there's no review.
It's just you ask for it and you get it in many cases, right?
So, now it was banned for a decade.
Mitch McConnell was one of those people who supported a ban.
He supported the ban.
This was Senator Tom Coburn, who helped found Open the Books.
He was the one who led the charge on banning earmarks.
McConnell was like, Great, let's ban it.
It's corrupt.
It's wasting money.
And he opposed it even for a few years after the ban was lifted.
But of course, he's back to his old ways.
He's preparing for retirement.
He wants to have these huge investments.
And so Congress essentially voted to ban it and then they voted to bring them back.
You know, these are, they get passed in the spending bills, these massive spending bills, right?
No one is going line by line and looking at each of these projects to see if they're worthwhile.
They just get thrown in there.
And so it's essentially Congress has this ability.
There was a movement very recently by a congressman, Ralph Norman from South Carolina Republican.
He introduced an amendment just last week, I think, to strike all earmarks from all of the labor, health, human services, education-related agencies' bills.
He called them partisan pet projects.
That's exactly what they are.
He said they were outside the core mission of the bill.
Of course, he was unsuccessful, right?
So 67 of his fellow Republicans in the House joined 215 Democrats to vote to keep the earmarks intact because they can go back to their donors, they can go back to their constituents and say, look at how much money I got for our district.
So there's very little to motivate these politicians to turn away, you know, quote unquote free money.
Why would you vote against it unless you're a true fiscal conservative?
And these Republicans show that they're not true fiscal conservatives.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah.
And sadly, that's a minority these days, unfortunately, within the Republican Party.
I also want to ask, you know, our audience likes digging into things themselves and kind of finding these things as well and digging through legislation.
I think all hands on deck is really critical here.
How are you guys able to specifically source who specifically is requesting those earmarks?
rachel obrien
So the Senate does post their requests.
They call them, I think they call them something like community investment projects, I believe.
And if you go to our substack, open substack that open the books, you'll see our piece there and we do link to the requests.
So they do have to be made public.
They do try to make it difficult in many cases where you can't just download a spreadsheet.
We have to sort of piece together all of these requests.
And, you know, the House has theirs, of course, and then the Senate has theirs.
And so, you know, a lot of them are duplicates, right?
You have a senator requesting things that Congress members are also requesting.
And so we have to sort of just go line by line and compile these lists.
Again, you know, so this right now, actually, these are requests, right?
So they've asked for these.
They don't always get all of them.
They do get a good chunk, right?
So you're talking, what did we say, over 600 million?
A good chunk of that will be funded.
And again, these are just earmarks for universities that these people attended, right?
For universities total in earmarks, it's $3.7 billion that have been requested for universities.
And so, you know, whether Congress decides to fund them or not, you know, obviously we're dealing with a potential shutdown again.
You know, they may get in and they may not get in.
It is a very opaque process.
Obviously, we're not privy to necessarily the discussions and the debate or the deals that are made as to which earmarks get to stay and which earmarks don't get to stay.
So we'll see what actually makes it in.
But, you know, it's just unfortunate for taxpayers.
You know, hundreds of millions of dollars.
I'm sorry, billions of dollars rather were saved in that decade when earmarks were banned.
And it was a beautiful thing to see.
There were even some Democrats, you know, who opposed them.
And now you have it, it's all too common for Republicans to say, you know what, these earmarks exist.
I might as well get my share of them.
You know, if this does become part of the negotiations for the shutdown, you know, that would be great if they could get at least paired back, if not completely removed.
It's unlikely they're going to be completely removed, right?
We've already seen that vote, you know, that wasn't even close in the house.
breanna morello
Yeah.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
Yeah, Rachel, you guys are doing incredible work over at Open the Books.
Viral Story Fallout 00:06:10
breanna morello
You're a great investigative journalist over there.
Folks, if you're at home right now, head on over to the Substack page.
Make sure you make sure you subscribe because they can put out really important information that nobody else is digging into.
So head on over there and make sure you subscribe.
Rachel O'Brien, thank you for joining us today.
This is very important information.
So we appreciate you bringing that to us.
rachel obrien
Absolutely.
Thanks so much for having me.
breanna morello
Thank you, folks.
All right, in the meantime, head on over to the oxygenstore.com.
We have incredible sales going on right when you're having fun.
And that's exactly what we're doing here on the American Journal today.
Welcome, folks.
We are here live from West Palm Beach, and it's been a very eventful morning so far, but it's about to get real, real good in the second part of the program.
So get ready.
Get ready.
As many of you guys know, we broke an exclusive story to you last week in regards to a leak in a Montana bio lab.
Now we're learning more about that leak, specifically what virus has either been stolen or stolen or leaked out.
And, you know, it's not a conspiracy because we have the documents that back it up.
Thanks to the great folks at White Coat Waste who have uncovered this and they brought it to my attention.
And so we brought it to right to you guys.
But most importantly, now NHI is actually out here talking about this.
And so we'll be discussing that in a little bit.
We'll have Justin Goodman back on the program.
He is the person who brought this to my attention, said, you know, Brianna, you got to see what we just found.
And my jaw hit the ground because we've seen this time and time again.
And it's really hard to wrap my mind around the fact that we are still funding these biolabs.
And of course, this bio lab has some very interesting connections to previous viruses and diseases.
So no surprise there.
So Justin Goodman will join us in this hour.
We'll also be joined by Holly Kessler because Holly has been a fighter in Georgia for their election integrity issues.
And, you know, I met Holly my very first day, actually.
I worked for Mike Lindell.
This was back in 2022.
And it was my first day of working for Mike Lindell.
And that man, he's got a ton of energy.
And we were flying around.
And, you know, he's very passionate about election integrity.
And so we had actually traveled to Georgia on our one of many trips that day.
And the first person I meet as soon as we get there is Holly.
And we were talking about election integrity and how everything is just a mess in Georgia.
And so we followed.
And I was told, you know, no media is allowed in the Georgia state capitol, but you know me, I'm a little sneaky.
And I was rolling anyway as all of these great patriots decided to walk 40,000 signed affidavits into Governor Brian Kemp's office.
Now, Brian Kemp's office has tried their very best to distance themselves from this viral video that I took.
We have millions and millions of views.
And this happened back in 2022.
Nothing's happened though since then.
Nothing's happened.
Kemp's office, I've texted them several times.
I've tried my very best to open an avenue of communication, but unfortunately, they haven't been very transparent in this.
So what we saw happen yesterday is we saw the president, or I should just say that the president was one of his commitments, but the DOJ and the FBI raid Fulton County.
Now, obviously, this is something that President Trump is very passionate about.
And the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabber, was front and center for all of this as well.
In fact, Reuters caught this image of her and the image itself speaks volumes.
These people fear Tulsi Gabbert.
You know, you should probably have put her on a terror watch list because they added the fuel to the fire once they did just that.
So Gabbert's on it.
She's going through all of this.
And we'll talk about this in just a bit with my girl, Holly Kessler, who has been on the ground in Georgia speaking out about all of the election fraud that has gone on in their state.
We'll also be taking your calls as well.
877-789-2539.
That's 877-789-2539.
That'll be in the second part of this hour.
And I'll try my best.
I know last time we couldn't get through all the callers, but you know, I always try to get through everyone and go down the list.
So if you want to call the show, you want to join us, 877-789-2539.
It's the number to call.
We're going to keep it relevant to the topics we've discussed thus far because we want to make sure we get everyone in.
So if you want to call and join the show, that is the best way to do so.
Make sure you hit up those lines right now.
And we got more to discuss.
You see, we break news on this show.
We break news.
I was the first one to tell you about a story that Sarah Gonzalez was working on before actually Sarah aired it on her show.
That's how advanced we are.
Now, Sarah's a great friend and she told me that she was working on an H-1B visa story in Texas.
And so we had her on the show last week.
And that little interview we did blew up.
It blew up.
Why?
Well, because Sarah is uncovering what is potentially fraud.
Now the Texas AG, Ken Paxton, is jumping on board and he's going after these individuals.
In fact, Ken Paxton, who I dearly do love, and I really don't like on many politicians, but Paxton is the guy that I'll say that about.
Paxton actually went outside the home of one of those individuals that Sarah Gonzalez was investigating and announced that they're going to be investigated by the AG's office next.
So that was good news.
Folks, don't go anywhere.
We got more to discuss in just a moment.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the auxjonestore.com right now.
We have new rolling sales.
So you got to constantly check the website to see what's on sale right now.
Head on over the alexjonesstore.com.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Breanna Morello.
breanna morello
We have Justin.
Welcome back to the show, folks.
We're excited that you're all jumping on board with us today.
Got a lot to discuss.
As many of you guys know, we break exclusives on this show.
We'll get to one that we broke to you guys last week, but I wanted to let everyone know that we're taking calls in the second portion of this hour.
So 877-789-2539.
That's 877-789-2539.
It's the number you're going to want to call.
If you want to join the show, we're going to keep it relevant to the topics we've discussed thus far.
But we're looking forward to hearing from you, of course.
And I'll try my very best to get through all of the callers.
I know last time we didn't do it, but I always try to stay focused on that.
So I'll do just that.
All right.
So as many of you guys know, we did a story last week and that story went viral.
It caught a lot of people's attention.
NIH Experiments in Rocky Mountain Lab 00:16:02
breanna morello
And it was a great story.
Why?
Because as many of you guys know, the mainstream media, they don't like to blow stories like this open, but here on Infowars, we are fearless.
And it was great to hear from the great folks at White Coat Waste Project last week in regards to something that they uncovered.
They found that there was a Montana bio lab that had a leak or potentially a virus that was stolen.
Now, it was very, very vague, very, very vague, but obviously that's deeply concerning.
And somebody would wonder, well, why is that happening?
And how come the American people have not been put on alert?
Well, Justin Goodman, who is the senior vice president of White Coat Waste, has been doing some digging.
And of course, this went viral.
Now, NIH has just come forward to tell us what's actually happening.
This is all transparency, of course, folks.
I say that sarcastically, because the only reason why they're responding to this report is because, well, we all broke it.
We released it.
And thousands of Americans, millions probably, are infuriated by this now that they've learned it.
Joining me now to discuss is Justin Goodman.
And he's here with a great update because now we're learning more, Justin, and it's exciting to have you on.
We're learning specifically what virus has leaked from this lab.
Now, again, it could be leaked, it could be stolen.
We really don't know, but we've actually buckled it down to what it specifically was.
And I'll let you take it away from there.
justin goodman
Yeah, thanks for having me again right after, I mean, within hours of you breaking the story last week about the documents we found showing a lab accident at the Rocky Mountain Laboratory, which is an NIH biolab out in Montana, a high-risk biolab.
The NIH admitted publicly that they acknowledged that there was an incident and said that a staffer at this animal laboratory was exposed to Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever, which is a foreign tick-borne virus that was imported to the United States by the government, has a kill rate of 40% and causes massive bleeding, organ failure, and has actually does not exist.
It's not endemic to the United States.
It doesn't exist here.
It was imported by these mad scientists inside the federal government to do these dangerous experiments out in Montana.
We've been investigating this laboratory and specifically their experiments with this virus, this hemorrhagic fever for years.
This is Fauci's former division at NIH that was conducting these experiments, that is conducting these experiments.
And we've actually obtained videos and photos of some of the monkeys who are being imported from Fauci's Monkey Island in South Carolina to this Montana laboratory to be infected with Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever in these experiments.
That's footage you're looking at right now of these experiments at the lab that caused this exposure to a lab worker.
Now, again, this is a virus that doesn't exist on U.S. soil.
There's only ever been one single case in the U.S.
And it was someone who was traveling abroad and brought it back here.
So this is an absolute recipe for disaster and an accident waiting to happen.
