During the Biden administration's 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal, the CIA struck a secret deal to evacuate and resettle over 85,000 Afghans, including members of its elite zero-units paramilitary force, with little to no vetting.
mike benz
John Solomon at Just the News just published an article that the Afghan assassin who shot the two National Guard members was brought over as part of a secret deal negotiated between the CIA under Joe Biden and the Afghan special forces who had been working with the CIA on the ground as part of the counterinsurgency against the Taliban.
So this means not only was the Afghan refugee who did this working with the CIA on the ground, but in fact, the whole reason he is here is because of a negotiated agreement between the CIA and those Afghan militia and special forces folks who were assisting the CIA.
And this is not an unusual thing.
jon bowne
Analyst Mike Benz revealed this was part of a deliberate strategy treating mass immigration as a remittance pipeline to fund CIA-backed militias abroad using U.S. taxpayer dollars sent home by evacuees.
mike benz
In fact, it's so common that I think its impact has to be assessed and frankly declassified as to whether or not the CIA has reached such agreements, for example, with fighters in Somalia, whether the CIA has reached such agreements for resettlement and refugee status in Iraq, in Haiti, in you name it,
name your combat zone, and how much of U.S. refugee programs, these kind of negotiated agreements between military and intelligence and the refugees are in our whole system.
jen psaki
Well, first, I would say we have a stringent vetting process, which includes background checks before any individual comes to the United States.
So I can't speak to one individual, but I can tell you and confirm for you that we take the vetting of any individual who comes to the United States and comes out incredibly seriously.
joe biden
The extraordinary success of this mission was due to the incredible skill, bravery, and selfless courage of the United States military and our diplomats and intelligence professionals.
jon bowne
Regardless of the BS Biden fed all of us, standard security screenings were deliberately bypassed for these CIA-trained fighters, many of whom suffered severe PTSD and harbored resentment over the debacle of the U.S. abandonment of Kabul on Biden's watch.
rob portman
When they land, if they choose not to go to the military base and to walk, they're able to do that.
alejandro mayorkas
They must receive, for example, certain immunizations in order to enter the interior of the United States.
rob portman
But my point is we don't have a system in place to keep people who want to walk.
Now, the other question is, who are these people?
And as I said, 75% of them are not green card holders.
They're not citizens.
They're not SIV holders.
They're not even applicants for SIV.
And this notion that they've been vetted as we would normally vet, I mean, how can we vet people?
Are you going to call the Taliban government and say, you know, is this information about this criminal record accurate?
Of course we can't.
Normally we would be able to contact the government.
Of course, we didn't have an embassy because we had evacuated it.
So we didn't go through the normal screening to Director Abbas had your answer earlier.
We didn't go through the normal screening process that you would for someone applying for a visa.
You couldn't because we didn't have The visa officials in the foreign in the foreign office there to do it.
jon bowne
So, Lackinwall was resettled in Bellingham, Washington in late 2021 under the U.S. government's Operation Allies Welcome Program.
He arrived with his wife and five young sons on humanitarian parole, was initially hosted for two months by local private sponsors Stanley and Valerie Creighton, who raised money for the family via a now-deleted GoFundMe and received 90-day resettlement assistance from World Relief and longer-term case management from the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants.
Over 76,000 Afghan individuals arrived via humanitarian parole, with an additional 114,000 resettled through the follow-up on Operating Enduring Welcome from 2022 to 2025.
breanna morello
Welcome to the American Journal.
I am Brean Morello.
As you can tell, we're not at our normal set.
I'm here in the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., because, well, the corporate media hacks refused to comply with simple rules.
And because of that, we are now replacing them.
But many of you already replaced the corporate media with us, of course, because in this battle for truth, so many times those in the corporate media world were caught flat out lying or spewing propaganda.
And so here we are now.
I guess we just have like a larger audience at this point because the American people, they don't trust the media.
And that's what's going on here.
So, as many of you guys saw on social media, we did our very best to ask the tough questions while we were over in the Pentagon.
And there were a lot of questions that we were grilling the new officials with, of course, trying to get to the bottom of a lot.
I mean, a lot.
Like the audit, the Afghan withdrawal, when we're going to see that report.
I sat with several officials here at the Pentagon, and this is how it went.
Sergeant Major, thank you for being here with me today.
We're very excited to have you on the show.
I kind of wanted to go over and start this off by just talking about Venezuela.
It's kind of a strange time for us right now because we are in a spot where all of a sudden now, the mainstream media has kind of become advocates for narco-terrorists.
And you never thought we'd be in this place, but here we are right now.
They're over here and they're attacking the Pentagon, attacking the president for what he's been able to do so far.
We're talking 21 strikes, 83 narco-terrorists dead.
What's your take of the media going after this administration like this?
eric gerresy
You obviously have no idea what we're doing.
Well, Anthony, I've been up here for almost a year now, and nothing surprises me at this point.
You know, President Trump's agenda and his focus on the Western Hemisphere is long overdue.
I think there's been a lot of our response right now and just demonstrating that this isn't going to be tolerated anymore, allowing these drugs to be brought into our country has been so far so overdue, and it's wanted not just needed by the U.S., it's also by all the countries in the Western Hemisphere.
They look to us for leadership.
President Trump is providing that leadership.
And these other countries that are being affected, just like the United States is, is completely getting on board with their full support.
Venezuela has been a problem within the entire region, not just to the United States.
And you have a lot of, it's not just drugs, sir.
That's like the main point everybody looks at, but it's also human trafficking, it's also human smuggling, it's also firearms trafficking.
These are things not just affecting the U.S., but it's affecting the whole region.
So it's way overdue for us to get involved.
And we're lucky to have President Trump making us a priority and allowing us to focus on this and get after the issue.
breanna morello
Yeah, and I think it's really important that we focus on this.
I want to also focus on the people who are on these vessels.
Obviously, we're being told that they're narco-terrorists.
The drug cartels tend to use civilians in a lot of different tasks and they'll maybe blackmail them and make them do things.
Are we 100% certain that the people that are on these vessels, I know the media likes to poke and say these might be innocent people who are going after, we should be very careful, but are we 100% certain that these are narco-terrorists that are on these boats, that these are people who are actually involved directly with the cartels?
eric gerresy
I can just tell you, this thing isn't taken lightly.
We're taking action.
We're taking lethal action.
We're taking people's lives.
I can tell you, you know, I've been there, I've seen the process.
It is very deliberate.
These things are vetted several different ways, and it is 100% that they are part of the cartels.
We're supporting the cartels.
They're not, you know, anybody point out there anything otherwise has no concept of the amount of work that goes into before any of these strikes are taken.
It's not taken lightly.
breanna morello
Yeah.
And right now we're focused on Venezuela, but obviously this region alone, there's a lot of countries that we could kind of focus on and shift our attention to.
Are there any other countries you guys are looking at to potentially combat this drug war that we have going on right now?
eric gerresy
It's not just a one country issue.
Like we look at it, you know, here from the Department of War, you know, a lot of this stuff originates in South America.
The drugs are moved either by air, mostly by maritime, to Central America, then it breaks up beyond the ground, goes into Mexico, and then the arrival zone is the United States.
So it's a, you're trying to defeat an entire network.
So a lot of these counts, some of these countries, like we're looking at, Venezuela, are key players in this, but it's affecting, it's not just one location.
That's why it's so important to work with the partner nations in the Western Hemisphere, help them develop their capacity so they can do their part, which they want to do.
They just needed that leadership from the United States that President Trump has displayed, and that's what we're going after.
breanna morello
Well, the Secretary of War has made it a top priority to make sure that our service members are in top shape.
I know this is something that you're also working with as well, make sure that they're healthy, that they are fit.
I mean, that was a big one, surprisingly, to just even have to come in here and demand that, that everyone's in great shape.
What are some of the things that you've been working on to make sure that does happen?
eric gerresy
So towards my time, I did 26 years on active duty, then I worked as a Department of Defense contractor, then I was a Department of Defense civilian.
So I've been involved in this in the game since I was 17.
Bring a lot of different experience to the table.
We got towards the end of my career, I want to say probably like in the 2005 time period, the military was getting a lot of non-warfighting tasks put on it as a burden.
As a small unit leader, you only have so much time to prepare for combat, get your troops ready, and if a lot of that time is focused on some of this, like, you know, some of the DEI type stuff, things that are just not non-warfighting focus, you lose focus on what's important.
I'm a combat veteran, just like the Secretary, and our focus, there's nothing wrong with the troops that hadn't served.
They will get their chance to serve downrange in combat.
The one thing you get by serving in combat is our priorities may be a little bit different.
They may be a little bit more narrow to focus on battle drills, medical training, marksmanship, physical fitness.
If your units can do all those things, they're able to do what we're asking to do as a country is to go into dangerous places and fight and win our nation's wars.
unidentified
Yeah.
eric gerresy
So if we're not focusing on that, it's not important.
breanna morello
Yeah, and that's very important.
And I want to kind of end on this, the DEI aspect to all of this.
When you guys stepped in, there was a lot of DEI all over the Pentagon, and you guys are weeding that out, which we're very thankful for.
What have been some of the challenges in that?
eric gerresy
I think a lot of it, nothing we're doing is controversial, in my opinion.
You know, we looked at, you heard a lot of stuff on the Secretary's speech, several of them that he gave, some of the things that we've changed.
None of this is controversial.
How can anybody argue against we want troops that are tougher, we want troops that are stronger, we want troops that can shoot better, that have the best equipment?
Like none of that's controversial.
So getting rid of some of these non-warfighting tasks, there's nothing controversial about that.
We're trying to focus with the military on what our country expects the military to be able to do.
And who knew that, you know, but we want to raise the standards.
How can anybody argue against that?
And it's surprising some of the people that have come out of the woodwork.
Some retired senior ranking individuals, you know, kind of calling on the Secretary, like this is something controversial.
This is nothing controversial.
This is what makes our military great and makes us the best military in the entire world.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah.
No, it does.
It does.
And it's great to see you guys making that a top priority, of course.
Thank you for your time today.
We greatly appreciate it.
eric gerresy
Thank you.
breanna morello
Joining me now is Lieutenant Colonel Stu Scheller.
Welcome to the show.
We're very excited to have you on today.
Everyone's talking right now about Afghanistan and the migrants we took in from Afghanistan.
I want to get to that later on, but I just wanted to get your thoughts.
Obviously, last week we saw a horrific terror attack be carried out and sadly one guardsman losing their life and one fighting for his life.
Your reaction to what we saw take place.
stuart scheller
That was criminal.
Secretary of War has already come out and said that this will only strengthen our resolve.
I took a lot of, you know, we all were lifted up by his leadership.
But the bottom line is the lack of vetting was a byproduct of the poor plan that was executed.
So right now I'm a deputy for the Afghan Special Review Panel.
We've come together in about October and we plan to have a final report out in February.
Why all the facts haven't come to light yet is beyond me, but there's a lot of facts.
That's the thing that the Secretary of War gave us that said just follow the facts and see where they go.
There are multiple decision points that senior military leaders made that could have prevented not only the Abbey Gate incident, but vetting people in a more orderly and organized fashion that just didn't happen because of a poorly planned and executed operation.
breanna morello
Now how does, how do we vet these people?
Because the reality of it is, and we heard the Borders Art talk about this, these people who are coming into our country, they were first brought on onto military bases, many of them, thousands of them.
And who do you turn to to find out their background?
Obviously, the Taliban is not going to tell you if they're one of theirs.
So how do you even vet these individuals?
stuart scheller
I'll tell you it's very difficult.
So my background, I've served in Afghanistan, I've served in Iraq, and the military uses what's called a bats and hide system, and that requires a Lance Corporal on patrol to meet a certain person, put them in the system, and then you're still kind of requiring what they tell you.
So the military's capability is, you know, as best we can going out there and gathering this information.
But I think the answer to your question is you need time.
You need time to be able to go through all these systems because all the interagencies don't talk very well.
They all have different methods for tracking.
So if you're going to bring hundreds of thousands of individuals into the country over a very condensed timeline, you need the time to vet them, and that just wasn't done in this situation.
breanna morello
Yeah, it wasn't.
And I want to kind of get into now the report that you guys are working on, obviously.
Is there anything you could share with the American people?
Because I know it's coming out early next year, but is there anything that you're able to share with us?
stuart scheller
What I'll just say is senior military leaders have sat on information.
I'm sorry.
Senior military leaders have sat on information.
You know, these are facts.
These aren't opinions.
We just gave an IPR brief to the Secretary of War last month, and he repeated, follow the facts, see where they go.
Don't be emotional.
Looked right at me when he said, don't be emotional.
I'm very invested in this.
But he's absolutely right.
We take a lot from his leadership.
And the bottom line is, senior military leaders, when President Biden gave the order to withdraw from Afghanistan, all the investigations that have taken place so far point back to President Biden.
He was the commander-in-chief.
But no one has taken a hard look from the middle of April to the end of September at the decisions that military leaders made.
President Biden made an assumption that military leaders were capable and competent enough to execute a military plan, and it just didn't play out that way.
And those are the facts that are all going to be laid out to the American people, declassified, and I think they deserve to know.
Not only is the president saying it was the worst day in American history, Secretary of War is asking for it, but the American people, the families who lost loved ones, and not just the 13 at the Abbey Gate, we're talking about the thousands that served over two decades of war.
We deserved a little bit of a better ending.
breanna morello
Yeah, we do.
All your service members do, of course.
And you have obviously felt the ramifications for speaking out on this subject matter, obviously.
Let's talk a little bit about that.
This is something that you've had to endure.
And you're back, obviously, in the Pentagon.
You are a part of this process.
But I want to talk about what happened to you because I think that's so crazy for the American people to understand.
Speaking out, offering criticism, I mean, it got you jailed.
stuart scheller
It did, yeah.
So you introduced me in the beginning as Lieutenant Colonel Scheller.
Most people know me as that.
I wrote a book.
But I got out at 17 years.
And ultimately, when that day happened, August 26th in 2021, I made a social media video.
Go back and watch the content.
It was pretty by the book.
The headlines all read that I criticized President Biden.
If you actually read the video or listen to the video, I just talked about senior military leaders that could have made better decisions.
And that somebody should be held accountable.
Following that video, I was fired.
I was sent to a mental health hospital to try to be admitted.
I was imprisoned for nine days.
My medical records were released to a member of the press here who's no longer here, thankfully, because that would be a tough interview with that individual.
But it just, any good leader, when I just made a comment, did I violate the social media policy?
unidentified
Yes.
stuart scheller
Was I conduct on becoming a gentleman?
unidentified
Yes.
stuart scheller
But if I was the commandant, I would have put my arm around me and been like, Stu, you made some mistakes, but this is obviously the end of a very dramatic war.
We did this poorly.
Let's go around the force and talk about it.
But it was just another example in a long line of leadership just didn't do what it should have done.
It didn't make the hard choices, and that's brought us to today.
Thankfully, we've got a Secretary of War like Mr. Hegseth.
He brought me on the team, and I'm just trying to help anywhere that I can.
breanna morello
And I think it's really awesome that they brought you back in, obviously, and they're trying to make right by all of this.
Do you think that everything's even now?
Is everything fair?
Or what would you like to see done to make sure and prepare this?
Because you don't want to see this happen to somebody else.
stuart scheller
Yeah, bottom line is Secretary of War has refocused the department on the warrior ethos, and I think that is where we need to get back to.
But a lot of the leaders that made some of these decisions are still in place.
And so we're going back and looking at some of the decisions that were made specifically for the Afghanistan just to review the impacts of this.
And I think the most important thing about Afghanistan is so that it doesn't happen again.
Vietnam, we saw what happened there.
Afghanistan, eerily similar, even though President Biden said it wouldn't be another Saigon.
