Speaker Time Text
matt bracken
Whatever happens in Iran at this point could easily be teed up for a false flag.
Just somebody in a building shoots into a crowd, and there's Trump and Netanyahu, and we've got the aircraft carriers, you know, strike groups going in.
jon bowne
Al-Arabia writes, already the regime has made numerous threats should its nuclear facilities come under attack from either Israel or the West.
Compiled from information leaked from an Iranian military source, pointed to how Iran had put together a secret plan to retaliate after such an attack, which was codenamed Kiyama or Judgment Day.
The IRGC would immediately respond through missile attacks on the U.S. coalition's Arab and Muslim allies in the Gulf region, hitting military bases occupied by the U.S. coalition, as well as a series of suicide operations targeting U.S. and British interests in the area.
But hasn't this playbook been in motion all along?
And who would ultimately benefit from a war with Iran?
Iran's crude oil and central bank are holdouts when it comes to globalism's grip, and they would be instrumental in starting World War III, which would fatten the New World Order's pocket and put an end to the global populism threatening New World Order domination.
steve pieczenik
Bibi has repeatedly been under indictment, issues of corruptions, issues of dysfunction.
Even Mossad head leaders in the past five Mossad leaders say this is not the way to approach the Middle East or Iran or the Palestinians.
And Bibi has ignored all that.
And basically he's cowed out to Trump and he has tried to manipulate his way into Trump's good graces so that we would in some way end up fighting their war.
matt bracken
Iran is like five times bigger than Iraq and 10 times bigger than South Vietnam.
The Houthis with drones and truck-launched small missiles were able to drive our Navy out of the Red Sea.
They drove us out of the Red Sea because the modern math doesn't work for our type of warfare.
They'd fire a $100,000 missile or a couple of them at a ship, and we would have to spend $5 or $10 million worth of extremely high-tech surface defense missiles to try to stop these $100,000 drones.
And our destroyers don't carry an unlimited number of these.
A couple dozen and they're out.
They have to leave the area, return to a port that's not nearby because they can't be launched at sea.
They can own or reloaded at sea.
They can only be reloaded dockside.
So the math just doesn't work for American power projection the way that it used to.
So if we get sucked into quote-unquote rescuing Iranians, what does that mean?
We're going to drop Delta Force and SEALs into Tehran because we think that some people have been mistreated.
alex jones
We know there's a big political changes happening.
What is all this massive movement really about?
matt bracken
I do agree with exerting our influence in our hemisphere because the unipolar moment that began in the 90s with the fall of the Soviet Union, the end of the Cold War.
molly mccoy
Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev has been removed from power and there are tanks now in the streets of Moscow.
Vice President Gennady Yanayov says he has taken over as acting president as the head of state of a special state committee.
You're watching live pictures from Moscow this morning.
matt bracken
The unipolar moment is done.
It's going to be a tripolar world, Russia, China, America.
If you just look at the military, the three most powerful military nations, or it's the U.S. and the West's financial system versus the BRICS, which has China, Russia, Brazil, India, South Africa.
Either way, America is no longer the thousand-pound gorilla that can just walk around the country smacking little monkeys around.
That day is over.
We can't even exert.
We couldn't even stop the Houthis from firing missiles in the Red Sea.
So that's a key choke point.
The Red Sea cuts off going all the way around Africa.
breanna morello
Oh, a lot going on over here.
Busy, busy day.
Trying my best to get to the bottom of some reports.
So we're, you know, a little chaotic on this front.
You know, yesterday I learned something.
A little update about, I guess, we had on this program.
Christine Crowder, many of you guys know we had her in the studio yesterday.
A lot going on over there.
Apparently, I just hit the surface of a very important subject matter over at the DOJ.
Literally, my phone wouldn't stop ringing yesterday.
The FBI, DOJ, apparently they still have, and you will never believe it, a lot of corrupt individuals who are all part of the J6 persecutions.
Well, they're still standing and still have their jobs.
And by the way, there's like a ton of evidence that these individuals were going out there and persecuting conservative Americans.
But for some reason, those at the top haven't fired them yet.
It's over a year.
Why not just keep it going?
We'll dive into that.
Plus, I caught Senator Rampaul's office doing something that's extremely shady, extremely shady.
Also, in regards to Crowder's case, they started to redact a DOJ official's name from an email.
Now, that DOJ official, I, of course, reached out to, but I'm told that he's a very, very corrupt individual, shouldn't be over at the DOJ, according to my sources.
I'll get into that in just a bit.
Plus, we're going to keep our eye, obviously, on everything related to Venezuela.
There's more stuff happening there.
We're going to highlight a little bit of the J6 stuff from yesterday because when we signed off, there was so much political theatrics going on that you're not going to want to miss out on.
Plus, as many of you guys know, we had Mehec Cook on this show just last week.
Mehek's going door to door.
She's an attorney and she's following what she thinks is potential Somalian fraud throughout Ohio.
The Somalians are on her.
And as soon as she walks in the front door, they're now actually assaulting Mehek.
She'll be joining us either tomorrow or on Monday to give us an update.
But the Somalians got the word out.
Mehek Cook is someone exposing them and they're not happy.
And in fact, she was just assaulted again.
I think this is the fourth time she actually been assaulted in the last week.
They don't like her, though.
Oh, and then one Somalian man found out that Mehek isn't a white girl, that she's Indian, and he thought he was outing her.
And she's like, I don't, I don't think anyone thought Mehek was a white girl name.
It's great.
It's really great.
Things are starting to get really good.
We'll also give you an update into the fraud investigations that are happening all around the country because those are really, really important that we detail for you.
And, you know, we got a couple of really cool guests joining us.
Robert Govea is going to be joining the program.
He's a criminal defense attorney.
He's going to give us the latest on the Brian Cole case.
As many of you guys know, he's the individual that's being accused by the DOJ and the FBI of being the pipe bomber.
We all have our second thoughts, but there was an update in yesterday's case.
And Robert's going to break down what all this means because it's very technical.
And although I like to, you know, do my best, I used to binge watch Nancy Grace growing up.
And so I feel like I could speak from a legal stance, even though I'm not an attorney and don't have any legal background, but Robert does.
And so we'll bring him onto the show so he could explain what happened yesterday in court.
We'll also bring on Annie Cyrus because Annie, I've known her for years.
She's an incredible woman.
She's actually an Iranian who fled Iran, came to the United States, and now she lives here.
They don't like her in Iran, specifically the government.
The people love her, but the government doesn't.
She has been exposing a lot of the everything that goes on in Iran.
And she'll be joining us to break down the latest happening right there because folks, it's getting, it's getting interesting.
It's getting interesting.
Plus, there was a story that I saw that went up in Reuters about the U.S. seizing a potential oil tanker in the Atlantic.
Now, they're saying, according to this report that we have in front of us, that this is something to do with Russia, potentially.
I've actually, and that's the reason why I was running over here.
I'm trying to confirm with the Pentagon as to whether this report is true or not.
When I hear back, I'll bring that straight up to you guys.
As many of you know, I now cover the Pentagon.
And so I have the privilege of being able to speak with them on these issues.
And I want to be, you know, as factually correct as we can.
So we'll talk about that in a little bit.
Let's start off at the top of the show.
Let's talk a little J6.
Let's talk a little J6.
Why they bring up J6?
Well, as many of you guys know, it's very, it was very relevant yesterday because obviously it was the fifth anniversary of January 6th, which means the Democrats are going to subject the rest of us to political theatrics because, well, they didn't get enough in while they were running the show.
So yesterday we had to watch this, I guess you would call it like a candlelight visual.
Visual would be the correct word for this.
Take a look at this footage here.
So yesterday they decided to do this dramatic, dramatic showing.
I would say that they're probably doing this in remembrance of Ashley Babbitt, but they're not.
They're not.
They still believe that they were the victims of January 6th, even though they're likely on the side of those who orchestrated it.
And again, that's just a report that I brought to you, of course.
But it gets even worse.
It gets even worse.
The White House website.
Take a look at this.
Okay, this isn't bad.
This is funny, actually.
The White House enjoyed its January 6th five-year anniversary.
And if you scroll on down, you'll notice that they get a little, a little smart in this new, I guess you could say, website that they posted up yesterday.
Even when you keep scrolling, they even bring you to how it's Nancy Pelosi's fault.
I take responsibility.
And that's the quote from Pelosi's office.
And then it brings you to the clip, the 40-second clip of Nancy Pelosi saying, we need to take responsibility for this.
The Capitol security failures were our security failures.
Remember that?
Well, she scrubbed it, doesn't want you talking about it.
And in clip two, the White House even stepped up their sense of humor on the issue by putting together two historical moments to bringing you this laughable, laughable clip.
Take a listen.
alison steinberg
Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?
unidentified
Thank you, guys.
nancy pelosi
Shut up.
I did not refuse the National Guard.
The president didn't send it.
Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you're a serious journalist?
unidentified
Wait a minute.
nancy pelosi
I take responsibility for not having them.
breanna morello
Oh, that's a rough one.
You know, I really like this new White House.
They seem to have a great sense of humor as they should.
And it gets even worse.
It gets even worse because the J6 Select Committee, the new one that's in town, obviously, I tell you all the time, they've got their work cut out for them because the Democrats did delete everything because, well, that's what innocent people do.
They delete evidence.
So the J6 Select Committee decided to put this clip up.
Clip three, take a look.
jamie raskin
On his first day back in office last year, he pardoned nearly 1,600 of the rioters and insurrectionists.
Well, the seeking of pardons is powerful demonstration of the consciousness of guilt.
unidentified
Ah.
breanna morello
Guilt.
Guilt, guilt, guilt.
The guy that also received an auto pen pardon wants to talk about guilt.
You see, this is the thing, folks.
This is the thing.
They are trying their very best to rewrite history.
They're hoping you're not paying attention, but the good news is, is our side doesn't have a short-term memory span.
Most of us can think back.
We know these things that happen in history.
We archive them up here, even though they try to scrub it off the internet.
And we know that they're lying to us.
We know just that.
But they're again trying to rewrite history and they're getting help from some key allies, people who obviously have shows, cable news shows, and they call themselves comedians, but they're not very funny.
Jimmy Kimmel decided to take a moment to have a complete meltdown in regards in clip four to the anniversary of J6.
Take a listen.
jimmy kimmel
Today is the fifth anniversary of the events of January 6th.
Five years ago today, after losing what eventually judges from both sides in cities all around the country unanimously declared to be a free and fair election, Donald Trump tried to overthrow our government in a pathetic and illegal attempt to stay in the White House.
And there's no other way to put it.
You cannot look at the facts objectively and come to any conclusion other than that.
He tried to force the vice president to claim voter fraud and refuse to certify Joe Biden's victory, which even his own vice president refused to do.
And when Mike Pence chose the Constitution over his running mate, Trump got his supporters all riled up, sent him to the Capitol, where they staged a violent and deadly riot, which he enjoyed from the comfort of his office for hours on television until someone in his circle begged and pleaded with him to half-heartedly call them off.
It was a selfish, disgraceful, tyrannical, and dangerous act.
And I think it's important.
I think it's very important that we do not forget that, that we don't give in to this revisionist history.
Five years ago today, we saw proof live in front of our eyes that the American president is as un-American as they come.
So mention that before I wish you all a happy January 6th.
breanna morello
Ah, happy January 6th to all you Democratic loser cowards, whatever you want to call these people.
They're unhinged.
They can't take a joke.
They can't tell a joke.
And they're infuriated that President Trump is, in fact, their president.
You know, Jimmy Kimmel isn't a funny guy.
I've actually never found him to be funny.
I thought, and I've always thought that he's probably one of the, and this is my opinion, of course, probably one of those people who's pushed forward because they align with the right political class in this country.
And they give him his platform to go out every day and punch and push propaganda.
And that's the reason why he still has a show.
Don't you like it when he sits here and pretends like President Trump did something illegal that day?
And then says, you can't dispute me on the facts that he deems are facts that President Trump tried to steal the election.
And then he says, oh, every state, every city said that it was a fair election.
No, they didn't.
They ran on their politicians, read off an exact quote, all of them, same exact quote.
This was the fairest election we've ever seen.
This is the fair, this election was fair.
This election was the safest.
It was the same verbiage that was being used all across platforms.
They were full of it.
They wouldn't allow you to challenge it.
Anyone to challenge it, you saw how their lives destroyed.
So Jimmy Kimmel says, you can't debate it.
No, you can debate it.
You can debate it.
Because while Jimmy Kimmel gets on stage and says what Trump did that day was illegal, I would say, what law are you citing here, Jimmy Kimmel?
And obviously, because his audience is low IQ and they clap it like SEALs for any stupid joke he tells, they're not going to ask tough questions.
They don't know the answers to any of those questions.
What did President Trump say specifically that day?
Give me the quote that was illegal.
You have every damn right to challenge an election.
And for all of these people, I thought it was acceptable to go out there and try to go after the president for doing just that.
Those are your enemies.
Those are your enemies.
The people that pretend that they care about democracy, those are your enemies.
Those are the people that tried to take away this country, our country.
And now they're pretending to be fighters, patriots.
It's all a load of crap.
It's all a load of crap.
And they're hoping you're just as dumb as them to keep consuming it.
But if you're watching this show, you're not as dumb as them.
You're highly intelligent.
You're able to make your own decisions.
And you're not going to feed into the propaganda machine.
Now, so many of us have been sitting around wondering, when's something going to happen?
I know.
It ticks off all the right people.
Every time I mention that there have been no major arrests made, specifically, since we're going to get specific, I'm talking about Democratic operatives who decided to work on behalf of the Obama-Biden regime to advance their political agenda, which meant overthrowing our elections, going after their political opposition by using unconstitutional means.
And then guess what?
We never saw anything.
We never saw any arrests.
I was told their arrests.
We didn't get a mugshot, though, of James Comey.
Apparently, he was arrested.
He was charged.
He was charged, they say.
Those charges dropped, obviously, by a judge.
They blame the judge, not themselves.
Democrats seem to know how to handpick their courts, somehow have a way of getting into certain judges' hands.
And it's not just that.
Even James Comey, that's not even, that's not even on my top 10 list.
Why?
He's a Republican.
He was a Republican.
Again, they tell you John Bolton.
Well, John Bolton was a Republican.
Again, and it's not that I'm saying that we should only go after Democrats.
You're picking the lowest hanging fruit to go after.
Lying to Congress is all you can make stick for Comey.
That's kind of crazy.
Tish James, supposed to be happy with the Tish James arrest.
She was never arrested.
She was charged.
unidentified
Charges dropped.
breanna morello
Never got a mugshot from any of these three.
Democrats didn't give a damn when they wanted their mugshot of President Trump, even though they didn't have a RICO case against him.
But it didn't matter.
All it was about was making him look like a criminal.
The difference between left and right is just, it's so clear.
It's so obvious.
And it's really frustrating when you just ask for the most simple, simple things, like arresting people that tried to destroy this country.
They come after you.
They come after you.
And it's frustrating.
It truly, truly is.
Because I have sat back and most of the people you see in their positions, I have endorsed.
And I'm wondering, when the heck are we going to get something going here, guys?
Tell me it's a process, takes some time.
But guess what?
That sounds good.
It sounds logical.
But then I look back at what happened when the Biden regime took control.
And I look back and I see that the Biden regime was able to round up hundreds of January 6th defendants, slap them with charges, which were at best trespassing.
I actually call it unauthorized tour of the Capitol.
But they slapped a lot of these folks with conspiracy charges, pushed for terrorism enhancements.
And many of those folks, they didn't even go near the Capitol that day, weren't even there at the rally enrique Tario, 22 years in prison, because, well, you can, you can.
And so demanding a little bit of accountability isn't much of an ask.
And in fact, I really like this clip.
Regardless of what I said in a tweet on Twitter, Julie Kelly has done some great work.
And in clip five, Julie Kelly yesterday said something that is very, very true and that I want everyone to listen in on.
