The only signs they can give is eclipses.

Solar eclipse means judgment is coming upon a nation.
Since we've become a nation in 1776, there has only been eight total solar eclipses that have completely crossed the United States.
Two of them occurred during the Revolutionary War.
Three of them occurred during the Civil War.
Two of them occurred during the Vietnam War.
Of those eight, only one.
Which was the one seven years ago.
It only crossed the United States and no other country.
Exodus 4 and 8. Remember, April 8th.
If they do not believe the first sign, which was on August 21st, 2017, they will believe the second sign.

But when you're looking into a vision and you're seeing something, I'm just describing the best of my ability, what I'm seeing with the blood flowing down his ear.
What they're planning is bigger than terrorist attacks.
This is actually an invasion of an act of war for what I believe is coming.
It's not like, well, we're saying, well, this is Al Qaeda, this is ISIS. This is actually an Iranian government coming over here.
They've come across the border.
I saw them in tunnels that were being smuggled in by drug traffickers.
Well, I saw these men, and there was literally 1,000 of them.
I saw over 1,000 men.
That were being smuggled in.
I'm talking big money.
This was not just like a little bit of money that I saw that they were paying the drug smugglers and for funding to get over here.
The Lord showed me them gathering the materials for making these bombs for over a year.
And so they were getting the, you know, the fertilizers and the vans, and I saw dump trucks.
So, okay, so the Lord showed me that they made them, like, bulletproof.
They put, like, armor all on the front and on the side so if they were going through police barricades or whatever, that they would not be stopped by bullets or any kind of retaliation against them.
So they made them like tanks.
Then I saw two men in those dump trucks and they had suicide vest on.
They had vest on with explosive devices all over their vest.
And so they used the trucks to go through police barricades.
So you couldn't stop them.
It was very powerful, what they were trying to do, shooting out their tires and stuff.
But this was, I mean, like I'm saying, this was well-funded.
When they took the trucks, they rammed them through the barricades.
And when they finally stopped them, they ignited their vest and blew up the whole area.
And it wiped out all the buildings.
And if you think what happened in Oklahoma City was big, this was like so much more.
You know, like a huge 9-11 type of event, y'all.

Central Time, 12 noon Eastern, Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.
And we'll be here providing you coverage all day of the events going on in D.C. and around the world.
We've got several people on the ground there in D.C. that we'll be connecting with, including Matt Baker, Chris Don T. Harris, Whit Lyman, and others.
Lots of videos to show you already from the festivities yesterday.
And it's a very festive atmosphere.
A lot expected to happen in the next 24 hours.
And really today is the finding out day.
Today is the day we find out how real this victory is.
Specifically I'm thinking about things like the January 6th prisoners.
And God willing, later today the pardons will go out and they'll be on their way home to their family and friends.
And we just pray it's a full-fledged, 100% every single person pardon and not one of these.

From Reuters, triumphant Trump promises show of strength on return to White House.
Donald Trump will be sworn in as U.S. President today, Monday, ushering in another turbulent four-year term with promises to push the limits of executive power, deport millions of immigrants, secure retribution against his political enemies, and transform the role of the U.S. Trump's inauguration completes a triumphant comeback for a political disruptor who survived two impeachment trials, a felony conviction, two assassination attempts, and an indictment for attempting to overturn his 2020 election loss.
And oh, how fickle the winds of fate have been now to usher Trump back into power in a form so much more magnificent than would have happened in 2020. If they'd just let us win in 2020...
They'd be celebrating the end of their trials now.
They would have complained for four more years, whined for four more years, and today would be the day that they would be saying goodbye forever to the specter, the haunting boogeyman of Donald Trump.
He would have spent the last four years with Mike Pence as his vice president, four years with people still unawake, still asleep to the true Satanic, festering evil at the heart of the Democratic Party.
But the last four years has opened up a lot of people's eyes.
Trump's in a much, much more powerful position now than he was back then, with a lot more reasons to brutally go after the people that have been systematically destroying our country.
So it's the way it was meant to be, and it's a glorious thing, and we're excited to see what comes next.
According to Fox News, Trump...
...is going to take more than 200 executive actions on day one.
These actions will address border security, DEI, energy, and other issues upon which Trump campaigned.
President-elect Trump will sign more than 200 executive actions on Inauguration Day, a massive first wave of policy priorities focused on border security, energy reducing the cost of living for American families, ending DEI programs across the federal government.
And much more Fox News Digital has learned.
A senior administration official who's familiar with the executive actions and authorized to brief Fox News Digital said Trump on day one will end catch and release, pause all offshore wind leases, terminate the electric vehicle mandate, abolish the Green New Deal, withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord, and take several major steps to assert presidential control over the federal bureaucracy.
The official said Trump will sign multiple omnibus executive orders.
That each contained dozens of major executive actions.
So we're very much looking forward to that.
He apparently is eager to just get to work.
Some of the inside sources I have say that he plans to be in the Oval Office at the Resolute desk signing executive orders as early as 2 p.m.
So, inauguration at noon.
Some festivities, a little parade, a little glad-handing, some congratulations, and then getting to work at 2. So we should be just a few hours away from the freedom of the January 6th prisoners and at least a few major necessary steps towards freedom from the globalist schemes that are enslaving the world and calling it climate change.
But how about this?

