| New York judge lifts a gag order in Trump's civil fraud trial, a gag order that barred Donald Trump from commenting about court personnel after he disparaged a law clerk in his New York civil fraud trial, was temporarily lifted Thursday by an appellate judge who raised free speech concerns. | ||
| Judge David Friedman is one of the state's intermediate appeals court issued what's known as a stay suspending the gag order and allowing the former president to speak freely about court staff while a longer appeals process plays out. | ||
| And of course Trump is taking advantage of this to sound off on the mistreatment that he's experiencing during this And being pretty hilarious, we'll get into some of what he said. | ||
| The trial judge, Arthur Ingeron, imposed the gag order October 3rd after Trump posted a false comment about the judge's law clerk to social media on the second day of the trial in New York. | ||
| In New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit, James alleges that Trump exaggerated his wealth on financial statements, used to secure loans and make deals. | ||
| And of course, while he had a gag order, Letitia James herself was posting defamatory information to social media. | ||
| In an attempt to sway the outcome of this utterly baseless trial. | ||
| The appellate court intervened after Trump's lawyers filed a lawsuit against Ingeron late Wednesday that challenged his gag order as an abuse of power. | ||
| They sued the judge under a state law known as Article 78, which allows a lawsuit over some judicial decisions. | ||
| And yeah, obviously, obviously a person gets to talk about the... | ||
| Rigged a process that they're going through and all it took was the appellate judge. | ||
| Appellate, appellate, appellate. | ||
| Tomato, tomato. All it took was him looking at, you know, the First Amendment to the Constitution to realize that what was being done was absolutely out of line with American values and restored the rights for Trump to actually speak out about the persecution he's facing. | ||
| Meanwhile, nearly 450 patients at Massachusetts Hospital may have been exposed to HIV and hepatitis. | ||

| Nearly 450 patients at Salem Hospital in Massachusetts may have been exposed to hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV due to an improper administration of their IV medications, a hospital spokesperson said Thursday. | ||

| This is good. This is what happens when you remove barriers based on merit to who is in charge of incredibly important things like healthcare. | ||

| The hospital was first made aware of the possible exposures earlier this year and the practice was immediately corrected, according to a statement. | ||

| The likelihood that patients were infected is extremely small and no patients reported infections as of Thursday, said Adam Bagney, the hospital's director of external communications. | ||

| Transgenderism. They claim that it's a don't say gay bill, and here if you ban public displays of indecency, they act like you're coming after the gays. | ||

| Murfreesboro passed an ordinance in June banning, quote, indecent behavior, including indecent exposure, public indecency, lewd behavior, nudity, or sexual conduct. | ||
| Well, what are the gays supposed to do? | ||
| I mean, you're practically banning homosexuality when you tell people they can't expose themselves on the street. | ||
| They can't practice public indecency or lewd behavior or nudity or sexual conduct in public. | ||

| And I think their faces tell us a lot. | ||
| If you were watching War Room yesterday, we showed you the clip where Biden calls Xi Jinping a dictator. | ||
| And you can see Anthony Blinken at that exact moment wince like he just smelled something really bad. | ||
| And I, you know... | ||
| Anthony Blinken, you deserve this. | ||
| But at the same time, can you imagine? | ||
| Can you imagine being Anthony Blinken? | ||
| Can you imagine being so woefully unprepared for the position you find yourself in as Secretary of State slash Shadow President of the United States? | ||
| Just constantly having to be stressed out and wincing at everything Joe Biden does in public. | ||
| While attempting to start World War III under his watch. | ||
| It's not an easy job he has. | ||
| And he's not taking it so well. | ||

| So on one hand, again, we're just looking at the faces here. | ||
| We're just looking at the expressions. On one hand, you have the befuddled, confused, half-asleep, kind of dead look of Joe Biden. | ||
| On the other hand, you have the panicked twitching of Anthony Blinken. | ||
| Let's watch clip number four now. | ||
| He sort of got the Hitler slash Bill Gates shake back and forth. | ||
| He's just barely keeping a lid on that frantic freakout that you know is bubbling just under the surface. | ||
| As all of the White House interns hurriedly shoo all of the media people from the room. | ||
| It's just, well, incredibly dangerous, actually. | ||
| It's incredibly dangerous, the situation that we're in, with Anthony Blinken, who literally is in the Israeli government. | ||
| Do you guys know that? | ||
| Do you guys know he is actually a cabinet member in the Israeli government? | ||
| People I've talked to from the Middle East think that that's just a cover for the Israeli government to act like they're under control of America when in reality it's the other way around. | ||
| It's got to be stressful. | ||
| It's got to be stressful for old Anthony Blinken. | ||
| He hardly has time at all to jam with his band these days between overseeing the outbreak of World War III and trying to keep the corpse that he works for alive. | ||