And we just saw that one finally has.
And what's interesting, when you start to dig into what is being done with this virus in the lab, that's a photo of a monkey who was subjected to this virus in the Rocky Mountain laboratory, bleeding out from his nose and mouth as a result of being infected with this foreign virus that there was just an accident inside the NIH lab.
This is the same place where that monkey experiment took place that Whitecoaste exposed.
Now, unfortunately, a staffer in that lab was exposed to this virus as well.
And when you start looking into what the experimentation involves, not only are they still experimenting with this virus in the lab as recently as a couple months ago and have been for years, but the animal experimenters who are doing, leading these projects and doing these experiments have already patented the vaccines that they're trying to develop and they both and they have ownership stakes in biotech and pharmaceutical companies that will then turn around and commercialize these vaccines.
So taxpayers are being forced to fund animal experiments that are dangerous that we don't want, to develop drugs and vaccines that we don't need.
And it is to benefit these mad scientists and pharmaceutical companies.
It's certainly not benefiting the American public.
This is not a virus that exists here.
This is so, you know, nutty mad scientists can get rich.
And it's happening at our expense and putting public health at risk here in the United States.
breanna morello
Well, Justin, this is the part that's so concerning.
And I want to also get into the fight that you guys had to obtain those images, the video of the monkey, as well as the still image, because it's my understanding that you guys actually had to sue to obtain that.
Is that true?
justin goodman
Yeah, we had to file a lawsuit against the NIH to get access to videos, photos that they took inside the lab.
Again, these are taxpayer-funded experiments.
That's a literal government, not just a taxpayer-funded lab, that is a government lab that that video is taken from that the viewers are watching right now inside the Montana Rocky Mountain lab run by the NIH, where they're doing these creme and Congo hemorrhagic fever experiments.
That's the footage we got through a lawsuit.
We got not only videos and photos, but all the documents, all the receipts showing the design of these experiments, who's conducting them, and all of the details of these projects.
But it did take a lawsuit.
Taxpayers have a right to know how their money is being spent.
It shouldn't take nonprofits exerting their resources and time and energy and money to have to force the government to give us basic details about what's being done with our money.
But that's exactly what we found time and again.
And RFK said last month that he's going to completely end primate testing, but his NIH deputy director, a woman named Nicole Kleinstroyer, who's a Trump-hating, Fauci-loving holdover, has refused to end this project and actually has continued to fund many like it.
So if RFK really wants to get the NIH out of the monkey business, certainly shutting down this laboratory before the NIH starts another pandemic is a great place to start.
breanna morello
Justin, what's the rebuttal that they give you in regards to why these types of experiments need to take place?
Because obviously this is a massive, massive national security issue.
We've seen it time and time again.
But what do they say in their defense as to why we have to continue to fund this?
justin goodman
They would say that there's a risk that this virus is brought here.
Now, they already brought it here.
So they're creating that risk.
And also that potentially soldiers or other people abroad might be exposed to this virus and they need a vaccine.
But the fact that we're taking this virus from places where it is native endemic and bringing it to the United States to the middle of this country where it doesn't exist, where it could potentially expose people and has now exposed somebody to the virus.
Fortunately, they didn't spread it out in their community as far as we know.
It's just an accident waiting to happen.
This is just a recipe for disaster.
We've seen it.
We saw it already with COVID that, you know, obviously that was in China, but we're seeing the same thing play out.
Not only is this laboratory experimenting with this deadly virus from abroad, but there's actually another experimenter inside the Rocky Mountain laboratory who is still doing gain of function experiments with SARS-CoV-2 to make it deadlier to monkeys.
And we just found an annual report from that laboratory that was released at the end of last year that shows they are generating highly, highly pathogenic new strains of SARS-CoV-2 by infecting monkeys with different strains of this virus, letting it spread and replicate in their bodies, and then harvesting those viruses for other experiments.
That's a gain of function technique.
And that's our taxpayer dollars are still funding gain of function experiments with COVID, even after what happened in Wuhan.
Even after everything we've seen over the last six years now, the government hasn't learned its lesson.
You know, there's been a lot of controversy inside the NIH right now that the agency is not taking seriously President Trump's commit and RFK's commitments to ban gain of function, that they're watering down policies to crack down on these dangerous animal experiments.
So we're working, you know, our investigations are continuing.
We're following the money to these laboratories and holding people like NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, his deputy Nicole Klein Schroyer, accountable for continuing to waste millions of tax dollars on these experiments on animals that no one wants, no one needs, and place public health in peril.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah.
And this is a national security issue, and we see it time and time playing out.
And I believe, and I'll let you kind of give me the update on that, but I believe this is also where Lyme disease was also being experimented on.
Somebody tagged me in this earlier this morning.
I was like, this has been on my radar for a bit.
So is this the same lab?
justin goodman
Yeah, the Rocky Mountain Laboratory that is run now by NIH, it's a bioweapons lab.
It was a DOD laboratory that was then kind of transferred over to the NIH under the guise of public health and biodefense.
But this is a lab that has a history of bioweapons development that weaponized ticks to spread viruses like Lyme.
There's no other reason why you would be messing around with these viruses, these exotic viruses from foreign countries in remote places in the U.S., unless you were experimenting on them to see what you could, how you could weaponize them and then develop cures in case you want to deploy something like that.
That's the whole kind of thinking behind bioweapons is you take a virus that from nature, like COVID, you take a virus from nature, you tinker with it just enough so it looks like it could have naturally emerged, you develop the cure, and then you deploy it on your enemies.
That's exactly what happened with COVID.
And that's what these laboratories are doing.
There'd be no other reason to be taking these viruses from remote parts of the world, bringing them to the United States and experimenting on them and placing public health at risk, risking another pandemic this time on U.S. soil.
It just doesn't make sense from any other perspective.
So, you know, and we haven't learned our lesson.
breanna morello
Yeah.
No, Justin, I'm 100% on board with that.
It's really frustrating that this is continuing to go on, especially under this administration.
Before we go, though, I did want to ask you, I know NIHI is obviously telling us what specifically this virus is, but do we know if it was stolen or did it leak?
Like, what's the actual status of this?
justin goodman
According from what they told several reporters after your story first broke, there was a breach in personal protective equipment.
So, you know, so basically a biosafety suit had some kind of failure inside the Rocky Mountain lab and a staffer was exposed to the virus.
Now, I just want to also mention that one of the other NIH high-risk laboratories in Maryland had a similar incident with Ebola several months ago.
It was in last year, in 2025.
And in that case, it turned out that there wasn't an accidental breach, but that someone intentionally damaged someone else's biosafety equipment so that it failed and they were exposed to Ebola.
So I think we probably still don't know the true extent of what happened in the Rocky Mountain laboratory with this hemorrhagic fever accident.
We're working on getting more information from the NIH.
We are submitting FOIA requests for that.
So hopefully we'll get some more details relatively soon.
But the best way to prevent another lab-cause pandemic is to shut these laboratories down.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah, Justin, I mean, it's common sense at this point, and it's really frustrating that you're continuing to have to argue to shut these labs down.
Again, this is something that's preventable, and our government should be doing just that right now.
That's the reason why the American people elected President Trump was to put an end to things like this.
And this should be a top priority for the administration.
Justin Goodman, thank you for all the incredible work you guys are doing over at White Coat Waste.
We look forward to keeping our audience up to date with this because I have a feeling it's not going anywhere anytime soon.
As many of our callers heard, just a couple of days ago, there was an individual from Montana who called into the show to say that there's lawmakers interested in finding out what's actually happening in Montana.
So we look forward to keeping our audience in the loop on that front.
Justin Goodman, thank you for all the incredible work you're doing.
We appreciate it.
justin goodman
Thanks, Granna.
breanna morello
All right, folks, we're getting ready to start up.
The latest in regards to the election fraud, I guess, investigation that's going on right now in Georgia.
Georgia is front and center and always has been for the fraud that took place in 2020.
So many Americans saw it unravel before their very own eyes.
And if you dare to ask any questions, you were either sued for defamation or you were silenced.
You were targeted.
You were taken off social media.
They did their very best to de-platform people who asked simple questions about their elections.
Well, thankfully, President Trump isn't letting go of this anytime soon.
And I know all those people out there say, oh, it's 2020, it's in the past.
It's not in the past.
These people get away with it.
They'll do it again.
Thankfully, Tulsi Gabbard is on the case, though.
The director of national intelligence has been front and center on all of this.
And we actually saw yesterday an image of Tulsi.
She's hiding behind a wall, trying to make sure no one sees her, but you know, they caught a little image of her.
I like it.
Makes for a good meme for me at least.
But Tulsi Gabbard has a deep state, very, very scared.
First off, she's a former Democrat, but most importantly, she is brave enough to put this information out for the public.
Now, those in Fulton County are a little on edge right now, I'd say.
They are not very happy with what's going on right now.
And they're trying their very best to rewrite the narrative.
In clip five, you're going to hear a Fulton County chairman, Rob Pitts, try to say that the ballots are no longer safe and secure now that they've all been seized by the FBI.
Take a listen.
robb pitts
Now they have been removed from this facility, out of our control.
We don't know where they're being taken.
We don't know what's going to happen to them.
So we can no longer, and I can no longer as chair this board, satisfy not only the citizens of Atlanta, but the citizens of the world that those ballots are still secure.
So that is a major concern that I have right now.
Yeah, point is, once they were here, as long as they were here in control of Fulton County, I was confident that they were safe and secure.
The other point I'd like to make is this goes back to the 2020 elections.
For the life of me, I still cannot understand the fascination about the 2020 elections, which occurred six years ago.
That election is over with.
That election has been reviewed.
It's been audited.
And in every case, every instance, we get a clean bill of health.
If there's anybody who knows what happened in 2020 on that night at State Farm Arena, it was Fulton County Commission Chairman Rob Kitts.
I was there.
So the fascination with this, I still don't understand it, but we'll have more to say later.
breanna morello
I just want to say that Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections is always and continued to maintain the change.
And the truth is that these people are a bunch of liars.
Everyone right now in Fulton County is on edge.
And it's because they've been trying to get away with this for a while now that the federal government has been requesting those ballots for months now.
They've decided to just reject the government.
Why?
Because there's a lot going on over there that they don't want the federal government seeing.
Election Integrity Concerns 00:05:14
breanna morello
Joining me to discuss is Holly Kessler.
is the founder of Kessler Consulting.
She has also been one of the front people pushing back in the state of Georgia and trying to fight for election integrity.
I actually had the privilege of meeting Holly back in 2022 when she had organized a nice little drop off over at the Georgia State Capitol.
In fact, she dropped off 40,000 signed affidavits over at the governor's office, Brian Kemp.
And the video that I wasn't supposed to capture, but I did because, well, I don't always play by the rules.
The video that we captured got millions of views.
And so many people saying, wait a minute, 40,000 people signed signed affidavits.
And it's all about allegations that I went to go vote.
I couldn't vote because somebody had put in a mail-in ballot for me previously.
All different types of claims.
And unfortunately, Kemp's office has not gotten back to me.
I'm trying to follow up with it for years now as to where the investigation still stands.
So Kessler joins us now to discuss.
Holly, always a pleasure to catch up with you.
It's a great day in Georgia.
You've been fighting for this for quite some time now.
So I'm sure you were smiling when you saw that Fulton County was being raided yesterday.
Your thoughts on what's happening on the ground right now.
holly kesler
Yeah, I think it's incredible.
Thank you so much for having me on to talk about it.
You know, we've got a great group of patriots here in the state, and we have never given in.
We've never given up.
You know, you know, some of the bigger names and lawsuits and things that have been filed, complaints have been filed, just like you said, the affidavits.