Folks, Biden in final hours pardons Cheney, Fauci, and Milley to thwart reprisals.
President Biden moved just hours before leaving office on Monday to guard some of President-elect Donald Trump's most high-profile adversaries against a promised campaign of retribution by issuing preemptive pardons to head off politically-driven prosecutions.
Amongst those receiving the pardons were General Mark Milley, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the longtime government scientist, and all the members of the Bipartisan House Committee that investigated the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol, including former Representative Liz Cheney, a Republican from Wyoming.
Mr. Biden said, I believe in the rule of law, and I'm optimistic that the strength of our legal institutions will ultimately prevail over politics, Mr. Biden said.
In a just shockingly hypocritical and false statement.
Truly crazy what's going on here.
So in the last hour, like midnight, in the final day in office, President Biden, who has not been mentally competent since the day he entered office, issues last minute pardons for people who have not yet even been charged with, indicted with.
A crime, let alone convicted.
This is legal in only the most extreme technical sense and points to a lot of concern that these people's crimes are soon to be punished.
I have some thoughts about this.
I don't think this is how this is supposed to work.

It's also not political revenge.
That's the other thing.

Well, yes, right.
When they say his campaign of retribution, he's seeking political revenge.
These people are criminals.
He's trying to hold them to account.
He's trying to actually achieve justice for the American people, not achieve some personal retribution, although that's the way that they're framing it.
Yes, that's exactly right.
Some of these things, it's like, I don't even think to mention them because it should be.
Just that obvious.
General Mark Milley admitted to committing treason and sedition in collaboration with Nancy Pelosi.
Anthony Fauci is a mass murderer.
I don't think you can pardon him from Nuremberg 2.0, but that's fine.
And the January 6th committee flagrantly violated their oaths of office and committed a number of other felonies when it comes to hijacking and superseding the actual justice system.
They're really desperate.
I mean, this really, if nothing else, this just reeks of total desperation.
Of course, if this is the way it works, I mean, preemptive pardons.
I mean, that's pretty sweeping.
And with Hunter Biden, you know, he pardoned him for the things he was convicted of as well as things 11 years ago and some things into the future, saying we're pardoning him for any crime he committed or may have committed or is convicted of or isn't convicted of 11 years ago or like a week into the future.
It's all...
Preemptively pardoned.
And it's like, if that's the way you want to play it, if I was Trump, I would just sign a preemptive pardon with a blank name and go, this preemptive pardon belongs to whoever kills Anthony Fauci, if that's the way we're going to do it.
Is that the way this works?
We can preemptively pardon people, maybe for things they haven't even done yet?
Is that the way this, because we can still get justice if that's the way you want to play it, but I think we should go through the proper channels.
That's my personal view.
But it is possible.
The other way.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump's victories are already racking up.
He's not even in office yet, and yet, the victories...
Think about this.
Trump has had more victories between the election and today, before being in office, than Joe Biden had for his entire four-year presidency.

