Adolf Hitler's father was Alois Schickelgruber, the bastard child of Maria Schickelgruber, who changed his name to Hitler to hide the fact that he was an illegitimate child.
Many historians have claimed that Maria was impregnated by Baron Rothschild when she worked for him.
The Rothschilds have been known to breed thousands of illegitimate children under different names to serve the family's agenda.
And their name isn't really Rothschild.
In the late 18th century, Mayor Amschel Bauer was the private banker for the Black nobility through the House of Hess, and changed the family name just before expanding the family business.
Rothschild means Red Shield, which was their company logo, a six-pointed star which has become known as the Star of David.
This was not a Jewish symbol.
It was introduced by the Rothschilds, who later funded the Zionists.
And in 1948, Rothschild influence compelled the State of Israel to adopt the hexagram as their national symbol.
In the late 1800s, Cecil Rhodes set up a secret society to preserve the expansion of the British Empire.
Known as the Milner Group, their main focus from 1920 to 1938 was to maintain the balance of power in Europe by building up Germany and pitting them against France and Russia.
They discussed creating a situation that would compel Germany to start a Second World War.
During this time, the reparations from the Treaty of Versailles led to hyperinflation in Germany.
And in 1930, as the international banking system was collapsing, the Young Plan was enacted, which required Germany to pay about 2 billion Reichsmarks annually, payable through 1988.
This scheme was funded by J.P.
Morgan, led by the founder of RCA, and directed by members of the Milner Group.
It broke the German economy.
In 1933, Hitler secured funding from the Bank of England, which was run by the Rothschild banking dynasty.
This deal was brokered by John Foster Dulles and Alan Dulles, who later headed the CIA.
With initial funding from the Rothschild Bank of England, Germany invaded Poland and received additional funding from the Bush family's Brown Brothers Harriman.
The Germans were fueled by Standard Oil and supported by Ford, General Electric, DuPont, and IBM, all of which profited greatly from the war.
World War II accomplished the stated goals of the Milner Group.
It made the banks and their cronies even richer, and it directly led to the creation of the United Nations and Israel.
Theodor Herzl, the founder of the Zionist movement, was not a religious Jew.
Officially, he was an atheist.
But more likely, he was an occultist agent of the Rothschilds.
He was no fan of the Jews.
In his own words, he sympathized with anti-Jewish sentiment.
His original plan was to have them all convert to Catholicism.
And when that failed, he decided they should be expelled from Europe.
In 1933, the Havara Agreement, or Transfer Agreement, was made between Nazi Germany and the Zionists, wherein German Jews would be sent to Palestine.
Non-Zionist Jews did not want to leave, and so the Nazis encouraged them through persecution.
In 1917, the British government announced its support for the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine, known as the Balfour Declaration, and seized control of the land.
After the Second World War, with Holocaust propaganda used as the catalyst, this land was gifted to the Zionists from the British, and the State of Israel was officially created.
Between 1947 and 1949, the Zionists murdered the locals, destroyed hundreds of villages, and expelled more than 700,000 Palestinians.
A savage invasion celebrated every May 15th, known as Nakba Day.
Before Zionism created the state of Israel, Jews did not have a common language or nationality, and they were not considered to be a race.
The historical record tells us that the Khazars were known for starting wars through deception, and about 700 years ago, they all converted to Judaism.
These are the Ashkenazi Jews, who later became Zionists and persecuted the Sephardic Jews of Palestine.
They do not follow the teachings of the Torah.
They follow the Talmud, ancient teachings that can be described as anti-Christian or Satanic.
The motto of Israeli Mossad, by way of deception, thou shalt do war, really sums up the nature of Zionism, which includes evangelical Christians and certain sects of Islam.

Stay tuned, we'll do the Daily Dispatch on the other side.

It's Thursday, May 30th in the year of our Lord 2024.
And you're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
Welcome to the American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Very big show for you today.
unidentified
Day two of the jury watch.
harrison smith
Deliberations continue.
Trial of the century.
The fate of our republic.
That's on the shoulders of 12 random New Yorkers.
We have some more information about that.
They deliberated till yesterday afternoon.
The judge sent everybody home.
The jury had a bit of communication with the Judge asking for pieces of evidence or parts of the transcript of the trial.
And of course, people are speculating wildly about this.
We'll speculate wildly as well, but I'll give you all the updates into that.
Of course, World War III ramping up with NATO taking very dangerous strides towards direct confrontation with Russia.
We got immigration stuff to talk about here and in Europe.
And a heck of a lot more, so stay with us and we'll try to get to as much of it as humanly possible.
We'll be joined in the third hour by Lucas Gage, who recently had the Department of Homeland Security, DHS, show up at his door over comments he made on Twitter.
Very disturbing escalation in the censorship here in America.
So we'll get into all of that and talk to him about that.
Open the phone lines for your calls as well.
Stay with us.
Very big show.
So let's begin today as we do every day with our daily dispatch.
All right, here it is, folks, your daily dispatch for Thursday, the 30th of May.
In the Trump hush money trial, the jury is set to resume deliberations.
The jury in former President Donald Trump's hush money trial is set to resume deliberations Thursday after asking to rehear potentially crucial testimony about the alleged scheme at the heart of the history-making case.
The 12-person jury deliberated for about four and a half hours on Wednesday without reaching a verdict.
Besides asking to re-hear testimony from a tabloid publisher and Trump's former lawyer and personal fixer, the jurors also requested to revisit at least part of the judges' hour-long instructions that were meant to guide them on the law.
It's unclear how long deliberations will last.
A guilty verdict would deliver a stunning legal reckoning for the presumptive Republican presidential nominee as he seeks to reclaim the White House.
And an acquittal would represent a major win for him and embolden him on the campaign trail.
It would also be, you know, justice.
And we'll tell you more about that.
This is a very interesting revelation as to the composition of the jury pool from AF Post on X.
One juror in the Trump hush money case is concerning legal experts because they are, quote, less engaged and slightly irritable.
Apparently this happened sometime, you know, midway through the procedure.
People started noticing this one person didn't seem so interested in the endless hours of testimony.
money.
When polled, turns out there's also one single juror that says they got their news from Trump's Truth Social.
If one juror of 12 decides to rule that Trump is not guilty, then the former president will walk free due to a hung jury.
So they do need a unanimous decision.
And it looks like the fate of the republic rests on the shoulders of one based juror, the only person in the jury pool who said they get their news from both Truth Social and X.
And I don't know how else to explain how historic and epic this is that there's literally one probably based juror and 11 others.
And literally the fate of the Republic and the outcome of the presidential election likely rests on that one person's shoulders.
So send your energy to him or her.
Prayers to the one based juror.
And we hope that he or she can hold out against the others, of which we've heard that at least eight of the jurors are like rabidly anti-Trump, of course.
But it doesn't matter because they only need one to abstain from conviction and this whole mess goes away.
Meanwhile, from allies to advisors, pressure grows on Biden to allow attacks on Russian territory.
So we'll talk about this a little bit later, but the war in Ukraine is ramping up and basically every European ally has given permission to Ukraine to strike targets inside Russia.
So we are very rapidly moving from a proxy war to an all out full war with NATO and Russia.
Meanwhile, Fauci aid sparks new investigation.
A potential conspiracy at the highest levels of the National Institutes of Health is being investigated, according to an announcement Tuesday.
The House Select Subcommittee on Coronavirus Pandemic, led by Republican Representative Brad Winstrup, announced the investigation is regarding the use of encrypted private email accounts, forwarded confidential information, and the intentional misspelling of words to avoid the Freedom of Information Act.
Seattle appears as though Anthony Fauci's senior advisor Testified that thousands of emails and documents were withheld from FOIA requests by intentionally misspelling words and having proton mail accounts.
And so they are actually subpoenaing all of Fauci's personal devices as the investigation Ramps up.
So good news on the horizon there.
Finally, we have this.
Biden tells black voters Trump wanted to tear gas them during peaceful George Floyd protest because and this is what the Democrats have.
They have to paint Trump as a racist tyrant because they have absolutely nothing to run on in terms of the economy, world peace, or national unity, or literally anything.
So their only hope is to convince gullible people that Trump is bad and hates them and that America is racist.
And by voting for old coot Joe Biden, you somehow are participating in a civil rights movement that ended 60 years ago.
It's all Very stupid.
And we'll show you videos of Biden a little bit later.

Let's talk about the Trump trial as jury deliberations will resume today and it could be today that we get an answer as to whether our republic exists or not.
Whether our judicial system is fully destroyed or whether the single juror in this pool who apparently doesn't get their news from the New York Times Can hold out against all this.
Now, the jury instructions given by the judge are so ridiculous, so outrageous, so beyond the pale and unprecedented.
You sort of have two reactions.
You've got the fully biased, one-sided, tyrannical morons who love it.
But anybody with a shred of decency or honesty has to admit how unfair, one-sided, and ridiculous all of this is.
So we'll start with clip number 10 here.
This is NBC's senior legal correspondent calling out how, yes, Trump's jury does appear to be rigged against him.
They're admitting it.
Let's watch.
unidentified
I got it.
These are the instructions that the jury has to follow in Donald Trump's hush money trial before they can reach a verdict.
53 pages.
This is complicated.
This is lengthy stuff.
It took the judge over an hour to read it.
But guess what?
The jury doesn't get this in the room during deliberations.
They can write questions.
They can write notes.
But they don't get these instructions.
In New York, both parties have to agree and the judge has to agree.
And in this case, it didn't happen.
They don't have this in the room right now.
harrison smith
They don't have that in the room right now, but we can actually see it.
It's interesting, everybody in the country, except for the jurors, can go and read this stuff.
And again, to remind you how this works, and I've seen some confusion about this, people saying that it doesn't have to be a unanimous decision.
I think they're a little bit confused about the whole underlying crime thing.
Basically, Trump is being charged for a crime that requires an underlying crime, kind of like resisting arrest, requires that you It did something to be arrested in the first place.
Or, you know, obstruction of justice requires that something happened, that justice was being sought and you were obstructing it.
It can't be a standalone charge.
It has to be an underlying crime.
Now, they're not charging him for the underlying crimes.
It's bizarre.
This is the weird thing.
So they just sort of gave a selection of underlying crimes the jury could themselves pick and choose which one they wanted to believe in.
It's very strange.
So it does have to be a unanimous decision from the jury.
The whole jury has to find him guilty.
It just doesn't matter which one they find him guilty on.
So there are three underlying Charges that they mentioned there are actually four at first and they dropped one, but I mean none of these have been adjudicated they've just been named by the DA and if four of them decide he's guilty of Crime number one, and four of them decide he's guilty of crime number two, and four of them decide he's guilty of crime number three, then that's a unanimous decision, even though they disagreed on what the underlying crime was.
I mean, it's nonsense.
I know it's confusing.
That's because it's utter nonsense and legal horse crap.
So trust me, you're not missing anything.
It is that stupid.
But I saw some people thinking that it meant that only four jurors had to say he was guilty for a guilty verdict to come down.
That's not true.
It has to be a unanimous decision.
You can just decide he's guilty of different crimes.
Not that that's any better, but just to clarify.
And of course, again, to legal experts with a shred of integrity, this is baffling and outrageous.
But to people who know exactly what's going on, don't care, and are just thrilled that the organs of the state are using their power unfairly and in a Partisan fashion.
This is glorious.
They love this.
Clip number one is Andrew Weissman on CNN or something.
Practically... He's having a lot of fun.
Very satisfied with what's happening here.
Let's go to clip number one.
Here's Andrew Weisman.
unidentified
With, as you've noted, with respect to Judge Marchand, I mean, I am, I am like now, you know, I felt like a man crush on him.
He is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same impression.
And he's just, you just keep on thinking if you looked in a dictionary for like judicial temperament, that's what you get.
He's just, I just have a man crush on him.
harrison smith
I don't think it's a man crush if you're gay.
I think that's just a crush.
And of course, I mean, so they love it, and we've been reporting the entire time about the outburst from the judge, where according to people in the courtroom, they're like, he was screaming at the top of his lungs.
They're like, that's called judicial temperament.
Yes, judicial temperament is when the judge can't even conceal his bias and screeches at the defendant's lawyers and Witnesses for looking at him the wrong way Literally what happened?
Now again, we're in this sort of Speculative atmosphere right now because the jury has gone to deliberation and Everyone in the courtroom and outside of the courtroom are looking for the slightest hint as to which way the jury is going And so what you saw yesterday is the jury They basically have nothing but their own notes, and they're not even allowed to share notes when they're in the deliberation room, but they can request things.
So they start with nothing, and then they can request evidence or transcripts of the trial to revisit people's testimony, or the judge's instructions, they can request to see that.
And so it's those requests that people try to get some information from.
I hear Trump is live right now, so let's go to Trump, and I'll explain the jury pool on the other side.
donald j trump
Thank you very much.
Here we go again.
Five weeks.
I've been here.
unidentified
I'm gagged.
donald j trump
I'd like to answer all of your questions.
They're very easy questions to answer, but I'm gagged, so I can't talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that's hurting our country so badly.
Some of the reviews from yesterday are the... And by the way, everyone's against this case.
I haven't seen one legal scholar or expert in the law say that this case Should have been filed.
Should not have been filed.
Or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago.
Seven years old, everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down.
Southern District turned it down.