| And I want to talk now a little bit about the ADL. | ||
| They're not having a good time either. | ||
| All the worst people in America, they're not having a good time the last couple weeks. | ||
| They're all stressed out. | ||
| You can tell they're not sleeping well. | ||
| They're having a hard time dealing with the way things are going, whether that's Anthony Blinken or Jonathan Greenblatt. | ||
| You can just tell. | ||
| You can just tell by looking at them They're not laying their head down at night and just drifting off to a comfortable sleep. | ||
| They're twisting, they're turning, they're flipping the pillow trying to get to the cool side. | ||
| All the while, their brain is just racing. | ||
| What are we going to do? | ||
| How are we going to salvage this? | ||
| Because it's really not going well. | ||
| It really isn't. | ||
| Support for Israel has collapsed completely. | ||
| I think 32% is the... | ||
| Latest poll, Information Liberation has the story. | ||
| Poll, U.S. public support for Israel plummets to just 32%, majority back ceasefire. | ||
| Which again would be... | ||
| It's interesting to me. | ||
| You've got 32% of respondents saying that U.S. should support Israel. | ||
| Which means you've got something like 68% saying that we shouldn't. | ||
| And that's down, by the way, from 41% on October 12th and 13th. | ||
| So again, I want to try to explain this. | ||
| I want to try to get this through to people. | ||
| It is in fact the behavior of Israel that has caused the support for Israel to collapse. | ||
| There's a lot of narrative out there that it's somehow... | ||
| A response to the attack on Israel, that people support Hamas because of what they did on October 7th. | ||
| But five days after October 7th, support for Israel was a good 10 points higher than it is now, meaning support has collapsed since that time, not because of anything that Hamas did, but because of the unrelenting bombing of Gaza that has murdered over 11,000 people, including something like 6,400 children. | ||
| So that's why everybody is moving away from the genocidal maniacs and not wanting anything to do with them. | ||
| And this mindset is permeating even to the highest echelons of the neocon supposedly dissident right. | ||

| And you've got to give credit to Nick Fuentes and the Groypers who targeted Charlie Kirk for the Groyper Wars, asking him very uncomfortable questions about contradictions in his own beliefs in terms of being America first, But actually kind of being Israel first and being actually confronted with those ideas made Charlie Kirk look really bad because he didn't have an answer. | ||
| He didn't have an answer as to how supporting Israel with billions of dollars is America first or how backing homosexuality is in any way consistent with the Christian belief. | ||
| And credit to Charlie Kirk that he actually seems to have changed his mind on some of these things and is actually willing to change his rhetoric when he's humiliated about how bad and dumb his rhetoric is. | ||
| So I want to go to this video. | ||
| This is clip number five. Basically what happened is that Elon Musk has single-handedly changed the entire media landscape, specifically when it comes to organizations like the ADL. Not just a few months ago, | ||
| the hashtag ban the ADL trend campaign had them freaking out and very upset and Elon Musk talking about suing them for organizing an advertiser boycott that they first were proud of and published their you know activities in but then denied that they ever did it and claimed that claiming that they did it was actually anti-semitism which is just a little confusing but not really when you understand how this works If you talk about it in a good way, | ||
| then it's good. If you talk about it in a bad way, then it's anti-Semitism and you're a hateful bigot. | ||
| And that's just the way things go. | ||
| So first there was the hashtag ban the ADL. Now there's hashtag Gaza genocide. | ||
| And the ADL, whose purpose is to disguise their activities under the claims of anti-Semitism and protecting Jewish people from defamation, when in reality their entire purpose in an Orwellian doublespeak sort of way is to defame the enemies of the geopolitical entity, | ||
| the state, the nation state of Israel, using and weaponizing claims of antisemitism in order to achieve goals in a geopolitical sense that have very little, if anything, to do with antisemitism. | ||
| And they've lost a lot of credibility recently and they're only losing more as they continue to attempt to silence critics of Israel who in some cases may very well be Radical Islamists. | ||
| But I think the number of those people is vastly outweighed by the number of people who just don't want to see an endless slaughter take place. | ||
| That are sick of seeing daily dozens and dozens and dozens of innocent people and children being killed by indiscriminate bombing of their open-air prison in Gaza. | ||
| And so the latest is that Elon Musk responded to a comment about the funding of anti-white rhetoric and agendas in places like college campuses by the likes of the ADL by saying, yeah, you're telling the truth here. | ||
| And I'm telling you, the Overton window has been shattered at this point. | ||
| And people are saying all sorts of things that were absolutely unthinkable a couple months ago. | ||
| Definitely a couple years ago. | ||
| So here we have Charlie Kirk making some statements that he never thought he'd make. | ||
| And he's actually right about this. | ||