After 15 months of collective grief and anxiety, three Israeli hostages left Hamas captivity and returned to Israel, and dozens of Palestinian prisoners walked free from Israeli jail, leaving both Israelis and Palestinians torn between celebration and trepidation as the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas took hold Sunday.
The skies above Gaza and Israel were silent for the first time in over a year, and Palestinians began returning to what was left of their homes.
They fled across the war-ravaged enclave, started to check on relatives left behind, in many cases to bury their dead.
After months of tight Israeli restrictions, more than 600 trucks carrying humanitarian aid rolled into the devastated territory.
This, of course, the responsibility of Donald Trump and his envoy.
Helping to bring pressure to the situation and achieve the ceasefire that Biden has been failing to achieve for almost a year at this point.
And then finally we have this.
TikTok is back online after Trump pledged to restore it.
Around 12 hours after shutting itself down in the United States, TikTok is back for many users, almost like it never left, attributing its return to Donald Trump.
TikTok welcomed back users with a notification that said, thanks for your patience and support.
As a result of President Trump's efforts, TikTok is back in the U.S. The whiplash move to bring the app back comes after TikTok became unusable for Americans late Saturday night.
Users who tried to open the app at that time were met with a message saying it was offline and asking users to stay tuned.
And now, of course, they're back up, back online, and crediting Donald Trump with their return.
It's a beautiful thing, I have to say.

Eastern, J.D. Vance will take the vice presidential oath of office.
At 11.40 a.m., Donald Trump will take the presidential oath of office.
That'll be 10.40 our time, so that should be just at the tail end.

And I'm very happy to hear that they have moved the entire ceremony inside.
Obviously, there's been a lot of security concerns with the inauguration.
And as we've been reporting, drones are at the very top of that concern list.
However, there were helicopters scanning DC for radioactive material over this weekend.
And clearly security is on very, very high alert.
Trump's motorcade has been seen to have their cars now fitted with anti-drone jamming technology.
However, simultaneously, Russia has developed unjammable drones that are wrecking havoc in Ukraine and would pose an unstoppable threat to some sort of outdoor celebration.
Of course, the fact that we have insurmountable security concerns...
For the inauguration is really a sort of symbolic thing, isn't it?
It's almost appropriate that after four years of Joe Biden just dividing and eviscerating American security overall, that we literally can't secure our place anymore.
We're open, we're vulnerable, and our country is filled with our enemies.
It really sucks.

And hopefully four years from now, the next inauguration, we'll be able to be held outside and not under existential threat.

Saturday Night Live actually roasted MSNBC for once.
It's really not even that good of a skit, but it does represent the cultural shift, the cultural landslide that's taking place right now as the right wing is ascendant and will be dominant for the time to come.
It's a celebratory day.
You can feel it in the air.
There's a lot of really positive energy bouncing around right now.
It's a big party celebrating.
This unbelievably unlikely reality that we're all here today and Donald Trump's about to be sworn in.
I just hope you all recognize this is the starting gun.
Everything up till now is just getting us to the race.
Now it's time to put our feet on the blocks and get ready to actually get the work done.
The next four years is a very brief flash of time that we have to set things right and try to not just...

After all, if you remember, eight years ago, in 2017, the riotous atmosphere of Washington, D.C. was absolute chaos, total insanity, just flags burning, cars getting flipped over, limos being torched, just all-out insurrection, basically.
Made us aware of what we are in for for the next four years.
A little bit of a different atmosphere this time.
Eight years on and MAGA dominates the streets.
Huge crowds gathering even before the sun comes up to try to get a good position for the watch party.
And apparently as I understand it, I'm not sure if things have changed.
I'll bring you any updates as I get them.
But as I understand it, usually everybody gathers on the mall.
And they watch the inauguration take place.
They're on the steps of the Capitol.
Now the inauguration itself will take place in the rotunda of the Capitol with a select group of people there, including the congressmen and senators.

They meet at the White House for a little tea time, a little bit of a tea time before getting...

And so apparently the people that would have watched it on the mall are now going to watch it on television in the Capital One arena, I believe.
I think that's the setting now, of course.
This being blamed on the cold weather, of course it is cold, but more likely has to do with the security concerns of the people in Washington, D.C. As again, the specter of weaponized drones has really changed a lot of things around the world.
Now, we know that Trump is planning on issuing 200 executive orders, at least today, about any number of things, one of which is on energy.
Actually, a lot of them have to do with energy, the removing ourselves from the Paris Climate Accord and getting rid of the Green New Deal and ending all the offshore wind farms.
So Trump will be saving the whales a little bit later today.
Of course, we expect pardons for the January 6th, prisoners to come down, and we expect deportations to begin.
But on top of that, according to Bloomberg, Trump to declare a national energy emergency, unlocking new powers.
He's going to unlock new powers, like a Yu-Gi-Oh character or something.
He's reaching his final form!

