A woman named Cassie in 2023 filed a lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs, detailing allegations of physical and sexual abuse during their relationship.
This legal action was rapidly settled out of court, but led to 16 more individuals accusing Combs of various forms of abuse, which intensified when federal agents raided Combs' homes, leading to his arrest in September 2024 on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
Combs has vehemently denied these allegations, of course, asserting his innocence and criticizing the accuser's motives, framing the accusations as attempts to tarnish his legacy and reputation for financial gain.
But recently, Combs has been accused in a lawsuit by Ashley Parham of orchestrating a gang rape as retaliation for her, suggesting he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur.
unidentified
Ashley Parnum says that P. Diddy showed up with an entourage, including his top aide, Christina Coram, an unnamed woman who is not a defendant in the suit, and three unnamed men, one of whom she says was Diddy's driver, and Parham says that that driver waited outside throughout the whole of what I'm about to tell you.
Defendant Diddy, while violently raping plaintiff with a television remote, told plaintiff that her life was in his hands, and that if he wanted, he could, quote, take her.
And she would never be seen again.
Defendant Diddy then instructed Defendant Shane to put a pillow over her head because he didn't want to see her face or hear her cries and instructed Defendant Shane to anally rape plaintiff.
Defendant Shane did as he was told by Defendant Diddy and began to anally rape plaintiff.
Defendant Diddy then violently raped plaintiff anally after Defendant Shane.
Defendant Doe number two then joined Defendants Diddy and Shane taking a turn anally raping plaintiff.
Do not entertain none of this nonsense and nothing over the phone.
I'm gonna need you to get rid of all the leftover pizza boxes.
The what?
All the boxes left.
jon bowne
Several people tied to Diddy mysteriously died of pneumonia at a young, healthy age, including Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, Brittany Murphy, and her husband.
It should be considered in the investigation that over a thousand bottles of baby oil were found in Diddy's home, and according to Poison Control, the ingestion of baby oil is usually minimally toxic.
But can cause aspiration pneumonia when breathed into the lungs and when swallowed.
If these allegations prove to be true, then Sean Diddy Combs is facing lifetimes in prison and has no other choice but to sing, potentially exposing celebrities, music icons, and high-level politicians.
The abstaining of Diddy is a foregone conclusion.
unidentified
The abstaining of Diddy is a foregone conclusion.
I just want to say, uh...
Everyone will suffer!
jon bowne
And now the allegations of children being raped by Sean Combs are seeing the light of day as the ties to the elite child sex trafficking rings begin to unravel.
unidentified
Comparing the two cases.
So Epstein, you know, was accused of operating this sex trafficking network.
Combs operating a criminal enterprise that engaged in sex trafficking and violent crime.
So you see the similarities.
There was another thing, too.
And I think it's an interesting component of these federal cases is that Epstein was being prosecuted for conduct from the early 2000s, Combs being prosecuted for conduct all the way back from 2008.

The new complaints from a fusillade of lawsuits, a pool of more than 120 vetted clients describing a pattern of plaintiffs being drugged, Raped and threatened into silence by a representative of a segment of our civilization that considers themselves untouchable.

harrison smith
We're coming to you live, of course, this Halloween.
Happy Halloween, everyone.
We're going to talk a lot about the election, of course, and topic of the day is, as it was yesterday, cheating, the democratic cheating.
It's amazing.
We're still, you know, five, six days away from the election, and already there's like a dozen examples of batches of thousands of ballots being lost or burned or voted illegally.
Very different than 2020, giving me a little bit of hope.
Some of the victories that the Trump team is having, challenging some of the more egregious examples of Democrat connivances, contrivances.
We're also going to get into how coordinated and conspiratorial all of this is.
Looking at the secretaries of states of primarily the swing states.
Who have, for the last four years, worked together in secret in subversive attempts to turn their swing states blue.
They've been bragging about it.
We've actually been telling you about it for a while.
But we'll take a look back and investigate some of what these secretaries of states have been up to.
We'll take your calls, of course, but we'll begin today as we do every day with our Daily Dispatch.
Here it is, folks, your Daily Dispatch for Halloween, Thursday, October 31st, 2024.
Start off with a...
With a light story, Biden, 81, bites baby dressed as chicken during a White House Halloween event.
President Biden playfully bit a stable of adorable dressed-up tots during a Halloween celebration at the White House on Wednesday night.
In a series of awkward interactions, Biden, 81, pretended to chop down on an infant after infant, including a child dressed up as a chicken.
A bit like three babies last night.
People just coming up presenting their babies to be bitten by the President of the United States.
It's very weird.
And Jill Biden is dressed up like a panda.
unidentified
Joe Biden handing candy out to kids knowing his proclivity to sniff them is really terrifying.
harrison smith
Not a good look.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
Quite frankly.
unidentified
We should make a PSA like, children, don't accept candy from strangers that sniff you.
harrison smith
Seriously.
Or bite you.
I mean...
And people are going, well, you've never seen a kid be playful, you've never seen a man be playful with kids before?
unidentified
I've never seen a man suck kids' toes before.
harrison smith
Yeah, in public, one after another.
I mean that's the weird part It's like three babies And he's just like Bite your baby Okay Alright that's Your first story Bye.
Calls Americans garbage on Tuesday, biting babies on Wednesday.
Joe Biden's...
He's going out in his own style, I'll say that.
My God.
Meanwhile, legendary astronaut Buzz Aldrin endorses Donald Trump.
In a press release posted to the X platform, Aldrin explained that he was impressed with Trump's support for NASA during his first time in office and believes that he is the man to take the country forward.
So that's it.
Confirmed.
Trump is a plant.
Trump is a plant of the Round Earth faction.
And we must defeat him and expose Flat Earth once and for all.
Meanwhile, Trump campaign wins lawsuit to extend early voting in Bucks County, Pennsylvania after GOP voters were turned away.
This is the video that we played yesterday.
The Trump campaign won a huge lawsuit on Wednesday to extend early voting in Bucks County, Pennsylvania after Republican voters were turned away.
away earlier this week bucks county emergency services shut down the doylestown in-person voting line early on the final day for absentee ballot requests according to buck's election website doylestown was scheduled to close at 5 p.m eastern time voter suppression was also reported in quaker town in bucks county as a peace officer cut the line the voting line early by three hours
the trump campaign filed a lawsuit in bucks county on wednesday later wednesday a pennsylvania judge sided with the trump camp and extended early voting through friday at 5 p.m.
So yes, not only have their attempts to diminish the Trump vote by shutting down in-person voting early, not only has that been defeated with quick, rapid deployment of the Republican resources, launching this lawsuit and getting a decision rapidly, But now it's going to be open for even longer than it was originally.
So this is nice.
This is justice.
This is what's supposed to happen if you have a Democratic operations team working to shut down polling, voting.
It's like the way things are typically handled is the Republicans would ignore it.
If it became a big enough story that they had to respond to it, they would have made some noises.
And then maybe, you know, a month from now after the election, they would have filed something, it would have been dismissed, and that would have been it.
They would have said, well, we tried.
We certainly tried.
And the Democrats would have gotten away with their manipulation.
Under the new Trumpian RNC, They immediately deploy a lawsuit.
They get a decision rapidly.
And not only is the decision to shut down the polling place yesterday reversed, but now it's open until 5 p.m.
on Friday, a full day longer than it was supposed to.
So that's the way it's supposed to work.
This is good.
alex jones
This is good.
harrison smith
Of course, people who tried to shut down at 1 p.m.
should also probably be criminally charged.
But we'll get there.
We will get there.
And there were some questions about this because, I guess, legally, according to the law, people were pointing to, well, the polls have to stay open on Election Day, but early voting, there's not really as many guidelines to that.
But it only makes sense that if you tell everybody that there's early voting, you gotta have early voting.
If you make an announcement saying we'll have early voting at this location until 5 p.m., you can't just arbitrarily shut it down at 1.45 because there's too many Trump supporters voting.
Like, you just can't do that.
That's not allowed.
You can't just arbitrarily decide to shut down a polling place Randomly three hours early in the afternoon because, well, things are just awful slow today.
No, no, you're not allowed to do that.
It's been reversed good on the Trump campaign.
And again, the Trump campaign is just, they're just, they're just doing great.
They really are doing incredible things.
And in response to Joe Biden's comment calling Trump supporters garbage, Donald Trump became a garbage man.
Saying this truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.
Epic.
Trump trolls Democrats after getting picked up in MAGA garbage truck.
You really can't defeat this guy.
He's just...
He's so funny.
How do you like my garbage truck?
This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.
Vivek Ramaswamy was actually out there actually doing a shift as a garbage man.
Loading garbage into the back of a truck.
What a wild few days before the election.
What a crazy time.
What a crazy time to be alive.
And I actually tweeted out here, I'll pull it up, because at the exact same time that Joe Biden was, I mean, Donald Trump was getting in a garbage truck and being hilarious, Kamala Harris posted a picture of her being super serious boss lady.
I really don't think you could have a better sort of example of the two different campaigns.
And this is what I gleaned from this.
You've got Donald Trump sitting in a garbage truck with a bright orange vest on, and he still has more gravitas than this picture of Kamala that is clearly staged and meant to make her look imposing and make it look like she has gravitas.
Like, this is...
This is the dichotomy that we're dealing with.
unidentified
You know, like right after that photo, Kamala burst into laughter just spontaneously.
harrison smith
Do I look cool?
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
And I should have posted the whole tweet from this picture, because this picture of Kamala, if the crew can bring it up on the screen, like it's so fake that It's so cheesy.
It's so staged.
She's doing everything she can to mimic gravitas, and it just doesn't work.
It just doesn't come off.
And of course, this was posted with a tweet that was like, Donald Trump's abortion bans are threatening healthcare across the country, and we won't let him get away with it.
Okay, great.
Great.
So a staged, weird, corporate-looking, black-and-white, soulless photo.
With an aggressive message about how Trump's trying to take your abortions away.
unidentified
That's the look of a woman who's about to go change Joe Biden's diaper.
harrison smith
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, here it is.
Trump's abortion bans have created a healthcare crisis.
Oh, it's a crisis.
Don't look at the border.
That's not a crisis.
10 million people pouring across 80% of the children being kidnapped victims and then disappearing.
Not a crisis.
Abortions being slightly inconvenient to get?
Crisis.
That is a crisis.
And she's apparently going up a stairway to an invisible jet.
That doesn't exist.
I don't know.
I'm just fascinated by this photo.
This might seem arbitrary to you.
But just look at it.
Look at everything wrong with it.
Like, where is she going?
There's no plane there, so this looks like a jetway staircase.
There's no plane she's going to.
unidentified
Oh no, she's Wonder Woman.
harrison smith
She's got the invisible jet from Wonder Woman, that might be it.
Maybe that's what they're, I guess.
unidentified
I hear she's also got invisible clothes.
harrison smith
She's also got her hands in her pockets, which is like, you don't walk upstairs with your hands in your pockets, lady.
So you're obviously not going anywhere.
Like, it's just so posed.
It's so fake.
Okay, look off to the left now.
Okay, look off the left and look really mad.
Look, you're looking at Donald Trump.
Pretend Donald Trump's off the left and glare at him.
Give him a good glare.
Oh, yes, you look so strong and powerful.
No, you look so powerful.
You're a powerful woman, Kamala.
And she's just like, oh, God.
Oh, my God.
What am I doing?
What am I doing?
The other video out from yesterday of Kamala, she's just...
She's in a train or something, and she's just staring off.
She's got this thousand-yard stare.
Like, she really is just asking herself, like, how did I get here?
What am I doing?
Like, Kamala, lady, if we can have a heart-to-heart for a second.
You think this is hard?
You shouldn't be president of the United States, okay?
As flawed as our political system is, there's a certain logic in having a grueling campaign schedule where you're having to meet a ton of people, where you're doing interviews with enemy outlets.
Because no matter what you get put through on the campaign trail, it's going to pale in comparison To when you're called into the situation room in the middle of the night to talk about whether you bomb, you know, Iran's nuclear facilities.
So, like, I gotta wonder what's going through Kamala Harris's head.
If she's sitting there going, oh man, I can't wait for this campaign to be over.
It's like, well, then you'd be, if you're trying to win, if this campaign, like, when this campaign ends, you're gonna be then president and it's only going to get significantly more difficult.
With probably the press being a whole hell of a lot less friendly to you.
It's like, if you can't handle this, you shouldn't be running for president.
And God knows you shouldn't be voted into office.
So I just think that's a very interesting comparison between the two campaigns that we're expected to choose from.
Trump having genuine gravitas, which is why he can do goofy stuff and not look ridiculous.
Whereas Kamala is constantly trying to mimic gravitas and she just can't make it convincing.
Trump man of the people trolling libtards.
Kamala fake corporate soulless staged photo included with a post about abortion.
Incredible.
An incredible comparison and an illuminating illustration of the two candidates here.
Did we censor, maybe we can just censor in real time, Donald Trump talking about this, because I do want to at least play a little bit of it.
Because he's just funny.
He's just the funniest dude ever.
And it's like everything he says.
We'll go down to clip number three.
This is Donald Trump after getting off the garbage truck and going to a rally in Green Bay, I guess.
I think he was in Wisconsin here.
Here's Donald Trump talking about his experience getting into the garbage truck.
Let's watch.
donald j trump
So I said, man, if I don't get up there, this is going to be very embarrassing.
These stupid people, they'll say, he's cognitively and physically impaired.
And I can't do that when I'm alongside of this great athlete.
I gotta get up to that.
So, so look, so the stair, the first stair is like up here.
I'm saying, shit.
unidentified
So, so I had the adrenaline going and I made it.