Take a listen to what Julie said yesterday on Steve Bannon's show.
julie kelly
Well, I'll tell you this too, Steve.
I was told early on after the president won that there were going to be a lot of hearings in 2025 featuring January 6th defendants, their families, their attorneys, et cetera.
We got none of that.
So a lot of this is the weakness.
The lack of accountability originates, I believe, in Congress.
So they better step up because people are very frustrated.
unidentified
Where do we go?
sean hannity
Substack all of it.
breanna morello
And this is the issue here.
She says that it's Congress.
It's not Congress.
She's got friends, though.
So I understand why she can't sit there and say it.
But it's not just Congress.
Yes, Congress is partially to blame.
But the people that are making the arrests, that's not Congress.
And I've also seen criminal referrals get passed over to the DOJ.
Haven't seen any arrests.
Haven't seen any indictments on that.
But she makes a fair point.
Many of us were told that accountability was coming for those who did what they did that day, who knew what was going to happen because it was very well planned out.
And we haven't seen anything.
Folks, if they get away with it, it's going to happen again.
They're coming after all of us.
It's going to be significantly worse.
It always gets worse.
You saw what happened, obviously, with the Obama regime, how they went after the people in the Tea Party, how they utilized and weaponized the IRS to go after their enemies.
And they've got away with that.
They also got away with going after journalists, spying illegally on journalists.
Cheryl Atkinson, a key player in all of this, who has spoken openly and is suing the government still to this day because, well, even under President Trump's administration, they won't settle that lawsuit yet.
She has been incredible on this.
And it wasn't just her.
There are multiple associated press reporters who were spied on as well by the Obama regime.
We also know there was a Fox News reporter also spied on.
Nobody cared, though.
Nobody cared.
Everyone just said, oh, well, that's real bad.
And that was it.
Because everyone's too afraid.
Everyone's too cowardly.
And so time and time again, they say, well, it happened.
We know it happened.
And then they move on.
And then what happens?
Well, then it gets worse.
It gets worse.
Because then when the Biden regime came into power by illegal means, you know, we'll just say that.
Well, guess what happened then?
James O'Keefe got raided because he legally obtained a document with Ashley Biden's diary.
Of course, many of you guys remember this.
And in that diary, she cites, and again, this was according to the notes that they asked her to verify before running it.
But again, Ashley Biden was quite strange.
But in that diary, it says that she was taking, I don't remember the exact quote, but it was like strange, weird showers with her dad, something strange like that.
There's the write-up there.
So again, I know Project Veritas offered it up to the FBI.
They didn't want it, but then they went after James and his journalists.
And what happened there?
Nothing, nothing.
But James did get a bunch of documents back regarding that warrant and it's all just redacted.
They drained their black ink on that one.
James, I just think it was recently at a turning point event, which is asking for justice.
I was asking for the current FBI to maybe not redact the whole thing so we could figure out why the FBI was allowed to raid his home as a journalist, but can't do that.
Can't disclose things like that.
There was a slip up and we're going to go into detail in just a bit.
Like I told you, we had Crowder yesterday in studio.
She is an individual who is very brave, very, very brave.
She was put on a TSA terror watch list.
She found out because her husband is a U.S., well, he's a federal air marshal.
And you know what happened there?
Well, at work one day, found out when it got a fax in.
Oh, look, my wife's a domestic terrorist, according to the federal government, because a friend, a former friend, called the FBI with a tip.
Long story short, I got a bunch of documents sent my way.
Some of it wasn't redacted, which is strange, right?
Because they got it at Rand Paul's office with certain names not redacted.
But Rand Paul's office went above and beyond and actually redacted those that launched lawfare against innocent Americans.
So they're protecting key people over at the DOJ by redacting their names.
How do I know this?
Well, the email that I received, which is what they received, well, it shows an individual named Kenneth Corder.
Kenneth Corder currently now works for the DOJ still in Quarter in this email, which I didn't redact because F this guy.
But this guy's calling for her to be moved over to a folder where I guess they're going to go prosecute her later.
It's a misdemeanor what she did, apparently, even though Kenneth Quarter did not see a lick of evidence that proved that this woman went into the Capitol on January 6th.
How do I know that?
Well, because guess what?
The images they used weren't her.
They never verified it.
They never did any geofencing.
Nothing.
Zilt, zip.
They surveilled their home.
They said she has really nice grass.
And apparently, according to Kenneth Corder, that's enough to get her arrested.
It gets even worse, too.
He was going after her social media posts too.
And after he sent that email, a search warrant was actually issued for her Facebook page.
Yeah, that happened.
That happened.
But let's go in.
We're going to talk about this in just a moment when we come back from break.
Let's go off on these rhino Republicans that sit there and pretend to be patriots for the American people.
Mr. Rand Paul, this is you, sir.
And when they go on cable news, they talk about how awful the Biden regime was, but they never call out the key players because they're all afraid.
They're all afraid.
I'm not afraid because I'm not a coward.
But Senator Rand Paul's office, you must be a bunch of cowards.
And I did reach out for comment.
Of course, they don't respond back because I no longer work for Fox News.
But when I work for Fox News and there was always a hit that they wanted to get on, they were very quick to respond.
But long story short, we're going to dig into this because folks, we caught them red-handed trying to cover up for the deep state.
And any coward, any scumbag that does just that needs to be called out.
We're going to do that right after this quick break.
In the meantime, though, let me just remind you all that over at the alexjonesstore.com, we have an incredible sale going on right now.
Head on over to the shop, take a look around because we're giving away the atomic defense bottle.
Now, as many of you guys know, when you make a purchase of a supplement, you're going to get one of these two options for free.
You get the atomic defense or Sheila Jit Gummies.
Head on over to the shop right now, the AlexJonesStore.com, and get this going.
As we head into cold flu season, you're going to want to make sure your immune system is at tip-top shape would be the word.
Head on over at thealxjonstore.com.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
We're excited you're all here.
A little update coming from Pentagon.
The DOJ, DHS, in coordination with the Department of War today, announced the seizure of another oil tanker, which they're saying violates U.S. sanctions.
The vessel was seized in the North Atlantic.
So this is true, this report, and they have confirmed it.
Now, I'm pulling up because the Pentagon did respond by forwarding me that tweet.
There was another tweet, too, I think that they just sent over.
I will pull that up in a moment.
But yeah, they are saying that this report is factually true.
And another oil tanker seized, which is quite the interesting take on all of this.
Now, also, it looks like Pete Hegseth, the Department of War Secretary, also confirming it as well.
The blockade of sanction, obviously, Venezuelan oil will remain in full effect anywhere in the world, is what they're claiming.
So, Pete Hegseth confirming that this tanker is Venezuelan oil, and that is the reason for its capture.
So, that's a little update we got there for you.
As many of you guys know, I try to vet the mainstream reports before we bring them to you here on the show.
So, that's why I'm always busy.
If you see me looking at my laptop, that's probably why.
All right, I want to talk a little bit more about an interview we did yesterday.
This was a big interview, and like I tell you, I do my very best to bring you stories first before everyone else, before everyone else.
And there's a reason for it.
There's a reason for it.
I still have some very strong sources who call and say, Hey, Brianna, you might want to look this way.
And so, I received that call in regards to the woman that we had in the studio yesterday, Christine Crowder.
She's an incredible woman, a patriot.
The full interview is available on right now, Bandoff video, if you'd like to see it.
But shortly after I, on my ex page and on independentnewsroom.com, released my report about how that woman was targeted by the FBI, TSA, and DOJ.
Well, everyone had to comment on it because it was really, really bad.
Like, really, really bad.
The documents themselves really highlighted the fact that the DOJ and the FBI orchestrated an effort to go after this woman, even though they had literally no evidence against her claiming that she was in the Capitol on January 6th.
Now, here's the thing: a former friend, obviously, ladies, we all know, were we all have that one friend who might be a little biach, not like us, and she tries to do something shady.
Well, her friend called the FBI, gave him a tip, and said that she saw Crowder going into the Capitol on J6 through video.
Now, as you can see here, these are the outfits.
It's not her.
That's what Crowder was wearing on January 6th on the left.
And the outfit of the person she accused her of being is on the right, and clearly not her.
Different color jackets, different lunch jackets, different colored hats, different colored boots, different colored pants.
I mean, it's all there.
It's all there.
And so, unfortunately, the FBI launched an investigation based on a bad tip.
Now, that investigation wasn't quickly resolved because, well, why would the FBI do that?
They continued to drag it on, even forwarding over to the DOJ's office.
And it got really, really bad.
Now, before we get to the point of the DOJ's fault and all of this, let me just remind you: you know, we had Ms. Crowder in the studio yesterday, as many of you guys know.
And I asked her a very specific question because the photos that were in her FBI file indicate a woman holding up her left hand.
Now, I know that she's unable to do just that because sadly, decades ago, she suffered from a stroke.
And I asked her specifically about that stroke and what it means for her functions, what she's able to do.
And this is what she detailed for us in clip six.
Take a listen.
When I was going through your documents, there's the image of the woman that they're accusing you of being, and she's lifting up her left hand, her arm completely, and she's waving to someone.
You, I spoke with you yesterday about this, haven't been able to do that since you were 26 after an injury.
christine crowder
Yes, I had a stroke at 26 years old, and I never regained the use of my left arm.
So, my friend knew that because she's been on vacation with me.
We were close for a long time.
So why they would think someone, all they had to do was look at me or look, research something about me and find out that I was disabled.
So there was obviously no way I was climbing the Capitol steps, number one, or number two, I could use my left arm.
And they also left out that my husband was, you know, an air marshal himself.
breanna morello
Yeah.
And I'm sure that was just a coincidence, though.
christine crowder
Right.
Yeah.
Right.
Just a weird coincidence that they forgot that.
breanna morello
Well, I mean, as we, as we go through all of this, we look through all the information.
I'm glad you have this now.
I'm glad you've been able to obtain all this information.
This is really important for you to have.
And I do hope that you guys are able to get counsel here because what they did to you is unacceptable and there needs to be accountability.
The people who are part of all of this, they also need to be arrested.
I don't think they're ever going to be arrested at least fire.
christine crowder
I didn't even the air marshals that had to follow me.
They were just following orders.
It was the people at the top.
breanna morello
Yes.
christine crowder
Those are the people at the top who allowed this and told my husband, you know, walk away.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, Christine, we're very, we're very honored to have you on the show today.
And thank you for sharing her story with the American people.
I know everyone was so upset about this terror wash list that so many Americans landed on.
So thank you for being here and sharing her story.
So let's just take a second to reflect on this.
All they had to do was just look at her walk.
And they would have known that this is two separate people.
Okay.
Like they didn't even have to worry about her wardrobe, what she wore that day.
They don't even have to worry about that.
All they'd have to do is if they were surveilling her, like they did, they were outside of her home four times.
There's four separate reports that at great detail explain what they saw from outside of her home.
All they had to do was look and they would have noticed that her walk is different from the walk of the woman inside the Capitol that day.
All they had to do was talk to her and they quickly could have just dismissed it and realized, all right, she never went in there.
But they didn't do that.
Instead, they elevated her case and they actually put her in the system, in the TSA system, as a terrorist.
Now, the FBI director did put out a statement in regards to our report from yesterday, as well as Senator Ram Paul releasing it hours later, saying what happened to Christine Crowder was wrong.
Two years of surveillance, a terror wash list, no crime, no capital entry, no evidence.
This is exactly what went wrong after January 6th.
Misplaced priorities, unchecked programs, and obviously the political overreach.
Now, folks, keep in mind, according to my sources, the individuals that were on her case, well, they still work for the FBI.
And get this, the prosecutor that didn't see any evidence of Ms. Crowder going into the Capitol that day, because there was no evidence.
Well, that prosecutor still works for the Department of Justice.
Now, it gets really, really bad, like really, really bad, because Senator Ram Paul's office is going out there doing a media tour all day yesterday.
I saw him everywhere.
Breitbart, Washington Examiner.
I saw him on Fox Business.
I think we also saw him.
There was another show that he was on.
He did a lot of media yesterday, a lot of media yesterday, based on her story.
And I don't like it because it's her story.
Put her out there, let her tell her story.
That's why I don't reach out to Senator Ram Paul to come on to talk about that.
I'd reach out to the person who's involved here because I don't want to sit here and say, my seal collapse.
Thank you, politicians, for doing your jobs.
I'd rather say, hey, Christine, tell me your story.
What happened to you?
Because that's what you want to hear.
You don't want to hear from politicians on that front.
Well, while he was doing a media tour yesterday, he kind of did something that's really not cool.
Let's just, all right.
I'm going to call Senator Rampa Paul out for being Senator Ram Paul's a rhino.
And I'm trying to my best to tap dance around this because I've always respected him up until this moment, up until this moment.
So I received the documents that were sent down by the FBI, DOJ, and TSA.
So all of these documents were put together and sent to his office.
I got those documents.
Now, there were some redactions done by the actual agencies themselves, and those were fair, I'd say.
They actually didn't, from what I could tell, it didn't look like they overdid it.
But then Ram Paul's office added additional redactions.
If you're wondering what additional redactions we're talking about here, take a look at these emails.
And you're going to see on one side, it's the email that I received, and I put it out for the public to see.
That email specifically shows the individual who sent it.
Doesn't show his personal information.
I'm not giving you his name.
I'm not giving you his phone number, I should say.
I'm giving you his name.
Kenneth Corder.
Kenneth Corder is an individual who is over at the Capitol Siege section.
And as you see here, he is the senior counsel.
Okay, keep in mind, folks, he's sending this email out.
He's asking for them to move Crowder's file over to the future prosecution folder, I guess, is kind of where he's alluding to there.
So they obviously had multiple different folders for them to put things in.
Now it gets even worse, right?
Because here I am, and I put this email out there for you guys to see.
You can see that this individual named Kenneth is the one who sent the email in order for her to be prosecuted, ordered for her to be prosecuted.
Then he also talks about going after social media as well.
And they did actually do that.
After that, they actually got a search warrant for her Facebook page.
But here's where it gets really, really bad.
And I hope we could put both of them side by side.
Because as you see, in my email that I released, you see his name.
In the email that Ram Paul's office put out there, they black out his name.
So why is Ram Paul's office covering for this DOJ official?
Why are they covering for him?
Why are they trying to hide his name from you, the American people?
Well, guess what?
Guess what?
Kenneth Corder still works for the DOJ.
According to his LinkedIn page, he's still there.
And so when I put this out yesterday, we put both of these images side by side.
I wanted you all to see what I put out there and what they put out there.
And I reached out to Senator Ram Paul's office for comment on all of this, but you obviously have no explanation for why you're trying to cover for this man.
And so they didn't respond.
They didn't respond.
But it gets really, really bad because yesterday my phone was blowing up.
My phones, I should say, were blowing up by DOJ sources telling me not to let up on this because Kenneth Corder is a really bad guy.
And Kenneth Corder is still at the DOJ.
And for some reason, this guy is protected.
And I don't understand how he's protected, but he's protected.
He's protected.
So obviously, that's a message that Senator Ram Paul's office received prior to the release.
I didn't get that message, though, just so you all know.
Until later, till later.
Now, I've asked the DOJ for comment on all of this.
I even reached out to Kenneth directly.
He got an email from me this morning.
Hey, Kenneth.
Hey, specifically, what am I asking for this gentleman?
Well, why did you target a disabled woman when you never saw any evidence of any crimes being committed by her?
He never saw any evidence.
No matter what he says, he saw nothing.
He saw nothing.
So he could sit here in this email and target this woman, but he didn't see any evidence.
He didn't care.
She's a Trump supporter.
Get her.
unidentified
Round her up.
breanna morello
In my opinion, that's exactly what happened behind the scenes because he didn't have anything.
He didn't have anything.
He had nothing.
So I asked him specifically, would you care to apologize to Ms. Crowder?
I also asked him, do you have any, you know, regret for directing resources to go after and target a disabled woman and potentially have her arrested, even though she wasn't even there at the Capitol area that day at all?