We need to go back and make sure we learn from this.
And so I think there's things that I would maybe be more aggressive about, but that's why I'm not in charge because I think the right temperament is leading the department, and I'm just happy to be part of the team.
breanna morello
Well, that's great, and we'd love to hear that.
We love to hear that you're part of the team now, of course, because you've earned it.
You've earned this.
Before you go, though, I want to ask you, Sedisha 6, we saw obviously the video that went out, obviously very controversial.
From your perspective, what do you make of all of this and what needs to be done?
Because you can't just allow these officials to go out there and to tell service members that they don't have to comply with orders given by the president.
stuart scheller
Absolutely, the implications are huge.
The fact that you would have sitting congress members, senators, and House reps influence service members to make poor decisions that would ruin their life, that deeply troubled me.
And so I'm not going to go too far on this, but I'll just say that bothered me.
When I'm in a war zone, the last thing I want is a service member to be thinking about larger political, you know, is this order legal?
And we need service members that can close with and destroy the enemy and trust their leadership and even sprinkle doubt in that, I think, weakens the base that we need.
So yeah, I was disgusted by it, if I could use just one word.
breanna morello
Yeah, it truly was disgusting.
Thank you for joining us today.
We appreciate all the incredible work you guys are doing here.
So thank you.
unidentified
Thank you, Anna.
breanna morello
Joining me now is Michael Duffy, because we've got a lot to talk about in regards to our weapons in this country.
And I'm excited to have you here.
There were a lot of reports last year in regards to us assisting Ukraine, and there were reports that we might have been short on a lot of the items that we actually are the weapons that we did need.
Where are we on that?
michael duffey
President Trump has made it a clear priority to rebuild our military, replenish our stockpiles, grow our industrial base.
And so when I was shortly after I was confirmed in the job this summer, we made it a priority to focus on growing the munitions industrial base.
We've had regular engagement with industry leadership to identify where there's opportunities to, in some cases, triple or quadruple the rate at which we produce our missiles and create the incentives and the opportunity for us to partner with industry and grow that industrial base.
I think you'll see we recently announced acquisition reform and a major outcome of that that I think there will be an announcement in the near future is an opportunity to really take advantage of the work we've done under President Trump's leadership to grow our industrial base and to grow our missile stockpiles to defend the country.
breanna morello
Can you go into detail a bit about the acquisitions program itself because I think that's something really fascinating.
michael duffey
Absolutely.
So my office has oversight over all contracts, weapon systems, installations, the nuclear deterrent.
And so we're focused on, in partnership with the military departments, Army, Navy, Air Force, managing and optimizing for speed, for cost, and performance our purchase of all of our weapon systems.
Last month, Secretary Hag Seth rolled out the Acquisition Transformation Strategy, which is a comprehensive document that looks to completely transform how the bureaucracy goes about buying our weapon systems, prioritizing speed, pushing authority to make decisions about which systems we buy and how much we buy and how we buy them to the program managers within the services.
That, I think, will really help us unleash the innovation that's not completely tapped in our greatest strength as a country, which is our innovative economy, and accelerate our ability to stay ahead of the enemy.
breanna morello
I think that's important too.
And, you know, a lot of people are bringing up AI and how that can be used to help us in that sense.
What are you guys doing here at the Pentagon to utilize AI and kind of weave it in?
But also, obviously, there's security elements to it that might be concerning for American people.
How do you address that?
michael duffey
Well, there are numerous ways we can apply AI.
The one I'm interested in is how do we optimize how we manufacture and buy our weapon systems.
We are kind of in the 20th century here in the Pentagon and how we manage our information, make decisions, manage our teams.
And so I think digitizing and applying artificial intelligence and how we make decisions about where we spend our budgets, how we issue requests for proposal and award contracts would really allow us to our workforce to be much more productive in equipping our force with the weapons they need.
But then of course there are many operational applications of AI to assist the warfighter in planning and executing any number of missions.
And so we've got some work to do to bring the department into the 21st century digitally.
And then on top of that, and my colleague Under Secretary Michael is very focused on how do we get artificial intelligence built into the enterprise.
breanna morello
Yeah, I think it's going to be interesting to sit back and watch, of course.
And we're excited to have now this space in the press room and to be able to ask you guys these types of questions.
So look forward to watching it.
So thank you for joining us.
michael duffey
Thank you very much.
It's great to talk to you.
breanna morello
Great to talk to you as well.
All right, folks, as you can see, it was quite the event over at the Pentagon.
I still have not made my way back to the studio yet.
You know, flight delays, but we're pulling the extra shift these days right now.
Folks, if you haven't done so already, make sure you head on over and give us all a follow right now on X. We've been dropping all of these exclusive details as to our Pentagon visits.
I know the InfoWars X page has been sharing it as well.
So head on over and do just that.
But I wanted to bring you a breaking news update before we continue on with these interviews that I held over at the Pentagon.
A lot more incredible people were also going to be speaking to.
Sean Parnell, as many of you guys know, he's the senior advisor and spokesperson for the Pentagon.
So you're going to want to see that.
But let me bring in this breaking news.
This is a big one.
As we were going to air, we learned that there might have been a possible arrest in the January 6th pipe bomber.
As many of you guys know, this has been an ongoing investigation.
The Blaze has reported and made an allegation of an individual they think is the pipe bomber.
But according to this report put out by CNN and the Associated Press, there's apparently a Virginia man who has been arrested.
The arrests happened earlier this morning.
The FBI not confirming the identity of the suspect.
We just know that this individual has been apprehended, has been arrested, and we're waiting to see if the DOJ does file any type of criminal paperwork on this individual.
This would be court filing, a criminal referral.
I mean, not a referral, it'd be court filing itself with the list, the charges, the evidence against this individual.
So we're waiting to see just that.
But again, we don't know the individual's name.
The FBI has not directly confirmed any of this.
Fox News moments ago saying that they have also confirmed this report as well.
So we'll keep you in the loop as to the January 6th pipe bomber.
Again, it appears that this is a Virginia man.
That's how it's being detailed by CNN, by the Associated Press.
This arrest happening earlier this morning.
And it's been about five years.
So it's about damn time, I bet you, though.
Probably what lit a fly under their butt was the reporting that was coming out when suspects were being named or alleged individuals were being named in other reports.
And so that's likely what caused the FBI to prioritize this.
That's just, you know, my little conspiracy, of course.
But folks, we've got more interviews to dive into over at the Pentagon.
Plus, I'll be bringing you the very latest breaking news and other things that have been happening all around the country because we've got a lot, I mean, a lot to catch up on.
The New York Times actually suing now the Pentagon because, well, they're letting us in and they told them that they can't come in until they sign and agree to the rules.
So folks, a lot more to dive into, give you that update as well in just a few moments.
So do not go anywhere.
In the meantime, though, head on over to the auxjonstore.com and still BOGO on your favorite supplements.
Buy one, get one free, of course.
Head on over to the shop and stock up on all of your favorite supplements.
We'll be right back with more.
unidentified
We're still here at the Pentagon, and joining me is Jay Pershing.
breanna morello
And he is going to sit here and talk us through the financial aspects of all of this.
Thank you for being here.
We greatly appreciate it.
jules w hurst-iii
I'm sure.
breanna morello
I want to talk to you about the audits because the Pentagon has many, we'll say it's failed multiple audits.
There's billions of dollars that are unaccounted for.
And I kind of wanted to get your perspective on this because now, obviously, this is something that falls into your wheelhouse.
Going through the numbers, figuring out where the funds are, and possibly trying to recover the billions that have been reported unaccounted for in the years past.
So, where do you guys stand on that currently?
jules w hurst-iii
Yeah, so I mean, the department's been working on trying to get a clean financial statement audit since 2018, very seriously.
And we're making progress.
But I want to clarify something I didn't know before I really came into this role.
When you say you failed an audit, people think that there's fraud or waste or abuse.
What we're actually getting back from our auditors is they're saying we just can't verify what's in your financial statement, right?
They're giving a disclaimer of opinion.
So they're not saying that we don't have the money.
They're saying when we look at your records, we just don't feel like there are enough controls to say we can trust them.
And so that's what we're working to do is to make sure we have those controls in there.
And it's a tough thing to do for the department because we use effective order like Fortune 100 to 500 standards for our accounting.
But we're a warfighting organization, you know?
There's no firm out there that's trying to value a nuclear missile and say that's the right value to their auditor.
And that's the kind of thing we have to do here.
It's just a little bit different than most audits.
breanna morello
Okay, so if they say, if the reports say that there's money unaccounted for missing, you would argue and say that's not really the case.
It's more of a technical way of kind of framing it.
jules w hurst-iii
I would say the auditors are saying they can't validate that the financial statement is correct.
Okay.
I'll give you an example, right?
We might have a system out there that says we've got 30 tomahawk missiles in this warehouse.
But unless we go out and inspect that, the auditor can't validate that data, and then they can't trust that as an asset value on our balance sheet.
And so that's the kind of work we have to do.
And as you know, we're a giant organization.
We're distributed across the world.
We have $4 trillion in assets.
So it's an enormous thing to overcome, but we're making a lot of progress.
breanna morello
Yeah, and I want to talk about the upcoming audits report that should be coming out soon.
When can we expect that?
jules w hurst-iii
I don't know exactly.
It's going to be put out by the IG, but I would expect in one or two months.
breanna morello
Is there anything that you know that you might want to give us some insight on?
jules w hurst-iii
We have a lot of the same problems with integrating our business systems.
We have 1,400 business systems across the department.
It's a lot.
They don't all talk to each other.
And so part of being successful in this audit is making sure we have that IT consolidation so information flows freely and people can validate records.
breanna morello
Yeah, and that's important, obviously.
I want to talk Doge because the American people, just a couple of days ago, were kind of on edge because they thought that Doge was going away, but Doge has actually moved inside of the Pentagon, kind of, you know, figuratively.
So what's happening right now with the funds that are being recovered through Doge?
How are you reallocating those money, that money?
jules w hurst-iii
We have a close partnership with Doge and Comptroller.
And the thing they're doing for us right now is they're helping us find contracts we don't need anymore and then we can take those funds and we can stick them into President Trump's priorities, right?
That helps us buy more warfighting equipment.
It helps us on the southern border.
And so what we're doing with Doge is they're helping to identify contracts and then we're removing the funds once we validate Reno Need anymore.
They're excellent.
They've gotten better over time.
They're even more precise than they were when they first started.
And we've got a great partnership.
breanna morello
What do you want the American people to know, obviously, as the comptroller over at the Department of War that you're working on that you're really serious and focused on?
jules w hurst-iii
I'm here to cut the fat.
Yeah.
Right?
We spend a lot of money on defense in this country.
We're working very hard to make sure that we're not wasting your money.
I'm a service member by background.
I want the most lethal force that we've ever fielded in this country and the world.
And so we're doing that.
We think we saved probably $30 billion in FY26 in savings.
We're going to save more in FY27.
We're going to reinvest that in next generation capabilities for the American people.
breanna morello
I think that's what the American people want to hear.
Thank you so much for joining me, Jamie.
We appreciate it.
Joining me now is General Anthony Tata in person.
You know, I joke all the time and I say we were neighbors, but I was a South Florida girl and now taxes change up a little bit, but it's good to see you in person, my friend.
anthony tata
Good to see you too.
breanna morello
It's good to see you.
I wanted to talk about COVID because earlier, you know, we became aware that you were the guy who is now going to deal with all the COVID-related.
It was a little controversial, the jabs, obviously.
Many service members decided not to get the jobs and thousands of them actually.
And they left the military.
Right now, some of them are being offered to be brought back in.
Tell us what that looks like right now.
anthony tata
So we had 8,700, Brianna, that left involuntarily.
And then there were some ambiguous number, 10, 20, 30,000 that left voluntarily.
And the president signed an executive order in January saying, let's reinstate everybody who wants to come back in.
That was separated for not getting the shot.
And so that parlayed into a secretary directive to do that and develop a policy.
I was confirmed in July.
And July 1, we had a fairly low number.
We've sixfold increased that number over the last four or five months.
Not a day goes by where I'm not working one of three work streams.
The first work stream is reinstating everybody wants to come back in.
And so we have called every single of the 8,700 twice that were involuntarily separated.
And we have roughly at the start about a thousand that were interested.
You know, a lot of people move on with their life.
They get a job, they build a family, they settle down somewhere.
But we have several hundred that are interested in coming back in.
And we're working very hard to have white glove service.
They have a Sherpa carrying them through the system, man-to-man coverage, all the way through to, because they come in through the military processing command where you get your physical, you get your security clearance, you do all the things you got to do to come back into the service.
And then a board looks at their records, and it takes two to three weeks for that.
The board says, okay, yes, Private Smith can come back in and he deserves ex-back pay.
And they're getting back pay.
And some have had six-figure back pay when they come back in.
And then they come in, and the Secretary did a very high-profile swearing in and reinstatement of Colonel Kevin Bourne, who's now leading the Army task force.
And I did a very high-profile reinstatement of Captain Mark Bashaw, who was court-martialed and kicked out of the service and pardoned by President Trump.
And then I reintegrated him back into the service.
And he's working for Kevin now in the Army to help the Army effort on reinstatement.
So that's the first work stream is reinstatement.
Second work stream is, of course, some just don't want to come back in, but of that 8,700, most of them received an other than honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions, both of which don't allow you to get your GI bill, your education benefits, and some other benefits from the VA.
So we're looking very hard at a proactive review of all 8,700 records and saying if you were just kicked out for not getting the shot, we're going to upgrade you to honorable discharge, unlock that GI bill for you.
And also, a lot of those folks had money recouped out, bonus money that was taken back from them.
And we're saying we're going to give that money back to you.
We're taking a hard look at that.
Legal review is happening right now.
We've drafted up all the paperwork, and we're about to pull the trigger on that.
And the third work stream, two independent task forces taking a look at what happened, why it happened, who made these decisions, and how to prevent it from happening again.
breanna morello
What does accountability look like for those who did force these COVID jabs onto service members?
Because there was a lot of factors that were unknown about all of this.
And so it was fair for individuals to say, you know, I want to wait to see more data.
I don't want to risk this.
And those who pushed it, I mean, what's going to happen?
anthony tata
Well, I think that's the beauty of having these two different task forces looking at sort of the same issue from perhaps two different perspectives.
And they'll report out to me and make recommendations to me.
I wouldn't want to prejudge what they're going to recommend.
You know, there were lots of decisions being made.
You could take a look at early days of the COVID.
It was pretty worse for a lot of people, but there was no shot.
And so I was the policy guy for DOD at the time.
And we were coordinating off units, special mission units, to make sure that they didn't get infected because nobody had any idea.
The further it went on, we understood that it was 99.5 chance that nothing was going to happen to you.
So at the end of the day, these two reports are going to come back and tell me what they found, and then we'll make decisions and recommendations to the Secretary based on what they find.
breanna morello
Yeah, we look forward to seeing that.
By the way, how many of the service members that did leave because of all of this, how many of them are officially been brought back in?
Do you know a number?
anthony tata
How many people are back in?
breanna morello
They're back in officially, yeah.
They've gone through the process.
They're back in.
anthony tata
So we've got, and my team can give you the chart, but it's roughly about 89 that are back in right now, I want to say.
And then we've got a couple hundred that are being processed right now in the review board.
And then we've got probably 600 that are showing interest.
And I think with these high-profile reinstatements we've done, that gets some traction.
Talking to you and the others, that gets traction.
That makes people think, hey, this is real.
We can come back in.
I get back pay.
It's something I want to do.
I have a family member that chose to leave the surface instead of getting shot.
And he's now interested.
He's talking to me.
