| The backlash from Iran coming in hot and heavy, and we expect it to be absolutely gigantic. | ||
| And simultaneously, this conflict is being used to bring about complete censorship control across the board, free speech being eliminated in the name of anti-Semitism. | ||

| If I've seen something incredible, I'm pretty sure Israel is like really badly losing the whole conflict. | ||
| I think it's looking really bad right now. | ||
| Basically every Western country in the world, and even the non-Western countries, like everybody knows Iran is about to launch the counterattack, the retribution against Israel. | ||
| And everybody's just telling their people to get out. | ||
| And I can't imagine being an Israeli right now. | ||
| Because at least the Americans or the French or the English can escape. | ||
| But everybody else is just sitting around waiting for Iran to do whatever it does. | ||

| A breach of some of the most ancient and traditional rules of geopolitics. | ||
| You don't have to get all the way to the modern age before it's recognized as a just unforgivable sin to use military force against diplomatic missions, killing the messenger, that sort of thing. This type of thing Genghis Khan was famous for. | ||
| So they bomb this consulate, outraged the entire world. | ||
| Iran's like, yeah, we're going to do something also to you. | ||
| Yeah, we're going to get retribution for this. | ||
| We're going to hit you back for hitting us in such a horrifying way. | ||
| And Tom Cotton is there saying, if Iran does anything to fight back, America is going to get involved. | ||
| Explain how America has anything to do with this conflict. | ||
| Other than we have somehow become the satrapy and just mindless servants of Israel. | ||
| I mean, this is treason, right? | ||
| This is treason. | ||
| This is pledging American military activity for a foreign state because that foreign state is violating every norm of war. | ||

| Can you imagine being one of Israel's enemies in the Middle East? | ||

| Why is he willing to put the lives of American young men directly in harm's way so that Israel can be just completely untouched no matter what they do? | ||
| We're just going to protect them from any consequences to any of their actions forever. | ||
| They just get to do whatever the hell they want. | ||
| And if anybody tries to do anything back to them, Americans have to die. | ||
| Americans have to get into a hot war with Iran. | ||
| Because we don't have enough problems already. | ||
| I mean, seriously, if this was the early 1800s, Tom Cotton would be tarred and feathered and thrown in the Potomac. | ||

| Who, as the representative, as a senator in one nation, pledges unending military support for another nation regardless of what they do with no even attempt to argue that it's for the benefit of our nation. | ||

| We were going through it yesterday on Moonbase Live because we'd covered the story before, but we really dug into the article and Just to see what even was the criteria they were using to identify Hamas members. | ||
| And there's literally a line from the Israeli army where they're like, yeah, in reviewing the individuals identified as Hamas operatives by the AI surveillance system that they're running, they just checked if they were men. | ||
| Oh, it's a man? He must be Hamas. | ||
| And then they would denote that guy Hamas. | ||
| And then anybody who'd ever have any activity with the person they designated to be Hamas was also designated Hamas. | ||
| And they used that as a target-finding computer to then send the airstrikes in. | ||
| And they said, you know, if it was a low-level operative, 10 to 20 civilians killed to get them. | ||
| And of course, when you say low-level operative, what you mean is... | ||
| Some guy. Some guy who maybe he used a device that a Hamas member one time used. | ||
| He's now Hamas and you can kill him and his entire family and 20 other people. | ||
| And we're just going to let that continue. | ||
| We're just going to let that keep going. | ||
| It would be one time. | ||
| I mean... I would actually be in favor of the Ukraine war if this was the way Russia was acting. | ||
| If Russia used the same tactics that Israel's using against Ukraine, yeah, it would be an outrage. | ||
| And I would actually want America to, like, in full force, like, actually go in and defend Ukraine. | ||
| If Russia was doing what Israel's doing in Gaza. | ||
| But instead, Israel's going to push its neighbors over the brink, knowing full well that as soon as they do anything back, America is going to step in and sacrifice our blood, our money, our treasure, our reputation overseas, our domestic tranquility. | ||
| It's all on the sacrificial altar along with the red cows. | ||
| It's the red cows and the nation of America. | ||
| On the altar awaiting the sacrificial knife from Israel. | ||
| I'm sick of it. | ||
| I think everybody should be sick of it. | ||
| I think what we're witnessing in the Middle East right now is such unprecedented and unrelenting evil. | ||