Bragg turned it down.
Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office.
It's a terrible thing.
At the request of Biden.
The editors of the National Review say, quit Trump!
Bragg has failed to prove his charges.
Totally failed.
Greg Jarrett.
Who exactly was defrauded?
Voters who had already voted.
Well, they already voted because all of this stuff came in after the elections.
How were they defrauded?
And then you say, what about Hillary with the dossier?
What about all of the other things that go, and this is nothing.
This is nothing.
unidentified
But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud?
donald j trump
That you've seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats and nobody talks about it?
This is ridiculous what they're talking about.
This is called running for office.
Greg Jarrett, the government which received full payment on all taxable income.
The government, by the way, received full payment.
The taxes were paid in full.
In fact, they make comments on that.
Even if the taxes were paid in full, the Federal Elections Commission had concluded that money paid did not constitute a campaign contribution under the law.
And remember, this judge wouldn't allow it.
Look, he's a very conflicted judge.
Everybody knows that.
You don't want to talk about what the conflict was.
I'm not allowed to talk about it because of the gang order that he put on me.
It's the one subject he really doesn't want to talk about.
There was no fraud, there was no conspiracy.
It's that simple.
Moreover, without a primary crime, there can be no secondary crime.
It's a classic lawfare, weaponizing statutes, because the law has been... Okay, ready?
Because no law has been broken.
That was great charity.
Eli Honig, legal analyst for CNN, the crime here is not easy to explain or to understand.
It's just not understandable.
In other words, There is no crime.
This is CNN.
Catherine Christian from MSNBC.
I call it MSDNC Legal Analyst.
It's difficult because it's a very nuanced argument.
It's never been prosecuted before.
This is an argument that has never been prosecuted before.
And hopefully it will never be prosecuted again.
Andy McCarthy, this is anything but standard.
unidentified
It's the antithesis of standard, actually.
donald j trump
The idea that they do not have to agree on what the other crime is.
We spent six weeks wondering, what is the other crime?
What is the other crime?
And at the end, the thud we all get is this.
There's three or four of them.
And you could pick one from the other, and they don't have to agree on anything.
And what he's saying is it's so corrupt.
Nobody's ever heard of a thing like this.
It's called pick-em.
It's like the lottery.
unidentified
Pick-em.
donald j trump
You pick-em.
And you don't have to be, even though in a criminal case you have to be unanimous, you don't have to be.
Just give a couple of votes.
Because the judge, unfortunately, is corrupt.
Judge Jeanine Pirro, no one has heard of this.
It's like there's a menu column A, B, or C. You don't have to agree on it.
This is a kangaroo court.
This is unheard of.
I've never seen anything like it.
I've done this for 32 years.
I'm not a federal prosecutor or a state prosecutor, so I know what I'm talking about.
I'm not a federal judge.
I'm a county judge, just like Murcia.
This is New York law.
This is my wheelhouse.
He is 100% wrong.
He's wrong.
That's what Jeanine Pirro, very good woman, very smart woman, Jonathan Turley, this is becoming a three card hunting game on where is the crime?
Smart guy, where is the crime?
Mike Davis, the U.S.
would sanction a country for doing this.
I think that's good.
I think that's good.
Steve Hilton, it seems that every single day these proceedings go on, the judge and the prosecutor just go out of their way to prove Trump's point.
And I guess they are proving my point, don't you think?
That's why I write some of these things that are very sad.
Mark Levin, this Stalinist-like case, it's a Stalinist-like case.
It has prevented President Trump from running for office.
It has prevented him from campaigning.
He's unable to campaign because he's been in a courthouse for five weeks.
And yet we just had a poll came out, NPR.
Trump's 54, Biden's 42.
And that's with independents.
That's the best we've ever had.
They said this is the single best call that Trump has ever had with independents.
Trump's largest lead among independent voters, NPR Marist College, 44-28.
And Junior is way down, way, way down.
But it's 44 juniors.
Extremely liberal, by the way.
Extremely radical left.
I think you know that.
unidentified
But he seems to be hurting Biden, probably a little bit.
donald j trump
So that's it.
It's a disgrace.
The millions and millions of dollars that are spent daily on this case.
Outside, it looks like it's Fort Knox.
Like they're guarding this.
I've never seen so many policemen.
Now, with Columbia University, you can plant a tent right in front of the main door, no problem.
NYU, just put your tent up.
Don't worry about it.
Over here.
But I just want to say that this is a very sad day for America.
The whole world is watching.
And it's a very sad day for New York.
I've gone through two of these trials already.
It's a very—with the same kind of a judge.
It's all worked.
It's all rigged.
The whole thing, the whole system is rigged.
Judge Angoran was overturned five times in my case.
And he's going to be overturned again.
And we were treated very, very badly.
And the outside world is watching, and the outside world is just not going to bring their business to New York.
And that's going to cost the city trillions and the state trillions and trillions of dollars.
Businesses are leaving, and people are fleeing.
So you can see the courts yourself, and thank you all very much.
We'll comment later on in the evening.
But we'll be here.
It looks like a long time.
Thank you.
harrison smith
So that was Trump live outside of the courthouse in New York.
Going through some of the statements made about the jury instructions and other goings on in this trial.
You know, if I could, if I could give Trump one, one piece of advice and maybe, I mean, I'm sure he already does something like this.
On top of truth social, he should have like a He should hire one, one, maybe two reporters, just really good journalists to just write articles about everything Trump mentions.
Because on Truth Social and elsewhere and like right there, he'll just say things where he's just like, this judge has been overturned a whole bunch.
You don't have any info.
And what he needs is like an assistant there, an AI that says, heck, just get AI to do it.
To just pump out an article going, the 10 times Trump's judges has been overturned, and just bullet point, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
Just to have reference to everything, because constantly Trump is referencing things that are, it's true what he's saying, but it's vague.
And people, if they don't have the details, they just think he's full of it.
You know, and that would be another one.
Here's what top experts are saying, and just quotes from all these people.
Everything Trump just read there, in context, with elaboration, explaining to people how this happens.
I think Trump needs to do that.
I think he does.
I mean, Truth Social's fine, and he's been, you know, posting stuff on that, but it's like every Truth Social post has some reference to just like, this has happened a whole bunch in the past.
And it's like, okay, now you need somebody to read that and go, all right, now I'm going to list all of the times this has happened in the past, just as a reference material for whatever Trump is mentioning.
I think that would be very helpful for Trump.
You pay somebody $100,000 a year, just somebody from Breitbart, just get it done.
That'd be very helpful for all of us, I think.
We'll be right back to cover more about the jury pool and what we know about them.
We're not going to spend the whole show on this because until we actually get the decision from the jury, there's not too much to say.
So I'll just tell you about what we know about the jury and what is being speculated about some of their requests yesterday.
And we'll move on to other stories, but we'll be keeping an eye on developments.
And if anything breaks, we will of course be the first to bring it to you.
So we just heard from Donald Trump entering the courtroom.
Jury deliberations restart today.
Again, we don't know.
We don't know how long this could take.
Could be today.
Could be tomorrow.
Could be next week that they finally come to a decision.
Could be in five minutes.
We just don't know.
But it seems like it's not a foregone conclusion.
And you heard yesterday when Trump was leaving the courthouse, he basically said Mother Teresa could be convicted with these jury instructions.
A little bit of a pessimistic tone.
Seemed a little bit more reinvigorated today.
Of course, he's largely just pointing out how legal experts are baffled and confused and outraged at the judge's behavior and all of this and the jury instructions and the fact that he told them they don't have to agree on what crime was committed to convict him.
I mean, this really is unprecedented stuff.
But one of the reasons that Trump might seem a little bit more optimistic today Is because of a little bit of what we learned about the jury pool, who exactly is on the jury against speculation.
I'm not even sure where some of the speculation comes from.
But if you follow people like Jonathan Turley, who was in the courtroom and live tweeting it as a legal expert, sort of talking about the speculation that's happening inside the courtroom.
They come to their own conclusions.
Basically saying that because they requested certain pieces of testimony, because they requested certain aspects of the jury decisions be, or the judge's instructions rather, to the jury be reiterated to them, it's clear they're not all on the same page.
It's clear that there's some sort of controversy inside the courtroom.
With some people thinking one thing and some people thinking the other, and then they had to go to the source material to determine who had it correctly.
So really, that's all we can understand is that the whole jury isn't totally on board on one side or the other.
If they're requesting this particular information, it means that there is disagreement within the jury room.
Which is good, which is good news because you just need one juror to hold out.
One juror out of the 12 To not convict Donald Trump, and he's not convicted.
It's a hung jury, and that's the end.
And so what we do know about, or I don't even know if we know this, this is the speculation about it, but in the Trump hush money case, they have this chart of what sources the jurors in the hush money trial say they get their news.
So you've got the jurors on the y-axis and the news sources on the x-axis.
And so juror number one gets his news from the Daily Mail and Fox News and MSNBC and the New York Times.
But it's juror number two.
Based juror number two, the hope of the Republic may very well rest on the shoulders of juror number two, as he or she seems to get all of their information from Truth Social and X. I mean it...
It's crazy to imagine, just while I was taking a shower today, getting ready for the show, I was thinking, you know, somewhere in New York, there's a person, I don't know if they're a man or a woman, I don't know if they're white or black, I don't know if they're old or young, but they're also getting ready for the day, and it's up to them to decide whether to send President Trump to jail or allow him to Continue the campaign, become president, and save the country.
It's all resting on this one anonymous person's shoulders.
That's pretty epic.
And that's pretty epic and crazy.
A juror in Donald Trump's hush money case is making legal experts worry because they seem less engaged and slightly irritable.
Writing on ex-formerly Twitter, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Harry Litman said he wasn't the only one anxious about the trial behavior of the juror who cannot be identified due to an anonymity order.
So apparently one juror was just sick of the whole thing several days ago and acting in a way that they were just ready for this to be over.
So again, There's reason to be hopeful, however, this is from Rosie Mimos on X. Apparently there are at least eight people on the jury who, quote, definitely hate Trump.
So much for a jury of your peers.
There's one juror all the lefties are afraid of.
God give that person strength.
Seriously, so as we speak, it could very well be the case that there's one Trump supporter trying to hold his own.
Against 11 other jurors doing everything they can to pressure him into convicting.
It's crazy.
It is crazy how it can all come down to one person's endurance.
One person's ability to persist against the pressure of 12 others.
11 others.
So this is from the bulwark, quote, there are eight people on the jury who definitely hate Trump.
Good.
Great.
If there's one who doesn't, it's this juror, said one court attendee who, like the others in the story, relayed their observations on condition of anonymity to the bulwark, which is also protecting the privacy and safety of the juror in question by not disclosing identifying details.
Leading report says that members of the media from Trump's hush money case courtroom believe the prosecutors have lost the vote of at least half the jurors.
I'm not sure where that speculation comes from.
However, jurors are people and they're not supposed to talk about the case, but maybe they do.
Maybe there's people on the inside that are interpreting rumors.
Really not a lot to go on, not a lot to rely on.
But all very interesting.
And Jonathan Turley wrote this about the case.
He says at the start of closing arguments, most honest observers were still wondering what the prosecutors were alleging as to the crime that Trump was allegedly concealing with the falsification of business records.
New York has a strange and there's another thing I don't understand.
In New York, the defense goes first in the closing arguments, giving the government free reign over its closing with no risk of contradiction from the defense.
I don't understand that.
The rest of the country, it's standard for the government to go first, the prosecution to go first with its closing, and then the defense responds.
And then the government is given the privilege of a rebuttal after the defense rests.
That seems to make more sense than me.
You've got somebody accusing and they lay out their case.
Here's what happened.
Here's why we think he did it.
Here's the evidence we've shown you.
Please convict.
And then the accuser gets to rebut that and go up and say, here's why it didn't happen this way.
Here's why I'm innocent.
You have to find me.
Not guilty.
That just seems natural.
It seems weird in closing arguments to say, we're accusing you of something.
Go up and defend yourself and then we'll go after and then explain why you should be.
This seems backwards.
I guess that's just the way New York is.
But that seems a little bit unfair.
fair going into deliberations the court allowed the jury to be told repeatedly that there were federal uh campaign violations committed by trump and that is not true and this is one thing that turley harps on quite a bit and again this has to do with the fact that the government goes last and so they can say things in their closing argument that are just not true or things that have not been introduced in evidence and And if the defense is not allowed to go after that, then those things just get said and don't get contradicted.
As Turley notes, it's up to the judge to actually step in and prevent the prosecution from saying things they're not allowed to.
But that didn't happen here.
Instead, the judge allowed them to repeatedly be told a false fact that could make it difficult for anyone to acquit.
So we'll go back into this article on the other side of this short commercial break and we'll finish out our coverage of the Trump hush money trial for the time being.
Of course, we'll be keeping an eye on any developments and whatever breaks you know that InfoWars will deliver it to you first.
And again, maybe they'll request documents, maybe they'll request, you know, further information and that would give us some insight It's looking better this morning than it was yesterday evening.
What we're learning about the jury.
We're not sure where the interpretations are coming from.
It seems like people that are in the know and in the courtroom say the prosecution has not got this thing in the bag.
We'll be right back.
Stay with us.
unidentified
Welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
Go on and on about how ridiculous this Trump trial is.
unidentified
We'll see you next time.
harrison smith
The type of thing they're reading about in history, one way or another.