And he's like, hey, I think I might want to come back in.
breanna morello
And I know you're doing a great job at working with the VA on several different fronts.
But for those who did get the vaccine and they're suffering from injuries, is there anything that you guys are working on to make sure that they get all the medical treatments that are necessary?
anthony tata
Through my defense health agency, we are tracking and monitoring that.
I have 950 hospitals, 155 hospitals and clinics, 40,000 employees throughout the Defense Health Agency that I'm responsible for.
And it's a rather, it was a novel coronavirus, and so it's a novel shot.
And now it's a novel look at what the shot did.
So it's all fresh information.
And it's probably too early for me to talk about.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
Makes sense, makes sense.
Let's talk about changing the culture here a bit, because obviously that's a big one for the Secretary.
He's done an impressive job at the limited amount of time he's been here at doing just that.
What are you doing to help in that angle?
anthony tata
Yeah, so that falls squarely within my lane, the culture aspect.
I've got 160 K through 12 schools, over 600 child development centers, and 300 and some youth activity centers.
I've got all the service academies, West Point Annapolis Air Force Academy.
I've got six military colleges.
I have the senior service colleges within the military.
We've done a holistic review of all of those curricula, and we've taken out all the DEI, all the CRT, and it was really, Brianna, unbelievable what was in there.
What we were starting to teach our children, our military children, and what was being put into our service academies and into our military colleges.
It's been a huge effort to pull that out.
I think we've got some more layers to pull that.
And as I begin my circulation next year, I've been sort of had one foot nailed to the floor here just to get fully integrated and everything over the last five months since I've been here.
But I'm going to start traveling.
I'm going to start visiting the K through 12 schools around the globe, 160 of them.
I can't promise to get all 160.
I've got a lot.
The three service academies, already January, February, I'm going to be hitting those.
And then certain senior service colleges, the military colleges.
And just getting in and taking a look and talking to the leadership there and having them understand that we're focused on those things that unify us, not those things that divide us.
Not those things that say, oh, you're different and separate, and so you belong.
The reason we're seeing such good recruiting numbers is because the president and secretary are focused on those things that unify us.
We're focused on lethality, unity of purpose, common mission, support and defend the nation, as opposed to you're separate and distinct as an individual because of these seven different characteristics that you have.
breanna morello
Yeah, well, we look forward to seeing all of that.
I know you got your work cut out for you.
So General Tato, thank you for joining me today every day.
anthony tata
Thank you, Brianna.
It's very good to talk to you and congratulations on being here.
breanna morello
It's exciting and we pissed off all the right people too on the way over here.
So I love that.
Thank you so much, Sherry.
anthony tata
All right.
Thank you.
breanna morello
I'm currently with one of the busiest guys in the building right now, Mr. Sean Carnell.
Okay, you're probably second busiest in the building right now.
sean parnell
James, second to the Secretary, yes.
breanna morello
Yeah, you carry multiple hats, though.
You do a lot here.
I want to get into that in a little bit, but we just are starting to hear some leaks from the mainstream media, and I kind of want to get your take on the Signal Gate.
Obviously, the IG report being leaked out there.
Are you happy with the report?
sean parnell
Of course.
I mean, so you remember the narrative back in March, I think, when the signal stuff broke, was that the secretary shared classified information and broke the law.
And shared classified war plans and put American troops at risk.
I mean, obviously, like what the IG report shows now is that the Secretary did not share classified information.
So, and did not break the law.
And to me, and not just to me, I mean, the Secretary has been totally exonerated.
I mean, the narrative that the media pushed back then in the heat of the SignalGate stuff was fake.
And today that narrative has been exposed.
And, you know, you'll see out there a bunch of headlines where mainstream media outlets are using the word sensitive.
That is not a, that's not a classification term.
They are using that term to make it seem like he shared classified information.
But the fact is, he did not, and he did not put U.S. troops at risk.
I'm sure you're going to see that fake narrative peddled out there as well.
As evidenced by the success of the operation itself, Operation Rough Rider was a clear-cut mission with a clear-cut end state.
No U.S. troops killed, no U.S. troops wounded, thank God.
So obviously, no Americans were put at risk.
So We're glad that the IG report is out.
We're glad that we can put this entire fake news narrative to bed.
But he's completely cleared, no classified information, didn't break the law, and that's the most important part.
breanna morello
And I think our audience understands, though, the Biden administration approved the use of Signal.
And so people are using it.
They don't mention that.
sean parnell
Secretary Austin used Signal in this building.
breanna morello
Yeah.
When he was here, that was the week that he was out.
No one knew where he was.
sean parnell
I don't know what he was using when he disappeared for a week and went AWO.
And by the way, so like that was talked, like Secretary talked about a little bit that today, like when you met with him.
Yeah.
But just to put that in perspective for people that are out there, like he's right when he says that he can't leave this building for five seconds without people wondering where he is or knowing where he is.
And you kind of got to know where this, that's why he has somebody that follows him around the nuclear football.
You got to know where the secretary is because at any given moment, he might have to make a really, really important decision, right?
I mean, again, somebody follows the secretary around with the nuclear football.
So for Austin to disappear, one is a huge deal, and no one knows about it.
But also, his deputy, the deputy secretary of defense, didn't even know he was having surgery, didn't even know he was out of the fight.
He just disappeared.
breanna morello
The White House too, I think, right?
sean parnell
Yeah, nobody freaking knew.
Nobody knew.
It's a huge controversy that didn't get any play because the press corps that we had in the building did nothing but peddle the Democrat, the Democrat line.
But it's a new day now.
unidentified
We're excited for it.
breanna morello
Well, and I want to get your take on this too, because obviously everyone's talking about Afghanistan now, and it's heartbreaking because of the terrorists who did shoot those two guardsmen here in Washington, D.C.
I want to get your take on this because this individual worked at the CIA, and that's a big one that everyone is saying, well, I mean, that's really concerning.
But you, a soundbite that you actually were, I think it was when we were on Fox, is recirculating about you detailing what happened with you guys, had one of your interpreters.
And you just told people that are on your side, you think they're on your side, you could trust them.
But one of your own actually put you guys at risk.
And sadly, someone passed away from all of this.
sean parnell
Yeah, so we had an interpreter embedded with my unit.
I was in Afghanistan for 16 months.
And we had an interpreter that was embedded with my unit that went everywhere with my unit.
And really, your interpreter is your connection to the local populace in whatever country that you're in.
None of us speak the language.
And in Afghanistan, there's Pashtu, there's Farsi, there's Waziri, and they spoke an odd dialect in my area.
So there weren't a lot of interpreters that could have embedded with us in the first place.
But this guy was with us for 16 months.
We thought he was friendly.
It turned out he wasn't.
And he ended up disclosing our location to an Iranian IED maker in Pakistan that ended up placing a plastic Italian TC6 anti-tank mine right where my truck was supposed to park.
And there's more metal in a pack of cigarettes than around these mines.
So we have mine detectors and things like that that we sweep, but it wouldn't have been able to detect a mine like this.
And the reason why they used a mine like this is because they had our interpreter outlining what our capabilities were to the enemy.
And so, you know, my truck rolled over this mine.
Mine blew up underneath it, blew everybody out of the truck and killed a Ford observer.
My Ford observer, who was sitting right behind my seat in the truck, Jeremiah Cole, died on the objective because an interpreter turned on us.
And that's kind of like what the American people need to understand.
Afghan culture, yes, it's very tribal.
Islam is not completely fair to say that it's filled with a bunch of Islamic radicals, even though it is.
There are different terrorist cells that are definitely Islamic radicals, but primarily Afghanistan is tribal.
It's like the Flintstones meet the Jetsons over there, you know, with us in country.
And so their loyalty usually goes to the highest bidder.
And we learned that in a very, very difficult way when I was in Afghanistan with our interpreter that turned on us.
But the point is, is that during the botched surrender of Afghanistan in 2021 under Biden, bringing tens of thousands of unvetted Afghans into this country.
And I say unvetted, and it's like we have this idea of vetting in this country where we all have a social security number, we all have a birthday, we all have a driver's license, we all have a driver's license number.
In Afghanistan, most people do not know how old they are.
They don't know when their birthday is.
There's absolutely no record keeping.
And just because somebody is vetted to work with Americans in country, it doesn't mean that they've undergone the rigorous vetting to bring them into our country, right?
It doesn't mean that their values be consonant with our culture.
So it's not a good idea to do that.
Said it then.
And unfortunately, we're seeing that play out before our eyes here in our nation's capital with the tragic shooting of two National Guardsmen here in D.C.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah, it is absolutely devastating.
It's horrible.
Sean, before you go though, we're waiting for your report on the Afghan, obviously, failures.
When can we expect that to be released?
sean parnell
So the promise that I made people in the building was that it would be out and completely unclassified by the summer.
I'm hoping to have it done earlier by March.
And look, that was a dark spot in American history.
And it's obviously very personal to me having fought in that country, having lost friends in that country, Brianna.
But a very small percentage of Americans fought during 20 years of war in Afghanistan.
So a very heavy burden was carried by a very small percentage of people.
And not just the people who fought there, but also their families.
And obviously you have 13 Americans that were killed during the actual surrender itself.
Got to get it right.
And we have to make sure that even though some of the information might be embarrassing to people in this department or embarrassing to the department itself, that doesn't matter.
What matters is being honest and transparent with the American people.
So you'll see it, hopefully if things go well in March.
And you have my commitment to completely declassify everything.
We'll let the American people look at and read the report, read the facts as we find them, and not have to worry about over classification.
They'll have the truth, and that's what I think matters.
breanna morello
Sean Parnell, thank you so much for your time.
I appreciate it.
unidentified
You're welcome.
breanna morello
All right, it was an interesting time over at the Pentagon, obviously, meeting with some incredible patriots who are doing their very best to reform and correct the previous regime's mistakes when they were occupying the space.
Sean Parnell making some big waves yesterday.
You know, we just learned, and just to put this in perspective, when that interview began, we just learned moments before that began that there was a leak, probably a congressional member on the Democratic side, obviously, but there was a leak about the Intel report, the IG report I'm referring to, and that on SignalGate, and that they were trying to frame it a certain way and say that it is actually negative on the Secretary of War.
I haven't seen it myself.
Obviously, Sean Parnell has seen it, and so that's the reason why I asked him there.
Can't give him much pushback because it wasn't officially released, so I didn't have the details in front of me.
But again, folks, I mean, Parnell is saying there's nothing to see here, that it in fact vindicates the administration.
It vindicates the Secretary of War.
So that was his take on it.
We're supposed to get that report, though, later today, so we could read that for ourselves and we could see.
But folks, we got more to discuss on the front of us, me, having access to the Pentagon.
Obviously, this was an eventful week, and there was incredible journalists there.
But guess what?
Guess who's hating on us?
The New York Post, sorry, the New York Times, New York Times.
They just actually filed a lawsuit.
And it's very interesting.
I was reading it this morning.
I'm going to bring you the very latest on that.
But in the meantime, I'm gonna need you all to head on over right now to the alexjonestore.com because we're doing something for the holidays.

As you guys could see, a lot was happening there.
So I will bring you the very latest on all fronts in just a few moments.
Don't go anywhere.

unidentified
Be right back.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
breanna morello
I'm feeling the Christmas vibes right now.
It's getting cold in Texas.
It was freezing in Washington, D.C. I'll give you the latest on my Pentagon visit in just a few moments.
But man, oh man, has it been a busy, busy week?
We were obviously in the Pentagon in the swamp territory, and a lot happened there.
A lot happened.
After leaving the Pentagon, though, the New York Times actually filed a lawsuit against the Pentagon.
I actually just spoke with officials over there, Sean Parnell giving us comments.
I'll bring that to you once we return from this quick break.
But I wanted to also highlight this important story.
According to several media outlets now, the J6 pipe bomber suspect has been arrested.
It's apparently a man, is what their reports clean.
Now, the FBI is not confirming any of this, but apparently this arrest was made earlier this morning.
And this possibly took place in Virginia.
So that would eliminate the suspect or the alleged individual that the Blaze put out there.
Photos and names were released.
Obviously, we will not share that, but it looks like that individual has been vindicated if this report is true.
They're saying again that this is a female, this is a male who was arrested.
So keep that in mind.
They're also saying that this is someone who did not work for the government.
I don't believe that part.
But folks, we're going to continue to follow that story, especially if they do release official statements or if there's any court filings made over the next few hours.
You know, I've got my eye on all things related to that.
So if that something does happen, we'll bring it to you.
I'll bring it to you as we always do.
So definitely stay put for that.
There's also more things happening all around the country.
Jack Smith was subpoenaed yesterday by Chairman Jim Jordan.
I'll bring you the latest on that front.
Plus, we're waiting to see if the mainstream media reports are true.
MSNBC is reporting that the New York AG, Tish James, is going to be indicted again today.
Now, as many of you know, those charges were dismissed by obviously a very biased judge.
We are waiting to see if she is re-indicted.
Hopefully, she is, but obviously, the outlet is reporting that she is going to be indicted today.
So, I've got my eyes on that too.
Again, I also told you the New York Times just announced this morning their lawsuit against the Pentagon.
Now, I've got my receipts because their argument's very, very interesting.
They didn't include what I told them in their lawsuit because it contradicted their narrative.
But don't worry, I refused to get on a call with them when they asked me again to call them.
I actually only wanted to email them back and forth.
And so I did only email them.
And guess what?
They didn't use it.
Hmm.
Why?
Well, because it totally destroys their narrative.
Well, because I, again, didn't get on a phone call with them and wanted it in writing.
We have that email and we're going to start publishing it.
We're going to hand it over to the Pentagon so they could defend themselves.
Folks, there's a reason why it's only the New York Times going out there and filing this lawsuit.
And I'll explain why, because again, these other media outlets haven't exactly, and I'm sure they tried to get other outlets to jump on this lawsuit, like they all left together in unity.
I'm pretty sure they tried their very best.
If I could just kind of throw that out there, in my opinion, that they probably tried to recruit others to join them and they were unsuccessful because you saw them stick together when they all left the Pentagon, but you're telling me that they didn't actually all want to jump on a lawsuit.
The opportunity to sue the Pentagon doesn't make any sense unless, well, lawyers told them that they don't have a chance and to save their money.
So I'll talk about that as well.
Plus, a lot of things happening in regards to the Somalians.
Now, folks, President Trump really, really pissing off those in the region who, well, the imports, the Somalian population that was booming under Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
It's very, very fascinating because now they're trying to purge these people out.
And ICE is doing just that.
I'll bring you the latest on that front as well because it's quite fascinating.
It is quite, quite fascinating.
Plus, Kash Patel is denying Miranda Devine of the New York Post her latest report.
There's a new sound bite because he did appear, of course, on Fox News to answer Miranda Devine's rebuttal.
Miranda Devine is obviously an incredible reporter.
I'll explain all the details behind that, but he's trying to throw cold water on her report.
I truly think Miranda is spot on.
And I'll tell you both sides of the argument so you can make the decision for yourself, of course.
So we'll do that in just a bit as well.
Plus, while I was in DC, I also spoke with several politicians.
They shuffled their way into the Rumble studio.
We'll bring you some of those highlights as well throughout the show.
So a lot to dive into on the American Journal.
It's good to be out of the swamp.
And we've got a lot of stories to catch you up on.
So do not go anywhere.
More to come in just a few moments.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
A lot happening over here.
We're out of the swamp.
I'm out of the swamp, man.
It feels good.
It feels good to be back in the beautiful state of Texas.
Now, as many of you guys know, I usually do the studio.
I do this in the studio in Austin, but I'll be making my way down there by tomorrow.
A lot happening.
The airlines aren't really great these days.
And as many of you know, they're heavily delayed, cancellations.