I made it.
harrison smith
This is the decision being made, and I think people know this.
I don't think I'm revealing anything.
The decision being made is between a real human being and a corporate cutout.
And the thing is, the people know they're voting for a corporate cutout.
There's a large portion of the American population right now that is comforted By the system.
Like, they want the system.
They need the system.
They trust the system.
They're terrified of any disruption in the system's progress.
And I know this from talking to Democrats, where it's like they actually don't care who the president is.
They genuinely don't care.
I mean, the proof...
Is in who Kamala is and how she got the job, right?
Nobody liked her.
Nobody voted for her.
She wasn't primary.
They just appointed someone.
And it really doesn't matter who is appointed to the Democrats.
They literally don't care.
They're just like, well, she's just a figurehead.
And, you know, the real thing that you're voting for is like the team around her, by which they mean the Professional politicians, the permanent bureaucratic class in Washington, D.C. Like, that's what they want.
That's what they like.
That's what they're voting for.
And that's, it's psychological programming.
It's, you know, orchestrated by the media, the fear campaign.
Portraying the decision between safe and routine with the system and chaotic and scary with not the system.
And so people are voting for the system.
So this is the decision that will be made, that is being made right now, that will be decided next Tuesday.
Are we voting for the real human being that actually loves America?
Or do you find some sort of perverse corporate comfort in America?
The machine continuing to operate in systematically despoiling America.
In fact, on that note, let's go to this video.
There's been a bunch of really good videos from Make America Healthy Again, Maha.
We'll go to clip number six.
This one in particular about the media's lies.
Let's watch.
unidentified
By now, most Americans are aware that big media is corrupt and dishonest.
Like magicians, they use the art of redirection to lure your attention, then deceive you.
As a case study, let's replay this infamous clip from 2017.
But you also had people that were...
donald j trump
Very fine people on both sides.
unidentified
To this day, Democrats insist that former President Trump has failed to disavow the racist elements within that crowd.
kamala harris
And what did the president then at the time say?
There were fine people on each side.
donald j trump
There were very fine people on both sides.
My God.
unidentified
That's what he said.
Would it shock you to learn that exactly 50 seconds after Mr.
Trump made that initial comment?
donald j trump
Very fine people on both sides.
unidentified
He then said this.
donald j trump
And I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists because they should be condemned totally.
unidentified
The fact-checking sites finally debunking Democrats' claims that then-President Trump called neo-Nazis and white nationalists, quote, very fine people.
Ask yourself, how did they hide this for seven years?
Then ask yourself, what else are they hiding?
kamala harris
That Donald Trump would invoke Adolf Hitler.
joy reid
Described American fallen soldiers as suckers and losers.
unidentified
He's determined to convince you there is a crisis at the border.
Quote, it doesn't cost 60,000 bucks to bury an effing Mexican.
harrison smith
Warning of a, quote, bloodbath if he loses the election.
unidentified
Admitting that he will, in fact, be a dictator.
Called for the suspension of the Constitution.
kamala harris
And is a sexist and a sexual harasser.
unidentified
They're playing the public.
You.
If we are ever going to heal as a nation, we must demand integrity from those entrusted as the broadcasters of critical information.
Together we will pull back the curtain to expose and hold accountable every network of deception.
Without truth, there is no trust.
Without trust, there is no unity.
Without unity, there is no United States.
Paid for by Maha Alliance and not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee.
harrison smith
Very brilliantly done.
And like I said, there's been a couple of these.
I think we'll probably save one for the first five minutes of the next hour, which is a Tulsi Gabbard five minute ad from Maha.
They really are.
Elevating the media game for Donald Trump.
We're going to talk about all of the ways the Democrats are saying...
Well, this is another thing that I'm still obsessed with the story from yesterday.
About Democrats being so insane that people literally don't believe their policies are real and refuse to interact with them.
And I realized how little sense this makes when you consider what they are willing to believe.
I think it was a comment.
on twitter about that story where it's like okay if you talk about transgender kids or genital mutilation or abortion at nine months or any of these things like people just reject it outright they're like that's too crazy you must be insane you you must be the bad one for saying this because there's no way that's true but then if you tell them Trump wants to put all the black people in internment camps because he's racist They're just like, yep, makes sense.
Nope, I believe that 100%.
So I realize it makes even less sense than we were thinking about yesterday.
Like the fear they have, the fright, whatever that internal block is that prevents them from seeing reality and contending with it.
It's sort of selective.
If you tell them things that are actually happening, that are actually documented on the book's Democrat policy, they won't believe you.
But if you tell them some deluded fantasy about Trump wanting to put everybody in internment camps, they're fully on board.
They can't believe it and they're willing to risk life and limb to stop him.
It's bizarre.
unidentified
Welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
This is the American Journal, and we're still a week away, well, a little less than a week away from Election Day.
The 2024 election coverage live on Infowars will begin next Monday with the American Journal at 8 a.m.
Central Time.
We will continue our election coverage throughout the week.
Of course, we will be here all night on Tuesday, if that's what it takes, as we bring you the results and continue to report on what is guaranteed to be an overwhelming number of little bizarre events, little strange goings on, little as we bring you the results and continue to report on what is guaranteed to be an overwhelming number Isn't that something?
Isn't that crazy how that happens?
I mean, you would think with all of these random mistakes and all of these.
Just, you know, accidental duplicating of ballots or burning of ballot boxes or releasing passwords online.
You would think maybe, just from law of averages, one or two of them would just happen to benefit the Republicans.
But that never seems to happen.
Very strange how that works.
And we'll get into some of the Anomalies from just one day of early voting from across the entire country all happen to be taking place in swing states.
It's pretty interesting.
All happen to benefit Democrats.
Another bizarre, inexplicable occurrence.
We'll go over those.
But before we do, let's be comforted.
Let's be reassured by the director of CISA. The Internet Security Administration.
Clip number 18.
She's here to tell us that just like 2020, the election system in modern-day America Is perfect.
It's the safest and most secure and most accurate voting system the world has ever seen.
And anybody doubting any aspect of it, even a little bit, is a disinformation Russian plant.
Okay?
Just so we're clear.
Here's the director of CISA. Literally saying that this is the most secure election ever.
Let's watch.
unidentified
The thing that I would want the American people to know is that based on extensive work by state and local election officials over the past several years, the reality is our election infrastructure has never been more secure.
Whoever you vote for, you can have confidence that your vote will be counted as cast.
And why do I say that?
And I think it's important for the American people to understand this.
First of all, the machines that Americans use to vote are not connected to the Internet.
Second, 97% paper ballots.
Third, multiple layers of safeguards put in place, cybersecurity, physical access controls, to prevent compromise of election infrastructure as well as pre-election, testing of equipment, and post-election audits.
Yes, there are very real threats from our foreign adversaries who we know are working hard to try and undermine American confidence in our elections and to stoke partisan discord, but our election systems are secure.
Hey, it's Sean Heilman here.
I guess my question goes to the last thing you said.
And I try to get the message to voters that as a voting matter that these systems are secure is obviously really important for you and the work you do.
It's also the case, as you acknowledge, that Russia, China, others are actively trying to spread disinformation.
We are in that place in the campaign right now where we're seven or eight days out.
And I guess A lot of people expect on both campaigns, expect for these efforts to increase.
If you were going to talk to the American people about what they're likely to see over the course of this next week, or what you anticipate to try to get them ready for what might unfold, what would you ask them to be ready for, so that they don't allow what they see in the course of the next eight days to make them think that the whole system is now breaking down?
Yeah, you're exactly right.
I mean, Americans have been subjected to a fire hose of disinformation.
And so the most important thing for everybody to understand is how to get that signal from the noise.
There's going to be a lot of things coming at them in the next Seven days.
And where that signal comes from is from state and local election officials.
They are the trusted experts when it comes to matters of elections.
And so if there are any questions that people have, making sure that you're getting your information from a trusted source.
And again, that is state and local election officials.
harrison smith
Trust the experts.
Don't do your own research.
I feel like I've heard this all before the most secure election ever our election infrastructure according to he says the most secure ever and really the only threat to the election process are those those dastardly villains in China and Russia telling us not to trust our election that's the real threat the real threat is people questioning the authorities and the experts That's the only threat.
Because this election is being carried out with the most secure election infrastructure ever.
Okay?
The computers aren't even attached to the internet, usually.
I mean, they're not supposed to be.
I mean, they are, but we don't say that.
So it's fine.
So it's all fine.
It's all perfectly fine.
Now...
Call me crazy.
Call me a Russian-Chinese disinformation artist.
But all of these headlines are from yesterday, are from one 24-hour period in the early vote cycle.
In Pennsylvania, Trump won a lawsuit in Bucks County after he was forced to sue them for voting, for shutting down voting lines early, hours early.
In Virginia, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Virginia after the Kamala DOJ attempted to reinstate self-identified non-citizens on Virginia voter rolls.
In Colorado, the Secretary of State Jenna Griswold leaked voting system passwords online.
And it's even worse now is the BIOS passwords, meaning the sub the substrate technology, like the actual hardware.
So you can actually hack the machine before it even boots up and runs the operating system.
So that's crazy.
In Michigan, attorney Michael DiPerno identified single voter IDs being used to cast multiple ballots.
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson announced nationwide issues that cannot be fixed with Dominion voter access terminals.
ABC and ABC TV station accidentally aired election results of Harris winning Pennsylvania by 5% with 100% in.
And this is just the beginning.
So again, one day in the most secure election system ever, and they just so happened to find about a dozen major flaws almost entirely and exclusively in important swing states.
So isn't that interesting?
Now, I'm here to tell you that It's all on purpose and by design, and they've been talking about this for a while, and we have a plethora of articles over the last year and more of them talking about this.
It's pretty astonishing, actually.
I think first we'll start with a video from a little while ago.
I can't remember whether this was earlier this year or back in 2020, so they're talking about 2020.
Actually, before we get to that, let's just keep going over some of the other – I mean, that was just a very select list of the biggest problems.
There are actually a ton of other ones.
Voter registration investigation launched in Pennsylvania County over possible fraud.
Officials are investigating voter registration and mail-in ballot applications in the county election office, a matter recently brought to attention by former President Donald Trump.
The former president wrote on Truth Social that York County received thousands of potentially fraudulent voter registration forms and mail ballot applications from a third party, while also making note of an investigation in Lancaster County.
In a statement, York County Commissioner Julie Wheeler said her county received a large delivery containing thousands of election-related material from a third-party organization, adding the papers appear to include completed voter registration forms as well as mail-in ballot applications.
Okay, so yet another statement.
Source of confusion and misapprobation on the whole system there.
Michigan early vote shocker, election integrity data analyst, claims they have proof of 208,000 ballots cast by just 82,674 voters.
An excess of 125,428 votes cast.
That's a bit of an issue, I think.
I think in a presidential campaign where the decision is decided by less than 100,000 votes, having 125,000 extra votes show up on the record might be a bit of an issue.
Of course, who am I to contradict the experts who are telling us this is the most secure election infrastructure ever?
A stunning analysis of voter history records made by Michigan data expert Tim Vedder reveals explosive findings about Michigan's corrupt voter rolls, and they're aimed squarely at the person who's entrusted to ensure their accuracy.
If Mr.
Vedder, who analyzes data for a living, is correct, he argues the Michigan SOS Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson could have potentially put many innocent Michigan voters in hot water with the law.
Okay, so you have 82,000 voters, and yet when they vote...
The total comes out to 202,000.
That doesn't make any sense.
You've got the ABC station mistakenly airing election results a week before they're supposed to be in.
This could be a mistake, I guess.
I guess this could be a mistake, just like, I guess, publishing the BIOS passwords could be a mistake.
And I guess duplicating ballots by the hundreds of thousands could be a mistake.
Sure, all of these could be mistakes.
But why are they all the same?
Why are they all exactly the same?
You're seeing the image here for TV viewers during a, looks like a F1 race.
ABC had a chyron, a lower third graphic.
It says Harris won by 52% to Trump's 47% with 100% of the results in for Pennsylvania.
So congratulations Kamala Harris.
You have won Pennsylvania according to the cheaters and liars in the mainstream media.
Alright, so, most secure election system ever.
And remember, it's those darn Chinese and dastardly perfidious Russians that are daring to question the most secure election ever.
And if you question our election, you are serving the enemy.
But also, Chinese students to face criminal charges for voting in Michigan ballot will apparently count.
This is in Ann Arbor, a University of Michigan student who's from China and not a U.S. citizen, allegedly voted Sunday in Ann Arbor and is being charged with two crimes six days before a pivotal presidential election.
The filing of these charges was revealed Wednesday in a state from Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's office and Washtenaw County Prosecutor's office.
The press release didn't identify the student, describing him only as a non-U.S. citizen.
This was one of several instances.
But apparently these votes are going to count somehow.
Somehow these votes are going to count.
It doesn't end there.
Let's go now to clip number 10.
As several batches of ballots were incorrectly mailed to Washington apartments.
And this is again the fatal flaw in having a sacred election where you're Sacred votes are being shipped around in plastic boxes handled by whoever can get their hands on them and being left for at least some period of time in a trash can on the corner in case any Antifa member feels like setting a fire.
Let's go to clip number 10.
unidentified
My son and I moved in here on October 3rd.
On Friday, Jamie Visaya says she went down to check her mailbox.
There was about nine voter registration ballots that were not mine.
So I thought that was strange.
So I ended up returning them to the post office here.
But to her surprise, again last night, there was another stack in there, this time seven different ballots.
Long name Mohammed Last name is Mustafa.
She only lives in a two-bedroom apartment.
Most of the ballots are addressed to different last names, but all have one thing in common, her unit number.