One way or another, this is a historic moment.
I'm just reading again from this Bulwark article, talking about the speculation of this one juror that seems to be signaling that he's on Trump's side.
They say whether the hopes about this juror are the result of wishful thinking or dispassionate analysis, the sentiment underscores a broad and growing feeling in Trump's orbit that the best outcome he can hope for is a hung jury.
To the degree Trump is experiencing the stages of grief at trial, the ways that reading the body language of this juror might be a type of psychological bargaining or even denial.
They're hoping a single juror to give them a mistrial and they're looking at tea leaves, like, are jurors making eye contact?
As evidence, it gives them hope, but no one knows, says Michael, uh, Mitchell Eppner, former federal prosecutor in New York, city-based criminal defense attorney, who's closely monitoring the case.
Even if an oracle sometimes got it right at the end of the day, they're just lurking, looking at bird guts.
Very disrespectful to our pagan ancestors, but regardless, I don't trust body language analysis at all, and that's sort of what this is based on, but the idea is that the juror sort of nods and smiles at the defense table, was nodding along with some of the defense's arguments.
We're basically trying to glean anything from the tiniest hint as to what could be going on.
So just finish up here with the Jonathan Turley article.
Again, the whole thing is It's very one-sided.
The judge routinely, basically uniformly, made decisions against the Trump camp and in favor of the prosecution.
Putting aside that the federal government found no basis to impose a civil fine, let alone bring a criminal charge, the court barred a legal expert who could have shown that no such violation occurred.
The jury does not know that.
Instead, the judge allowed them to repeatedly be told a false fact that could make it difficult for anyone to acquit.
So basically, in the closing arguments, the government lawyers, the prosecution, repeatedly made the claim that Trump had violated federal election laws.
That's just not true.
The FEC declined to charge him with anything, even a fine.
They said he didn't commit any campaign violations.
The Trump campaign had reams of experts ready to testify, binders full of women ready to testify that no campaign violations had occurred.
The judge did not allow that to happen.
And the jury doesn't know that the judge didn't allow that to happen.
Again, this is the bizarre thing about court cases is we know a lot more than the juries typically.
We know that there were election experts who wanted to testify to say the no election finance campaign laws were violated, but the judge denied that from happening.
To the jury's perspective, they don't know that denial ever happened.
They just think no expert ever testified that he didn't violate campaign laws.
That's just that's just an absence of knowledge on their part.
Which is troubling, which is troubling because to their perspective, the government is saying he violated campaign finance laws and the defense didn't contradict that.
They don't know that the judge made it so that the defense couldn't contradict it.
So they're sitting there accepting probably that he violated campaign finance laws, even though that's just not true.
And the judge didn't say, didn't object or didn't stop the lawyer and say, you're not allowed to say facts that are not in evidence, as typically would be the case.
As Turley notes, instead, the judge allowed them to be repeatedly told a false fact that could make it difficult for anybody to acquit.
However, the instructions then went for the kill and turned the jury deliberations into a canned hunt.
First, the judges ruled that the jury does not have to agree on what actually occurred in the case.
I've been saying merchant, but I've heard people say mere mere con or something.
I'm gonna keep saying merchant.
Merchant ruled that the government had vaguely referenced three possible crimes that constitute unlawful means to influence an election, a federal election violation, the falsification of business records, and a tax violation.
The jurors were told that they could split on what occurred.
Four jurors accepting one of three possible crimes in a 4-4 split.
The court would still consider that a unanimous verdict so long as they all agree that it was in furtherance of some crime.
So they never actually put the crime forward.
They never actually convicted him of the crimes that make up the underlying portion of this charge.
Offered no evidence.
Just asserted that he committed the crime.
So that's wrong and bad and not justice.
Just so we're clear.
Secondly, the judge said that he would instruct the jury on the law, but then omitted the key elements that established that there was no federal campaign violation.
He blocked a legal expert, Ben Smith, the former chair of the FEC, who was going to testify that this could not have been a federal election violation.
By the way, it could not have been part of a conspiracy to influence the election, since any reporting of a contribution would have occurred after the election.
So they're sitting there telling the jury he committed campaign violations.
About actions that took place when he was already president, and accusations and criminal charges that have never been brought, certainly never proven.
So, that's how dislocated we are from just the facts, ma'am, right?
That's how far away we are from unbiased, purely objective facts being told to the jury.
They're being told ridiculous lies that violate Space-time continuum, okay?
So, this doesn't make any sense.
Third, not only can the jury disagree as to what occurred, but one of the three crimes is so circular as to produce vertigo in the jury room.
The prosecutors zapped a dead misdemeanor back into life by claiming a violation under New York's Election Law 17-152.
The argument is that the crime was committed to further another crime as an unlawful means to influence the election.
However, that other crime can be the falsification of business records, so the jury, or some jurors at least, could find that some documents were falsified in an unlawful means to falsify other documents.
And this is the argument that they're attempting to crush a political campaign using.
That's how flimsy and liminal all of this is.
Finally, Merchant is allowing conviction based on general intent to defraud any person or entity, a dangerously vague concept in this novel criminal case.
Merchant is largely stuck to the standard, the standard jury instructions in this case, but this case is anything but standard.
With an ambiguous claim of influencing an election, a general intent instruction without better definition in this case is an invitation for bias.
Given the instructions and errors in this trial, it would seem that an acquittal is almost beyond the realm of possibility.
That leaves either a hung jury or a conviction.
However, the framing of this case and failure to protect the rights of the defendant have undermined the perceived legitimacy of the proceedings and any possible verdict.
So it's a show trial.
So long story short, it's a show trial and everybody knows it.
So again, we'll be bringing you any updates as they occur.
We'll be keeping an eye on the proceedings and if they were to make a decision or request documents or whatever, we'll bring it to you first.
So stay tuned here to InfoWars as we await the decision.
What they did request yesterday were testimony from David Pecker, who I guess had an arrangement with Trump to basically tell him about any stories that were negative in order to head them off and basically stop them from coming out.
Michael Cohen was also the other witness testimony they requested.
But the judge has said that basically the jury is able, capable, if they want to, to throw out all of Cohen's testimony if they believe that he lied.
If they believe that he lied about one thing, they can basically throw out his testimony about everything.
So the fact that they're asking for his testimony either means that they're reviewing it to make sure he did lie so that they can toss the rest of it out, but more likely means they're actually paying attention to what he said in the testimony, which means they're not disregarding it.
That would be my assumption, but we don't know.
We just don't know.
So they asked to re-hear testimony from a tabloid publisher and Trump's former lawyer and personal fixer.
That's Michael Cohen.
The jury also requested to revisit at least part of the judge's hour-long instructions that were meant to guide them on the law.
Again, I see people on both sides saying what some people saying this is this is really interesting because, you know, even in just the first few minutes, they're already requesting clarification on some of the judges instructions.
This could be a big deal.
And other people saying, actually, this is totally routine.
This happens in every trial.
Stop making a big deal out of this.
Again, it's all speculation.
So we're going to move on now to other more tangible news, more verifiable attacks on our way of life and America itself.
On the other side, including the rapid approach of World War III, although in the next segment, I'm going to show you a couple of videos just to just to boost the mood a little bit.
Former Democrats railing against California's descent into madness, homelessness, strife and tyranny.
So stay tuned for that.
We'll show that in the first five.

Infowarsstore.com.
Make your summer the most it can be.
We'll be right back.
There's an obvious continuum.
There's an obvious spectrum in American politics that the more liberal your state is, the worse it is.
It's pretty simple, actually.
Dependent variable, dependent variable.
More liberal, harder to live.
People in California are reaching the breaking point.
This woman, Susan Telemontes, gave this speech about walking away from the Democratic Party in California after 12 years as a hardcore Democrat.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Thank you, Mr. President and members.
I'd like to say as a As a progressive, proud member of this body for the last 12 years, I'm done.
I'm done with us protecting people who would buy and abuse our children.
I'm done.
I don't want to send more black and brown men to prison.
I don't want more people in prison.
But I don't want people buying girls.
I don't want people buying little girls anymore.
And I'm tired of saying it's okay.
And that we have to protect the men who do it.
As a mental health professional and as a social worker, I can tell you I've spent my entire career working with people who have been wounded.
I'm not going to say beyond repair, but they have been wounded to their core by the abuse that's been heaped on them, oftentimes by those that they love and look to protect them.
And if their parents won't do it, then by God, we should.
Again, I am not arguing that we open the gates to flood our prisons with people.
But I am arguing that we have a moral responsibility to say enough.
Enough!
We have given away enough on this area.
And we've got to move back into the center or we all look like fools.
And laughing stocks.
And what do we stand for?
I ask all of you to watch the documentary that Senator Grove was in, Senator from Kern County was just in, that talked about this very place in Sacramento.
Where girls are being bought and sold.
Men are being given a little slap in the hand or a couple days and then they're back out again and they do the same thing.
They get caught over and over and over again and somehow that's okay.
It's not okay.
It is not okay anymore.
And no, no more of my watch.
And like I said, I'm leaving.
But the rest of you who are going to be here for a while, let's get our stuff together.
And really start focusing on some of the important things.
We talk about learning and we talk about being safe.
This is like at the core of it.
And a lot of these kids can be throwaway kids.
They're poor kids.
They're kids of color.
But they shouldn't have to live a life determined by what happens to them by others at a very young age.
And by having the Democratic Party of California say it's okay.
It's not okay, and I'm not doing it anymore, and I hope none of you do too.
We have to be able to draw a line, and for me, I'm drawing a line.
I urge your aye vote.
harrison smith
Pretty powerful stuff, and of course, what she's talking about is the lack of criminal prosecution in California.
It seems like the Democrats only care about supporting the criminals, and she's sick of it and wants the folks to be Lives are destroyed.
The people who destroy them are let go because they're the ones who get the consideration from the Democrats.
We need to see more of this.
Here's a man named Bill Walton unleashing on the San Diego City Council, the Democrats in particular, about how his city is not his city anymore.
Clip 16.
unidentified
Things are worse now than ever before.
And our lives are being dictated by an out of control and unruly homeless population.
Every time I go out on my bike, I'm threatened, chased, attacked and assaulted by homeless people.
Our mail and deliveries are stolen from our front door.
We are not able to move freely through our neighborhood or Balboa Park.
This is not what we bought into in our special compact with Todd Gloria.
I have asked Todd Gloria what I can do to help.
I got no response.
I have asked Todd Gloria what he was going to do to rectify this horrific human tragedy and travesty.
I got no response.
I have asked Todd Gloria if he recommends to me, as a 69-year-old disabled bike rider, Should I carry tear gas, pepper spray, maybe a taser for my own protection?
Welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
Second Hour of the American Journal is on.
I'm going to give out the phone number in just a minute, and we'll take your calls.
So we're joined by Lucas Gage, who recently got a visit from the DHS.
Showing up at his house to interrogate him over things he said on X. As yet another data point in the downfall of free speech in this country.
But of course with Trump's hush money trial dominating the headlines, Joe Biden has finally decided to hit the campaign trail.
And it's as embarrassing and Devoid of reality as you expect And we'll watch some videos from this and first of all he couldn't even fill up a high school Basketball gym and the images coming out about from his rally are truly pathetic Which is strange because he's got these big celebrities, you know coming out to support him and one of the biggest celebrities in the world in fact
It's been a household name for decades.
You know who I'm talking about.
Elmo.
Elmo, of course, from Sesame Street.
Let's go to clip number four here.
This is the Biden campaign rolling out Elmo for their Philadelphia rally.
This is what the Democrats are up to.
joe biden
The threat that Trump poses is greater in the second term than his first.
It's clear that when he lost in 2020, something literally snapped in his car.
No, I'm serious.
That's why January 6th happened, when he unleashed an insurrection.
Now, he's running again, and he's clearly unhinged.
He calls insurrections who stormed the Capitol patriots.
Patriots.
If re-elected, he wants to pardon, quote, every one of them.
Let me ask you, what do you think he would have done on January 6th?
If black Americans had stormed — think about this.
What do you think would have happened if black Americans had stormed the Capitol?
I don't think he'd be talking about pardons.
It's the same guy who wanted to tear gas you as you peacefully protested George Floyd's murder.
The same guy who still calls the Central Park Five guilty, even though they were exonerated.
He's that landlord who denies housing applications because of the color of your skin.
He's that guy who won't say Black Lives Matter and invokes neo-Nazi third-right terms.
We all remember Trump is the same guy who unleashed birthism.
The birthism lie against Barack.
harrison smith
Well, that was actually Hillary Clinton, but that's beside the point.
Do black people feel insulted by this?
unidentified
I would.
harrison smith
I definitely would.
Clearly they have nothing.
Obviously.
They have nothing.
Can't run on the economy.
Can't run on war, you know, peace.
I mean, when Joe Biden got into office, there was no war in Ukraine.
There was no war in the Middle East.
China wasn't surrounding Taiwan.
The economy, except for COVID, had spent four years booming, boom after boom after boom, record after record being set.
Gas was like two bucks a gallon.
They got nothing to run on.
They have literally nothing.
So their only hope now is to desperately cling to the minority vote By reiterating over and over really outrageous lies about Donald Trump.
He calls him the landlord that denies your family because you're black.