And so it's been quite the chaotic start to our Thursday show, but the news cycle kept going.
And I'm going to catch you up on everything.
I want to bring you the very latest in regards to the pipe bomber.
Now, I'm keeping my eye on all the updates.
I'm waiting to see if any court filings happen in just a few moments because that's going to be the telling part in all of this.
But according to the mainstream media, the FBI earlier today apparently arrested a suspect.
Now, this individual is apparently a man.
They're saying that this happened in Virginia.
The arrest came about this morning.
That's all we know for sure right now, according to media reports.
Again, the FBI and DNJ, DOJ, not confirming any of this, but the leaks within the FBI, which is a lot because they want good PR these days, appears to say just that.
The Associated Press reporting this, CNN, and Fox News as of right now.
Also, Susan Crabtree also saying that she's confirmed under Kash Patel and Dan Bongino leadership, but they have arrested a male suspect as of Thursday morning in the pipe bomber case.
Now, also, something else that they're out there too is that this person, they're saying, didn't work for the government.
I don't believe it.
But whatever.
I mean, we'll just throw that out there.
That's what their report is.
So, again, we're going to follow details.
I'll let you know if I see any court filings pop up.
I've got my eye on them.
I'm keeping my eye on a lot of things right now.
That's one of the many things that I got my eye on, of course.
Over at the White House, though, later today, President Trump is expected to meet with the leaders of Rwanda and the Congo as well, the Republic of Congo.
So we've got our eyes on that.
That's expected to happen at 12, 10 p.m. Eastern time today.
And then later this evening at 6 p.m. Eastern Time today, the president on his schedule with the first lady is expected to participate in the national Christmas tree lighting that is at 6 p.m. Eastern Time today, of course.
So that's what's going on right now over at the White House.
So I want to talk about a couple of things.
Number one, I want to talk about this MSNBC report because this is something else I've got my eye on.
And I say very busy these days, multiple screens all around me, just to make sure I don't miss out on anything.
But this one is a big story.
If it's true, again, the source, MSNBC, which now rebranded themselves to MS Now, but they're saying that Letitia James, who's obviously the New York Attorney General, she's expected to be reindicted this week.
That's according to them, the mortgage fraud case that was just recently dismissed on grounds that Lindsay Holligan was unlawfully appointed from her position.
Well, they're looking to bring those charges back.
So according to them, this is expected to possibly happen today.
These charges, according to their source, are related to alleged mortgage fraud.
Again, it would be very similar to what was currently happening under the last charge before they were dismissed.
So we got our eyes on that.
We're going to keep following that story to see what comes of it, of course.
But I'll let you know if there's any actual indictments, court filings, or anything that takes place on the avenue of Tish James.
Of course.
unidentified
All right.
breanna morello
Something else we got our eye on.
Don't hate me.
Don't shoot the messenger, okay?
But Jim Jordan, Chairman Jim Jordan, has just sent out another subpoena.
This subpoena, though, it's for Jack Smith.
Take a look at this letter that was released yesterday.
The chairman of the Judiciary Committee announcing just this, the committee has officially subpoenaed Jack Smith.
Now they're looking to learn more on the Arctic Frost investigation.
They're also looking to make this happen by December 17th at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
So we'll see.
We'll see.
They're also requesting certain documents to be delivered by December 12th, it looks like as well.
So we will continue to follow this.
Of course, if Jack Smith decides to not do anything, then hopefully they arrest him.
Knowing him, though, he'll probably show up because he understands that they're going to go after him or hopefully go after them.
We never know with these Republicans.
But one would think he would show up and just plead the fifth on everything.
So I'm not here to promise you anything's going to happen.
I'm just saying, I'll keep my eye on that one.
Again, I hate selling you guys a dream.
I'm not going to do it, but I have to keep you informed at the very latest.
And Jack Smith subpoenaed.
I mean, it's a good start if it actually leads to anything of substance.
All right, let's shift gears a little bit to that New York Times lawsuit I was telling you about earlier this morning.
The New York Times filing a lawsuit against the Pentagon.
And in that lawsuit, they're claiming it's all a bunch of First Amendment right violations.
Isn't that funny?
The propaganda's over.
The New York Times now are crying and saying that they're trying to attack our First Amendment rights.
Laughter is all I have for these trolls.
Ultimately, though, I read through the lawsuits, skimmed through it.
It's just very outlined to say that they're victims in all of this.
They've been canceled out.
Important to note, though, no other media outlet has officially signed on to that lawsuit.
Remember, they all walked out together, right?
So why wouldn't other media outlets do it as well?
Why is it just the Times?
Very likely that the other outlets talked to their attorneys and their attorneys told them there's nothing here.
You really don't have much of a way of an argument.
Also, it's very important to note that there's going to be, and they don't want to talk about this.
But I spoke to Pentagon officials and they told me that we're going to be able to, because independent journals, we don't live in DC.
We are going to be able to join into the press briefings remotely, which is something, get this.
The corporate media outlets are also going to have access to.
So it's not that they're actually saying, oh, our First Amendment rights are being violated.
It's the fact that they're upset because they're not going to be able to do exactly what the Pentagon's accusing them of.
Going into areas and trying to fish for information, bothering generals, waiting outside their office, and then hopping them as soon as they get out of their office and demanding comment from them.
So they can't walk around their office space freely.
I mean, that was going on at the Pentagon.
So they deny it, of course.
But the reality of it is, we've spoken to individuals at the Pentagon.
They told us that what was going on.
Also, it's worth noting that I actually just received word back from Sean Parnell.
As many of you know, we did a sit-down interview with him, but I wanted his reaction in regards to this lawsuit.
And in a statement, Sean Parnell, the chief Pentagon spokesman, says we are aware of the New York Times lawsuit and look forward to addressing these arguments in court.
That statement being provided exclusively to us, of course.
But you know, I'm all over this.
I'm all over this.
Let me explain to you why.
When we announced that I was gaining access to the Pentagon and was being allowed to cover it, I've released that we announced it first in the show and then I put it up on X.
Well, an abundance of corporate media hacks did actually reach out and they wanted comments.
They wanted me to jump on phones, two of them.
The Guardian wanted me to jump on a call with them as well as the New York Times.
Now, just because I know the game that they play, if I can't record their calls, I'm going to ask them just to email it.
And I don't know what states they live in, and I'm not going to go there.
So I did just tell them to email me the question.
So once I said that, the Guardian just didn't send me anything.
They wanted nothing to do with it because they knew exactly what was happening.
But the New York Times did, in fact, send me an outline of their questions that they had, several questions, and I did respond to them.
And then they tried to follow up and get like a little particular if they was like, you guys are asking too many stupid questions.
I'm just done.
I know this is a hit piece.
But what was happening?
Well, I think they were trying to fish for this lawsuit.
Take a look at this email.
This email, because I don't mind airing it out, of course.
This email was sent to me by one of their journalists.
I responded back.
And here's what happened.
Specifically, I outlined to them, and let me actually pull up the exact question that he asked me to garner this.
So this reporter said to me, New York Times reporter, is there any past coverage of the Pentagon that you've done that you would like to point me to?
So what he's doing here is he's trying to challenge me as if, number one, I'm a real journalist and I saw exactly through that, like the pile of garbage he is.
But number two, Eric Welmp is his name.
He's also trying to see if I've actually covered the Pentagon before or do any type of coverage on the Pentagon.
So me being snarky in the email response I sent back, I say, follow me on X at Brianna Morelo.
Unlike many corporate media reporters, I've openly critiqued the Pentagon in my work.
I'm grateful they grant me access anyway, rather than limiting it to MAGA-aligned voices, despite my prior criticisms of Cutter and Hegseth's staffing issues.
So you see it there, right?
You saw that.
Well, I'm reading through the web through the lawsuit that was filed officially.
I see that they're going after particular journalists.
Laura Loomer being one of them, of course, and they're trying to say that Loomer's a right-wing reporter, obviously MAGA-aligned.
But to be truthful, folks, she's actually published a lot of pieces going after particular people in the Pentagon that have been appointed to positions by Hegseth.
And they talk about Loomer.
They also talk about Matt Gates, because now that he works for OAN, he was present as well.
Libby, who obviously works for, she works for Human Events and the post-millennial, but also works with Tim Poole.
And they also include a quote from Tim Poole.
I did send it over to Tim, so he saw it, though.
He responded as well.
And they also go after a couple other people as well as James O'Keefe is in this as well.
James also literally putting up videos of undercover employees of people who work for the Pentagon undercover saying things that they shouldn't be saying to dates that they're on.
So they try their very best to make it seem like that the Pentagon is only allowed access to, in this lawsuit, two MAGA-aligned voices, but they failed to cite the email that I directly sent their reporter who's also wrapped up in this lawsuit.
He's named several times in this lawsuit filing.
Now, why would that be the case?
Why would that be the case?
Well, because they don't have a First Amendment argument, right?
Because you'd have to sit here and say exclusively why you think you are being discriminated against.
These are rules that were, they're not asking us to agree to the rules.
They're simply, we're asking us, and this is Tim Poole's response as well.
They're simply asking us to just acknowledge that we've read these rules.
Okay.
They're not controlling the messaging.
And you would have a valid argument.
This is what I said repeatedly.
If the Pentagon didn't like one of your reports and then pulled your credentials, guess what?
You could sue.
You'd actually have grounds to sue.
There's no contract or agreement you sign that just waives away your constitutional rights.
So again, again, I want to just keep drilling this point home.
I'm not sitting here and just trying to defend the Pentagon.
The New York Times' argument is weak.
And these are the same people, the same journalists who did nothing for the rest of us when we were shunned.
So again, I reached out several times to all of these agencies and they never responded.
They never allowed independent journalists who were legitimately doing work into the Pentagon.
We never had a space.
Now we have a space and they're upset.
You know, it's absolutely insane that they're leaving out the key facts to all of this, folks.
They intentionally, you have to just assume it's intentional, did not include my email where I tell them specifically my corporate media background, where I tell them that I've reported pieces that have not been favorable to this Pentagon, and they leave it all out.
Now, why would you do that?
You leave it out because, well, you don't want the truth coming out.
You don't want the truth coming out.
And so right now over at the Pentagon, they are going to have to answer to this lawsuit.
Obviously, we showed you the comment that was provided to us by the spokesman, Sean Parnell.
He looks forward to fighting this in court.
I don't think the New York Times has an argument here.
And I think the fact that the New York Times is only by itself, as the plaintiffs here highlight just that.
Highlight just that.
They all walked out together, but only one of them is named in that lawsuit.
I wonder why.
Also, keep in mind, when I was walking around the Pentagon and in, you know, fair areas where you're supposed to be, what I was talking about, by the way, it's a massive place, a massive place, a massive place.
And their offices were so dirty, by the way.
It was actually kind of gross.
There were some like used wine glasses, a face mask, a dirty face mask, like pinned to the board of their office, like one of their desks.
It was gross.
They didn't even clean it up before they left.
But don't worry, Loomer.
Loomer was on it.
But the crazy part in all of this, as I was sitting back and talking to people over at the Pentagon, they're like, you know, that they're actually begging us to come back.
Like those reporters you saw walk out together individually.
They've been reaching out to see how they can get back into the Pentagon.
I mean, and just, I mean, look at them.
unidentified
Look at them.
breanna morello
Speaks volumes.
It was all a stunt.
They wanted to make it seem like they were really falling on the sword for the First Amendment.
But folks, I have been blocked by previous administrations because they never liked my coverage.
I have a much larger audience than the majority of those people you see in that photo.
And for some reason, they thought, and they still think that they are better than me, that they deserve access.
But the rest of us who have legitimate audiences, I mean, Laura Loomer's audience is massive.
Why wouldn't you want her in there getting the truth to the American people?
Jack Pesobic, who was also there.
His audience is massive.
James O'Keefe, huge audience.
So in fact, you would want these people there if you wanted your message spread across the country.
And again, they're not telling you, but they're going to have access via remote.
When the press briefings are being held, I was told that they are going to be allowed to join in remotely, remotely.
So again, I mean, here we are, and we're learning more and more, obviously, but the argument that they are somehow being pushed out, they voluntarily left.
If you felt the way you felt, then you should have kept your office desk and you should have filed a lawsuit while you were there.
But they wanted that PR stunt so badly that they actually picked up and left.
And now on the outside, they're trying to sue to get back in.
It was all theatrical, right?
They could have filed, tried to ask for like an emergency injunction so the Pentagon could kick him out or something like that, but they chose not to.
Instead, they left for the photo.
And now the New York Times is the only one who's actually filed a lawsuit.
Yeah, there you go.
They were all over the place, folks.
These face masks.
There's one literally pin, a dirty one that was pinned to a desk.
It was disgusting.
And it just feels, feels really depressing being in there.
I was with my producer because we had to do research for the interviews.
Yeah, there you go.
See, look how depressing it looks.
I was in there with my producer and I was like, I got to get out of here.
I got to get out of here.
This place is giving me anxiety.
I don't want to be around anyone.
unidentified
Like, I can't work in this place.
breanna morello
So I went outside and sat outside and did research.
It's just crazy.
It's crazy, folks.
This is what's going on right now over at the Pentagon.
The media is very upset.
They pushed themselves out.
They literally self-deported.
It's a funny joke, but they self-deported.
And now they're trying to get back in.
So there's multiple media outlets who are apparently reaching out privately.
They don't want their friends to know, reaching out privately, though, trying to gain back access to the Pentagon.
Some of us are going to work remotely.
And actually, the New York Times, that reporter who reached out to me, wanted to grill me specifically on how many times am I going to be in Washington, D.C. Imagine having to validate yourself to the New York Times.
The level of privilege these people feel that I, as an independent journalist, who's built my own platform, built up my own audience, built up my own everything.
And obviously we have this great show on Infowars, that I have to turn to the New York Times to validate my credentials.
Wanted to know, because apparently this rule, and again, who makes these rules?
Well, obviously it's the comms team.
So it would be Pete Hedseth's comms team who made these rules.
Interesting enough, they wanted to know how many times am I going to be in DC?
Because if I'm out in DC, what was it, three times a month, full time or something like that, they were saying that I can't have credentials.
The people who make those rules are the people who told you to kick rocks.
So again, it's laughable.
These people are laughable.
You see, I have someone who has sued the administration.
You know, I just settled my lawsuit against TSA because TSA would not hand over documents relevant.
This was under Joe Biden when we first filed.
They would not hand over documents through my FOIA requests.
They actually wouldn't respond when I requested comments.
There was even the email that I published publicly that said that DHS warnings TSA to be careful when they speak to me because I'm not a liked reporter, pretty much.
Did any of these corporate media journalists stick up for me?
Did anyone stick up for me when I was over at Fox Corp and Fox was trying to force me to comply with an illegal vaccine mandate?
No, they didn't stick up for the First Amendment then.
But now all of a sudden they're motivated.
They actually want to come out there and pretend like they are standing up for the First Amendment.
Listen, I have no empathy for these people.
Zero.
Zilch.
I'm a nice person, but folks, I have no empathy for them.
No empathy.
They're fishing for it, though.
They want you, the American people, to be outraged because they no longer have access directly into the Pentagon.
So they could roam around.
First off, the Pentagon is massive, massive.
And it's very obvious to me that a lot of people who are walking around, look, a lot of these people don't even have credentials on.
They just walked out of the Pentagon and did not have credentials.
That's a major, that's a major, major issue.
Why?
Well, if you're someone who works at the Pentagon and you think you're talking to someone who maybe is one of them, you see them every day, you don't really know they're a journalist, then guess what?
You might tell them something that you're not supposed to tell them.
And that's exactly what the issue was.
And I understand it.
Now we have red badges that literally say press and like the biggest font media and the biggest font possible.