She saw President Trump speak and then she left.
Because obviously, she's described it too, as somebody who does have a disability.
She cannot be in large crowds like that.
It's very chaotic.
And obviously, walking is one of the things that she does have a bit of a disadvantage of sometimes.
So she does have to be cautious where she goes.
And so once after the speech, she left.
She has receipts to prove that as well.
As you heard her detail.
And then I pretty much asked him, Are you going to resign?
Because you're a pile of garbage.
You're a pile of garbage.
You went after Jay Sixers.
You targeted them.
You are a key player.
Because when I sit back and I watch Matthew Graves speak about January 6th, the prosecution is like, oh, this guy's not very smart.
He's not very intelligent, in my opinion.
So who was behind the scenes doing all of this?
And it's a serious question that we all have.
It's a very serious question that we all have.
So this individual who was elevated to senior counsel to go after Jay Xixers, why is he still there?
Now, again, that's a question for Todd Blanche, obviously, the deputy AG, and the AG Pam Botany herself.
Why are these people still there?
I hate it when they tell you, oh, well, we can't just fire them.
No, no, no.
That email alone tells you that he is incapable of serving at the DOJ at any capacity, at any capacity.
We're talking about a man who saw no evidence and wanted this woman arrested, wanted her prosecuted, wanted her prosecuted.
And he's still sitting at the DOJ, still has a job.
And none of you guys could say why.
None of you could say anything.
This tells me, sirens are blaring that Christine Crowder isn't the only person who this man went after.
He saw no evidence, zero, nothing, literally nothing.
He saw nothing.
He saw another woman in photos that was not her.
All he had to do was compare both photos and he would have known that was not her, but he didn't care.
He wanted her arrested.
That's according to the email.
And in fact, and thanks to Michael Cernovich for pointing this out as well, in the email that we posted, he's also calling for her social media post to be looked into.
And what happened later?
Well, we got the document, they actually did get a search warrant for her Facebook.
And as you heard her detail yesterday on the show, she really wants her Twitter account back.
Her Twitter account was taken.
She still doesn't have it.
So this Kenneth guy, really bad guy, still over at the Department of Justice.
Don't know why.
Don't know why we can't fire this guy off with that alone.
He literally targeted a disabled woman just because she's a Trump supporter, just because.
Didn't care about anything else.
Saw no evidence, no geofencing, no nothing, had no clue that she was in the area that day.
Didn't see a lick of evidence, but wanted her arrested.
Wanted her arrested.
Because the facts don't matter.
It's all about your political motivation.
His motivation going after conservatives, obviously.
And again, folks, these are people who are still at the DOJ.
They tell you, oh, trust everything.
We're working hard.
There's no way you're working hard with people like that in your corner.
Why?
Because he's probably sandbagging you.
And to sit here and to pretend like these people are people that are good people.
Okay, maybe you could say this was a misstep.
Notice, though, the FBI put out a statement yesterday through the FBI director.
And then we got DHS Secretary Christy Noom to also give me a statement yesterday about all of this.
But you didn't hear anything from the DOJ.
It's very obvious.
And this is the problem I have with these Damberg actions because they're covering for people who are toxic, who shouldn't work for government.
And the American people should know who they are.
The American people should know every key person who went after Americans because they didn't like their political beliefs.
We should know that.
unidentified
Why?
breanna morello
Because even if they get a job outside of government, if they become an attorney in the private sector, you should know what they did prior to all of this, what their role was before you hired them as your own attorney.
Imagine hiring someone.
Let's just say he's no longer at the DOJ one day and he decides to open up a criminal defense law firm and then you want to hire him.
And then he sees your political police, doesn't like it, and let's say maybe he's a dead man.
I don't know.
I haven't asked him that question.
Will he intentionally sandbag you because he doesn't like you?
Well, Christine Crowder was almost arrested for a crime.
She wasn't anywhere near.
Tells me this guy can't be trusted.
Tells me this guy can't be trusted.
So yesterday, my phones were blowing up in regards to several people over at the DOJ.
They're not happy.
They've got questions.
And they're saying, Brianna, don't let up.
Don't let up.
We're not going to let up anytime soon.
In fact, we're going to keep plugging away, asking those questions that nobody wants to answer because there's a lot of shady, you know, what going on over at the DOJ and the FBI still.
Because again, I'm receiving calls from people who are telling me that the agents that handled this case, even though the FBI director knows it was wrong, that they still work there.
But they can't confirm personnel matters, so they won't tell you that's true or false when you reach out to them.
We know I've tried in several different matters.
I would like to give them credit when credit's due, but I can't do that because they won't tell you.
And they didn't have to say specifics, right?
They could tell you that everyone who is involved in the J6 persecutions, they're no longer at the agency.
They could say something like that, or they've been suspended without pay.
unidentified
We don't need names.
breanna morello
But we just don't hear any of that.
So we're not letting up on this anytime soon.
I'm not.
I'm not.
Because I think it's absolutely ridiculous that our taxpayer money is going towards individuals like this who you and I both don't like the DOJ.
And even under this new leadership, you're like, all right, we're going to give it, we're going to give it a shot.
We're going to let them earn our trust.
And they're not even halfway there.
They're not.
They're not.
Because they still employ toxic human beings who should not be at these agencies.
Again, Matthew Graves, not a very intelligent man.
Just go look at his previous public speaking engagements.
Not very smart, but still has a position.
Still has a position in government or still had a position in government, we should say.
And this is the other problem, too.
You know, Matthew Graves steps away.
Why would people still linger around?
Probably because, well, new administration, let's stop him.
So I don't blame.
I do blame the people who come into these positions.
Pam Bonnie's office.
What are you guys doing?
Why are you keeping him around?
Todd Blanche, why are you keeping him around?
This is why people don't like Todd Blanche.
This is why.
This is why.
Because these people, it's such an easy win and they won't take it.
Why won't they take it?
They're going to say, oh, you can't just fire people.
Yes, you can.
Yes, you can.
There's a lot of ethical issues here, for one.
Also, you have to wonder and question his judgment as to why someone would move to have someone arrested without seeing any evidence to have her social media accounts looked over.
Search warrants go out for those accounts.
Facebook specifically, we showed you that yesterday.
So yeah, yeah, I've got a lot of freaking questions.
We're going to keep asking them.
I don't care how uncomfortable it makes the DOJ.
I don't care how fired up people get.
I'm so fed up with people telling us that we can't ask basic questions.
We've got questions.
We're going to get answers to them.
And we're not backing down anytime soon.
All right, let's get a little humor in.
Let's turn to Jasmine Crockett because we're on a theme here.
The theme is stupidity.
And Jasmine Crockett is the perfect person to kind of pivot to right now.
The congresswoman, obviously, doing her very best to go out there and be a media darling to the corporate media hacks, the left-wing corporate media hacks.
Those at the view, everything Donald Trump does is bad.
Nothing he does is good.
Nothing he does is good.
And Jasmine Crockett's letting you hear just that.
Take a listen to clip one.
jasmine crockett
This ain't about Venezuelans.
I get that there are people that don't like the leader, but guess what?
There are a lot of people that don't like our leader.
And regardless, somebody coming into the United States and grabbing our leader in the middle of the night and killing people in this country, I'm sure everybody would be outraged at them doing it that way.
breanna morello
Venezuela is not about Venezuela.
I can't with this woman.
She is just so ridiculous.
Listen, she's never said a positive thing.
That's the reason why she gets all the attention she gets.
The view.
I mean, those women love her.
They love her because, yes, she is their equal.
And by equal, I mean, they are on the same wavelength when it comes to stupidity.
These women are morons.
They want you to believe that anyone would just come into our country and capture Donald Trump.
No, there was actually an arrest warrant.
He has killed hundreds, thousands of people by pushing drugs.
Venezuelans know that he is a drug pusher.
They know that he is a cartel top official.
And that's just the very beginning.
He's been starving the people of his country for years now, Jasmine Crockett.
So Venezuela is about Venezuela.
The capture of Nicolas Maduro is being cheerleaded by Venezuelans because, well, they're freaking starving.
They're starving.
And if we had a corrupt leader in this country, we actually wouldn't even need, we wouldn't even need a foreign government to come in and capture him.
In fact, the people would be able to do that.
But unfortunately for Venezuelans, a lot of them are unarmed.
And so when they did take to the streets, they were ran over by tankers.
Folks, we have a big issue here with Democrats trying their very best to at every point go after the Trump administration.
Yes, you could be critical.
Yes, you call certain elements out, but to sit here and to pretend like the reason why we hear Venezuelans thinking President Trump isn't actually a real thing to be thankful for is pretty absurd.
It's pretty absurd.
Again, I don't have a hot take on Venezuela right now.
I'm still waiting to see a lot of things.
We saw President Trump yesterday post on Truth Social that we are getting oil from Venezuela now, that they agreed to give it to us.
I don't like that.
But we need to learn more about the terms of this agreement.
But to sit here and to pretend, like capturing a man who is killing Americans, getting them addicted to drugs isn't a win is insane.
Is insane.
I'm not saying the United States needs to capture Venezuela.
I'm not saying that we need to run Venezuela.
I'm not saying that we need to keep going out there until every communist in Venezuela is gone.
That is up to the Venezuelan people now.
They could decide that for themselves.
But we captured someone that we deem in this country as a criminal, who they deem in their country as a criminal.
They were unable to get him out.
So the United States, well, we did.
And this is something that the Biden regime wanted to do as well.
They at least talked about it, offering $25 million for anyone who captured Nicolas Maduro.
We probably make probably should make them cough it up and give that money to President Trump.
All right, folks, we have more to discuss in just a bit.
Don't go anywhere.
We're going to dive into the latest regarding the alleged J6 pipe bomb suspect.
We have an attorney coming on to break down what everything means.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the oxygenstore.com because when you purchase any supplement over at the shop, you are going to get a bottle of the Sheila J gummies or the Atomic Defense for free.
Head on over to the oxygenstore.com right now.
Welcome back.
The American Journal.
We're getting ready to kick off a second hour of the program in just a little bit.
Buckle up, more to discuss.
I'm really fired up.
I'm really fired up.
Can you tell?
I'm really fired up about all of the corrupt individuals that are still employed under this administration.
Yeah.
Yeah, I am.
When I get out of work every day, I actually go back and hit the books and find more stuff about these people because they've got to go.
They've got to go.
And I'll do just that once we wrap today's show up because I'm all over this.
I can't believe Rand Paul's office really decided to cover for a corrupt EOJ official who went after an innocent American.
They all know she's innocent and they all agree that what happened to her was egregious, but here they are supporting those that actually did it to her.
It's insane.
It's insane.
Or the government, we're here to save you.
It's the same freaking thing.
It's the same freaking thing.
It makes me sick to my stomach.
We're going to talk a little bit about the suspect, Brian Cole Jr., in a bit.
There's more updates regarding his case.
I guess the federal indictment has officially been handed down.
It's quite the confusing.
This is why we're going to bring in an attorney on this one because it's very, very confusing, the back and forth on all of this.
So I'm sifting through all of that.
Plus, we're also going to be talking about Iran in a little bit as well.
You know, my good friend, Annie Cyrus, she is an Iranian who did have to flee to the United States.
The government was coming for her.
They still actually are.
I want to talk about the threats that she gets constantly.
But she's a very outspoken journalist who goes out there and tries to expose a lot of the insane things that go out, go on in Iran, I should say.
And I just want to get to the bottom of this.
What's true?
What's not?
What's going on on the ground over there?
Is this an organic group of protests that have broken out across the country?
Or is this the CIA?
Are the people truly revolting against the regime?
So we're going to ask her about all of that in just a little bit.
It's been really interesting seeing the footage coming out of Iran, though.
You're like kind of cheering for these people.
But then I don't know if this is just the CIA op.
So we'll ask her about that and get her take on all things related to that.
Plus, there's a lot going on in regards to the fraud.
By the way, how many of you guys shop at Wegmans?
I think that's how you say it.
Wegmans, the supermarket.
Well, the New York City store is actually capturing your biometrics.
There was a story that took place, I believe it was on Monday, it dropped, if I'm not mistaken.
I saw it over at citizenfreepress.com and they brought you to the link of the story.
But interesting enough, they do put up a sign now in their window saying that they are taking your biometrics.
Now, why is it important?
Well, obviously, why are security cameras capturing and storing our biometrics?
It's a serious question.
I reached out to the company, did get a response.
So we'll dive into that in just a little bit.
It's very, very interesting, though.
I don't understand why we allow this to happen in the first place.
They should never be able to touch your biometrics.
They should never be able to capture its store or any of that.
I mean, this is insane.
The company not giving me much in the way of details, but also confirming a lot.
And their response tells you everything you need to know.
Oh, the digital era.
It's really bad.
It's really, really bad.
We'll also be talking about, I got a good chuckle at this.
We'll play it for you in a little bit.
Melania Trump is telling President Trump to stop doing certain things.
She themes them as not presidential and she thinks they're a little embarrassing.
So he called her out.
Plus, he also did kind of like an imitation of what he would deem as a biological man pretending to be a woman in female sports.
And I got a good chuckle out of it.
So we'll play that clip for you in just a little bit.
So a lot more happening over here in just a few moments.
Don't go anywhere in the meantime, though.
Make sure you download the app, alexjonesapp.com.
That is where you go to download the app, whether you have Apple or, you know, whatever other phone you might have.
I hate those people that you can't put in group chats with us.
Those are the people.
I could also still download the app, of course.
So head on over to the alexjonesapp.com.
Also, if you haven't done so already, head on over to the alexjonesstore.com because right now, when you make a purchase of any supplement, you're going to get the Atomic Defense or the Sheila J gummies for free.
It's for a limited time.
That sale is going to end on Thursday.
Thursday tomorrow, by the way.
So head on over to the oxygenstore.com because, folks, it is cold and flu season, and you're going to want that atomic defense now more than ever.
So head on over to the shop and make sure you grab that.
Every time you make a purchase over at the oxygenstore.com too, you're helping us out.
You're helping us stay on air.
You're helping keeping this machine going.
And so we greatly appreciate it when you do.
Head on over to the alexjonestore.com.
All right.
More happening in just a little bit.
Don't go anywhere.
I'll see you in about 60 seconds.
So buckle up, we've got more in disguise.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
We're excited.
You're all jumping on with us today.
All right, there's a lot of cases to catch you up on.
And that's why we're bringing in our big legal arm to do just that.
Before we get there, the Brian Cole Jr. case, as many of you guys know, he's the man who's accused of being the J6 pipe bomber.
I'm very reluctant on that one, but you know, there's a lot going on in court.
Yesterday, there was apparently a new federal indictment that was handed down.
And it's been very confusing to follow because I remember reading last week that it wasn't really like a federal thing.
And then it was being shifted over to a different type of court for grand jury indictment.
And it's all just very confusing.
And although I'll pretend to be as great as people like, you know, Nancy Grace, I don't have a legal background.
But you know who does?
Our next guest, please welcome to the show, Robert Gouvea.
He's here today to give us the breakdown as to everything related to the J6 pipe bomber.
And, you know, Robert, I'm excited to have you on the program today because you're an incredible criminal defense attorney, but you're also doing a great job on X breaking down all of these legal challenges, the back and forth in courts.
And you simplify it so that every American can understand and follow these cases.
I'm very grateful for that, Robert.
So thank you for joining us.
But this J6 pipe bomber story is quite strange because I didn't know the back and forth really too much on it.
You know, last week we reported there was an indictment that was handed down and it's kind of confusing to me and it's a gray area.
And I even think Judge Bozberg was also kind of confused and needed a day just to kind of reflect on what happened.
But there was some type of indictment that happened by a grand jury and they needed some time to reflect on it.
So now we're seeing that there's a new federal indictment that was handed down yesterday.
So simplify this, not only for our audience, but for myself.
What's going on over in the Brian Cole Jr. criminal trial, the case itself?
robert gouveia
Yeah.
Thank you, Brianna.