He's poised to invoke emergency powers as part of his plan to unleash domestic energy production while seeking to reverse President Joe Biden's actions to combat climate change, according to people familiar with the matter.
The move is set to be among an array of actions Trump will take, starting hours after he's sworn in Monday, to deliver on campaign promises to boost domestic energy output.
The president-elect is prepared to compel policy shifts that would enable new oil and gas development on federal lands while directing a rollback of Biden-era climate regulations, said the people who asked not to be named due to confidentiality of the information.

Now, declaring the national energy emergency obviously has to do with the things that we've mentioned, the ending the offshore windmills and unlocking the vast energy reserves that we could tap into at any moment.
But it could have something else.
There could be something else behind this.
An emergency declaration having to do with energy production here in the United States could have something to do with this.
Clip number three about transformers, where our transformers are constructed, where our electric transformers are made, and how they're made.

The summer of 2019, a massive transformer was seized.
At the Port of Houston by the U.S. federal government and the Department of Energy, put under federal escort to Sandia National Laboratory.
This is during the Trump administration when we were serious about these things.

Why was that transformer seized?

Officially, we don't know.
That report is still classified.
But one of the Trump administration officials that worked at the National Security Council, Latham Sadler, he discussed on an interview how they had found a hardware backdoor.
In this transformer that would allow someone to remotely switch it off.

First, you have the socially distanced cabinet.
You remember because of the threat of the China flu.

Number two, gas prices.
Gas prices rose massively in 2021, leading to high inflation across the entire U.S. economy.
A continuing punishment for voting for Joe Biden inflicted on the American people.
Number three, a photo called Heading North, Guatemalan authorities pushing back a migrant caravan.
Nearly all of these individuals were eventually granted entry to the United States through the southern border.
Guys, you remember way back?
You guys remember eight years ago when these things didn't exist?

Letting them take back over for four years.
Letting Joe Biden be a puppet president for four years.

So I imagine once Trump is inaugurated, the seal will be affixed.
To the desk and he'll sit there and be signing executive orders live as soon as that inauguration ceremony is completed.

And again, we're getting more information about the things he plans on signing into law.

And interestingly, on the topic of pardons, and I tried to look into this.
I tried to look into what exactly is the pardon law and how do you do this?
And the more I think about it, the less sense it makes, honestly.
And it really, I'm like, there's no way.
There's just no way that this is how the presidential pardon is supposed to operate.
He's pardoning people for things they apparently haven't been convicted of, maybe aren't, like, of everything, of anything.
So if this is the way pardons are to be used moving into the future, that's a very, very dangerous precedent to set, but that's never stopped the Democrats before.
Now it's just up to us to make them...
Regret these precedents.
That's the mission now.
Take everything that the Democrats have done over the last four years and turn it on them.
I know the impulse is for us small government types to just outright reject the usage of some of these powers, but I hope if one thing has been revealed over the last eight years is that that's a losing game to play.
It's a losing strategy in this big...
This big board game of life that is the United States government, and you have to play to win.
And the fact is that the only way you're going to stop these people from building these weapon systems that they're aiming at us is to turn the weapon systems around on them.
So if they've set up a disinformation board to censor language they don't like, the only response to that should be to take that disinformation board over, and now we define what disinformation is, and we get to use these powers.
And it's not a great example because the disinformation board was defeated, but just any number of things the Democrats have been doing, whether it's the lawfare or the, you know, illegal immigration workarounds through executive orders, it's like, if this is the way the game is played, this is the way we have to play the game, and it's just, it's not a matter of principle or anything.
I mean, it's like, do you want to lose or do you want to win?
Because whoever wins this game...
It designs the future of humanity.

Or do you want the good guys and the patriots to win?

And again, the Democrats have never concerned themselves with things like precedent.
They just have preemptive pardons for everybody, including Michael Byrd, who murdered a woman, right?

When she was within reach of police officers and had just been given permission by the police officers to do what she was doing.