| I've said it a million times, but At least the German civilians in World War II had an excuse of a controlled press that wasn't telling them what was going on. | ||

| You look back at World War II, how did this incredibly intelligent, enlightened country devolve into such chaos and death? | ||
| It's like, oh, well, the vast majority of people had no idea what was going on. | ||

| We don't have the excuse to say, well, gee, we didn't know there were death camps. | ||
| We didn't know they had an AI system targeting and eliminating random civilians in Gaza for six months on end with no let-up. | ||

| And then Yahoo apparently is just sabotaging negotiations continuously. | ||
| Now they're like, negotiations in their current state could take up to a year when they could have gotten back the hostages at any point in the last six months. | ||

| And it's not just that this war is just unreleashing complete hell on everybody. | ||
| And how different it is from six months ago. | ||
| Remember six months ago when people were furious? | ||
| You know, people were yelling at each other, pulling out their hair. | ||
| How dare you say that Israel bombed a hospital? | ||
| Remember that? Remember in the quaint old days of last October when it was appalling to suggest that Israel would bomb a hospital? | ||
| They've bombed every hospital. | ||
| Like, they're all just gone. And they're still bombing them. | ||

| The FBI has conducted warrantless backdoor searches for the communications of 141 Black Lives Matter protesters, members of Congress, 19,000 donors to congressional campaigns, a local political party, tens of thousands of people involved in civil unrest. | ||
| Lawmakers have thus vowed not to reauthorize the law without significant reforms. | ||
| The Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, however, is a reform bill in name only. | ||
| Models closely on the House Intelligence Committee's bill, it is carefully crafted to preserve the status quo and do nothing to prevent the continuing abuses of Section 702. | ||
| Yet rather than amending the bill to include needed reforms, members of the House Intelligence Committee plan to offer amendments to dangerously and unnecessarily expand domestic surveillance. | ||
| So just keep this in mind with everything else that we've covered so far today, but here's some of the things that may very well be approved later today. | ||
| Forcing U.S. businesses to serve as surrogate spies, so this would sort of legalize the process they've been engaged in already, which is violating our First Amendment rights, circumventing restrictions placed on the government by the Constitution by getting institutions and corporations to do the serving, do the spying on behalf of the U.S. government. | ||
| Just a simple, obvious, blatant violation of the law and just a workaround against the legalistic loophole so they can spy on you. | ||
| They'll just get somebody else to do it. | ||
| The amendment would enable the largest expansion of surveillance on U.S. soil since the Patriot Act. | ||
| Though a seemingly innocuous change to the definition of electronic communications service provider, it would allow the government to force ordinary U.S. businesses to assist the government in conducting Section 702 surveillance. | ||
| Although the amendment exempts hotels, libraries, restaurants, and a handful of other types of establishments, an enormous range of businesses could still be conscripted into service, including grocery stores, department stores, hardware stores, laundromats, barbershops, fitness centers, and countless other locations Americans frequent, even the offices in which they work. | ||
| Moreover, the targets would still have to be non-US persons overseas. | ||
| Many of these businesses would lack the technical ability to turn over specific communications, so they would be forced to give the NSA access to their entire communication streams, trusting the government to retain only the communication of approved targets. | ||
| Number two, expanded surveillance of immigrants. | ||
| The amendment would permit entirely suspicionless searches of Section 702 data for the communication of any non-U.S. person seeking permission to travel in the United States. | ||
| It would expand the definition of, quote, foreign intelligence. | ||
| This amendment would expand FISA's already broad definition of foreign intelligence to include information relating to the international trafficking of drugs, drugs driving overdose deaths. | ||
| HPSCI members claim that under the current law, the government can only obtain such information if it relates to one foreign governments, two international terrorism or three weapons of mass destruction, because those are the three certifications approved by the FISA court. | ||