Thanks for having us back here again and happy new year to you.
Yeah, it's been a little bit of a scramble out there in the DOJ prosecution of this case because it all goes back down to probable cause.
So these are major felonies.
Okay.
The person here, Brian Cole Jr., the alleged pipe bomber, charged with serious crimes with terroristic activities.
And so when you're charged with a serious felony, the government has to have a determination of probable cause in order to keep you in detention.
And it's, we use a lot of these legal lees, a lot of this language that can be kind of confusing.
But what often happens in most criminal cases that are misdemeanors or kind of basic, you know, DUIs, domestic violence to kind of bring this back down to reality is a police officer will pull you over for a DUI.
They'll say, I'm personally observing probable cause of a crime, an intoxicated person behind the wheel of a vehicle, and then they'll file a direct complaint, right?
They'll actually write a complaint.
I saw this person driving around in a car, and there's probable cause.
They'll file that.
That will be the initiation of the criminal case against that defendant.
Now, when you have a felony, right, that's a separate, much higher type of crime than a DUI.
DUIs, they let you out, you know, most of the time on your own recognizance.
So there's no incarceration component to the analysis.
But in a felony, it's much more serious, right?
It's terrorism.
So they're going to keep you in custody.
And so you have a right to challenge the probable cause or at least to have a probable cause determination.
So what happened in the pipe bomber case is the prosecution charged him like in a DUI or like in a kind of a lower level case with a probable cause affidavit that was drafted by the FBI.
So an FBI agent wrote an affidavit, filed a direct complaint with the court, and that's how the charges came about.
Now, the issue with that, and the reason why the government most of the time doesn't do that is because the defense can turn around and request what's called a preliminary hearing, which is like a miniature trial that occurs to determine probable cause because you just don't want to rely on a single FBI agent who has some biases.
So you have like a miniature trial right in the middle of the court, and the judge will ultimately come down and say, yes, probable cause or no probable cause.
Now, the high-level cases like this, there's almost never a direct complaint or a preliminary hearing that comes after the preliminary, the complaint is filed.
What often happens is that the DOJ goes to a grand jury instead.
And we hear this all the time, right?
Indicted, indicted.
Two different ways to get charged: one by direct complaint, one by a grand jury indictment.
And so in the pipe bomb case, the government absolutely did not want to have a preliminary hearing.
They didn't want to have a full trial or anything like that.
So they came out with the direct complaint originally.
Then the defense came out and started demanding to have their hearing.
They said, oh, okay, well, if it's just a direct complaint, we want to have our miniature trial here in conjunction with the detention hearing to get him out of custody.
And if you can't prove probable cause, you got to let the pipe bomber go, right?
You got to let him out of custody because you don't have a solid case.
So the defense was pounding the table, saying, We need our hearing.
We want our hearing immediately.
And there was a back and forth that you can get into the weeds on this about the continuances that were requested.
The government says, We didn't even know that you were going to be asking for a preliminary hearing, which is kind of laughable because it's in the rules, right?
If you're going to file by direct complaint, you're going to have a hearing on this.
So, what the DOJ did, the prosecutors, is when the defense now was saying, you know, we want a hearing on the preliminary hearing while we have our detention hearing, the DOJ then raced, they scrambled to go get an indictment.
And what was different in this case is that they went to the DC Superior Court.
So Brian Cole Jr. was arrested back on December 4th.
And so they had, you have to have to have a preliminary hearing within a certain period of time after the arrest.
So what happened is in DC, they didn't have any federal grand juries that were available to present the case to.
And you can do both in parallel.
So once you present to the grand jury and the grand jury creates an indictment, it basically replaces the original direct complaint.
So sometimes, you know, you'll see this happen where the complaint will drop.
We'll just kind of anchor in the charges until an indictment comes out and replaces it.
So what happened here is the DOJ went to the superior court in DC, which you can analogize to like a city court or like a county court, right?
It's not a federal court at all.
It handles DC kind of city cases.
So they went there, they got a federal indictment and then brought that back to, I'm sorry, got a superior court indictment, brought that back to a federal judge.
And the judge was saying, what am I, you know, what am I supposed to do with this?
We've got this indictment from a court that is not our court.
You're charging him with federal crimes.
And so at the detention hearing, which was last week, we were there in person.
We just happened to be there.
And it was very interesting to see it, watch the judge kind of flesh through these issues.
But he essentially accepted the lower level indictment just temporarily and said the DOJ is promising that they're going to go get a real indictment from the federal courts.
And so that's the indictment that we just are seeing that just dropped yesterday.
So the grand juries in D.C. were, you know, on vacation.
They didn't have anything impaneled.
And so right after the holidays, the prosecutors went back to the federal grand jury, got a fresh indictment that actually does match the federal courts, and then presented that back to the judge.
And so now the judge who just got assigned this case, and it's very interesting, this judge, we've had a lot of criticism of this judge.
The judge who's gotten this new indictment is Judge Amir Ali.
And he is the same judge who was the, he's a dual citizen.
He was born in Canada, still has Canadian citizenship.
So same judge who was very aggressive with the Trump administration in the U.S. AID cases, was ordering them to pay billions of dollars to these NGOs and other things.
And so he's now receiving kind of both of these indictments.
And he just came out with a minute order saying, well, if we got now a brand new fresh indictment, isn't the defense demand to release the pipe bomber now moot?
Because the government has kind of fixed their mistake and the case can proceed forward as though nothing happened.
But the defense is saying this is ridiculous, right?
Our client had his rights violated and he was held in custody for a longer period of time than he should have been without the government literally following the rules of criminal procedure and having the hearings conducted appropriately.
And so their argument could have been that he should have been released temporarily and then the new indictment could have come back down and they could have just picked him up again.
And the judges kind of kept him in custody while all of this was, you know, fleshing its way through the system.
But a lot of technical stuff, but as it stands right now, it seems like we have a valid federal indictment that the DOJ represented to the grand jury that's now gone back into the courts.
And so the case will probably progress normally again.
But we had kind of a little bit of a tense period because the defense was demanding that they follow the rules.
And according to the clear letter of the law, 14 days to have a hearing and all these things, they really weren't.
And the judge kind of feels like they were papering over this just to hold him in custody while the case progressed.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
And Robert, I'm like very much against that because I do think that there is something to be said there.
He does have rights and I don't think that's acceptable.
And it was very obvious to the rest of us that this was being pushed forward at a very rapid pace.
This was after the Blaze released, the woman that they accused of being the pipe bomber.
Then this person quickly popped up.
Now, again, as soon as the Blaze released their report, I was hearing internally from my source that they did have another suspect in mind and they did do briefings.
The FBI did brief other agencies to give them the update as to who they believed was the suspect and it wasn't the woman that was named by the Blaze.
We've spoken about that, but it was very obvious, though, that this might have been just a reaction to the Blazes' report.
And that had me really concerned.
I want to ask you, though, because I think it's really important when I was reading through the original criminal complaints.
It didn't seem like a slam dunk in regards to the evidence that they had against Cole.
It seemed like, okay, his cell phone's pinning off a certain tower.
So, okay, that gives you a category of potential suspects.
Yes, but it doesn't really say it's a slam dunk to me.
Then there were some credit card transactions, which showed purchases that were made even prior, like a year prior to these pipe bombs being placed down.
So that was quite strange, I thought.
Was there any other evidence that we know that was presented in front of the grand jury that they actually had to tell the defense about after this indictment was landed?
robert gouveia
So we haven't seen new disclosures from the new indictment yet.
And I think that this discovery that's happening back and forth is voluminous, massive.
We've seen that from both sides.
People are talking about just gobs of evidence that is being poured out.
But when we break down the government's case, to your point, they make it feel like it's overwhelming and you can't rebut any of the allegations, but it's really about three prongs.
If you, you know, I think zoom out and look at the whole thing, you've got one, the cell phone pings, as you mentioned.
You've got the materials and the receipts, right?
So they actually found some end caps and some pipe nipples and other things.
And then, of course, you've got the confession, right?
So they say he was interrogated for four hours.
After two hours, he then made this, you know, extremely, extremely open confession that described everything in great detail.
And so the defense is going to have their work cut out for him.
They're going to have to go through each one of those things and kind of smash back on those prongs.
And when we were at the detention hearing last week, we were there and the defense made the argument that there's a lot more to come on this.
So they're going to just, you know, go down each one of those prongs and knock them out.
And as to, for example, the cell phone records, we recall here, we covered a lot of this when it originally happened, that the FBI said that they got a bunch of corrupted data from the cell phone company.
Stephen Day Antoino, the FBI agent in charge out there in Washington, he said that to Congress.
He said, we were demanding all of this evidence from the cell companies.
They gave it to us.
It was corrupted.
And then Barry Lautermilk on the new J6 committee went back and got it and found that actually it wasn't corrupted at all.
So then our defense would be, how can we rely on the cell phone data if the FBI themselves are saying that it was corrupted at one point in time?
And now suddenly it's all good.
So that I think would be a strong attack on that prong.
Of course, you've got the cell phone.
I'm sorry, the materials and the receipts that the defense also explained.
They said, we're not going to give you our theory on that, but at the detention hearing, he said they do have a theory.
He said, we think we can come back and explain all of this.
We've got an explanation for why he has these materials, why he had the receipts, why he was buying them.
But he didn't give us anything more on that.
He just said, this is not the time for that.
This is a detention hearing.
We're talking about probable cause and dangerousness.
And so he's kind of holding that back for the future.
And then the last prong is about the confession.
And of course, this man is a 30-year-old autistic man, level one autism, which is the lowest level.
But we've seen other reporting and we covered the Blaze story where they went back and they found a traffic stop where Brian Cole Jr. was in an accident and there was a police there with body cam.
You have that right there pulled up.
And you can kind of see his body language and see how close he's looking at the cell phone, right, right in his face and compare and contrast that with the movements of other people, actually the person on the video, right?
The actual J6 pipe bomber that we've got on the footage.
And so we were watching him walk back and forth from the courtroom right into in custody and trying to gauge.
He was in shackles and handcuffs.
So it's a little bit hard to come to a very clear conclusion on that.
But I think looking at a lot of these factors, I think you can make a very strong defense case that there's a lot of doubt here.
And we've seen, by the way, the history of the J6 prosecutions and how egregious rights were violated over a thousand cases for years.
And so it doesn't put it, wouldn't surprise me if there were similar problems in this case.
And the prosecutor in this case is Jocelyn Ballantyne, the same prosecutor who Enrique Tario, the leader of the Proud Boys at the time, he said that she came to him and was encouraging him to flip on President Trump to actually incriminate President Trump in exchange for an awesome plea deal.
He didn't do that to his credit and then got sentenced to over 20 years in prison, even though he wasn't there on January 6th.
So she's still on the case.
We've got CIA questions about the prior report that you mentioned.
And I think that as this case develops, there will be a lot of opportunity for the defense to raise reasonable doubt as to all of those three prongs, but they're just going to have to kind of do it individually and then give the jury an alternative explanation.
Why does he have these materials?
Because if there's no explanation, I think, for each one of those prongs, then the jury is just going to combine them all into one and probably lean towards a conviction.
So the defense has their work cut out for him, but they say that they're ready on this.
They've got more that will be revealed soon.
breanna morello
Yeah.
And Robert, I'm glad you brought up his walk because that was something that was really key that we were watching.
And we were trying to figure out, is there any way we could see if his walk is somewhat similar?
Because he kind of looked like the pipe bomber itself looks like somebody who is possibly doing a drill.
Honestly, I mean, this is just my, in my opinion, this doesn't look like the kid we saw in the body cam footage.
And I keep calling him a kid, but he's not a kid.
He's a grown man at the time.
But in the footage itself, I mean, he has to have the ticket that's being issued to him explain the officers doing just that and explaining to him that he was driving too close.
And he's asking him, you know, do you understand what I'm saying?
So it's like, it's very obvious to me that he is on the spectrum itself.
And that's what makes me nervous: that a confession is easy to push out of someone like that because when they're fearful of consequences, they are more willing to comply and just give you what you want just to get out of a situation.
And so that's why I was so worried about that.
And the confession, I don't like the fact that I know his defense team called it out, but the DOJ is going out there.
I think it was Judge Pirro, who is going out there.
She's the U.S. attorney now, but she's going out there and admitting that there was a confession that was given by this guy.
And I don't think that's acceptable to you.
It also taints a jury pool in case the confession is thrown out by the judge.
So that's one element that really had to be fired up.
But, you know, I also want to talk about something that happened last week before we move on.
The DOJ was asked about the damages that would have been caused by these pipe bombs specifically and asked if they had an estimate as to how much damage this would have caused.
And they didn't have an estimate, right?
They've had years to prepare for this and tell us how potentially fatal these pipe bombs would have been, but there was no answer to that.
So why do you think the DOJ still hasn't looked into a possible estimate as to how much damage these pipe bombs would have caused?
That's quite strange.
robert gouveia
Yeah, it is strange.
And they were very coy about that.
The judge asked them that about that specifically at the detention hearing.
He said, you know, if you're saying this guy's a dangerous terrorist, what would the danger have been?
What would the damage have been?
And the judge, I think, was trying to get into specifics about a blast radius.
Is it just going to, you know, kind of just smoke and putter out and not do any damage at all?
Or is it going to go critical and actually explode and send shrapnel all over the place and cause damage?
And the DOJ was very coy about that.
And I think with good reason, because they don't want to give the defense a bunch of opportunity to come back and rebut their specific claims, right?
So kind of you make your money in the gray area.
Don't really talk about it and let the defense have the burden of disproving something that they're not even really alleging.
And the defense, again, they said they have their expert witness.
They're going to come out and explain that these bombs were essentially inert, that they would not have any explosive ability at all.
And I think that actually matches some of what we've heard from Barry Laudermilk and from the new J6 committee, because he said that when Kamala was over there at the DMC, that there was an advanced team that made their way through the area.
And the dog that were there, the dog sniffing, bomb-sniffing dogs, didn't alert to these devices.
And, you know, of course, that's questionable, right?
If they were explosive, why did the dogs miss them?
Why did all of these agents miss them?
And if they were just training devices, right, you would also expect the dog to probably key off on a training device because a training device should have some volatile inside the, you know, inside the device so that a dog could actually key off on it.
So there's, you know, some contradictory reporting on it, but ultimately, it's going to be questionable, right?
Are these actual bombs or were these something else?
And could they have even gone off?
Because if you just look at the mechanics of the bomb, remember that he got the kitchen timers, like the 60-minute kitchen timers, and there was a paper clip at the top that was like super glued essentially to the handle of the timer so that when the timer would rotate, the paper clip would hit, you know, the end, the other side of the circuit and close the circuit.
And I've got quite like when they found the pipe bombs, was that connection made?
Like, was it the circuit even closed?
Was this just kind of a decoy meant to distract people, or was this an actual explosive device because they're alleging that?
So it's going to be very interesting to see.
The defense feels like they are armed up.
They've got expert witnesses.
In fact, they even flew somebody in for that detention hearing, didn't use them to testify about a lot of things.
So I think a lot more will be revealed on this.
But as you mentioned, the government is coming down and they're very aggressive that they've got the guy and the case closed and stop looking into any other explanations on this.
And I think there's just a lot of reasonable doubt here that will be matured as the case evolves.
breanna morello
Yeah, and we're going to keep our eye on that because I don't like the fact that they're just saying case closed, don't ask any questions.
And I've got a bunch of questions.
I was told obviously they get more evidence through an RA just after the arrest happened because I was looking at the criminal complaints.
There's not enough here to convince you that this is the guy and that evidence never came.
So we're still following up with this, Robert, and we look forward to, you know, obviously continuing that conversation.
But I want to shift over gears while we have about three minutes left to discuss the Supreme Court case that's supposed to be taken up sometime this month.
It's in regards to West Virginia and trying to prevent, I guess, biological men from competing in girls' sports.
I mean, this is going on right now.
The ACLU is involved in this case, and 130 congressional Democrats have also signed on to back the move to allow, I guess, biological boys to be in girls' sports.