Management said no one's lived here for three months.
Maybe the people who were registered at her apartment before didn't update their address through USPS when they moved.
But still, Visaya wonders, why didn't I get all of their other mail forwarded here, or junk mail, or anything like that?
We got her on a call with King County Elections Chief of Staff, Kendall Hodson.
In 30 years of voting, I've never had that many, um...
harrison smith
So dozens of mail-in ballots sent to a single address where nobody lives.
Most secure election ever.
I legitimately think American Idol had a more secure voting process than the United States right now.
I think it'd be more difficult to win scam prizes at Dave& Buster's than it is to fraudulently vote in our election.
It is possibly the most insecure it's possible to make an election process.
It is wild.
Now, that lady was a good lady.
And reported what happened.
And this was one example.
Potentially, I mean, God only knows how many thousands of ballots could be out there.
And if you're one of these people that has been brainwashed into thinking that Donald Trump is Hitler, who wouldn't just sit there and open the ballot, vote for Kamala, close the ballot, put in the mailbox.
Open the ballot, vote for Kamala, close the ballot, put in the mailbox.
And who's going to know?
Who's going to know?
Oh, don't worry, the machines aren't allowed to be connected to the internet.
We are mailing ballots by the dozens to random people and random addresses all over the country.
Okay.
Okay, great.
And it keeps going.
Clip number 13, a ballot printing error in Nevada.
Apparently 77,000 extra ballots showing up there.
Again, another swing state, another place where the fraud took place in 2020.
Again, the coincidences are really piling up here, aren't they?
All of these insecurities, all of them benefiting Democrats, all of them happening specifically in swing states under specific secretaries of state.
We'll talk about who these people are in just a second.
First, let's go to clip number 13.
unidentified
We want to talk about problems printing ballots in Nevada County.
With 12 days until Election Day, officials there are working around the clock to try and fix this situation.
Your reporter covering Nevada County, Kayla Moeller, is live for us in front of the elections office getting answers on what's being done about this, Kayla.
Well, Marley and Hunter, the Nevada County elections first realized something was wrong on Monday.
The next day they diagnosed the problem, but the error is specific to vote-by-mail ballots.
However, they aren't quite sure exactly how many of the 77,000 issued ballots are affected, but they do have a plan to re-scan the ones that are.
A lot of the public is very nervous about About the process, about the results.
A vote-by-mail ballot error has some Nevada County residents concerned.
County elections realized something was wrong on Monday.
Their machines weren't properly reading all the ballots.
They called the Secretary of State and their printing service and diagnosed the issue as an ink overspray on some of the barcodes.
Some of our ballots, if you look really closely and you use a magnifying glass, You will see that there is imperfections in the barcodes.
I want to show you what these ballots look like.
If you take a look here, we're covering some private information, but the one on the left has already been processed.
The problem is with these barcodes, and the one on the right needs to be re-scanned.
But as you can see, They look very similar.
We will go ahead and use a report to see, okay, which pages did not go through.
We'll pull those out and we mark them as to be rescanned.
So we have a different bin, we have a different colored piece of paper that sort of makes it Election officials say the printer error will not affect the accuracy, but it will slow down their operations.
They'll be working around the clock to certify the election results on time.
I trust the process.
And for those who are more skeptical, anyone is allowed to observe the process in person or online through a live stream.
harrison smith
We should cut that one out.
unidentified
Look, there's me in the counting room waving.
I reached out to Runbeck Election Services who supply the ballots.
harrison smith
I think that's an amazing, we need to cut out that lady.
So just any time we just show gigantic fraud, huge just trouble in these systems that are just world-ending catastrophes, You just cut to some old lady going, well, I trust the process.
Well, you shouldn't.
I mean, this is a big news report about why the process is broken and screwed up and not working and causing a bunch of problems.
But you trust the process.
unidentified
Okay.
harrison smith
Great.
So, you know, I'm sensing a pattern here.
Far be it from me.
Claim conspiracy here, but so far we've covered maybe a dozen different examples of major issues, let's just say, in the election today.
Almost all of them have three things in common.
It has to do with mail-in balloting, which is just rife with issues.
They're taking place in swing states in particular.
All the ones that miraculously switched to Biden in the middle of the night in 2020.
And they all benefit Democrats.
These are the three characteristics shared by basically every issue we've covered so far.
Mail-in ballots swing states benefits Democrats.
I had no idea There are so many Russian and Chinese agents operating in America trying to make me doubt this election process.
I know from our God-fearing, completely honest American bureaucratic department heads that this is the most secure election ever.
But here I am hearing, you know, some lady in Arizona talk about getting dozens of ballots in her mailbox.
Some election worker talking about ballots have to be scanned over and over.
They get put in a different bin and then that bin gets switched with another bin.
But then the big red bin is where the empty ballots go, but the empty ballots have to be transferred into.
And this is making me question.
I didn't realize that these were all Russian or Chinese agents.
These are all enemy agents working to undermine my faith in our glorious elections.
And I won't stand for it.
Or it's all screwed up and on purpose and by design and being orchestrated from on high.
And that is the truth, and I'll prove that to you.
But let's talk about more issues, shall we?
We're not even done with issues.
Let's go now to clip number 16.
Dominion machines have affected nationwide, says Jocelyn Benson.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Issues with the programming of the VATS with specific Dominion.
Why was that only caught in the past few days and why can't it be fixed?
I saw the release.
Yeah, this is a nationwide issue with Dominion, voter access terminals in the counties that use them.
And the voter access terminals, of course, not all the machines, just the ones that are accessible, have an issue with the straight party voting and a programming issue that's again, affected the machines nationwide.
And I think all of us that use Dominion machines were unhappy to learn about this during the The testing period and as early voting began.
So we're working with Dominion to seek accountability on that front and also are working with our clerks to ensure voters are aware of this programming issue that will require them to ensure they are voting every section on the ballot.
Bigger issue in Michigan because we do allow voters to cross over in ways that a lot of other states don't.
Because we have straight parties.
It's not struck me as I've talked to my other colleagues in other states.
They're just as upset about it as we are.
So, yeah.
Or surprised, I think.
harrison smith
They're upset.
They're surprised.
They're working very hard on getting things back up in order.
Now, I kind of blacked out there while she was talking.
Because there's something about bureaucratic corporate doublespeak that means nothing, that it just turns to fuzz in my brain.
Because that's all you got there.
That's all you heard.
And this is very much like the future of America.
Now, that was Jocelyn Benson.
And we're going to revisit old Jocelyn on the other side because that's the name that you've probably heard me say most in the last segment because she seems to be involved in or intertwined with All of the issues that are happening in Michigan as well as other places around the United States.
That's the future that we're looking towards is total lack of accountability, total lack of ability, right?
Total failure to just do the most basic jobs and uphold the primary obligations of the positions that they hold.
And when you question them, you'll get back a very well-rehearsed, very rhetorically sound jumble of nonsense about how all the processes are going perfectly and all of the systems are in place.
And this is what I'm talking about.
There's like half this country that they get a warm fluffy feeling when they hear that type of talk.
It really puts them in almost like a hypnotic state of just like, we're in charge.
We're the authority.
Everything is under control.
Go back to sleep.
And that's how they feel.
And they feel comforted.
And oh, thank goodness.
Oh, Jocelyn Benson is on the case.
And she assures us the system is working perfectly.
And the head of CISA insists that this is the most secure election ever.
Trust the system.
Trust the process.
Ignore the just overwhelming flood of problems that we're talking about, because we're talking about it in a very bureaucratic and corporate way, which should comfort you and make you think that everything's on the up and up.

Tulsi Gafford.
Aloha.
I joined the Democratic Party over 20 years ago.
I was 21 years old in Hawaii, and at that time it welcomed people from all different backgrounds, different views, celebrated free speech, and actually defended those whose speech was being attacked, even if they disagreed with their views.
It was a party that stood up for the little guy and represented our values of freedom and liberty in America.
I left the Democrat Party because now it stands for the exact opposite of all of those things.
ana kasparian
Free speech is not an absolute.
kamala harris
Social media sites, they are speaking to millions of people without oversight or regulation and that has to stop.

I never would have imagined as an American and as a soldier that we would live in a country in my lifetime where we would feel like we have to self-censor what we say, that we couldn't criticize our own government for fear of them labeling us as a domestic terrorist.
We are closer to the brink of World War III and nuclear war today than we ever have been before, directly because of the Harris-Biden administration's foreign policy.
Too many Americans are struggling just to afford the basic necessities of life.
No matter how many times we've heard Kamala Harris and Joe Biden over these last four years tout and celebrate how Bidenomics has been great for America.
kamala harris
America's economy is strong.
unidentified
Polls consistently show that a majority of the American people disapprove of the president's handling of the economy.
Guess what?
It's working.
Over half of Americans earning a six-figure salary report that they're actually living paycheck to paycheck.
Bidenomics is working.
It is actually working.
The number of homeless people on the streets and in shelters across the U.S. increased significantly this year.
kamala harris
Bidenomics is working.
unidentified
It's almost as though they're speaking from an ivory tower saying how great they are and patting themselves on the back while people are struggling for crumbs on the streets.
This election really isn't about the left versus the right.
It's about choosing.
We the people choosing our government and the choice between freedom versus tyranny.
sean adl-tabatabai
The Department of Defense, under Biden's authority, quietly codified its right to deploy lethal force against its own citizens on American soil.

I'm proud to endorse Donald Trump in this election because he is our best hope.
Specifically because of the leadership that President Trump has brought to transform the Republican Party and bring it back to the party of the people, the party of equality, the party that was founded to fight against and end slavery in this country.
It is the party of common sense and the party that is led by a president Who has the courage and strength to fight for peace.
Mr Trump became the first sitting US president to ever set foot inside North Korea yesterday.
And this is why they will do everything possible to try to destroy him.
Because this man has the courage to take them on and root out the deep rot of corruption in Washington.
My message to my fellow Americans, regardless of your political affiliation, now is the time for us to stand together to save our country.
A vote for President Trump is a vote for a big open tent party that welcomes people from all backgrounds and all walks of life.
A vote for President Trump is a vote to express our deep love for our country and our appreciation for our God-given rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution.
A vote for President Trump is a vote for secure borders and safe communities and a vote for President Trump is a vote for peace here in America and around the world.
Thank you so much.

That's the latest ad from Maha.
Make America healthy again.
Featuring Tulsi Gabbard.
Surprised more people haven't followed her.
Abandoning the Democrats who genuinely do not stand for anything that they stood for 10 years ago.
Can you imagine a Democrat waking up after a 10-year coma and being told, like, no, the most important topics now are nine-month abortions and child genital mutilation.
unidentified
Wake up!
harrison smith
We got to go fight for that.
Starting next Monday at 8 a.m., the 2024 election coverage with Alex Jones and myself and Owen Schroer and a ton of guests on InfoWars.
InfoWars.com forward slash show.
We'll be streaming on X at RealAlexJones at InfoWars and at Band.video.
And you can follow me on X at Harrison H. Smith.
We'll be here starting with American Journal on Monday morning all the way through Tuesday evening.
And we will, of course, be on air throughout Tuesday night to relive one of two election night experiences.
Should it be toasting champagne and grinning in blissful relief of Donald Trump's victory or documenting in real time The fraudulent votes being cast to steal the election for Kamala.
It's one of those two options, as far as I'm concerned.
Now you've got the head of election security and cybersecurity in the United States going on TV to remind us, or should I say to put forward the thoroughly disproved talking point that this is the most secure election ever.
That's what they said about 2020.
They're saying it about 2024.
The reality is there is a full-scale political war going on right now where you have all over the country various schemes being run and thank goodness the transition from old-school GOP System Republicans,
establishment Republicans under Mitt Romney and Ronna McDaniel who would have done absolutely nothing to deal with any of this stuff before the election or after the election probably.
Now it's being led by Lara Trump, Laura Trump, and they are deploying resources rapidly to deal with all of the attacks against our election integrity.
And just over the last segment, you've got double ballots in Michigan to the tune of 125,000.
82,000 people voting 200,000 times, apparently.
Voter registration investigations launched in Pennsylvania County, Lancaster, and others.
The ABC station mistakenly airing election results.
Chinese students caught voting illegally.
And apparently they can't remove those votes.
They just caught the guy and are charging him, but the vote is counting for some reason.
Okay.
Trump campaign won a lawsuit against another Pennsylvania county and their voter suppression tactics by shutting down the lines hours before they're supposed to.
The RNC also blocked Michigan from counting 168,000 duplicate ballots.
This again, thanks to Laura Trump.
The RNC just stopped Michigan Democrats from counting 168,000 duplicate ballots.
The report was posted four hours ago, and the RNC acted that quickly to fix it.
This is so much better than 2020 under Ronna McRomney.
Laura Trump, a leading figure in the RNC's election integrity team, commented on the incident, saying our election integrity team received reports of thousands of duplicate ballots in Michigan.
We immediately investigated and confirmed that it was a glitch in the system.
These duplicates were not and will not be counted.
We are on it and protecting the vote.
So, again, whether this is whatever metaphor you want to use, there are There are little wildfires cropping up all over the nation, and the firefighters at the RNC are being deployed to snuff it out before it becomes a raging inferno.
So this is good.
We still have the authorities telling us it's the safest election in history.
You also have the DOJ attempting to keep illegals on the roll, the court having to stop that.
You've got Single voter IDs being used to cast multiple ballots in Michigan.
Jocelyn Benson announces a nationwide issue that cannot be fixed with Dominion voter access terminals.
And you've got the Secretary of State of Colorado, Jenna Griswold, leaking voting system passwords online.
Again, every single one of these shares all three of these characteristics.