I joked that this is embarrassing.
I hope people don't hate us.
But there you go.
And then I've got my photo ID, which I can't take a photo of, but we have a photo ID that we also have to wear.
And I joked, because listen, if the Pentagon is not transparent, folks, we're not going to sit here and try to softball you.
I've been critical.
I think they've only been there for a couple months now, and I've been critical four times of Pete Hedzeth.
And still, he was nice.
He was polite.
He shook my hand.
He still didn't, you know, push us out or say, oh, why'd you give her a credential?
They still allowed me to be in the room.
They still allowed me to have access.
They still respond when I request comment.
I think that says everything.
Let's say that changes.
Let's say that changes.
Let's say all of a sudden they don't like one of my reports and they try their best to limit my access or just completely ice me out, pull my credentials back and no longer allow me access to the Pentagon.
unidentified
Well, guess what?
breanna morello
I could then sue.
That's a First Amendment right violation.
That is.
Because they thought I was a journalist beforehand, but if they don't like your favorite, your coverage, if it's not favorable to them, yeah, you could sue then.
So I don't know why they did what they did.
It was more of a political stunt for them.
PR stunt a photo op.
It's just so ridiculous, folks.
It's just so ridiculous.
This is what's going on right now at the Pentagon.
But everyone else was great there.
I did enjoy all the incredible people.
And there's some people who I didn't even, I haven't met in like real life.
You know them from the reporting.
You know them from social media.
So it was great to be there.
It was great to meet some new faces.
I've never actually met Laura Weimer in person and she was quite lovely.
We sat together, as many of you saw.
I saw the post online for the first press briefing with the press secretary and she was great.
She asked great questions.
It wasn't just her.
There are other great journalists there.
James O'Keefe, obviously.
Jack Pasovic.
Jack is great.
I mean, Jack, obviously, with given his backgrounds.
You notice they also didn't include Jack in that lawsuit.
They didn't name him because Jack is obviously someone who has served this country and knows the Pentagon.
So they can't do that.
They couldn't call him out.
Former Congressman Matt Gates also being there asking legitimate questions.
One of the Hoff brothers, Jim Hoff over at Gateway Pundit, also there.
Other Gateway Appendant reporters there.
Turning point, Savannah Hernandez there.
So folks, they are so upset.
And I'm sure if you could bind all of our followings, our audience members, we have more people actively searching for our reporting than the corporate media hacks.
So good on the Pentagon for opening access to independent journalists as well.
That's something, even just full-time access.
That's something that's really important that should have happened in the first place.
It's not happening across all agencies, but the Pentagon is one of the very few allowing us this access.
And then obviously the Secretary of War taking a moment to talk to us and to take this cool picture with us.
We were very, very thankful for that.
And I swear I'm 5'3.
So if you see me in that lineup and you're like, Brianna, how short are you?
Everyone else is so tall.
I'm 5'3 now.
Just to put that out there.
All right, folks.
In the meantime, though, I want to tell you all about the sale we have going on right now over at the alexjonestor.com websites, 12 Days of Christmas sale, which means it's BOGO on all your favorite supplements.
So head on over right now to the shop and make sure you stock up.
We don't know how much longer these sales are going to last.
The 12 Days of Christmas sale is going to be just ever-changing sales going on right now.
So if you like free things, head on over to the alexjonesstor.com right now while supplies last.
More to discuss in just a few moments.
unidentified
Don't go anywhere.
breanna morello
All right, welcome back to the American Journal.
Folks, it's been a very busy week for me.
As many of you guys know, earlier in the week, I've been in Swamp Territory, making my way back down to Austin, of course, for the studio.
It's been crazy.
It's been crazy.
The airlines, they suck.
Everything is delayed, canceled.
And so it was quite the adventure last night.
But I will be making my way and I'll be back in studio later today because a lot's going on still.
A lot still going on.
And I'm trying to keep up with the news cycle.
I wanted to bring you an update on the JSEX Pipe Bomber story.
Now, I'm not going to say the name because NBC has been wrong in the past.
Surprise, surprise.
But NBC News is making a name.
They're floating a name out there of the alleged suspect.
They have just released that name.
We won't do that until it's 100% verified.
So I'm on that now.
I've just reached out for comment.
Once that name is verified, though, I will bring that to you to confirm it.
Again, you don't want to wrongfully accuse someone of something that they didn't do it.
So I try my very best to be as thorough as we can.
NBC News in the past actually has been wrong.
And in fact, we won't scroll down on this.
We'll leave it just there.
But we just wanted to make it as clear as possible that they have announced that they've caught someone, but we don't want to disclose who that person is until it's verified.
And I'll tell you why, I believe it was NBC.
I'd have to look into the archives, but there was an individual named in a mass shooting with their photos blasted everywhere.
And I believe it was NBC that posted it first.
I'm like 90% certain it was NBC.
That was inaccurate.
The person that they had used their Facebook images of, their social media posts of, was wrong.
And they went out and sued a bunch of outlets for just sharing the NBC report.
Again, it's not, if you're reporting on the news, I think it's newsworthy.
And I don't think that's wrong, but we've seen other people have to dishout millions and millions of dollars again, as you know, here.
So reckless meetings or reckless reports, I guess I should say, are something that I'm not a fan of.
And I do follow up before I report on them.
So they're naming someone.
I'm not going to say the name yet.
I just asked for comment, asked if this is accurate.
I'll let you know when we hear back on that front, of course.
But let's get back into what's been going on.
Now, when I was at the Pentagon, the large topic of discussion were those narco-terrorists that the Pentagon is leading strikes on their vessels as they're trying to make their way allegedly to the United States.
The Pentagon is going out there and they are striking those boats, those vessels.
There's been actually a submarine as well, and they struck that too.
There's a lot of issues there, a lot of concerns that I personally have.
And I'll express that to you as well and tell you what I'm reaching out to the Pentagon on to find out more information on.
But ABC News is debunking the report that came out from the Washington Post.
And it's very important that you hear specifically the report itself.
I want to play clip one for you all right now so you can hear how they're debunking the Washington Post's false news reporting.
And by the way, it's not just ABC News.
The New York Times also had to come out and debunk their story too.
Take a listen.
unidentified
And tonight, new information.
According to a source familiar with the incident, the two survivors climbed back onto the boat after the initial strike.
They were believed to be potentially in communication with others and salvaging some of the drugs.
Because of that, it was determined they were still in the fight and valid targets.
A JAG officer was also giving legal advice.
So again, David, that video will be key.
And Admiral Bradley will be on the Hill tomorrow behind closed doors.
breanna morello
So as you heard there, we are going to have to see and listen to what that all kind of amounts to.
But the reality of it is, is, you know, they continue to go out there and say that they were under threat.
It sounds like that they deemed him, these two, as a threat still, because they were trying to continue on with whatever drug activity they allegedly are accused of.
Now, I'm going to let you listen to President Trump because President Trump is responding to these reports that were put out specifically from the Washington Post.
I want to play clip two for you so you could hear how the president responds.
And then I'll let you know what I've been doing behind the scenes to speak with the Pentagon on this issue.
So take a listen to clip two.
unidentified
It's found that survivors were actually killed while clinging on to that boat.
Should Secretary Hebseth, Admiral Bradley, or others be punished?
donald j trump
I think you're going to find that this is war, that these people were killing our people by the millions, actually, if you look over a few years.
I think last year we lost close to 300,000 people were killed.
That's not mentioning all the families.
Have you seen what happens with the families of not only the people that are trying to get their son or their daughter off of this poison that they've been fed?
I think you're going to find that there's a very receptive ear to doing exactly what they're doing, taking out those boats.
And very soon we're going to start doing it on land, too, because we know every route.
We know every house.
We know where they manufacture this crap.
We know where they put it all together.
And I think you're going to see it very soon on land also.
Yeah, please.
breanna morello
Now, as you heard there, they're going to be escalating all of this.
We'll see how it all plays out.
But folks, I'm kind of concerned.
I have some concerns here.
How do we know that these people are actually associated with the cartels?
Now, hear me out.
We all know that the cartels tend to utilize regular civilians, blackmail them, threaten to kill their family and their loved ones if they don't smuggle drugs.
Happens quite often at airports, too.
So our government's very well aware of this.
How do we know now that they see that these strikes are taking place, that they don't just put low-level cartel members or just people who are living in villages and towns that they could just push out and blackmail and force them to go out on these voyages?
And I reach out to the Pentagon for comment on this, and I'm waiting to hear back.
I truly do think that this is important to make sure that these are people who are truly cartel members and these aren't just people who are being blackmailed and forced to get on these boats.
And so, yes, I am deeply concerned about that.
I think that we should definitely be allowed to ask that question.
I know I just asked that question.
So I'll let you know when I hear back, I gave them a deadline of this afternoon.
So when I hear back from the Pentagon, I will let you all know.
But obviously, you heard, I did ask one of the officials there, and I didn't get really a direct response, but they did say, yeah, that they don't think that they're just civilians.
unidentified
But I don't know.
breanna morello
The Pentagon obviously has to tell us what they're telling us.
I'm always going to be skeptical, of course, because of anyone.
It doesn't matter if it's somebody on our side.
I'm always very skeptical of what we're told by the government.
And so I just want to make sure that we're not killing innocent people or people who are being blackmailed and forced to get on these boats.
Because right now, if you're the cartel, you're not sending out your top cartel members to do these types of voyages.
You see that they're striking your vessels with drones.
You're going to send out people that you don't really give a damn about to do this.
So obviously, it's a very high-risk trip to make.
And if you're these cartels, you're not sending out your top officials.
You're just not.
You're just not.
And it's interesting because, you know, I sat back and watched as the corporate media is going out there and they're being very aggressive on this issue.
You know, I never thought in a million years that we'd have all these people going after narco-terrorists, like people literally killing thousands of Americans.
They don't give a damn.
They don't give a damn.
They don't care that Americans are fatally overdosing on drugs, even those who aren't even using these drugs.
We hear these heartbreaking stories of children who are just walking around their house.
They accidentally touch fentanyl and they die.
There's that video of that police officer who was just doing a quick little checking in on the suspects they were arresting and they accidentally made contact with fentanyl and then they started overdosing on fentanyl.
These things happen quite often in this country.
In fact, I actually carry an arcane on me because I know how often these things happen.
Nothing because it's obviously not because I have family members who are using, but I know that at any moment you could actually have someone who's overdosing and you need to do everything possible to save someone's life in this type of situation.
We are at war.
We are at war.
And I don't think people understand that.
I understand just that.
I know who's exactly the ones pumping these fatal drugs into this country.
It's obviously, you know, the cartels, yes, but the CCP, they need our country to be weak.
And right now we do have a weak country.
Sadly, so many Americans are addicted to drugs and they are fatally overdosing by the thousands, by the thousands.
And so I think us as Americans, it's our duty to push back and help out as much as we can.
My way of doing that is by carrying Narcan.
I leave it in my car.
And, you know, I've trained, I've taken the videos, I've watched the videos, we've learned how to use it in case there's ever an issue where we have to.
It's now sold over the counter, so anyone could grab it if you'd like to.
You could do the same exact thing.
I think it's important to save as many lives as we can because we are at war.
We are at war.
And there's nothing worse than sitting there and seeing someone overdose on the side of the street.
Yes, I get it.
A lot of people say, oh, well, Brianna, they chose to take these drugs.
Yes.
But how many of us know incredible people who struggled with drug addiction and then overcame it?
And now they're leading incredible lives and trying their best to help others.
We're all worthy of redemption.
And so I believe that we all play a role in just that.
But it's interesting to hear Democrats and hear their argument.
Democrats continue to go out there and pretend like there's something unethical about what's happening right now.
We are at war.
There's no other way to say that.
Other countries have declared war against us.
They want to take us out.
They want us to be a weaker country.
That's why they do things like making us sicker through our food, through our water, making us addicted to drugs.
People like Joe Biden understood that.
Actually, this great clip was just circulating yesterday on X.
I wanted to play in clip three.
Joe Biden back in 1989.
That's how long this man's been around for.
Well, he didn't think the government was going hard enough in this drug war, which he knew was a drug war at the time.
Take a listen to this clip and listen to his criticism that he has about the current administration and how they were handling all of this.
joe biden
Every president for the past two decades, Democrat and Republican alike, has declared war on drugs.
And each of them has lost that war and lost it miserably.
They lost because they attempted to deal with only part of the drug problem.
They lost because their initiatives were pulled apart by bureaucratic squabbling among their advisors.
They lost because they always did too little and they did it too late.
We don't oppose the president's plan.
All we want to do is strengthen it.
We don't doubt his resolve.
All we want to do is stiffen it.
The trouble is that the president's proposals are not big enough to deal with the problem.
We think we should do more to stem the flow of drugs across our borders.
And we think we should go one step further.
Let's go after the drug lords where they live with an international strike force.
There must be no safe haven for these narco-terrorists.
And they must know it.
We have to lock up the dealers for a long, long time.
And we have to attack the source from which the drugs come.
And we have to do that, not a piece at a time, but all at once.
And we have to do it now.
And there's not any reason why we can't do that.
We have the power, we have the money, and we have the knowledge.
breanna morello
Ah, did you hear that, folks?
That's when Joe Biden still had it.
That's when Joe Biden still had it.
Now, I'm not going to say that he wasn't corrupt then because we all know he was corrupt for a very, very long time.
But I think it just highlights how the things within the Democratic movement, how everything just kind of shifted, how everything kind of shifted.
So it's interesting to hear those types of sound bites, of course.
Again, a lot happening on that front.
We're going to keep our eye on it because we're expecting to hear more, obviously, the certain officials over at the Pentagon who are expected to speak to lawmakers.
We'll see how that goes.
We've got our eye to that, of course.
But I want to switch gears a little bit because this is a story that I also highlighted on War Room.
There's a lot of internal feuding going on right now between Republicans in the House.
Keep that in mind.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik publicly went after House Speaker Mike Johnson.
She is upset because she's not happy with Speaker Johnson.
Now, Speaker Johnson, I've spoken to people on the Hill, and you guys at home could see this.
It's very, very obvious.
He likes to negotiate with Democrats.
Now, when you are in the majority, you have the numbers to back it up, you actually don't have to negotiate with Democrats.
And in fact, Democrats never negotiate with Republicans.
But Speaker Johnson always tries to create a bridge and he tries to work with those across the aisle.
But enough is enough.
And Elite Stefanik is calling it out.
She actually went on X was going after him because he's not trying to include one of her key provisions to a defense authorization bill.
And that would help out in case there was another Jack Smith.
This is what she's claiming.
Jack Smith probe, or whenever the federal government goes after candidates, it would alert Congress of the counterintelligent probes that are going on.
Obviously, that she's trying to set up like a step where if something does happen, they'd have to actually disclose to members of Congress.
Well, she's claiming that Speaker Johnson actually is not going to allow that provision in.
That's quite the fascinating stance to take on this.
Speaker Johnson claiming to be a constitutional lawyer, a conservative, but he really hasn't been.
He really hasn't been.
Now, Johnson is publicly denying that her counterintelligence provision was stripped from the NDAA.
I don't exactly know why Elise won't just call me, he said.
I texted her yesterday.
She's upset about her provision and is not being made.
I think that into the NDAA, he said.
I also heard this yesterday.
I wrote her yesterday, and she has not yet reached back out to him.
Now, apparently, according to this report, President Donald Trump is supposed to be intervening in all of this.
So we'll see as it continues to unravel.
But I think there's like a healthy pushback that's happening right now against Speaker Mike Johnson.
As many of you guys know, I reported that they were holding up the censor of a Democrat, obviously, as many of you guys know, was accused of texting.
I mean, not accused.