There's a lot going on here, obviously.
Can you break down this Supreme Court case for us and what we could expect to unravel this month?
Because I think this is going to be very interesting as well.
robert gouveia
Yeah, tons of activity.
We've got oral arguments coming up in the Supreme Court on January 13th, so just about a week from now.
Over 50 amicus briefs, so friends of the court all piling in, as you mentioned, Democrats, ACLU lawyers, law professors, everybody's crashing in here.
And this is really, it's about trans rights, you know, according to them.
But from our perspective, it's also about states' rights and whether states can pass legislation to solidify their policies that they want enacted for their people.
And in this case, it's very interesting because we just had another trans case at the Supreme Court over the summer last year.
I think it was back in July.
It was a 6-3 decision and it was spicy.
We read through the whole thing and it was a lot of fun.
But in that case, there was a state law that said that you can't have, you can have treatment prohibitions for gender transitions.
So medical prohibitions are allowed.
And the Supreme Court upheld that.
Amy Coney Barrett was very aggressive on that.
And she said that the trans group is not a suspect class that has had faced a historical pattern of discrimination.
And so they're not afforded special status, like a racial group or like a religious group, or like we consider women versus men when we pass laws.
In other words, the trans groups are not in that category as it relates to medical treatment.
Now, this is a little different because it's about sports.
And the question is, what category, what standard of review does the court use when analyzing laws that go to sports?
And when you get into the Constitution and the Equal Protection Clause, you can talk about strict scrutiny, intermediate scrutiny, and rational basis review.
Rational basis is just the lowest level review.
And that's what they found in the Scrum Eddie case.
So in the medical context, states can pass laws prohibiting gender transition surgeries.
So if that is extended in this case, then the trans groups will probably lose this one as well because the court is, I think, in the mindset right now that the states have a basis to pass these types of laws.
And in this case, it's about, just as you said, pretty simple, about transgenders in sports.
And there's two cases here, Idaho and West Virginia, and they're getting, you know, getting pretty spicy out there as we're marching closer to January 13th.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, Robert, we're going to keep our eye on that.
We're going to keep an eye on your ex page as well because I'm sure you're going to give us the breakdown as that develops in the Supreme Court.
And we look forward to it because this is a very important issue, as many of these other issues are.
And again, folks, follow them on IX.
You do a great job, Robert, at breaking all of this down for the American people to understand, simplifying it, and even the pipe bomber stuff.
I mean, that was incredible to listen to you break all of that down.
So thank you for joining me.
As always, we appreciate your insight.
robert gouveia
Always an honor.
Thank you, Brianna.
breanna morello
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right, folks.
We have more to dive into in just a bit.
Don't go anywhere.
Buckle up because I've got my eyes on the house right now.
They are doing their hearings into the fraud in Minnesota.
But there's a lot more there, a lot more there that I'm going to dive into.
Plus, oh man, this is going to be a good one.
My girl, Mehek Cook, as many of you guys have had her on the show last week.
She's on the ground in Columbus, Ohio, and the Somalians have put out a warning about her.
If she shows up, assault her.
That's what I think that they put out there because they're slamming the door on her face, assaulting her.
But there's a lot more there, so don't go anywhere.
We're going to play a bunch of clips for you just now.
As I look over to what's going on right now in Congress, it looks like they're doing some oversight.
The U.S. House Oversight Committee is holding their Minnesota fraud hearing right now.
Let's just dip in to see if it's all just political theatrics or if there's something of supplement or substance, I should say, going on right now over in the House.
Take a listen.
brendan ballou
Minnesotans, who overwhelmingly have made the state more vibrant, more diverse, and more prosperous.
I also feared the selective interest in fraud in America because at the time, at the same time that these crimes are rightly being investigated by state and federal authorities, the larger infrastructure for prosecuting fraud and white-collar crime is being dismantled.
Let me give you a few examples.
In February 2025, the Department of Justice paused enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which prohibits foreign bribery and criminal violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which, as the name suggests, prohibits acting as a secret agent of a foreign power.
Between February and April of last year, the department disbanded its Klepto Capture Task Force, which enforced sanctions against Russian oligarchs and the national cryptocurrency enforcement team.
And last year, the department forced out most of the lawyers of the public integrity section, which prosecutes crimes by government officials, announced plans to dismantle the tax division, which prosecutes tax evasion, and shuttered the FBI task force that investigated congressional misconduct.
More than just dismantling infrastructure for pursuing violations of the law, the government is, for favored defendants, appearing to enable it.
In 2024, the Justice Department indicted Andrew Wiederhorn, the CEO of a casual fast food chain, for allegedly stealing $47 million from his own company.
After his business donated $100,000 to the Trump inaugural committee, his case was dropped and the line-level prosecutor on his case was fired.
In 2021, the department sued Boeing for deceiving the government about the software that caused two plane crashes, killing 346 people.
After donating $1 million to the inaugural committee, Boeing negotiated a favorable deferred prosecution agreement that the judge overseeing the case said, quote, fails to secure the necessary accountability to ensure the safety of the flying public.
But he felt compelled by precedent to accept it nevertheless.
The examples continue.
Banks that contributed to the inaugural committee had litigations against them for violating consumer financial protection laws dropped.
And so too did cryptocurrency companies that were investigated and sued by the Securities and Exchange Commission and who contributed to the inaugural committee.
Crucially, those crypto companies that did not donate to the committee or other affiliated entities remain defendants of the government.
The scale of these frauds involved millions stolen and hundreds killed, and yet they have received a fraction of the attention of the fraud that happened in Minnesota.
This concerns me because we are both dismantling our infrastructure for fighting fraud and providing a roadmap for how those fraudsters who are prosecuted can buy their way out of justice.
breanna morello
All right, so let me step in here because I mean, it's, hey, listen, we have to check those allegations out, but I think you should call it out fair.
Fair.
It is going on.
If it is true, what he just said, then yeah, you should call it out.
But let's focus on Minnesota right now because we can't let it be a deflection either.
And that's where we're going to right now with all of this.
You know, the DOJ has apparently sent more prosecutors to Minnesota.
That news dropping exclusively, I believe originally in the New York Post, Fox News also confirming it.
Obviously, they're both owned by the same owner.
So it's like a piggyback of their brothers, sisters' channels.
So yeah, so just tread lightly on that one.
But yes, they are sending more prosecutors out there.
Just so you know, they are claiming to be working on the fraud cases.
And those are the allegations that are being presented right now.
But it's interesting because yesterday on Fox News, we'll play this for you in clip seven.
Because in clip seven, the DHS Secretary Christy Noam, well, she's out here saying that state employees, well, they've known about Governor Waltz's knowledge about all this fraud for quite some time now.
Take a listen.
kristi noem
So many Minnesota state employees were saying, Governor Walz, pay attention to this.
People are stealing the money.
These are not legitimate businesses.
They are not legitimate nonprofits.
And he ignored them.
He told them to do their job and just follow orders and exactly what he was telling them to do and overlook all of these criminals.
And they were felt like very much they were whistleblowers who were being ignored or bullied into being quiet.
breanna morello
Well, it's very obvious that that is likely the case.
We look forward to the investigation to see what develops there.
But it's interesting because, you know, we're learning a lot.
And I just, I want to keep giving credit with credits.
Do you Liz Collins has been on this case for quite some time now?
And I don't think she's getting the recognition she deserves because there was just an article too.
We could pull this one up over in Just the News.
And this is based off of her reporting.
Liz Collins has done an incredible job at exposing all of this, but cash was flowing from the local airports over in Minneapolis, for example.
There was a TSA agent who she interviewed.
We'll play that clip for you in a little bit, but TSA flagged for nearly $700 million in cash being detected that was in the luggage of these individuals fleeing.
That's just from two years.
It's obviously a massive amount of cash.
And obviously, it's all tied to the Somalians.
But if you're wondering what that breakdown looks like, well, again, Liz Collins did an incredible interview.
We did play it a couple of weeks back, but in case you missed it, take a listen to clip nine.
liz jaksa
Well, I've actually seen a lot of things, but the most shocking is exactly that.
I saw suitcases filled with millions of dollars of cash, and the couriers were always Somali men traveling in pairs.
And they got through the checkpoint.
And it just, it just really absolutely blew my mind the first time you open a suitcase and you see millions of dollars of cash.
And typically what would happen is the Leo or a law enforcement officer would come, check their credentials.
I don't know what kind of questions they asked them, but their IDs were always documented and probably their plane tickets as well.
So there is a trail of that out there.
And I would believe with all the cameras at the airport that if they started there, they could probably find each and every individual that brought money through the checkpoint.
liz collin
Obviously, this seems suspicious, if not alarming, given what seems to be a pattern here.
So you're talking about millions of dollars flying out of Minneapolis, and you think it happened about every week or so.
Is that right?
liz jaksa
So it certainly seemed like it happened every week.
The suitcases came in and it was always, the MO was always two Somalian men traveling in pairs.
Sometimes they both had suitcases.
And So the process was as a TSA agent, we would pull the bag and then we'd bring them to a private screening room and we would open the suitcase and make sure that that's all it was was stacks of cash.
And a Leo would come and maybe question them and for sure take a picture of their identification and I'm assuming their plane ticket.
I'm not sure.
So there is a trail out there between that.
I mean, it has to be documented somewhere and all the cameras in the airport, I would imagine if they'd like to find all this cash, they should start at the airport.
Because in the five years I was there, I believe a billion dollars went through the airport.
breanna morello
Yeah, it's very likely that that is the case.
That is the case.
They were so bold to do this right in front of our very own eyes that unfortunately our own government failed to, you know, acknowledge the simple, simple, yet alarming signs of all of this.
I mean, millions of dollars being flown out in cash.
If you and I were to do that, we'd all be flagged, searched.
In fact, I believe the IRS is still using AI to scan our bank records to make sure we report every last dollar, even that 601 cent Venmo transaction.
So what the heck are we doing here?
Somalians are able to leave with luggage that's stacked with cash, millions of dollars, and they just were able to do it.
I bet you all involved are taking their one-way trip back to Somali right now, which is good news, but not good news for the American taxpayers who they have now supported another country with our money, of course.
It's interesting, though, Dr. Oz is actually out here and he is, he's saying a lot in regards to all of this and how they're trying now to put a block to a lot of those fraudulent payments.
He is the administrator for the Medicaid and Medicare services right now.
So he put out this information.
We'll play this for you in a bit.
Clip eight is what we're going to go to on this one because he's detailing specifically on how his agency is trying to now block those fraudulent payments from being issued.
Take a listen to that.
mehmet oz
At CMS and HHS, we're increasingly worried about the deep rot within Minnesota's Medicaid and social services system, which are supposed to protect the most vulnerable Americans.
The more we uncover it, the more it becomes clear.
It's much worse than we were led to believe by state government officials.
We had previously learned that illegal immigrants were still getting care within allegedly state-only Medicaid programs.
They were actually using federal taxpayer funds.
And because of that, we already withheld $1.3 billion from California, Illinois, and yes, Minnesota, which always seems to show up on the list of states with the worst fraud, waste, and abuse.
But this is only the tip of the iceberg for Minnesota.
We have an unfortunate announcement for the Walsh administration.
They have to admit they were warned.
Last month, we instructed the Walsh administration to produce a corrective action plan by the end of the year, which we received late New Year's Eve and found deeply insufficient.
We don't want to hear, for example, that your state law doesn't allow you to protect federal taxpayers from Somali fraud.
And we want a sense of urgency to fix this, as well as clear milestones to hold Minnesota accountable on progress.
Enough is enough.
I just notified Governor Walsh, we will begin auditing Medicaid receipts and defer paying on claims based on fraud, waste, and abuse.
Until we can verify what is legitimate, we're going to defer payments for the 14 programs that the state itself identified as rife with fraud.
breanna morello
All right.
Sounds fair.
Sounds like something you'd want to happen, so we'll watch that as that goes underway.
Obviously, Walt's not very happy with any of this, but it's not just him.
Somalians right now are gearing up, they're teaming up, I guess you should say, to go after those who are exposing their alleged fraud.
Now, again, the individuals who are on social media going out there and simply knocking on doors, looking at daycares and healthcare centers, these individuals, obviously, the business owners itself are innocent until proven guilty.
That's throughout there.
But Mahek Cook, who we had on the show last week, she is an attorney.
She's an incredible attorney.
She often appears on Fox and Newsmax.
Now, I like her a lot because she's not really a corporate media person.
She's just someone who tries to get to the bottom of the truth.
I mean, she just wants to find out what's going on here.
So instead of just sitting there and doing commentary on cable news shows, she decided to just start knocking on doors herself.
And she's done just that.
Now, sadly, for Mehek, she is getting assaulted by a lot of these Somalians.
They've actually put out her image and they're warning other Somalian business owners to stay away.
You see Mahek run.
Don't let her in.
Well, in clip 10, you're going to see what happened when Mehek walked into a daycare center in Ohio.
It didn't go over well for her.
Take a look.
unidentified
Don't touch me.
Get back.
Don't touch me.
Get back.
Just go to me.
breanna morello
Imagine leaving your kids with that guy.
Probably not the best idea ever.
But then again, were there kids there?
Now, again, these are all just allegations, but the fact that he just assaulted Mehek, put his hands on Mehek for no reason, just him of a Somalian man, full of rage.
Doesn't like women.
Doesn't like being recorded, apparently.
It's very, very interesting.
Again, we don't know what his role is at the daycare facility.
Maybe he's security.
But it's really, really bad.
Obviously, Mehek is not going to take this one.
She is going to go out there and she's going to call police and get them involved in all of this because she's simply just asking questions.
Maybe she's trying to bring one of her kids to these daycare facilities.
They don't know that.
Doesn't just end there, though.
Mehek also went and started confronting healthcare companies, which she thinks are sketchy.
Now, again, keep in mind, Mehek is an attorney.
People were coming to her quite some time now, flagging certain very suspicious healthcare companies that they believed were committing fraud.
So they went to an attorney to flag these businesses for her.
So this isn't just her going on Google, finding random companies and targeting them.
These are actual tips that have come into her, and she's going out there just to look.
Just to look.
Ask questions.
She's not accusing them of anything.
She's asking questions.
Key point to all of this.
But listen to clip 11 because, again, Mehek is simply in an office space asking questions and their response is extremely telling.
Take a look.
unidentified
Look, you're not a family home health care server.
I know you.
I know you.
I don't think you know me.
I know you.
Okay, I'm Mehek.
No, no, I'm not going to check out.
That's okay.
That's fine.
You can record whatever you want.
Oh, I know.
We're recording.
You're just spreading a lot of bunch of BS.
What's the BS?
You're talking about Somalia.
I've seen you so many times in Fox News.
I've spoken about the issue in Minnesota or Minneapolis in particular.
Listen, listen.
I'm listening.
breanna morello
Listen.
unidentified
I'm listening.
You are from India.
You are not a white person.
I wasn't trying to attend.
I was.
Listen.
Listen.
Get off our house.
You should not suppose me here.
This isn't private property.
This is private property.
It's not.
It's a private property.
It's not private office.
We've got every right to be here.
No, no, you don't have any questions.
We have every right to be here.
We're not spreading any lies.
Yeah, you guys are not supposed to be here.
Because your last name is cooked.
Doesn't mean that you're white.
You are from India and you have to spread a lot of bunch of BS.
It's not a bunch of BS.
Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?
Why are you coming to our ass?
Why are you coming to our house?
We're not going to harass ourselves.
You guys do need to order.
You guys can go on to the next one.
And then you guys can ask them how this opened.
You have no right to be here.
We have every right to be here.
No, you know, we have every right to be here.
We're not harassing anyone.
You're just running around.
You just go to snack on the door.
We're simply asking questions, and then you guys are trying to intimidate us.
You guys are healthcare people.
You guys are trying to intimidate us right now.
That's why you can ask questions.
You guys are a threat.
You guys are trying to intimidate us.
