*Squeak* Welcome to the new world order Okay, my concern about 5G is that the RF radiation from 5G is dangerous.
It penetrates, it disrupts the blood-brain barrier.
It also is associated with glioblastomas and other cancers.
And it causes a lot of other dramatic health effects, and there are literally thousands and thousands of studies in that.
I've litigated on that issue, and I've won in the Federal Court of Appeals.
So, you know, you can say it's a conspiracy theory, but the Federal Court of Appeals said it before, I'm going to say it again.
unidentified
These 5G towers, they're not for internet and phone service.
michael s gibson
That's all a scam and a lie and a cover story for the Project Bluebeam technology, for the microwave weapon that it was designed to be, to zap you with frequencies and mess with your sleep and your health.
robert f kennedy-jr
This is not conspiracy theory.
michael s gibson
And by the way, those of you that want to throw out the word conspiracy theory, that immediately tells me how Ignorant and asleep you are.
unidentified
You don't even know what that term, where it came from, or why they use it.
robert f kennedy-jr
It's simply to discredit whistleblowers.
People telling the truth.
unidentified
So when you throw that term around, you just show that you're asleep and a sheep.
alex jones
That's it.
unidentified
People that own these repair shops are now making videos about what they're finding when they take your phone apart.
robert f kennedy-jr
There is no 5G chip in these phones.
unidentified
I have two 5G phones in front of me.
Right there is where the 5G chip is supposed to be.
And right there is where the 5G chip is supposed to be.
And again, I fix phones every day, so you can take me, you can take this from a reliable source.
alex jones
There is not a single phone in Canada that supports 5G. Of course, if we're going to have drones watching us in checkpoints and stay at home, lockdown, house arrest orders, of course they're going to tell the children, watch your parents.
Because you see, 1984 for these guys is a owner's manual.
It's an operations plan.
Hillary Clinton's lessons of George Arwell's 1984 is to trust leaders, the press, and experts.
Ah, they're coming for you.
They're coming for all of us.
The incremental ambient background noise of the electromagnetic radiation is being jacked up on high.
All over the world, people are watching 5G though in by their house and the trees die within weeks.
unidentified
All on the left-hand side.
Look on the left-hand side of that tree.
Look on the right-hand side.
That's alright.
Yeah.
Right, well look at the right hand side of the tree.
Look at the flowers.
Look at the bushes.
Look at the green bushes.
Yeah.
Very nice.
Look at the left hand side.
Dead.
Do you know why?
Because that's right next to it.
What we're seeing here is the crystallography of healthy spring water.
What you'll notice are these kind of flower-like hexagons that are forming.
They're indicative of spring water.
Now here we have the same spring water that you just saw that had sat next to a 5G cell tower For 15 minutes only.
You can see how disordered it is structurally.
In fact, in my opinion, it is completely destroyed.
EMFScientist.org.
That's 220 doctors and scientists from 39 countries who have looked at health effects from wireless radiation.
And from their work and the work of others, we can clearly say that wireless radiation can cause cancer, neurological problems, immune system disorders, and reproductive harm.
alex jones
The grass begins to gnarle and brown.
The birds move their nests.
And the studies are coming out everywhere that the 5G towers are 3, 4, 5, 10 times stronger than even the FCC says they're allowed to have.
And at the FCC agreed level, massive increases in cancer.
Oh, you're burning inside now.
That microwave's rubbing your molecules together.
And you're burning inside.
And soon, you will die.
And the globalists think you're so stupid that when you're all dying, you won't even notice it.
unidentified
And you're burning inside.
It's Monday, December 30th in the year of our Lord, 2024. And you're listening to The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome to The American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Coming to you live from Austin, Texas, here on this 30th of December, 2024. Returning from Christmas break, I hope everybody had a wonderful holiday.
We'll be here today and tomorrow, and then we will be taking off New Year's Day.
That's Wednesday, but then we'll be back on Thursday and Friday with live shows this whole week.
And on into the future.
Until, of course, at some point in January when our fate will be decided in a courtroom.
And boy, do we have a lot to discuss.
We have a lot to discuss.
Tomorrow, we'll be doing a little year in review.
Because my lord, 2024, just thinking back over it over the last day or so, it's unbelievable.
It is absolutely unbelievable.
It's kind of constant.
This is sort of a regular thing for us for the last several years.
It's been bombshell after bombshell, raining down in the information war.
But I was just thinking back over the last couple of years.
I actually put out a tweet sort of labeling each year what I thought the overwhelming story was.
But for me, aside from the outbreak of two specific wars, 2022, 2023, what even happened in those years?
What even happened?
I mean, if you go back, I'm sure there's tons of stuff that happened, I'm sure.
I'm sure there is, but...
You know, it's that classic, you know, sometimes decades go by.
Nothing happens sometimes.
A whole decade's worth of activity happens in a week.
This year...
It has just been insane.
It has been absolutely insane.
And it has been...
Yeah, I said 2018 was the year of censorship.
That was the year we all got kicked off social media.
2019, the year of protest.
That was when you had the yellow vests and the Hong Kong protests across the world.
2020, the year of the hoax, obviously.
And not just one hoax, but Black Lives Matter and COVID and mail-in ballots and stealing the election.
2021, the year of punishment.
Kicking off the year with January 6th and that entire year was just like the deeps.
It was the revenge of the empire.
The empire strikes back.
2022, the year of malice.
That's a little bit more vague, but that was the Ukraine war kicked off, but not a lot happened.
Then 2023 was the year of lawfare, where that really kicked off and got going with Trump and us and everybody associated with Trump.
But 2024 was the year of the awakening.
It really, really was.
And that, of course, happened for a variety of different reasons.
One of them being the fact that at the end of 2023, the Israel-Gaza war kicked off, and throughout 2024, we've seen just the most outrageous escalation of the murderous campaign by Israel against all of its neighbors.
And this, of course, coincided with the purchase and Opening up of X and the fact that all of these formerly censored opinions and points of view and just true news stories were allowed to proliferate.
And it has truly been something to behold.
I don't want to give away the year in review that we'll do tomorrow, but just off the top of my head, I mean, Biden just flaming out in front of everybody on the debate stage.
Totally unprecedented and wild.
The follow-up to that of Kamala Harris being anointed and then running the worst campaign of all time.
The assassination attempts.
The collapse of Syria just a month or so ago.
Of course, the year kicked off with the Jewish tunnels in New York.
Still one of the funniest news stories of all time and still not fully answered completely.
The Trump election, the Venezuelan gangs taking over, the Haitians eating cats.
The hypersonic missiles, the drive towards World War III. We have spent the last year on the precipice of World War III. We've spent the last year teetering on the cliff's edge.
And yet we've made it through the year without going over.
It has been the most wild year in my memory.
And it will be fun to go over and actually try to find some narrative continuity through all of it tomorrow when we do that.
But that was just what I was thinking about.
Early this morning.
Now, on the political side here in America, the conversation continues to be absolutely dominated to the exclusion of every other topic by the H-1B visa scandal, the controversy, the debate, the great debate.
It is unlike anything I've ever seen before.
I hosted a couple hours of The Alex Jones Show on Friday and talked about it then.
And even then, it was like, wow, this conversation has been dominating Twitter for 48, 72 hours, something like that.
Well, it's been 500 hours since then, and it is still the only topic anyone is discussing, myself included.
I'm not blaming anybody for that.
It's actually an important discussion.
It's actually a necessary...
Conversation to have with the changes happening with MAGA. And it has to do with not just the H-1B visa situation alone, but it really encapsulates a lot of major issues and major trends in American politics, including the MAGA movement, the introduction to the MAGA movement of all of these previous Democrat tech bros or MAHA figures.
It has to do with censorship.
It has to do with what a nation even is and the fundamental aspect of nationhood that we should probably figure out if we're going to move forward as a nation, as one of these things.
Elon Musk, of course, is the central figure in this, but if you'll remember...
When we last left off, when we last took a commercial break from this ongoing drama that is the American political system, the leftists had launched their brilliant scheme, their attempt to separate Elon Musk from Donald Trump.
They were running with the President Musk's They were trying to goad Trump and his ego into disavowing or separating himself from Elon Musk because they recognize the power of Elon Musk in combination with Donald Trump.
And they were trying to break up that friendship, that partnership, by pretending like Trump was suddenly unimportant because Elon Musk had jumped on board.
And it's interesting because immediately following that, that of course was an abysmal failure and we told you it was going to be from the instant they tried to launch that particular PSYOP campaign.
But what has happened in between these times is that basically Elon Musk has been beaten by the MAGA populace.
It is...
Really encouraging, actually.
It is, of course, undeniable proof that the lies of MAGA being a cult, they're just a cult, they just do whatever they're told.
It's just an obvious, ridiculous lie.
And in fact, the opposite.
If our leadership is wrong about something, or countersignals the base, in a way that rejects the fundamental premise of Make America Great Again, American nationalism, And prioritizing the American people over everybody else in the world.
If you counter-signal and act against that, the base will set you straight.
They'll set you straight.
We don't go along with things from people that are big in our movement just because they're people that are big in our movement.
It really doesn't matter the power that they have.
And that's sort of the spirit they came across over the last week or so that this topic has been in discussion.
Is that like...
MAGA understands that if we don't stick to our principles, there's no point in us existing.
So we'd rather burn it all to the ground than compromise.
And that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing because if you don't have American nationalism, if you aren't protecting American workers from exploitation by foreigners or big American companies, then there is no point in you existing.
And so if you've got people like Elon Musk saying, I'm going to go to war for this and acting like he's going to burn it down, Our side is just...
Trump did not side with Elon Musk.
I don't know.
We'll read that story.
But they quoted Trump from six months ago as if he was making a statement now.
That's a scam.
That's a PSYOP in and of itself.
They published statements from Trump six months ago about H-1B visas and acted like he was responding to the current controversy.
As far as I know, he has not responded to the current controversy.
And we'll see.
And also...
He's the king and he gets to say whatever he wants.
He gets a pass.
We trust him in his understanding of the situation.
Elon Musk has not handled himself in the most political way.
He has not maintained an appropriate attitude with the base.
A mistake that Trump has never made.
And it was a mistake and Elon Musk is backtracking now.
And all of his tech bro.
Friends are...
Backing up now.
They came out very strong and very aggressively.
I won't even say some of the things they said.
I'm too polite.
I won't repeat those words here.
But just know they went very aggressively against the base.
And the base went very aggressively back.
Because this is the new Republican Party.
This is the new...
And of course the ultimate irony is I got a lot of flack on on Twitter for pointing this out this obvious observation that everybody with an IQ in double digits should be able to recognize the irony of all of this is that this conversation would have never been had without Elon Musk buying Twitter that by buying Twitter and opening it up for free discussion and not censoring people like the old regime has The old regime used to in Twitter by allowing dissident right figures to regain
their accounts and prominence in the social media world.
Elon Musk then opened himself up to being beaten down by them and defeated by them.
So it is ironic, but we also appreciate the opportunity.
We appreciate that we're able to have these conversations.
And despite Elon's Frankly, autistic fit he threw over the weekend.
The good that he's done far outweighs, you know, the strangeness that went on over the weekend.
We'll get into some of the strangest, because again, this isn't, this isn't, yeah, yeah.
I'm not going to read this for our radio listeners.
It's a family show and it's too early in the morning.
I'll just replace the curse word with...
How about the word wash?
I'll replace it with the word wash.
It says, take a big step and wash yourself in the face.
He says, wash your face.
I will go to war with the issue the likes of which you cannot possibly comprehend.
It's like, alright.
Calm down, big guy.
Calm down there, big fella.
You're wrong.
And eventually he...
Backtracked and sort of admitted he was wrong.
Again, this isn't just about H1B visas.
It's about what America is or isn't.
It's about the purpose of MAGA. It's about whether it's there to actually serve the voters and the constituents and the citizens of America that are the power base of the entire establishment, MAGA establishment, or It's also about censorship and about Elon Musk himself and the role he plays in the MAGA movement and the role that X plays, etc., etc.
So, again, we'll try to break it down for you.
But it has been absolutely fascinating.
And again, I think one of the most gratifying outcomes of this is that people get that, like, hey, if MAGA isn't going to protect American jobs from foreign exploitation and Manipulation of the law by big tech companies or any big corporate manifestation, then there's no point to exist.
So you got no leverage.
So there's nothing that, like, Maggie's going to be like, oh, well...
We'll just have to take this on the chin so we can get our other stuff done.
Like, no, this is the platform.
This is the policy we want.
This is everything, encapsulated in one nice package.
The elimination of the H-1B visas.
Now, illegal immigration is still obviously the much, much bigger problem in a lot of different ways.
But almost equally as big of an issue is the H-1B, the legal immigration.
And if you compromise on that, you might as well not exist.
So it seems like everybody kind of recognizes now, like, no, we either stand by our, you know, stick by our guns and actually get what we want and what we voted for and what we have fought and suffered and argued for for the last several years or we'll burn this whole place down or the whole place goes down with us.
So That's a very strong position to be negotiating from and I find it very entertaining.
We're gonna get into all of that and more.
We've got planes falling out of the sky.
We've got birds getting the flu.
We've got all sorts of just absolute craziness to get into.
So let's begin as we always do with our daily dispatch.