Has to do with mail-in ballots.
Not all of them, but most of them share these three characteristics.
Mail-in ballots.
Swing state.
Benefit Democrats, okay?
This is evidence of design.
It's not random.
It's not on accident.
All of these things are happening to benefit the Democrats because they're being done on purpose by the Democrats, okay?
Hope we can make that logical interpretation.
When it comes to people like Jenna Griswold in Colorado, Releasing the BIOS passwords for the voting machines is just the latest in a very long series of mistakes or accidents or fraud.
It's probably fraud.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I didn't even remember to mention Mesa County, Colorado, the place where Tina Peters was sentenced to nine years in prison for preserving election material.
Even though she was ordered to delete election material that proved in 2020 the election was stolen, while that county again experienced massive potential fraud that was caught and uncovered before it could metastasize.
But let's go to clip number four here, and it's a bit of a longer clip, and I was going to start it like more than halfway through, but I think we'll just watch the whole thing.
I think you need a thorough understanding of This woman, Jenna Griswold, and we'll put her actions in context along with Jocelyn Benson in just a second, but it's been a very, very, very long series of either mistakes or outright criminality by Jenna Griswold.
Let's go now to clip number four.
unidentified
Secretary Griswold told me today that she had not decided whether to tell you, the public, about that password leak before she got called out on it publicly today.
I asked Secretary Griswold whether she takes responsibility for this election security breach in the same way that she has held others accountable.
And we discussed a string of errors by her office that can damage voter confidence.
To be very clear, we do not see this as a full security threat to the state.
This is not a security threat.
You do frequent media interviews warning of the insider threats to elections.
The US Department of Homeland Security defines an insider threat as somebody who uses authorized access, wittingly or unwittingly, to do harm.
Did the actions of your office pose an insider threat to elections?
No.
In 2021, when Mesa County's voting system passwords leaked, your office said, quote, the public disclosure of the BIOS passwords for one or more components of Mesa County's voting system alone constitutes a serious breach of voting system security protocols.
By that standard, did your office commit a serious breach of voting system security protocols?
Well, to push back on you, Kyle, that sentence is in the press release, but there is a much bigger press release.
And part of that investigation in Mesa County was two sets of passwords, unauthorized access, stolen passwords, and it was in a different time.
Since 2021 and what happened in Mesa County, our security has improved, including the 24-7-hour cameras, including the badge and access.
The law has been significantly strengthened since then.
We have multiple layers in place to ensure situations like Mesa County don't occur and that is not what is occurring here.
This is not the first time that your office has made mistakes that have damaged voters' confidence in our elections.
In 2022, Your office sent out mailers to 30,000 non-citizens, inviting them to register to vote.
They, of course, are not eligible to register to vote.
That same year, your office used Colorado's ballot tracking system to send messages to specific Coloradans encouraging them to vote when, in fact, they had already voted, causing confusion that had to be cleaned up by the county clerks.
And now this leak of the voting system passwords.
Given your office's repeated errors that have damaged confidence in our elections, which you say is paramount, will you resign?
Absolutely not, Kyle.
And I just want to you're unfairly characterizing and leaving out some crucial information.
We came out immediately and said a postcard had been sent out to people who are ineligible.
The postcard clearly stated that someone had to be a U.S. citizen.
No one tried to register from that group of people.
We were actively tracking it.
And it became a situation where no one registered.
And to push back even further Kyle, Colorado is tied for number one in confidence in the country in our elections.
We have stood up to situations time and time again to protect the right of Coloradans going over and beyond what anybody would ask of civil servants in this office.
alex jones
Yeah.
harrison smith
No, it's the most secure election ever, and Colorado is the most trusted state in terms of the highest confidence in their elections.
Now, I believe, unless I'm mistaken, I think Colorado has had mail-in ballots for a while, or maybe after COVID they just decided to do all mail-in ballots.
Like, they've gone all in on mail-in ballots in Colorado, one way or the other.
Yeah, it ain't going well.
It's not going well.
And so again, it's not just that there is example after example in this election.
It goes back to 2020 and in the ensuing four years, there has been example after example after example of these same people, these same secretaries of states presiding over elections in which they are in charge, that passwords are leaked or 30,000 voter registration things are sent to illegal aliens or just time after time after time.
You've got issues, problems, abnormalities that benefit Democrats in swing states and have to do with mail-in ballots, time and time again.
If you think that this level of coincidence could even exist, Okay, alright.
You think all of this is a coincidence.
All of this is an accident.
All of these people are just trying their best and darn it, things are messing up for them, but there's nothing they can do.
If you trust these people and trust the process as it's collapsing right in front of you, I want to take a little trip back.
I want to take a little trip back to earlier this year when one of the women, the female secretaries of state that we're talking about here, Discussed how she, as a former employee of SBLC,
Jocelyn Benson, was coordinating with other secretaries of state who also happened to get their start at the SBLC to fight against a common enemy, that is Donald Trump, and prevent him from winning by whatever means necessary.
So let's go to clip number five here.
This is from earlier in this year.
Former SBLC staffer and Secretary of State of Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, whose name is cropped up in practically all of these issues, especially the ones having to do with Michigan in particular.
She announced she was coordinating with six battleground states and their secretaries of state to fight against the common enemy of Trump and his supporters.
unidentified
Let's watch.
Michigan leading the way in a lot of these efforts to ensure that democracy continues to exist, that every vote is heard and counted at the ballot.
But you're not just helping Michigan.
You're part of a group of secretaries of state that are really working on this around the country.
Can you tell us about that?
Yeah, one of the things we saw in 2020 was that, particularly in battleground states, we were all battling a common adversary, a really nationally coordinated effort to undermine the will of the people, both before, during, and after Election Day.
And we learned to semi-coordinate with each other in 2020.
Katie Hobbs and I was Secretary of Arizona at the time.
She and I are friends.
We would talk regularly, but there was really no way for us to consistently as a team, the six of us in those six battleground states, which Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia, to constantly both compare notes and also say, okay, how are we going to respond to this nationally coordinated effort with a coordinated response?
And so that's Now we have that.
We actually spent 2022 working to build that team in these six states.
You've got strong voices now in Arizona and Nevada and Georgia and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and in Michigan.
And we're all talking.
We're all working together.
We're all very clear about what we're up against.
Because the battle over the future of our democracy isn't going to be in the post-election process only.
It starts now.
And it starts with how various court battles are playing out, and we'll see all of us getting hit with the same types of sham lawsuits that are lawsuits, you know, or PR campaigns masquerading as lawsuits.
So as we work together, as we talk to each other, we can develop common strategies and be much more powerful and united as a team, even across party lines, than we would be if we were just fighting these battles in our respective states by ourselves.
harrison smith
You know, are they just this overconfident?
Is this another aspect of like it's too crazy for people to believe or contend with?
Because if I were to say what she just said, it would sound like a crazy conspiracy theory.
If I were to tell you that the secretaries of state of the six battleground states were We're conspiring together and organizing and working as a single unit to do everything they can to stop Trump from winning.
And they've been organizing in secret since 2022.
I would have to probably have proof for that.
But she's just saying it.
She's just admitting it.
They're just telling you what they did.
So...
I mean, this is a criminal conspiracy because the outcome of this has been all of the stuff that I've shown you today.
168,000 votes fraudulently attempted to be cast over here.
128,000 stopped by the RNC from counting over here.
Pennsylvania using Whatever hook and crook they can get their hands on to diminish and suppress the vote of Trump supporters in rural counties by shutting them down early and using the police.
These are all the states she mentioned.
These are all the secretaries of state carrying out these elections that she admits to coordinating with for years in anticipation of this election.
She admits it.
They've written stories about it.
And I remind you, most of these women got their job and their start at the SPLC. So in the same way that George Soros identified a vulnerability in the criminal justice system, where if you can just pour a couple million dollars into a attorney general race or into a district attorney race,
then you can get a radical socialist A literal pro-crime activist who will dedicate all of their resources towards punishing the police and letting criminals go.
It's a vulnerability in the system because our system is set up with the understanding that voters will choose trustworthy people who actually fulfill the obligations of the office.
You can hack this system with money and coordination between the media and these You know, volunteer groups, the NGOs like the SPLC. You can coordinate with them together to get somebody in office.
We'll do the opposite of what the office is supposed to do.
We'll make everything worse and advance the Cloward, Piven, or whatever other obscure method for subversion and destruction that you're employing.
So they did the same thing with Secretaries of State.
You've got, you know, the SPLC. So you'll have, you know, first the college system and activists who are Prominent on campus will be funneled into the more prestigious NGOs like the SPLC and people with leadership qualities will be identified and then funneled towards the political realm where the SPLC and their network of backers will prop them up and get them appointed to a position like Secretary of State where they will then not fulfill the obligation of just being a nonpartisan
Functionary of their bureaucracy and doing what's right and lawful in an attempt to make things normal and good.
Instead, they'll be put into these positions to destroy them from within, manipulate them, use whatever power they can get their hands on to whatever ends serve their purposes.
So this is just happening now, and all of these people need to be in prison.
I mean, for the time being, I guess it's fine that we're just...
Playing defense and trying to, like, whack-a-mole stop them from rigging the election in real time.
But again, all of these problems are happening in these states with these secretaries of state who admit that they've been coordinating behind the scenes to, quote, battle a common adversary, that is, Donald Trump and his supporters, To stop them from ever gaining political office.
So you've got people admitting that they're coordinating, admitting that they're conspiring behind the scenes, admitting that they're using their power for partisan political purposes.
And then you flash forward to the election a couple years later, and all of these states in particular have a variety of problems with hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes being caught time and time again.
All of them having to do with mail-in ballots, all of them being in these six swing states and all of these problems benefiting Democrats.
So that's enough evidence right there, I think, to get like a grand jury conviction.
But I guarantee you if you start looking at these people, all I will say is the RNC right now needs to be launching preliminary lawsuits with demands to preserve communications.
That needs to be the first thing.
Also, it can come about in a month or two.
We can deal with the election first.
But you've got to have orders to preserve communications because I guarantee you, you look at what these women are saying to one another and you find the real details of the plot to steal the election.
You've got articles like this from TheMidwesterner.News.
Tudor Dixon says, Ruth Johnson exposed Jocelyn Benson's long-term plan to turn purple states blue.
What do Michigan's overinflated voter rolls, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's political ambitions and the Democratic power brokers like George Soros all have in common?
Some suggest it's a coordinated plan to weaken election integrity in key battleground states to allow those who oversee elections to propel themselves to higher office.
Former Republican gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon and former Michigan Secretary of State Senator Ruth Johnson discussed the possibility on the Tudor Dixon podcast on I think we need to understand as we go into election day, these secretaries of state are doing.
They have said that they're coordinating, so there are seven different secretaries of states across the country who've said they're coordinating on the 2024 election.
Remember, she also said that it was during 2020 where they started first to learn how to coordinate.
And you also had...
And I wonder if this woman was the same one.
You remember you had the woman like earlier last year talking about how, I believe as Secretary of State, she was like calling her Secretary of State going, are you doing lockdowns?
Oh, you are?
Okay, great.
I'll do them too.
And they were setting COVID policy by just calling their girlfriends in the Secretary of State office next door.
And just going, are you abusing your populace?
Oh, you are?
Oh, you're abusing the populace?
I'll abuse the populace too then.
Since she's doing it, it's okay that I do it.
We have consensus.
We're coordinating together.
So that was all part of this as well, right?
People in offices and state governments working together across state to make it look like what was happening was a nationwide campaign rather than just being arbitrarily instituted by People with no expertise or authority to do the things they're doing.
So we can do something about this or we can just let these SBLC plants, these puppets, these criminal conspirators get away with this and then become governor or then become vice president or then become head of election security nationwide and just continue to do this forever.
Johnson defeated Benson to become Secretary of State in 2010 and served in that role from 2011 to 2019.
Benson, a former hate crimes investigator for the disgraced Southern Poverty Law Center, told the Boston Globe earlier this month she's in constant communication with election officials in seven battleground states every day.
This is what she's been focusing on for the last four years.
She's been focusing every day on coordinating with the swing states to rig the election.
Alright, welcome back folks.
I've got a few more videos that I want to play in this segment.
I'm going to open up the phone lines for your calls in the next hour.
We do have Ukraine and Israel news to get to, but obviously the election is all important right now.
One troubling thing I've heard, and I don't have the exact stats, maybe the crew can find it, but Out of all of the early voting, women are outpacing men by a two-to-one margin, like something huge.
Men need to vote.
If you're a man and you're listening to me, you need to vote.
You need to vote.
If that's the case, we're going to lose because women tend to vote Democrat overall, non-married women mostly.
Married women vote Republican.
Please go out and vote.
I mean, my God, I don't know how much more important this could possibly be.
From the Gateway Pundit, a former White House advisor says Kamala wants to start a civil war.
Stefan March, author of The Next Civil War, says American society has just entered its most dangerous political state yet.
Ray Dalio, former founder of the world's largest head fund, also sees a risk of an American civil war growing, saying we're now on the brink.
No matter if you're a Democrat, Republican, or Independent, we can all sense that America is barreling towards catastrophe of one kind or another.
47% of Americans think a civil war is likely in the near future, according to a recent poll.
And I haven't seen a lot about this too.
I don't know if it was just a brainwave that went through people yesterday, but it was like everything was kind of cool.
And then all of a sudden I was just seeing tons of posts.
I was getting texts from people just being like, you know, they're never going to let Trump into office.
They're going to start a civil war.
They're going to shut down the grid.
They're going to launch martial law for a week immediately following the election.
And I said yesterday, they still have so many cards to play at this point.