You're telling us we're not allowed to be here.
Why do all of you have your phones out right now?
Yeah, because I'm wondering, why do you have to speak about our safety?
I told her our safety too.
breanna morello
That's all right.
unidentified
Otherwise, you'll be using.
You're like, you need to leave right now.
Go away.
breanna morello
You need to leave right now.
You need to go away.
Not very welcoming, not very kind.
Why would they be doing this to Mehek?
Why?
She's a nice woman.
She's a very nice woman.
And I love the fact that he goes, you are Indian.
Mehek literally ran for office and she ran for office by declaring herself as an immigrant from India.
She's conservative, obviously, but they don't like her because she's on Fox News.
Imagine having the name Mehek and then being accused of trying to be a white woman.
No, no, no, no.
unidentified
She's not.
breanna morello
She's just looking for answers.
And she's tired of seeing American taxpayers getting ripped off.
She'll be joining us likely tomorrow, possibly on Monday.
Depends how her schedule goes, but we'll have her back in the program because they're not happy with Mehek knocking on doors, asking simple questions.
And these Somalian men, thank God she had another male with her because these Somalian men try to gain up on you in the hallway, like you see.
They're trying to intimidate her.
They're trying to scare her.
They won't even shake her hand because they can't do that.
I don't know.
No, no, no.
So we'll see how that all unravels.
Again, she's not accusing them anything.
She's just asking questions.
Why can't they answer these questions?
They're full of so much rage, so much hate.
We're told they were coming here for a better life.
Come on, you run a business.
Can't answer simple questions?
That sounds strange.
That sounds very strange.
Now, remember when I told you all that we should be hyper-focused on not just the fraud at daycare centers, potentially healthcare centers?
I was also telling you that we need to be focused specifically on the homeless money that's been shifted around in this country because Democrats designate like billions of dollars towards crunching down on homelessness in their major cities.
But when you look at these cities, they're cesspools.
They are obviously drug-fueled.
They obviously have an insane amount of money, a sane amount of mount, I should say, of homeless people living on the streets itself.
And they're just throwing billions of dollars at the problem.
But there's nothing that's happening after all this money's pouring in.
Well, interesting enough, according to the U.S. attorney over in California, they may have just uncovered something big about the money that's been poured in.
They're just alleging that there's a possible tie to the California funds that have been pouring in to possibly fraud in all of this.
Federal prosecutors are warning about more arrests coming after two individuals were arrested for a massive fraud scheme, which says all we got to do is follow the money.
And we realize that the California services that were supposed to be provided to homeless people, well, actually, wasn't really happening according to them.
They're alleging that the funds were actually pocketed.
These state funds were pocketed, even though they were intended for homeless housing.
And now they are saying the U.S. attorney over there is saying that this didn't actually happen.
They're accusing them of embezzling $2 million.
I would say it's probably so much higher for a housing, a homeless housing project that should have happened is created during the pandemic.
And according to the U.S. Attorney, that those funds specifically were used for luxury purchases for one of the defendants who was just recently charged and all of this.
So again, a lot happening here.
And it's probably just the surface of all of this, given the fact when you look at New York City, for an example.
Like I told you, $750 million at the time.
That was years ago when I used to cover New York City crime and corruption was unaccounted for.
That money was shifted over by the mayor, who was Bill de Blasio at the time, who gave that money to his then wife, who was supposed to crunch down and stop homelessness when she was handed over a billion dollar budget to do just that.
And then when she was called in front of the city council, they asked, where's the $750 million?
And she said, sorry, I don't have any, I don't have any receipts for you.
But we use it.
It's a good cause.
Again, these people all need to be investigated.
This is just the surface.
And it's a little disappointing.
It's a little disappointing that this keeps happening.
But again, this is just the very beginning in all of this.
All right, I want to play this next clip.
This one gave me a good laugh yesterday.
In clip 18, you're going to listen to President Trump speak about the advice he gets from the first lady.
And this advice is her telling him how cringe his dancing is.
Take a listen.
donald j trump
And she gets up and they put a little tiny thing like this little thing.
And my wife, by the way, my wife hates when I do this.
She said, you know, she's a very classy person, right?
She said, it's so unpresidential.
I said, but I did become president.
Somebody, she hates when I dance.
I said, everybody wants me to dance.
Darling, it's not presidential.
She actually said, could you imagine FDR dancing?
She said that to me.
And I said, there's a long history that perhaps she doesn't know.
Because he was an elegant fellow, even as a Democrat, right?
He was the attack by Japan.
You know, he was quite elegant.
But he wouldn't be doing this.
But, but, nor would too many others.
But she says, darling, please, the weightlifting is terrible.
And I have to say this, the dancing they really like.
She said, they don't like it.
They're just being nice to you.
I said, that's not right.
The place goes crazy.
They're screaming, dance, please.
But the weightlifting, but no, the girl gets up.
And you see, I want to be more, but I have somebody watching.
I want to be more effusive.
unidentified
I want to really, yeah.
donald j trump
But she gets in the drops the thing, walks off the stage crying.
Her mother's crying.
Her father's crying.
Guy gets up.
He said, have you lifted before, little bit?
And he walks up, being, he could have gone ding, ding, ding.
I think it was 112 pounds, right?
It's crazy.
breanna morello
Ah, the president.
He's got a great sense of humor.
And I love to hear how Melanie Trump is coaching him and telling him how to be more presidential.
She might be right about the dancing thing.
And I think your wife will always give you a fair shake.
Even though, okay, this dancing we're cool with.
But the dancing on stage, I know a lot of you guys like this.
Yeah.
I think this is what she's talking about here.
She tried to save her husband from embarrassments.
But the people love it.
His fans love it.
They encourage him to do just that.
So it's great to see the first lady trying to tell him how to be more presidential because she is a very classy, classy lady.
I wanted to take a moment to give one of our top fans a big shout out today.
It is Rosie's birthday.
Happy birthday, Rosie.
Rosie is a big fan of InfoWars.
She watches every single day, according to her dad, Mr. Eric Spracklin.
And so we just wanted to wish her a very, very happy birthday.
Now, not only is Rosie a patriot who watches Infowars, but she's a patriot who's still calling on the Epstein files to be released.
How do I know that?
Well, this is the proof.
So if Rosie could get her birthday wish, it would be that the Epstein files would be released.
And it would be that everyone except the victims involved would be unredacted from the big file dump.
So happy birthday, Rosie.
We really hope you get your birthday with Wish Girl.
We really, really do.
All right, folks, buckle up.
We've got more to discuss in just a bit.
Don't go anywhere.
We've got a lot more to unpack in just a moment.
Plus, I'll be joined by my girl, Annie Cyrus.
She is an Iranian who has fled and she's now here in the United States.
And she's exposing everything that's going on right now in Iran.
So we'll have her on in just a moment.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the AlexJonesStore.com.
When you purchase a supplement, you get a bottle of the Atomic Defense or Sheila Jit Gummies for free.
So head on over to the AlexJonesStore.com right now.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
We're excited that you're all jumping on board with us today.
A lot more to discuss as we get ready to kick off the third hour of the show.
So buckle up.
We're just scratching the surface at this point.
As many of you guys know, we've been calling out the corruption, the garbage, the nonsense, stuff that's still going on within this administration as well.
And so if you miss any of my ranting today, you really missed out on a good one.
So make sure you head on off to the top of the hour of the first hour of the show and listen in on that because we're learning more and more about those who are still within the DOJ, who shouldn't be there because they targeted innocent Americans and wanted to destroy their life because they were Trump supporters.
It's kind of crazy that we have to advocate for these people to be fired in the first place.
And everyone says, oh, it's so hard to fire people who are federal employees.
I don't think that's the case.
I don't think that's the case.
So we'll be diving into that in a little bit.
We'll also be talking about a story that I worked on yesterday, Wedgmans.
Is that how you say it?
Wegmans.
Well, apparently it's up north these days.
Actually, I don't remember the being in New York City when I lived in New York City, but apparently they're there now.
The supermarket chain is taking their biometrics.
If you walk into their store, you see a sign on their front door.
And obviously, whenever it's biometrics related, people reach out to me, they tag me, they call me, they say, hey, Brianna, we just found something else.
Maybe you should look into it.
Well, I did and I spoke with the company yesterday and I'll bring you the details on that because this one's interesting.
I mean, they're literally saying that it's going to collect.
This is a sign.
It says, it said eye scan and your voice recording.
So it's going to record your voice as well, which is, I mean, I don't know how.
But I reached out and the company gave me kind of an odd response.
So we'll play that in a little bit for you.
We'll talk about that in a little bit.
We'll also dive into the latest regarding the shooter in the Brown University MIT shooter.
DOJ putting out new information on that.
So we'll talk about that in a little bit.
We'll also talk about the latest that's going on over the DOJ because there's some good, some bad.
We'll call it as fair as possible.
The DOJ is doing a good job at holding states accountable for not purging their voter roles.
Two states have just been sued by the DOJ.
We'll talk about that in a moment as well.
So a lot happening there.
Also in Iran right now, there's a lot going on.
And obviously, as an American, I'd say that our media coverage here, it's a little biased.
So I never know what to trust.
So that's why we're going to bring in my girl Annie Cyrus in a little bit who's going to detail everything regarding what you're seeing play out all over the internet.
There's protests happening all across major cities throughout the country.
And it's interesting because, again, this is happening at a time when things are kind of getting kind of crazy in Venezuela as well.
And so, the relationship between both of those countries and what you're seeing play out, it's interesting the timing, but most importantly, is our thing is about to get serious because we keep hearing people like Lindsey Graham go out there and he's kind of like nudging the president to do something.
And it's not just Lindsey Graham, it's also Israel.
So, we're going to talk about all that with Cyrus in a little bit.
I'd love to hear from her on this front.
As many of you guys know, I used to have her on my podcast quite often, and she's from Iran.
She obviously had to come to the United States, and she's living here.
She's constantly under attack, constantly receiving death threats from the regime.
And that's because she's telling the truth.
They don't like when you tell the truth.
So, it'll be good to have her on the show today to detail what's going on there.
So, a lot more happening in the third hour of the program.
Also, there's a soundbite.
I love everything that Tim Thibault is doing, and we're going to play it for you as well.
Tim Thibault and his wife have really done a great job at trying to prevent and stop and help those who are being trafficked.
It's obviously such an egregious thing.
I don't know why we don't spend enough time trying to help these victims.
I think it's one of the most, I think it's one of the biggest crimes in this country that so many children are sex trafficked here.
We just don't do enough about it.
But Tim Thibault is doing an incredible job, and so is his wife.
We want to highlight his recent comments that he's made because these are really, really important that you guys hear about what's going on to all things related to that.
Also, JD Vance is reacting to that individual, that transgender person who has been arrested for apparently breaking the windows of his home.
Now, apparently, his kids were home.
Thank God, though, he gives the details behind that.
We'll play that clip for you because it sounds like his kids were unaware.
I'll detail what happened at his home, though, in Ohio, in just a bit.
So, buckle up.
Third hour of the show is starting off in just a moment.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the alexjonesore.com because you got a couple more hours left over in the sale.
When you purchase a supplement, you're going to get atomic defense or Sheila J. Gummies for free, especially because we're heading into cold flu season.
You're going to want some atomic defense in your cabinet.
So, head on over to the shop right now is a great time to stock up on all of your favorite supplements over at the alexjonesor.com.
And when you make a purchase at the shop, you're helping keeping this operation up and running.
So head on over to the oxygenstore.com and make sure you snap this deal before it's too late.
unidentified
Trump is not Barack Obama.
He has your back into the Ayatoz.
You need to understand: if you keep killing your people who are demanding a better life, Donald J. Trump is going to kill you.
Change is coming to Iran.
It'll be the biggest change in the history of the Mideast to get rid of this Nazi regime.
To the people of Iran, help is on the way.
breanna morello
Help is on the way.
That's the message coming from Senator Lindsey Graham.
And obviously, as many of you guys know, Lindsey likes to nudge this country into war.
So, take those words lightly, but also remember that he was just on, I believe it was Air Force One just a couple of days ago, wearing a and handing over to the president a make Iran great again hat.
This is something that he's fully leaning into.
And the American people have some questions that they want answers to.
What's going on right now throughout the country?
Well, we're seeing protests taking place and they're getting quite violent.
And sadly, Iranians who are brave enough to take to the streets, well, they're being killed.
So far, there's over three dozen deaths that have been reported so far.
Again, the bulk of those have been citizens.
I believe there was just two authorities, like law enforcement officers is kind of what the media is phrasing it as, that were killed as well.
Again, things are getting very violent here, and they're nudging their leader.
Now, again, this is the media, so it's very hard to trust the reports that are coming out.
And I try my very best to be as fair and balanced as we can, but it's gonna be very hard to talk to people in Iran right now because obviously, if they speak out against the regime, they are likely going to be killed.
And that's exactly what's playing out all across the country.
So, joining me now right now to discuss is Annie Cyrus.
An incredible independent journalist who originally came to us from Iran.
She fled here, and the regime doesn't like her because she speaks truth to power.
She's a brave patriot.
She loves this country and she speaks nothing but the truth.
She does a great job at liveuptofreedom.substack.com as well.
Andy, it's great to have you on the program.
It's great to catch up with you.
I wanted to get your take on what we're seeing develop, obviously, in your former country, because it's deeply concerning when we see what's unraveling.
We're hopeful that, you know, obviously these protests are organic, I should say, as we watch what's going on in Venezuela right now.
Obviously, it looks like both of these could be possibly related.
But what are you hearing from folks on the ground over there?
Is this an organic protest that's happening, or are we really possibly going to see a regime change over there?
anni cyrus
Well, first, let me say thank you for having me.
And I mean that on behalf of myself and my people in Iran, because you are the second conservative alternative media host who actually reached out to someone who knows what they're doing and directly talking to people of Iran.
So for that, I appreciate it.
Let me start with Iran before I touch on Venezuela.
With Iran, we just stepped into day 11 of the uprising.
I want to be very clear: though you see on Western media plenty, this is not an uprising due to bad economy.
This is an uprising that has been going on for 47 years.
This is the 12th uprising by Iranian people since the Islamic Revolution, and they are making progress.
This is not a cycle of one-day economy, one-day hijab, one-day this.
No, this is a progress that has been made in 47 years.
Last five days, it has turned into a full revolution.
You can see on the videos that are being published, mainly by reliable sources, that people are not chanting for food stamp or government help or no more mandatory hijab.
They're calling for the fall of the regime.
And they're also calling for their chosen leader to come back to Iran, which is the son of the late Shah of Iran.
This is important because this is the first time Iranian people are voicing a choice as a leader.
And a lot of media, especially in America, are constantly calling it an uprising due to a bad economy.
People are poor, so they want a better economy.
No, they want a complete change of government.
They want the regime gone and they want Crown Prince Pattavi to come to Iran, at least as a transitional government, until things can be basically seen as more clear.
So that's where we are.
There are 31 provinces in Iran.
As of right now, 27 have joined this revolution.
So soon I can actually say it's a nationwide revolution.
You are correct.
31 people have been killed.
Out of 31, five of them were morality police and riot police.
The rest were citizens who are trying to gain their freedom.
That's another important point.
When you go back and look at the history of uprising in Iran, people would normally capture morality police or riot police, and then they would just let them go after disarming them.
This time, they're killing them.
I shouldn't promote this, but this is a good progress.
This is where people have reached their limit.
Now, quickly heading over to Venezuela, the timing is curious.
However, it has no impact on what's happening in Iran through the people.
It has, however, rattled the regime dramatically.
Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, is facing four battles right now.
Losing Madora, which means the $140 billion dollars that was going to regime through Madora is not going to go in.
So they're not going to count, they can't have that money.
The uprising in Iran, the fear of Netanyahu coming back in, or the fear of Trump actually dropping bombs in Iran.
Those are the four battles he is facing today, which makes a huge difference.