| But nothing in 702 prevents the government from seeking an additional certification, which the court would be required to approve as long as it meets the definition of, quote, foreign intelligence. | ||
| FISA defines, quote, foreign intelligence to include any information that, quote, relates to the, quote, security or, quote, foreign affairs of the United States. | ||
| The definition, the FISA court would almost certainly interpret to include international trafficking and dangerous drugs. | ||
| Given recent surveillance abuses, Congress should not be expanding the scope of FISA unless it is clearly necessary. | ||
| But that is not the case here. | ||
| So, again, think about this. | ||
| When they say foreign intelligence, national security, I mean, what that means is America supposedly has friends and enemies abroad. | ||
| And I mean, just look at the way this could be used with the Hunter Biden laptop. | ||
| They claim it's Russian disinformation. | ||
| They say Russia is our enemy. | ||
| Therefore, if you talk about the Hunter Biden laptop, you're spreading Russian disinformation. | ||
| That would be a foreign intelligence threat. | ||
| So they're laying down the groundwork for absolute warrantless surveillance on anybody in America anytime they choose. | ||
| They are putting forth a bill that ostensibly would rein in the FISA court, but in reality would massively expand its ability to surveil and abuse the American people. | ||
| As they've already done, not just with the American people, but even people like Donald Trump. | ||
| House Advances revised FISA bill after floor revolt, teeing up final vote. | ||
| So I wonder if in that article they explain some of the changes made. | ||
| If they removed some of these amendments, that would at least be a positive development. | ||
| But it should probably still be voted down anyway. | ||
| Incredibly, Speaker Johnson decided to reward the House Intelligence Committee's bad behavior and block a vote on the Judiciary Committee's amendment to close the data broker loophole. | ||
| So that one won't be on the table. | ||
| Instead, there will be three amendments from the House Intelligence Committee that will expand warrantless surveillance because after all of the revelations of surveillance abuses in these past few years, more warrantless surveillance really seems like a great idea, doesn't it? | ||
| The First Amendment would place the largest expansion of domestic surveillance since the Patriot Act, and I don't say that lightly. | ||
| It would hugely inflate the universe of companies required to assist the government in conducting surveillance. | ||
| So the US government got caught using private corporations to warrantlessly spy on Americans. | ||
| And instead of punishing them for that, instead of holding them to account for using an obvious workaround to circumvent and subvert the restrictions of the US Constitution, they're now attempting to We're good to go. | ||
| So that's at least a moderate pushback from the Republicans, but this whole thing should be eliminated. | ||
| Why it's being allowed to move forward actually provides valuable insight into the working of our government in total, as a whole. | ||
| Let's go to clip number 21. | ||
| Here's Speaker Johnson justifying his flip-flop on whether he supports FISA. I saw all the abuses of the FBI, the terrible abuses over and over and over, the hundreds of thousands of abuses. | ||
| And then when I became Speaker, I went to the SCIF and got the confidential briefing from sort of the other perspective on that to understand the necessity of Section 702 of FISA and how important it is for national security. | ||
| And it gave me a different perspective. | ||
| So I encouraged all the members to go to the classified briefing and hear all that and see it so they can evaluate the situation for themselves. | ||
| Some opinions have changed both ways, but that's part of the process. | ||
| You've got to be fully informed. Yesterday on the War Room, we were showing a clip from Cheryl Atkinson talking about the way that journalists are abused by the American government. | ||
| And she made the very poignant observation that it seems like the deep state and the spy agencies actually have oversight and are actually controlling the committees, not the other way around. | ||
| Meaning that we no longer have civilian oversight over our government. | ||
| Instead, our civilian representatives are actually told what to do and controlled by the deep state itself. | ||
| So very odd development here where you've got a guy who's like, I saw thousands of abuses. | ||
| The FBI is completely out of control. | ||
| They're abusing FISA. This is outrageous. | ||
| And he goes in the skiff and he comes out a few minutes later. | ||
| Actually, FISA is great and wonderful and we need to expand it, actually. | ||