So I'm on the north side of town, just above the White House, a couple blocks here.
I'm in Malcolm X Park.
This is where one of the main protests is going to start off this morning.
As you can see, there's about 100 people gathering behind me, and people are coming in kind of behind the camera.
So they're planning a bit of a rally and then a bit of a march after this, probably heading down towards the White House.
Security-wise, though, it's been pretty intense.
A lot of National Guard, police everywhere, police choppers everywhere.
And as you know, they've canceled most of the outdoor activities.
Mostly due to weather, but there are some concerns as far as security goes.

Yeah, what have you seen in terms of security?
Obviously, we've seen helicopters and we have footage of the about 5,000 National Guard men on the street.
Have you noticed any other...
You know, security infrastructure around.
I'm thinking of things like on the motorcade, people are noticing antennas that appear to be jammers in case drone attacks.
They want to be able to send out jamming signals to drop drones out of the sky.
Have you noticed anything like that?
Are drones a big concern right now?
Or is anything, you know, standing out to you in terms of like where the federal government is putting resources towards security?

There's quite a bit of unseen security, I'm sure.
And as you know, the airspace above Washington is very protected, so anything coming and going would be very much on their radar.
We've seen a lot of helicopter activity, much more so than I've seen normally.
A lot of the Black Hawk-style helicopters, police helicopters, news, obviously.
But it's the new era, right?
Drone technology is such a thing.
I mean, we have a drone that we fly at the border sometimes, and it's incredible what these things can do.
I'm sure they're aware of that situation.
And I know the video you're talking about.
So they have to be concerned, if not highly aware of that possibility.

And you're there where this protest is, I guess, slowly gathering.
But again, I just keep thinking back to Trump's inauguration eight years ago when you had these mobs of people burning things and running around.
I mean, it was pure chaos for several days around the inauguration.
I'm seeing nothing like that.
I mean, what is the mood of these protests?
Are they going to be big, do you think?
I mean, what are you seeing there on the anti-Trump side of things?
wid lyman
Nothing like we saw a couple of years ago now.
Even the energy level is pretty low.
The cold has a lot to do with that as well.
But the tide has totally shifted.
I mean, there's so many more MAGA people in town.
There are so many more pro-Trump situations.
And these protests are a glomming of multiple different organizations.
The Palestinian groups, you have BLM, you have people from the People's March, you have oppressed people.
So they're even banding together.
There's nothing like the energy they had years ago now.
So I don't think it's going to be too much of anything.
They're singing some songs and the music's not very good.
So I don't think they're going to do a whole lot.

You can't have a good protest without good music.
I mean, that's just silly.
But yeah, it seems like they're totally...
Do you think they're demoralized?
Do you think they just have accepted their fate?
Have you been able to talk to some of the protesters?
What's the sense that you get from them?
Because we showed a video earlier of Savannah Hernandez was interviewing people at the People's March, I guess, and it was all about trans kids and abortion.
It's just like it doesn't have the same energy or the same sort of level of intensity as it did.
Everybody there seemed just kind of depressed.
I mean, is that the sense you're getting?

It is the sense.
I mean, they lost, right?
So their side of it is definitely in the dumps.
We're looking at four years of President Trump going forward, and that's likely stunting the mood for a lot of these people.
We have the ceasefire now between Israel and the Palestine.
So, I mean, what are they going to protest out here, right?
You lost.
What are you going to do now?
There's thousands and thousands of MAGA people walking around.
The tide has totally changed.
The mood has totally shifted.
We're looking at a brand new era.
We are so back, as people say.
But the mood here is definitely somber.
I mean, they're going to try to make a little noise, but...
There's not a lot for them to really, you know, kick up.
And as you can tell, the cold is really going to limit them.
I mean, we're looking at teens here with the wind chill.

Yeah, it seems brutal.
Of course, John Fetterman apparently has just showed up wearing shorts.
So he's walking around in shorts for some reason.
Everybody else is very bundled up.
How long have you been in D.C.? And what was the atmosphere like last night?
I know from everybody we've heard, it just seems like a giant celebration.
Has that been the case for you as well?

It's one party, get-together, gala after another.
And a lot of people are going to multiple events, and everyone's just friendly.
I mean, we were walking around one of the events last night, and everyone's just walking up.
Hey, how are you doing?
Where are you from?
You know, isn't this exciting?
A lot of the mood is very positive.
We've been here about three days now, and it's one continuous celebration, get-together.
I mean, the lines, as your audience saw outside of the Capital One last night, were just...
Unbelievable.
I mean, standing room only blocks away from the arena.
So the vibe here is very positive, albeit these folks are probably not happy.