You name it, we have done it.
But one thing we have never done is given up.
And that shined yesterday.
And it's a good feeling.
You know, I think everybody is sort of a surreal moment.
And so, you know, it's kind of shocking at first.
It's like, wow, this is really happening.
And then it did.
We have people on the ground getting video and trying to interview some of the commissioners.
Of course, Dana Barrett, she's running for Secretary of State.
There's a video out of her trying, you know, somebody was trying to ask her questions about the recent voter roll situation going on.
And she just completely deterred and ran away.
And so I thought it was really interesting, though.
You know, we talk about the cover up and all the wafer that we've been through here in the state and all of the complaints that have been submitted, whether it's been at a county.
I mean, Jeff Folgrum, I've helped him.
We've still got a case here in Ware County, you know, that we've got going on and getting ready to go to trial for.
And, you know, so there's things that have gone on for years.
I mean, for five years now, we've been trying to fight and have just been completely shut down.
And thank goodness to the state election board members.
You know, we have three good, strong conservative members who have really pushed back on the narrative that everything is fine and wonderful.
You know, and they're seeing it and they know everything is not fine and wonderful.
And they have been instrumental in pushing for Fulton County, you know, to hold them accountable and just get the answers, get the records.
And so finally, finally seeing the FBI and the DOJ on the ground in Georgia is just, it's amazing.
It's absolutely amazing.
breanna morello
Yeah, no, it's amazing, Holly.
And the fact that the federal government had to fight them on this, I mean, there were three requests that were put in to Fulton County to turn over those ballots and they've just decided to ignore all of it.
I mean, you know, this Fulton County has been putting up a fight with all of this for years now.
Your reaction to the fact that the county itself is doing more to protect and to block any type of transparency.
And again, these are the same people, may I remind our audience, that were all on board with cooking up these fake RICO cases against over a dozen patriots who were just looking for accountability in Georgia.
holly kesler
Right.
And that's what's so bad about it is, you know, at the end of the day, you've got to find some kind of common ground.
And we actually have found common ground with some Democrats and they want answers too.
They want to know what happened and want what on.
But when you get into, you know, the core group of those who are there in Fulton County, it is very clear that they are part of the cover up and working with the Secretary of State's office.
I mean, we have emails and stuff.
There's going to be more coming out.
We have emails, we have documentation.
You know, last week at the state election board, Joe Rossi, you know, made it very clear that they knew about it.
He talked about one of those emails that they knew about the numbers being off.
They knew there was a problem.
They still went ahead and certified and completely ignored it.
They ignored every complaint.
You know, even the state election board, before we had the new conservative members on there, they didn't want to hear it.
They just kept kicking the can down the road.
And so it's really unbelievable when you sit back and you look at the big picture and you see what Fulton County and the Secretary of State's office has done to try to cover this up.
It really makes you wonder, you know, what, what did y'all do?
What, I mean, if there's nothing to hide, then you hide nothing, right?
And so it's, you know, there's a lot of questions.
There's a lot of questions that need to be answered.
breanna morello
Yeah, Holly, we look forward to seeing those answers come about because I have a feeling that Tulsi Gabbert is on the case and she's not letting up anytime soon.
It just so happened she's a former Democrat and she's now the deep state's number one enemy at this point.
I said maybe number two.
The president might be number one these days, but I don't think they're going to be happy with this.
I think that picture of her lingering in the corner in Fulton County is going to have them fired up.
We'll continue.
It truly is amazing.
It truly is amazing.
Shadow Ban Revelation 00:10:45
breanna morello
We're excited that she's on the case.
Holly, thank you for joining us as always.
You've done an incredible job at fighting for election integrity in Georgia.
So I highly recommend our audience stay in the loop and give you a follow on X as well because you lady are a force to be reckoned with.
She's at HM Kessler.
That's you can find her on X right now, Holly Kessler, one of the best Georgians I know in this fight.
And it's an honor, of course, to have her back on the program.

Now, I want to take things back to Minnesota because Tom Homan actually just spoke moments ago.
Take a listen.
tom homan
Now that we have millions of people released in this nation, many unvetted.
Now we got to find them.
Before the big, beautiful bill, we had a total of just under 5,000 deportation officers to look for millions of people, many in public safety threats.
So, yes, we needed Board of Patrol to come and help on our mission now.
And the reason for the massive deployment is because of threats, because of the violence.
Our officers need to be protected.
If I'm on operation on an arrest team, I'm going to a house, I got to be busy with that guy, the dangerous guy, and I can't keep looking over my shoulder at what's happening outside the house.
So, we brought extra resources in to provide that security.
And as I said, as we drill down in these great agreements, we got this great understanding we have means less.
So, we can draw down those resources.
When the violence decreases, we can draw down those resources.
But, based on the discussions I've had with the governor and the AG, we can start drawing down those resources as far as those looking for public safety threats being released and doing it in jail with much less people, much less people.
So, the drawdown is going to happen based on these agreements.
But the drawdown can happen even more if the hateful rhetoric and the impediment interference will stop.
So, Board of Patrol, I was a Board of Patrol agent, these men and women are patriots.
God bless them.
They're here to help us.
All right.
breanna morello
I'll step in.
Let's step in here because Tom Holman is telling you that, yes, we're going to start pulling those federal resources soon.
He's claiming that this isn't defeat, though.
This isn't them, the administration trying to admit that they've been defeated by these left-wing terrorists.
He's claiming that this is because now the governor has promised to work with federal officials.
Specifically, what Tom Holman was also referring to there is, according to him, Minnesota has now agreed to allow the county jails to notify ICE when an illegal alien is captured and they could take him into federal custody.
As many of you guys know, the federal government was trying to put out detainers, and local officials were not doing anything to help and honor those detainer requests.
Again, Holman, making sure that the American people know that he isn't surrendering and the president's not surrendering on their mission, which is obviously Operation Metro Surge, or taking your calls right now.
If you want to join the show, you guys all know the number, 877-789-2539.
That's 877-789-2539.
Let's go to our very first caller, Patrick in Colorado.
Patrick, welcome to the show.
sean in denver
Hi, Brianna.
I just want to get into, or just blug real quick my social medias because I'm highly shadow banned and just it's getting ridiculous.
I'm getting no reach, and it just gets worse.
I've been permanently banned on TikTok, so it's not like I don't have good content, it's just I'm highly censored for a good reason.
Inner City Rogue on Instagram and Rumble, InnerCity underscore Rogue, and that's on X2 and YouTube.
Go check me out.
If you like anything I have to say, come check me out.
I just want to give a warning real quick to ICE because I mean, I mean, I support what they're doing, but they used to operate a little bit more low-key, and they're out there in the middle of the day, and that's kind of all done by design because obviously they want clash in the streets.
And these crazed, angry leftists, they're obviously going to be out there at these disclosed locations looking for them.
So if they want to stay safe, obviously operate, you know, earlier times in the day, like, you know, in the morning before people go to work and stuff, which is what they used to do.
But now, like I said, this is kind of all done by design.
And like, I'm not against what they're doing.
They should be able to operate during the day, but no, they really have to stay safe.
And things are obviously ramping up.
The left is just getting more crazy.
And I just, I can't urge people enough that the time is running out for the right to also get out there in the streets and exercise our First Amendment.
I kind of sound like a broken record when I keep saying this.
And I keep calling on into the show, telling people to get out there in the streets and demonstrate.
But the right wing is so fractured and divided right now.
And it just does not seem like anybody's interested in getting out there in the streets, especially now since things are just ramping up.
But I'm just warning you folks because when this country, you know, goes into full new world order, one world digital currency, everything like that, the door is closed.
The opportunities to speak out, preach the gospel, and stuff like that are going to be over.
And it's just going to completely go underground.
And it's going to be sad if this country falls.
And there's never any real demonstrations held or took place like the convoys.
Those should have never stopped.
And we should still be out there peacefully assembling and showing the left wing how it's done.
And if we're faced with the rest, so be it.
That's just what we have to do to take a righteous stand.
You know, the Bible says that, you know, to not forsake the assembly of ourselves as many do, even as we see the last days approaching, the day of the Lord is coming.
And it would even end so much so as we see the Lord, Lord's Day approaching where he's coming.
And Revelation is coming.
If you don't have that message that, hey, like we're in the last days, Revelation is right around the corner and God's getting ready to take his church out and go back to dealing with Israel and the heathen of the world, then you're probably getting mixed up.
And there's a lot of people that are misreading scripture, a lot of replacement theology and real jacked up theology that people have these days.
And they're just not reading their Bible and people aren't learning the gospel.
So they're not really able to carry the torch like Charlie Kirk and, you know, preach salvation, which is the most important thing.
That's the most important piece of information that you could know is how that Christ died for our sins and how we're saved and how you're born again and how it's a free gift.
But he got all kinds of people out here still preaching a workspace gospel like they're somehow going to work their way into heaven when the work was already done on the cross.
So there's a lot of false gospels out there.
There's a lot of false teaching, but I'm warning people: this window is closing.
You better get out there and exercise your First Amendment because, like I said, it's going to be really sad when this country falls and we haven't done any real major demonstrations like some of these other countries done.
And Matt Drudge specifically warned you folks back in 2016 when he came in that office and warned Alex Jones.
He said, everybody needs to get out of their internet ghettos.
And that's so real because everybody's stuck in their internet ghettos, stuck on their little pages and their platforms.
So we get censored, shadow banned, all this stuff.
But we're not getting organized in the streets like the left is.
And it's pathetic.
It's making us look bad.
These leftists are legitimately making us right-wingers look bad.
breanna morello
And so, you know, Patrick, I'm with you on that.
It's important for folks to protest.
You know, James O'Keefe, obviously, getting out there and trying to cover it was met with a lot of pushback, obviously, is that folks becoming violent.
So it's something that we all need to pay attention to.
But Patrick, thank you for calling in.
We appreciate it.
Let's turn to Savage Dog in Georgia.
Savage Dog, welcome back to the show.
You know, we had Jan earlier this week and you were able to talk to the mayor and that was pretty cool.
So it's good to have you back on.
joshua in georgia
Good morning, Brianna.
Yeah, it was pretty cool, but he didn't answer my question.
The point of that question was, yeah, it's not what you know, it's what you could prove, as I've heard in a movie.
You know, we know that Wallace is a commie, but we could prove that he's racketeering.
So that was my question.
And, you know, as the mayor in New York or Mayor of New York, you know, he would know the whole workings of dealing with the mafia.
Anyway, the point of my call, and good job on the back-to-back here because I want to talk about Revelation 6.
Wars and Prophecy 00:03:15
joshua in georgia
You know, hearing about, okay, well, great, we got Ebola in the country in at least two places, and it's been kind of leaked twice.
Well, you know, we didn't, half of us, you know, didn't get our little shot because, you know, for the sniffles, but you know, who all is going to take it for Ebola?
You know, probably 90%.
So I want to go through some things with Revelation 6.
The white horse.
If you give me a second here, behold, a white horse, and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given unto him, and he went forth conquering and to conquer.
If we play a translation game, this isn't my own analysis.
I got this way back in the day.
Bow is not like a bow that you shoot an arrow with.
It's actually a ribbon, as in a ribbon of DNA.
He had a ribbon of DNA, and a crown in Latin is corona was given unto him, and he went forth conquering and to conquer.
The world has never been conquered.
The entire world has never been conquered except in 2020 and 2021 because of corona.
Now, the most important prophecy, end times prophecy to me, is when Christ said, when the Son of Man returns, it will be as it was in the days of Noah.
In the days of Noah, the most important different thing between then and now is that the fallen had mingled with the women of the world and created offspring that were not God's creation.