Your Daily Dispatch for Monday, the 30th of December, 2024. Jimmy Carter, 39th U.S. President, dead at 100. The Washington Post reports that the 39th U.S. President, Jimmy Carter, passed away on Sunday at his home in Plains, Georgia.
James E. Carter III, the son of the former president, confirmed that his father passed away earlier today at the age of 100. He was the oldest living U.S. president in history.
Although his son confirmed his death, he did not provide an immediate cause.
The speculation is that he was 100 years old.
And that may have been the cause.
Sad to see, he was pre-deceased by his wife, Rosalynn Carter.
Rosalynn Carter, who died in November 2023 at 96. He survived by his four children, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
He entered politics in the 1960s as a Democrat at the state level.
By the 70s, he'd been elected governor of Georgia.
He served as U.S. president for one term from 1977 to 1981. So, God rest his soul.
Meanwhile, Russia will abandon its unilateral missile moratorium, Lavrov says.
Russia will scrap a moratorium on the deployment of intermediate and shorter-range nuclear-capable missiles because the U.S. has deployed such weapons in various regions around the world, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Sunday.
Russia's move, long signaled, will kill off all that remains from one of the most significant arms control treaties of the Cold War amid fears that the world's two biggest nuclear powers could be entering a new arms race together with China.
Yeah, there's a lot to say about this, but it seems like this is maybe another sort of trend over 2024 up until the present moment.
It's like every couple of weeks, it seems, there's some new barrier to World War III being removed.
At a certain point, it's like, okay, how close are we really?
It's like, first they...
Justify and roll out the hypersonic missiles.
And they remove controls from treaties that say you can't launch those missiles.
Then they start testing things.
Then they get all of their nuclear battalions in position to go on the attack.
And it's just like...
Piece by piece, we're moving closer and closer and closer and closer to the inevitable nuclear exchange that would accompany the outbreak of a full-fledged World War III conflict with Russia.
And I don't know how many more barriers to that World War III outbreak we can go through before it eventually becomes...
Totally real, but this is the latest and just another signal that maybe we should be paying attention to if we don't want to incinerate the planet in nuclear hellfire.
Although I'm not so sure that is aligned with the desires of the powers that be.
And that includes American and Chinese and Russian powers.
We'll talk a little bit more about that a little bit later as...
The social unrest in China is getting interesting and sort of represents, if I was the Chinese government, you got a lot of young people dropping out of work.
Kind of the same thing that's happening here in America with quiet quitting, where people just decide the system is BS, so they'll just milk it for everything it's worth.
Ironically and obviously then making the system itself worse and creating a feedback loop of collapse.
That same type of pattern is taking place in China with young people sort of dropping out of society and not feeling like they want to contribute anymore.
When you learn about the scale and scope of this catastrophe on the hands of China, it becomes very obvious To understand why the Chinese government might think, hmm, maybe a good old-fashioned war would get people back in place.
Would get people motivated again.
It's very troubling.
Meanwhile, what we know about the deadly Jeju air disaster in South Korea.
South Korea has vowed a thorough investigation to find what caused a plane crash that killed 179 people.
Saying Monday will also inspect all Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Operated by the country's airlines.
Sunday's crash, the nation's deadliest aviation disaster in decades, has sent a shockwave through South Korean society, which is already facing a political crisis that led to the successive impeachments of the company's two top officials, President Yuk-sul Yul and Prime Minister Han Dook-so.
And the crash was a brutal one.
It was caught on camera.
Here it is.
You can see the plane landing without gears and then almost immediately after touching down, slamming into a concrete wall.
Clearly, a lot of things had to go wrong for this to be the case.
A lot of either mistakes or just natural disasters had to occur for this to be the case.
There's still Trying to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.
Something like only two people survived.
One of which was a flight attendant who claimed that they struck a bird as they were landing.
But just for me, how a bird strike would mean that you couldn't lower the landing gear.
That doesn't really fit.
And of course, it was just a few days ago that there was the Plane shot down over Kazakhstan, I believe.
Russia has apologized for that, but has not taken any responsibility for it.
We'll look into that, too.
So there have been multiple major just disastrous air catastrophes with 747s, 737s, and just major jumbo jet airbuses falling out of the sky or being shot out of the sky or bursting into flame upon landing.
We'll get into what could be behind this.
Meanwhile, trans-identified males to compete as female in 2020 Boston Marathon, sparking outrage from female runners.
Wow.
How about we just get rid of the female-male distinction?
Oh, what's that?
Oh, because only men would win and women would never win, and so they wanted their own gender-specific category?
Okay.
Oh, all right.
Yeah, why have a female-only category if men can dress up like women and run in it?
This is stupid.
Very stupid!
And we'll get back into that, but shame on the...
Misogynist bigots that don't want to run with men.
And finally from Infowars, Musk comes out in favor of H-1B reform.
Musk has significantly modified his initial position on H-1B system in the last few days, saying, He said on Twitter, Which, I don't know, didn't really sound like an apology to me.
It didn't sound too much like an appropriate apology to me, so let's try that again, Mr. Musk.
Let's try that again.
Or do we need to remind you what you said about all of us?
What was it?
Getting rid of us?
Root and stim from the party?
You want to reframe that?
unidentified
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome back.
harrison smith
This is the American Journal, Infowars.com, band.video.
Yes, Biden is still to this very moment, and I imagine he will be for the next, what is it, 21, 22 days?
Until the inauguration.
Doing the best he can to put Trump in the worst possible position.
By starting World War III, that is, by starting World War III. And, yeah, 21 days, 2 hours, 26 minutes.
I wonder what will happen in the next 20 days.
I have the feeling that as crazy as 2024 was, and it got crazier the deeper into the year it went, I think 2025 is going to be...
Just even more insane.
I kind of can't wait.
I kind of am very excited.
Apologies if I'm smacking a little bit.
I just took two of the Ultimate CMOS... Gummies from TheAlexJonesStore.com.
You might want to get yourself some of these too.
You can probably hear.
I'm a little bit stuffed up, but that's because I haven't been at the office in like a week.
And I keep all of my supplements at the office.
And it's wintertime and, you know, major fluctuations in the temperature and weather.
And I'm surrounded by children that don't know basic hygiene.
I'm not even under the weather.
My voice is a little bit weak right now.
But this will be a test.
This will be a real-life, in-real-time test where I just got back to the office, and for the first time in a week, I'm going to start taking the Optimal Human and CMOS and Turmeric and Iron Plus, and we'll see if by the end of the week...
I still don't sound good.
It'll be a real life test for you folks.
And of course you can go to thealexjonesstore.com slash Harrison so they know who sent you and purchase yourself some of the incredible supplements and hats and t-shirts and everything.
There are some very cool gear there too.
One of my friends over the weekend came to a party and was wearing the I'm on a government watch list hat.
Which is just great.
It is a great hat.
Because it's political, but you're not going to piss off any liberals.
They're probably on watch list too.
Aren't we all?
Can't we all come together and understand that we're all the enemy of the establishment?
Alright, so we got a lot to get into.
We got a lot of stuff to talk about.
And I think actually I want to start with something that we've been warning about for a very long time.
We've been concerned about for a very long time.
And it's been obviously the next step in the plan for a very long time.
And that is bird flu.
The rollout of bird flu.
Now we've covered extensively in the past year and more how exactly this would manifest.
How they would roll this out.
How they're putting in place all of the Like, switches to be activated.
Right?
So they'll put something into law where it says, if we have a positive PCR test, then all of this stuff gets activated.
And then they send out PCR tests to every farm and cattle rancher Or poultry farm in the country.
And they say, test every animal every day.
Just in case.
And by the way, maybe we'll ratchet up the PCR sensitivity to guarantee a positive test.
Because then you get the positive test and all this other stuff that we've preloaded will be activated.
And so we've just been sort of waiting for that to take place.
But of course, in addition to that...
Not only do you have the entire substructure already built to activate another global pandemic, the likes of COVID, You also have an excuse to slaughter tens of millions of farm animals that aren't sick on the basis that you're stopping the spread,
which of course just happens to be exactly the same outcome of climate change programs and health initiatives that they're trying to push forward.
You're killing all the farm animals and you're eliminating our source of meat so that you can Make us eat bugs and lab-grown abominations that you call meat.
So a lot of benefits to this, you know, particular PSYOP being rolled out, and we've been waiting for it, and it seems like they are finally ready to activate the program.
Let's go to clip number one here.
This is Alex Jones warning about the H5N1 bird flu, in this case the vaccine, Which is just another layer of, you know, PSYOP on top of the others.
Let's watch.
alex jones
H5N1 bird flu is gonna kill everybody and we all need to have the government force us to start taking this new experimental shot For a bird flu that hasn't even mutated to be able to get into humans and make us sick, so that if it does magically mutate and we have no idea how it's going to, then this old shot that doesn't protect you from the mutation is supposedly out there for people.
Unless you study the science, and I've interviewed hundreds of virologists and experts on this.
When you give someone this type of so-called vaccine, When there's other wild viruses going on out there in the environment, it will cause and accelerate mutations in not just the, quote, bird flu types that people come in contact with, but other viruses, and will accelerate its evolution and create a bunch of new variants.
And that's a butchered way of putting it, because I'm not a scientist.
I've just read thousands of the reports, interviewed hundreds of scientists, but that's what they're saying.
I mean, if you give somebody a vaccine during a current pandemic for any type of virus, but particularly these, quote, bird flus, then it's what gives rise to mutations and could make it actually jump into humans, or they'll use that as the excuse to claim where it came from.
From all the past stuff we've seen in these weaponized labs, we know they've weaponized bird flu and made it communicable to humans and airborne.
They're just waiting, in my view, that's where all the propaganda is aimed at, all the pre-programming, to release one soon and say, oh, look, it mutated.
But then again, they've not even come out with a, quote, vaccine guessing how it's mutated like they've done in the past with regular, quote, flu.
So if you really study the flu, they've never guessed the right mutation.
It's never worked.
And people that take a flu shot annually are way more likely to get the natural flu and have all sorts of health problems.
Look it up.
I mean, it is just crazy.
So there's something big going on here.
And I mean, clearly, you give people this type of experimental shot.
It's going to cause a bunch of mutations and viruses, and they'll probably get the jump they want.
But they're just counting on people being totally ignorant about all this.
We need all the experts to chime in right now.
God bless you.
I'll be covering tomorrow on the air.
harrison smith
That's Alex Jones with an emergency vacation dispatch about the bird flu vaccine.
That, of course, is true about all of these mRNA vaccines, and that's why they were created the way that they were.
But, of course, it gets...
Significantly crazier than that when you learn about the way that vaccines are being grown in foods or the way they're talking about mosquitoes being flying vaccine needles like all of this stuff we have covered extensively in the past and it's almost I don't know.
Do we have enough new people that it's worth it to go back over this stuff?
Or should we just tell the new people, like, hey, you gotta do your digging.
You gotta do your research.
You gotta go back through the archives and find out about this stuff.
And maybe that's the best way to do it, because there's so much new stuff to talk about.
We just don't have time.
We just don't have time to go back over and over and over the same thing over and over again, although that is what It's necessary because it's the same thing happening over and over.
Right?
You've got this story.
I didn't even see this before I mentioned it, but this is how sort of recurring all of these stories are.
Bill Gates linked vaccine delivered through mosquito bite carries bioengineered malaria-causing parasite.
Bill Gates funded Dutch Medical Center that engineers mosquito vaccines, which have been proven to infect blood cells in new experiments.
A bizarre experiment funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation developed a new vaccine strategy using mosquito bites as a delivery vector in pursuit of developing a next generation malaria vaccine.
The experiment was conducted by researchers at Leiden University Medical Center in the Netherlands and published last month in the peer-reviewed New England Journal of Medicine.
Researchers explained how they used the bites of mosquitoes to deliver a short-lived malaria vaccine compromised of genetically modified malaria parasites.
It's the type of thing where you would think that as soon as people learned what was going on, they would put a stop to it, and then we wouldn't have to cover it anymore.
But it turns out they just keep doing it over and over and over and over and over.
So we have to keep covering it over and over.
So it's also things like this, like health expert...
Dr. Wynn, Dr. Leanna Wynn, calls for Biden regime to approve 5 million doses of bird flu vaccines before Trump takes office.
Gotta do it quick, right?
Because the bird flu is just so virulent and dangerous, right?
It's not because this is some sort of mass murder campaign like COVID was, and you're trying to get it done quickly before the puppet is out of office.
Yeah, I have my doubts.
But this is another character, Leanna Wynn, who, I guess she's got to search her name.
I guess she's got to go to band.video and search her name, or infowars.com and search Dr. Wynn, W-E-N, because I don't have time to tell you what an obvious intelligence cutout operative this woman is.
It's astonishing.
It truly is.
And you would think that when somebody was proven to be a unrepentant liar, an asset for the intelligence operations that are murdering millions of people, she would then be discredited and not be an issue anymore.
But that's not how it works these days.
So she can just be blatantly wrong or lying, it doesn't matter which, about any number of topics.
We can report on that, expose her absolutely unquestioningly fraudulent, her entire credentials are, like she's just wrong over and over and over again, and you would think that would mean she would go away.
But no, she's still being treated as an expert.
She's still being invited on to talk about the programs that she's helping to run.
And she's one of the people that, you know, you can find videos of where she's just with, like, no caveats, no obscurity, no ambiguousness, just being like, the vaccine cures you of COVID and it means nobody's ever going to get it and it's 100% effective.