Yeah, I can only imagine.
We'll revel in their sadness.
But it also seems to me like not only is the left wing sort of demoralized and doesn't have the energy they used to have, it seems like the energy of the Trump crowd is also a little bit more combative now.
It seems like eight years ago we were just happy he won.
We were almost like shocked that he won.
It was just a...
Big celebration, like everything's good from now on.
Seems like now MAGA people are really eager to hold Trump's feet to the fire.
I know Mike Pence just entered the Capitol, and when he did that, apparently the whole Capitol One arena was watching and booed.
Everybody booed him at once.
Obviously people are very concerned about...
What's going to happen with the J6ers?
But it seems like we're not just sitting back and waiting to see what Trump does.
People are sort of eager to hold his feet to the fire and expecting a lot, and we're not going to be happy if we don't get what we voted for.
Are you getting that sense as well from the MAGA people that while we're happy and triumphant, we all sort of understand now that this is just the beginning and it's time to get to work, and we're not going to be satisfied with just getting Trump into office.

Have you noticed a shift in the energy of the MAGA supporters as well?

Before I answer that, they just brought in a 20-foot plastic guillotine, so they're obviously mad about something here.
Yes, that is the sense.
I mean, when Trump won the first time, a lot of us were just shocked.
Even the media broadcast at Fox, all those people were still stunned that this actually happened.
And I think after the four years, you have all of these people, these centrists, moderates.
And then the right wing are just totally, even the left, are totally upset with what has been happening the last couple years.
So the expectation is now we won, now let's get to work.
And the hope is that it doesn't go the way it did last time, right?
The first two years of Trump's prior presidency were a little bit stale as far as some of us are concerned.
So now we're hoping for a much bigger push.
Trump's talked about day one, signing in a bunch of executive orders, caring about the border and all kinds of situations that we certainly care about as Americans.
So the mood is that.
The mood is very much, let's get to work now.
This is the start.

Executive Orders, he's rumored to be signing later today, will be an end to birthright citizenship, which will do a lot to stem the tide of illegal immigrants who then become permanent citizens.

What are you looking forward to?
With Trump's inauguration and what he's planning on doing, what do you think is more important, the deportations or ending birthright citizenship?
Or just what are you looking forward to as somebody who's been on the border and knows how it functions?

Yes, is the answer to all of that, right?
So I would say day one, I'm looking forward to just the border situation being treated.
With enough seriousness, you know, let's put some people down on the border.
Let's close the border first and foremost, and then deal with the internal issues.
Because if we still have a sieve going to and from, I think it's going to be a revolving door.
But let's shut the border down.
Let's deal with the internal situation.
Mr. Homan has talked about, Czar Homan has talked about targeted deportations.
Let's start that day one, and let's get the judicial system on our side.
Let's get some judges and some prosecutors on our side so that a lot of the things that Trump does actually has teeth.
It actually sticks, and we can have long-term changes.
Like you said, some of the laws that could change, like birthright citizenship.
Let's try day one.
I'm looking forward mostly to shutting the border down, completely closing it.
No more holes, no more legal crossings.
Let's do that immediately.

And as you're talking, we're showing images of Barack Obama and Hillary and Bill Clinton, George W. Bush.
I mean, they're all there, you know, gathered in this rotunda to celebrate their victory.

But again, I want to see what you're looking at there at the protest.
So they've erected a giant plastic guillotine, you say.
And I saw somebody else sort of struggling to get something else set up there behind you.
That's kind of hilarious, honestly, to be honest with you.
So they're setting up a big guillotine right in the middle there.

So right here is going to be a blow-up Trump doll that they might stick into.

Biden apparently failed to implement for about 10 months before Trump swept in and got it done with his envoy, Steve Witkoff.
I mean, what are they even protesting at this point?
It's very strange.
But of course, you know, on January 6th, there was a fake guillotine or like a noose that people had.
And this was always pointed to.
They'd say, see, they were trying to kill Mike Pence.
This is why they have to go to jail.
But of course, when it's the left, they get to do it.
And nobody really cares, apparently.
But it seems a little bit hypocritical to me, doesn't it?

You know, one of the things that they've talked about is, you know, ceasefire now, liberation tomorrow.
So for them, the situation continues until whatever their demands are totally met.
But you would have to think that they're a little bit happy about a ceasefire, right?
You've been complaining about this for 13 months, 14 months now.
So I would imagine maybe some of them voted for Trump, but would have been admitted on camera?