He can't make right decisions, not that he ever did, but he's definitely losing his government.
breanna morello
Okay, I wanted to ask you about this, Annie, because we're going to play clip 17 for you.
The crown prince, the one that you were just alluding to, the one that is the people want him to take back power.
This individual was actually on Sean Hannity last night.
Take a listen to clip 17.
sean hannity
Are you planning to go back to Iran?
You have not been there many, many years.
It was 1979 when the Ayatollah came back.
He was in exile in France at the time.
Do you plan on going back?
Do you plan on having free elections?
unidentified
Have you thought about it?
hrh reza pahlavi
Sean, at the call of my compatriots, I've stepped forward to lead this transition from this tyranny to a future democracy.
My role is to help my compatriot achieve that goal, to bring about a peaceful end by means of a national referendum and a constitutional assembly.
I'm impartial as to what the ultimate result will be, so long as it's a secular democracy.
I've trained all my life to serve my nation.
I'm there to serve and help them achieve that goal.
And I'm more than ever ready to step in Iran as soon as the situation warrants itself.
And I'll be there with my compatriots to lead the ultimate battle.
sean hannity
Razor Pahlavi, thank you so much for being with us and I pray for freedom for the people of Iraq.
breanna morello
So Annie, I want to jump in on here because I'm also seeing reports, and this is the mainstream media.
So this is why I want to ask you about this, that the Ayatollah is potentially planning to escape and leave and flee and go to Moscow, it looks like.
Now we hear about those plans constantly that leaders who are fearful for their lives do flee to Russia.
That does make sense.
It's just like kind of the blueprint for communists these days.
But what do you make of this report?
Do you think that he's feeling the fire to flee and that the crown prince is actually preparing to step in and possibly bring democracy to Iran?
Is that him overselling it to the people?
anni cyrus
So let's address Khamenei.
I addressed this on my Saba sec.
He is not planning to flee today.
If, and that's a big if, difference between dictators of Marxist socialists versus Islamists.
Islamists don't give up power because they're not fighting for the earthly power.
They're doing it for their religious duty.
If, big if, if he does decide to flee, he's not going to go to Moscow.
He's going to head over to either India or Iraq, where he's going to have a majority of Shia support to not only hide him, but they also have no political agenda to turn him over.
So again, if he does decide, don't look for him in Moscow.
Look for him in India or in Iraq.
First, head to Iraq because his party is running Iraqi parliament today.
So that's where he's going to go.
Raza Padhabi, he is ready to go.
Yes.
He has produced a 100-day plan after the fall of the regime.
You can find it online.
It's not a secret weapon.
He released it publicly during Masla Amini uprising in 2022.
He has a plan.
He has a team.
And he's right.
He has been trained for today.
Not only him, his mother, the queen of Iran.
She's still alive and she has released many videos assuring people that she will gladly help her son through this transition.
Also, he is releasing call to action, leading and guiding the protesters in Iran, which is another good sign for a leader who is prepared to help this transition.
I agree with him.
We don't know where things go.
I personally, I will vote for him forever.
But people of Iran will choose who the permanent leader might be or the format.
Or do they want monarch?
Do they want democracy?
Do they want republic?
That's going to be up to the people of Iran after the dust settles.
breanna morello
Okay.
And what would this mean for potentially Iranian women?
Because obviously we know that their rights have been completely annihilated over these last few decades right now.
So is there hope for Iranian women that Sharia law and all these restrictions that they have to abide by, that those would potentially be lifted?
Because that's been a big one.
anni cyrus
Absolutely.
Two things.
One, even during transition with Reza Pahlavi, he's going to, based on what he said, he's going to take the constitution back to where his father and his grandfather were, Pahlavi dynasty, and upgrade it to the modern day Western life.
That's where his constitution is going to go.
Secondly, people of Iran are not going to give back into any kind of form of Islamic leaders.
Even I pray as an Iranian, I pray that we stay out of what's happening until we are asked by the candidate to go help.
But even if such a thing happens and we decide to turn this very organic revolution into a color revolution, we need to be very careful who we pick to put in place because Iranians are going to fight back against anyone who is not Raza Pahlavi today.
breanna morello
Yeah, and I think that's really important too because we're watching as constantly, you know, the Israeli prime minister is trying to nudge the United States into a conflict with Iran.
And then we see Lindsey Graham out there.
He's also kind of nudging a little bit.
So we are concerned on that front because again, although we are obviously rooting for Iranian people to be able to get to a place where they could gain back their freedoms, American influence, we try to advocate against us actually helping out in that way.
And we hope that all of it is organic.
But I wanted to get to this.
I think this is also really telling.
There was just recently, and this was in the news today, an Iranian man who was executed because they believed that he was spying for Israel.
What is it like for those who are accused of possibly being foreign spies and working against the government?
Do they even have a fair shake at a trial?
Because I can only imagine they probably don't.
But I mean, this man was sentenced to execution quite rapidly.
So what does this look like on the ground in Iran?
How does this even play out in the first place?
anni cyrus
Well, let me address something real quick.
Netanyahu yesterday did say to the people of Iran that he's not coming in.
He's going to respect their movement and he's standing by when we need his help, but for now he's not coming in.
So that was a good sign.
On the other hand, I can confirm that we do have trained Mossad agents on the ground in Iran helping people.
And I need to be clear, these are not Israeli Mossad agents helping Iranian people.
These are Iranian trained Mossad agents helping Iranian people.
So I need to give credit.
We are receiving proper help from Israel.
That's there.
As far as arrest and execution, in the last 11 days, anybody who's been arrested, they don't face trial.
They don't have lawyers.
Depending on the judge, they will be framed for some sort of crime and face consequences.
They could be just jailed.
Some of them.
We have seven people who disappeared since their arrest.
And then those who are just being hung next morning, next day of the arrest, for reasons such as a spying for Israel or labeled Mossad agents.
That's the process right now.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, I mean, obviously, this is really kind of alarming.
And we're hoping that those on the ground in Iran who are doing all this protesting, they're trying to change their country.
We wish them the best.
We truly wish them the best.
Besides, Americans, obviously, and our military getting involved and anything of that nature, what can Americans do here on U.S. soil just to support them?
How can we help share their stories where it's not being filtered through this biased mass media culture, but instead, it's the actual authentic Iranian voices who are in this fight?
What can we do here to help them?
anni cyrus
Being their voice, the best way is either go to Crown Prince Pahlavi's pages.
He has a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram channel, and he does produce English language information.
You can spread those.
If you don't mind me saying, I am one of the most trusted reporters on the ground when it comes to situations in Iran, you can go to my substack, grab my information, spread that.
I'm putting minute-by-minute reports out.
Also, encourage our government to stay out.
Americans, this is the moment you can play a huge role in history by asking our government to stay out of this unless Iranian people and leaders are asking for help.
We should stay out of it.
That is the biggest role Americans can play today.
Do not encourage, do not cheer decisions or posts or announcements by our government.
Don't get excited.
Today is not the day we need to send our troops to Iran.
breanna morello
Yeah, and I think that's really important that we drive that point home.
You do a great job on your liveuptofreedom.substack.com, folks.
So head on over there.
You could become a subscriber, you could become paid or free.
I love the fact that you have both of those elements out there.
But again, independent journalism is only independent because you, the people support it.
So head on over to liveuptofreedom.substack.com.
You know, Annie, the reason why I have you on my, I've had you on my podcast, and obviously now this show is because I do trust your voice in all of this.
And there's a lot of active threats against you, and you are constantly not afraid.
You're not turning away.
You're not fearful, but you're fighting back with the truth.
Before we go, because we got a couple of minutes, actually, you know, the last time I had you on my podcast, we talked about how the Iranian government was issuing active threats and they were trying to go after you here in the United States.
Can you just kind of walk us through what that is even like for a journalist like yourself to speak out here in America and to have a foreign government still looking to go after you because they're not happy with the information that you're putting out there?
anni cyrus
One of the patterns of behavior from the Islamic regime for the last 47 years is not just to kill the citizens inside Iran, they also put out assassination orders against dissidents who are outside of Iran who have found their voice and are exposing the regime's tyrannical behavior.
I am one of those people.
As I said here, talk to you.
I have 12 bounties on my head, some issued directly from the regime, some issued from Islamic leaders of a lying with the regime.
I'm not the only one.
Unfortunately, many have been captured, either taken back to Iran, executed, or just killed on the streets of European countries.
We just had Masiya Alinejad in America that thankfully the FBI was able to capture the two Russian agents hired by IRGC plotting to kidnap her and kill her.
So it's an ongoing situation.
Again, when I say what happens in Iran affect not just Iranians inside Iran, but the entire world, including myself as an American Iranian, might be able to do what I do with a little less isolation and a little less need to constantly look over my shoulder of who's coming and when they're coming.
And yes, you're right.
I don't go silence.
I keep doing what I do because I believe I have the biggest protection anyone can ask for, and that is our Lord and Savior.
However, there are many people who unfortunately had to give up doing what they do because they had families, they had children, they were too afraid.
So again, this regime must go.
They're a threat to everyone.
They are a threat to human society.
breanna morello
Yeah.
Yeah.
And, you know, I really hope the American people understand the risk that you had to put yourself through every day just to come out and tell the truth on these issues.
And it's the reason why so many, again, just don't do it because there is a big, there's a big risk here.
And you do an incredible job at breaking that down for everyone.
So Annie, thank you for all the incredible work you do.
Again, folks, it's liveuptofreedom.substack.com.
We'll have you back on the show as this develops because I appreciate your insight in all of this and your coverage.
So thank you, girl.
It's great to catch up with you as always.
And you're doing a great job.
So keep fighting back.
anni cyrus
I appreciate you.
Stay safe.
breanna morello
Stay safe, my friend.
Folks, I want to turn over to another story that I was detailing for you briefly.
It has to do with the supermarket chain that I didn't even know was in New York City.
When I left New York City back in, I think, 2018, they weren't there, but apparently they're there now.
Or maybe I just didn't see them in New York City, but Wedgman's or Wegmans.
You guys probably would correct me on that one soon.
But they are a supermarket chain that is based.
I guess they're just based all over the place.
I've seen them before in Maryland.
All my friends in Maryland told me they were a great one.
I wasn't that impressed.
We had Publix in Florida.
That was pretty impressive for me.
But the supermarket itself is putting a sign on the door.
That sign specifically saying that they're taking your biometrics.
They're taking your biometrics.
Now, that catches my attention.
I know every time you guys see a biometric story, you think of me because I'm kind of the specialist when it comes to privacy-related issues regarding your biometric data.
And so when I saw this story, I had to jump all over it.
And I did reach out to the company to figure out what's going on here because the sign specifically says that it's using facial recognition technology, eye scans, and voice prints.
Okay, so that's kind of concerning to me.
What would they be using that data for?
Well, good question.
Good question.
They did feed me a salad of words in their response to my question.
I provided you with the full statement up on my ex page, but they're saying that they're collecting facial recognition data and they're using it to identify individuals who may be flagged for misconduct.
Do not collect other biometric data, although their sign clearly says I and voice prints.
I don't know.
I see it on the sign, so I think so.
But in their statement, they say that they do not collect it.
Again, it's retinal scans and voice prints is what they're claiming that they don't collect, but their sign says they do.
It's according to the image that was taken and posted on social media.
Images are collected, retained only for as long as they're necessary for security purposes.
And then they're disposed of, they claim.
For security reasons, we cannot disclose exactly what the actual amount of time that they hold these images for is what they told me.
But this is always concerning.
Number one, I asked them if their third party group's apart of any of this, because when I follow a lot of these biometric stories, I find that your biometric information, because it's a private company, even possibly government biometric systems, well, they're selling it off to third parties.
And so I asked them that specific question.
They're claiming they didn't really directly answer it, honestly.
But they're claiming that they're only doing this for security reasons.
I don't know why you would even do this.
To be blunt, in New York City, because even if you catch someone who's stealing from your store, they're not going to be arrested.
Even under this new leadership in New York City, they don't have prosecutors that want to prosecute crime, whether you're in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens.
It's all just liberal Soros funded DAs.
So I don't know what this sign means to you.
To me, it means nothing if it's an actual security precaution.
If you're truly worried about things like that, you probably should buckle up and shift gears a bit.
And by that, I mean shut down your stores and leave.
All right, folks, we're keeping our eye on a lot.
There's actually a Maha presser being held right now.
I'll bring you that in a little bit.
Apparently, there's going to be new, well, there's going to be new nutrient guidelines coming down.
Getting this alert right now.
It's also going to redefine ultra-processed foods and ease up on the red meat and saturated fats that they've gone so hard against.
Obviously, Maha's off to a great start in 2026.
We cover just that in a little segment we did yesterday.
But we'll bring you this presser as it begins.
That should be starting shortly.
So when we come back on the other side, we'll talk about that.
Plus, I'll catch you up on a lot of other important stories that you need to know about, that you need to know about.
I'll bring you an update on that story that we brought to you yesterday about that tranny, the alleged tranny, or the alleged tranny suspect, I should say, who decided to go after JD Vance's home and smash a couple of windows.
Well, JD Vance is telling us the backstory to all of this.
According to reports, the person who's been arrested for this is a biological boy, man, pretending to be a woman.
The father, according to post-millennial, is a surgeon, but also a Democrat donor.
Surprise, surprise, that's his dad.
We'll read the latest on that in a little bit.
JD Vance breaking down what happened at his home in Columbus, Ohio.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the AlexJonesStore.com because right now, when you make a purchase of any supplement at the shop, you get a bottle of the Atomic Defense and Chili Jay Gummies as well.
That is going to be going on for a limited time.
We've got a couple more hours left in that sale.
So head on over to the AlexJonesStore.com and make sure you snag this up because we're heading into, we are officially actually in cold and flu season.
So don't get sick like the rest of these suckers.
Head on over and make sure you grab this while it lasts over at theoptionstore.com.
molly mccoy
We're excited.
breanna morello
You're all jumping on with us.
Third hour, final laugh at the show.
A lot going on right now.
We've got the Maha Presser that's going on right now with RFKG and you're speaking about the new changes that are coming to HHS and all the other agencies.
So let's listen in.
karoline leavitt
Today they are here to officially unveil the 2025 to 2030 Dietary Guidelines for America.
These new guidelines are informed by the best and most reliable research on health and nutrition, particularly as it relates to the role of our diets in the prevalence of chronic disease in the country.
They are also, these guidelines are easy to read and understand.
So every American, young and old, can access this information that literally has the power to change lives.
But these are not just an updated guideline.
These are the foundation to all federal food programs in our country.
These new guidelines are going to update the food that is served to America's children in our public schools, to the plates that are served to our great men in uniform and our military, our veterans, and the food that they are consuming at the VA.
And these new guidelines are also going to impact nutritional programs for the needy in our country, such as WIC and Head Start.
Unfortunately, for decades, federal dollars has promoted low-quality, highly processed foods that lead to scores of long-term health issues, which means Americans have gone broke because of these health issues.
Faulty dietary guidelines of the past stacked the deck against healthy eating and food options for everyday American families, which has fueled the chronic disease epidemic and jacked up the healthcare costs of households across the country.
This failed approach in our public health system ends today.
When these guidelines are followed, Americans will be saving themselves thousands of dollars.
If we want to help cut health care costs in our country, we must become a healthier country.
According to the CEA, poor diet is the root cause of obesity, which accounts for $400 billion in medical spending each year.
A healthier America will lead to a more affordable America.
The new dietary guidelines from the Trump administration will ensure federal dollars go to real food to improve public health and therefore save the American people their hard-earned cash over the course of their lives.
So with that, I am going to hand it over to Secretary Kennedy.
The great people behind me will give remarks and then we'll get into Q ⁇ A for the officials that are here on this specific topic.
They will leave because they're all very busy people and then I will open it up to Q ⁇ A with the rest of you on the rest of the news in the world.
So thank you and we'll start with Secretary Kennedy.
robert f kennedy-jr
Thank you, Kevin.
unidentified
Thank you.
robert f kennedy-jr
Today marks a decisive change in federal nutrition policy made possible by President Trump's leadership and the work of Maha moms and public health advocates who demanded reform.