I guarantee it.
She's got a big smile on her face, and it's like, okay, so was it a lie or was it wrong?
It doesn't matter.
We shouldn't listen to her anymore.
But here she is, yesterday, still being treated like an expert of some sort.
It's maddening.
It's infuriating that we have to debunk these people over and over and over, and here they are launching just yet another massive global scandemic Kill everybody!
So let's go to Dr. Leanna Nguyen on the Sunday show yesterday.
dr leana wen
There are two main things that they should be doing in the days that they have left.
The first is to get testing out there.
I feel like we should have learned our lesson from COVID that just because we aren't testing, it doesn't mean that the virus isn't there.
It just means that we aren't looking for it.
We should be having rapid tests, home tests available to all farm workers, to their families, for the clinicians taking care of them.
harrison smith
You know what that means?
Let's pause it.
You know what that means?
We've already been like, oh my God, these people, man.
She's like, we should have learned our lesson during COVID. And it's like, yeah, we should have, lady.
We should have learned our lesson, and you should be in a jail cell or under one at this point.
That's the lesson we should have learned, because we know how this works.
We know how it works.
The more you test, the more positive results you get, the more positive results you get, the bigger the crisis looks, the more scared you can make people, the easier it is for you to force them.
We get it.
We get what is happening here.
We understand you want people to test every day, all the time.
You want to send free tests.
You want taxpayers to fund the test.
Send out to test things because you could test a bottle of Coke and it will come back positive.
And then you can justify all of your insane and unconstitutional medical interventions.
Like, we should have learned this lesson.
You're right.
You're right.
We should have learned this lesson and taken the necessary measures to make sure it never happened again.
Dr. Nguyen, but here you are.
But here you are doing exactly the same thing over again.
So sorry, let's go back to the smiling propagandist, Dr. Leanna Nguyen, so she can lie to all of us more.
Let's continue to let her lie to us, shall we?
dr leana wen
CDC labs to tell us what's bird flu or not.
And the second very important thing is, this is not like the beginning of COVID where we were dealing with a new virus, we didn't have a vaccine.
There actually is a vaccine developed already against H5N1. The Biden administration has contracted with manufacturers to make almost 5 million doses of the vaccine.
However, they have not asked the FDA to authorize the vaccine.
There's research done on it.
They could get this authorized now and also get the vaccine out.
So, and to farm workers and to vulnerable people, I think that's the right approach because we don't know what the Trump administration is going to be doing around bird flu.
If they have people coming in with anti-vaccine stances, could they hold up vaccine authorization?
If they don't want to know how much Bird flu is out there.
Could they withhold testing?
I mean, that's a possibility.
And I think the Biden administration in the remaining days should get testing and vaccines widely available so that at least it empowers state and local health officials and clinicians to do the right thing for their patients.
unidentified
Dr. Nguyen, is bird flu in humans super dangerous?
dr leana wen
Well, the World Health Organization estimates that in prior outbreaks of the bird flu, that the mortality rate is 52%.
52%.
harrison smith
Oh my gosh, are you scared yet?
dr leana wen
Are you scared yet?
It seems that most cases have been mild, and maybe some people even have asymptomatic infection.
harrison smith
Oh, asymptomatic infections.
Okay, so it's just like, let's take her down.
Let's take her down to the town square.
Yeah, they're doing it again.
No, it looks like they're doing it again, folks.
It looks like we didn't punish the people that did it the first time, so they feel like they can do it again.
Asymptomatic spread of a disease that might not even exist, but we have the vaccine for it, and we want to get that testing and all the vaccines out there before Trump gets into office, so that even if he actually has a sensible approach to A catastrophic outbreak of a brand new,
unexpected and possibly lab-created illness, then we'll be able to just do it at the state and city level and interrupt his administration regardless of how he or the people he appoints react to it.
Asymptomatic spread, vaccines, massive PCR testing of farm animals.
Are we really having to go through this again, folks?
Former Baltimore Health Commissioner Dr. Leanna Nguyen called for the Biden administration to prompt the FDA to authorize the H5N1 vaccine and expand rapid testing for the bird flu before President-elect Donald Trump takes office.
So this is a signal they're sending.
The signal they're sending to America is, prepare to be scared again, right?
52% death rate in previous bird flus.
That also didn't really exist exactly.
Also didn't have catastrophic outcomes worldwide.
But are you scared yet?
But half the people that get it will die.
Yeah.
In California in the last 30 days, there have been more than 300 herds that tested positive.
Now see, they're a little bit smarter this time.
They're a little bit smarter this time in that they're rolling it out a little bit slower.
Maybe they feel like they have a greater time frame to operate in.
Like they had the feeling that they were going to have to launch something like this because they thought Trump might win.
But they also thought maybe Kamala or at the time Biden would win the presidency.
So then they wouldn't have to launch the scandemic a second time.
So they've been playing the bird flu game in a way where they could take it either direction.
Either they can just sort of pitter out and they won't have to do the second pandemic scam.
And that would have been the case if...
The Democrats won, but now that the Republicans have won, they're starting to ramp up the thing they've been seeding the whole time.
But the reason they did it smarter this time is they aren't admitting that the whole outbreak started at a level 4 bioweapon lab in Wuhan, China.
That America-funded gain-of-function research was being done to weaponize the exact virus that came out.
So whichever lab this bird flu did come out of, Because it did.
I'm going to tell you that right now.
It's a little bit more vague.
They've been sort of allowing it to spread and ebb and flow, you know, through the mainstream media after the last year or so.
So maybe like tracing it back to its origin point will be a little bit more difficult this time around, where previously it was extremely obvious that it came from a lab, something they've admitted now four years later and three years after it would have actually benefited the Campaign to stop the disease.
So there's your story from InfoWars.com.
Health expert Dr. Nguyen calls for Biden regime to approve 5 million doses of bird flu vaccines before Trump takes office.
Because they just care about you so much.
And Dr. Leanna Nguyen, intelligence operative, is just so concerned that the anti-vaxxers might be interfering with the vaccine.
With the outcome here.
By the way, Florida lawsuit seeks injunction to prohibit mRNA nanoparticle injections because they're bioweapons.
This story is from Dr. Joseph Sansone, who will actually be our guest in the third hour.
So stay tuned for that and we will revisit the relaunch of the COVID tyranny.
Because they really do think you're just that stupid.
Of course Brandon Morello on X points out nearly 100 million chickens and turkeys have been slaughtered over the bird flu in the last few years.
The majority of those animals did not have the virus but were killed to stop the spread.
These so-called experts recently wanted to kill off herds of healthy cattle as well.
The bird flu push has always been about getting more mRNA vaccines into our food supply.
We don't willingly take their experimental jabs.
Might as well make us unwillingly consume it in our food.
Gunther Eagleman responds to that by pointing out transgenic edible vaccines, vaccines that are produced in edible plants through genetic engineering techniques.
The gene encoding the antigen protein that triggers an immune response of a target pathogen is then inserted into the plant's DNA. And finds its way to your immune system through your diet.
This is of course very similar to the climate change agenda program that they're doing to feed cows an infertility agent in order to suppress methane gas production to save the earth from cow farts.
Do you understand what's happening here?
Do you understand that there are literal mad scientists Disturbing the foundational construct of life itself in some ill-advised or just straight-up evil scheme to take over all life on earth, not just human life like plant and animals too.
This is biblical, what we're talking about here.
It has to be recognized in order to be confronted.
It has to be confronted for life as we know it to continue existence into the future.
But that's not really their plan, actually, life into the future.
And in a brief aside here, we'll go to clip number three and talk about, you know, the health interventions that the powers that be are offering the struggling and increasingly unhealthy populations of first world countries.
Spoiler alert, they're just going to kill you.
Let's watch.
unidentified
I'll give you one stat to prove my point.
Just one.
Go ahead.
It takes one.
This is how ridiculous this is.
Okay, you ready?
In 2016, Canada legalized medical assistance in dying.
So did California.
California has the same population as the entire country of Canada, okay?
In that timeframe, California has only mated, meaning assisted suicide, 893 people.
How many do you think Canada has?
I'm going to assume it's ridiculously high.
Give me a number.
Come on, play with me here.
alex jones
12,652.
unidentified
Over 50,000.
Holy smokes.
Canada is a predatory behavior.
They're trying to include children down to the age of 12 mentally ill, homeless, and addicts instead of giving them palliative care.
harrison smith
Folks, if that single stat doesn't tell you basically everything you need to know about everything, about politics, about...
The healthcare system?
About the role of doctors in the world today?
Canada has killed 50,000 of its own citizens who assisted suicide and they want to extend it to children as young as 12 and are offering it to the mentally ill and chronically homeless.
But now they're very concerned that you might get the flu and they want to give you a shot.
If you won't take it then they'll put it in your food.
Are you ready folks?
unidentified
Welcome back.
harrison smith
Ladies and gentlemen, second hour of American Journal is on.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, coming to you live from the InfoWars studio here in Austin, Texas.
At the end of 2024, a year to go down in history.
We'll do a year in review tomorrow.
You are not going to want to miss that.
And usually it's a struggle to...
Boil down the whole year into an appropriate number of stories you can actually cover in a single show.
I think it's actually going to be easier for 2024. There's been so much.
And the story's been so big.
Maybe it'll be even more difficult.
Like I think last year we did like top 10 lists.
We did like the 10 top political stories.
The 10 top whatever health stories or whatever.
I think for 2024, we're just going to go through the year.
We're just going to go, this happened, then this happened, then this happened.
And what it will paint is some pretty obvious pictures of the absolute and blatant corruption of the mainstream media, the drive for World War III, the just disastrous incapacity of the Democrats to do anything right ever.
unidentified
Hurricanes?
harrison smith
Yes, hurricanes, storm disasters, just the outright abuse of the American people by our own government.
Truly wild stuff, and I'm excited to go through it.
I got a lot of videos to get to this hour.
I'm going to take your phone calls this hour as well, and I will be joined in the third hour by Joseph Sansone.
Let's talk about the mRNA injection.
I'm going to give out the phone number in just a little bit.
And I have a lot of videos to get to.
Should we go to one of them?
Let's go to number six now.
No, no, we're not going to go to number six.
We're not.
I'm going to get things in order.
And I'll show you some videos in a way that we can really get down to it.
But of course the big major story, practically the only story anybody is talking about, at least on X, over the last several years it feels, certainly the last several days, is H-1B. Axios has this rather dishonest headline, Trump sides with Musk in H-1B fight.
President-elect Trump backs H-1B visas, siding with Elon Musk after the tech billionaire pledged to go to war to defend the program and branded GOP opponents as hateful, unrepentant racists.
It's like, dude, what are you doing?
What are you doing here?
You think this works?
Where have you been the last four years?
The MAGA-DOGE civil war that erupted over the last 48 hours is now coming to a tipping point with Trump's new techno-libertarian coalition of billionaires taking full aim at his traditional base.
Trump's support for the controversial visas is the first sign of his picking sides between the richest and most powerful advisors on one hand and the people who swept him into office on the other.
President-elect told the New York Post on Saturday he's always liked the visas, saying, I have many H-1B visas on my property.
However...
However, this was not a new statement that he made to the Post.
That was a, I believe that was a quote from six months ago, or it was given to the Post without any context as to the Musk-MAGA Civil War happening.
And we can go over sort of the timeline of how this rolled out.
But suffice it to say that MAGA has always sided with the American people over foreign interest and big corporations.
Always, forever.
That was like Trump's main pitch from 2015 on.
And in 2016, he very specifically reiterated his opposition to things like H-1B. So for people to act like this is something that MAGA is betraying their principles.
They always said that we're for illegal immigration.
It's like, first of all, no.
Illegal immigration is just a bigger issue.
We'll get back to it on the other side.
Welcome back, folks.
This is the American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Let's talk a little bit about the The conflagration over the weekend.
The mutually assured destruction that both sides of the MAGA coalition engaged in.
I mean, I'm not even sure how much more there is to say about this.
I'm going to go ahead and take your phone calls on this.
Maybe you guys can kind of...
Lead the conversation.
Because there's so much and so much has been going on.
And so much has like massive implications to it.
I could just go through the whole timeline of events.
Admittedly, Axios does not a bad job in doing it.
And this is one of the interesting things about this whole conflict is that mainstream media has basically not participated.
This has been a major, like I said, just a major, major topic to the point where it's just like crowded out discussion of just about anything else.
And the mainstream media was basically non-existent.
And...
Even like mainstream politicians were largely non-existent.
Vivek made his stance known and may have ended his own political career.
Bizarrely enough, Nikki Haley was counter-signaling Vivek and actually redeeming herself in the eyes of a lot of MAGA supporters.
At least to some degree.
I don't think she'll ever be fully redeemed.
But this just took place entirely on X. And to be honest with you, it was mostly just Elon Musk versus everybody else.
Like, this isn't so much a MAGA Civil War.
You know, I should probably just...
I'll just read the post I did on it.
Because this is the type of post that...
It happens to me all the time where I start writing it.
And then I just go, eh, this is going to be too long.
I'm just going to talk about this on my show instead.
And then I never end up actually posting the thing.
But I actually posted it last time, so let's just go over it.
I said, people are saying that the left is benefiting from the right being divided over H-1B visas.
Actually, when all of this started, the libtards were trying to drive a wedge between Elon and Musk by calling him President Elon and trying to goad Trump's ego.