You know, Muslim community certainly went more for Trump than Kamala for the first time over the Israel issue.

It's time really to get to work now, but it's also the beginning of— Of the danger, because who knows what plans are in place for once Trump gets into office.
They could crash the economy in order to blame it on him.

And, you know, hopefully Trump will be able to initiate the peace process just as soon as he's in office.

And they actually went back up with a message personally thanking Donald Trump for allowing them back on.
A lot of people have interesting conspiracy theories about this having to do with...
Mark Zuckerberg bending the knee to Trump and maybe they worked out a deal with Facebook taking over TikTok.
There's a lot of behind-the-scenes shenanigans going on that people are trying to elucidate or speculate about.
But the fact that TikTok got banned at all is really a slap in the face to the American people.
So often we're confronted with this idea from the federal government of just like...
Some things are just impossible.
It's just that we just can't do it.
There's no money.
You know, of course, you know, things like the disaster relief in North Carolina comes to mind where they just say, look, we're just out of money.

Just remember, whether you're on the left or the right in America, when they could have stopped hedge funds and private equity from buying up all the houses and skyrocketing the housing price, they band together to ban TikTok.

Now apparently we're getting some new information about these pardons.
Pardon for Anthony Fauci goes all the way back to 2014, believe it or not.
So according to the executive grant of clemency, all the crimes that Fauci committed for the last 10 years have been waived away.
He's just given a blanket, you are allowed to be a criminal type of pardon.
Which is really just astonishing and wild that he was able to do this.
Of course, the president can't pardon people from state charges, so maybe this is now the time for Texas or Florida to start some sort of charge against Anthony Fauci.
That can't be preempted by this ridiculous forward and backward-looking pardon.
Totally outrageous.
They would even suggest that such a thing is possible, but it's never stopped them before.
We also have some more information about exactly what the new executive orders that Trump will sign.
The executive order establishes government-wide biological reality of two sexes and clearly defines male and female.
All radical gender ideology, guidance, communication policy, and forms will be removed.
Agencies will cease pretending that men can be women and women can be men when enforcing laws to protect against sex discrimination.
Woman, by the way, means adult human female.
So yes, we're returning to some semblance of common sense and acknowledgement of basic nature.

And again, in the speech he gave last night, Trump went very hard on this point and said, we're removing the transgender nonsense from our schools, which has to happen.

It's like, we have to put a stop to things like men killing children and then saying, actually, I'm a woman, I need to go to women's prison, and then raping the women in women's prison.
Like, that has to stop.

We have to stop women having their scholarships stolen from them by men who couldn't even compete with their fellow men, but instead take the gold with women.
Like, this has to stop.
Lives are being destroyed.
Crimes are being committed.
It all has to stop.
And frankly, I'd like to see some prosecutions on that front as well, considering the fact that the entire transgender industry is predicated on fraud, on knowingly providing medical interventions that are not positive, do not help, and only serve to enrich the butchers that are committing these crimes.
So I'd like to see fraud charges against the people.
You know, performing gender transition surgeries on children that have not only never been proven to actually alleviate the mental conditions that lead to transgenderism but actually make it worse and, you know, cause a whole host of other secondary issues like never being able to, you know, reach sexual satisfaction ever because they were, you know, castrated as children, which I think is a crime against humanity.
In a lot of ways.