And we know how desperate and psychopathic these people are.
And some people are suggesting that World War III is going to kick off fully with a major exchange between Israel and Iran before the election.
Intent to derail the 2024 election on top of other things.
So be prepared, folks.
Be prepared.

They just come out with energy gummies.
They're delicious and they really do work.
And the crew had a bunch of them stacked up because they were going to film some of them for, you know, commercials and stuff.
I didn't realize, so I stole them and ate them and they're very good.
They're very good.
Energy gummies with caffeine, taurine, guarana, and B12. I think they tasted really good, honestly.
And it gave me plenty of energy.
And you can get them now at thealexjonesstore.com and support us and keep us on the air and in the fight.
Now...
I got a couple more videos to get to about the election in particular.
Let's see if we can get to all of them.
First, this clip is clip 19.
I'm a little jealous of this clip because I talked about this yesterday and I've talked about it a bunch.
I've sort of repeated it probably at least once a week for the last year.
And that is that January 6th was about the certification or non-certification of the election and that they changed the rules so that you can only certify the election now.
They have...
Eliminated the actual purpose of the gathering of Congress on January 6th is now a ceremonial procedure rather than an actual one.
I've talked about this a lot.
I talked about it extensively yesterday.
Apparently we could have had a viral hit on our hands because this lady basically says the same stuff.
This video has gotten like 100 or 1.2 million views and has gone totally viral.
If only we'd known, that would have been us with those numbers.
But it's okay.
We'll tell you the truth, no matter how many people are listening.
Let's go to clip number 19 here.
Kamala Harris does not have the power to decertify the election.
unidentified
How did I miss this?
Back in 2022, Congress got together and they had changed the law that stated that the Vice President was in charge of certifying or not certifying the election.
Remember, this is why J6 happened, right?
And this is why they changed that law.
They changed it because of Trump.
They added it to the end-of-year spending bill, which is probably why a lot of us didn't get a chance to see it.
That bill was huge.
We were more focused on the foreign aid that was going to Israel and Ukraine.
So the new legislation raises the threshold required for members of Congress to object certifying the electors.
Before, only one member of the House and Senate respectively had to object to force a roll call vote on state electors.
That helped make the objections to new presidents something of a routine partisan tactic.
It also added that the new provisions make it very clear that the vice president's responsibility in the process are merely ceremonial and that the vice president really has no say in determining who actually won the election.
Under the new rules, one-fifth of each chamber is required to force a vote on states' slates of electors.
Before it was only one, you only had to have one person, but now they need to have one-fifth of each chamber.
So Kamala...
I gotta wait for this train.
According to this, and according to this new law that they put in, the Democrats pushed and they put in, Kamala Harris does not have the power to not certify the election.
They have to get one-fifth from each chamber to vote, to pass a vote for it.
It has to involve Congress.
And I don't know if they have that.
harrison smith
Yeah, just like I said yesterday, their knee-jerk, ill-advised response to January 6th was to screw themselves over.
So now if the election goes to Trump, they have crippled themselves.
Their own response is severely limited.
Now, I've heard other people suggesting that what could happen is they could use the 25th Amendment to get Biden out and have Kamala Harris placed in beforehand, and then she would have the power to do some crazy stuff.
I don't think that's likely.
I really don't.
It could happen, but it wouldn't really matter.
There's a video of a woman.
Again, it went totally viral, and it was her saying, you know, they're going to put Kamala Harris in, and then she's going to be able to write executive order after executive order to basically hamstring Trump or screw things up so much that when he gets into office, everything collapses.
That's always a possibility.
The thing is, why wouldn't Joe Biden just do that?
Like they don't need to put Kamala Harris in to do that.
So that theory just it has a has an extra step of 25th Amendment ousting Biden or killing him and then putting Kamala in like that's they just do it with Biden.
There's no reason to have Kamala in there.
So I think that's a little bit silly, but they are insane.
And there is something called Trump proofing that's been going on and we've been talking about it.
And it's not just happening in the United States.
It's happening in places like the UN and NATO where they know that Trump is going to interfere, interrupt a lot of their plans.
And so preemptively, they're writing laws or putting in provisions to agreements that are five year, 10 year long obligations with the assumption that even if Trump gets in and wants to cut off the funding to Ukraine, he won't be able to because they've already passed a 10 year guarantee of funding to Ukraine. he won't be able to because they've already passed a So the idea of Trump proofing a lot of this agenda is very accurate.
And they are doing that and have been doing that and continue to do that and will do that up until Inauguration Day, assuming Trump wins the election.
So all of these things, very concerning.
And look, they can crash the economy when Trump gets into office.
They could launch World War III when Trump gets into office.
I mean, no matter how badly Trump wants to avoid World War III, if you have a nuclear exchange between Russia and Ukraine or Israel and Iran, that's World War III, whether we like it or not.
So, again, the number of cards they have to play and the severity of the effect of these cards is basically infinite.
They have a lot of power and a lot of strings still yet to pull.
They are insane though.
One thing we have going for us is that the Democrats are genuinely psychotic and nothing they say makes any sense.
And they're sort of telling on themselves.
Let's go to clip number 20 here.
Again, this is the party that has policies that are so outlandish and insane that They get away with them because people don't believe that they're true.
The nine-month abortions, the transing kids, the taking kids away from their parents for not transing them.
These people are insane.
And when you tell an average person, they'll take your kid away for, you know, if you don't like them being gay or whatever.
They go, there's no way that's true.
That's impossible.
I can't even believe you said that.
You're such a bad person.
And then they hear somebody on CNN say Donald Trump is Hitler and wants to...
I don't know.
Throw all the black people in prison.
Make them slaves again.
And they take it seriously and they're very concerned.
They're fired up and they want to do everything they can to fight back.
I don't get it.
I don't get the psychology here.
Because it's broken.
Because it doesn't work.
Because it's...
There's something I'm missing in this equation.
That...
It means the outcome is wrong.
Let's go to clip number 20, where Democrats are talking about Donald Trump putting them all in internment camps.
Let's watch.
unidentified
He wants to start internment camps.
And that's what we are busy talking to every voter.
He's telling you what he's going to do.
Believe him.
Internment camps?
Yes, he has talked in tournament camps.
You know what, Jake?
You may have to visit me in one.
I get worried enough when he talks about what he's going to do to his political enemies.
But he has talked about them with different groups of people.
harrison smith
No, he hasn't.
No, he actually hasn't.
Your side has.
No, your side has actually drawn up the plans.
During COVID, If we didn't have guns, you would have put us in internment camps.
You did it in Australia.
There were actual internment camps in Australia.
You can do that here because we have guns and we won't let you, but you would have if you could have.
They are building FEMA camps all over the country.
for some intended purpose, you don't just build these things for no reason, right?
unidentified
Yeah, these people are insane.
harrison smith
But again, it's projection.
And let's try not to make the mistake of just laughing at these people and thinking they're silly.
In the same way that I described yesterday, how they're going on and on about voter ID being voter suppression and we're arguing with them and calling them stupid and mocking them for...
Like thinking it's the 1950s and they're fighting against Jim Crow.
It's like, we just want voter ID. What the hell are you talking about?
They're firing everybody up saying they don't want black people to vote.
And it's just all nonsense.
We're distracted by that.
Meanwhile, they really are putting in voter suppression measures in Pennsylvania.
And Houston and all over the country where every ballot takes 20 plus minutes to fill out.
So the lines are out the door and they're shutting down the offices early.
They actually are engaged in voter suppression.
So instead of laughing at how silly the dumbass Democrats are talking about Trump wants to put me in an internment camp.
The lady in Pearl sitting in some office in Washington, D.C. Like she's some beleaguered, you know, rebel activist against a totalitarian government.
Like this insane delusion.
It is laughable.
It is absurd.
But why are they calling Trump and Trump supporters Nazis?
Why are they calling them garbage?
Why are they dehumanizing them in this way?
As a predicate to violence.
As a prerequisite to having the manufactured consensus of going after Trump supporters with the government and actually using the internment camps that they have drawn up.
They put in policy to the Pentagon directive to allow deadly force to be used by the military in America on domestic conflicts in cooperation with the local police.
They have done that.
They've put that...
unidentified
I trust the process.
harrison smith
Exactly.
That's...
Wow, what a great time to play that.
Because it will literally be like...
Well, the Harris death squads are rounding up Trump supporters for the crime of wrong think.
I mean, don't you think this is a little bit unconstitutional, lady?
And she will respond.
unidentified
I trust the process.
harrison smith
I trust the process.
I mean, the process is happening.
There is a process, okay?
The process is that if they post something wrong on the internet, the stormtroopers drag them away.
That's the process that I trust.
That's literally what it's going to be.
Well, you know, there's processes in place for this type of thing.
Just families being dragged out in the middle of the night.
They protested abortion!
I mean, this is, okay.
But we trust the process, right?
Let's talk a little bit more about the election.
Clip number 15 here.
Is a well-informed mother shutting down a single-issue pro-abortion voter on air.
It's painful how big of a deal abortion is in this election.
Donald Trump has gone out of his way over and over again, to his own detriment, by the way, and undermining his own support amongst his key demographic.
He has still gone out of his way to say abortion is not an issue here.
I'm not going to do a federal anything with it.
I will veto any federal measures.
It's to the states.
I got that for you.
You're welcome.
It's not an issue, but it is the top issue.
It's the only thing Kamala Harris has to run on, and it's not even a thing.
These people are divorced from reality in a really severe way.
Let's go to clip number 15.
unidentified
Which candidate has the capacity to go like this to everybody?
The person who isn't going to change their mind constantly?
The person who didn't put Supreme Court's injustice that took my rights away?
I don't even need to say that person's name.
You know exactly who it is.
So Jenna, let's get a balanced take on it.
Tiffany Justice, co-founder of the Moms for Liberty.
chris cuomo
How do you believe the issue of not just reproductive rights, but where women are going to be in terms of what they will prioritize in this election?
unidentified
Yeah, I think Jenna's right.
I think American women are infuriated and we're infuriated about the fact that only a third of children are reading on grade level in America's public schools.
Where was my body, my choice during COVID? So, you know, it's almost 9 o'clock.
We spent a lot of time talking about something that is now an issue for the states to handle.
And I think it's time we start talking about where we really are in America when it comes to kids.
And as far as Jenna's point about which candidate is going to put their arms around everyone, you know what I see?
I was at MSG.
I gave the invocation on Sunday and I saw RFK there.
I saw Tulsi Gabbard there.
I saw people in that audience that have never voted Republican before in their lives.
And they're coming together to support Donald Trump.
So we're looking towards the future.
We're very concerned about the health issues that we're seeing across the country and making America great again.
Making America healthy again is something that American moms want.
Do you believe that?
harrison smith
Well, yeah, American moms.
unidentified
you These women aren't moms.
harrison smith
They chose a different route, actually.
And really, I mean, she just brought up like one or two things there, but the number of things that are more important than abortion, it really is astonishing.
Reading levels is just one of them.
She's like, how about we graduate people who can read?
What'd you say, a third of the kids graduating can't read at grade level?
A third of kids in school can't read at grade level?
Grade level, you know, probably because of the COVID lockdowns that you forced on all of us and called us terrorists that wanted to watch grandma die for opposing.
How many times do we have to be right about all of this crap?
And like, how can people not take this stuff seriously?
They just can be wrong over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
And they just never learn their lesson, really?
this is where we are at this point?
alex jones
Honestly.
Absolutely.
harrison smith
It's honestly wild.
Because I cannot, I just cannot fathom what's going on in these people's minds.
Like, I just, I cannot model this through my thinking.
I can't.
I really can't.
Because my perspective on all this, COVID's the best example.
Shutting down the schools.
They're talking about locking down everything for however long.
We're sitting here going, that's a terrible idea.
You're going to destroy their education.
You're going to ruin the economy.
You're going to destroy the supply lines.
Everything's going to be terrible.
This virus isn't actually that big of a deal.
This is all just a scam to get us to take the vaccine.
They're doing it for mail-in-bouth.
We're yelling at all this.
We're being told that we are hateful.
We're being told, actually, you're motivated by a desire to see grandmothers die.
This is how absurd this gets.
We cover it every day.
Every single day, it's the only way that they cover things.
Joe Biden says, The only garbage I see are Trump supporters.
And the headline they run with is, Republicans seize on Biden's statements to make political gain.
As if it's dishonest, as if what we're doing is not legitimate.
We're just telling the truth.
And when the President of the United States calls half the country garbage, that's kind of a big story.
But no, it has to be portrayed as if...
Republicans seize on—when the reality is, you know, Democrats seize on bad joke at Trump rally to frame, you know, to score political points, to frame Trump as hateful.
Like, they do do this.
We do not do this.
We get blamed for it.
So we say all this stuff.
We're told that really our motivation is secretly because we love watching grandmothers die, okay?
This is how little sense it makes.
At least you could— At least you could have an argument.
It's totally fallacious and untrue and ridiculous anyway, but it's like, if you want a border, you must be racist.
But at least there's some sense of logic there, where it's like, if you were a racist, you would be for a closed border on the basis of your racism.
That kind of makes sense.
It's obviously not why any of us want a closed border.
Just like the reason we...
We want cops to arrest shoplifters isn't because we hate black people.
These are the weird excuses they come up with where we want something normal.
They have to come up with some ulterior motive that we have for wanting something normal.
But when it came to COVID, the reason they came up with was you guys just love the virus and want to see old people die.
We're just like, just don't shut down the economy.
Don't shut down the education.
Just don't do that.
It's so stupid.
It's so short-sighted.
It's going to have massive reverberations, negative consequences forever.
Don't do this.
We're told actually you just secretly want to kill grandma so we're going to do it anyway.