By roundly rejecting Elon, we've actually just defeated the leftist narrative, put him back in his place, and reaffirmed the supremacy of Trump himself.
MAGA isn't even really divided.
MAGA has always prioritized the American people over foreigners or big business.
The tech right that joined us earlier this year went against that core value by advocating massively expanding H-1B visas.
Since then, they've claimed the argument is really over racism or India or DEI for white people or whether we should bring Werner von Braun over from Germany, but it's not.
That's not the argument that's actually being had.
It's about America being for Americans and restricting immigration, legal and illegal.
They're acting like that by opposing them, we, the MAGA people, are causing trouble just after we've had our greatest victory.
But obviously the last thing you do after a victory is backtrack on a fundamental difference between you and your enemies.
The tech right tried to give leftists a win and when told off by the base, resorted to leftist tactics of bullying and deflection.
So now, everyone who unwisely chose to justify their anti-American policies by denigrating American culture itself is demanding that we stop calling people names and come together on the same team.
I said the fact is that Elon Musk needs to do a space with J.D. Vance and try to humbly understand where he and the tech bros went wrong.
And I do think that would be the best conclusion to this because J.D. Vance has made statement after statement reiterating what the MAGA position is, which is, yes, illegal immigration is the number one issue and topic and problem facing us right now.
Tens of millions of people illegally coming over the border, being supported by our tax dollars, committing crime and getting away with it and avoiding deportation because of the Leftist open border policies.
This is obviously the big issue.
And on Friday, you know, I think Alex had the right illustration of this, the right metaphor for this, which is that, you know, H-1B is sort of a scratch on your face compared to Illegal immigration, which is like having your leg cut off.
In other words, America is in critical and declining condition in the hospital right now, and we have to triage care, and illegal immigration is obviously the thing that's making us bleed out and will kill us if it's not confronted aggressively and primarily.
But that doesn't mean that H-1B is not an issue.
I think it is a very big issue.
And has downstream effects that are monumental.
Because not only illegal immigrants will come in and you'll have the tent program that we've discussed ad nauseum on this show where you've got major corporations like Tyson Foods.
It's actually paying for the lawyers and the transportation of illegal immigrants so they can pay them slave wages and replace American workers on factory lines with these people.
Who will be to them like indentured servants.
And as much as I don't want to lose high-paying manufacturing or agriculture jobs in America that could serve as the backbone of a thriving economy if they were to be high-paying and provide a living wage for American workers.
Is it not equally as big of an issue if you have hundreds of thousands of engineering and doctor jobs going to foreigners overseas?
And the fact that this issue is a permanent one.
I can't remember who it was that made the argument, although a lot of people have, but Specifically on the idea that if you have a bad tax policy, you can undo that tax policy.
If you have a bad whatever, pretty much any other policy can be undone, can be reversed, can be made right.
Immigrants, if you're bringing over Somebody to take an engineering job because you can pay them $60,000 a year and they'll work 80 hours a week.
Not only are you crowding out an American for that position, but that person's kid is going to be crowding out an American kid.
And their grandchildren will be crowding out American grandchildren.
When you import People to save a little bit of money, you are permanently altering the demographics of the country and you are permanently establishing competition with your own people.
And the fact is, at the end of the day, the American people do not deserve to have to compete with the entire world's working population.
Nothing about this, what I'm saying, or the arguments that the MAGA side is making is new.
None of it is even racist.
It's bizarre how the race aspect got into this anyway.
Because the first I saw of racism in this was Indian people being like, well, we're just better than you, so that's why white people are dying out.
Ha ha, we're conquering.
And it's like, okay.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
And we're just supposed to take that, and that's okay, but us responding is bad?
Like, that's sort of absurd.
But it's especially absurd because for at least the first several days, the only arguments I saw were just very pragmatic economic arguments.
Going, when you have H-1B visas, you allow American companies to basically outsource their labor, undercut American wages, fire the American people, hire people for a lot cheaper.
People who, by the way, have to keep doing their job or else they get deported.
So, in a way, it's like indentured servitude.
And this is all bad.
And it's like, did I even mention race in any of that?
Does it even matter?
No.
All of this is economic and pragmatic and just basic common sense.
But then race gets injected into it so they can claim that anybody opposing an endless supply of globally sourced scab workers is actually just a white supremacist, so you should oppose them on principle.
Absurd.
Ridiculous.
And just doesn't work anymore.
This argumentation just falls flat because everybody knows That it's bullcrap.
So you can stop now.
You can stop trying to make that argument.
And of course, the sort of beginning of this was...
Alright, should I just lay out the timeline of this?
It basically all started with Trump appointing an AI guy named Shriram Krishnan.
So the Magadoge skirmishes, it says, started last Sunday with anti-immigration and anti-Indian vitriol against Trump's pick of venture capitalist Sriram Krishnan as his AI advisor.
And even this is dishonest.
The way they phrase this is dishonest.
Trump appointed this guy who is a lifelong Democrat.
As his AI advisor, and that person is on camera making statements about wanting to remove the country cap on H-1B visas because he wants people from his country to be able to come over at an unlimited number.
That's how it started.
It wasn't just some guy like, I'm excited to help AI be MAGA. And everybody's just like, shut up, you Indian!
We shouldn't have immigrants!
No.
No, no, no.
And it's funny because then people would put up, they'd go, well, gee, all the racism is coming out.
You didn't have a problem with Vivek.
You didn't have a problem with, you know, Kash Patel.
They're both Indian.
And it's like, yeah, because neither one of them made it an argument to bring over an infinite number of their Fellow Indians to America to undercut American wages.
It's so weird, and this is why it's hard to even talk about any of this stuff, because it's all so inverted.
It's all so backwards and insane.
If it was about Indians, and it was about being racist to Indians, then it would have cropped up with Vivek Ramaswamy, or it would have cropped up with...
Cash Patel.
Or it would have cropped up any number of times before this.
It never cropped up because it was never about that.
It was only when you had an Indian guy saying we need to remove country caps so that 10 million Indians can come over and take engineering jobs in America that everybody got mad.
So that's how it started.
And then I guess Laura Loomer said, Posted information about him.
And God only knows what malevolent spirit swirls around Laura Loomer.
I'm not even saying she's a malevolent spirit.
But it's just like some people have just...
It's not even a skill.
It's just like drama just explodes around them.
Like she posted an image of this guy.
And I guess she had tried to like censor his personal...
information but didn't do it correctly like didn't exactly cover it all up so it was still readable now whether that was on purpose or by accident I don't really know but like all of this got started and it's like every time it's like Laura Loomer is just like in the center of these massive firestorms that could just like consume the entire right wing you know political sphere for days on and it's like either This is a talent and a skill that is just like magical,
like fantastical to be able to do this or it's just like something about the way she does things just causes this to happen and it's not even her consciously doing it but just some sort of, like I said, spirit swirling around.
I don't know.
I don't know what it is but it is astonishing.
Astonishing how often this happens.
Anybody else in the right-wing sphere is lucky if one time in their entire career, they can actually be the ones to start a news cycle by breaking a story or posting something.
Laura Loomer does it every week.
I don't get it.
I just don't understand it, and it's not good.
I don't like it.
We could do without all that.
Okay, but let me get back to the story.
So, she posts this information about him, which I guess was doxing.
I guess it was a mistake and she took it down quickly, but this is one of the things that allowed the censorship to get into the conversation because apparently, and this is just my supposition here, but Laura Loomer was in a group.
She had a tag next to her name that said conservative on X. And everybody else who has that tag or is in that group had their check marks removed, had that tag removed.
And have their verification, you know, drop down.
So, okay, this is what Laura Loomer says.
I deeply apologize for accidentally doxing Shriram.
And I don't even know if I'm saying that right.
S-R. How do you pronounce that sound?
Shriram.
All right.
Shriram.
Well, that should be an H. It should be S-H-I-R-A-M. This is America.
Meanwhile, by sharing public FEC records with this personal info, it was an honest mistake and I take full responsibility.
I've removed the post and I promise that I will be more careful when I post FEC records.
But again, this led to this group that she's a part of having all of their check marks removed and having the group deleted outright.
Now, that wasn't as bad as what happened to another group, which was the Groyper group, Project Groyper or something.
They all got completely removed.
Now, I don't even know what led to that other than that they were opposing, you know, Elon Musk.
But it can't be as simple as that because there were like tens of thousands of people from counter signaling and opposing Elon Musk, myself included, Mike Cernovich, Jack Posobiec, Ashley St. Clair.
Like, clearly it wasn't like if you oppose Musk, you get deleted, although that's how people are framing it.
Obviously, that's not the case.
I don't know what exactly it was that caused the deletion, but it's also a terrible move, and it seems like it may have been personally directed by Musk himself as he was on X saying the accounts are being nuked as we speak.
So clearly he was like in communication with the people doing the deleting, which is sort of horrifying and a very bad precedent to set for censorship and free speech on X. And yeah, very unfair to...
The Groypers, if they didn't do anything wrong to have their account deleted, despite not violating terms of service because they were in the same group, like to me, the only outcome of this will be that nobody will want to be in any groups anymore because it seems like if one person in a group violates the terms of service, everybody in the group gets punished.
That is complete nonsense.
That is complete nonsense.
If anything, being a part of an official branded group on X where you've got the gold checkmark and you've got your customizable badge that can be put at the end of every screen name, if anything, that should give you extra protections.
It should be the type of thing where it's like, Well, you know, they violated attorney service, but we're going to give them the benefit of the doubt because they're in this official group, meaning they're verified, you know, they're like the real deal, and we have a method, a channel of communication so we can get with them and explain what they did wrong.
Seems like you should have more communication and more sort of leeway if you do what's necessary and pay the funds and do all the stuff to be in a big group like this.
Like Owen Schroer was in this conservative group.
A lot of people were.
And they've all lost their badge.
As far as I know, they don't know when they're going to get it back, if they're going to get it back, or why they're being punished for what somebody else did, especially if that was an honest mistake.
So very troubling developments in the realm of censorship on X as this rolled out.
And it did mostly seem responsible or seemed like it was the responsibility of Elon Musk because he took all of this very, very personally.
So continuing in the Axios article, which does an okay job laying this out, but they just frame it dishonestly.
But I guess that's the best we can hope for.
So instead of saying this whole conflict got going because, well, one, Shriram Krishnan said he wants to remove immigration caps.
And all this stuff, which just infuriated everybody because, like, no, we don't want legal immigration or illegal immigration.
We don't need it.
We don't want it.
This is not MAGA. It's what everything is against.
So why is this guy being appointed as AI czar, especially if he was a Kamala donor as of earlier this year?
Like, why is—why?
Why would this guy be put in charge?
And the other funny thing is, like, if you look at this guy's bio— He's just done nothing admirable at all, basically.
Basically, he's done nothing that you're like, oh wow, we need that.
It's like his whole career is just like, he made it easier to monetize posts on Snapchat.
Like, oh really?
Cool.
So he helped develop the...
Child sexting app.
Great.
No, I'm so proud of him.
At least Elon is about going to Mars and human potential and building robots and maximizing reality.
It's just stuff you can sink your teeth into, things that are new, and even if they're strange, like the boring company, it's still kind of cool.
It's still neat what he's doing.
It's still like...
Something unique and and seems futuristic and like I guess what we like about him.
He's this Seemingly this you know icon of Of potential and striving and you know trying to build new things and then most tech guys are like this Shriram guy Who yeah just you know helped to create advertising surveillance for Facebook Wow incredible So it escalated into a full conflict Thursday,
they say, when Musk ally and Doge co-lead Vivek Ramaswamy took to X to blast American mediocrity culture.
Musk defended Ramaswamy and the two sides engaged in an increasingly bitter war of words.
On Friday afternoon, Musk doubled down, saying MAGA adherents who continued to blast immigration and the tech community were contemptible fools.
Later clarifying, he was talking about racists who would absolutely be the downfall of the Republican Party if they are not removed.
In fact, he said they need to be extricated from the party, root and stem.
He also went on to take a big step back and I don't even want to...
And wash yourself in the face.
Wash your face, he says.
I will go to war on this issue, the likes of which you cannot possibly comprehend.
I will fight to my last drop of blood to keep America a meritocracy.
It's like, that's not what we're talking about.
It's absolutely not what we're talking about here.
What you're really saying is, I will go to war to guarantee America is flooded by migrants.
It's like, but...
Why?
And one of the early posts on, he's like, America is like a sports team and we want to win.
And it's everybody who, you know, grew up here and have family here for 10 generations...
That's an extremely insulting thing to say.
Your country is just my sports team.
And I'll just swap out players as I see fit because I want to win the game.
It's like...
Are you kidding?
Are you kidding right now?
And then you think it's racist to oppose what you just said?
No, it's absolutely outrageous.
It's absolutely outrageous and insulting.
And just bafflingly blind and...
You know, narrow-sided to try to make this argument to be opposed by the entire base of President Trump and then to say you're going to go to war with them over this.
So you're going to go to war with the American people over them saying that they actually like their country and don't want the population systematically replaced?
I'm afraid that's the bad person stance to take.

I'm going to go ahead and open up the phone lines.
We're going to close out this hour taking your calls mostly on this topic because I imagine people want to speak out on it.
The topic of Of discussion that has absolutely dominated Twitter over the last seven plus days.