The shots were called, sorry, I've been chemtrailed hard out here, so I got a little bit more.
They can't say, but what was it going?
Oh, it was called mRNA, messenger RNA vaccine.
Well, messenger is the Latin translation to English for their word for angel.
Angel is a messenger.
So if you say messenger RNA, does that mean angel RNA as in fallen angel RNA?
So were those who took the shot injected with the black goo that is allegedly in the shots, the forever DNA, you know, from the woman who died from the cancer in a week and he aborted baby back in the day.
Those are just two things to start with.
And then the next, the red horse was given power to take peace from the earth.
Well, you know, all throughout history, you know, there's been wars and rumors of wars, and Christ said those things are just going to happen.
A lot of people miss that.
They're like, oh my God, wars and rumors of wars, we're all done.
No, that's part of the birthing pain.
But America is the last stand, right?
The whole entire world is pretty much taken, except for America, which one could argue is why Trump was safe from that bullet in Pennsylvania.
Mark Beast's End Times Prediction 00:02:39
joshua in georgia
Jury's still out with me on that.
But so now we got this Ebola thing going on.
Remember in December of 2019, you know, we got videos of Chinese guys falling dead in the middle of the street in Wuhan.
And we're like, oh no, you know, and they're constantly, you know, panicking about SARS and whatnot.
And we just kind of blew it off until it took over the world.
Oh, well, you know, one person got, you know, a torn suit and we're got maybe got infected and, you know, whatever.
But there are at least two labs with this crap in it.
Somebody could get it and leak it out 12-monkey style, right?
So, you know, I'm just kind of spitballing because I just got this news and, you know, about what was leaked in Montana.
And it's freaking me out because not freaking me out.
It's got me concerned.
Because, you know, Christ is king.
I'm not going to take the shot.
I'll bleed out.
You know, I don't care.
But that's not to say I cannot advise everybody else to.
Now, maybe the first shot was not the mark of the beast, but the next one is, you know, the black, the black horseman or black horse, you know, who, you know, which is pestilence.
And is this year the year finally that all the chemtrailing with the aluminum getting in the soil wrecks our crops to the point where we can't eat?
I've restrained from telling you about this since I started calling you, but I did write an End Times book in 2013 that where a GMO crop of corn fails and kills everybody.
And since 70% of everything that's food manufactured is corn, but it has some kind of corn in it, corn syrup, all the livestock are fed corn.
It became so toxic you had to get a vaccine, which also was a mark where you couldn't eat without it.
2013, my mark of the beast was a freaking vaccine.
So where am I going with this?
I'm just kind of scattered right now.
I don't know what's going to happen this year, but I'm don't want to be blackpilled because, you know, no matter what, this is just a matrix.
Logic Behind Patents 00:03:51
joshua in georgia
This is this training ground.
You know, whatever happens after, you know, when I die, I die.
Don't matter how I die or when I die.
It's, it's, I'm not really worried about it.
I'd like to go down in a pile of spent brass as a Marine, but we'll see how that works out.
breanna morello
Yeah, Savage Oak, no, you're 100% right on that.
And I want to make sure we get to other people because there's a couple of other callers that want to talk about the same thing as you are.
But a thousand percent.
I mean, I'm not taking a damn vaccine, didn't do it the first time, I'll do it again.
That's the hill I'm willing to die on at this point.
So medical freedom is critical, and we will not be taking their jabs.
But I want to thank you for calling as you always do.
Chad in Minnesota, I'm told, is what also wants to add to that conversation in regards to the bio labs that we've been exposing here on the American Journal.
Chad, welcome to the show.
chad in minnesota
Good morning, Brianna.
Good to know where company.
I'm sharing company with others that have not taken the shots.
I know.
breanna morello
Logic.
chad in minnesota
Yes, logic.
Absolutely, 100%.
And thanks to InfoWars and everybody out there that put the information that got out ahead of it.
That has helped tremendously with so many people.
I'm calling in regards to Justin Goodman and the Crimerian Congo hemorrhagic fever information.
Just calling in regards to previous information and information that's out there.
And it's from a documentary that was, it's, you can still, excuse me, access it.
And it's, it's titled, one of the videos is titled Pentagon Bio Laboratories hyphen investigative documentary.
And in that, there is a Bulgarian journalist, I think it's Delania or Del Yana.
I'm not going to try to pronounce her last name.
She confronts Dr. Robert Kadlick, who at the time was the Assistant Secretary of Defense.
Or my apologies, he now is that.
He had a different title at the time.
Now he's currently the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical and Biological.
defense policy programs.
And within that, in that documentary, they specifically talk about the Luger Research Center in the country of Georgia and studying Crimerian Congo hemorrhagic fever with ticks.
There's information about, there's strange information in there.
There's information about stroke bullets with patents for stroke inducing bullets.
There's actual information or patents about these drones that can release bugs.
And mind you, this is back in 2015.
So we currently have the individual that is one of, now over in the Department of Defense, and has a very curious and a very, I mean, there's quite a bit, there's an extensive background with Robert Kadlick, you know, with pandemic simulations, being the, you know, one of the guys that actually, you know, was behind Operation Warp Speed.
And it just, it's, it's kind of interesting that here we are and we have all this information and there's still individuals that are directly tied into this.
And now this is something that's potentially going to, you know, I don't know if it'll come, you know, if it'll get to everyone, you know, or if this is something that's they're going to keep contained.
But I mean, do we, is that not strange that that gentleman is in that position?
Ed Martin's Fight 00:14:41
breanna morello
Yeah.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
No, it's definitely something I'm going to look into.
And I literally just put it on my list because we're still digging into the story.
And that will be another angle for us to dig into, Chad.
So I'm glad you put that on my radar.
It's, it's nothing's a coincidence, I'll say.
Nothing is a coincidence.
And now that I have access to a lot of key people, Al, we will definitely follow up with that.
And I'm excited that you put that on my radar, Chad.
So thank you.
We look forward to digging into that.
I know we had a call or two last week, like I told you guys, who is working with local lawmakers in Montana to expose all of this and was an individual trying to get FOIAs done.
And so that person too, I've forwarded that over to Justin Goodman as well.
We're going to continue to follow it.
I mean, this is a big story.
I think this is just the start of a lot more that we're going to be exposing soon.
So Chad, thank you for that.
We've got about three minutes left.
And so I want to turn to Jefferson in Virginia.
Jefferson, welcome to the show.
jefferson-2 in virginia
Hey, good morning, Brianna.
Thanks for having me on.
breanna morello
Good morning, Jefferson.
Thank you, Colin.
jefferson in virginia
It's terrible up here in Virginia.
It's cold.
We got a terrible governor.
Bad things are happening all around.
unidentified
It's awful.
jefferson-2 in virginia
A-W-F-U-L.
You know what that means.
breanna morello
Yeah, the legislation being proposed over there is really, really bad right now in Virginia.
jefferson in virginia
Yes, every day they seem to pass another law that's really unconstitutional and will take forever to unravel, I think.
jefferson-2 in virginia
But right now they're giving homes away to government employees that work for the Democratic Party for free.
jefferson in virginia
They're taking our money and paying for homes, the entire home.
jefferson-2 in virginia
It's like government housing for their party.
jefferson in virginia
It's universal basic income.
jefferson-2 in virginia
Run amok.
jefferson in virginia
But, you know, Ed Martin's up here in DC and Alex has some sort of contact with Ed Martin.
And Alex asked Ed Martin if he knows where Andrew Bailey is.
I think I asked you this like a month and a half ago.
jefferson-2 in virginia
Where is Andrew Bailey and what is he doing?
jefferson in virginia
I've never seen somebody be like a ghost in DC to this degree that they can be the tow deputy director of the FBI and not be seen or heard from anywhere, even locally.
jefferson-2 in virginia
I mean, it's strange.
breanna morello
Yeah, well, you know, that wasn't even a position.
They created that position for him.
And like, I think I told you this too, like last time.
I mean, the last I've heard of Bailey is that he is someone who is going to potentially assume the AG role when Pam Bondi doesn't do what she's supposed to do.
Now, I was told that was a six-month deadline that was based on sources inside of his office back in Missouri, who told me that.
So it's past the six-month deadline since I've heard that rumor or that claim from his staffers.
But so that was what I was told, that he was reading into all these cases, that if something wasn't going to happen with Bondi, that that was going to be the quick switcheroo.
But you're right, we haven't really heard much from him.
Again, the role itself is a new role.
So I don't even know what it would be about on camera.
I'm kind of a loss for all of this.
I don't know if Ed Martin would have the answers for that, but we could always poke around and reach out for comment and try to do our best.
But Ed has like quite the list.
I actually, and I think it's so funny, Jefferson, I was scrolling on X just a couple of moments ago, and I noticed that our guy, Ed Martin, who is a patriot, who is fighting, they're trying their best to push back on what he wants to do.
But he actually met with Cindy Powell and they posted this picture.
And I love this picture of the two of them.
It came from Ed Martin's Twitter page itself.
Obviously, they had a meeting.
Now we could just assume with the election fraud stuff that's popping up and circulating now that it might be relevant to that.
But Ed Martin's one of the very few people actually doing work over the DOJ.
And, you know, we could ask away, but, you know, Andrew Bailey, I don't know what's exactly happening there.
It's concerning, of course.
But yeah, I don't think they're going to tell us until the decision has been made.
So I think that's one.
And thank you, Jefferson, for calling as you always do.
We really do appreciate it.
This is the image that's going to have the deep state operatives so angry this morning and so unhinged.
And I love every second of it.
Folks, we ran out of time taking all the calls, but I appreciate everyone for calling in right now.
So thank you for doing just that.
I want to remind our audience to head on over right now, thealxjonstore.com, because we just launched the premium EDC folding knives.
Those are just launched over at the AlexJonesStore.com.

I also have to brag about the energy shops that we just launched.
Those are absolutely amazing.
I just ordered two cases myself.
I can't shut up about it.
I think it's my favorite product, my favorite supplement over at the AlexJonesStore.com.

And there's no caffeine.
It's all vitamins.
Head on over at thealexjonestore.com.
More underway in just a second.
Don't go anywhere.
We're excited.
You're all jumping on with us, getting ready to kick off the third hour of the program.
My girl, Sarah Gonzalez will be joining the show in just about five minutes.
Now, Sarah's been on the H-1B visa issue.
She's been knocking on doors, trying to get some answers from those who may possibly be lying and committing a crime.
And, well, just caught the attention of the Texas AEG.
She'll be joining us to make a major announcement, celebration lap for independent journalists who are doing their job and they're getting the recognition through our politicians who are following up on their reporting.
So, Sarah will join us in just a moment.
We'll also have in studio Enrique Tara and Enrique Taru, as many of you guys know, has been probably one of the most targeted Americans in the country.
Tara will be joining me in studio in just a few moments because there's just been an arrest warrant issued against him and he'll be joining us to react to that.
We'll also be exposing a lot.
As many of you guys know, I've talked about this extensively.
During the Biden regime years, they allowed dozens of, well, actually, it's probably hundreds, I think, of illegal invaders who had tuberculosis into our country.
They went to over 37 states.
Now, one would think if you know that somebody has tuberculosis, which is obviously transmittable throughout the air when they cough, this is something that's deeply concerning.
You would assume that a country that really cared about its citizens would not allow these people into our country.
But unfortunately, the Biden regime didn't give a damn.
And so I know many people thought, oh, there's no such thing as TB anymore.
That's long gone.
No, when you're importing people from the third world, TB is all the rage these days.
And that's exactly what the Biden regime did.
They shipped these people throughout our country.
And so now we've been noticing these TB outbreaks that have been popping up all over the country.