I guess this is referencing something Trump's dad had going on in the 70s.
I mean, this is how desperate they are.
And they're rightfully desperate because Black people aren't falling for this.
They're moving away from the Democrat plantation.
And the funny thing is, you know, Dom Luker responded to this saying, well, I'm actually a black man who was at January 6th.
And I noticed that there were lots of minorities there, but none of them got arrested.
They were explicitly and specifically arresting the white people and leaving the minorities alone.
Because they want all of the arrestees to be white so they can paint it as a white supremacist thing.
It's literally the opposite of what Joe Biden is saying.
And again, I mean, they just, this is the, this is the problem with everything.
They say a lie and then they just move forward as if that lie is true.
And then they pile another lie on top of that.
And if people buy the first lie, then they'll probably buy the second.
And I really want to know.
I mean, do people actually think it was an insurrection?
I mean, are we still in this delusional belief that January 6th was an insurrection?
I mean, does anybody believe that still?
Have the tempers not cooled enough?
We can all look at the footage of the grandmas and grandpas with their American flags wandering through the Capitol.
And say calling these people patriots is exactly right.
This is not an insurrection.
I mean, this is just, it's insane.
I mean, the history books will be written like, uh, there was an insurrection and they attempted to overthrow and they were minutes away from conquering the United States until the brave heroes in the Capitol Police rushed forward to shoot one in the head and save the day.
I mean, Just utter madness.
By the way, Central Park Five are absolutely guilty.
You need to look into the case.
If you have any doubt, just look into it.
Why don't you just look into it for like five minutes?
They admitted they were obviously guilty.
They were never acquitted.
They had their convictions vacated or something because one dude admitted to being there...
So they said, okay, so the other five must be innocent, even though it was a gang rape situation.
Anyway, just lie after lie after lie.
Uh, I would feel insulted if I was a black person thinking that, or, you know, noticing that Biden just, he thinks you're stupid.
He thinks he can lie to you.
He thinks he can play on, you know, your, your fear of racism.
to trick you.
And I really hope people aren't falling for it.
Of course, I think they are.
But obviously this is this is all they have.
This is what they've got.
Clip number six is why they're doing this because even CNN admits Democrats losing one of their primary Voter bases.
They're losing one of the demographics that they rely on to get elected year after year.
Let's go now to clip number six.
boris sanchez
Harry, this softening in the polling, show us why the Biden campaign is worried.
harry enten
Why are they worried?
I mean, take a look at the numbers now and compare it to where we were four years ago at this particular point among black voters.
And we see a clear decline in support.
At this point, Joe Biden's just getting 70% of the black vote.
Four years ago at this point, he was at 81%.
Look at that doubling of support for Donald Trump from 10% up to 21%.
Boris Brianna, if that held through the election, it would be the best performance for a Republican presidential candidate among black voters in 64 years, since Richard Nixon back in 1960.
Now, if you want to break down the black electorate and figure out where exactly is this declining support for Joe Biden coming from, take a look at this age breakdown.
Look here.
If you look at those black voters age 50 and over, they're still overwhelmingly supporting Joe Biden.
Look at that.
85% to 8%.
But look at black voters under the age of 50.
Donald Trump, in a recent average of polls, is getting, get this, 27% support from them.
Joe Biden at just 64%.
So, you know, we were talking about, you heard that interview, can't treat black voters as a monolith.
This age breakdown shows it.
It shows that younger black voters are far less supportive of the president than older black voters are.
boris sanchez
Yeah, that is huge, that number there.
What kind of impact are we talking about?
What kind of impact did this have on the election, Harry?
harry enten
Yeah, you know, obviously those are national polls.
But let's say that we funneled this down to the state level, right?
This declining level of support among black voters for Joe Biden.
What type of damage would that do to him and the electoral college?
Well, if you just took that into account, and you didn't shift any other voters, take a look here.
In 2020, based upon the current apportionment, Joe Biden will win 303 electoral votes to Donald Trump's 235.
But take into account that shift among black voters.
Now, with just this shift among black voters, Donald Trump wins in the electoral college.
291 electoral votes to 247.
Why is that?
Take a look at the states that shift.
You would see that the states that shift are Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, where Kevin is right now, and Wisconsin.
That alone would do it, and that is why black voters are so pivotal to Joe Biden's chances to win re-election.
boris sanchez
Harry Enten alarms going off on the Democratic side.
A big opening for Republicans.
That is an alarm right there.
unidentified
Absolutely.
harry enten
It's a huge alarm.
It's spiraling.
It's ambulance.
It's police sirens.
It's any alarm you can think of.
That should be what's going off on the Democratic side.
These numbers, to be honest, could be deadly to Joe Biden's campaign.
harrison smith
So, of course, they're doubling down on the race baiting.
Clip 15, here's Biden screaming during his speech about black history or something.
Let's watch.
joe biden
They're trying to erase black history.
We're going to write black history because it's American history.
unidentified
Okay.
harrison smith
Trying to erase black history.
unidentified
Sure.
harrison smith
Whatever, Joe.
Whatever you say.
You know, the Nazis going around tearing down statues, erasing history.
How dare they?
Of course, Biden He's still a Democrat.
He still knows, you know, the rules of the game and they are, if you can get away with it, do it.
And if you do it, the media will cover for you.
And if the media covers for you, you get away with it.
I mean, that's, it's as simple as that.
Clip number 21 here, it's Biden bragging about abolishing the checks and balances of the federal government.
Let's watch.
joe biden
Supreme Court blocked me from relieving student debt, but they didn't stop me.
harrison smith
Yeah, it was illegal, but I did it anyway.
Now I'm bragging about it in front of everybody.
Supreme Court said I couldn't bribe the electorate with taxpayer money, but I did.
And now I'm bragging about it.
This is modern politics, folks.
This is how it works.
I mean, this is how desperate the Biden campaign is.
Their arguments are in totality.
I know them all.
They are Trump's a racist.
Trump's a dictator.
Okay.
Both of which obvious nonsense.
We'll let you abort your baby.
We'll let you trans your kid.
And, uh, we'll give you other people's money.
I mean, that's it.
That's it.
Oh yeah.
And, uh, creepy Elmo's on their side.
This is the high energy Biden campaign drumline with a creepy looking Elmo dancing on the background.
I mean, how these people get any votes is just shocking to me.
And of course, it's not just the fact that Joe Biden Has maybe the worst record of any president ever.
I mean, in all the metrics that matter from geopolitics and world peace to the economy.
I mean, just every metric you can measure.
He's been an absolutely abysmal failure.
But it's not just that.
It's the fact that he physically is hardly capable of existing anymore.
And we've seen a very funny process taking place.
Where Joe Biden usually, as a show of vigor, does a weird little half-jog for a couple steps as he makes his way to the helicopter.
It's a classic scene of a president leaving the White House, walking across the lawn to the helicopter.
Sometimes they'll stop and talk to the gaggle of press that's there.
And then we noticed that they'd sent somebody with him to make sure that he could handle the 50-foot walk.
On his own.
I couldn't handle it on his own, so they sent somebody with him.
And they sent two people.
And now there is a veritable herd of White House assistants that are shielding Grandpa Joe as he awkwardly shuffles to the helicopter.
Again, we've gone from Joe Biden walking by himself, making a fool out of himself and getting lost in his own yard half the time.
And now they're surrounding him with a phalanx of White House operatives To try to shield him from embarrassing himself every few seconds.
Let's go to clip number five here.
Joe Biden.
unidentified
One, two, three, four, five.
Five.
Six.
At least six.
harrison smith
People walking with him.
Surrounding him in a phalanx.
unidentified
Protecting him from taking questions from anybody.
harrison smith
Very pathetic.
Very sad.
I mean, even the commercials, I should have grabbed it, but I was watching YouTube and the commercial Joe Biden came on, and like, it was like parody.
It's like so bad.
I mean, it's bad enough when you hear him talking live and like fighting the teleprompter and losing.
I mean, that alone is sad, but it's a pre-recorded, rehearsed, edited message, and he can like hardly make it through it.
And he just, he sounds like he's dying.
unidentified
It's just, well, Joe Trump is, he wants to push y'all back and change.
harrison smith
I need your help.
And it's like, this is the, this is the candidate?
This is the candidate, really?
And he's going to get what, 90 million votes this time?
What records are you going to set this time, I wonder?
They have nothing.
They're desperate.
Here's Jill Biden on The View yesterday, again, making all the same points, but as a surrogate for her Out of touch mentally incompetent husband.
Again, just making the really ridiculous claim that you either vote for Joe or democracy is over.
I mean, the reality, if you really think about it.
There is no there's literally no reason to vote for Joe Biden in anything like all the important things that the president does.
Is in charge of and has an effect on.
Primarily geopolitics.
War and peace and the economy.
He's filled by absolutely every metric.
Or another, you know, not often spoke about, but hugely important aspect, right?
The unity of the country.
He has deliberately vilified half the nation over and over and over again.
Official press conferences, official statements, speeches he's given on historic moments at historic Memorial sites time and time again.
He has vilified and demonized half of this nation as dangerous terrorists.
So he's just awful.
Economy dividing the country.
The Afghanistan withdrawal was a disaster.
The man can't even build a pier.
We just spent $350 million on a pier in Gaza that lasted like two days and then just sank into the sea.
I mean, it's like a cliché so the Democrats couldn't run a popsicle stand.
But I mean, can they do any?
Do you understand how utterly humiliating it is as a nation?
As the nation that once did like the Marshall Plan, and the Berlin Airlift, and just these insane feats of organization engineering, and we build a pier and it just, it sinks two days later.
It just comes dislocated, runs up on the beach, then goes back in the ocean and sinks.
I mean, we can't even build a pier anymore.
That's the level of incompetence from four years of democratic rule.
It's embarrassing.
So the reality is, That either Trump wins the election or we really shouldn't have democracy.
Like, if this country will vote in and elect somebody who has failed in every possible way, who nobody with any seriousness could give any grade other than an F, if that man gets elected, then democracy has failed.
And it shouldn't exist.
And we should come up with a new system.
It's not that Trump is a threat to democracy.
It's that voting for Biden would really be proof that democracy is a failed theory.
Because there's absolutely nothing.
And the only thing that he does have is, again, vilifying his opponents, vilifying half the nation, robbing that half of the nation to pay the other half of the nation, right?
He just said it there.
The Supreme Court said I could not pay off student loans, but I did anyway.
I took your money and I gave it to somebody else so they'll vote for me.
So if people are willing to vote for somebody who is such a abysmal failure and who openly mocks and belittles and destroys the fundamental morality necessary for democracy, that you don't just vote for the guy who's going to rob your neighbor and give you the money.
I mean, democracy has failed if this guy gets anywhere close to the office.
Jill Biden was on The View trying to make this point.
Let's watch.
unidentified
Oh my gosh, everything is at stake.
And I think especially for women this year, you know, women's rights are freedoms.
Democracy is on the line.
And we have a choice.
I mean, this is what I'm out there saying.
We have a choice.
We can have, you know, my husband who is calm and steady and strong and has character and integrity.
We have the other choice, which is chaotic.
And, I mean, if you just look at what you just reported on, the craziness of it all.
So, we have to decide.
Democracy or chaos.
harrison smith
You know, it's interesting because Trump's presidency wasn't chaotic, but people think it was because they were continually bombarded with fabricated scandals.
All you have to do is go on the Wayback Machine or just go on Google News and set the, you know, go to their search and set the timeline to any time within the Trump presidency.
It's, and we all lived through it, but I think a lot of us like blocked out what it was really like.
Literally, go, just go search, just go search, whatever, September 2019, just see what the headlines were.
You'll forget about like half of the scandals, where like every headline, every newspaper, major breaking scandal, chaos at the Trump White House, and it's just nothing.
It just was nothing, turned out to be nothing, was based on nothing.
Half the stuff we forget about.
Like I was going back and I was looking, so I want to look at event 201, because obviously the whole COVID event was an attack on Trump.
If you go back to the date that event 201 happened, it's like red headlines.
unidentified
Nancy Pelosi reveals new whistleblower in the Trump impeachment.
harrison smith
I was like, oh, right.
There was that impeachment that they tried to do.
And every day there was some new bombshell revelation.
I mean, every day the American people were just bombarded with totally fabricated things that weren't Interfering with America, they weren't a big issue, they weren't actually revealing any scandals, there was no malfeasance that was being uncovered.
But by continuously bombarding the American people with these fake stories, they created the chaos that they then blame on Donald Trump.
She said it right there, the story you just reported on, all this chaos, what, the show trial that you're subjecting Trump to?
Trump didn't do anything wrong.
He had nothing to do with any of the payments that were made.
The payments that were made weren't even illegal.
But you're running him through the ringer and coming up with headline after headline about this show trial and how important it is.
It's chaos fabricated by them.
It's really a threat.
When they say, like, to vote for Trump is to vote for chaos.
It's like a threat.
It's like saying, yeah, nice country you have there.
It'd be a shame if we all went insane again.
So if you vote for Trump, we're going to go insane.
We're going to bombard you with chaos continually.
To the average person, they're just happy they don't have to hear about it anymore.
They're just happy that these people stopped the chaos.
unidentified
Come back, folks.
We're going to take your calls on all topics.
harrison smith
The number to dial is 1-877-789-2539.
That's 1-877-789-2539.