Fast forward a few years and they're like shocked to learn that the education system was destroyed.
They're shocked to learn that every school student in America is three grades behind and suffering from severe mental illness because you locked them in your room for two years.
It's pretty simple to me.
We were right and then we watched the outcome that we predicted take place.
What is it like to be so wrong?
I can't imagine.
Yeah, actually wearing a mask can help your child learn.
Why is this person not in jail?
Whoever wrote that, why are they not being subjected to the severest punishment available?
I just don't get it.
It's...
Actually, attempting to model this brain is very painful to me.
Try to imagine what it's like to not be able to understand, be so scared by the virus that you're willing to lock your kid in his room for two years, and then to later be shocked that he's not reading at grade level.
How does that happen?
How do you...
I don't know.
And it's like there's tens of hundreds of millions of them out there thinking this way.
Very, very scary.
It's very scary stuff.
We get back on the other side.
We're going to do a short video.
I'm going to put out the phone lines for your numbers and we're going to move on to some international news, including two things that have nothing to do with each other, okay?
They have absolutely nothing to do with each other, okay?
The fact that Spain canceled arms deals with Israel and then got a once-in-a-century flood, they have nothing to do with each other, folks.
These are two separate stories that are not related at all to the Israeli arms deal and the sudden, unexpected, globally-engineered flood.

During the George Floyd riots, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey abandoned the city's third precinct, surrendering it to rioters who then set fire to it.
unidentified
The mayor defends abandoning the third precinct.
If we were to continue to attempt to hold the third precinct, Very likely there would have been hand-to-hand combat, likely serious injury, and maybe death.
greg reese
After the George Floyd riots, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey was in the spotlight to defund the police.
unidentified
Majority of Minneapolis' city council is pledging to defund or dismantle the police department following the death of George Floyd.
However, the city's mayor, Jacob Frey, opposes that.
Protesters chanted go home, Jacob, over the weekend after he said he does not support dismantling the department.
You campaigned on reform.
That's part of how you got elected.
You have reformed the body cam policy.
You have banned warrior training.
But we still have the George Floyd incident.
Is reform enough?
I don't want to comment on precisely what the council meant by disbanding or ending the police force.
I think there's varying opinions.
But what I'm saying is, look, I'm not for abolishing, but deep structural reform, absolutely, we have to make it happen.
greg reese
To reform the police, they decided to replace SWAT teams with social workers.
Governor Tim Walz gave it his stamp of approval while admitting they don't have the staff to do it.
unidentified
This idea of violence interveners and problem solvers or social workers pairing with police to respond to some mental health calls, many of those are domestic situations that escalate very quickly and turn violent.
How realistic is it to have a social worker respond with a police officer in real time?
I'm just curious, would it almost require a separate force of social workers and violence interveners to respond to these calls?
And how would that work in practical?
Well, here's what I would tell you is when it comes to social workers, I've been talking about this forever.
tim walz
I think we talk about Minnesota and I oftentimes point the rosy picture of where we rank on certain things.
unidentified
You've heard me say this as a teacher, we rank last on school counselors and social workers.
So one of the things is of trying to find those people, trying to have them out there and trying to have them integrated into real life.
greg reese
Last week, on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, Davis Maturi was doing yard work outside his South Minneapolis home when his neighbor shot him.
unidentified
Surveillance video obtained by NBC Minneapolis affiliate Care 11 shows the moment Maturi fell to the ground.
greg reese
His neighbor, John Sawczak, was then charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, and stalking and harassment because Maturi has been reporting him to the police for over a year.
unidentified
According to court documents, Matori had called police on Sawcheck 19 times in the last year, alleging his neighbor had threatened to kill him and his wife, brandished a knife at them, and hurled racial slurs.
greg reese
Maturi was told by a female police commander that her officers were frightened of Sawchack and she didn't want to put them at risk.
After shooting his neighbor, Sawchack was not arrested.
They sent social workers and psychologists to try and de-escalate the situation.
And after days of this, Frey and O'Hara had a press conference to complain about the public's outrage.
unidentified
To that victim, I say I am sorry that this happened to you.
But it could not be anything further from the truth to say that we did nothing or that we just simply don't care.
That's not true.
Everything that we do is impacted by the reality that the police department is much smaller today than what it was prior to 2020, and we are dealing with a much higher call load.
We cannot, as a community, on one hand say, hey, we want cops to use less force.
We want less SWAT teams.
We want more de-escalation.
And then when we actually do that, say, how come the cops didn't use the SWAT team right away?
We have been there 24-7 the last few days.
We have been using our behavioral threat assessment team.
We have used a psychiatrist.
We have spoken to this individual's family.
We have made dozens of attempts to attempt to contact this person.
But again, to say that we simply don't care or we did nothing is simply not true.
This feels a whole lot more like politics than it does like somebody that's trying to find a solution.
greg reese
We're about trying to find a solution right now.
unidentified
Again, less politics.
That kind of thing is gross.
greg reese
Hours after this press conference, Sawchack was finally arrested and taken into custody.
harrison smith

We are in the crucible at this moment.
And where we go from here is determined entirely by your participation or not.
Whether you are willing to go up against the Democrats with the same fervor and passion that they have in destroying everything that we love about this country.
Thankfully, there are a few, however rare, examples of leftists or Democrats Even after years of this, even after really decades of the gaslighting, it's finally become enough.
At a certain point, whether it was the lies about Joe Biden, the lies about Donald Trump, there was finally a straw that broke the camel's back.
Which is astonishing because up to this point, the camel's been walking around with You know, several skyscrapers worth of weight on its back.
I mean, the level of lying has been overwhelming for a very long time, but finally, you know, they went too far.
Finally, they're starting to lose some of the more I don't know, observant or thoughtful people on the left.
I don't even know if they're the more observant or thoughtful.
Sometimes it's just people that get screwed over by their own side.
In fact, now that I think about it, that is the deciding factor.
I didn't realize it until just now, but that is what it is.
We figured it out.
If you want to break people away from the leftist cult, they just have to accidentally say something or do something that the leftist cult doesn't like.
I didn't realize this until just now because I got two videos I want to show you.
One is Anna Kasparian of the Young Turks.
The other is Mayor Adams from New York.
Both of them saying similar things about the rhetoric and the lies and the division of the Democratic Party.
I just realized, oh yeah, both of these people were attacked by their own side for not being sufficiently blind to the problems that their size caused.
So Anna Kasparian was assaulted by homeless people.
Complained about this and was attacked by her own side.
And this was the first, you know, chink in the armor.
This was the first hole in the dam that is slowly but surely becoming a flood.
Mayor Adams criticized the migrant crisis and was suddenly hit with criminal charges and arrested and had his house searched.
So I was going to say, I was trying to think, what is it about these two people that has allowed them to break away from the Democrat cult?
And I realized it's because both of them were attacked by the cult.
Sort of one of the internal corrective measures of liberalism.
It's almost like a natural law.
It's like when you are so cultish, so despicable, so dishonest, So demanding of total, complete, submissive agreement with the will of the majority.
It's like an inevitable thing that any free thinker, anybody with even the ability, let alone the will, to think for themselves is going to be attacked eventually.
They're going to leave.
And there's like a poison pill in the very mindset of leftism, and we've talked about this forever, all the way back in 2016, people being surprised that Bernie Sanders submitted to Hillary Clinton, even though she blatantly cheated.
People were confused by this, and it's like, what do you not understand?
This is the ideology.
The ideology is one of groupthink.
It is one of submission of the self to the crowd.
It's not out of character, out of line, that a socialist would submit to the authority.
That's the point of their ideology.
That's what they believe, totally.
Okay?
So, let's go to these videos.
First, we'll go to Anna Kasparian, sounding, frankly, a hell of a lot like me yesterday.
Let's go to clip 21.
ana kasparian
Can we just please not provide cover For our leaders when they make mistakes like this.
That was a terrible mistake that Biden made.
It should not be justified.
Again, if you're a private citizen and you have your personal views about the Republican electorate, that's on you and that's your business.
You have not taken an oath to represent the country.
You're not the President of the United States.
And I don't know why anyone would think it's a good idea to celebrate or applaud Political culture in this country that allows for the president to just regularly trash tens of millions of people that he himself is supposed to be representing.
That is not a good culture to set.
And things will just continue devolving.
I don't think that this is a winning thing to do.
I'm not proud of what Biden did.
And honestly, the thing that frustrates me even more is that after he made those statements, even though he was on video making those statements, a bunch of people are totally gaslighting about how it didn't happen.
It's totally made up.
It's fake.
A scary world that we're currently living in, where a lot of people, a lot of voters, a lot of people in the media, just not based in, their views are not based in reality at all.
And they would rather lie to people in order to cover up a mistake or a terrible act of an individual in a position of power.
I don't even recognize what's happened to the Democratic Party anymore, to be honest.
And luckily, you have people like Kamala Harris pushing back, and I'm really proud of her for doing that.
And if you're offended by it, be offended by it.
I don't really care.
I see the direction that the country is going in with this type of divisive, disgusting rhetoric from people who, again, went out of their way to get elected to represent the people.
When you make that decision, when you are awarded that position by the people, you need to represent the people, including the individuals who decided to cast their ballots for someone else.
harrison smith
Incredible things are happening, folks.
Incredible things are happening.
Some semblance of logic is breaking its way through the firewall of democratic madness.
And it's a beautiful thing to see.
She's exactly right.
I mean, you know, she sounds like she's on Infowars.
You people are dislocated from reality.
Now, the issue with this is that, you know, Anna Kasparian herself...
Might be most famous for and was memed into existence by calling all Trump supporters garbage, ironically enough.
And she makes a little caveat there where she's like, if you're a private person, it's okay.
You haven't taken an oath to represent half the country or, you know, represent the whole country.
Now you're insulting half.
So she carves out a little caveat for herself.
But I should have grabbed that video.
And if the crew can bring it in, people haven't seen it.
She was totally viral in 2016 after the election of Donald Trump.
For saying in no uncertain terms, you are garbage.
I am better than you.
You are garbage.
So it's like, okay.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, this is who you people are.
So, you know, if you're mad that this is the discourse, look in the frickin' mirror, you weirdos.
It's the classic continuous and still to this day constant thing where like Donald Trump will insult a person or a select group of people.
It happened with Joe Rogan.
Donald Trump's talking about The View and he says these women are so stupid.
And then that's extrapolated out, that's cut out.
And then it's presented with the headline, Trump calls women stupid.
Trump insults or criticizes a black person.
He criticizes whoever.
Whoopi Goldberg.
And that becomes Trump says about black people, blah, blah, blah.
Trump insults all black people.
Trump says this about black women.
It's like, no, he said that.
It's crazy because it's like still going on, right?
His Joe Rogan episode has this example with the view.
These crazy women.
And of course, the first viral moment of Trump's political career was only Rosie O'Donnell.
From the very beginning to the very end has been a continual aspect of the coverage of Trump that he will talk about a person and they extrapolate it to everybody.
But because they do that, because the people only read the headlines or because they listen to the clips of Trump out of context, they think it's true that Trump's calling all women stupid or all black people whatever.
And so I guess they feel justified when they actually do say the things that they say.
So in one case, you'll have Donald Trump saying something about Whoopi Goldberg.
They'll say, Trump says all black people, blah, blah, blah.
And then you've got major Democratic politicians and operatives, like the President of the United States, saying, the only garbage I see are Trump supporters or ultra-MAGA or domestic terrorists.
Or they'll just straight up be like, white people are all evil and they all need to die.
Like, they just come out and say, so it's like, and then they go, this rhetoric has gotten out of control.
Actually, there's a good Babylon Bee headline about this.
Biden calls on deplorable garbage Nazis to tone down the rhetoric.
That's exactly right.
Biden calls on deplorable garbage Nazis.
Hey, tone down the rhetoric, alright?
You're making division here, you garbage Nazi scum.
We're not playing the two sides game.
We're not pretending like this is the outcome of Trump being moderately insulting to Rosie O'Donnell.
That is not what has brought us down.
Trump never criticizes the American people like that.
He'll say, oh, these activists are crazy.
The extremists on that side are out of whack.
He'll say stuff like that.
It's the other side.
And I don't even need to keep going because it just goes on and on.
It goes on and on and on.
Maybe the best thing to do is just mock and laugh and parody it.
They go, in a renewed effort to lower the political temperature in the lead up to the presidential election next week, President Joe Biden called on all deplorable garbage Nazis to tone down the rhetoric.
Quote, listen up, you Nazis.
Here's the deal.
Dangerous inflammatory rhetoric has no place in our political discourse.
That's why I'm calling on all of Donald Trump's nasty, disgusting, disease-infested, Hitler-loving supporters to knock it off.
Got it?
The idea these sewer-dwelling, racist, women-hating fascists would try to infect our democracy was such vile.
And by the way, they're the worst, the absolute scum of the earth, walking pieces of human scat.
And this time, but this time is a time for unity.
We have to come together as one people, all of us, along with the hideous, festering buckets of human slime who support Donald Trump to unite this country.
And that's the that's it in speech.
Very, very well done by the Babylon Bee.
And, you know, Anna Kasparian points out, she's like, why are people gaslighting?
She says gaslighting the American people.
I mean, I swear, she copied my monologue yesterday.
alex jones
Copying...
harrison smith
I was just...
Okay.
It's wild.
It's wild.
Gaslighting the American people.
It's on video him saying it.
And you have Tim Wall's vice presidential candidate coming out and saying he never said that.
Other people saying it was his stutter, which is why you didn't hear the apostrophe.
I mean...
You people have a problem.
Okay.
Okay.
It's not a both sides thing.