Just recently, there was a report that there's a tuberculosis outbreak in, well, in a very ritzy private Catholic school in San Francisco, where at least three people were confirmed to have an active case of the bacterial lung infection.
That's according to reports.
Now, again, this high school, it's not even college, it's a high school, costs about $28,000 a year.
So this is a very, obviously ritzy high school.
I keep saying college.
It's a high school.
It's obviously infuriating.
But again, folks, what does San Francisco have?
Well, they have an abundance of illegal aliens.
And TB takes months to cure.
And you can't just sit here and give people a couple of pills and say, all right, that's it.
No, no, no.
That's not how this works.
Unfortunately, though, the Biden regime didn't care.
And in court, they were forced to openly admit that they sent these TB patients to over 37 states and just allow them to walk amongst us, walks amongst us.
These TB outbreaks aren't just random.
This is a manufactured crisis brought to you by the Biden regime and all of the globals that hate, hate this country.
I also, since we're talking about the communist pigs, the evil people that hate this country, I also want to highlight this story for you because Zoe Ramadani is already killing New Yorkers and it's happening at a very alarming pace.
Obviously, right now, throughout the entire country, there is a deep freeze going on right now, but it's wintertime.
So before you start fear-mongering with your global climate change narrative that nobody wants to hear about, we are in the middle of winter, which means colder temperatures.
But in New York right now, since it's a communist who's taken over, they don't actually help homeless people.
A lot of people who are obviously dealing with mental health issues are living on the streets throughout New York City.
They're not pulling them off the streets and forcing them to receive assistance.
So unfortunately, at least six out of 10 New Yorkers were found dead outdoors, were apparently killed based on the freeze.
So the six of the 10 New Yorkers who have died due to the Arctic deep freeze were homeless.
And it's all because of Zoe Ramadani, who's refusing to require them to get off the streets.
Again, these are mental, these are people who have mental health issues.
And normally, if you actually cared about these people, you would force them to seek shelter.
But unfortunately, in Zoe Ramadani's communist kingdom, 10 people now dead because he has not given them the assistance that they actually needed.
They actually needed.
Again, folks who warned you about this, this is what they do.
It always sounds like they are kind-hearted people, but does it sound kind-hearted to allow 10 homeless people who probably all suffer from mental health issues to die in the deep freeze in New York City?
It's 2026.
We have all the resources to save these people.
It's whether or not these public officials actually do just that.
So again, another alarming story coming from the communist city of New York City.
All right, folks, buckle up.
Sarah Gonzalez joining me in just a few moments to break open an explosive story.
Enrique Tario will be joining me in studio in just a few moments.
don't go anywhere.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Breanna Morello.
Watch it live right now at banned.video.
breanna morello
Welcome back to the American Journal of Works Saudi.
You're all jumping on board with us today.
Sarah Gonzalez joining us in just a few moments, followed by Enrique Aitario, who's also going to be in studio.
So we've got a big hour lined up for you.
But, you know, Sarah, we had her on the show because she broke an exclusive story here.
And it's something that she's been working on.
She's been doing a deep dive into the H-1B visa scams that are going on all across the country, but specifically buckling down on the DFW area in Texas.
Well, her work has earned the attention of the best attorney general that we have in the country, Mr. Ken Paxton.
And he responded by joining Sarah yesterday outside of the home of one of those homes that claim that they have workers, dozens of workers, who have H-1B visas inside of their home that they're currently working.
So in the most perfect fashion possible, Pax enjoyed Sarah Gonzalez outside of that home.
Take a listen, Clip 8.
sara gonzales
We've got some really exciting news.
I've got a special guest, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
What is the big announcement, sir?
ken paxton
First of all, thanks to you, we're here today.
We've started an investigation of three different companies that we think might be scamming people with these H-1B visas.
And so thanks to you, we've sent them questionnaires.
They're called Civil Investigative Demands, and they're designed to find out what the truth is.
What is actually happening?
What are their actual practices?
Are they defrauding consumers?
Are they misguiding people as to what they're actually doing?
And that's what we're going to get to the bottom of and find out if they're doing something wrong.
They potentially could lose their ability to operate in Texas and have to pay a lot of money back to the state of Texas.
breanna morello
Well, things are getting good in Texas.
Joining us to discuss is Sarah Gonzalez, the incredible Sarah Gonzalez, host of the show, Sarah Gonzalez Unfiltered on the Blaze.
It's on the Blaze at 7 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
You got to check it out, of course.
All right, Sarah, you've been doing a lot of incredible work on the ground in the DFW area.
So give us the very latest because that was big news yesterday.
sara gonzales
Thank you.
I appreciate that, Brianna.
By the way, I'm a little jealous.
I can feel how warm you must be over there.
And it's not warm over here at home.
So I'm very jealous.
So what we did was, of course, we exposed all of these, the scam.
And since we've exposed the scam, which by the way, I'm not an investigator of legal abilities.
So we can investigate as much as we can.
And then we've got to turn it over to the state officials to go through the process to, of course, in fact, verify whether or not these people have committed fraud.
But what I can tell you is that there is a scam that is happening, not just in the state, but in the entire country, because we've had floods of emails coming in.
We set up a tips email address.
We have been flooded with emails, specifically from the Indian community who are all saying it's happening.
It's a scam.
They've got these body shops happening.
They're trafficking in people.
They don't actually have jobs that exist.
And the jobs that do exist are all fraudulent.
They're being paid.
You know, these consulting firms, let me use air quotes for that.
Consulting firms are being paid under the table, which is not allowed by the rules.
So there's just a lot of fraud going on.
And with specific regard to the state of Texas, there's a lot of fraud going on that actually is affecting the taxpayers, not just talking about the houses, you know, the supply and demand with the houses being filled up and it's driving housing costs up.
I mean, I could go on and on about how it's affecting everyone in many different ways, but you've got things like Dallas ISD, Dallas Independent School District, who has pages and pages and pages of applications for H-1B workers for things like elementary school teacher, middle school math teacher.
I mean, these are jobs that could be filled by Americans, and it's all part of their play.
And so they're scamming the system.
They're, of course, abusing the system.
And being able to put it in front of our great attorney general, who you point out is the greatest attorney general in the entire country.
He will be our next senator from the state of Texas, replacing John Cornyn.
And so to be able to put it in front of the attorney general and say, hey, we've done this investigation.
We've done all of this research.
We're going to turn it over to you guys.
We've got spreadsheets galore, Brianna, of just addresses upon addresses upon addresses of very suspicious, suspicious locations, suspicious data.
And we've offered to the attorney general, we'll just share the information with you guys and you guys can do the heavy lifting and the legal investigating.
And if there's something suspicious going on, they can then go in front of a judge and say, we need you to revoke this business license in the state of Texas.
And then those suckers got to go home, which is where they should be in the first place.
Indians Suspending Legal Immigration Rules 00:03:02
sara gonzales
They shouldn't be here.
breanna morello
I'm all on board for shipping them out of here because they don't belong here in the first place.
I actually think it's interesting, Sarah, you just said that a lot of the tipsters that are coming in right now to your inbox are those Indians and they're people who are pissed off, obviously, because it obviously leaves a stain on their people.
And so that's a little interesting.
What are you hearing specifically from them in regards to all of this?
sara gonzales
Yeah.
So they're explaining how this is one specific region called Hyderabad that is really known for all of these fraudsters.
They come here.
They've been telling me how it works.
They say they come here.
They need one of them to come here.
They set up shop.
Then they start importing their buddies over and then they create these fraudulent jobs that don't exist.
And then when the jobs do exist, they get paid under the table, which is not allowed by the rules.
They call them, they're the ones who informed me that it's called, they use the term body shop.
I mean, they're literally trafficking people in.
That's why they call it body shop.
And so they're mad about it because they say, I'm trying to do this.
You know, Brianna, it's similar to the illegal immigration problem when we talk about, you know, places like in South America or Mexico, where they say you have these legal immigrants or people who want to be legal immigrants who are following the rules who say those people in that region are doing very bad things and I'm trying to do it the right way or I am doing it the right way and I'm getting penalized for it.
And so it's just, it's the same thing that we see with legal immigrants who come in here the right way and they say it's a slap in the face to everyone who actually tries to play by the rules, who actually wants to play by the system that is set in place.
And these people think that they're, you know, I don't know, superior.
And so they can just skirt the system.
They can skirt the rules.
They can just enjoy the loopholes and they can come in here and profit off of this country.
And the people who really love this country and want to be here and want to contribute to the American economy and want to live the American dream, they see that and they're offended by it.
And so it's just been really, really interesting seeing the different communities.
You've got the Indian community that's very, very upset.
And of course, you've got the American displaced worker who is also very upset.
I get emails all the time now that they're like, H-1B ruined my life.
I mean, it's really depressing because they're like, I have this specialized skill set and these Indians come over.
And again, I'm not stereotyping.
It's just what is happening.
These Indians are coming over specifically in IT.
They're taking a managerial role in an IT job and they are then importing all of these Indians from their region into these jobs.
And these white people, these white men are saying they never will hire a white man again.
Once they get in this mid-level management or senior management, they don't hire a white person again.
I mean, there have been lawsuits that they have had to pay.
Some of these companies have had to pay because they have been found to be discriminatory with regard to white men and they only are hiring South Asians and Indians.
So, I mean, the proof is there.
We're just trying to compile as much information as we can and get it to the right people.
And I'm really, really thrilled that Attorney General Paxton is listening and wants to actually help with this.
Accusations and Settlements 00:09:09
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, we're thrilled about that too.
Sarah, you're doing an incredible job of digging into this.
We look forward to follow your investigation as it develops because I love to hear that you're getting more and more tips.
This is going to be a good one.
Sarah Gonzales, thank you for joining us this morning.
But most importantly, folks, as you see, I'm still in West Palm Beach and Sarah has been such a kind friend where she's actually taking care of my dogs for me.
So, Sarah, thank you for that as well.
I appreciate it.
sara gonzales
Yeah, you're welcome.
That's what friends are for.
I hope to see you soon.
breanna morello
It better happen.
It better happen.
But this is what friends are for.
This is exactly what friends are for.
So thank you, Sarah.
She's doing incredible work investigating the H-1B visa scams and taking care of Gian Giuseppe.
So we appreciate that.
Joining me now in studio is Enrique Tario.
As many of you guys know, there's a lot going on on X.
So it's great to have my good friend in studio right now.
Tari, welcome.
enrique tarrio
And we're actually happy to have you here in Victoria.
breanna morello
I know.
I'm like a refugee.
I fled.
I'm coming back.
I don't know what's going on with me these days.
enrique tarrio
Sarah also needs a trophy for taking care of those two little monsters.
breanna morello
Well, do you remember?
Okay, so this is the best story, right?
Because when obviously you were incarcerated, I sent you pictures of my two dogs and you're like, those aren't dogs, Brianna.
So I'll never forget that.
Every time I call my dog, that always sits in the back of my mind is when Tario said, those aren't dogs.
Those aren't dogs.
They're not.
They're not.
But little, little Gia would like to, she'd beg a, she'd beg to differ on that one.
She does have a little bit of a bite to her.
So she would, she would argue that.
But it's good to see that you're here, my friend.
I saw you post on X something that was deeply, deeply concerning.
And I've been following your civil cases that are going on right now.
And we're going to get into the roots of all of that.
We've got you here for the next 45 minutes.
But specifically, I want to talk about the arrest warrant that's just been issued for you in D.C. What's going on there?
enrique tarrio
So, well, one, you're interviewing a fugitive of some sort.
breanna morello
Paul Harper.
enrique tarrio
Yeah, you're harboring a fugitive.
But what ends up happening is I got sued for some Black Lives Matter banner that was taken down, not the one that was burned.