We'll be joined by Lucas Gage in the next hour.
1030, actually, so we'll have an hour to take your calls.
unidentified
1-877-789-2539.
harrison smith
Give us a call now.
1-877-789-2539.
We'll be joined by Lucas Gage in the next hour.
10.30, actually, so we'll have an hour to take your calls. 1-877-789-2539.
Give us a call now.
There's just so very, very much to talk about.
You almost have to admire in a perverted sort of way.
Yeah.
Admiration probably isn't the right word, but I'm continually amazed, astonished, stunned at the Democrats' ability to fabricate scandal from nothing.
I mean, obviously they did it with Trump continuously.
It's what made his presidency feel chaotic.
There's nothing chaotic about it.
Other than the, again, just continual chorus of insanity from the left.
But you see it in other cases too, especially with the Supreme Court.
And it's pretty simple how this happens.
It's the same thing that's sort of happening with Trump and Michael Cohen.
They can't win legitimately.
They can't just Play the game by the rules and achieve victory that way.
They can't.
They know they can't.
And instead of making better arguments, you know, recognizing that they're just not popular and changing their policies to fit what the people want, they just cheat.
And so they find a person that they want to destroy.
And they just research everything about that person in desperation to find something that they can twist into a scandal.
So that's quite literally what happened with Michael Cohen, where he got in trouble and they simply sat him down and went, look, you've dealt with Trump for a long time.
There's got to be something we can get him with.
There's got to be something we have here that we can twist and manipulate into a criminal charge.
And so that's what they do.
They did it with Clarence Thomas.
They know that he's a very conservative justice.
He's going to make decisions that will stop their plans in their tracks.
That will interrupt their machinations.
And so they search everything about him.
The only thing they come up with is like, well, he went on vacation a couple times.
Okay, let's use that.
And suddenly Supreme Court justice going on vacation.
It's like now he has to recuse himself.
They're just cheating.
They're just lying and cheating and trying desperately to find something to twist into a reason that he should recuse himself.
Now they're doing the same with Justice Alito.
From Washington Post, Justice Alito tells Congress he will not recuse from January 6th related cases.
And why would he?
There's absolutely no reason.
This apparently becomes, they're saying that he's biased.
And can't be allowed to judge January 6th cases because he flew an upside down flag at his home?
He flew an upside down flag at his home.
So apparently he has to recuse himself from January 6th related cases.
I remind you the judge in Trump's trial.
I just we just keep relating it back to this because it's the same sort of.
It's like we've got the dual use either.
It reveals the Democrat playbook as they do the same thing over and over.
Find something in the past, try to blow it up into a criminal event or a scandal of some sort.
And again, I mean, I was going to say to trick their audience, but the audience isn't being tricked.
They know what's going on.
They're in on it.
They're fine with it, right?
They don't think that Justice Alito can't be unbiased because he The Democrats really aren't even tricking their own people.
but they're like, ah, there's got to be something.
We've got to stop him from doing what he's supposed to do.
We have to somehow figure out something to claim that he's unfair.
They know.
They just know perfectly well.
So, you know, the Democrats really aren't even tricking their own people.
They're just giving their people the fodder they need to pretend to believe that Justice Alito is biased.
So either, you know, So either we relate it back to the Trump case because it's very similar or because it reveals the hypocrisy as the judge in the Trump case has not recused himself despite the fact that his daughter works for Democrat Representative Goldman, has taken $1.5 million from Democrat Representative Hakeem Jeffries,
is a literal Democrat activist operative. is a literal Democrat activist operative.
Continually like that's the type of thing that typically a judge would recuse themselves They would say look I got family connections in this case This if this affects me and my Family or my income I'd so I really can't be impartial on this that is the type of thing that you should recuse yourself from They're essentially trying to make it Like the the argument they are essentially making at its core is that
Conservatives have to recuse themselves because they're conservative.
They're essentially making the argument that because this person is not completely devoted to the leftist worldview, that is therefore a bias.
And they can't be allowed to judge things.
So they've come up with calls to recuse Justice Alito You know, calls for him to recuse himself from the January 6th prosecution, which shouldn't even be acknowledged, honestly.
Like, I guess he can refuse to recuse himself, but, like, these calls for recusal are baseless, they mean nothing, they're not valid, they're not legitimate.
Like, I can sit here and say, I call on Sotomayor to recuse herself.
Is she going to bother to respond to that?
Why is he bothering to respond to this?
So all of this is because Alito apparently flew a flag upside down.
And he also flew a quote religious themed flag that was embraced by January 6 rioters were flown by his wife without his knowledge at his house.
It's the appeal to heaven flag.
And it's a historic American flag.
Be like flying the Betsy Ross flag or the come and take it flag here in Texas.
It's a historic symbol.
It's a flag that.
Is about the founding of America.
So this is this is how strange it and and just to show you how non con.
Non controversial this flag is San Francisco.
Flew the appeal to heaven flag in front of their civic center for decades.
18 flags have billowed over the neat rows of plain trees in San Francisco's civic center plaza.
Among them a yellow don't tread on me flag, a Texas Lone Star flag, and until Sunday an appeal to heaven flag like the one that has pitched to Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito into controversy due to its association with the January 6th insurrection.
This is how tangential all of this is.
January 6th protesters, amongst all the flags that were waving, waved a appeal to heaven flag, which is like a pine tree with the words appeal to an appeal to heaven on it, which is just a historic symbol.
It was originally flown from George Washington's ships during the Revolutionary War.
And so because he also flew this flag, That some people on January 6th flew because it was George Washington's flag.
He should recuse himself from the January 6th.
They're like, he's been thrown into controversy.
This is the type of chaos that the Democrats will protect you from if you just submit to them.
If you just never question them and just don't be a conservative, then all this chaos will go away.
They'll stop trying to destroy you.
And here's where it gets really insane.
They're trying to get Justice Alito to recuse himself because he flew a historical American flag that flew in front of the San Francisco Civic Center for 50 years until they decided it was racist or something.
But Jamie Raskin has said the Department of Justice should just force the recusal of Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito on January 6.
The DOJ should just usurp the power of the Supreme Court.
I mean, the DOJ's already usurped the power of the Congress.
Why not destroy two out of three of the branches of government in their drive for singular totalitarian rule?
unidentified
Back, folks.
harrison smith
We'll go back after your phone calls here in just a second.
I really find it, I just find it hard to fathom how aggressive the Democrats are.
unidentified
No, no, no, no.
harrison smith
On these questions of the Supreme Court or anything else, it really...
It really is hard to wrap your mind around.
There's a flag that has never been controversial, ever.
Again, flew outside of San Francisco city center.
Like 50 years.
It's a flag George Washington flew.
And it's just, I mean, the ability of the Democrats to, it is, it is like 1984.
It really is.
I, I remember so clearly reading 1984 in high school and thinking it was so stupid.
When it talks about how, because there's one part in particular where it's like people are making signs to say like down with East Asia and then like in the middle of the protest the government says actually we're at war with Eurasia and East Asia is our ally and people would look at their own signs and go oh I've been you know there's somebody changed my sign they tear up their own signs and that was just like it was too far to me I was like yeah
I would never happen I mean come on people aren't gonna you can't do that it's just unrealistic people aren't like that but here it's like for every day for 50 years they raise up this appeal to heaven flag and then one day somebody goes actually that's a controversial flag that means insurrection and they go oh somebody put it up there this is this is sabotage and they tear it down and throw it away and it's like Okay, this really is like 1984.
This really is something that's not controversial, but then the party tells you, actually, we've always been at war in East Asia, and they're like, oh yeah, this has always been.
This is an insurrection flag.
This is an insurrection racist flag, actually, now, all of the sudden.
And they just do it.
I mean, it is truly insane.
They take an innocent, non-controversial symbol of American revolution, Declare it's controversial all of a sudden, everybody just goes along with it and goes, oh yeah, totally, that's totally controversial.
Then because they've decided this flag is controversial, they say because the Supreme Court Justice flew the flag, he now has to recuse himself from January 6th, and if he doesn't, we'll just get the DOJ to do it forcefully.
These people are dangerous.
I mean, these people are legitimately a danger to everything.
I mean, there's no...
Limitation to what they're willing to do.
There's no logic that guides it.
There's no sincerity behind anything that they do.
I mean, these people are just dangerous.
Honestly, Raskin is like the biggest, if you want to talk about threats to our system, threats to our sacred democracy, Jimmy Raskin has to be top of the list.
He literally is saying, That the DOJ, that is the executive branch, can just override the Supreme Court.
I mean, the entire point of our system is checks and balances, and we're supposed to have co-equal branches of government, which is how we as the people control our government.
We vote for the congressmen who then control the government and are a check and a balance to the executive branch and the Supreme Court.
The executive branch has systematically destroyed any oversight that Congress has.
They're basically gilded at this point, right?
They're castrated.
They're impotent to do anything to stop spy agencies or the Department of Justice or the CIA, NSA, FBI.
I mean, they just do whatever they want.
Congress begs them for just to tell them what's going on and they just spit in their face and keep doing it anyway.
They've basically usurped all of Congress's power in that regard.
We don't actually have any representation that can wield any authority over the unelected bureaucratic spy state.
And now they're trying to do the same thing to the Supreme Court.
He literally says that asking Alito and Thomas to recuse themselves, quote, begging them to do the right thing misses a far more effective course of action.
That is to get the Department of Justice to simply force them to recuse themselves.
So on one hand, it's just it is.
It is actually horrifying.
The way the Democrats can do this.
Which again, it's just like.
I mean, you just take any any symbol.
From history.
And just declare actually, that's controversial now.
And because we now decided that symbol you've had for decades is all of a sudden bad, now you have to recuse yourself.
And if you don't, we're going to send the DOJ after you.
It's terrifying.
On the other hand, I wish Republicans had like maybe 5% of that aggressiveness.
Maybe just 5% of that aggressiveness and none of this, any of this would be an issue.
We can't get them to do anything while the Democrats Simply just fabricating scandals out of thin air and then moving on them, acting on it.
Truly, I'm just like, I'm at a loss for this.
It's...
It's so crazy.
It doesn't, it does not make any sense.
Let's go to your calls.
Wild in Wisconsin has a riddle for us.
Excellent.
Go ahead, Wild, you're on the air.
unidentified
Yeah, today, yeah, no general obvious.
They're connecting dots or running threads or talking about rabbit holes.
I wanted a fun call.
Uh, so I like a sphinxy InfoWars riddle.
Probably not even AI can answer.
Probably only, uh, AL, Alex Jones knows the full answer.
harrison smith
All right.
unidentified
What is it?
Okay.
Um, Mr. Process the... Wait, you dropped out there, Wild.
Oh, sorry about that.
I'll start over.
Mr. Process sees processors, processes, processing, prophecies.
Processing.
The prophecy processes what Mr. Process sees.
What does Mr. Process see?
harrison smith
The prophecy?
unidentified
Did I get that right?
harrison smith
I'm just trying to rhyme here.
What's the answer, Wild?
unidentified
No, sorry, I can't tell you the answer.
harrison smith
Dang it!
All right, well... You have a nice day.
All right, somebody else call in and tell me the answer to that.
Thank you for the call, Wild.
Let's go to Chad in Hot Springs, Arkansas, because you're talking about this Appeal to Heaven flag.
The controversy, Chad, on Line 11.
Go ahead.
How do you feel about this historic symbol all of the sudden being a symbol of white supremacy or whatever they're saying?
unidentified
Well, you know, it's par for the course, just like they did with the Gadsden flag and the Tea Party and all that stuff.
And I think just flags in general is a good lesson in how they mean different things to different people and how we can take advantage of that instead of being on the defense.
I think that it's odd, the story, if I take it to be true, that the Lido residents flew the U.S.
flag upside down and this flag.
I think it does, to be fair, mean a little more if somebody in government flies those flags.
I don't really know what that would mean.
But we certainly are a nation in distress.
harrison smith
But isn't it funny that after January 6th, what we heard over and over from everybody on the Democratic side was our country was nearly taken over and we're in a crisis.
They had the National Guard surrounding every building in D.C.
with barbed wire and metal fences.
Yeah, it seems like our country's in distress and hanging a flag upside down would reflect what the Democrats kept telling us.
So the idea that, you know, these people are telling us we were minutes away from losing our republic would be mad that somebody hung a flag upside down.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
unidentified
I just want to say yes to your point of view about the left being ridiculous and all of that, but I just want us like, okay, this is a weird thing, but like, okay, I grew up Christian, but now I question religion.
I still believe in God.
But I question the way religion becomes all political, right?
Because somebody meaning our Father who art in heaven and bringing heaven to earth could mean something totally different than me.
I think that I would like us to actually act more like Jesus and be loving, and whomever acts like that, It's not going to matter so much about what the left's doing, because we have to have some kind of unity that was going on at the Declaration of Independence, when all kinds of people from different points of view said they could hold these truths to be self-evident.
That's just what I'm looking for, is the positive unity that we need to celebrate, because if it wasn't for being attacked and threatened with all this evil stuff, I just It has to make this good 3% of us start to say, you know, I'd rather team up with InfoWars and under this understanding that I trust you and Chase, you know, I appreciate y'all liking my posts and support y'all.