You can see the text message yourself, Jeffrey Epstein during a hearing, congressional hearing, and then they went to go censor her.
They failed because Republicans wanted to protect Corey Mills.
That's a congressman who's been accused of a lot of things, being disgusting mainly, but also there's a lot of corruption, potential corruption allegations that he's facing, unethical questions he's facing.
And so these types of allegations have made their way forward.
Now, I was told by sources that Speaker Johnson's office and the speaker himself was the one trying to hold up these votes.
He didn't want it to go through because he didn't want Corey Mills to get called out in front of the House, which resulted in Nancy Mays, Congresswoman Nancy Mason, coming forward and saying, all right, if we're going to keep doing this, because I was told this happened multiple times, if we're going to keep doing this to protect Corey Mills, I'm just going to go out there and try to get him tossed from his committee assignments.
And so she did just that.
And then that's when they launched the ethic investigation, which would probably lead to nothing.
Not that there's anything that he's actually facing, but when I say it will lead to nothing, it's because likely they will do their very best to make sure no one finds out anything.
That's why he so willingly was like, yeah, I'll do the ethics investigation.
We could bury things there.
So right now you have a healthy conversation of, and it's Republican women calling out Speaker Mike Johnson for being a fraud, for lying to the American people, for sitting here and giving the opportunity for Democrats to negotiate on things that they don't have the majority to negotiate on.
And they, in fact, when they were in the minority, never gave a damn about what Republicans had to say.
This is what happens.
This is why we're losing this war.
Right now, there is, in fact, a war going on.
They are trying their very best to conquer this country.
And so most Americans see through this and they continue to elect a Republican majority.
What happens?
Well, you have people like Speaker Johnson who make their way to leadership.
And at first, I thought he was solid, right?
Constitutional attorney, conservative, Christian, sounds good on paper, but he negotiates with terrorists.
He's watered down so much legislatively, refuses to laminate President Trump's legacy, just allows his executive orders to be signed, and then goes, all right, there it is.
I mean, I don't think they've done a dozen, a dozen of the bills that were necessary.
And President Trump has, what, over 200 executive orders.
So when they sit here and they plead and say, we have to win midterms, this country, it needs to happen.
Our country, our republic will collapse.
And they always do this, the dramatics, the theatrical.
The reality of it is they have not earned your vote this midterm.
They've done absolutely nothing.
And I truly think it's intentional.
I don't think this is accidental.
I truly believe that they don't do things right now because they'd be like, listen, you have to elect us to a second term.
You have no other option.
Because if you don't, well, then the country's gone.
It's done.
It's over with.
And it's something that's played out quite often.
So, what do I think about this?
Well, I think the midterms are going to be a massive landslide.
Not for us, though.
I think Republicans have completely showed the American people that even when they're in the majority, that they are complete cowards and nothing actually happens.
You see, this is the thing, right?
Democrats push the bar to their side when they are in the majority.
And then all Republicans ever do is try to bring it back down to the middle.
We don't actually ever try to advance it at all.
At all.
So, what's the point of having a conservative majority?
Well, I'd argue that there's actually no point in that.
I'd argue that they're absolutely useless.
It's whether you want everything to stay at a standstill or if you don't want it to be shifted over to the radical left.
Again, this isn't about political parties, too.
Like, I know everyone's like, oh, Brianna, you don't.
It's all uniparty.
I'm very well aware of that.
That's why you see the biggest patriots bowing out.
You know, when it came to covering January 6th, there was a very limited group of Republican lawmakers who were responsive when there were issues, when there were abuses.
Two people who responded, but I'd probably say only had maybe four or five congressional members who would actually help out.
Some actually just seemed as a white trash issue, is how they put it.
They're staffers.
So that's why they didn't get involved.
Two patriots who actually helped was Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green, who, as many of you guys know, has been shunned from the party.
I mean, I think it's actually disgraceful since she's a day one MAGA fighter.
She's been in this for a very long time.
I would say has probably been dragged through the trenches.
So she's leaving.
Obviously, she's probably very disappointed on how quickly MAGA turned on her.
And then it's not just her.
It's also Congressman Troy Nels.
Congressman Troy Nels, I sat down with him actually, and we spoke about it.
And he said, I just want to spend more time with my family.
And so he will not be seeking a reelection.
He'll complete his term, but he's not seeking a re-election.
Folks, everything, like all the red flags are going off.
The sirens are blaring.
And the American people know what's happening right now.
We are not winning this fight.
We are not winning this fight.
We are in the majority physically, but behind the scenes, nothing's happening.
Nothing's happening.
And I know the president doesn't want to be a major black pill.
So he's not going to go out there and call people's names out, especially because he has to work with them.
And so you don't want to burn all those bridges.
But all of the alarms are blaring right now, are blaring.
And sadly, we do not have Republican leadership who wants to preserve conservative values.
Not even just preserve.
Bring it back to conservative values.
We don't even have a conservative government.
And if you dare go out there and you advocate for common sense things like the release of the Epstein files, which sucks because Democrats on the other side of it are advocating for because it's a political hit piece for them, but for the rest of us, we do truly believe in going out there and making sure that all of these sex crime victims are vindicated.
unidentified
That they have justice.
breanna morello
And by still advocating for the same things you advocated for under the Biden administration, which I know many of these people did, you were tacked.
That's why when I saw it happening, I said, this is not good.
unidentified
This is not good.
breanna morello
And sadly, we're losing some of our greatest patriots.
You know, Congressman Troy Nels, there was a couple of people who were in the jail, the DC Google Log, who were writing me and saying, Brianna, they're feeding us moldy food.
The food's spoiled.
There's mold in the prison itself.
It's coming off the walls.
It's toxic.
It's not good.
It smells horrible in here.
It's making us physically sick.
We are being abused right now in the jail.
So you know who I reached out to and I was in contact with the whole time?
Congressman Troy Nels' office.
And they actually went down there and they said, Brianna, we went there.
We're absolutely sick.
One of his staffers actually told me that they were physically sick, physically sick from the smell, because the jail knew they were coming because they had to announce it.
So the jail actually had bleached the area and had repainted over the mold so that the congressman couldn't see it, but he smelled it.
He knew it was there and said, yes, everything you're hearing is true.
And that's when we ran the story.
So he was one of the very few who were bold enough to go out there and to see for himself, to see what was going on.
And now he's leaving.
So folks, I don't know how many more fighters we're going to have left in all of this.
I'm very limited.
I'm very, very limited.
Folks, we got more to discuss in just a few moments.
Do not go anywhere.
In the meantime, though, let me remind you: we have a limited time sale going on right now.
It's a 12 days of Christmas sale.
It's happening right now over at the AlexJonesStore.com, which means BOGO, buy one, get one free on all your favorite supplements for a limited time while supplies last.

The only way you get into this is by buying.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
We're excited that you're all joining us.
This beautiful Thursday morning, as many of you guys know, I am making my way back to Austin.
Swamp territory was exciting for the week, but we are trying to get back.
And it's been crazy.
You know, we report on how crappy the airlines are, but let me just tell you: cancellations, delays, it's happening still.
Even though the government's reopened, it just lets you know that all these airlines aren't up to par these days.
There were several delays, several cancellations.
And so it was quite the eventful, eventful trip back.
But I will be making my way back, of course, into the studio later today.
So it will be good.
We'll be back at the studio for tomorrow's show.
In the meantime, though, I'm taking your calls in the second half of this hour.
So let's say you want to talk about a story that we've covered on the show thus far.
We'd like to keep it relevant to the news topics.
Give us a call right now.
We look forward to hearing from you, of course, 877-789-2539.
That's 877-789-2539.
In about 30, 29 minutes, I'll be taking your call.
Okay.
So call in now, get on the lines, get on hold, and we will go down the list of callers.
So do just that right now.
Again, we want to keep it relevant to the news topics.
And I want to get to all the callers.
So let's keep it, let's keep it lean.
Let's keep it lean.
I know some people call and they want to talk for 10 plus.
No, we got to keep it down.
Three minutes so I can get through everyone.
All right, folks, we've got a lot going on there.
Give me a call if you can.
In the meantime, though, I've got a lot more stories I'm diving into.
We're still keeping our eye on the pipe bomber story.
Like I said, NBC, Fox News, also just naming a suspect, but it's from their sources, not from the FBI directly.
No court filings.
I wait.
And here's why.
Again, I'm pretty sure it was an NBC report where they showed the wrong mass shooter.
And then all these outlets who shared that same report were sued following that.
Interesting enough.
Again, I think the NBC was able to get out of it because they only went after conservatives.
So again, folks, I got my eye on that.
We're going to keep you in the loop.
A lot going on there.
A lot more happening, of course, too, as well.
You know, we're just, we're doing our very, very best, but I'm reaching out.
I actually reach out to the FBI.
If I find out, if I find out the name, if this is true, I will let you know.
I'm also keeping my eye on court documents as well.
We've got a lot going on in that front, too.
Again, we're going to be taking your calls in the second part of the show.
I'm also going to be digging into a lot of other topics, a lot of other interesting topics, like Ilhan Omar.
Ilhan Omar, when she's asked about Somalian fraud, guess what happens?
Guess what happens?
unidentified
She blames COVID.
breanna morello
She blames COVID, COVID.
So I'll bring you the very latest on that.
I've got that great soundbite.
Also, President Trump continues to not back down and continue to call Somalia a garbage.
Interesting, of course.
So I'll play that.
The media is acting outrage too, but they will not tell you about the one time Joe Biden did the very same.
Actually, it wasn't one time, it was multiple times.
And so I've got that clip for you as well.
We'll be playing that in a little bit too.
Plus, interesting enough, the Minneapolis mayor, he's trying to do his very best and says that he's trying to clamp down through an executive order to ban federal agents.
Little does he know that the local officials and state officials don't really apply.
So we'll see about that in just a little bit.
We'll also be talking about a couple of other great stories, criticism about the FBI as well.
That is a very interesting story.
Kash Patel coming out and denying all of it.
He's denying the report.
I've got that soundbite.
Miranda Devon is one of the best.
She's one of the best.
So I'll bring you the latest on that as well.
Plus, the Pennsylvania governor also calling out Kash Patel.
Sorry, Kamala Harris.
So don't go anywhere.
There's more to discuss in just a few moments.
We've got a lot to unpack.
Give me a call too.
We'll be taking your calls in just a few moments.
Oh, we keep playing Eclipse, though.
It was obviously a very busy week for me.
I got more that I want to show you, of course, when I was in the swamp territory, speaking to a lot of Pentagon officials because now I've been credentialed to cover the Pentagon, which has a left.
Very, very angry, of course.
Plus, I also spoke with some of my favorite politicians.
I don't have many, but I've got like a small list of people that I truly, truly like.
So it was great to have them in the studio.
Also, thank you to Rumble.
Shout out to Rumble.
Rumble allowed us to broadcast you all from their studio space that they have in DC.
And it's actually a really nice studio.
So it was an honor to be there.
I'll play some clips for you in just a bit.
We're also taking your calls as well.
So if you want to call in, you have something to say about the topics we've covered thus far, give me a call.
We've got the number for you guys on the screen right now.
It's going to be, I guess, maybe like in like 20 minutes.
We'll be taking those calls, 877-789-2539.
That's 877-789-2539.
We're going to keep it relevant to the stories that we've covered thus far, of course.
So definitely give us a call if you'd like to chat.
All right.
Let's talk about this story.
Ilhan Omer, not very happy because President Trump is calling her people out.
If you're wondering what I mean by that, well, Somalian people, they claim that they contribute.
This is Ilhan Omar's claim.
Oh, we're the fabric of this nation.
Name one contribution.
This is what I would have loved as a follow-up question.
Name one contribution, Ilhan Omar, that your people have made, that your people have made to this country.
Just one, like one positive one.
I can name a bunch of negative ones, but give me one positive one.
Did you guys create the internet?
Like, what have you done?
Nothing, nothing.
Why?
Well, because average, their IQs are significantly low, about 68.
And that's likely due to the fact that there's a lot of inbreeding amongst Somalians.
So that has its effects.
But when they do come to this country, they contribute with fraud, with fraud.
And there's a lot of fraud.
A lot of fraud.
So again, we're keeping our eye on all of this.
But I want to play this clip for you.
All right, let's do Ilhan Omar.
So she's asked about this.
She's asked about, specifically, she's asked about Somalians and why they commit so much fraud because they have committed a lot of fraud.
And it's not just recently.
This has been going on for years now.
But she's nervous, doesn't know what to say in clip four, and she blames it on, get this.
Well, I'll let her tell you.
Take a listen.
unidentified
Can you shed any light on why the fraud got so out of control in Minnesota?
ilhan omar
I think what happened is that, you know, when you have these kind of new programs that are designed to help people, you're oftentimes relying on third parties to be able to facilitate.
And I just think that a lot of the COVID programs that were set up, they were set up so quickly that a lot of the guard wheels did not get created.
breanna morello
Ah, blaming COVID, not the fact that this has been going on for years.
And we have all the proof with the indictments in the past against Somalians who are accused of fraud.
And they're not all accused of taking advantage of any type of COVID-related programs, of course.
She knows that.
She knows that.
You see, they're low IQ, and that's the problem.
That's the problem.
So in order to get wealth, they have to steal it.
And she doesn't want you knowing the truth on that.
It's all about denying it, right?
Because this is a woman who is just a fraudster herself.
She's been accused, allegedly, of course, which I don't understand why we have to continue to say this, but not only that, but I don't understand how she's still in this country because she's been accused publicly of marrying her own brother to get him citizenship in this country.
This has happened on several occasions where she's accused of this.
And for some reason, we haven't launched an investigation or revoked her citizenship, denaturalized her, tossed her out.
She loves Somalia and she told you she ready to live anywhere.
So get her out of here.
But for some reason, we don't do that.
The Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Fry, is a liberal, weak, weak man.
But as many of you guys know, this is the guy who like cried all over the casket of George Floyd.
Well, the mayor has issued an executive order because he's hoping you're just as stupid as he is.
And you think that this is actually going to mean something.
But his executive order is banning federal agents from accessing parking lots, ramps, garages, and vacant areas to perform immigration activities.
Wow, that's so brave of him.
So brave.
unidentified
It's an absolute joke.
breanna morello
Obviously, if you're the mayor of a city, you can't tell federal agents what they can and can't do.
It's not going to work.
They're also not going to apply.
We know DHS takes that stance.
They did so in California as well when the California governor and lawmakers decided to, oh, we're just going to, we're just going to step on your rights as federal agents to wear face coverings so that our radical left-wing terrorists can't dox you and go after your families.
Well, that didn't stand.
But the media has a big issue and they keep going, oh, after President Trump, what do you mean by them?
I suppose one journalist asked, and I use that word journalist very, very loosely.
But one journalist said was trying to grill him on the garbage stuff.
So he continues to call Somalians garbage and he continues to call those that we've imported over the last four years garbage from third world countries.
And they don't like it.
Listen to clip five because he does it again.
He's not backing out anytime soon, no matter how hard the corporate media goes after him.
Take a listen.
donald j trump
You know, our country's at a tipping point.
We could go bad.
We're at a tipping point.
I don't know if people mind me saying that, but I'm saying it.
We could go one way or the other.
And we're going to go the wrong way if we keep taking in garbage into our country.
Elon Omar is garbage.
She's garbage.
Her friends are garbage.
These aren't people that work.
These aren't people that say, let's go.
Come on.
Let's make this place great.
These are people that do nothing but complain.
They complain.
unidentified
And from where they came from, they got nothing.
donald j trump
You know, they came from paradise and they said this isn't paradise.
But when they come from hell and they complain and do nothing but bitch, we don't want them in our country.
Let them go back to where they came from and fix it.
unidentified
Thank you very much.
breanna morello
Take care of us.