I want to be clear about that.
breanna morello
Taken down from a building, of a church.
enrique tarrio
And I get sued for it.
And I didn't even know this church existed.
I didn't even know that it even had a banner in front of it.
I can't point to the church on a map.
And I got sued for it.
And I'm like, okay, perfect.
I'm going to win this case, no problem.
Problem was that I got arrested for January 6th and I was sent to prison, right?
And I was in jail for three years of my life.
And while those three years were, that clock was ticking, they were still having hearings.
And it is the policy of the Bureau of Prison not to bring me down for civil matters.
breanna morello
Which is owned by the DOJ runs the Bureau of Prison for audience.
enrique tarrio
The DOJ runs the Bureau of Prison.
So I couldn't attend these hearings.
So these hearings were happening and the judge, the judge was signing off on all of this.
The judge was like, well, Enrique Tario is not here, not present.
So we're going to default him to the tune of $2.8 million.
And currently right now, it's at 3.1 with interest for a $70 battery that you could get on at Fast Signs.
But it wasn't about the money.
That's not what this Paul Weiss firm is looking for.
That's not what this so-called church is looking for.
They're looking for information and they're looking to map out a network.
And how did they do that?
They are requesting that I give up my personal cell phone, not just the information of my financials.
And I told the judge that there is no way, I told her in the hearing on December 2nd, there's no way in hell that I am giving up my phone because I know what that means.
I would put people that I talk to on a regular basis at risk of getting sued.
I would put them at jeopardy of getting indicted if a Democratic president comes into office by the method of stolen election.
And that's not, I'd rather go to prison indefinitely, because that's what it means.
It's indefinite.
It's actually technically a longer sentence than my 22 years.
So they just want to go through my phone to go through the information.
And there's no way to gate my financial information.
I've given them my financial information.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
But that's not satisfying them.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, this is what's so concerning about this because obviously this is, and this is your opinion, obviously, that you think this is what the end game is, what they're trying to do here.
But the reality of it is, is the DOJ, Bureau of Prison, it's all the same thing.
One of the many layers of the lawfare is they knew you were being sued and they refused to let you go to your hearings.
And I think the last one, you were super late because there was a transportation related issue there.
And so the one that they did try bringing you to, you didn't make it there in time.
And this would all fall on the hands of the DOJ for not making there a clear path for you to be able to defend yourself in civil court.
So that's one angle to all of this.
But there's also the lawfare angle to this with the law firm that's representing the church.
And I've never heard of a church suing in this manner.
And I just want to be very specific and direct.
When it comes, and if you can't answer it, that's fine.
When it comes to what happened that day at the church and a banner being ripped down, were you the individual that ripped that banner down?
enrique tarrio
No, I didn't know that this church existed.
I didn't know that this banner existed.
I thought originally, I thought like everybody else, because some people that are watching think that this is a banner that made headlines that I burned, right?
This has nothing to do with that one.
This was some people that were walking down the church.
They didn't like the Black Lives Matter sign or whatever, and they took it down and they tore it.
You know, it wasn't burned or anything.
breanna morello
It's not worth $3 million.
enrique tarrio
But it's not worth $3 million.
But that's the important part is I didn't, I wasn't there.
I didn't instruct anybody.
My communications don't show anything.
And I'm being sued for it.
And now they're using that judgment to put me in jail because I refuse to give up my cell phone.
And there's nothing in my cell phone.
Here's the thing.
Some people on the left have told me, well, if you got nothing to hide, you could give your cell phone.
That's not how that works because I had nothing to hide before.
And they still sentenced me to 22 years and they still were able to build this web.
I'm not giving access to a magistrate judge, a third party, this Paul Weiss firm, which there's a lot that goes on with this Paul Weiss firm.
breanna morello
Yeah, they've been accused of being politically motivated, obviously, and our audience is very well.
enrique tarrio
They were part of the ones that sued InfoWars during the Sandy Hook investigation, a civil lawsuit.
They're currently suing me and the president and our co-defendants in another civil lawsuit by the members of Congress and the Capitol police officers.
And they are also representing, they always target right-wing groups.
And back in January, Trump made a settlement with them because of their weaponization that they had to do $40 million in pro bono work on civil rights cases.
I believe it's civil rights cases.
breanna morello
It's concerning.
It really is concerning, especially when I hear that name because I've heard the allegations about the law firm itself over these last few years.
And so it all makes sense to me that they would be kind of aligned with this.
But it's also discouraging, right?
Because again, I don't understand.
And maybe you could detail this for us, the direct correlation between how the accusations that you took down a banner, obviously you deny, how a banner being taken down outside of a church would result in a $2.8 million settlement agreement that that's really just thrown at you by a judge and you never had the opportunity to defend yourself.
How do they get to that number?
enrique tarrio
So they got to that number.
I think what the church did with the help of the Paul Weiss firm is they started beefing up these invoices.
Oh, they needed to pay.
I was in the security field.
I did site security for the DOD for many years.
So I know what things cost.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
So they said, well, well, we need to install security cameras on the whole facility.
That was like $1.5 million or something.
That's great.
When a job, a job for security cameras that's $1.5 million is you charge, that's what you charge for an entire high-rise.
Right.
And this church is a small corner church.
They started saying that they needed to charge for security, 24-hour security, because now they're afraid that their banner was going to be taken because they keep putting up Black Lives Matter banners, which it's their right to.
breanna morello
Yeah, it's their right for sure.
enrique tarrio
And I don't think anybody should damage church property.
I've said this a million times.
I don't think anybody should damage church property.
But if you put such a divisive message of Black Lives Matter, like I would expect that there would be like some people that wouldn't like that.
Yeah.
So they started beefing up these invoices and then plus in punitive damages, which for those that don't know, punitive damages are monies awarded to the plaintiff in the case against the defendant to stop this from happening again or to stop the defendant from doing this again.
And that was to the tune of, I think, another like $2 million or something like that.
breanna morello
The numbers are just absolutely outrageous.
Self Funded Campaign Plugged 00:06:59
breanna morello
And it's frustrating because none of this really makes any sense, right?
I understand and I agree that nobody should ever take something down on a building that you disagree with.
If there's a Trump sign, I'd say the same thing.
And I'll send that over to BLM as well.
So yeah, I agree with that there.
And again, even though it's a church, I don't think it should be taking any type of political stance that that has nothing to do with it.
The fact is you were unable to defend yourself in civil court.
You were consumed with all these legal fees.
And we'll get to this in a little bit as well in regards to all of this because you were also putting it and you were paying at your own expense the legal fees for your criminal case, which resulted in a 22-year prison sentence.
And again, you weren't even there on January 6th.
enrique tarrio
Yes.
And personally, I've never asked the public for money.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
That's never happened.
Everything that is self-funded, we're doing the United States government.
That was self-funded.
All of our projects are self-funded.
So like I've been fighting this on my own with my guys, you know, like my guys are also part of this lawsuit, Biggs, Ethan.
So we've been fighting it on our own with that's a separate DOJ lawsuit.
breanna morello
Yeah, for audience.
enrique tarrio
Well, not only that, this church banana.
breanna morello
Oh, they are too.
unidentified
Oh, gosh.
enrique tarrio
They're also part of this lawsuit.
So it's been difficult.
I can't tell you it hasn't been.
Like, is it, is it, maybe I'm being a cynic here, but I'm so used to being in the suck.
I'm so used to being in this digital battlefield that like it doesn't pays me.
Right.
breanna morello
Yeah, but it's kind of crazy because like you, you're their number one enemy and it's on a recurring basis that they keep going after you, but I watch your stuff.
I mean, you're not putting anything outrageous out there.
enrique tarrio
No, and here, here's the thing about it.
Like I'm their number one enemy and I don't understand why.
I don't say anything crazy.
breanna morello
No, you don't.
enrique tarrio
You know, I don't, I don't go ham.
Like a lot of people, I'm not obsessive over one topic.
Like there's a lot of people that are obsessed with like the Israel thing.
There's a lot of people obsessed with like January 6th.
I don't obsess it with anything.
I'm kind of like a Swiss Army knife.
I'm kind of like, this is this is what I feel like about this.
This is what I feel like about that.
So I don't know.
They've made this this monster that just doesn't exist.
Yeah.
Because I'm not.
I don't say anything that would be considered extreme.
Extremism is like when you um, advocate for violence towards a certain group or like the public in general yeah, and i've never done that.
Yeah, i've never done that.
breanna morello
Well, that's a crazy part in all of this.
And, and I again, they I always watch, like these uh these these these, uh news shows.
I think it was even yesterday.
CNN brought up a comparison.
They said the Proud BOYS.
They were trying to make it sound like extreme it's.
It's kind of crazy to me that they're just so hyper focused on demonizing both you and the organization itself.
Uh, because we have literally left-wing terrorists and we'll get to this in a little bit we literally have left-wing terrorists in the streets uh, going after federal officers, going after just Americans like James O'keef, who are reporting on the incidences that are happening, and they don't even go anywhere near this.
But I want to hover over.
We've got about uh, two minutes on this part here and we'll come back with a commercial break with more, because I got a lot I want to ask you about.
But there's the gift send go thing.
I I texted you this morning because uh, I was going to promote it on our show today and your gifts on go page is inactive right now.
What's going on over there?
enrique tarrio
I've decided to suspend the campaign.
Uh, i'll probably make an announcement today or tomorrow as to why I decided, um to do it.
breanna morello
Uh yeah, it's a complex, it's a complex issue and it's really frustrating because they're they're gunning for you.
enrique tarrio
This is why I hate um.
I think the first time i've ever plugged um uh, a fundraising campaign was now, like you can go back on all my socials.
Yeah, you can go back on all my socials.
I have never plugged my own stuff.
Uh, in reverse, every time somebody's in need, I plug.
Um, I plug something like right now, I had a friend of mine like uh is going through something, so after the show, i'm going to be plugging that.
Yeah um, I never do mine um and I I can't say why.
I will be announcing it today or tomorrow.
I can't say why um, we've decided to pull it and or we're gonna decide to pull it and refund everybody um, every red cent that they, that they put into gift, send and go it's.
breanna morello
It's just so frustrating Tario, because you're expected to absorb these, these costs, and you're you're.
You got multiple lawsuits filed against you, but you've also filed some against the DOJ, and so we're going to dive into the DOJ lawsuit too after the break, because that's another interesting angle here.
But it's just so frustrating because, you know, I I was told under this administration that getting justice for people like yourself is going to be a top priority, and so one would assume that this would be a top priority for them.
I just haven't seen any results to that.
enrique tarrio
I haven't seen it either.
Yeah um, you know, i've lost faith in some portions of the DOJ.
I'm hoping in my.
In my posts I I tagged um, the Civil Rights Division, Harmee Dylan.
Yeah um, because I think it is a civil rights issue.
It is, and I might be to the public I might be to the public maybe a distasteful person, maybe some people don't agree with the things that I say, which is, which would be kind of weird um, but regardless I respect it.
Yeah, and maybe maybe some people don't want to take the case because, oh man, reputational harm or whatever.
But these are the kind of cases like our country was founded on this, and the prime example is John Adams.
Right, um and uh.
John Adams fought for the the, the British soldiers, during um, the Boston massacre and it was super unpopular.
He got death threats and things like that.
So, and after the break i'll, i'll get more into it, but yeah it's it's uh, i'm hoping they do something.
breanna morello
Yeah well Tari, we're gonna keep diving into this.
So folks, if you're at home right now watching, don't go anywhere more to discuss in just a few moments.
Remind our audience to head on over to the Alexjonstore.com, because we just launched those new premium EDC folding knives over at the Alexjonestore.com.
So check those out.
We'll be right back.