| So they're literally exposing us to the risk. | ||
| Then they're using the risk to justify the surveillance. | ||
| And then they're using the surveillance to spy on dissidents and crush free speech and intimidate patriots into standing up for their rights. | ||
| So where is this... | ||
| Chain being broken. Who is going to break this chain? | ||
| Because obviously they can do this. | ||
| Obviously, you know, they're sitting there abusing you with the tool that they have. | ||
| And then if you go, hey, I'm going to take that tool away, they show you, well, look, I've used this tool to stop attacks. | ||
| So it'll be your fault if you take this tool away. | ||
| No, it's your fault for abusing the use of the tool. | ||
| The tool has to go away now. | ||
| FISA has to be destroyed. | ||
| 702 has to be eliminated. | ||
| This practice has to be punished. | ||
| Instead, they're expanding it. So I don't know whether it was intimidation or a threat like that. | ||

| And again, going back to the way this works with anti-Semitism or anything for that matter, for trans kids or for whatever. | ||

| We've seen it with pop stars. | ||
| We've seen it with celebrities of all stripes where they'll say something That's perfectly reasonable, totally understandable, and actually they're firmly held belief, religious, political, whatever it is. | ||
| I'm thinking of the baseball player or hockey players where they go, yeah, I'm not going to wear a rainbow jersey or I'm not going to stand up for, you know, I'm Christian. | ||
| I believe in the biblical, you know, structure of marriage. | ||
| And I need to stand on that. | ||
| That's my belief. And what happens? | ||
| They go in a room with somebody and they come out completely reverse saying, actually, I apologize. | ||
| I'm so sorry. I don't believe what I've believed my whole life. | ||
| That's all changed in the last five minutes. | ||
| And it's like, what the hell? How did that happen? | ||
| And what happens is they go, hey, you know, if you say this, there's going to be boycotts. | ||
| And if there's boycotts, we're going to have to shut this down. | ||
| And if we shut this down, it's not just you that's losing money. | ||
| Think about all of the hundreds of people If you're Taylor Swift and you have these shows that you do where, I mean, they literally bring in 118-wheelers. | ||
| Think about 118-wheelers. | ||
| Think about all the people that are required to set that up and to move it around. | ||
| I mean, she is literally a billion-dollar institution. | ||
| And so they sit there and go, is it really worth it? | ||
| I mean, it's this thing. | ||
| You believe it. Sure. Fine. | ||
| That's your belief. That's all right. | ||
| But if you talk about it, if you hold on to this... | ||
| You're going to ruin 2,000 people's lives. | ||
| You know, 2,000 people rely on you. | ||
| They depend on you out there doing shows. | ||
| And if you keep pushing this line and you keep getting boycotts, you know, it's a very selfish thing. | ||
| You're going to be so selfish that you're going to hold on to this belief and let all of these people lose their jobs. | ||
| And people go, all right, you know what, fine. | ||
| I'll say I'm sorry if it means that All of my employees keep their jobs. | ||
| I'll do it. So it's the same thing with FISA. They bring somebody in and they go, look, we know that it gets abused sometimes and you're against that. | ||
| We get it. We love privacy too. | ||
| But do you know how many people will die if you go through with this? | ||
| Do you know how many terrorists will be able to make it through? | ||
| And hey, here's the beautiful thing about all of it. | ||
| The people in charge can actually stage the attacks and blame it on other people. | ||
| So, you know, the FBI really has the ultimate, you know, trump card in all of this because they go, hey, you get rid of 702, we guarantee there's going to be attacks on U.S. soil. | ||
| Right? We guarantee that there will be a catastrophic terrorist attack if you remove 702 because it's such a dangerous thing to do. | ||
| We guarantee there will be an attack. | ||
| So, I mean, we're ruled by psychopaths that are holding a gun to our head. | ||
| And we're saying, hey, will you take that gun away? | ||
| And they're going, hey, if I take this gun away, somebody else is going to come in and kill you. | ||
| So I'm protecting you with this gun. | ||
| When in reality, all they're using it for is to surveil and destroy dissident political opinions so they can keep control of America and, by extension, the world for a little bit longer to achieve their evil ends. | ||
| So it has to end. | ||
| It has to end now. | ||
| And the reason for it going away is not because... | ||

| It's because the FBI has been irresponsible and abused the power that we've given them. | ||