That is the H-1B visa conversation, the dispute, the debate that we're having.
So I'm going to take your calls in the rest of this hour.
In the next hour, we will talk about COVID-19 and the vaccine and the upcoming bird flu special with Dr. Joseph Sansone.
So I'm going to give out the phone number now, and I'm just going to ask that our callers, I'm just going to go to you as quickly as possible and go to each call as quickly as possible.
I just want to know what you think about the H-1B visa in as short a time period as possible.
The number to dial is 1-877-789-2539.
1-877-789-2539.
And as the phones ring and as we...
Get your name and where you're calling from before going to you.
Let me just lay down a little bit of my argument.
First of all, H-1B visas are not nearly as big of an issue as illegal immigration.
Illegal immigration is the existential crisis, the existential issue that we absolutely have to deal with.
However, it's not an either-or.
They aren't mutually exclusive.
You can be against both, and we should be against both.
And that's because high-paying jobs are being taken from American people and given to foreigners who the corporations can pay significantly less.
It's pretty simple.
They want to save some extra dollars by pretending like there aren't any American engineers and outsourcing their employment to people they can pay significantly less because they are used to significantly lower living standards than the American people.
And this is just like the core of nationalism to oppose that.
Nationalism as a concept that is at the heart of MAGA means you prioritize your own people above literally everybody else in the world.
It is like the distinction of who is an American and who isn't.
If you're an American, you should be on our team and we try to benefit you In every way that we can, over and above anybody who's not American.
It's a very simple delineation.
However, you have a lot of people who come to this country and see it as an economic market, basically, and still retain their loyalty and just want to benefit their own country and their home population.
And we'll exploit America to do that.
And it's very obvious that we should all be against that.
Now, it's just a fact of politics on the internet that all of these things get taken to the absolute extreme.
And it just takes one side to do it, and the other side feels justified of doing it, and that somehow retroactively justifies the first person doing it.
So it's just an insane feedback loop that is just constant.
It's just a consistent thing.
I don't really fall into it And that confuses the hell out of people and enrages everybody even more.
So it's a lose-lose situation.
It's exactly the same thing that I went through with Nick Fuentes.
Like, every holiday we have to go through this.
Over Thanksgiving, it was me and Nick Fuentes, and I disagreed with him about a meme called Wife Jack and about, you know, being a husband.
And it just evolved into like, you either want to kill him or you're on his side.
And it's like, no, I just disagree with him here.
But overall, I don't have any issues with him.
Like, it's the same thing with Elon Musk, where it's like, yeah, he's wrong here.
And he went flying off the deep end here, you know, saying crazy stuff.
Talking about, we have to root these people out.
Root and stem from the Republican Party.
And it's like, yeah, chill out, dude.
Chill out.
But then, you know, people feel justified in just being like...
See, Elon Musk is terrible.
He's the worst.
And it's like, we wouldn't even be having this argument if Elon Musk hadn't actually taken major risks, sacrificed Unimaginable amounts of wealth to buy X to give us a platform to have this conversation on.
And I had people saying, oh, you're like the person that defends the quarterback who killed a girl in a DUI because, well, at least he got us to the game.
At least he won the championship game, so who cares if he drove drunk and killed a girl?
It's like, that is...
Just wildly insane.
That's just an insane thing to say.
What this is like, because you're close, what this is like is in a championship game, the quarterback, the star quarterback, fumbles the ball, and suddenly everybody hates the star quarterback, and it's like, guys, we didn't even get to the playoffs before this quarterback joined our team.
The quarterback joins the team, he gets us to the championship, and But now you want to hate him and say, you know, kick him off the team because he fumbled the ball at one point in the championship game.
It's like, we wouldn't even be in the championship game without him.
We wouldn't be in a position to have this debate without Elon Musk.
So, let's chill a little bit.
He is not the enemy.
He's just wrong about this.
And yes, he said he declared war.
And he was saying we need to be removed from the party.
Is the appropriate response to meet that energy from an opposite direction?
Or just point out that that is an insane extreme to take this to?
And said, go, look, you're just wrong, dude.
I'm sorry, you're just wrong.
I don't know what else to say here.
Bannon on Saturday called Musk a toddler in a getter post.
And another post accused him and Ramaswamy of attacking American workers, family, and culture.
And of course he did.
And it just, you know, it just hits different when somebody from not an American culture criticizing America.
Americans can criticize American culture.
They're us.
So, you know, I talked about on Friday the classic Alex Jones rant.
We're talking about Magellan.
And of course what he's doing is comparing Magellan and actual heroes to people like Justin Bieber.
And he's bemoaning American culture that values little twinks like Justin Bieber.
Going, this is who we idolize?
This is your hero?
This is who your kids are learning about and learning from?
Justin Bieber?
Seriously?
So yeah, it's an issue.
But then you've got You know, somebody from Indian descent or an Indian immigrant, although Vivek was born here, but he's making the argument of like, American culture sucks and they need to be more like India.
And it's like, alright, let's chill out.
Let's not say that, Vivek.
Have you show some appreciation for the country that has given you so much?
Or at least frame it in a way that is less insulting to us in our home.
And that really is how it feels.
You don't need another reason.
It's not racist.
It's not...
Immigrants need to have some respect.
Just like guests in your home need to have some respect.
And you don't need another reason if somebody comes into your house and just starts criticizing everything that you do when you're feeding them dinner and giving them a place to stay and they're just like, this is stupid and the way you do this is stupid and I wouldn't do it this way.
The only answer is just like, alright, get out.
No, get out.
You don't like it here?
Get out then.
We don't need you.
We're doing fine before you.
So, goodbye.
And that's sort of the attitude I tend to have with this whole insulting America as a new arrival.
This is our home.
And you have to show some respect because we're the greatest country in the history of the world.
Okay?
And we achieved that status long, long before immigration was opened up to anybody, really.
That's enough for me.
Let's go out to the calls here, and we'll just go through.
And just give me your statement, and we'll move on to the next caller.
We have two Georges in Canada, or two Georges in California.
So we'll go to the first on line one.
George in California, you're on the air.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Harrison, is this my brother Harrison?
harrison smith
Speaking.
How are you?
unidentified
All right, man.
I'm doing great, brother.
How are you?
It's been a while.
God bless.
Thank you for taking my call, my brother.
Just wanted to come in and check in on you and give you some amazing news, brother.
Are you ready for this?
harrison smith
Go for it.
unidentified
You know what your boy's been up to in this past like eight months or so?
I got up and got...
How are you?
I got my own account going.
I started doing interviews.
I'm growing my account.
And as we speak, I am live streaming your show right now on my feed, brother, and trying to get some interviews with some nice people that have helped me so much, opened my eyes and opened other people's eyes to the situation that we live in today.
harrison smith
What a wonderful thing to hear, George.
Can you give your account out to the audience?
unidentified
Yeah, boy, of course I will.
The handle is at Z-H-O-R Paul.
It's Z-H-O-R-P-A-U-L. And I'm working on getting a bunch of guests, brother.
You are obviously invited.
Should you ever have the time, brother, you can check your DMs, whatever you want.
I am always there for you.
Anything you want to talk about, it would be a blessing.
harrison smith
I would love to.
Yeah.
I formerly accepted the invite.
I'd love to come on with you.
So yeah, please do send me the email.
I'll try to follow you here in just a second.
So I'll actually see your DM. But that's wonderful to hear.
And I'm glad you're doing that.
I can't wait to see what you've been coming out with.
And of course, we encourage everybody that listens to us.
You too can create a...
A powerful, you know, media entity of your own.
Thanks so much for the call, George.
I do want to get to as many calls as possible here, so we're going to keep them short today, but God bless you and congratulations on your success, sir.
Jim in Montana is next on line number two.
Go ahead, Jim, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hey, Harrison.
So I used to work for the largest chip maker in the world, Intel.
And I've seen the H-1B in action.
And pretty much, they come over, okay?
They go through the process, and then they also take advantage of our educational system, our college education.
And they'll go from a BS to a PhD on our dollar.
And I've actually had...
People from different countries laugh at me and say, your government's totally screwed.
harrison smith
Yep.
I believe it 100%.
And that is the next big front in this war is the student visas.
Because it's like, man, when you start really looking into this, we're getting screwed six ways from Sunday.
And it's the illegal immigration, obviously massive funds swamping the system, just absolutely crazy.
Then you learn about the legal visas, and you're like, holy crap, this is crazy.
I mean, the big story in 2016 was Disney, but it's like every company has done this, where they hire 500 Indians, pay them $20,000 a year or less, and fire 500 American workers.
And it's like, okay, this is incredibly screwed up.
And then you learn about the fact that we don't, I guess, have enough, and it's a lie that we don't have enough tech workers or people in the STEM field.
That is a lie to justify bringing people over and paying them less.
But even if that was the case, then the problem is not that we haven't imported enough people.
It's that we're not educating enough of our own people.
And then you learn about The number of foreign visas that college students are using.
So our college system is stocked with foreigners taking positions in our education system, so Americans are left out.
And then they're getting the jobs after they graduate.
It's like we are getting screwed from so many different directions.
And just absolutely nobody's talking about it.
Final thoughts, Jim?
unidentified
One other thing is, then they come over here and they either...
Bring their pregnant wife over, or they get pregnant while they're here, and wham, bam, you have an anchor baby.
So it is an immigration issue also.
harrison smith
100%.
100%.
And look, the whole thing is a scam.
So yes, it's abused, but also when it properly functions, it's not a good thing for the American people.
So it's insane.
It has to end.
We'll go to the next call.
Thank you very much, Jim.
But if the crew can just bring up my screen, this video is of the Test Inc.
H-1B listings.
And it just goes on and on.
And it doesn't stop.
And it doesn't end.
And it's just thousands upon thousands of listings.
And it's truly astonishing when you really start to understand what a...
What a huge number of analysts and engineers and chemists and all sorts of things that people are hiring overseas for.
And you see this and you think, okay, these are all jobs that could be held by Americans.
Apparently there aren't enough Americans to fill these jobs.
I doubt that.
Really, it's just Americans won't work for the slave wages that they want to offer.
But this is like the biggest opportunity ever.
This means that if we actually trained our own people and actually got our own people good educations, then every one of these jobs could be filled by an American, and it's just our economy could be unbelievably massive and successful.
But it's all rigged against us.
So we're just going to let this video play as they scroll through this endless list of, this is just Tesla alone, H-1B listings.
Let's go now to Jake in Ohio.
Jake, you're on the air.
unidentified
Yeah, three quick points, man.
jake in ohio
Elon, you have an uncorruptible, untold wealth of geniuses.
unidentified
They're just called inmates.
Ben, Vivek, it is not the American culture.
It is the assault on the American culture.
We are being poisoned to the point of damn near retardation, and then we are constantly screamed at by a bunch of soy boys how to mistreat our women.
Then, thirdly, we have an inflation problem.
Wipe out Bill Gates' fortunes, Trump, and increase the purchasing power of everybody else's wealth.
When you do that to one of those billionaires, they will wake up.
harrison smith
That's definitely the way that you solve the immigration crisis.
You go after the CEOs.
I completely agree, and it's a very good point about Vivek as well.
Yeah, he's criticizing American culture.
That is the attack on American culture.
It's the bastardization and the undermining of American culture that has been carried out specifically for that reason, to leave us stupid and confused and incapable in order to justify our replacement.
And that's the real thing.
That's the real big story about all of this.
The people that are responsible for H-1B visas and illegal immigration, they'll justify their actions on quarterly earnings, stock prices, or trying to stay ahead in the space race or whatever they're talking about.
They're not thinking about next year's quarterly earnings.
They're thinking about generations from now.
And they're deliberately trying to erase the cohesive American population and just fill us with innumerable Races, ethnicities, religions, so we can constantly be in conflict because diversity is the greatest way to keep people enslaved.
And we've talked about this endlessly.
I talked about it on Friday showing the study from Whole Foods and Amazon that showed the higher diversity, the less likely people are to unionize.
In other words, the more divided amongst themselves the population is, the less likely they are to pose a threat to the people in power.
That is the ultimate goal of all of these immigration issues is the bastardization and deracinization of the American population.
Thank you for that call, Jake.
Ahmed in New York.
Ahmed, you are on the air.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Hey, Happy New Year to all the info warriors out there, you, Harris, and your family.
Everybody that's working at the desk, behind the desk, I want to appreciate you guys for taking my call.
I wanted to get to two points this morning.
I just wanted to know, what is Elon talking about when he says the extreme MAGA movement, basically, that he was talking on his Twitter space?
And also, number two, my friend was hanging out with Elliot Grange's, I think, sister.
And the sister was in New York City.
with a whole bunch of other artists and she offered one artist in front of one of my friends.
I wasn't there because I don't associate with any of these people but I am in New York City and I'm around a lot of these devil worshippers and occultists and they said basically that if you want to make it in the industry you would have to donate your blood to her.
She would have to drink your blood and then you would make basically a blood oath with one of the demons And I don't even want to tell the name of the demon, but yeah, that's what they do.
harrison smith
Would you know the name?
unidentified
Yeah, I know the name, unfortunately.
But yeah, this is Elliot Grange's sister.
So this is like daddy's little boy, Elliot Grange, which is owner of Universal Music Group, which owns 10K Project, which owned like 6ix9ine, iSpice, yada yada yada.
harrison smith
Yeah, CEO of Atlantic Records, right?
unidentified
No, it's actually 10K UMG. Yeah, they're all owned by UMG, basically, which is Lucian Grange, yeah.