I'm still, again, the topic today on top of just the inauguration, everything we're expecting to see from the executive orders that Trump will be signing just as soon as the swearing-in ceremony ends is the talk of the preemptive pardons.
Here's J.D. Vance entering the hall.
He will be taking his oath of office first.
So I'm surprised they do that.
I'm surprised they do the vice president first, but I guess that's the way it goes.
I imagine Trump will be giving an address from there, so we'll go to that live just as soon as J.D. Vance gets up to swear the oath of office and become the vice president.
Historic day, folks.
Now, I've been sort of monitoring the conversation about the preemptive pardons on X, and there's some interesting speculation about this.
A cynical Publius asked, does anybody know how they work?
Are they even a real thing?
Like if it turns out one of these scumbags actually murdered somebody in cold blood or stole a car, are they pardoned?
This is not my area of law.
Any insight appreciated.
Now, it does look like, and this came up with Hunter Biden's pardon, that he would then be able to be forced to testify about certain things.
You lose your Fifth Amendment in certain aspects when you accept a pardon.
News Nation had this story back when Hunter Biden was pardoned.
Did Hunter Biden lose his Fifth Amendment rights with his pardon?
Saying Hunter Biden can be compelled to testify against his father.
Fifth Amendment rights don't apply anymore, experts says.
Of course, he'll still have Fifth Amendment rights for state charges for which he was not pardoned.
But Hunter Biden's pardon by Joe Biden has sparked some questions on whether the president's son can now assert his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination if ever forced to testify against his father in future investigations.
Since accepting a pardon is sort of automatically admitting guilt.
A quick look says this was adjudicated in Burdick versus U.
United States in 1915. The interesting tidbit is that the pardon must be accepted and that acceptance is an implied admission of guilt.
So the key points are this.
This is from 1915, Burdick v.
United States.
Acceptance of pardon.
The court held that a pardon, while an act of grace, is not effective unless accepted by the person pardoned.
Acceptance of a pardon implies an acknowledgment of guilt.
Effective of a pardon.
The court clarified that a pardon does not simply erase the crime.
It removes the punishment and illegal disabilities resulting from the conviction.
However, it does not erase the fact of the crime or prevent the individual from being legally compelled to testify about it.
When it comes to the Fifth Amendment, the court affirmed that the Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination could not be bypassed by a pardon if the individual did not accept it.
Burdick's refusal to testify was upheld because he did not accept the pardon, meaning he did not waive his right against self-incrimination.
The implications are this.
The decision underscored that a pardon is not automatic absolution but involves the consent of the recipient.
It also highlighted that the pardon does not compel somebody to forfeit their constitutional rights without their consent.
Has said he didn't do anything wrong, which would mean that he's not accepting the pardon, which means that he hasn't received the pardon and could still be charged for the crimes he committed all the way back in 2014 when this blanket pardon was, you know, begun, I guess.
You know, he said, okay, I'm pardoning him all the way back until 2014, which is weird, which is weird to go all the way back to then.

Presidential preemptive pardons definitely need to be challenged and the Constitution amended if necessary to exclude them.
Essentially, a preemptive pardon gives the president a license to have crimes committed on his behalf.
Theoretically, President Trump could have people in his administration commit crimes today with the promise of preemptive presidential pardons tomorrow so that they never have to face prosecution for their actions.
I don't think that's a power we want any president to have, and this is certainly not a healthy situation.
Paul Darling at CrazyBear6A has an interesting way this could turn out.
He says it's okay.
Now have them testify to Congress and admit what they did.
If they refuse, you can jail them for contempt.
If they lie, you can jail them for perjury.
And if they tell the truth, the whole world will see their crimes.
So again, sort of a win-win situation for actually getting the truth out.
So again, I guess we just have to scramble and try to deal with this because they're...
They're breaking new ground in the use of presidential powers.
And frankly, we have to teach them a lesson with this.
That really has to be the number one goal of the Trump administration.
And I've talked about this before.
I did a long sort of presentation about this, talking about the fact that our republic relies on people being nervous to grant themselves new powers, knowing that those powers will revert to their enemies.
Now, that system breaks down if one side never actually fulfills their side of the bargain.
If the Democrats are constantly setting new precedent and doing things that are unheard of and that have never been done before and can do it with no anxiety, no concern that the Republicans will ever do it back to them, then it's just license for them to constantly...
You know, aggrandize their power, constantly empower themselves with new and novel usages of the law, knowing that the Republicans are too cowardly and principled to do anything about it or to, you know, serve them in a similar fashion.
And so literally, I mean, I'm not even saying, like, we have to do this because it feels good.
We have to do this, you know, just to win because winning is what it's all about.
It's like for the sake of our continuing existence as a republic, then this cycle has to be completed.
Where the Democrats do something that's totally novel and, you know, previously they would have never done.
We have to do it to them.
Like, we have to.
It's not even a question of, like, if we want to or not.
We have to because if only one side does this, that's like the end of our republic.
They're just going to continually grant themselves new powers and never have to pay a price for it.
They should have to pay a price every single time they do one of these things.
The stand here and will now be taking his oath of office.

Time and time again, it's something pathological with the Democrats.
They can't just do things normal.