It's not a we do it, they do it.
You people are the ones doing this.
You've always been the ones doing this.
This is your entire strategy.
Now, ironically, here I am being like, you people are bad, but if you would stop doing that, I wouldn't say this.
If you would take this revelation you're having and extrapolate it to all of the other instances of gaslighting and madness and blatant lies and insulting half the electorate and being just terrible, hateful, vengeful, vindictive people, then maybe, you know...
We could heal this divide, but you keep voting for these people.
You keep electing these people.
You keep celebrating these people.
You keep believing these liars.
So until you stop it, we aren't going to be able to come together as a country.
And honestly, it's making us feel like suckers extending the hand of friendship.
That's the ultimate outcome of this.
We keep being like, no, really, we just want what's best for America.
Seriously, it's like, we're not racist, we just want a closed border.
We don't hate women, we just want babies to be protected.
We just want you on our side.
We just want to be a team.
We just want to be us against everybody else.
You're America.
We're America.
It's us.
We're the team.
Everybody who's not on our team is on a different team.
So why are you undermining our team?
You're going to lose.
We all are all going to lose.
So stop.
So stop doing this.
And it's like, I guess we're just being stupid.
I guess you just want to be enemies.
I guess we just should treat you like enemies.
Like, you're running out of time.
Very, very rapidly.
Republicans, conservatives, decent people that just want to be left alone, that just want a country that runs well, that just doesn't want their kids indoctrinated into some bizarre, perverted sex cult.
Like, just stop doing that and we'll be fine.
But the people that are feeling that way, like, they're running out of patience.
And, like, you are proving time and time again that Even when it seems like there's a chance to come together, you people will use that to further commit subversion, to further divide and sow hate.
So, like, it's up to you.
You Democrats have to stop doing this or Republicans have to stop being so nice to you.
I don't care which one it is.
Honestly, it doesn't matter to me.
But, like, one of these outcomes has to be Where we end up.
Either Democrats.
Sincerely stopping.
Insane nation destroying.
Morons.
Being led around.
By the nose.
By relentless lies.
Or like we have to.
Stop you by force.
Like that's the only.
Those are the only options.
We've been trying.
And it's really been testing our patience.
Over the last 10 years.
Getting you to stop doing this, but like it's not the only option we have.
We can stop being nice and a lot of people are getting sick of extending out that hand of friendship.
Welcome you.
We're like, all right, you want to come in?
You can come into our house.
And you're like, ooh, now I get to steal things.
Oh, now that they're letting me in, I can really mess them up.
Now that they're extending that fringes to those fools for trusting us, like that's what you're doing over and over.
So we're going to stop trusting you.
We're going to stop trying.
And that's fine.
I'm fine with that too.
I don't care at this point.
It's just you people need to be stopped.
So, that's your fault.
So you did that, it's your fault, and everybody who cares knows it.
Let's go to the mayor of New York, Mayor Adams, saying this exact same thing.
He also has recognized it because he has also been subjected to their bile.
Let's watch.
eric adams
And they're talking about these real problems we're having.
And with all that's going on to everyday New Yorkers, we're asking questions that is someone a fascist or is someone a Hitler.
That's insulting to me.
That is insulting.
And I'm not going to engage in that.
Everyone needs to turn down the rhetoric.
Because after Election Day, we still have to be the United States and not the divided states.
And so if people can't understand their real issues facing New Yorkers, and I just find it just humiliating that what everyday mom and pops are doing and going through across this country, that here we are, Having this conversation about this silly item.
So I refuse to participate in that.
I'm going to fight for New Yorkers like I've done for years.
And whomever can't understand that, they're not in the streets.
When I'm at these town halls...
Talking to people there, they're not asking me these silly questions.
We are in this bubble, you know?
And I know you guys really believe these stories you're writing.
It gives you a lot of clicks.
It's exciting.
It gives you headlines.
But this is not what New Yorkers and Americans are dealing with, folks.
They are scared of their future.
Someone needs to stand up and say, enough of this.
Tone down the rhetoric.
Let people hear the facts.
Let them vote and let's decide what the next four years are going to be for our city.
And that's my position.
I cannot make it any clearer.
harrison smith
Mayor Adams says it's silly to ask whether Trump is a fascist.
Again, you know, maybe they'll make it.
Maybe they'll complete their transition eventually into understanding That is literally just their side.
Right now, they're still sort of a little bit on the fence.
Like, you ask Anna Kasperian, she'll be like, I'm not a Trump supporter.
There's no way I'm not a conservative.
Those people are horrible.
But, like, she'll see.
She'll see.
She keeps going down the path.
She goes down.
She'll recognize that, like, wow.
It's this really kind of frenetic, hateful...
Energy that compels everything on the left side.
And when I go to the right, they genuinely love me.
Like, that's the thing.
If Anna Kasparian put on a MAGA hat, nobody would have a problem with her.
Nobody on our side would care.
You'd have a few people.
Because she has spent her entire career, the last several decades, just leveling the most insulting lies at Trump supporters and MAGA. But we just want you to stop being evil.
So just stop and we'll be good.
We'll love you.
We do love you.
We love all of America.
We want you all to be on the same page.
We want you all to get out from under this cult that you're under.
So you'll see.
So you'll see.
You'll come around.
I hope.
Probably the same with Adams as well, because he said in that statement, which was mostly true, but he has to drop in the both sides thing.
We gotta just stop this rhetoric.
What rhetoric?
Trump pretending to be a garbage man while Biden calls all of his supporters Nazis and him a fascist?
Should we both tone down the rhetoric?
Trump serving Big Macs?
Is that the rhetoric we should tone down?
Is it him just saying he loves America and we want to stop the wars and protect the American people?
He'll be the protector of women.
Like, is that the type of rhetoric he should tone down?
Or is it Kamala Harris saying he loves Hitler and wants women to suffer, wants the government to monitor your pregnancies?
Did I put that one in?
Let's go to clip number 22 here.
This is Kamala Harris.
Lying about everything.
Nothing she says in this clip is even remotely true.
Okay?
She lists things out.
Not one of them is even accidentally related to reality.
Let's watch.
kamala harris
And look, Donald Trump's not done.
He would ban abortion nationwide.
unidentified
Nope.
kamala harris
Yes, even here in Pennsylvania if he were successful.
unidentified
Nope.
kamala harris
He would restrict access to birth control.
harrison smith
Nope.
kamala harris
Put IVF treatments at risk.
harrison smith
Nope.
kamala harris
And force states to monitor women's pregnancies.
unidentified
Nope.
kamala harris
Just Google Project 2025.
Read the plans for yourself.
And let us agree, one does not have to abandon their faith or deeply held beliefs to agree the government shouldn't be telling people what to do.
harrison smith
So everything she just said there was a lie.
Every single thing.
Every single thing she mentioned is not just not a priority or a policy that Trump holds.
It is the opposite.
He has explicitly over and over again said there's no national ban on abortion.
He said he loves IVF. I don't even know what she's talking about there.
They're just making things up from whole cloth at this point.
Project 2025, which he has repeatedly disavowed over and over again.
So who needs to tone down the rhetoric?
Who needs to stop lying?
Who needs to stop gaslighting their constituents?
It ain't us, folks.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
unidentified
The third hour of American Journal is on.
harrison smith
We do live from the Infowars headquarters here in Austin, Texas.
We have some international news, and I'm going to open up the phone lines for your calls.
But an article just dropped from Amuse on X that I think is worth...
Honestly, I want to read the whole thing, but it's worth at least pointing to some of the more...
Pertinent points that they're making about the plans for the Democrats after the election.
So we'll go to that in just a second.
First, in international news, Israel evacuation orders hit entirety of Lebanon's ancient city of Baalbek.
This is disturbing.
The Israeli military issued on the 30th of October for the first time ever an evacuation order of the entirety of the eastern Lebanese city of Baalbek, an ancient city with UNESCO World Heritage status.
And there are massive, nearly complete temples there from 1,100 years ago.
People are very worried we'll be damaged by the indiscriminate bombing of Israel.
They have bombed Baalbek.
As far as I know, the ancient ruins have so far escaped destruction.
A leaked draft of the Lebanon deal It shows it would include global oversight, Israeli freedom to act.
A ceasefire proposal between Israel and Hezbollah that the U.S. is pushing begins with a 60-day implementation period, during which time the Lebanese army will deploy along the border and confiscate Hezbollah arms in southern Lebanon, according to a draft agreement.
IDF forces will exit Lebanon within seven days of the end of hostilities and will be replaced by Lebanese armed forces, UN peacekeepers, facilitating the transition.
So I imagine this is probably not something that will actually go into effect, but it is at least a draft and a beginning of the discussion of perhaps winding down the operation in Lebanon.
However, the U.S. ambassador to Lebanon promotes internal uprising to assist Israel.
A high-ranking Lebanese security source revealed to Al-Akbar newspaper that the U.S. ambassador to Lebanon, Lisa Johnson, is continuing her agenda to prepare Lebanon for a post-Hezbollah era by mobilizing internal forces against the Islamic resistance movement while it fights the Israeli army.
In discussions with Lebanese politicians, Johnson reportedly said, Israel cannot achieve everything through war.
It's time for you to do your part and launch an internal uprising under the banner of enough.
And we, of course, told you that one of the only possible Tactics by which Israel could take on Hezbollah would be to start a civil war in Lebanon, which is what they've tried over and over again.
But at this point, Lebanon's just not really falling for it anymore.
If they would have, then they would have.
And finally, we also have Russia, North Korea getting involved in Ukraine.
Russia asks at UN, if West aids Ukraine, why can't North Korea help us?
Russian drones hunt civilians in the streets of Ukrainian city of Kyerson.
Russian drones hunt civilians.
And it's one of these things that I just had to include this one because it was just one of like, you know, a whole bunch of stories about Ukraine today.
But it's just one of these things that's like, man, I really need to appreciate how thoroughly into a dystopian future we have come.
That's just like way down the line, just amongst all the other headlines, is just this little note.
Drones hunt humans in Ukrainian city.
It's just like...
Is this normal now?
Is this...
We're not even...
This isn't even a big deal.
This isn't even a major story.
This is just reality now that you've got...
Autonomous killing drones.
Murdering human beings.
Great.
Great.
So that's just...
A new existential horror...
Ex-extential horror to...
Consider.
Up to 170,000 soldiers may have fled the Ukrainian army.
Zelensky looks to increase recruitment.
By which he means sends out press gangs to shove fathers into vans and then blow them up.
Yeah, 170,000 soldiers ditching their positions.
Not a great endorsement for the war effort.
Finally, we have this.
Spain cancels arms deal with Israeli company worth billions.
The Spanish government has canceled a contract to buy ammunition for its Civil Guard police force from an Israeli defense company.
Madrid announced in a statement on October 29th.
The Spanish government maintains its commitment to not sell weapons to the Israeli state since the armed conflict broke out in the territory of Gaza, says Spain's Interior Ministry.
Although in this case it's an acquisition of ammunition, the Interior Minister Ministry has initiated the administrative procedures to cancel the purchase.
And then in a totally unrelated story that has nothing to do with the previous one, Spain flood death toll expected to rise as dozens missing.
And there's videos of this.
It is a truly unprecedented natural disaster.
Clip 24.
I'm going to go ahead and roll this as...
As B-roll, rescue efforts are continuing in Spain as it endures its worst flooding disaster in decades.
At least 95 people confirmed dead, dozens more missing after huge rains swept the eastern province of Valencia and beyond.
Torrential rains on Tuesday triggered flash floods which swept away bridges and buildings and forced people to climb on roofs or cling to trees to survive.
The images coming out are unimaginable, especially the amount of flooding that's happening without any rain.
That's kind of odd.
But I want to assure you it has absolutely nothing to do with the Israeli armed deal.
Okay?
That's ridiculous.
How could it?
I mean, what are you talking about?
The flooding in Spain, the massive unprecedented once in a millennia flooding that just happened to arrive the day after they canceled the giant arms deal with Israel.
These are two unrelated events that have nothing to do with each other.
Okay?
All right.
So I just want to make it clear.
These have nothing to do with each other.
All right.
I'm going to open up the phone lines for your calls.
In this last segment, we'll be able to take a few for sure.
Give us a call at American Journal, 1-877-789-2539.
1-877-789-2539.
Give us a call about any of the topics that we've covered today.
And before we get into Soros-backed war games, prepare 175 top U.S. leaders for a violent resistance against Trump victory, let's take a little trip back to the good old days of 2016.
Before Anna Kasparian got attacked by her own side and started to free herself from the clutches of the cult.
Shall we?
Let's watch.
ana kasparian
But am I saying that I'm better than you?
I guess I'm going a little further than you are.
Yeah, I'm better than you, okay?
Much better than you.
You are garbage, okay?
If you get a rise out of attacking the powerless, you're garbage.
And you can call me a social justice warrior.
You can call me whatever the you want.
At this point, I don't give a shit, okay?
That's it.
That's who I am.
And it is what it is.
harrison smith
Yeah, those Republicans really need to tone down the rhetoric, don't they?
We all need to tone down the rhetoric, don't we?
You are garbage.
Hey, but hey, she wasn't president of the United States.
It is a little different.
It is a little bit different.
And it's fine, Anna.
We laughed at you then.
We're laughing at you now.
You can just come over to our side, and then we can all laugh at libtards together.
Okay?
We don't take you seriously.
We don't actually care that you call us garbage, because we're not garbage, and you can't hurt our feelings.
So...
Stop actually hanging out with the literal garbage.
And join us on the good side that loves everyone and doesn't want the country to descend into absolute chaos and misery, which is exactly what they're planning.