I just, I would rather see us focus on what we can do to show that we are a peaceful unity that's worldwide and we're not going to be harassed by this communist left.
harrison smith
Well, very good point, Chad, and I don't disagree with you in the slightest.
We're going to take more phone calls on the other side and be joined by Lucas Gage in about 30 minutes.
Stay with us.
unidentified
Welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
Straight after your calls, we've got Will in California, who's called in with some constructive criticism for Trump's vague statements.
Go ahead, Will, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hello.
willie in california
Good morning, Harrison.
Yeah, I just took off on What you said earlier, and I'm glad to hear some constructive criticism, and I mean that sincerely, you know, Trump's vague statements need clarification and, like you said, distribution.
You know, when he says things like, I'm ahead by a lot, or like nobody's ever seen before, you know, he repeats those lines and never comes clean with what it is he's really talking about.
He's like the man that cries wolf.
Too long, and now he needs a more detailed and eloquent political strategy to be believably effective.
He should duplicate his truth posts also on X. I don't understand why he's not doing that.
How hard would that be?
I think he really needs somebody next to him as a VP, not only for his own security, but as a spokesman like Vivek Ramaswamy.
Somebody eloquent and politically strategic.
What do you think?
harrison smith
Yeah, I totally agree with you.
And this has been a criticism I've had for Trump the entire time.
I mean, there were so many times during his presidency where it was like, my God, if he could just have somebody write a speech and just read from the teleprompter, this wouldn't be an issue.
But he loves going off the cuff.
And again, we know what he's talking about most of the time.
We get what he's saying and or you can do the research and, you know, discover what it is he's referencing.
But For the liberals, I mean, they can just ignore it.
This guy's just rambling about something.
Who cares?
Yeah, he needs somebody.
Again, he doesn't even have to instruct him.
They can literally just sit there and monitor Trump's truth social.
And whenever he references something, they can just write an article about it and publish it on some, you know, web page.
And we could just have a, you know, a reference material for whatever Trump is referencing.
It's very frustrating because he's right about what he's saying.
What he's saying is the truth, and is impactful, but he's just referencing it like we all know what he's talking about.
Like, but we don't.
We don't know what you're talking about, Trump.
We don't know.
willie in california
Well, you know, and it gets us, not only him in trouble, it gets us in trouble who get frustrated constantly trying to explain to other people what he really meant, not what he said.
harrison smith
Right.
Well, and it's, you know, it's just simple stuff when he's just like, ah, this judge is crooked or, uh, this judge is, you know, got a lot of connections.
And like some of it is because there's a gag order on him.
So he's like being purposely vague to avoid the, the gag order, but it would just be so useful for like, if he says, Hey, this judge has a lot of, uh, you know, democratic connections for there just be an article, the many democratic connections of judge American and just Get a researcher who can just pump out an article in an hour just going, Judge Merchant did this.
Judge's daughter does this.
His daughter got this.
Just bullet points.
Just give us the information we need to back up your statements.
It would really be effective, I think.
Very simple, very effective.
Thank you for the call, Will.
Let's go to QC.
I'm sorry, Will.
Let's go to QC in Virginia.
You have a message for the New World Order.
Go ahead, QC.
You're on the air.
qc in virginia
Good day, Mr. Smith.
Yes, I cracked their code, and now here's a warning to the New World Order.
They must do this, otherwise they will face repercussions from me.
That's exactly right.
Fauci's gone, I did that.
Paul's is gone, I did that because they did not apply.
Our military has stood up on the Texas border against What the Biden administration is doing.
That's exactly what I said what I was going to do.
Now, the New World Order must reinstate InfoWars on a Google platform or other platform that's major.
Otherwise, one of these two things are going to happen.
You can choose.
Those who are involved in COVID will be arrested, or Netanyahu will face a major defeat and be stopped.
Which one would you like, sir?
harrison smith
I want both of those things that way.
What am I choosing here?
I'm in favor of all three of these things.
qc in virginia
You have both of them.
You have both of them, sir.
If InfoWars is not reinstated on a major platform, the New World Order has this warning.
I know they're listening.
I know they call in.
So here's my warning.
If you do not reinstate InfoWars on a major platform, here we are.
COVID, those involved shall be arrested.
harrison smith
I'm telling you, it is looking like that.
I'll cover that on the other side and take more phone calls.
But yeah, COVID's wrapping up.
unidentified
All right, welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
We'll go out to your phone calls in just a second.
But QC from Virginia calling in for a while and has been very confident.
The COVID pandemic would eventually be brought to light and that people who did it to us would be held to account.
And while so far the mass murderers and human rights violators are still free, there's some interesting developments in this.
Fauci aid sparks new investigation.
That's from Newsweek.
A potential conspiracy at the highest level of the National Institutes of Health is being investigated, according to an announcement Tuesday.
The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, led by Republican Representative Brad Winstrup, Announce the investigation is regarding the use of encrypted private email accounts, forwarded confidential information, and the intentional misspelling of words to avoid the Freedom of Information Act.
The new investigation comes after Dr. Anthony Fauci's senior advisor, Dr. David Morenz, recently testified and released thousands of emails and documents to the committee.
The email suggested that Marin's deleted government emails, sought help to navigate FOIA protocol, conducted official business on his personal email, and avoided public transparency related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Again, we're in this situation where it should not matter whether you're on the right or left.
It should not matter whether you're a Democrat or Republican.
It should not matter whether you believe that COVID was a naturally occurring, extremely dangerous virus or whether you think the whole thing was a fraud and diseases don't exist.
It doesn't matter because no matter what, you should have wanted the truth from the authorities.
No matter what, you should be concerned about the authorities during this crisis purposefully and strategically avoiding revelations about what they were talking about, who they were talking to, how they were making their decisions.
So, I mean, it doesn't matter which angle you come at this.
Either this is evidence of the fraud of COVID or it's evidence of the criminal mismanagement of COVID.
Either way, we should all be in favor of getting to the bottom of this.
Fauci is the nation's top infectious disease expert and former director of the NIH, or the NIAID rather, led the emergency response to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020.
Over the years, he's faced public backlash over mask and vaccine mandates and theories about the virus's origin and subsequent alleged coverups.
Several GOP leaders believe the virus originated from a scientific lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, not through species to species transmission, a widely supported theory in the scientific community.
It's insane that we're still even having this argument.
It's obvious.
It's obvious what the case was.
And again, whether you even no matter what the fact that the people in charge of this were covering up what they knew, hiding the truth, using ProtonMail accounts and misspelling words on purpose to avoid disclosure in FOIA documents.
This was a crime against humanity.
This was a cover-up.
This was a conspiracy at the highest levels of our government.
And God only knows what effect that had on the pandemic and the subsequent response to the pandemic.
Yeah, apparently they are actually requesting Fauci's personal devices to really do a thorough and forensic search to figure out exactly what was being said outside of official channels.
Where they could purposely conceal their actions.
House committee demands Fauci cough up info from personal devices after advisor admitted to dodging FOIAs.
That's the story at Daily Caller.
Daily Caller first obtained a copy of this letter, which was sent by Republican Representative Brad Winstrup.
In it, he mentions that the testimony of Fauci's senior advisor at the NIH, Dr. David Morins, and how that doctor recently testified before the subcommittee after they uncovered evidence that suggested he intentionally obstructed their investigations into the origin of COVID-19 to protect Fauci.
He attempted to avoid FOIA requests by using his personal email instead of his work email, a letter for Winstrip reads.
Lawmakers have also questioned if he destroyed federal records, according to the letter.
So, you know, they were covering up their actions.
They were lying.
They were doing things to purposefully avoid disclosure to the American public because they're criminals.
And the attempts to hide this information alone should be warrant for an arrest.
We'll see how it goes.
Slowly but surely, the truth will out and justice demands that something be done to these people.
But that will go to your calls.
Let's go to Inner City Rogue in Denver.
You want to talk about Trump and Bible prophecy.
Go ahead, Inner City Rogue, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hey guys, can you hear me okay?
harrison smith
Hear you fine.
unidentified
All right, yeah.
I want to talk about Trump because he definitely is key part in all this.
When it comes to bringing in this new world order now, he's not a part of it.
They are after him.
But they are salivating at the chance to bring this guy down, but bring this country down on his watch.
So the whole idea is to get him into the presidency.
They're not scared of him.
They already established that they can control him, right?
So he's going to be He's already set to win.
The whole stage is set.
Everything that's happening now is all done by design to pump his numbers up.
So he wins in a landslide.
So they blame him for the fall of the United States because they're not just trying to destroy him.
They're trying to destroy his reputation.
They want to destroy his name.
So if they can blame him for the fall of the United States once the central bank digital currency becomes mandatory, which is the mark of the beast, then they can You know, destroy his reputation.
So they're salivating at this opportunity to do this.
And the old man behind his administration that you got to watch out for is Jared Kushner.
And he is none other, I believe, than the Antichrist.
And you got to watch out because he's setting the stage and he's about to throw Trump under the bus.
Hardcore.
So you folks think you're going to get a win when you get Trump in 2024.
Think again.
You're going to get the Antichrist.
Being ushered in.
And Trump is going to be either killed or thrown in prison.
But I mean, it's all getting ready to happen.
And this is all getting ready to take place once the CBDCs are mandatory.
And there's no president that's going to stop that.
Everybody knows that.
harrison smith
In a way, I agree because we know that, I mean, they have plans within plans, right?
They've got contingency plans in case things don't go the way that they want.
They can always use, you know, their enemies, put them in a position and then, you know, ruin things under him and then blame it on him.
Like, that's always a possibility.
But they're also not all powerful.
And, you know, this idea that We're helpless, and it doesn't matter in whichever way the vote goes, the same outcome is going to happen.
Or if we get what we want, it's really just a trick.
It's a, you know, double knot spy reversal where actually they wanted us to win the whole time.
I mean, it's just not true.
These people are human beings.
They've got power, but that power can be taken away from them.
They have authority, but they got that authority by manipulating our system, which can be set right again.
There's nothing inevitable about The future.
In any particular direction.
There's a reason they're so scared of Trump.
They might kill him, sure.
They might collapse America under him and blame it on him.
That's a possibility.
But what are you going to do?
Give up?
What are you going to do?
Roll over?
I mean, we know they're planning on destroying America.
What would America be like today if Hillary Clinton had won in 2016?
Think we'd all be, you know, flowers and rainbows?
Do you think that we wouldn't be in the situation we are now?
They didn't expect Trump.
They don't know how to handle Trump.
They are ruining their own reputations as they go after Trump.
They are destroying their own legitimacy the more they do to Donald Trump.
The American people, humanity worldwide, can overthrow these people, can replace these people, can create governments that serve the people, not ones that are there to tear them down.
There's nothing inevitable about their victory.
They are not magical.
They are not God.
They have to contend with humanity.
They have to change their strategy when that strategy fails.
We gotta elect Trump.
He's obviously their number one enemy.
And that's not, it's not gonna solve everything.
We're not done once we elect Trump.
Trump's not the savior that's gonna rescue everything, but it's a major blow against the deep state.
And it's one of many things that need to happen.
I mean, it's, It's strange the way the people who are the most suspicious of the deep state that are most concerned about, you know, the new world order or the mark of the beast and all these things.
It's like, they're also weirdly the first people to throw Trump under the bus.
It's like your biggest enemy is the deep state, but you don't support the deep state's biggest enemy.
I mean, this makes no sense.
This is war.
It's an information war.
But it's a war.
Trump is, in many ways, the head general, the commander-in-chief of the forces of humanity in America right now.
He needs our support and backup.
He's not going to be able to do it alone, but are we ever going to win if half of the army just doesn't listen to the general?
Half the army just decides the general's in on it?
We're going to go off and fight on our own?
I mean, this is stupid.
This is stupid.
I put a post out on Twitter yesterday mocking this idea because anytime I talk about supporting Trump, which again, it's called casting a vote.
You cast a vote on election day for the president that you want.
For me saying you should support Trump every time I get people going, he's not going to save you.
He's not going to save us.
Trump isn't going to, not one man can save us.
Did I say one man could save us?
Did I say this is the only thing we should be doing?
Did I say that voting for Trump solves everything?
No.
Vote for Trump.
Trump is the man.
Trump is the person that they all hate.
Trump has done irreparable damage to their scheme already.
We gotta vote for Trump.
You're the one who seems to think that because Trump didn't solve everything, we shouldn't vote for him.
There's so many people that are just like, but he didn't end the Fed the first time, so why would he do it this time?
And it's like, it's like we're in a war, and it's like we're planning the landing at the beach in Normandy, and people are going, ah, you're gonna land at the beach, but Hitler's in Berlin!
We should be going to Berlin!
It's like, yeah, we get a beachhead, and then we advance.
You establish control over an area, and then you expand from there.
But because we don't have a single kill shot, you think everything is worthless?
You think because you didn't blow the tank up with the first bullet, you should just stop shooting?
I mean, this is war.
You make advances, then you have, you know, failures, and you have to retreat, but you try to do it in a reasonable way so you don't lose too much ground, and then you advance again.
I mean, this is the information war.
We advance.
We conquer things.
We make arguments.
They succeed.
We get victories.
We put people in office.
They change the law to make things a little better.
When they get a little better, we get more people on board to vote for more.
I mean, this is a process.
It's taken us decades to get to this point.
Anybody going, Trump's not going to save us, you're the ones falling for this idea that there's a savior out there.