You're tuned in to The American Journal with your host, Breanna Morello.
breanna morello
Welcome back to the American Journal.
We're excited.
You're all jumping on board with us.
Third hour, final lap.
And we're here in studio in West Palm Beach with Enrique Tario, the legend himself.
Tari, it's always good to catch up with you.
You know, anytime I see you, it's always a good day.
enrique tarrio
You were my first interview coming out of prison.
breanna morello
I know.
It was actually great.
enrique tarrio
That was awesome.
breanna morello
Yeah.
And you did a great job.
enrique tarrio
I actually played it again just a couple of days ago.
breanna morello
Oh, you did?
enrique tarrio
Yeah, I reposted it.
breanna morello
Did you play the part where you were showing me, which everyone was laughing about, where you were showing me the visual of what it's like to be shackled up when they're doing diesel therapy and shipping you around to all these different, and you're telling me about peeing into a water bottle and you're giving us the visual and jumping on the couch?
enrique tarrio
I'm like sideways on the couch.
My guys made so much fun of him.
They're like, he just gets out and he's so awkward with women.
breanna morello
Women really love that story I hear.
They really, really do.
That was an exclusive that you did also for Stephen Crowder's Ladder with Crowder show.
So that was a great one that we did.
Deposition Pressure Campaign 00:16:17
breanna morello
We were able to get down with.
It's so crazy, though, Tario, when we go through the different layers of law that they've used against you.
Because again, I've never seen you do anything controversial.
Yeah, there's been a couple of scruffles, but it's when the left is going after you guys.
And that was the, that was the whole thing about the Proud Boys.
It was supposed to be the rebuttal to these left-wing terrorists that are going around our country trying to attack innocent Americans, trying to threaten us.
So when you're, you know, when you're, when you're doing all this, it's like anyone who understands and has watched you over the years.
This was the interview of the legendary engine.
What was it?
A day out of prison, right?
enrique tarrio
I think it was like the second day or third day.
breanna morello
Yeah.
And I remember getting a phone call from an unknown number and it was answer, Brianna, answer.
And then I finally answered it.
It was, guess who's getting out?
I mean, it was an incredible story.
And I guess we could touch on it.
I mean, 21 years.
enrique tarrio
I'm not bothered.
That's why I'm not like all this, all this crap is happening to me.
I almost, I don't know if I could cuss, but all this crap is happening to me.
So I, that's why I'm unbothered.
I'm free.
I'm like sitting in front of Breanna Morello.
unidentified
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
You know, I'm on Infowars.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
So it's great.
breanna morello
And Tari, just think of our audience and backstory.
I didn't know you prior to any of this.
And in fact, we became friends after, so my mom was a little worried.
I was telling this to Stuart Rhodes too.
My mom was a little worried when she found out that I was writing guys in prison, as any mother would be.
But I reached out to you and I just was like, hey, like, like, I know you don't know me, but I want to hear your story.
And that's when we became friends and just learning about what happened to you throughout the entire time, the transfers and when you're like, hey, I'm leaving DC now.
They're pulling me out and you're messaging me back and forth.
I mean, it's such an insane story for a guy who wasn't even at the Capitol on January 6th.
They put you in prison for 22 years.
Let's just go back over that story a little bit.
22 year sentence.
Why do you think that was handed down?
enrique tarrio
That was an example.
At the time, you got to go back and remember what was happening there.
They didn't have an avenue.
They were trying to find a way to get Donald Trump and they needed high profile arrests and they needed to be able to put these high sentences on for, and they wanted to do it for fear, right?
So they were capturing like a whole bunch of regular Joes that were just walked into the Capitol, no problem.
And what they did is they used, we were the most marketable indictment that they can get because it's a group.
You can point at it.
You could say, oh, they're planning, which we weren't.
You know, and the messages and the evidence show that.
And they needed to make an example.
And then number one, the reason why they wanted me specifically is because they, not that they believed, I don't think that they believed this at any point.
They found like a way to connect the dots to get President Trump, which is one of the first things that they try to do to me.
They tried, they put me in a room.
They tried to, they slid a paper across a desk with a story, with a false story.
And they're like, hey, sign off on this story and you're going home.
breanna morello
And the story connected President Trump to you and connected him to the Capitol.
enrique tarrio
A lot of people think that the January 6th case that was out of DC, it's not a January 6th case.
It has nothing to do with happening in the Capitol.
read over that indictment that indictment just outlines like things that he supposedly did to to uh subvert uh the election process had nothing to do with the events at the capitol what they wanted to do is they wanted to nail him for what happened at the capitol because then they could charge him with like seditious conspiracy which if you remember the colorado case which knocked him off the ballot they threw it out because they're like well he's not one leg is that he's not convicted two that's not in the purview of insurrection But with sedition,
if he would have been charged with sedition, they would have gotten closer to knocking him off the ballot.
So what they were trying to do with me and Roger Stone was get him on a plot to seditiously overthrow the government and knock him off the ballot.
Because at the end of the day, this is all about one thing and one thing only and it's power.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
If you take the opponent out, you clear the field and we would have Kamala Harris as the 47th president of the United States.
breanna morello
Now, you said what they did between you and Roger Stone, they were trying to connect you guys to President Trump.
Was that the person that they were saying was a communicator between you and President Trump?
unidentified
Yes.
breanna morello
See, that's the part that's really horrifying here, right?
Because we saw the law fair that took place against Roger.
Roger had his home raided by the feds.
Obviously, that was a false case.
It was a law fair, one of the many layers of lawfare, and they were doing their very best to target him as well.
So, you know, this all makes sense.
Obviously, Roger went through a lot with that.
His wife also battled cancer.
So this would be something that you do to remind Roger that if he doesn't, if he doesn't fold either, and if he doesn't go after it, like this is a big deal.
enrique tarrio
So that stone don't roll.
breanna morello
Well, that's a thing.
And everyone knows that.
And so it's just, Tario, it's just so frustrating because this is something that you've had to deal with for a very long time now.
And I mean, even Jeff Clark, I was, Jeff Clark, I was covering his story.
Jeff Clark was charged too.
And they were trying their very best to push Jeff Clark, who was the acting AGA, was supposed to be.
It kind of was, it's a very complex story.
But because he was simply saying, President Trump, if there's election fraud, I'll investigate it.
And they went after him.
So this was with the pressure campaign that they were doing around.
enrique tarrio
Yeah, they barred him from DC now.
And now we get these raids in Atlanta, right?
Which prove that he was right.
So now he's disbarred and he was.
breanna morello
They're trying to disparage.
It's not official yet.
It's going to be, well, maybe it could be stopped, I should say.
enrique tarrio
So let's see.
Let's see what happens.
breanna morello
Yeah, it's just, it's so crazy because now we're starting to see that the truth is going to be coming out.
I hope very, very soon, because we talked about the Falcon County thing.
And that has me hopeful because there's just too much to cover up there.
But let's hit your DOJ lawsuit because we've had you on before to talk about your DOJ lawsuit.
You're suing the DOJ with other proud boy members, obviously, as well.
North of $100 million, I believe, is what you're saying.
enrique tarrio
$150 and $100 million and just like compensatory damages and $150 million punitive.
breanna morello
Yeah, that sounds about fair.
And the reason why, and I think people at home are going to be like, that's a crazy number to get to, is if the DOJ did their job, you know, obviously DOJ runs Bureau of Prisons and took you to your hearings, you would have been able to represent or had representation to be there present.
You could have fought that case.
You wouldn't have this $3.1 million settlement against you.
And so that's at their fault.
And so if this case is going to stick, if this settlement's going to stick, then yeah, the DOJ should pay for it because you never got your opportunity to defend yourself in court.
So that's one of the many layers here.
But there's been a bit of an update because I remember last time we spoke, you and I, the DOJ gave a rebuttal, which I was just infuriated by.
And this is the Pam Bonnie DOJ said that the DOJ has sovereign immunity when it comes to these constitutional right violations that are being accused in court.
But there's been a bit of an update.
They want that case dismissed.
What's the latest?
enrique tarrio
Another Breanna Morello exclusive.
breanna morello
Oh, let's hear it.
enrique tarrio
So I've been quiet, kind of quiet about it.
I've told my friends and family and stuff like that.
I don't think I've spoken publicly.
I think I mentioned it briefly on another show just the other day, but the judge granted it's a hearing, which already is a surprise.
And within this hearing, I had to go to Orlando because we didn't file in DC.
We filed in the middle district of Florida, specifically in Orlando.
And, you know, the DOJ strutted in there 30 minutes late, pissing off the judge.
And it didn't go well for them.
The judge gave them no leeway.
The DOJ, she basically said that we are allowed now to depose Special Agent Nicole Miller.
And if we're to glean any information off of her, that she might be inclined to give us more depositions based on those people, including the prosecutors on the case.
So now we have the ability to put the FBI under oath and ask them the real deal questions.
So we're planning on doing that soon.
We have to file a couple of things.
That part more and my attorney can talk about.
But I'll tell you this.
Mr. Fuchs, which is representing the DOJ in this case and representing Nicole Miller in this case, walked out and basically said, I wasn't expecting a fight.
The judge granted them no, no reprieve.
She said that based on the messages of Nicole Miller, the jury might infer that the United States and Special Agent Nicole Miller and the John Does and Jane Rose might they might infer that our constitutional, there was constitutional violations in our case, which is why we took the aggressive stance, like everybody's doing the tort claims.
We took the aggressive stance of going straight to the lawsuit.
And it's looking like it's, I'm not going to, I'm not going to say that I'm 100% hopeful, but we're at a place we're not supposed to be.
We're at a place where if you sue the United States government, you're not supposed to be in a hearing.
The judge is not supposed to be in a typical United States court setting.
It's not supposed to be saying the things that she is.
And the reason why is because she's looking at this case through all the lenses.
And she's looking at this case forward looking through the lens of what a jury would see.
And I think that I think we'll have a lot better case when we depose these special agents, including probably special agent Hannock, which is right now currently part of this pipe bomber case.
So we might be able to depose him, not on the pipe bomber case, but we will be able to depose him based on our January 6th case.
And maybe even we might be able to depose Jocelyn Ballantyne.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Hopefully she's taking a break from the J6 Pipe Bomber case right now.
enrique tarrio
Well, she doesn't have a choice.
It's a subpoena.
breanna morello
But the crazy part though, Tario, is that these people still have jobs.
And I think once it's officially out there, I mean, the constitutional right violations that have gone on through all J6R trials is just so, it's just, it's so crazy to me that the DOJ thought they could try to fight this back by doing that and pretending like there was no violation that they could possibly be held liable for.
But the reality of it is these people knew exactly what they were doing.
They were trying their very best to get these cases sealed up, even in front of a DC jury.
And again, it was never a slam dunk case.
I always told you I always thought your case was a First Amendment case, just given the fact that there was a lot of text messages taken out of context.
They were going after for you what was said in private discussions with friends.
And so this is a really big one.
So, you know, we're excited to hear that things are looking good there.
But the DOJ itself, I think they got a little cocky with their response to the lawsuit itself.
enrique tarrio
Not only the response, they argued that the government is immune to violating U.S. citizens' constitutional rights.
Like they're literally saying that not only did they say that in the document that you saw, the response, but they said that in open court just about two weeks ago.
They said, well, no, you can't sue the government because you can't, and you can't sue the FBI because they were doing their job.
Well, that's not true.
And there's some, there's a lot of case law that says otherwise that we're probably looking to use that in our response and our new motion that we'll be setting in in the next like week or two.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
And the president is also suing too for what happened to him as well.
So there's other lawsuits.
And I thought it was crazy that they made that claim too in your case, because we've heard all these reports that the DOJ is looking to possibly settle with President Trump.