All right.
So I feel like I'm listening to my father, by the way.
That's how my dad talks.
I'm from New York.
My dad's obviously Italian and he always sits at the head of the table.
And that's something that he would completely say at the Thanksgiving table too.
Dinner table, Christmas table, like whatever it is.
My dad, no problem calling out the nonsense in politics, calling people garbage.
And it kind of gave me that type of vibe.
But it's not just that also.
It also gives me the vibe of Joe Biden, as many of you guys know.
He had no problem, and you're going to hear it in clip six, going out there and using terms like garbage to describe people who are Americans.
So now they have a problem with it, of course, the corporate media because referring to foreigners, people that hate this country as garbage.
But when, well, Joe Biden was calling us on the right garbage for supporting President Trump, none of them care.
Take a listen to clip six.
unidentified
Or Puerto Rico, where I'm in my home state of Delaware.
joe biden
They're good, decent, honorable people.
unidentified
The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.
breanna morello
They were okay with that.
That was no problem.
No problem.
They were okay with that.
Yeah, I remember that.
Remember that.
That was actually probably was worse than the deplorable comment from Clinton.
But again, this is what happens, right?
They do this types of word game with us all the time.
I don't care.
I'm over it.
Let them call these people garbage.
They contribute nothing to our society.
They are leeches.
And we don't need them here.
And the worst part is they were also accused, these people are accused of shuffling money back to terrorism in their own countries.
So, what are we doing here?
What are we doing here?
And then, there's also a numerous amount of sexual assault cases, of course, that are popping up throughout the country.
We've highlighted several of them here, which all involve Somalians.
Not all, but most of them involve Somalians.
So, when President Trump calls them garbage, he means it.
And we do too.
But they've been so aggressive to go after President Trump that it's absolutely ridiculous.
Now, again, I'm okay with criticizing the president.
We do it here all the time, but they've got nothing.
In fact, these people, and when I say these people, I'm referring to the corporate media, a case of clarification.
These people sat back for four years and watched as a cold corpse just sat there and just mumbled for four years.
And they didn't ask any tough questions about it.
But now they're really going after President Trump and their health concerns.
All of a sudden, now they have these concerns about President Trump's health.
What am I talking about here?
Well, I'm talking about how there's all these reports coming out.
They're really concerned about his health.
They wanted to see his MRIs.
Why does he need an MRI?
They were so grilling him.
They never did this to Joe Biden.
I mean, the guy literally, I mean, I'm 90% certain that he literally pooped his pants on stage.
And nobody asked any questions.
But now they've got to pretend to be journalists and they're doing just that with President Trump.
Take a look at this New York Post article exclusively that the New York Post has reported that President Trump is working over 12-hour days.
That's his average.
So he's working 12 hours a day, according to the Oval Office logs.
So that's what they're kind of using to push back on that rebuttal that President Trump is showing signs of fatigue.
The previous unpublished private narrative document shows that the president worked roughly 50-hour weeks, not counting any official duties that they may have performed on weekends.
That was, I mean, that's just significantly better than whatever Joe Biden was doing.
And nobody cared.
And nobody cared.
So I'm just over this.
I'm just over this.
Now they're all pretending to be journalists because it's convenient.
There's no pushback if you're a corporate media journalist and you're going after the president of the United States being President Trump.
Speaking of pushback, as many of you guys know, my girl, I love her to pieces, Miranda Devine over at the New York Post.
She's done an incredible job at exposing the Hunter Biden laptop story, which I was told by sources, not from her.
I was told by sources that she had to fight tooth and nail to get the New York Post to publish that.
I was told by another source that it originally went over to the went to Fox first, that they turned it down and then it went to the New York Post, which is owned by the Murdoch as well.
And that Miranda Devine, in order to get them to publish it, really had to push them.
So they published it because of Miranda Devine.
Miranda Devine has been an absolute patriot.
It was absolutely disgusting to see Dan Bongita go out there and call her deep state divine, foolish, foolish man.
Foolish man.
We get it, you're upset, you don't like criticism.
And Miranda Devine released a report that criticized them.
It pretty much said that they are, which obviously Dan Bongita confirmed directly, that they are heavily involved and constantly on social media to see what people are saying about them, which apparently is true.
And then Kash Patel is very superficial.
They said that after Charlie Kirk's assassination, that he wouldn't get out in Utah off the plane until he had actually like a raid FBI jacket with certain, I believe, his badges on it.
Now, Patel is denying this report.
And just keep in mind, too, Miranda Devine's source is behind all of this that say that they're just, they're not capable of leading the FBI.
They're immature with social media posts.
And Patel cared more about his raid jacket, which I always told you I thought was really strange and why he was always wearing it.
This is the guy who told you he was going to turn the Hoover building into a museum.
And all of a sudden, now he's so prideful in his enter and his agency that he runs.
Weird.
Weird.
So Kash Patel, like they always do, they only go to the one place where they know it's safe.
They turn to Fox News or John Solomon, but this time it's Fox News.
And he's denying Miranda Devine's report.
In clip seven, listen to how he reacts to Miranda's specific allegations about him refusing to get off the plane without his FBI raid hoodie.
Take a listen.
laura ingraham
You mentioned the thing about the patches and the gossipy stuff, which I know you laughed it off on Twitter, but on X, but they're saying, oh, he refused to get off the plane in Utah after Charlie Kirk's assassination because he wanted a better-fitting FBI raid jacket.
Is that true?
And does fashion really make the man, Cash?
kash patel
It's 100% false.
As you know, look, Laura, sadly, I was at 9-11 at ground zero in New York City on 9-11 because I was a White House representative honoring those victims and their names being read.
You were very familiar with that.
Then we made the immediate decision after Charlie got shot in the neck to fly to Utah unexpectedly to lead the manhunt to find the perpetrator in less than 33 hours because the FBI cut video, put it out in a press conference, and these people are worried about what I was wearing and what patches I was wearing.
I was honoring my men and women at the FBI.
One of my agents handed me a jacket and said, hey, boss, you should probably wear this.
We're going to the command center.
I said, I'd be honored to wear that.
And then another one handed me the SWAT team badge of the unit that was protecting the area where Charlie was assassinated.
I wore that with pride.
These people can talk about my appearances all they want, but look at the results.
The FBI, this FBI, my FBI, the one that Dan and I are building here under President Trump, is succeeding in ways that no FBI has ever done so before.
So the institutionalists and the anonymous reporters from the swamp DC bureaucracy are the ones we are crushing.
And that's how I know we're winning.
And if Eric Swaba wants to come online and talk about what jacket size I wear, I'm happy to send him a women's medium so him and Fang Fang can go out again.
breanna morello
Ah, Kash Patel, our FBI director.
Listen, folks, I want them to win.
If they don't win, we all go to prison.
That's the reality behind all of this.
But winning doesn't look like this.
Winning means uprooting all the corruption within the agency, abolishing it like you promised, but you're not going to meet out on that commitment because you're very prideful of the FBI these days.
So you're not going to lay us down on that one.
You're going to, I guess, have to uproot everything.
Now, again, there have been some firings, not enough, though.
There have not been reforms made to make sure that whoever shuffles in there next doesn't do what the last administration was doing.
So they constantly go out there and they say, oh, we've made 5,000 arrests.
So they throw these crazy numbers at you as to all these criminals have taken off the street.
Keep in mind, a lot of the times these cases begin at a local law enforcement level and the FBI sweeps in and take credit for it.
So they add these to their stats as if they were the lead agency, but they weren't the lead agency involved here.
But that's what they're touting these days.
That's what they're touting these days.
It's also worth noting that the FBI, according to reports, has just made an arrest on the J6 pipe bomber story.
All of a sudden, now they're making an arrest, though, after the Blaze reported an individual that they deemed was the pipe bomber.
Now, again, we are not showing, we're not going to show names or show photos, but just keep it there, guys.
Don't go any lower.
I want to keep highlighting the fact that this only happened because, guess what?
This only happened because if Steve Baker, someone who they do not like at the FBI, with Kyle Serafin backing Steve Baker's report, didn't float out who they thought, who I told you, I don't think it's accurate.
But again, we're all friends here.
I'm not trying to throw a shade at them, but I didn't think there was enough there to come out and say a person's name and show her image.
But they did.
I also told you guys that day that I was being told by four different sources that the naming floated out there was inaccurate.
But if you're someone like Kash Patel, whose girlfriend's now suing Kyle Serafin, and Kyle's wrapped up into this story too, you now have a fire under your behind to really resolve this.
And I'm pretty sure they only really prioritize this was because it was an opportunity for them to go after Steve Baker and Kyle Seraphin.
This is my opinion.
In my opinion, this became a top priority for the agency, not because of, well, we want to resolve this, because they want to disprove their own reporting.
And like I told you guys, I warned you on that Saturday when the story broke, I did tell you that I had a source tell me that the FBI, according to the briefing they received that week, I believe the briefing came about, that they had a different suspect in mind.
Now, that suspect is being named in other reports, and we're going to wait to get official confirmation because previously NBC has been wrong, Fox News has been wrong, and then the individual who was wronged by these agencies goes out and sues for defamation.
But Carol Markowitz is also reporting that who she believes this is.
She's saying it's a Virginia man who was born on July 12th of 95.
So we're going to follow it.
I will bring you the latest on it once I get official confirmation.
When I say official confirmation, I mean, I've already reached out to the FBI for comments.
I got my eye.
I'm waiting to see if there's any court filings that drop.
And then that's when we'll report it to you.
Because you have to be certain on these things.
Everyone wants to shut down media outlets, especially conservative media outlets.
And there was an arsenal of liberal attorneys who will go after, as we know, anyone for anything.
So I'm keep my eye on this.
We'll let you know when we get an official word from the agency itself or court filings that are making their way, which would be a Virginia courtroom, federal courtroom, though.
But again, I want to bring it back to Kash Patel because he's obviously facing a lot of backlash.
Many of you know, he used to be very critical of Christopher Ray's use of that government jet.
I saw like at least three interviews of him just going out there and bashing Christopher Ray for using it for personal use, which okay.
You could do.
But now that he's in this position, all of a sudden now he's using the jet.
He's not happy because everyone's criticizing him.
And again, I believe in just holding everyone to the same set of standards.
I hate throwing people under the bus, but the reality of it is he was very vocal.
And he made it seem like, in his personal opinion, that using that jet that's funded by both you and I for personal travel was unethical.
So now you have Kash Patel jetting across the country with it, going to his girlfriend's, seeing appearances, going on hunting trips, and apparently, according to reports, using that jet.
So he's not happy, but the House Democrats have just recently opened an investigation as early as Monday into Kash Patel.
And they are now looking into his personal use again.
Again, it's not illegal.
It's not illegal.
And then keep in mind, too, in a letter to Battelle, the House Judiciary Committee ranking member, Jamie Raskin, is the one who sent it over.
He's looking for flight records and internal counts of how often and frequently he used the FBI's Gulf Stream, G550, for non-official reasons.
So, again, all it's going to be is just a hit piece on him.
It's not illegal.
But, folks, he set these standards.
I don't have a problem with the criticism.
He deemed it as unethical when Christopher Ray was doing it.
So, now that others are calling it into question, I won't say that it's a personal, I don't think it's personal.
I think at this point, you set these standards up for yourself.
We're the ones having to foot the expense.
You deemed it as unethical when it was Christopher Ray doing it.
So, I think the criticism is warranted.
Folks, if you haven't done so already and you want to join the show, give me a call.

So, head on over, download the app, alexjonesapp.com right now.
All right, we got more to discuss, of course, with you guys calling us in.
So, we'll get to those calls in the next portion of the show.
do not go anywhere more to discuss process of getting confirmation uh We obviously told you about the Jason type bomber that was arrested, the suspect they believe.
Well, I just got confirmation from the FBI that they did, in fact, arrest the suspect.
But the FBI will not tell me whether that suspect is a suspect being named by both NBC News and Fox News right now and reports just telling me that I could say that the FBI confirmed that an arrest was made earlier this morning.
So, again, I'm going to reach out to a couple more people to see if this name that's floating around is in fact accurate.
But again, they will not give me the actual suspect's name directly.
So, I'll keep you in the loop on all of that.
But we're taking your calls and I want to kick things off the very first call.
Let's turn to Bregen in Wisconsin.
Bregan, welcome to the show.
unidentified
All right.
breanna morello
Well, it looks like he hung up.
Let's go to Nathan in Mexico.
Welcome to the show.
unidentified
Well, my name's Nathan and I'm in Michigan, but ah, not Mexico.
breanna morello
Mexico sounds warmer.
Maybe change.
nathan in mexico
It's only like 19 degrees here right now.
unidentified
So, yeah.
No, my name's Nathan.
nathan in mexico
Actually, you engage with me on X. My handle's Nathan Sweet, my name.
And I want to thank you for that.
You don't know everybody treats me like I'm invisible pretty much on there.
And I appreciate your professionalism and your journalism.
And I think you have been such a great addition to InfoWars.
breanna morello
Well, thank you, Nathan.
I appreciate that.
That means a lot.
So thank you so much.
And yeah, you know, I love engaging with everyone on X.
So thank you for that.
Thank you for not being one of the mean ones.
unidentified
No, no, I'm not.
nathan in mexico
And actually, it's kind of, and that's why I'm calling because I'm one of those realists.
I've been listening to InfoWars for over 20 years.
I've listened to thousands of hours of congressional hearings, thousands of hours of the stupid media, the propaganda arm of it.
And I just don't know how not to blackpill.
And my thing is, is I don't see when President Trump gave an interview before the 2024 election, he said, my success, the retribution will be our success.
And I posted that interview on X.
And I believe that we are not going to get what we need in order to secure our nation.
We have to have these people locked up.
We have fully seen the treason.
We have seen the crimes committed by these people in plain sight.
Just a lay person like me that's just a normal guy that drives truck.
I can see the laws that are being broken, but yet the FBI, our Republican elected representatives, will not represent what we, the people, want and do.
And I just, I'm still struggling to, I try to say, we got to win.
You're right.
You're right.
The FBI, we got to hope that they win, because if not, we're all screwed.
Fortunately, I live in the country.
It'll come to me last.
I got ways and means to be able to take care of myself.
But I just, it's a struggle to not blackpill because it just like Eric Swalwell.
I mean, the FBI director makes a joke about him with a spy.
He has committed treason.
That is treason in our country.
He knows that's a crime, but he won't do nothing about it.
What are we supposed to do with these people?
breanna morello
Yeah.
Well, Nathan, I mean, you, you know very well what happens to good Americans who are potentially set up by and targeted by our own federal government.
I mean, you're from Michigan.
You've got people who are still literally sitting in prison.
We've got two in federal and two in state prison right now for the fake Governor Whitmer kidnapping hoax.
So, you know, you guys have learned this lesson, sadly, the hard way.
It's actually infuriating when I sit back and, and here's another, you know, element to add to this as well.
When they sit back and tell you, oh, look what we found.
Look at, or when Congress goes, oh, look what we got from Pam Bonnie's office.
Pam Bonnie is showing us more in regards to Arctic Frost.
Well, why is Pam Bonnie showing it to Congress, not showing it to a grand jury?
I mean, we haven't heard of any of that.
This is, it's a continuous issue.
And this is why when midterms come around, you know, Nathan, I don't think it's going to go over well for us.
I mean, not even us because it's a uniparty at this point, but for those who want conservative values upheld, I don't think we have that representation right now in DC and it's only going to get worse.
And I really try not to be a black pill.
You know, this is a couple of months ago.
Someone called into the show and was really upset with me because said I wasn't, I'm not critical enough of the Trump administration.
I need to go harder on them.
And I said, you know what?
We got to give them some leeway here.