You know, you know.
Yeah, so I just wanted to know what's going on with Elon Musk calling out extreme.
What did he mean?
And who is he really talking about?
harrison smith
Like, extreme MAGA. Well, you know, it's the classic thing of the loudest voices are always the most prominent ones.
You had a lot of people that were very insulted by, you know, some of the statements made from Indian people, including Indian immigrants, you know, denigrating America.
And their response was to denigrate India in return.
Frankly, it's sort of the obvious human response.
It's what we do.
Fair is fair.
Again, insult me, I'll insult you.
But those people then rise to the top, and those clips get shared a lot, and that becomes representative of the MAG movement.
The reality is, because I think that's who Elon is talking about.
He's talking about sort of the most...
Abrasive and aggressive people on the right.
But the reality is 60% of Americans want a limitation or elimination of H-1B visas.
So this is the farthest thing from an extreme position.
It's not an extreme position in the American population, let alone in the Republican or MAGA wing of the population.
So, yeah, it's not helpful.
unidentified
I just would like, if I could, Elon, if you ever listen to this, Just say that they're fake MAGA supporters because they will burn this movement in the sake of saying that they're MAGA supporters because that's what also the Democratic Party has been doing.
You see it in J6 where they sent the fake MAGA supporters, right?
And it's like also crisis actors, people that have been working with George Soros to basically destroy our democracy, and that's why he's been kicked out of 11, 12 countries worldwide.
So it's like a lot of people attach themselves to the name of Trump and MAGA and America, and they like to basically destroy from the inside out.
So he just needs to, like, elaborate more on it.
Because people that are actually MAGA and people that are actually for the Constitution and Bill of Rights, especially after the medical tyranny that happened in COVID, people that are fans of Elon Musk would get confused, like, who is he talking about?
Just to say, these are fake MAGA supporters.
Anybody that's too extreme doesn't believe in the Constitution and having debate and having that healthy back and forth conversation, whether or not you're a Democrat.
That's what democracy is about.
harrison smith
100%.
Could not agree with you more, Ahmed.
Thank you very much for the call, and you're exactly right.
Again, it's just like I mean, the great outcome of this is that the MAGA movement has proven that not only are we not a cult, we're like the inverse of a cult, where the leaders will be wrong or they'll oppose what we're fundamentally about.
And we just, we have to set them straight.
And eventually they come around like MAGA or, you know, Elon has massively softened his position.
Well, I've always thought there should be a reform in the H-1B visa.
And it's like, all right, well, you cursed at all of us and said you need to root us out, root and stem for saying the same thing.
So...
You know, what really needs to happen, again, I genuinely think there needs to be a space with Elon Musk and either Trump or J.D. Vance where J.D. Vance can explain, like, here's why you pissed people off.
Because this is our home.
We are not a sports team.
We are not a company for you to maximize profits by hiring scabs.
We actually care about our country.
We want to put our people first.
And it's not DEI to say the American government should support the American people.
That is fundamental to not just nationhood itself, but the MAGA movement especially.
And because Elon Musk, he sort of has softened his position a little bit, but he's still off the mark fundamentally, on the fundamentals of the conversation.
And I think if he actually had a conversation with this, he could get in the right position, and by reasoning it out in a back-and-forth conversation, you could bring everybody else along with Elon Musk in the revelation of, oh, this is what it's about.
It's not about they just hate Indians.
It's all absurd, as if it was not Indians, it was some other country.
I would be like, oh, that's fine then.
Oh, definitely replace all of our engineers with people from...
Estonia.
Like, no.
We're anti-immigrant because we want the American people to...
Anyway, we'll need to go over it, but Elon Musk needs to do more, I think, because he has lost the argument and he needs to recognize and admit that because we've been MAGA for almost 10 years at this point.
He joined on earlier this year.
He doesn't get to set terms.
That's just...
This is part of the world that he helped create.
God bless him.
We love Elon Musk, but he's wrong in this situation.
We'll be right back on the other side with a fantastic interview about what's next in the world of medical tyranny.
Stay with us.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the third hour of the American Journal for this Monday, December 30th broadcast.
We'll be joined by Joseph Sansone in just a minute.
Talk about the mRNA injections, how they're being used to, well, poison the world.
But speaking of poison, poisoning the world, health, the deep state, and the insanity of American foreign policy, I want to go to this video about what America's purpose and role in Afghanistan was.
In particular, The cultivation of poppy seeds.
And of course, going into this, hopefully you've spent enough time with Infowars that you recognize not only the role of the CIA in the global drug trade that's been going on for decades, but also how the retreat from Afghanistan by America happened to coincide perfectly with fentanyl and the rise of synthetic opioids.
So let's go now to this clip.
unidentified
Yeah, I went to Afghanistan to do a study on the heroin poppy crop.
Oh boy.
And I'll tell you, nobody liked it that I was doing this.
So I fly to Afghanistan.
And as a senior staff member, I have the rank of Brigadier General, right?
So they got to like drop everything and cater to my needs.
Seriously.
Wait, so you're investigating potential malfeasance around these fields?
Yeah.
Afghanistan used to be a net food exporter.
And as soon as the U.S. takes over, they're producing 93% of the world's heroin.
harrison smith
That's right.
unidentified
I'd like to know how the fuck that happened.
Yeah, I would too.
Yeah.
Nobody wanted to tell me.
So I get to Bagram Air Base and I said, I'm going to need a helicopter to Lashkar Gah.
They were like, oh, can't do it.
Too dangerous.
I was like, no, we're doing it like in the next hour.
You have to be a dick with these people sometimes, right?
Because they think that they can just pacify you until it's time to leave.
And I'm like, no.
I outrank you.
I'm telling you, get a pilot and fly me to Lashkarga.
So we get down there.
And it's a god-awful place.
But man, I'm telling you, as far as your eye can see, all there is is poppy.
All of it is poppy.
So I said, I want to talk to a poppy farmer.
They were like, are you nuts?
And I said, no, I'm serious.
I want to talk to a poppy farmer.
So we go out to the poppy fields.
We see this guy cultivating his poppy.
So I go up to him and I said...
I got to ask you a question, which was incredibly naive.
I said, why don't you grow crops that have two growing seasons instead of poppy?
You could grow tomatoes or onions or pomegranates.
And he goes like this.
john kiriakou
He goes, the Americans told me in 2001, if I told them where the Arabs were, I could grow all the poppy I wanted.
unidentified
I go, what Americans told you you could grow poppy?
My military hander's like, we gotta go.
Bogey's in the area.
We gotta go.
And he physically pulls me into the Jeep and takes me back to the helicopter.
I was like, ah, okay.
So I make an appointment to go to this DEA secret site.
Somebody had reached out to me and said, hey, we heard you're doing this study and you might want to come out here.
We can have lunch nearby.
I was like, okay.
So I get my car.
I drive out to Timbuktu outside Washington, frigging far.
And there's this secret DEA facility out there.
So there are three of them.
We go out to lunch and they were like, you're in over your head.
I said, how do you figure?
They're like, there are very powerful forces that want that poppy to be cultivated.
And I said, why?
It's 93% of the world's heroin.
And they said, because almost all of that heroin goes to Iran and to Russia.
And we want them to be addicted to heroin.
It weakens their societies.
dr joseph sansone
Almost all of it goes.
harrison smith
Welcome back.
Ladies and gentlemen, third hour of American Journal is on.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith, joined today by Dr. Joseph Sansone.
Dr. Joseph Sansone, MS, PhD.
He's a psychotherapist who has filed an injunction, which is now on appeal in the state of Florida, to prohibit the distribution of mRNA injections.
You can go to his substack at josephsansone.substack.com.
And that's S-A-N-S-O-N-E, josephsansone.substack.com.
Doctor, thank you so much for joining us today.
dr joseph sansone
Harrison, thanks for having me on.
I appreciate it.
You know, I'm a psychotherapist, not a medical doctor.
I just want to clarify that.
I like to say I'm a psychotherapist as opposed to psychopathic authoritarianism, which is a lot right now.
Yeah, so I filed this case on December 1st.
It's an injunction.
It's a complaint-seeking injunction to prohibit the governor of Florida and the attorney general to allow the continued distribution of I'm also seeking declaratory judgments that they violate the statute I just said, our bioweapons law, as well as our informed consent law and our fraud law as well.
So what happens, I filed this on the 1st of December, about six business days later.
It was dismissed, and I filed on the 9th, and then I filed a motion for rehearing on the 15th, which outlines all the errors in the trial court.
And so that got denied and we're headed toward the appellate court.
I did my notice of appeal on the 22nd.
One thing I'd like to say, though, is with this document, it was an 80-page brief which outlines scores of scientific studies as well as my argument for the complaint.
But I also had about 65 pages of affidavits.
I've had nine affidavits from experts, including Dr. Francis Boyle, who wrote the 1989 Bioweapons and Anti-Terrorism Act, stating that these are biological weapons.
I know your viewers know who he is.
I've had Dr. Rima Leibow, who back in 2009 on Jesse Ventura's show, Conspiracy Theory, I think Alex was on that show too, that predicted the bioweapon attack under the vaccine.
I've had Dr. Anna Mahouchia, who's an MD with a PhD in pathology, who specializes in victims from the shedding.
And Dr. Maravik-Vila is treating over 3,000 vaccine-injured patients.
Bioweapon injection and injured victims here in Florida.
And I even had a Nobel Prize nominee, Dr. Ben Marble, Karen Kingston, and Dr. Avery Brinkley, Dr. Andrew Zivzic.
And the last one I got was, and I think this is really important, was Dr. Paul Alexander, who is a senior advisor at Health and Human Services during COVID to the secretary and the assistant secretary.
Stating that these are biological weapons and speaking to the shedding.
So this is a very credible case that I'm bringing forward.
I had triple bypass heart surgery in April of 2023. I had congestive heart failure and I'm arguing that that is from the shedding.
But I'm also arguing the Florida Civil Rights Act because I'm saying that You know what?
It doesn't even matter.
I have a pre-existing condition, and I have a right to public accommodation without my bodily integrity being violated.
And so basically, they're killing our people, and we're going to do our best to stop it.
And previously, I did a writ of mandamus in March, but the court ruled that it's an improper use of a mandamus, so I just filed a regular complaint here.
And so this has been an ongoing process, but people need to understand that Governor DeSantis and the Attorney General argued in favor of keeping these shots on the market in my last case, at the appellate level.
So we're going to keep fighting here because this is genocide.
We're not going to allow them to kill the people we know and love like this, and we're going to keep pushing until we win.
We're just not going to let them murder our people like this.
harrison smith
Yeah, and I'm glad that you put it in those terms because they're the appropriate ones, right?
It's a weapon to mass destruction.
It's a weapon system they've deployed against the American people.
And to me, it was always astonishing and still remains astonishing how sort of brazen they are and have been with doing this, where they go, well, you know, we're calling it a vaccine.
In fact, we're changing the definition of the word vaccine so it comports with what this is.
So...
This was never a vaccine.
It was never definitionally a vaccine.
They never pretended it was.
They just changed the word vaccine to fit whatever this injection is.
What is this?
I mean, what is mRNA?
Like, what makes it so dangerous in your estimation?
dr joseph sansone
Well, here's how I argue it.
You have a biological agent that is being spread in mass and is causing harm.
That alone makes it a biological weapon.
Also, the intent.
There's clear intent.
They knew that these were harmful.
In fact, if you look at the Kansas v.
Pfizer case, as early as December of 2020, they knew that this was harmful, but they shielded that from the public and continued to say it was safe and effective.
So to me, that shows a clear intent.
So when you get into the nitty-gritty of the shots themselves, I look at what they're doing more.
So there's 112,000% increase in brain clots from these injections, the MRA injections versus the prior flu shot, for instance, before they put the MRA in it.
That means you're 1,120 times more likely to have a brain clot From getting the COVID shot than the prior flu shot.
There's a 1,236% increase in cardiac arrest deaths and excess deaths since the shots came out.
In Florida alone, I think there was over 15,000 sudden kidney failure deaths.
So, this is devastating.
It's causing cancer, it's causing heart disease, neurological problems, autoimmune diseases.
Dr. Maravik Biele, who's treating over 3,000 vaccine injured patients here in the villages in Florida, she has told me a couple times, and she said it publicly, she's stated that these, in fact, are creating an autoimmune disease in everybody that got the injection.
When she's looking at their blood, even if they're not symptomatic now, What she's saying is they've all got an autoimmune disease, basically veins.
I think we don't know what they did.
I know people talk about the plasma DNA contamination, that stuff.
You know what?
I think there's really strong evidence of the nanotechnology in these injections.
My colleague, Dr. Anna Mahalchia, has done a lot of research on that with these biosynthetic blood clots, looking at their composition.
We don't even know what the payload is in the nanoparticles because we don't really know what they put in here.
So you can argue that these are biological weapons, personally, I think in 101 different ways.
So I think it's important to look at the overall issue.
The issue is that this is a campaign of mass murder.
It's been done globally.
And people are not speaking out against it because they're cowards, corrupt, or out of touch.
It's that simple.
Why have no politicians outright, that I'm aware of, said that these are weapons of mass destruction deliberately designed to harm?
If you polled the general public, I mean, a certain percentage of the population would have that.