I know there's no savior out there.
I know there's not one person that we can put in office and everything gets fixed.
Every aspect of this is like a little battle in a giant global war that we're trying to win.
So stay focused, listen to your generals, fight for what we all collectively believe in, and just don't undermine the process that we're trying to pull off here.
I don't get it.
I don't get it.
I don't get the whole, he's not gonna save us thing.
It's just like, What are you talking about?
I'm saying vote for Donald Trump.
I'm comparing because there's the Jill Biden clip where she's like, it's between democracy and chaos.
And I was just listening out like, well, there's no disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal under Trump.
There was no Ukraine war.
There was no massive genocide happening in Gaza.
China wasn't on the march and surrounding Taiwan.
The economy was booming.
Nobody was prosecuting their political enemies.
I mean, these are all the things that were, and for some reason, instead of just treating it like it is, which is comparing the record of two presidents to make the argument that one was more successful than the other, people act like I'm saying, Trump never did anything wrong and he's an angel and he'll solve everything and he is Jesus and we should all worship him.
And it's like, You people have a warped view of politics.
You people have a warped view of Trump.
I see Trump for exactly what he is.
A human being that has risked his own life, spent his own money, worked incredibly hard and paid the price to be an American patriot and to try to get us back on the right track.
He's the champion that we need.
He deserves your vote.
That doesn't mean you should stop doing anything else.
Everything else you want to do, all the other resistance to the deep state you want to do, do it.
But this is the number one thing you can do in terms of fighting back against the deep state is supporting their number one enemy.
It is so crazy to me.
It really is.
Trump's not going to save us.
It's up to we, the people, to defeat the deep state.
So you're not going to vote for Trump?
Like, what are you talking about?
Well, no, I'm still going to vote for Trump.
Okay, so why are you even saying any of this?
Nobody supporting Trump thinks that's all you have to do.
It's like this weird QAnon mind virus that's gotten into people, where they think like you either, if you vote for Trump, you just are surrendering your will to him and you praise him like God.
And it's just like, just vote for Trump and then do whatever else you want to do.
I'm not telling you not to have a farm, not to, it's just, it's crazy.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
People are like, we have to defeat the deep state, but Trump's not going to do it.
And I'm not going to support him.
It's like, all right, well, We're gonna defeat Hitler, but we're not gonna land in France.
It's like, well... Good luck then, idiots.
I'm sick of it.
We're 100% Trump train here.
Choo-choo.
Get on board or get run over.
Moving on, Billy in Oklahoma.
Wants to talk about the Trump case.
Go ahead, Billy.
You're on the air.
unidentified
Hey, am I coming through all right?
harrison smith
Coming through clear.
unidentified
Wonderful, dude.
Before I get on to Trump, I've been waiting six months to tell you this story.
So I'll make it quick.
My wife, a year ago, got diagnosed with cancer and after watching the havoc that it wrecked on her body, it was kind of hard to see, obviously.
But while she was unable to hold down any food, what she could hold down was vitamin and mineral fusion.
And I watched her, dude, I watched her I mean, it clicked to me.
It should have clicked earlier, but it clicked eventually that, oh, she's deficient in a bunch of vitamins and minerals, all the things.
And so I thought, you know what?
I'm just going to sneak some of this into her drink.
And the next day she was getting up, taking care of herself more.
After three days, she was on the floor playing with my kids again.
So that was awesome.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So if anybody else is in the same position, Get some vitamin and mineral fusion, man.
It can't hurt.
That's amazing.
harrison smith
Thank you for that.
What a beautiful story, Billy.
I'm glad to hear that.
I hope she's doing well now.
unidentified
Dude, it's a crazy thing to watch the whole cycle.
It really brought me and her to Christ and I've watched her go through all that and then subsequently get better and life is good.
harrison smith
Wow, that's what an uplifting call.
Thank you for that, Billy.
But go ahead.
What's your comment on the Trump case?
unidentified
Well, man, what do we do if, and I'm not asking because I think you know the answer, right?
Because no one knows.
But what do you think the world will look like if Trump is in jail?
I mean, if their plans succeed, what happens?
What do we do?
harrison smith
I don't even know.
I don't even know, Billy.
I have absolutely no idea.
Honestly, we're just waiting to see.
I don't know.
I don't know.
unidentified
Do we go back to the Capitol and try that again?
Are we just neutered?
harrison smith
I don't think we're neutered.
I think you will see protests pop up.
I was on Will Johnson's show yesterday on Lindell TV and he was asking sort of the opposite question.
What's the left going to do if he gets off, right?
Are there going to be giant riots?
And that was an interesting question because the left is kind of fractured right now and, you know, the riots they pull off and pulled off in You know, 2020 and all that, they're highly organized and, uh, you know, orchestrated from on high.
So that hasn't really been happening because right now the left is on their pro-Palestine kick.
I mean, it just, it sort of just got me down the rabbit hole of thought just thinking like, okay, what would have happened if Hamas did not attack Israel on October 7th and there was no Gaza genocide going on and there was no massive protests against Israel on college campuses, would all of that energy and all of those groups and all of these leftists, would there be another Black Lives Matter event lined up?
I mean, it's true.
We're in a strange situation, so I don't know what comes next.
I don't know what happens if he's convicted.
I don't know what happens if he's let off.
I don't know if they're going to spontaneously start rioting, if he's found not guilty.
And I don't know if him being sent to jail is even going to impact his campaign negatively.
I mean, it could just be positive.
I really don't even know.
We don't know.
What the sentencing would be, whether he would immediately be sent to jail.
There was some conversation about that with the Secret Service, you know, working with the jail to figure out how that would work.
But I guess it'd be up to the judge at that point, whether he would immediately send him to jail or say, you know, all right, I'm putting you on probation.
I can't imagine they're going for probation on all this, but I really don't know.
I think we wait to see.
I don't think there's going to be big leftist riots.
There might be some spontaneous protests, but No, we're not going to see anything in a coordinated fashion because the activist groups are so fractured right now and are in a weird way actually against the establishment these days because of what's happening in Palestine and Gaza.
The people that typically do the bidding of the establishment are instead aligned against the same people that they typically serve.
So it's we're in a weird situation and I don't know what comes next.
I think we should protest if he's found guilty.
I think we should.
It uses an opportunity to illustrate the very dangerous waters in which we now tread.
Thanks for the call, Billy.
Let's go to... I'm very glad to hear about your wife.
That really was a beautiful story.
Let's go to Simon in Florida.
Simon, go ahead.
China Arab Summit.
We have about two minutes left and the floor is yours.
Go ahead, Simon.
unidentified
Okay.
simon in florida
In Beijing, there's been a meeting between the 22 members of the Arab League, and there have been some quite incredible outcomes from it.
Xi gave a short but very impressive speech.
They have put out three key documents, one on Palestine, one on their work goals for the next two years, and another one called the Beijing Declaration.
But they're working together on a central bank digital currency.
They're working to massively expand their tourism between China and the region of the Middle East.
And they're also going to be working on securing energy supplies for China.
And in return, China will be working on new energy projects for the Arab countries, including nuclear and all the solar and wind type things that China produces very cheaply.
But possibly the most important thing, and you'll recall on weaponizednews.com, I did a one hour long special about this when it was originally announced last year, is they're going to be building a center dedicated to the Global Civilizational Initiative.
which is Xi's attempted crowning glory of his leadership of China going into the new era.
And if indeed the 22 countries fully accept that, that would be absolutely groundbreaking because Xi has explained the relationship between the Middle East and China is now intended to be the paradigm or the new model Well, it makes sense why NATO and America seem to be beating the war drums and getting closer to nuclear conflict.
harrison smith
Thanks for that update, Simon.
We'll be back on the other side with Lucas Gage.
He's being oppressed, folks.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the American Journal.
I'm your host Harrison Smith.
Very happy to be joined today by Lucas Gage.
He's a philosopher.
He's a Marine Corps veteran and a political commentator.
He's with us today after DHS showed up at his house to interrogate him over the words he posted on X. You can find his website at LucasGage.com and on Twitter at Lucas underscore Gage underscore.
And you have to actually type out the whole thing because they do not want you finding him through the search bar on X. I figured that out today.
Welcome back to the show, Lucas.
lucas gage
Good to see you again, Harrison.
Yeah, it's interesting, I guess, interesting events that took place for the last day or two.
So, yeah, as you said, the DHS, you know, I was actually confused myself because she said Department of Homeland Security.
Turns out it's worse than that.
What do I mean, Harrison?
I mean that it wasn't the federal level DHS.
It was the New Jersey state version.
In other words, the New Jersey government decides to take our tax dollars to make a mini version Of the New Jersey Homeland Security Department of Preparedness and Cybersecurity and all this other stuff.
So she wasn't technically a federal agent.
However, a few of my buddies online, they found out that they get federal funding.
So it's basically the same thing, but a miniature version of the DHS for the state of New Jersey.
harrison smith
And now I know this isn't the first time that cops have shown up at your door.
It's happened quite a few times since you started making noise on Twitter and being an inconvenience for certain people.
So just tell us exactly what happened.
You filmed the whole thing, and we'll play the video as B-roll, but if people want to see the whole conversation you had and your reaction and everything, they can follow you on Twitter at Lucas underscore Gage underscore, and you can see the whole hour-long video.
But just tell us what happened.
Whether you expected this, you hear a knock on your door, just tell us what happened that day.
lucas gage
Well, you know, I was sitting down.
First of all, I thought it was Monday, so I was going to do my Monday stream.
It was actually Tuesday, so the whole week was off.
So I was literally going to press stream, and I turn left, and I see three people at the front door.
Because my window is right here by the office, the door is right there.
My dog was barking.
I go, what the hell?
I see a badge.
I go, Oh God, what's going on now?
So I was about to stream.
I instantly grabbed my phone.
Cause like you said, this isn't the first time they came.
So this, I'm going to record this whole thing.
So I go outside and if you see the video of the detective, Hey Lucas, uh, we got to talk to you again.
It's the same detective from the other three times.
Um, but this time it's different because this lady shows up and she says, hi, I'm from the departmental security state office, whatever.
And she's like, and I said, what's the matter?
She's like, oh, is it about Twitter or whatever?
She's like, yeah, but it's different this time.
So I was like, and then, you know, she talked a little bit.
She's like, can I come in?
I was like, okay.
I said, I'm gonna record this whole thing.
Oh, yeah, sure.
And they have cameras on their, you know, right on their belts or whatever.
So we all started laughing.
I guess we're all recording each other.
And so she came in and then I just began to red pill everyone.
Now, was it for them?
No, but it could happen that they could wake up.
But it was basically for the audience who was gonna watch this by the millions because I knew they would be shocked.
Because here's the fourth time that some kind of authorities have showed up to my home over Twitter posts, right?
That's what's happening in the United States of America.
And it just was after Memorial Day.
So I'm a, you know, more veteran.
I ostensibly fought overseas to defend our democracy and our First Amendment, Second Amendment, all our constitutional rights, but yet here I am getting interrogated Not really interrogated, but her job, according to her, was to come open a dialogue, because she's like, look, I'm also seeing what's happening to you, Lucas.
I'm seeing the death threats.
I'm seeing the doxing.
And it's coming from the Jewish community.
So she was trying to be like this liaison, according to her, to open a dialogue and to de-escalate the situation.
And I'm like, ma'am, go talk to them.
They're the ones sending me death threats.
I don't preach violence on my Twitter.
Yeah, I'm tough.
Yes, I use this drill instructor rhetoric shtick.
That's my thing, right?
But I'm not preaching violence.
I'm not telling anyone to hurt anybody.
In fact, I have no criminal record.
I have no guns.
And I have literally zero problem with anyone.
And so that was a conversation back and forth.
And she was concerned, not for me.
She's like, I don't think Lucas Gage is a threat.
No.
And she points at my impression.
She goes, I'm worried about one of those people doing something.
I'm like, so wait, I got high engagement and you're worried about it?
Like, what's the problem?
unidentified
Wow.
lucas gage
So it's like she wanted me to like feel guilty.
Like, what if someone who's following me does something evil?
Well, I'm not preaching to do evil or anything harmful.
So what can they misinterpret?
It's like you're saying things about willing to die and letting go of your wife.
I said, yeah, I'm a patriot.
I'm willing to die for my freedoms.
That's what it is.
You know, I'm not saying anything violent when I say, what can they do to me?
What else?
They've taken away my processors.
They've taken away everything.
They shut down my bookstore for a day, whatever.
I said, what else can they do?
Take my wife?
Take my life even, right?
What can they do?
It's a question.
And they think it's like a threat or something.
That's how this stuff works, Harrison.
And a lot of people, millions of people have seen the video by now.
It's an hour long, but it's entertaining.
I make sure to drop red pills the entire time.
We have a few laughs.
The cops know.
That detective's been here four times.
He was looking at his watch.
He's like, they know I'm not a threat, Harrison.
The Brick PD knows.
Everyone knows.
The American people know.
But this is kind of like an intimidation method.
Even though she came in super friendly, Very nice woman, you know, wasn't even asking me, what do you mean by this?
None of the questions toward me, but it's like, you know, you should probably tone it down a bit.
That's kind of her message, right?
So policing my free speech indirectly or kindly, you see what I'm saying, Harrison?
harrison smith
Yeah, yeah, no, absolutely.