They just got there.
They need some time.
But we're well over 10 months now and nothing is being done.
I mean, literally nothing.
Like let's say they do reindict Tish James again today.
Okay, kudos to you.
But that's not a key player in the deep state operatives that were going out there and arresting innocent Americans and going after President Trump.
Although she did play an element with obviously the lawsuit and whatnot, that's still not someone who's on my checklist of accountability that needs to be held.
And so, yeah, I don't know.
It's discouraging and I hate to be a black pill in that sense, but Nathan, you're spot on with all of this.
We're not seeing it.
And fury, and sit here and see Director Patel just kind of lightly laugh it off.
I mean, he's laughing it off like it's like it's a normal conversation.
So, yeah, Nathan, you're spot on.
nathan in mexico
I think one of the biggest things, though, is the elections.
What's happening in Venezuela, hopefully, that exposes everything with Patrick Byrne and Emma Robinson and those guys.
But here in Michigan, I was one of the people that actually posted Sheriff Darleaf's letter affidavit.
I was the first guy to post that here in Michigan back in 2024.
And it got stole.
Somebody took credit for it, and then it kind of just got lost out there in ether.
And there's actually a lady named Stephanie that you can follow on X, Stephanie Beltnick, B-L-T-N-K, or something like that.
She's working with a group that's been exposing all of this because here in my little township in Michigan, there were multiple ID people that voted when it went to Lansing.
But here's the problem: in my 700 people that voted in my township have a single ID when they vote.
So, how are these people being added onto our voter rolls?
Jocelyn Benson, Gretchen Whitmer have all been exposed for the voter fraud, and nobody's doing nothing.
Who do we who do?
So, are the American be my thing?
Are we our politicians telling us it's time for the people to take care of these people?
Because I don't understand.
We give people authority to deal with these people that are committing treason and taking over our country.
Are they trying to say you guys need to finally rise up and take care of these people?
Because I remember back in Michigan in 2010 when the middle-ishas were talking about going and start arresting illegal judges and prosecutors.
And I mean, are we getting to that point where the American people are going to have to rise up with weapons and a thousand men show up at a courthouse and say, These are the prosecutors, and these are the judges that are going to get arrested.
And if they don't come with us peacefully, this is going to get bad.
And I mean, are we at that point?
Because this is what I'm struggling with daily because I'm just like, What are we going to do?
I go out and drive my truck and I just feel like it's all for nothing.
Yeah, thanks for letting me ramble.
I just said it's so frustrating living here in Michigan because we know what's going on, and it just is at a point where it's just like I don't see anybody with power.
And we give authority to these people and they just sit on their thumbs and get rich.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah, Nathan, you're not alone.
You're not alone.
I know it's very frustrating.
I get frustrated too.
I try to be optimistic about it, but I also think it's important to shoot straight with the American people.
And when it does get bad, when you can't criticize them, I think now's a fair time to do so.
Uh, that we do just that.
You know, I would say not to do that.
Uh, here's why we saw what they do, right?
They have no problem throwing Americans in prison cells and just burying them with massive sentences.
And so, something like that would work towards the left's narrative that we are the violent ones, or that, and that's how they're going to spin it.
You know, it doesn't mean that I believe that's what the case is, but that's how they'd spin it.
I don't know.
I don't know if I have a real answer as to how do we fix this.
So, it's a toss-up for me on that front.
But I want to thank you, Nathan, for calling in because, of course, we appreciate your call.
And, you know, you share the concerns and the frustrations of many of us.
So, thank you for that.
All right, let's turn to Mike in Pennsylvania.
Mike, welcome to the show.
We're thankful for having you on.
What can we discuss today with you?
mike in pennsylva [2nia]
Hi, Brianna.
The main thing that I struggle with when in this operation that has people at my age, which is Gen X, with boomer parents who are, you know, getting care in their homes, and they all still watch CNN, they all still watch MSNBC, and they're being polluted with nothing but lies.
Why do I know they're lies?
Well, I could tune into InfoWars and hear 30 times during the pandemic: whatever you do, don't take the shot.
I consider that saving my life.
I consider the information I find out on here giving me a sort of a roadmap on how to prepare for the next offensive.
One of the things that drives me crazy is that we know there is a law signed by Obama.
It's called HR 5736, the Smith Month Act Amendment, the Smith Month Modernization Act Amendment.
And it was signed in, I think, 2012, but went into law in 2013.
And what that does is it allows our media to lie to the American citizens.
Prior to that, you could turn on the news and take for granted that they were telling you the truth, or at least close to it.
They may be moving you in one direction or another, but they would get in trouble if they lied to us.
Now, the silver bullet to me, if I'm running the show, is I go on TV, I explain that this law was put in under Obama, all the confusion, all the craziness.
Of course, I would let the military know and train them on this, you know, before I would tell the American public.
But this allows for the country to be completely separated.
The country is completely separated, fathers from sons, mothers from daughters.
If you listen to CNN, you're one person.
If you listen to InfoWars, you're a much different person.
If you listen to Fox, you're a different person.
It's just incredible to me.
I grew up in an like I'm sitting here.
I got kids.
I got grandkids.
You know, you don't think we're all worried about the future, you know, and with a government blatantly lying to us constantly, I mean, it's bizarre.
And then when an administration that appears to be America first gets in office, you know, we knock on doors, we went nuts making sure people voted.
Pennsylvania voted for President Trump.
So, like, why in the F, if you don't, why in the F is this not brought up?
unidentified
Yeah.
mike in pennsylva [2nia]
Why in the F that this crucial fact not talked about at all?
As a matter of fact, I'll get shadow banned on social media, you know, X included, if I bring this up.
So that's a red herring right there.
And not sure, not sure what to do about it.
And I usually add answers, you know, but this one is the most bizarre.
unidentified
Yeah.
breanna morello
Well, Mike, thanks for that.
I appreciate calling in too.
I wanted to actually bring this article up because it echoes exactly what you said in your open in regards to the COVID vaccines and how well orchestrated the media was at regurgitating a certain political or I guess a certain angle is how you kind of say it.
They were pushing the jabs and they weren't voicing any type of actual medical concerns.
Now, as someone who was there, I've spoken about this openly several times now.
So if you've heard this, sorry for the repeat, but while I was there working for Fox Corp, we weren't allowed to have people on who criticized the jabs.
And it was one of my many reasons why I walked away.
We, in fact, I had no say in it, but they had edited an interview with Peter Navarro where he told young people don't get the jobs.
We don't know the long-term effects.
But then there's this article over at the Blaze.
The Blaze actually submitted a FOIA request to see more information about the funding.
It was being shifted over to a lot of these outlets.
And in fact, Fox News is one of the many outlets.
In fact, all of the major outlets took money, all of them, except Info Wars, except Info Wars.
So this money was being issued to anyone who would spew the narrative that the COVID jabs were great and promote them.
And in fact, they were given positive coverage.
And so when you're wondering, when you're sitting back and you're watching these corporate outlets, you're wondering, how does this happen?
A lot of it is at this perspective of, you know, they do have these deep state operatives in there, obviously.
But here's the other part.
I mean, the other part is that they're all paid and they're using our taxpayer money, shuffled it in, and then they use it to lie to us.
And then that's what's going on behind the scenes.
So yes, you're spot on.
I don't know how we combat it besides, you know, and thankfully for our audience's support, you know, we're allowed to have this platform here where we speak openly and freely.
And that's why Alex is so under attack is because they don't like that.
They don't like the fact that they can't control the narrative, that the government can sit here and offer millions of dollars for anyone who regurgitates their talking points on COVID jabs and other things.
And here at InfoWars, we don't take it.
We don't take it because our audience is our supporters.
It's not some foreign sponsors like you see here.
It's literally you guys at home.
It's literally you guys at home.
So again, that's why our loyalty lies with people and not with these corrupt corporations, with the government.
And I think that's critical.
You know, Alex has done a great job too.
It's just worth noting at building his own brand and building his own store where he doesn't, again, have to push things that he doesn't believe in.
Obviously, Maha is one of his passions.
And that's the reason why you have the supplements.
And that's the reason why you have all this great stuff.
But again, all these other corporate media outlets, they strongly rely on, well, they strongly rely on the people who are sponsoring them, whether it's the government with their propaganda, as you see there.
They were obviously financially incentivized to run positive coverage on the COVID jabs.
And sadly, that probably costs them thousands of their own viewers' lives, millions injured.
In my opinion, that possibly could have happened.
It's very, very likely.
Of course, the various reports are unreliable.
So we don't actually have 100% data to proof because so many doctors refuse to fill it out.
But yeah, I'm with you on that.
That's my frustration as well.
That's my frustration as well.
So how do we push back on it?
Well, I mean, we continue to support independent outlets that will not give in.
Look at the list from that story.
Anyone on that list that you see, any outlet, just don't trust them anymore.
Now, again, I reach out for comment on mainstream reports all the time.
You know, we have NBC News and Fox News IDing, the person they deem as the J6 pipe bomber.
I won't tell you the name because if I haven't confirmed it, I'm not going to report it.
unidentified
And I haven't confirmed it.
breanna morello
So that's the kind of stuff that you guys have to support.
So that's how we change the world.
That's how we try to, you know, get everyone on board with all of this.
But, you know, teaching your kids, teaching your grandkids, that plays a big, big role in all of this.
So thank you for calling.
I know it's not exactly what everyone wants to hear, Mike, but we appreciate you calling into the show, of course.
So thank you for that.
All right.
I want to turn to Tim in California.
Tim, what's on your mind?
unidentified
I'm just thinking, Brianna, I'm beaming with pride.
I was beaming with pride watching you yesterday and then again today.
And just, you know, I thought I had seen enough already.
nathan in mexico
And then I saw all the interviews you did this morning.
unidentified
It was like, wow, it's just what an outstanding.
nathan in mexico
And you deserve every bit of it.
unidentified
You have worked so hard and you and you earned it.
And here you are.
nathan in mexico
It's just like, wow.
breanna morello
Aw, well, Tim, thank you.
That means a lot to me.
Yeah, it hasn't been easy.
It hasn't been easy.
And, you know, that's one of the things I don't think people realize is, you know, corporate media journalists, they have easy access because they have a big name backing them.
I am just before, you know, obviously starting the show and hosting the American Journal, which we just recently started doing.
I mean, I've been in this just my name alone.
And so, yeah, it's been a tough road, but it was very exciting to see.
And I appreciate you acknowledging that, Tim.
So, thank you very much.
Thank you for calling, waiting on hold.
And thank you for those warm compliments.
I greatly appreciate that.
Thank you so much.
Let's turn over to Josh in Indiana.
Josh, welcome to the show.
What's on your mind?
josh in indiana
Brianna, hey, how are you?
breanna morello
Good.
How are you doing?
josh in indiana
Doing well.
So, like, Nathan called and touched on the subject, and another guy called touched on the subject.
Anyways, so like the Elon Omar stuff, man, we've been knowing about her for eight years, like since she stepped on our U.S. soil.
We knew she was crooked.
And yet, here we are still talking about her.
Maybe launch another investigation.
You know what I mean?
Like, she has committed fraud, probably coming into the country, and it still commits fraud going on.
My next subject would be the whole story with the pipe bomber.
Fox News is not saying anything.
A lot of outlets are kind of sitting hush-hush with the identity.
So, that being said, you are sitting flush with your sources because you said what the Blaze was putting out, you felt was wrong.
So, that being said, what does that do to the Blaze and Kyle Steffer that this comes out that they were wrong?
What position does that put them in?
breanna morello
So, yeah, so here's the angle on that.
First off, Steve Baker, you guys know I have Steve on the show quite often.
Love him.
Kyle, you know, we've been friends since he's come forward.
We've used him, obviously, on for his background, his acknowledgement a lot of things.
So, I just want to keep disclaiming that.
This isn't a personal attack on them.
This is something that I was told by sources not to jump on.
Four different people reached out to me who do work in agencies across the federal government, warning me just to kind of steer clear of the actual report itself.
So, I want to keep driving that point home that I immediately got, I reached out for comments and I constantly am vetting stories.
As many of you guys know, like the ID that they're now dropping out their NBC News is putting it out there.
I think Fox just put it out in a tweet, but I'm not going to run the name only because I haven't fact-checked it myself.
This is what I do.
Anytime you put up a name, I've taken defamation courses.
You put up a name where you put out a photo, you open yourself up to liability.
And those lawsuits sadly are insane.
If you get it into the wrong courtroom as conservatives, we don't have a shot in hell.
As you saw play out in lawsuits before, these liberal lawyers who their passion is to take out conservative journalists and outlets are going to push to do just that.
So, I try my very best to be as careful as I can to avoid all of this.
I love Steve Baker, have him on the show, praise his work, was the only journalist outside of the Blaze to actually go to the courtroom when he was arrested for January 6th, first reporting on January 6th.
I sat there as an ally of Steve and wanted to be his biggest advocate for him because he didn't have anyone else really standing up for him, which I thought was kind of weak of other journalists.
But with that said, I always like to put both sides out there and I'm always going to reach out for comment.
And I wanted to make sure that I was reaching out to people before I jumped on board.
I even reached out to the individual that she that they named, the female that they named in their report.
I called her, I left her a voicemail, tried leaving her voicemail, but she hung up halfway through the voicemail.
I sent her multiple text messages, and I wanted to hear her perspective because I think that's fair.
I also reached out to the individual who Kyle Serafin did say that he was he was surveilling.
I don't think he dropped a name, though, specifically, if I'm not mistaken.
But we were able to look back and I had my PI that I work with help me in that sense.
So, we were able to ID the person, and I tried reaching out there too.
I'm always going to do that.
Okay, with that said, I don't know what happens.
I'm going to pray for them because I know how vicious this can be.
I love both and I continue to say that they do produce great work.
And so I hope that this doesn't lead to anything.
But we all know that the left is evil, that they have evil on their side and evil in their heart.
And so, you know, we hope that nothing happens here.
We hope that they're okay.
But the reality is, too, is keep in mind this.
And I'm not going to sit here and I want to make sure we include this, but although that the FBI has made an arrest, it's a suspect.
And this person's going to have their day in court and they actually might be innocent.
Now, why all of a sudden, and this is to be fair as well, why all of a sudden now are they making this arrest?
Because keep in mind, I got on a call with someone that day that Steve made the announcement, put out his story on the blaze, and someone told me that the FBI had briefed them and that the FBI had told them specifically that there was someone who they already had in mind as a suspect.
So the FBI had another name in mind as a suspect, another person.
So why didn't they make that arrest?
Is it likely that this arrest was just expedited?
Because Kyle Seraphin, someone we all know is not liked by the FBI, is actually in fact hated, came out with his own report and said, you know, I was actually investigating the home next door where this woman that they claimed was the individual where she lived.
Now, again, did that expedite them?
Probably, in my opinion, of course.
And I know Steve probably reached out to the FBI for comments.
So if they didn't believe that this was the right person, they should have told him.
I don't know if they did.
But again, the arrest should have been made prior to Steve's report.
Steve, with the best intention, put that report out because he wanted the FBI to get back in this case.
And so, you know, I'll leave it at that.
I want to thank you for calling in.
Of course, Joshua, thank you.
But it breaks my heart.
It's going to be a heck of a fight, but it's worth fighting.
And we're going to see.
I mean, they could just be making an arrest of an individual who had nothing to do with this, just to kind of fend off and to still go after Steve and Kyle.
Again, I don't know.
That's my theory as my opinion.
It's not a fact.
I'm not saying I have background information on that, but that is what my opinion is.
They don't like Kyle Seraphin.
We see that through the lawsuit that's currently pending.
So thank you for calling in on that front, folks.
Everyone on the lines, we're down to the last couple of seconds here.