Again, I am tempted just to read this article verbatim.
I'm not going to, but you should.
It's from Amuse on X. Soros-backed war games prepare 175 top US leaders for violent resistance against Trump victory.
With the election just five days away, the rhetoric from Democratic leaders and their allies have taken a distinct and ominous turn.
It's becoming increasingly clear that the Democratic Party is actively preparing its constituency for what it perceives as an existential threat, a Republican victory next week.
Leading figures in the party from the sitting president to vice president and beyond are cultivating a narrative that dehumanizes Republicans, primes their supporters for violent resistance, and sets the stage for a crisis that could threaten the very stability of the republic.
These efforts go hand in hand with a series of war games, including Democracy's Future Project held less than six months ago in Washington, D.C., where 175 of the most senior and influential government officials, academics, activists, governors, cabinet members, military officers, and grassroots leaders came together to normalize the concept of overturning the outcome of the presidential election if Donald Trump wins in November.
When Kamala Harris refers to Donald Trump as a fascist or when President Joe Biden calls his supporters garbage, these are not slips of the tongue.
They're calculated declarations designed to ignite fear and loathing within their base.
Democrats, armed with propaganda of mainstream media, paint a picture of Trump and his supporters as a malignant force in American society.
It is rhetoric not unlike that used in history to set the groundwork for total warfare against an internal enemy, the type that makes dehumanizing your opposition not just acceptable but moral.
The Rwandan genocide of the 1990s serves as a grim reminder of where such rhetoric can lead.
In Rwanda, Hutu extremists used dehumanizing language referring to the Tutsi minority as cockroaches that needed to be exterminated, which paved the way for one of the worst genocides in modern history.
The parallels in language serve as a stark warning of the dangers inherent in normalizing such vilification.
And he goes on to talk about just all the other ways that they're equating Trump to the greatest villains in history as well as his supporters.
and Thank you.
They say the reliance on incendiary rhetoric should not be surprising.
When Hillary Clinton referred to Trump supporters as a basket of deplorables in 2016, she laid the foundation for a more aggressive form of disdain for half the electorate.
Fast forward to the Biden-Harris era and the dehumanizing rhetoric has only escalated.
President Biden labeled Trump supporters as garbage, echoing and amplifying Clinton's infamous comment, but it doesn't end with leaders at the top.
They go on to talk about the thought leaders on the left, like Joy Reid and Whoopi Goldberg, referring to Trump supporters as cockroaches.
Again, pointing to the Tutsis and Kutu conflict in Rwanda in the 1990s, which is a nice break from referencing World War II because the truth is that all genocides start with the dehumanization which is a nice break from referencing World War II because Rwanda is no different from World War II in that regard.
Conditioning for conflict, while the rhetoric is alarming on its own, it serves an even larger, more dangerous purpose, conditioning the military, law enforcement, and the democratic base for conflict.
The Atlantic's Jeff Goldberg and others have been particularly prolific in advancing the idea that Donald Trump not only disdains the military but seeks to use it as an extension of his will akin to fascist leaders like Hitler and Mussolini.
According to recent articles, Trump supposedly envies the respect Hitler commanded from his generals.
And we've been over that a million times.
General Milley...
Actually sought to prevent Trump from ordering the military to take actions Milley didn't agree with.
Furthermore, Milley even claimed he had contacted the Chinese military, promising them he would personally warn them if Trump planned any attack.
These actions reflect an alarming trend of senior military figures feeling empowered to circumvent the established chain of command, further fueling the narrative of distrust and division.
Something that we've reported on many times.
Democrats such as Jamie Raskin have even floated scenarios involving Congress using the 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from taking office, citing insurrection.
In one viral video, Raskin made it 100% clear that if Trump wins on November 5th, he and his Democratic allies in Congress have a plan to ensure that Trump will not take the oath of office or set foot in the White House again.
He even acknowledged that their actions would likely result in civil war.
Again, every step of the way, InfoWars has been there warning you that this was the inevitable consequence of all of these various methods of subversion and infiltration.
This is...
Why they did it.
I mean, it's not really that complicated at all.
I go on to talk about the pretext of violence with Antifa and Black Bloc serving as the foot soldiers.
And again, pointing to the fact that not only are these things being put into place and ready to be activated, they have actually had war games where they're strategizing exactly how to do this.
175 of the most senior and influential individuals in government, academia, activism, and military ranks participated in tabletop exercises in June and May of this year, including former governors, retired military officers.
These exercises were not merely hypothetical scenarios.
They were aimed at normalizing the idea of overturning a legitimate election outcome if Trump were to win.
These war games included discussions on potential cabinet responses, military action, civil resistance, and law enforcement maneuvers, all geared towards disrupting a Trump victory and fostering divisions.
So this is all very obvious and real.
The New York Times and Washington Post have also run extensive pieces on the supposed need for mass mobilization if Trump wins, calling on Democratic supporters to riot in response.
And just like Ventura won...
It preceded the rollout of COVID-19.
War games played out in June and May have set the stage for the rollout of the project should Trump win the election.
So it needs to be taken seriously and probably just like Eventual 1, the majority of the plans being put into place are all about the media.
It's all about communications, all about information.
If they can...
Stop their enemies from communicating.
If they can push the message that this is a dangerous Civil War scenario, that you should trust the process and the authorities are in charge and the experts have decided.
It's all about messaging.
It's all about informational control.
That's how you pull something like this off or pull something like this.
COVID off.
That's why they are doing this.
That's why they're orchestrating.
That's why it's important now more than ever that Infowars be on the air to provide you the alternative messaging, the reality messaging, and inform you, should the worst come to pass, about what their intentions are.
With that, let's go to your calls.
Captain Matthews in the District of Columbia has called in.
Thank you for calling in.
Captain, you are on the air.
unidentified
I am.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate everything you guys are doing.
I'm making an emergency appeal right now.
I moved to D.C. a couple years ago.
Finally decided to vote.
Open up the voter guide and the second page says non-citizenship D.C. residents and voting allowing non-citizens to vote in this election.
And I was kind of like throwing up my arms, but then yesterday the Supreme Court ruled on October 30th, you can look it up in the Supreme Court dockets, that non-citizens cannot vote in American elections.
This is important.
This will stop The voter nullification and the replacement voters in Virginia, but this applies to all jurisdictions, and it applies to here in D.C. I'm at the federal court right now to get an emergency order seeking a writ of mandate.
I have to file a civil case, get an ex parte, seeking injunctive relief.
And this is open to all attorneys, paralegals, legal counsels, pro se's, and candidates can do this tomorrow or today, if you can pull it off fast enough, and even serve it as late as Monday.
I'm asking that they set aside all non-citizen ballots, that all voters, if they're not identified as non-citizens, their citizenship must be checked for its eligibility.
And the voter rolls must be purged from non-citizens.
This has to happen immediately.
And I don't know if it can affect the outcome of the election in this city or in other jurisdictions.
I implore you all now to do this.
It's possible.
This should have been happening.
I can't believe they waited so long to do this, but thank God they did it.
It happened on Wednesday, what, five days before the election.
But we can get emergency orders.
I recommend everyone.
This is probably the only last way.
MoveOn.org has announced they're going to surge the polls in the next couple of days.
They're already doing it with up to 20 million non-citizen voters.
They won't be able to check their citizenship until after the election, and it's too late.
Once those ballots are opened up and they get tallied, they get put in the pool, it's done.
There's no post-election challenge that can stop that.
It has to happen in the next five days.
harrison smith
Okay, so what has to happen?
What should people do?
unidentified
B, they have to get an emergency order from a federal court stating that they're in violation of federal law.
I do have a case number, if you like.
They're in violation of federal law that non-citizens are not allowed to vote in an American election.
Period.
And this could put all the laws that the Democrats have passed allowing this.
Even in local elections, they're all vacated.
The federal law supersedes these state laws.
They're allowing non-citizens to vote.
harrison smith
And you're exactly right.
This has to be stopped before Election Day.
We even are seeing it with the story that we covered earlier in the show.
Chinese student to face criminal charges for voting in Michigan ballot will apparently count.
Because like you said, once the votes are counted, it's pretty much impossible to go back and identify which ones were legit and which ones weren't.
So it has to be stopped beforehand.
Again, if somebody's listening to this...
Chances are they're not secretaries of state.
What can they do?
Who should they call?
Where should they go?
If we want to get this emergency injunction, what's the process for doing that?
unidentified
Find an attorney that can do this.
Normally, there's election attorneys, but they're few and far between.
But this is eligible to anyone.
You have to file a writ, and the writ is the only action that a citizen can do, even on someone else's behalf.
But you can file yourself as a pro se, as a self-represented litigant.
It's possible.
I've filed many of them.
I know how to do this.
It's eligible.
The Supreme Court has ruled that individuals who file as self-represented litigants actually deserve special solicitude.
They listen to them more.
And you think about this.
The Miranda decision we all know about was filed by a federal inmate in federal prison on a brown paper bag without an attorney.
And he changed American jurisprudence.
If anyone has the courage to try this, go to the federal court.
They'll give you a packet.
It looks daunting, but just go straight to the application.
Start filling it out.
Do the best you can.
There are attorneys that can help you.
harrison smith
Walk me through this, Captain Matthew.
Explain it like I'm five.
I go to the federal courthouse.
What do I say to them?
unidentified
They say, I want to get an emergency order.
And they'll tell you I have to file a civil case.
They're going to give you a big, thick packet.
And they have a packet just for pro se litigants.
For self-represented litigants.
And that's the federal term for it.
And they'll give you a packet.
There's like 30 pages of explanations.
I mean, there are things to know, but at the end of the packet has the actual forms you can fill out.
And they're relatively simple.
Just talk about, this is important, you will suffer as a voter irreparable harm that your vote will be vacated, will be nullified by a replacement voter, by a non-citizen voter.
So this is important for federal court.
You must explain that you will suffer irreparable harm.
So that's what you put in the documents.
They'll have the documents for you.
Fill them out the best you can.
Once you present them to the clerk, you ask the clerk to review it, and she'll put little red shark marks and tell you to correct it on the spot, or they should take it back to the table and sit down and make the corrections.
You want to keep a copy for yourself.
You submit it to them.
You ask for an emergency order.
I'm going to hopefully see the judge tomorrow morning, and the judge will decide if she'll allow me to proceed as an emergency order.
harrison smith
But anyone can do this.
unidentified
Ask me more questions.
harrison smith
When you're filling out the form and you put in irreparable damage to stealing my vote, all the stuff that you just said, do you need to know the case number that you're relying on?
Do you need to know the decision that was made?
Is there a place for that in the form?
Is there anything else that you need to know in the form?
unidentified
It's relatively simple.
You can go to theussupremecourt.gov.
And you just type in order from Wednesday.
I mean, here, I'll give you the order right here.
And you put the name of, you don't actually file against the state of, you file against the name of the registrar of voters in that county.
You just put her personal name because you are personally suing her.
The name of the case is called, gosh darn, I thought I wrote it down.
harrison smith
As you find it, just to reiterate, you go to the federal courthouse.
Yes.
You ask to make an injunction or you ask to, what was the term that you used?
What do you say exactly to that?
unidentified
Well, really you're seeking an emergency order.
harrison smith
Emergency order.
unidentified
And this is very careful.
A lot of the clerks will say, I can't give legal advice.
You're not seeking legal advice.
The word you want to use is procedure.
What are the procedures for giving you an emergency order?
It's a general question.
They have to put down the pencil and answer procedural questions.
So they'll educate on that.
So she says, oh, you want an emergency order, but you have to file a civil case, you against the Secretary of State's name.
harrison smith
Secretary of State or the Register of Voters, is that the same person?
unidentified
No, they're not.
You can do it against the county, but you want to go for the state, the state registrar of voters.
harrison smith
State registrar of voters.
unidentified
Yes, I would recommend that.
The problem is you have to find how to serve the document.
You can call them and tell them there's an emergency hearing, but you want to try to serve it as well.
You have to go to find out their agent of service, if it's directly to the office or...
You can't necessarily file it online.
It's a little bit complex.
I don't know yet here.
I haven't done this in federal court.
So I'll find out what the specific terms are.
The worst they can say is on Monday, oh, we never got served.
That's a risk.
So it is a little bit tricky there.
And I don't know specifically what the feds are right now.
You can find that out.
When you ask the questions, it's actually in the packet.
I know there is serving instructions in the packet.
harrison smith
Were you able to find the case number?
We're running out of time, so is there somewhere online where you can send people if they want to know more about this or want to do it but aren't quite sure?
Is there anywhere people can find out about this, or do you have a social media account?
unidentified
I didn't expect to have this to happen.
Oh, here it is.
Susan Beals is the Secretary of the State of Virginia.
I think the secretary.
It doesn't matter.
You just leave her name.
You don't sue the agency.
You have to sue the person versus the Virginia Coalition for Immigrants' Rights.
harrison smith
Virginia Coalition for Immigrants' Rights.
So that's the case that you're citing.
unidentified
Yes, and there is a federal law, and I don't have it on hand here.
I didn't expect this.
Look up the federal law that doesn't allow non-citizens for voting.
harrison smith
I'll tell you what, Matthew.
We've got 30 seconds left in this show.
I would love if you would call back in tomorrow and we can revisit this because we're rapidly running out of time.
I mean, you've got to get this done today, so thank you so much for calling in.
Of our viewers or listeners want to go try this out and call in tomorrow and tell us where they are in the procedure.
I imagine you can do it today, then you have maybe tomorrow, and then by Monday it might be too late.
So go now and act on this.
And Captain Matthews, please call us back tomorrow and we'll break this down even farther.
Thank you for joining us, folks.
That's it for American Journal.