| In fact, we have seen this with the recent retreat of Jewish donations that are no longer going to be administered to colleges, right? | ||

| Because yeah, you saw Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens making those same statements and just expressing the view that I think a lot of people had where for years we have been fighting against trying to speak out against the anti-white agenda on college campuses and finding no purchase, | ||
| no ability to Stem the relentless tide of anti-white hatred, explicitly bigoted, racist rhetoric and ideology. | ||
| That's not just anti-white, but like genocidally anti-white, right? | ||
| Your DNA is an abomination. | ||
| You know, you're born bad. | ||
| And all you have to do is search on Google. | ||
| Just search like ADL whiteness. | ||
| Just search that, and you can see the list of things that the ADL has claimed are hate speech, things like saying white lives matter, Things like saying it's okay to be white. | ||
| That's anti-Semitic, racist rhetoric, which is like saying it's okay to be the thing you are is bad, really. | ||
| And it's not even necessarily a bad thing that you've got Jewish donors that don't want their money going towards institutions that That seem to harbor a large population that's against the things that the Jewish donors believe or are. | ||
| I think that kind of makes sense. | ||
| I guess the thing that it makes me wonder is why the white donors are continuing to fund all of this. | ||
| Like, what is the setup where when Jewish donors see anti-Jewish rhetoric in universities, They immediately react. | ||
| They immediately respond. They immediately say, I've been giving you millions of dollars a year. | ||
| I'm cutting that off unless you bring this to heel. | ||
| Where were the white people to withdraw their donations when it wasn't just like protests going on? | ||
| Like a lot of what's happening on college campuses now are just groups of students who are getting together to express their support for Palestine. | ||
| And opposition to Israel. | ||
| But there's not a lot that's actually in the curriculum. | ||
| That's not the case with the anti-white stuff. | ||

| Instead, they cowered. Musk later tried to backtrack, suggesting without evidence that he's primarily talking about his advertising nemesis at the ADL, but he never removed the original reply. | ||

| Because of how wrong he is, I guess. | ||
| What does this say? Another firestorm against Jews calls for Musk to resign, social paid Hitler lover? | ||

| It is young and old. Numbers of young people who think the Hamas massacre was justified is shockingly and terrifyingly high. | ||
| So we really have a TikTok problem, a Gen Z problem, and our community needs to put energy to this like fast, he continued. | ||
| You know, yesterday there was a Twitter spaces with Keith Woods and Syrian Girl and Lucas Gage and Nick Fuentes and Sam Parker and a number of other people. | ||
| It was sort of organizing and strategizing as to how to best continue the exposure of groups like the ADL and to take advantage of the position that Israel themselves have put themselves in by carrying out a relentless bombing campaign against unarmed citizens. | ||

| And have come to the conclusion that there's no benefit to it. | ||
| They're not on the right side of history. | ||
| It's not good or right or appropriate what's going on. | ||
| And so now they're freaking out about it. | ||
| And so while I think it's good to strategize as to how to wage the information war... | ||
| On this front and use the opportunity opened up here to prevent America being suckered into another war in the Middle East to prevent America from committing the same atrocities that it's committed over the last 30 years. | ||
| This is a real golden opportunity for people who love peace and love America and don't want to see America beholden to some foreign genocidal power. | ||
| And to actually prioritize America first, this is a good opportunity. | ||
| But I'm also interested in the strategizing of the ADL. I just want to know, if you're the ADL right now, what are you planning on doing? | ||
| If you're the ADL and you're sitting here and you're realizing that the people that support you is getting smaller and smaller, the portion, they're older, they're not influential, they're Largely just the people that you pay and get into office. | ||
| And that's the real shocking part is that you've got 38% of Americans supporting America's support of Israel and 100% of the American government. | ||

| Then you have the squad who's not supporting it. | ||

| Many of them are saying that reading the letters opened their eyes and they'll never see geopolitical matters the same again. | ||
| Which again, this is the problem. | ||
| The way they saw geopolitical matters before was like it was a Marvel movie. | ||
| The way that they previously saw geopolitics was Ukraine good, Russia bad. | ||
| Israel good, Palestine bad. | ||