Today, in accordance with President Trump's directive, Brooke and I will release the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025 to 2030, the most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.
These guidelines replace corporate-driven assumptions with common sense goals and gold standard scientific integrity.
These new guidelines will revolutionize our nation's food culture and make America healthy again.
For decades, Americans have grown sicker while healthcare costs have soared.
The reason is clear.
The hard truth is that our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit-taking, telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.
Federal policy promoted and subsidized highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates and turned a blind eye to the disastrous consequences.
Today, the lies stop.
The new guidelines recognize that whole, nutrient-dense food is the most effective path to better health and lower health care costs.
Protein and healthy fats are essential and were wrongly discouraged in prior dietary guidelines.
We are ending the war on saturated fats.
Diets rich in vegetables and fruits reduce disease risk more effectively than many drugs.
Whole grains outperform refined carbohydrates.
Added sugars, especially sugar-sweetened beverages, drive metabolic disease.
And today, our government declares war on added sugar.
Highly processed foods loaded with additives, added sugar, and excess salt damage health and should be avoided.
As Secretary of Health and Human Services, my message is clear.
Eat real food.
Nothing matters more for healthcare outcomes, economic productivity, military readiness, and fiscal stability.
Dietary guidelines shape dozens of federal feeding programs, including Head Start.
These standards affect 45 million school lunches every day, meals for 1.3 million active duty service members, and food served to 9 million veterans in VA hospitals.
Today begins the work of aligning those programs with affordable, whole, nutrient-dense food.
Implementation requires coordination across the government.
I'm working with many of my fellow cabinet secretaries to deliver results.
I want to thank Blobi Mukamala.
Thank you very much.
Who is the president of the American Medical Association for committing to mobilize the medical community on nutrition?
And I thank also the American Academy of Pediatrics for partnering on this effort.
I also look forward to working with Dr. Jay Bhattachara and Dr. Marty McCary to fund and prioritize rigorous nutrition research at the NIH and at the FDA.
The stakes are measurable and severe.
A Johns Hopkins analysis estimates that 48% of every federal taxpayer dollar now goes to health care.
The CDC reports that 90% of healthcare spending treats chronic disease.
That means that 40%, 40 cents of every dollar that taxpayers pay in this country is going to treat diseases that could be averted through good food.
The United States has the highest obesity and type 2 diabetes rate in the developed world.
We spend three times more per capita than the European nation, European Union on health care, yet our life expectancy is five years lower, largely due to diet-related chronic disease.
Our childhood obesity rate is five times higher than countries like France.
One-third of U.S. teens have pre-diabetes, over 35% are overweight or obese, and 20% of young adults have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
77% of military-aged Americans are ineligible for military service because of diet-related conditions.
If a foreign adversary sought to destroy the health of our children, to cripple our economy, to weaken our national security, there would be no better strategy than to addict us to ultra-processed foods.
It's shocking that our own government helped to drive these cataclysmic changes in our diet.
The damage is real, it is preventable, and President Trump has ordered it to end.
If the United States reduced obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer's, the Japanese levels, we would save approximately $600 billion a year.
About 50% of Medicare's projected long-term deficit or $5,000 per family annually.
Current policy worsens the problem.
42 million Americans rely on SNAP.
For common purchases, include sugary drinks, candy, and chips.
78% of SNAP recipients are enrolled in Medicaid.
And 90% of Medicaid spending goes to chronic disease.
These incentives raise healthcare costs and undermine health.
This must change.
The new framework centers on protein and healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
you can see the food pyramid here it's upside down a lot of you will say but it was actually upside down before and we just right at it for the first time
The dietary guidelines directly address ultra-processed foods and set firm sugar limits in federal procurement, driving a significant reduction in added sugar in school meals.
I want to thank President Trump for his leadership and the partners committed to ensuring that federal food dollars support real food and better health.
Thank you.
breanna morello
All right, I want to jump in here because I think it's really impressive.
We have RFK Jr. declaring war on added sugar.
That's a big one.
Obviously, also going off of the processed foods, which is all linked together.
Obviously, it's all kind of the same hub.
But man, oh man, this is what we've been waiting on.
We have a new pyramid that's very realistic.
This is what you should be eating.
And it's not just him telling you that.
I mean, when I switched over, I went carnivore and ditched the processed foods and kept it strictly to just meats.
I lost 25-ish pounds.
So there's definitely something here.
And I think it's absolutely incredible to see him discussing just that.
And again, this is the stuff that we put into our foods.
I mean, a lot of the chemicals they put into our foods that they pump into our foods is the chemicals that are banned throughout Europe.
And it's so inferior.
You know, we do it to our own people.
But like he said, if you wanted to destroy a country, you would push processed foods onto the American people.
And so it's great to see that RFK Jr., who is someone who is very passionate about this, is going to be getting to the bottom of all of that.
So that is incredible news.
And 2026 for Maha is off to a great start, I must say.
I must say we've been covering extensively on this show, as many of you guys know.
Those pesticide immunities that they were trying to slip into the latest spending bill.
Well, that's been nuked because you, the American people, stood up and said, no, no, no, no, I'm not going to, I'm not going to allow that to happen.
And then obviously now we have a new schedule for childhood vaccines, which breaks it down to about 11 out of the former 72 that used to push on the children.
I don't even understand how they thought 72 was a reasonable number.
It's pure insanity, folks, but it's great to see that RFK Jr. is at the head of all of this and he's pushing for things that he truly believes in, truly believes in.
Red meats, by the way, not that bad.
I eat a steak a day.
I always joke and say a steak a day keeps a doctor away or a steak a day keeps big farm away, however you want to phrase it.
But it seems to work for me.
Obviously, I'm not a doctor, but I'm telling you, folks, there's a lot of truth to what RFK Jr. is saying and we're excited to see what's happening over at HHS and all of his other agencies as well.
All right, let's shift gears a bit.
A lot more going on.
You know, the DOJ, I'll have to cover the positive.
When they do positive things, well, Harmeat Dylan is doing a lot of good.
And so I want to keep Drillon's point home, but she's going after states that are refusing to hand over their voter rolls and clear them.
Because many of you guys know the voter rolls are also a significant problem when it comes to election integrity.
And so many states are unwilling to clean up the rolls.
And this is very, very important.
The DOJ is now suing Arizona and Connecticut for failing to produce their voter rolls to the federal government.
The DOJ is now officially suing 23 states that are failed.
And it's Republican and Democrat.
Just so you know, both sides are not doing what they should be doing.
So it's as fair balance as you could possibly get.
But you know, Harmy Dylan's not letting up anytime soon.
This is a main issue for her.
And we're thankful that that is because unfortunately, congressional Republicans don't really take this as a priority as we head into midterms, as we head into midterms.
So that is definitely going to be a big, big one.
Now, I told you all I wanted to play this clip because Tim Thibault does incredible work with his wife.
They are patriots.
And I love the fact that they, you know, use the opportunity, obviously, to spread the word.
But most importantly, they're going all around the country, all around the world.
They're trying to save children.
And this is something that doesn't get enough attention because in local news, when I try to cover a sex trafficking story or the story of children who are being trafficked all across this country, whether it's for, you know, slave labor or sex trafficking, you get shut down quite often because people just deem it as a non-desirable topic.
It will turn people away because it makes them sad.
But Tim Thibault is not shying away anytime soon.
And him and his wife paired up to try to save as many of these children and these young women as they possibly can.
And in clip 14, he's doing just that by outlining what the crisis truly is.
And so many people don't even know what's going on.
But you have to listen to the facts as he rolls them out.
Take a listen.
tim tebow
Are there wins in the fight?
Yes.
Every time a girl is brought to safety and there's healing that takes place, that's a win.
But in the grand scheme, no, we're not winning.
We're losing.
And there are many people that would believe that there's more trafficking taking place around the world than ever before in history.
Right now, as we speak, there are 50 plus million people that are being trafficked.
And they think, well, it's just over there, right?
It's across the world.
It's not happening here.
And that's also just not the case.
It is happening right here.
It is happening in our backyard.
It's happening across the country.
America is the number one buyer of live stream rape of boys and girls in peer-to-peer trading, CSAM, child sexual abuse material.
We're third worst in the world.
It goes China, Russia, America, and then Italy is fourth.
Every single day, 300,000 new sex ads will go up, and thousands of them are minors.
And if I was to read some of the quotes of buyers, it would show you how little they think of humanity and how little they think of these girls.
And that's honestly a big piece of what broke my heart for Look Again was that we have to look again at the worth and the value of ourselves and other people.
Because right now we face in so many areas around the world, but also right here the devaluing, the dehumanizing, the treating people as less than is just an object rather than treating them with real dignity, worth, respect, and honor.
unidentified
As someone who's close to this issue and working to provide resources and help people and get people out of it, why do you think people in this country have such a hard time discussing this?
Like, why, why is this not on more mainstream platforms?
tim tebow
Well, we're working on that very, very hard.
I think it's overwhelming.
I think people think, how can we make a difference?
I think that there's a lot of people that will say, I don't want to hear, I don't want to hear.
I'll give you one example.
I was playing in a foundation golf tournament in a state where I was three other people in my group were three of the most powerful, wealthy people in that state.
And I got a call from our VP of anti-human trafficking.
And I had to take it.
12 girls, something terrible just happened to them in a location.
And so I said, hey, sorry, guys, I got to take this and we got to make a plan for this.
And so they're overhearing some of the conversation.
And I finished the conversation.
I miss a few holes with them, which is just, there's no comparison, right?
And I finish and I come back and they're like, hey, what's going on?
I start to tell them just a little bit of what I'm allowed to tell them.
And they go, no, don't tell me.
Don't tell me.
Don't tell me.
I don't want to know.
I don't want to know because it makes me think about my kids.
And I was already emotional because of what I knew just happened to these 12 girls.
And I was frustrated, but also I was probably not speaking out of the most amount of humility and a little bit of pride.
And I responded and I said to the man that said that to me, If those girls could hear you right now, what hope do you think they would have?
If the most powerful people in our states and in our country are going to say, no, don't tell me, don't tell me.
I don't want to know.
Then how are we actually going to push back this evil that is taking place?
And I think that I share that story because that's happened too often.
And I'm not saying that everyone has to be exposed to all of it.
That's not my goal.
We don't want to traumatize people, but we do have to have people be aware of what is taking place so that we can have an army of people that are standing on the line for people, for these kids, for these women that are going through a living hell.
And if we're not even willing to look at it and to talk about it, to bring awareness to it so that action can be done, then we're not going to move the needle.
And we have to be able to do that.
Like we have to be able to talk about it, strategize, rally people.
And there are a lot of people.
I want this to be clear.
There are a lot of people, heroes that are on the line that we get to work with, law enforcement, so many victim identification specialists.
There are so many people that are doing great work in this space, but it's not enough.
breanna morello
It's not enough.
And I know many at home are probably really enraged that this is still an issue in this country.
The fact that we are one of the top countries consuming this just repulsive.
repulsive videos, photos.
We're obviously funding it as well is absolutely embarrassing.
But his family is doing an incredible job at trying to combat these issues and it needs to be a top priority.
I know for 2026, personally, myself, this has become one of my priorities.
And I look forward to making a big announcement on what we're going to start doing to help these children out, especially those here in the United States, because this has just been something that so many people fear talking about.
They don't want to talk about it.
Because again, like you heard him just detail, so many people are just like, I don't want to think about my children being out there and this happening to them, but the reality is it's someone's child.
And the reality of it is like that those parents lost their children.
Their children were abducted.
And this is what's happening to them.
So it's a major issue that we can't turn away from and we shouldn't turn away from.
And I look forward to doing just that.
But let's switch up gears a little bit.
You know, let's talk a little bit about this administration because President Trump, he's doing something that the last administration was incapable of doing, incapable of doing.
If you're wondering what I mean by that, I'm speaking about speaking.
Okay.
President Trump obviously is very available for the media.
And this is something that the previous person who we're told was president of the United States, Joe Biden, was unable to do.
Joe Biden failed to speak to the American people, to speak to journalists.
In fact, he needed a picture card while shuffling around at press conferences when he did make those appearances.
But as time went on and we were told that he's the president of the United States, his appearances were, well, they were trickling.
He wasn't making money.
He wasn't making money.
And obviously, most of us, because we got common sense, we knew exactly what was happening behind the scenes.
He wasn't healthy and they were trying their best to block that out.
But here we are with the new administration.
President Trump, there are some flaws, but one of his really good qualities, the fact that he's willing to speak to the American people, speak to the media, even though they are unfair.
And Breitbart just did an exclusive where they detail some more information about President Trump.
They have gone down the numbers and they said that President Trump spoke more than 2.57 million words at event when his remarks were transcribed in 2025.
And then he interacted with the press about 74% of the times at events or 74%, I should say, of the time when he was at these events.
This is according to data that they have gone through.
They've sent it through transcripts and they're trying to figure it all out themselves.
But I have to say, that's really impressive.
Yes, the bar was pretty damn low with the last administration, but that's a lot of words.
As many of you guys know, he does this all the time.
He's high energy.
He could be cranking all the time, bouncing around.
I did have when I was living in Florida, I did have the honor of having dinner at Mar-a-Lago one night.
And it was like 11 o'clock at night.
I'm sitting here.
This is last year.
And I'm like yawning, ready to go to bed.
And I look over because President Trump was in a group of people.
And he's still going.
I mean, this guy's still talking.
He's still just cranking.
And it's impressive given the fact that, number one, he doesn't drink, right?
So this is just all natural energy.
I don't even know if he drinks caffeine besides Diet Coke, honestly.
That was all that he had at his table besides that and water.
But he was going.
I was told, you know, I went home because I'm getting up there in age.
Went to bed.
But he was apparently there till past midnight just talking to folks.
Guy's got a lot of energy and he's got a lot of words, apparently.
2.57 million words, exactly, in 2025.
That's according to the transcripts, just the transcripts that Breitbart was able to get their hands on.
So I think that's really impressive and worth just highlighting.
All right, JD Vance obviously had his home attacked.
Now, the suspect is obviously a radical lefty.
He did speak out about this, and he did give us some details and insight into that.
Take a listen to Clip 15.
jd vance
Our family's doing fine, and thanks for asking.
You know, we had left Cincinnati a few hours before the attack.
And, you know, whenever we're in town, it's obviously a well-known thing because there are barricades everywhere.
The security presence goes up on our street.
And so I guess this person probably assumed we were still there, decided to make an attack.
I don't know if they were trying to break in.
That's my intuition, just because they went and hammered the windows.
But of course, we have stronger windows than most because I'm a protectee of the Secret Service.
And so eventually realized they weren't getting anywhere, ran off, and were captured by the Secret Service as they tried to escape.
That's my understanding.
I do think they have somebody in custody.
It appears, you know, well, I'll let the investigation play itself out a little bit more as to exactly what the motive was, but clearly a very sick individual.
The good thing is my kids are young enough, they have no idea what's going on and they don't read the news.
So they have no idea that their home was attacked by a crazy person with a hammer.
But, you know, it just, it is what it is.
Obviously, we saw what happened with the president a year and a half ago.
Thank God he's okay.
There are crazy people out there and we're thankful for the Secret Service and the grace of God that we're still here to do the job that we can.

All right, the Postmillennial reporting that the individual is a tranny pretending to be a female.
That's according to the report.
So we'll see how that all plays out.
But obviously, this is just the suspect.
This person's not been convicted.
And according also to the report, I believe it was Daily Mail reporting that his father is a surgeon, but also a Democratic donor.
So no surprise there that these people are as unhinged as we always know that they were.
And I really want someone to collect some stats on transgender violent crimes because that would be another stat to add to that one.
Because folks, we keep just like looking the other way on this.
I know our side doesn't, but the left doesn't want us gathering this information, but this information is critical and we should be gathering it.
unidentified
All right.
breanna morello