It's statistically impossible for no politicians to not say anything.
So either they're on the dole, or maybe they're simply afraid of being canceled and not showing up on TV because all the advertising comes from pharma.
But we just have to, I think, continue to expose this.
I encourage people, Harrison, to file cases.
I know folks in Texas filed a case recently after we did our mandamus, which was good.
And I think we need cases popping up at the state and federal level in every state, multiple cases.
The court system needs to see these cases all over the place, and we need to continue to shout loudly that these are, in fact, weapons of mass destruction and not let anybody get away from trying to pretend this didn't happen.
Because your family members that are getting Parkinson's disease, getting cancers, all these issues that are popping up with them, there's a real good chance that that's correlated with them getting that COVID injection.
Yeah.
This is, I think, now this is not in my case, but it's very obvious.
This is a systematic campaign of depopulation.
Just go read the first four chapters of Aldous Huxley's Brave New World.
They're trying to weaken us, sicken us, enslave us, or kill us.
harrison smith
Yeah, absolutely.
Could not agree more.
And I'm glad that you're doing this and sort of leading the charge on this.
Again, when you lay it out like you have, and your article has from your substack, the fact that this is a weapon system, it's a weapon system of mass destruction, it's being rolled out on an unwilling and unwitting American populace, yet not only is it allowed to continue, it's still being, you know...
It's propagated by the powers that be.
They're still telling people to go out and get their COVID shot when we know beyond any reasonable doubt it certainly doesn't help, which would be bad enough.
And so, of course, they have to write stories going, gee, what's behind the rise in heart attacks?
Why is there turbo cancer suddenly?
Why are young people dropping over dead?
And they have a whole variety of excuses that they come up with, from climate change to stress about Trump.
It's all absurd.
Clearly it's the vaccine, right?
Clearly it's the vaccine.
What is the outcome, the desired outcome of your case that you're putting forward?
And is it the final step or the first step in correcting what's happening out there today?
dr joseph sansone
Well, in a certain sense, it's a first step because we want to establish that these are weapons of mass destruction.
And down the road, hopefully we'll see prosecutions.
But my intention here is to get the shots off the market.
In fact, in the dismissal order from the judge, she's claiming that I can't seek prosecutions.
No place in this complaint am I seeking prosecutions.
I'm saying these need to come off the market because they're killing us.
So the intention here is to get these injections off the market.
But I really want to give a warning to people that are protecting, covering up, and trying to obfuscate on getting these off the market.
There is no statute of limitation on war crimes or murder.
Okay, if you're in the healthcare field, do not give this shot to anybody.
It is a weapon designed to harm.
Do not obey.
Because at some point, obviously everybody won't be prosecuted here, but at some point when the tides turn here, this is going to be a lot like the French Revolution.
Because a lot of people know, when people realize that the people they know and love were murdered, They're not going to just sit there and take that easily.
This is serious what they've done.
Most of the population on the planet has been poisoned, and we don't know the full effect of that.
Quite frankly, Harrison, I don't think that people were supposed to start dropping dead and dying suddenly.
I think this was designed to start working now and into the future five and ten years if the purpose is for depopulation.
So it's important to keep this connection here.
They're not going to get away with this.
We're not going to let them get away with this.
Why is it continuing?
Because power exists on an illusion.
They've trained people to be into this learned helplessness.
They control the money supply.
They control the political process.
And so they want you to think you can't do anything.
But the reality is power exists on illusion.
People obey because they believe they have to obey.
And we're hoping partly one of my goals here is to crack that illusion open.
They have no power over us unless we yield it to them.
And in some sense, this is a spiritual battle.
We're fighting against people that are soulless, that are sick and twisted psychopathic authoritarians.
And I think it's really important not to sit on the sidelines right now, not to pretend this isn't happening.
And I encourage people to enter the arena.
I'm doing this all pro se.
I'm not even an attorney.
And I'm telling you right now that we need cases popping up all over the place.
harrison smith
Well, absolutely.
When you say it's spiritual on some level, I mean, it's spiritual on every level.
And the only way to describe what's going on is in biblical terms.
I mean, you're talking about the entire population of the planet, animals included, being injected with this genome-altering experimental shot.
I mean, this is wild.
And by the way, you don't have to be injected.
We talked about, it was either last week or the week before, you know, the studies that have been done to show that shedding is, in fact, real and that people...
Who are in close contact with and, you know, vulnerable to the type of things happening to them.
You know, women missing their menstrual cycles because of shedding, even though they never got the shot, somebody they were close to did.
Can you talk a little bit about that, about the fact that it's not just people that are injected with this who are victims of this weapons system.
It's people even associated or close in proximity to them that are being affected by this.
dr joseph sansone
Yeah, in fact, that's a big part of my argument that I make in the case, is the shedding.
And yeah, there's a recent study showing that women just being close proximity of people that got the shot, you know, their menstrual cycles were interfered with.
In fact, like I said, my colleague, Dr. Anna Malachia, she actually specializes in victims of shedding, and she's like pulled blood clots out of people from the shedding.
So the shedding is real.
Now, I don't know how intense, you know, I think there is a dose dependency to it.
Like, It seems to be worse shortly after people get the shots.
But as far as we know, it's an ongoing process with the spike protein production and everything.
And, you know, Dr. Malchi has showed the self-assembly occurring in the blood of people from the cadavers you got from Richard Hirschman, like the blood of the cadaver with the blood clot.
So we don't know how long this will occur.
One thing I want to point out to your viewers and listeners is the position I'm taking here is consistent with the official position of the state of Florida.
Florida Department of Health has said that these injections are unsafe for humans and a threat to the human genome.
The reality is we don't even know if this could potentially cause the human race to go extinct because we don't know what they've done to our DNA, how it's being altered.
We don't know if future generations, because it gets into the testes and ovaries, we don't know if they are going to be sterile in a few generations.
And here's the problem, too, is it could be like eye color.
Like, you know, in the future, your grandson, let's say, is unvaccinated and his parents and grandparents were.
But, you know, he could date a woman who isn't vaccinated, but maybe her grandparents were.
We don't know how that will affect future generations.
I mean, on so many levels, even if you didn't agree that this is a weapon, it clearly causes harm.
Why is it still continuing?
This is madness.
It's absolutely madness.
harrison smith
It is.
dr joseph sansone
Harrison, they baited us like insects.
It's that simple.
harrison smith
Yeah, it's so insane.
It's like hard to believe.
It's almost like I wonder if that was part of the strategy is like we're going to attack the human genome itself and we're going to do it in such a way that's so outrageous that anybody talking about it sounds crazy because it is crazy.
It is absolutely insane what's what's happening.
And I was going to ask you about, you know, the state of Florida because I know their attorney general, Dr. Joseph Lopato, right?
I think I'm pronouncing that right.
He seems to be fairly on our side on this.
Is he giving you any help in this case, or how does he play into this at all, if at all?
dr joseph sansone
Well, that's the Surgeon General, not the Attorney General.
The Attorney General for my defendants, yeah.
Surgeon General Oladipo, he's pushed the envelope, I think, as far as he can in his position.
I'm using his statements and the Florida Department of Health's official statements in my case.
He's not involved with my case per se, because I think it would be kind of impossible.
I'm suing his boss.
So he's not involved in my case, but his statements are definitely instrumental to my case because, and there are unofficial bulletins from the Florida Department of Health.
So the state of Florida is agreeing.
I mean, he didn't say that they're a biological weapon, but publicly he said they're the antichrist of drugs.
harrison smith
So that's true.
dr joseph sansone
He's kind of gave the definition of a biological weapon without saying it's a biological weapon.
So his information is instrumental to this case.
And I think that it puts the governor and the attorney general, I think, in a little bit of a position here.
And this is why I think...
You know, it's hard to get this evidence heard.
In the prior case, because I was using a writ of mandamus, the evidence wasn't heard.
Here the judge interceded, I think, very improperly and dismissed this case.
Hopefully the appellate court will agree with me because the threshold here on this complaint is not the same as a writ of mandamus.
So I think this case needs to be heard.
The evidence needs to be heard.
I want witnesses.
I want depositions.
I want people to come forward and tell the truth.
And I think that some people are afraid of that.
unidentified
I think they're afraid of that.
dr joseph sansone
Yeah, the Surgeon General has been instrumental in what he's done publicly, but he's not actually involved with my case.
His job security, I think, would be on the line there.
harrison smith
Yeah, so what was the judge's excuse for not letting this go forward?
What was the judgment there?
Because obviously, there has to be some system in America where this type of complaint can be brought up.
If it's not, you know, through this court system, I don't know where else you would go.
So it's almost like even if you're totally wrong and totally crazy, tenfold halfway, obviously I don't think you are.
I think you're exactly right about everything.
But just assuming that, you know, you're totally off the mark here, you should still have a place in America to get a fair hearing, to have the evidence presented, just to make sure, just to clarify, just to get, you know, official sanction on whatever's happening here.
So what was the excuse for not letting your case be heard?
Just for the safety of Americans in general and into the future, this type of case needs to be able to be brought in front of a jury or in front of a panel of some sort through this court system.
dr joseph sansone
Yeah, and so what I do is I never show attorneys what I'm going to do before I file anything because it puts them in a liability.
But like after I file stuff, I'll send it out to people or people might send me messages.
But I'm going to tell you, I've had about nine attorneys tell me that what I provided was good in my case, including legal scholars.
But she dismissed the case because she's saying that I did not state a cause of action, which I disagree with.
In my motion for rehearing, I list the page numbers, and she's claiming that my brief was overgeneralized and that kind of thing, like broad and overgeneralized.
That's not true.
It was long.
It was 80 pages, but it was actually quite detailed and meticulous because I provided scientific evidence as well as the legal arguments.
She's also claiming that I didn't meet the criteria for injunctive relief, which is not true.
And my motion for rehearing, which anybody can read, it's on my Substack, it's like 32 pages.
I list why I think she's wrong.
She's claiming that I meet the criteria for injunctive relief.
She's also claiming I didn't meet the criteria for declaratory judgments, which, again, is false in my opinion.
And one of the things that the judge said, which is a little baffling, which I mentioned earlier, is she's saying that I can't force prosecutions, and at no point am I asking for prosecutions.
What she's saying is there's no cause of action for a criminal complaint.
Written into the complaints that I mentioned.
But what I'm saying is there is one constitutional rights are being violated and civil rights are being violated and people are dying.
There's a public health concern here.
And so I'm seeking equitable relief.
I'm not seeking You know, indictments, investigations, or anything like that.
And then in my motion for rehearing, she ignored my, because then I brought in the Florida Civil Rights Act, and she just ignored that as well.
So, in fact, when she denied my motion for rehearing, I was cautioned on filing frivolous lawsuits because I can be sanctioned, which I think honestly helps my appeal, too, because I didn't even have an opportunity to amend my initial complaint because of that.
I wasn't going to file anything else in this court because I'm concerned about being sanctioned.
So I think that helps my appeal, too.
Look, I'm not naive.
I don't expect the court to just say, okay, you're right.
We'll see what they do.
But I think a lot of people...
We're approaching this like the court systems are all captured.
And I'm going to say the people are more captured.
There needs to be more cases.
Up until recently, my prior case and this case were the only case.
I think folks in Texas have followed up or attempted a case there at the federal level.
But over the last year, I think mine was the only case actually trying to get this stuff off the market.
And so I think more people have to file cases.
But I don't think she's right on the law or the facts, to be honest with you, in her orders, which is why I'm appealing it.
harrison smith
Well, I'm not surprised, and that would fall in line with a lot of other judgments we've seen over the recent past.
I'm just so glad somebody with your seriousness is taking this on.
JosephSansone.substack.com.
Dr. Joseph Sandstone.
Sandstone, that's S-A-N-S-O-N-E. Thank you so much for joining us, and Godspeed on this trial.
Thank you, sir.
Welcome back, folks.
This is the American Journal coming to you live this Monday morning, December 30th, 2024.
As people who have hung on the phone lines, we will go out to you in just a second.
unidentified
We've got a lot of stories on the phone lines.
harrison smith
A lot of stories still to cover.
And I wonder if I should bring it in.
Catherine Herridge just came out with an interview with a CIA whistleblower.
That seems very interesting.
I was awaiting this as she dropped a little preview yesterday and then dropped the actual interview today.
She, of course, is a very well-known and respected journalist.
And has found a whistleblower from the CIA to talk about some of the deep state actions that have been taken recently.
Let me tell you some other headlines here from InfoWars.com that will go out to your stories or your phone calls.
Thank you.
Got a little distracted because I read this headline from Infowars.com.
CBS reporter says, Biden's cognitive decline is the most underreported story of 2024. Oh, really?
Oh, is that so?
Joan Crawford.
Underreported, was it?
I seem to remember.
A little outlet called Infowars that started our broadcast almost every single day.
Over the last year, with not just talking about, but showing on video examples of Biden's cognitive decline.
Where were you guys?
Did you not see the videos?
Because they were filmed with your cameras.
You just didn't notice that Biden was wandering around like an absolute incompetent?
You didn't see that like we did?
No, you lied about it.
They all lied about it.
This is one of those stories, as we do our year in review tomorrow, to really try to emphasize not just the story itself, but all the implications around it.
Not only was it apparent to absolutely everyone paying attention that Joe Biden, not this year, but for the last four years, has been Utterly incompetent, totally mentally not there.