And of course we're seeing that, you know, free speech has a limit and it's basically anti-Semitism.
I mean, basically once angi-semitism gets brought up, the constitution, you know, takes a back seat.
And we've seen that with people who typically would, I mean, this would be a great chance for them to stand up and say, I might disagree with these people, but I believe in free speech.
No, instead they're saying, shut it down, send in the cops, you know, whether it's the, the protest on college campuses or people like yourself.
But like, obviously the only reason you would think they would show up at somebody's door is because of a threat.
I mean, that would be the only reasonable, uh, So her angle was, you know, I'm just sitting there in my office and I get this across my desk and I'm like, you know what?
lucas gage
they pointed to did they could they tell you what initiated their visit or anything right so her angle was you know i'm just sitting there in my office and i get this across my desk and i'm like you know what and the thing is she was basically admitting she's been watching me She's like, I know you.
I've seen your tweets.
I've seen what's happened to you.
I've read your websites.
I've watched your videos.
So she knows me.
It's like she's studying me.
And she decided randomly this week to just show up and come talk to me to deescalate the situation.
And again, it wasn't about my tweets being violent or anything.
How can they be interpreted as Things are escalating.
And she's saying, look, I think that other side is escalating, too, causing you to say, I'll die for my, you know, country or whatever the case of the Post was.
What are they going to take my life?
Things like this.
And there was nothing on the things she showed me that was even—she even said, you're not crossing any boundaries.
We're not here for your freedom of speech at all.
She's like, I might even agree with you on some things.
And you have a right to say what you want.
But I'm here to open this dial.
Again, it's this angle of let's — what people saw, again, millions of people saw, a lot of people said, I think she was trying to police you.
Either she's trying to build a case against you, which I don't know what it would be, or maybe the other side, which I highly doubt.
But she was kind of there to, like, figure things out.
I don't know, get information.
But it was very friendly.
It was very — it was so benign, people were confused.
Like, what's she doing?
And I said to her, what are you doing here if I didn't violate it?
If I were making threats, I'd understand why you're here.
But...
There's nothing that I've been saying that's threatening, not even close to a violation of freedom of speech whatsoever.
So it's like, what are you doing?
She's like, oh, I'm just here to just figure—and I said to her, I could have closed the door and I could have said, you don't have a warrant.
She goes, yeah, you're right.
I said, but I want the American people to see this.
Because a lot of people, Harris is like, you idiot!
Don't talk to the feds!
I'm like, look, I know my rights.
I don't have to talk to these people.
But I want to show the American people what's happening.
unidentified
Right.
lucas gage
So, you know, that's why I did it.
I knew I could have been like, yeah, get out of here.
I'm done.
But no, let's talk.
Let's talk.
Let's let's see what you're up to now.
What do you want from me?
Oh, the Department of Homeland Security State of New Jersey wants to know.
OK, let's talk to them.
And that's why I did it.
But yeah, it was nothing about what I said on the Internet, but rather what people interpret seeing through the lines.
What does he mean by he'll die?
Does that mean he's going to jump into a synagogue?
No, it's not what I mean.
It means I'm going to stand up for my rights and protect my family, even if it kills me.
You're not going to stop me with bans and processing, taking it away from me, suspending me for three months.
Nothing you do to me will stop me unless I die.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what our forefathers said, pretty much.
Give me liberty or give me death.
Is that hate speech now?
Is that terrorism?
What is it, Harrison, right?
It's the American spirit.
It's the spirit of a patriot.
And this scares these people because they're tyrants.
harrison smith
It absolutely does.
It's extremely troubling.
Everything that you're telling me is very concerning.
We'll be back with more from Lucas Gage when we'll talk about what Israel's up to.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
Lucas Gage is my guest.
LucasGage.com at Lucas underscore Gage underscore on X. I mean, so many, so much of what you've told me about this visit from the state branch of the DHS who came and visited you.
I was cracking up in the meme you posted.
Sir, just put the memes down and come outside.
Put the memes down and put your hands above your head.
I mean, It's beyond intimidation.
It's evidence of what's happening around the country, which, as I've said before, it's like we're living in a de facto Jewish theocracy, essentially.
Because if any other church, group, religion had state agents going door-to-door to question people who simply criticize them, it would be obvious what this is.
For some reason, it gets all mixed up when it comes to anti-Semitism.
How, I mean, how do you see this playing out into the future?
I mean, it seems like more and more this type of thing is going to start happening where you don't have to make threats, you don't have to be violent, but mere criticism is being treated as a crime.
And obviously in Europe and other places where they don't have the First Amendment, this is really, you know, going into hyperdrive, but we're losing the First Amendment here in America.
You know, currently, because of this issue of anti-Semitism, where do you see this going in the future, Lucas?
lucas gage
Well, I see that it's going to backfire on these people because they, first of all, what is anti-Semitism?
I would agree if it's someone who just hates Jewish people for breathing and existing physically, I would argue that is anti-Semitism.
That's what it used to mean.
It used to be someone who hates Jews.
Now it's someone Jewish people hate.
And it's not even hate them for what?
Well, is it people they hate for hating Jews?
No!
It's actually now expanded to mean virtually anything.
It's like the word racist, which is pretty much Meaningless, right?
After the Obama administration, everything's racist.
You want a wall, you're racist.
ID, you're racist.
If milk, racist.
Waking up on time is racist.
So now anti-Semitism is starting to die because they now have this definition, this International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition, whatever organization, across the world.
And it's unbinding, they say.
Oh, it's unbinding at state.gov.
There's 11 points, Harrison, four of which, you know, the first one is you want to kill people.
Okay, yeah, that's 80 cents.
The other one is, oh, you think they're rich, George Soros.
But then the other seven has to do with Israel, comparing Israel to Nazi Germany, saying it's an apartheid state, dual loyalty, which we literally see happening in front of us, right?
Like Brian Mass, Ben Shapiro, all these people.
So, you know, the thing is the term anti-Semitism, the term anti-Semite, it's pretty much dying.
No one even cares anymore.
They call other Jews anti-Semites.
If you're an anti-Zionist Jew, you're a self-hating Jew anti-Semite.
It's a joke at this point.
But I see it being pushed more and more.
So people are going to get visits like me.
I'm not the only person that got visits like this.
I've seen other people.
Who are in the anti-Zionist camp, for example, getting visits—Muslims, for example.
Just disagreeing with the genocide in Israel, you might be a terror threat.
That's what they're seeing here.
Like, you're a Hamas supporter if you don't agree with babies being blown to pieces, if you question October 7th and its very strange coincidences.
Like, you have a problem.
Why is it that we have governors of different states pretty much flying to other countries like, you know, DeSantis and signing these anti-Semitism bills to, you know, curtail speech, and now they want to do this whole stop Hamas in the campus thing.
It's like, wait, higher institutions of learning, you're supposed to be able to debate things, right?
It doesn't matter if you want to boycott a country.
Some states can't even boycott them at all if you have a government contract.
Why?
What's going on here?
Clearly because our government's been captured, right, by a foreign entity.
Hostile entity, by the way.
So, I see this blowing up more and more in their face.
And we're seeing a lot of people stepping out.
The other day, Dan Blazarian, he hasn't posted anything on his IG in a year.
He takes a picture of himself getting a haircut, puts Israel as a parasite, and it just goes off, right?
People are sick and tired of this stuff.
More names are coming out.
The Hodge twins came out and pretty much had a conversation with Nick Fuentes that they're going to drop soon.
It's just everyone's waking up because they're pushing too far, right?
One of the things Americans love, aside from their Second Amendment, is their First Amendment.
That's what makes America great, like you mentioned in other countries.
There is no free speech in Britain, Australia and Saudi Arabia.
Definitely not.
So we're lucky to have it.
But these people who are tyrants, this parasitical class, they demand that we obey and not have any free speech.
And, you know, it was just an unbinding thing, but now they're trying to bind.
There are states trying to bind it into legislations for schools and other things.
So, yeah, Harrison, they're trying to incrementally indoctrinate us and accepting that this is hate speech and It's going to start with X and other platforms like Facebook.
I lost my Instagram.
I lost my Facebook, which was just family pictures.
You know, they're starting with social media and then eventually they're going to bind it to some law.
But like I said, I don't think it's going to work because the people are sick and tired of this crap.
Americans don't like to be told what to do, Harrison.
At least that's true with about our people.
harrison smith
Yeah, that's very true.
And, uh, you know, it's, it's again, strange how the people who will come out and free speech is the number one thing.
And then it's like, but also, The encampments are little Gazas in campus and we should drive them.
I mean, we should deport anybody protesting Israel.
I mean, it is insane and it is ridiculous and it is clearly, you know, the young people especially are not falling for these lies anymore.
And you know, I agree with you that, you know, their definition of antisemitism is ridiculous.
But also, I feel like we shouldn't even make that distinction because this is the price you pay for free speech.
Some people hate some people.
unidentified
Right.
harrison smith
So what?
Some people are going to be mean.
Some people are going to be insulting.
Some people are going to be Nazis.
Other people are going to be Jewish supremacists.
It's uncomfortable.
It can be offensive.
But that's such a tiny price to pay for what you're getting, which is the ability to think for yourself and to tell the truth and to understand the world around you.
So, you know, even if even if somebody is anti-Semitic, I don't care.
They get to be anti-Semitic.
It's America.
You get to think crazy things.
That's the point.
You get to think whatever you want.
It's not up to me to decide.
Well, that's offensive to me, so you don't get to say it.
So it's like, even if you were what they are claiming you are, even if you hated Jews to the nth degree for no good reason, Well, too bad it's America.
You don't get the cops knocking on your door for that.
And I think if we just stick to some of these principles, like free speech, regardless of who it affects or who it offends, then we can save America.
But it's by this incremental, as you point out, this incremental destruction of the First Amendment, we're really going to lose everything.
Just talk a little more about that, and again, the way this is incrementally being imposed.
lucas gage
Well, you know, it's a social thing.
It's not by law.
Everyone's like, oh, the government's coming.
Now they're coming to the door.
But it's really about putting pressure on people in a social way.
It's like, oh, this is not right.
It's evil.
I did a thought experiment.
I said, let's suppose I were anti-Semitic fully.
Am I supposed—must I love these people?
I have to love them?
I must live with—like, is that a law now?
Like you said, who cares if someone is?
I'm not.
I'm just saying, but what if I was everything you say I am?
So what?
Is it illegal now?
That's the problem here.
They want to make it illegal.
That's the thing, Anderson.
But yeah, it's all about social pressure, right?
You got these celebrities—like what they did to Kanye.
This is the thing that blew up in their face.
They took him down.
Right.
But they showed their power that they apparently don't have.
Okay?
Look at Candace.
It's an argument with a rabbi.
Next thing, she's fired.
Why?
Well, we see which religion, quote-unquote, fired her, you see?
So this is not going to work the way they think.
And even though they're doing incrementally, like you said, look at TikTok.
Why was TikTok an issue?
Well, because people were thinking about Palestine, right?
So, no, that's the thing, Harrison.
They're doing incrementally, but there's a point where the incremental indoctrination just, okay, now we know what you're doing.
Like, if you're trying to If you're going to go grope a woman, right, and eventually you're going to get to her breast and go, what are you doing?
It doesn't matter how slow you go.
Hey, you're trying to grope me.
So you're trying to take away our rights.
You're boiling the frog.
Now it's really hot.
And now we see it, and it's like, ow, stop.
So this is going to blow up in their face, Harrison.
And I'm happy to be putting myself on the line for this.
That's why I did the recording.
Again, people say, why did you do it?
You're an idiot.
Close the door.
No, I'm going to record it.
I want Americans to see what's going on in our country.
I want to see these tactics.
This is the fourth time people came to my house because of my posts on Twitter, as if I were a dangerous criminal.
That is the problem I want Americans to see.
And I've had people even email me from the left saying, hey man, I don't agree with any of your politics, but that was messed up, and I hope you're okay.
And that's what I want to see.
I want to see Americans from all over the place go, this is wrong, because it is wrong, Harrison.
You know, one of the most fundamental rights that we all love is freedom of speech, and it's under attack.
And just because it doesn't look like it to some people, and some sides want it.
There's another thing.
Sometimes the left wants the right to be silenced, and the right wants to be left to be silenced.
The woke and then the right woke.
And they're like, oh, because look, it's funny, because who's pushing these anti-Semitism laws?
harrison smith
The right.
It's pathetic.
lucas gage
He's based right-wingers.
Well, look what's going on, right?
So we got to see what's going on.
They're playing this game, Harrison.
We got to be smart about it and we got to show people what's going on for all Americans.
I don't tell anyone to ban people I don't like.
I want to see that they're crazy.
I want to hear their anti-white racist rhetoric.
I want to know who they are so I can stay away from them and not talk to them and people forget this.
harrison smith
Yeah, absolutely.
No, I think it's very dangerous what's being done, and I don't care whether it's anti-Semitism or Islamophobia or homophobia.
I don't care about the labels they put.
We have a principle in this country, which is that we allow free speech, even unpopular free speech.
So I'm glad you're not being intimidated by them.
We're going to see more and more of this, and we've got to stand up now before they, you know, are actually kicking in your door and dragging you off for the stuff you post on X, which is a very real feature.
LucasGage at Lucas underscore Gage underscore on X.