And I think the New York Times were posting that it was going to be a very expensive price tag for sadly, taxpayers would have to cough up that cash, but the DOJ would be sued and they're working on a settlement agreement.
But it can't just end there.
It has to go across the board because what's happened, I mean, so many JSXers couldn't make their mortgage payments, couldn't pay their bills.
They've lost and wiped out, cleaned their life savings.
And you can't just sit here and say, okay, you're pardoned, go back to your living your life.
There needs to be reparations.
I hate that word because the left uses it so often, but there needs to be some type of form of payment, compensation financially to recover from all of this.
enrique tarrio
You take three, four years of someone's life and you put them in solitary confinement and you torture them, right?
Because that's what it is.
That's the definition of what they did to us.
And some people might be like, oh, $50 million per person that, wow, that's wild.
How much is how much is three years of your life worth?
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
If you knew you were, if the, I think the average human lives 77 years, if they were going to be like, well, we'll take three years of your life, you know, and you'll, you'll, you'll die at 74.
How much money would you give up?
I mean, how much money would you take in to give up three years of your life?
Right.
That number is way more than $50 million for me, especially now looking at like how important life is, how important family is.
There's no dollar amount that would take a year of my life.
So I'm asking the U.S. government to be reasonable.
I'm asking the U.S. government to give each one of us some compensation for this.
And when I say some of us, I'm saying the 1,600 individuals that were tortured or prosecuted and persecuted against for the events of January 6th.
breanna morello
Yeah, and those that committed suicide that took their own lives because of the pressure that they went under.
enrique tarrio
What compensation can they get?
breanna morello
Yeah, that's the problem here.
And the problem here, too, Tario is, you know, we're putting a dollar amount on it, but the reality of it is if they, if they, they've gotten away with these people because they're still working right now within the DOJ.
Let me, there was an individual too, and I'm really, I'm still really pissed off at Rand Paul's office.
And they think they got away with it, but they're not getting away with it because I'm still doing digging into this, this gentleman.
But there was an individual over at the DOJ who's still there right now, Kenneth Corder.
He was the individual running the DJ6 siege section that they had going on.
And he was actually, according to my sources, was running the show.
It wasn't Matthew Graves, really.
It was this guy here.
And he is still employed, still working over at the DOJ.
Rand Paul's office, when I was looking into one of the exclusive stories we broke a couple of weeks back, Ram Paul's office, I got the unredacted version of the email that was sent by the DOJ to Ram Paul's office.
Rand Paul's office actually redacted his DOJ official's name and wanted to protect him.
Now, you know, once I saw that, we put him on blast and we put it all out there for the world to see.
But the fact that Kenneth Corder is still working over at the DOJ tells me that these people are all still there.
And sadly, the DOJ that was running the DOJ are not doing a good enough job, but they know these people.
They know exactly who they are.
They know exactly what they did.
But when you have people like Todd Blanche who are not doing their job, they are not trying to filter these people out.
You can't trust the DOJ.
It's the same DOJ as before.
There's no real actual changes and they still have their jobs.
There's been no financial incentive to pay out people.
I mean, it's just, it's so infuriating that they continue to do this.
And, you know, governments have paid out, local governments have paid out millions of dollars to BLM rioters who burnt down buildings, burnt dunk, or burnt cars.
And so cut the crap.
You could sit there and cough up the cash.
I'm just so done with the government pretending like they can't fight this or they want to fight this one.
They are a thousand percent in the wrong and settlements must come.
Tario, before we get to anything else, though, I want to make sure I touch upon the ICE raids that are going on all across the country.
Cause obviously the Proud Boys are a group that would go out there and protect American citizens, like James O'Keefe, for example, who was just reporting in Minneapolis.
I mean, he's there, he's on the ground just looking to do media coverage, and they went after him.
They tried throwing, well, they did throw a frozen water bottle at his head, which is obviously a weapon when you're launching that at someone's back of their head.
What's your reaction when you're seeing that all unravel in Minneapolis?
enrique tarrio
Well, obviously, it makes me feel some type of way because I have been focused on Minnesota for the past couple of weeks and the violence escalating there.
Something that people don't understand.
They're like, oh, why aren't the Proud Boys out there?
We don't really go counter protest stuff.
We do, we do protect people.
And in many cases, but this is a very hairy situation.
If one of these streamers or James himself needs some help with something, they could reach out.
My DMs are open to all of them.
And I'm willing to help them in my personal capacity, not my capacity as a member of the Proud Boys.
But I think a lot of these, what's going on over there is crazy.
Nick Sortor's Concerns 00:05:56
enrique tarrio
And just like two weeks ago, I think the news ran with the story that I was an ICE agent because of some leaked document that was doctored.
breanna morello
That's defamation.
enrique tarrio
Yeah.
No, actually, that was funny because that's on the Gibson Go page.
I'm looking for an attorney to represent me in an offensive case against the media for calling me an ICE agent.
Now, look, I would love to be an ICE agent, right?
But I would never apply to be an ICE agent.
But the fact that they're doing it, they know the distaste that the left has for it and they know what they know what they're doing.
They're trying to get somebody to do something to me.
Yeah.
If anybody decides to come on my property, I'll turn them into a lawn ornament.
So just fair warning.
This is Florida.
breanna morello
And this is around.
enrique tarrio
And but they're trying to get this was on purpose.
They know that this is a lie.
They knew this document was doctored.
So, but what's going back to Minnesota, what's going on over there is crazy.
We see Nick Sortor on the street, you know, get assaulted all the time.
breanna morello
They stole his camera.
enrique tarrio
Yeah.
They stole his camera.
And all he does is exactly that.
All he does is sit there and document what's going on.
breanna morello
They don't like it.
enrique tarrio
You see the same thing with Nick Shirley, Cam Higbee.
There's people on the street that just want to record.
And my buddy Lance, they just go out there and they get assaulted for this.
If any of those people need help, again, my DMs are open to you and you will get some help.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, that's a thing here.
And you're mentioning Cam Higby.
And I have to say, Cam Higby's done more to build up a RICO case against these left-wing terrorists than their own damn DOJ.
And so we're sitting back and watching what he's doing.
He's like going through the signal chats, putting out their training manual.
Like it's so obvious.
This is a massive operation.
enrique tarrio
Now, I will tell you, just because you don't see those black and yellow colors out on the street does not mean that we're not always there.
I will tell you that we are always there.
Whether it's before, we used to gather a lot of intelligence on Antifa.
We got many of them arrested in Portland.
That's why Portland's a little bit, I won't say that it was just us, but that's why Portland's a little safer now.
Their leadership's all in prison.
Some of them are in probation for charges we helped build against them in 2020.
So I'd say just because you don't see them doesn't mean they're not there.
breanna morello
And I'd totally be okay with these people protesting ICE if it was an actual protest, if they were peacefully protesting.
I don't think there's such a thing as a protest at night.
You call me old.
I get it.
But I'm like, anything after eight o'clock is not a protest at that point.
It's clearly a riot.
enrique tarrio
Let's call it what it is.
It's a seditious conspiracy.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
And based on the precedent they gave me.
Yeah.
So all you have to do in seditious conspiracy, the law is just an obstruction charge, right?
Where two or more people plan to stop any law from being executed in the United States by use of force.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
So if they coordinate in a signal chat, which they did, Cam proves that.
If they coordinate in a single signal chat to block a street, that by definition, based on precedent on me, that is seditious conspiracy.
Lock them up for USC 2384, give them 22 years.
breanna morello
Well, and we're sitting here wondering what's going on.
And, you know, we could react to this because we got about four minutes left.
But, you know, I obviously we all saw what happened to Charlie Kirk and it still has me infuriated because I expected the very next day for people's doors to be ripping off the hinges.
Why?
Well, because all of his friends were in top leadership positions that could have made it happen.
Most importantly, one of his, one of his final discussions with President Trump was to go after these left-wing groups because he said that these are the biggest threats possible.
And if what the DOJ is saying and the suspect is who he says he is, then he's someone who's associated with left-wing ideology.
And so you have to shut this down before it continues to happen.
And we haven't seen anything.
enrique tarrio
The president has given the DOJ the tools needed for them to prosecute.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
He signed an executive order claiming that they are not only domestic terrorists, but they are a foreign terrorist entity.
As we saw, we're starting to see foreign influence everywhere.
Beware of foreign influence, the famous lime.
breanna morello
Yeah.
enrique tarrio
Now we're seeing that one of the Dominion executives were talking, we're giving the information to foreign entities.
We're seeing that.
breanna morello
What was that?
I didn't see that one.
enrique tarrio
That happened today.
breanna morello
Oh, I missed an excuse.
enrique tarrio
He did his deposition yesterday.
unidentified
Okay.
breanna morello
And then what deposition was this?
enrique tarrio
Sorry.
I believe it's in a case against him or a case that Dominions.
breanna morello
That's interesting.
I haven't seen that one yet.
enrique tarrio
We're seeing in some of these signal groups, we're seeing foreign entities sending money from Canada, from other countries.
We're seeing that foreign influence from different groups.
So a lot of this that's going on, the DOJ has the tools available, readily available.
Some of these people are they work for the government of Minnesota, right?
They work for the government of Minnesota.
They're in there openly with their own name.
You got people that claim to be journalists like Andrew Mercado, right?
That has threatened Cam Higbee and Nick Sortor.
Why is he not in prison?
We had Pembondi was on the ground just a couple of days ago.
She did get 16 arrests.
I'll give her that.
16 is not enough.
breanna morello
Well, one of them was Banana and Rice Girl, too, it looks like.
enrique tarrio
I thought that was AI.
I was like, this could not be true.
breanna morello
I looked at the, I looked at the images and I'm like, her face.
And I don't want to be that person.
So I like zoomed into her to see if she had a mark on her forehead where she had the bandaid.
I was like, oh, there's no mark there.
It might not be her.
So I started running the names on the list.
And I was like, that's her.
That's banana face.
enrique tarrio
Jack Pesobiak posted it.
I'm like, oh, no, this is AI.
He's just making a joke.
And then he went back and he's like, no, absolutely not.
This is not a joke.
This is real.
breanna morello
Sometimes you just wish it's AI.
And you kind of feel bad for her.
I feel like she's probably like a really nice girl.
Not a very intelligent one.
AI Misidentifications 00:01:13
breanna morello
That's me being nice, though.
enrique tarrio
I mean, none of them, the intelligent ones are the ones that are getting millions of dollars from the government, right?
Those are the ones that at least are like benefiting.
breanna morello
Are above average, we'll say.
We won't say.
enrique tarrio
But they're taking money.
So at least they're making money.
This banana and rice chick, you know, she's, she's sitting there assaulting police officers.
So now she's going to jail.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, that's the crazy.
I know.
unidentified
I know.
breanna morello
That's the crazy part, all of this.
And I'm waiting to see how that actually went down because when I watched her little dramatic press conference, I was like, oh, gosh, she must have done something because federal agents really, I mean, unless it's the FBI going after Jay Xixers, they don't actually do the things that they're being accused of right now.
And so I'm 100% on board with accountability, but a lot of them are lying to the American people.
Tari, I want to thank you for being here today.
It's an honor, obviously.
anytime we get to sit down and have a conversation because you're a great American, a great patriot, and we truly do love having these conversations with you.
And I'm just sorry that you have to go through all of this because you're one of the many victims, but you're a reoccurring victim of lawfare.
So, you know, it's always good to catch up with you to let our audience know what's happening on the front lines.
enrique tarrio
Well, I love you, Brianna.
I love you guys over there, InfoWars and the production team.
I love all our Infowars viewers and everybody watching this to support me.
Thank you guys.
I appreciate you guys.
breanna morello
Riga Atario, folks, don't go anywhere.