But the you people not just covered it up, but came up with crazy conspiracy theories to try to explain away what we are all seeing with our own eyes.
This should really be one of those COVID-level awakenings for people.
Especially in the way that the whole deception just went up in flames within one minute of the first presidential debate.
Which we gotta show clips from because even I forgot how bad it was.
I saw a clip recently just from that first debate where he is rambling about Medicaid or Medicare.
It's one where Trump says, you know, I don't think he knows what he said.
It was so bad.
It was so embarrassing.
It was so gratifying for us.
Because we had been reporting on this forever and the White House actually had the temerity.
Had the chutzpah.
To invent a phrase called cheap fake.
They called it a cheap fake.
They tried to play on the fear that people have that AI would be used to create very realistic looking but fake news reports and news stories.
They played on that to try to claim that uncut, just full videos of Joe Biden behaving like a mental incompetent Or somehow fake.
They were Russian propaganda.
And you people went along with that until it was so unsustainable you had to admit you were wrong.
The implications of that.
Anybody that still trusted the mainstream media even a little bit should have been shaken to the bone that they had covered up.
The level of Joe Biden's collapse.
Just astonishing.
Astonishing what they got away with.
Crawford was appearing on Face the Nation on Sunday when she slammed the mainstream media for failing to report on the president's mental problems.
Again, it wasn't that they didn't report on it.
It was that they blatantly lied about it.
They covered it up.
They spun fake stories.
To distract and confuse the American population away from this realization because they wanted him to remain president for the next four years.
And recently, the Wall Street Journal, I think, wasn't there?
Was it Washington Post that came out with the story saying that, yeah, Joe Biden's basically been like that all four years.
This wasn't a new thing.
This wasn't something that happened in 2024. For the entire four-year period, Biden administration, he'd been a figurehead.
Like, they stopped scheduling meetings with him.
And meetings that were scheduled, they had to tell people, like, hey, you have, like, one minute to try to present this to Biden, and he's probably going to fall asleep during it, so just...
It's just a formality.
We're going to put that you had a meeting on the books, but it's not a real meeting because he's not a real person.
So just go in there and flap your gums for a little bit, and then we, the unelected deep state, will just do whatever we want anyway, and Biden will be our front man.
Which is an astonishing thing to have happened in modern America, but there it is.
Was that the most under-reported story of 2024?
Well, not if you were watching Infowars.
They say, yet incredibly, we read in the Washington Post that his advisors are saying that he regrets that he dropped out of the race and he thinks he could have beaten Trump.
I think that is either delusional or they're gaslighting the American people.
Well, yeah, both.
I mean, it can be both.
They are delusional and they're gaslighting the American people.
And everybody knows it.
People still listen to you?
I don't get it.
I really don't.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump urges the Supreme Court to delay TikTok ban amid First Amendment concerns.
A delay could reshape the digital landscape while redefining government power over online platforms.
President-elect Donald Trump has asked the Supreme Court to delay a looming TikTok ban.
In a filing late Friday, Trump emphasized the need for more time to negotiate a solution that avoids the app's shutdown and protects constitutional rights.
The legal maneuver comes as the Biden administration staunchly defends the ban, labeling TikTok a severe threat due to its ties to Chinese parent company TikTok.
To its Chinese parent company.
With the app's future hanging in the balance, the Supreme Court faces a pivotal decision about whether the law set to take effect January 19th violates the First Amendment.
Now, Anthony Blinken actually made a statement on this.
Clip number eight.
Where he sort of admitted the real reason.
Spoiler alert.
It has nothing to do with China owning the app.
It has everything to do with the, well, unfortunate information being shared there that was doing major damage to the PR of our greatest ally.
Let's watch Anthony Blinken explain.
unidentified
The way this has played out on social media has dominated the narrative and you have a social media ecosystem environment in which context, history, facts get lost and the emotion the impact of images dominates and we can't we can't discount that but I think it also It
has a very, very, very challenging effect on the narrative.
A small parenthetical point, which is some wonder why there was such overwhelming support for us to shut down potentially TikTok or other entities of that nature.
If you look at the postings on TikTok and the number of mentions of Palestinians relative to other social media sites, it's overwhelmingly so among TikTok.
So I know that's of real interest, and the president will get the chance to make action in that regard.
Now, normally after a clip like that, we like to help people read between the lines because sometimes politicians speak in code.
Not there.
Sometimes they don't.
Sometimes they tell you exactly what they're thinking.
Another case is Representative Mike.
harrison smith
Yeah.
Blinken blames TikTok and social media for disrupting Israel's narrative of war in Gaza.
That's the real reason.
Obviously, like we reported, the moment it happened, and this is the type of stuff that's like, do I really need to explain this?
It couldn't be more obvious what the real impetus behind this was.
And as the hosts of CounterPoint point out there, You know, Anthony Blinken and Mitt Romney just very blatantly admit there, which is almost shocking that they would be so blatant, that they would be so honest.
And when you think about the absurdity of what they're saying, it really is like chilling to understand how their mind works.
He talks about the emotional response to some of the images that they're seeing.
He says they're seeing these images without the context and the history.
Context and the history and the geopolitical reality behind it.
It's like, alright, well, when I see a video of a hospital being bombed or the mangled body parts of little children being pulled from rubble, Hearing about the AI system that was used to target them, what exactly is the context that would make that not, like, what's the context that would make that justifiable?
Like, can you imagine the type of person we're talking about here?
I mean, just in a, like, I don't even, I don't even want to say it.
I mean, you know, you're talking about images of dead babies and the response is like, okay, but let me tell you the context.
Okay, you go over to your friend's house and you snoop around in their closet and there's a dead child inside.
Are you going to care what the context is?
Does it matter what the context is?
This is unconscionable.
This is appalling.
There is no context that justifies this.
unidentified
Okay?
harrison smith
Well, I mean, sure, you saw a baby be ripped in half, but I mean, let me tell you the context.
There was an attack on October 7th.
So that's the context.
It's just, it is, it is insane.
That they get away with this, and that still to this day, they're saying, oh, well, yeah, no, it's actually about the Chinese control.
It's about, do you like China?
If you don't like China, you have to let us ban TikTok.
By the way, it's because, quote, they're challenging the effect of the narrative about the war on Israel.
That's obviously what it's really about.
It's always been about that.
It's the reason that the heads of Ivy League universities were fired.
It's the reason TikTok is being taken down.
And it's appalling that American politicians are going along with this.
But this isn't new.
It's far from new.
It's actually one of the longest standing realities of our governmental program.
And this goes all the way back to the 70s and President the late Jimmy Carter.
Let's go to clip number 9 here as Jimmy Carter discusses why and how Israel has this Unwarranted and really appalling control of the American government.
Here is the late Jimmy Carter who passed away yesterday.

Americans don't want to know, and many Israelis don't want to know, what is going on inside Palestine.
It's a terrible human rights persecution that far transcends what any outsider would imagine.
And there are powerful political forces in America that prevents any objective analysis of the problem in the Holy Land.
I think it's accurate to say that not a single member of Congress with whom I'm familiar would possibly speak out and call for Israel to withdraw to their legal boundaries or to publicize the plight Yeah,
harrison smith
so obviously what's happening here is that the stranglehold that the Israeli Committees have on the mainstream media.
It doesn't extend to social media.
And the truth about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict can be presented unfiltered.
That's the issue.
And that's why they're trying to take down TikTok.
And I'm in favor of President Trump asking to pause, if not undo, that decision.
It's also supremely ironic that they would even try to justify it this way.
When it's not Chinese companies, but American tech companies that are doing the heavy lifting in destroying the foundational principles of our nation and allowing not just the elimination of the First Amendment, But things like the Fifth Amendment as well.
Here's Roger Stone talking about the fact that Apple, the great American company, was perfectly willing to provide his personal information to the American government, even though they're refusing to do the same for the attempted assassin of Donald Trump.
Here's Roger Stone in clip number 13 talking about this total destruction of the First Amendment by an American government.
Tech company and the Fifth Amendment as well in this case.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Switching gears to Butler, people want answers on what happened that day.
roger stone
Yeah, I mean, this is very disturbing.
In 2015, I wrote a book on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
It's called The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ. It's a New York Times bestseller.
But when I look at that and I look at this, the parallels are uncanny.
You have what appears to be the laydown of the Secret Service.
The state, federal, and local police are all on different radio frequencies, so they can't speak to each other.
The Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security know that there's a man with a gun inside the perimeter for 92 minutes, but they don't warn the president, and he is not evacuated, which would be required under their protocols.
The government sharpshooter actually gets the man who's allegedly the shooter in his sights.
He sees that he has a gun pointed at the president.
But he waits until the man gets off eight shots before he shoots and kills him?
That makes no sense.
Another violation of the rule.
So I don't think we're being told the entire truth.
I'm sorry.
I'm not even certain that the man they accused of being the shooter is the shooter.
He may be.
But I refuse to believe he had no Confederates.
We see him talking on a cell phone and still photographs.
Who's he talking to?
Well, Apple won't turn over his phone records.
That's funny.
They turned my phone records over to Robert Mueller without a subpoena.
unidentified
Hmm.
roger stone
Strange.
unidentified
That is crazy.
And the, you know, the body was cremated right away.
Congress can't look at it.
It's gone automatically.
roger stone
The problem is it's cycled in and out of the news.
The egregious attempt on Trump's life in West Palm Beach even raises more questions.
The man they accuse is supposedly indigent.
He's behind in his child support payments.
He's behind in his rape payments.
How did he afford to fly to Florida and to Ukraine and to Paris and to London?
How did he afford to put up a website Trying to recruit mercenary soldiers for Ukraine.
How did he obtain a weapon in Florida?
He's a convicted felon.
And in the case of the weapon, the serial numbers are filed off.
How could he be there as long as he was without the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office noticing him?
How did a Secret Service agent from five feet away shoot at him but miss him?
How are these things possible?
And now, the Justice Department tells us he will never go to trial because there's so much evidence against him, we don't have time to go through it all.
Please.
harrison smith
So yeah, pretty trolling.
Again, to me the most troubling part of that is that Apple, just like Bank of America and Bass Pro Shop and All these other big corporations are perfectly willing to hand over your information without even a subpoena, without making the American government justify its request of your information.
Meanwhile, they'll withhold it if it's an assassin of Trump.
I mean, that's sort of terrifying.
Let me give you one more note on the...
You know, social media world here.
This Headline I'm still sort of coming to terms with.
Meta, that's the parent company of Facebook, envisages social media filled with AI-generated users.
US Tech Group is rolling out a range of artificial intelligent tools to drive engagement.
Meta is betting that characters generated by artificial intelligence will fill its social media platforms within the next few years as it looks like the fast-developing technology to drive engagement.
With its 3 billion users, the Silicon Valley Group is rolling out a range of AI products, including one that helps users create AI characters on Instagram and Facebook as it battles with rival tech groups to attract and retain a younger audience.
We expect these AIs to actually, over time, exist on our platforms kind of in the same way that accounts do, says Connor Hayes, Vice President of Product for Generative AI at Meta.
Now, the truth is, these things already exist.
To a pretty heavy degree.
But the fact that they're now announcing this publicly, again, is just bizarre.
So you're going to have AI characters who seem like people, but don't exist.
And they're going to be able to interact with real users and make videos of themselves saying things.
I mean...
It's not very far into the future that you're not going to know whether the person you're interacting with on social media is a real person or is just an algorithm.
Pretending to be a person.
A simulacrum of a human being.
That's crazy.
That is crazy.
He said hundreds of thousands of characters have already been created using its AI character tool, which launched in the US in July with plans to expand access in the future, but most users have kept them private so far.
Meanwhile, the majority of creators are at present using Meta's AI tools to make their real world content look better, such as editing photos.
The push comes as social media companies have been racing to release the latest generative AI technology into products as a way of attracting new users and more content to their platforms.
But why?
Why would you need new people on your platforms when you can just create fake people and make your platform look popular?
Spread ideas that aren't popular, but according to the robots, they are.
Yeah, things are about to get absolutely insane.
And the overall outcome of this will just be that people...
We'll be totally disconnected from reality itself, unable to trust absolutely anything.
We'll just be populated by a world of fake people spouting fake talking points, AI-generated insanity, just a cacophony of algorithmic madness to make people sort of give up on even figuring out what anything is or what the truth about anything is.
In favor of just surrendering to the robot illusion that they present for you.
It is truly wild.
Truly wild.
That story's from Financial Times.
Meta envisages social media filled with AI-generated users.
You know, like video game NPCs.
I guess the human NPCs weren't quite doing it for them.
So they're being replaced with literal NPCs.
Incredible.
Meanwhile, the ACLU is warning AI watermarking threatens free speech and journalism.
The American Civil Liberties Union, a civil rights nonprofit, has taken a stance against AI watermarking, content authentication, meme stamp protocols, as potentially freedom limiting in a variety of different ways.
Of course, the ACLU is so far off the mark from what their intended purpose is.
They're constantly working against the civil rights that they claim to uphold.
And what the outcome of this is, is that they are basically promoting the idea that AI will be able to proliferate and just destroy anybody's trust in anything that they're able to see, leaving the people in power with a free hand to do whatever they want, knowing that anybody even talking about them will be disbelieved by the people who have been so...
Utterly confused and bamboozled by the proliferation of AI. It's shocking, folks.