| But a lot of the interesting developments right now are happening in the diplomatic sphere. | ||
| and various countries withdrawing support for Israel or doubling down on it and the reaction from other states. | ||
| Like this is where the real changes have taken place over the last 24 hours. | ||
| After weeks of Israeli bombardment of Gaza and ongoing ground invasion, the unwavering support for the state amongst its Western allies, many remain firm, but cracks are beginning to emerge. | ||
| The U.S., U.K., and Germany may still fully support Israel's actions in Gaza despite the large civilian death toll. | ||
| But elsewhere, attitudes have changed. | ||
| French President Emmanuel Macron, for example, has floated the benefits of a ceasefire while Canadian leader Justin Trudeau has called on Israel to, quote, stop killing babies, which makes him an anti-Semite, of course. | ||
| you This week, Belize suspended diplomatic relations with Israel, joining Bolivia and several other Latin American countries that have recalled their ambassadors to the country. | ||
| Outside of Latin America, Turkey, Jordan, Chad, and Bahrain have all reportedly withdrawn their ambassadors. | ||
| Additionally, South Africa's ruling African National Congress said on Thursday it would back a motion to close the Israeli embassy in the country. | ||
| While these moves are significant, human rights activist Amir Makoul says that the power these countries hold is limited. | ||
| Nevertheless, fissures among Israel's strongest backers are starting to show. | ||
| And yes, most of this is in direct opposition to the prevailing public sentiment of these countries. | ||
| And again, there's a lot of weird back and forth where they're like... | ||
| The last thing we want is Hezbollah to be involved, but also we're going to be attacking Hezbollah next. | ||
| And Iran better not poke their nose in, but also we will be attacking Iranian assets in Syria. | ||
| And it's like, okay, do you not want them to be involved? | ||
| Because what you're doing is getting them involved. | ||
| Al-Shifa Hospital was raided by Israel, and it's also not been going particularly well for them there. | ||
| The hospital was raided by Israeli troops two days ago, and bulldozers have since raised sections of the complex. | ||
| They took a number of bodies from inside the hospital complex. | ||
| Most intensive care patients who are on ventilators have now died due to lack of oxygen and fuel. | ||
| A large number of premature babies have died due to the Israeli siege on the hospital. | ||
| Children are suffering from severe intestinal infections due to lack of clean water. | ||
| Israeli forces stormed two buildings in the complex with tanks and snipers that are still present in the vicinity. | ||
| And many of the people they arrested have basically disappeared to Israeli bodies. | ||
| Prison camps that have no oversight or human rights involved. | ||
| And interestingly, the BBC was given access to the hospital. | ||
| And I'm telling you, it's just... | ||
| I mentioned this a little bit yesterday. | ||
| If there's one takeaway I hope that you get from any topic that I discuss, and this isn't a conscious thing, I sort of realized this after the fact, because we had a guest, Devin Tracy, and we were talking about black crime, the amount and the way black crime is dealt with in the mainstream media, and Then of course I'm talking about Israel a lot and the way that Israel is bemoaning their lack of support around the world. | ||
| And it's just all about personal responsibility. | ||
| On the individual level and in the nation state level. | ||
| The reason that people don't trust Israel is because they keep lying about everything. | ||
| And just like the mainstream media does, and has done for the last several years, they'll decry and bemoan and wail about how nobody trusts them anymore, but they never acknowledge that's because they keep lying about everything. | ||
| In Israel, whether it's the 40 decapitated babies or the mass rapes or the character of the attack that Hamas carried out, who killed all of the citizens when it's been revealed now that the hostages themselves say actually it was the IDF that killed all of the people in the kibbutz or it was the IDF that airstruck this area and killed all these people, including babies, or it was Apache helicopters from the IDF that were indiscriminately firing on the crowd at the music festival. | ||
| And the latest I've heard is something like 80% of the civilians that died on October 7th were killed, in fact, by the IDF, who I guess have the same policy that they have for Palestinians in Gaza as they do for Israelis in Israel, which is you're being used as a human shield and are therefore a valid target for elimination. | ||
| It's called the Hannibal Doctrine. | ||
| And so they want to be mad that they're not trusted, but they won't stop lying. | ||
| Just like you have people in this country who refuse to acknowledge that black people are adult human beings that are responsible for their own actions. | ||
| They want to act like they're somehow victims of a society that's forcing them to be criminals. | ||
| It's like, no, just take responsibility. | ||
| Just understand that you're responsible for your behavior and people's reaction to your behavior It doesn't just come out of nowhere. | ||
| It's just all about personal responsibility for me. | ||
| And when it comes to Israel, they just keep lying so nobody believes them about anything. | ||
| And they keep posting things that they claim as proof of something and then removing the video after it's disproven and saying you're an anti-Semite for pointing out the lies. | ||

| And there's no need for it. | ||
| There's no need to lie about this stuff. | ||
| The attack from Hamas was bad. | ||
| Why muddle it? | ||
| Why confuse it? | ||

| If it was bad, just say what happened that was bad. | ||

| So the BBC was allowed into the hospital, and they actually did a segment where they show a video by the IDF and point out how the whole thing was fake. | ||

| This is the BBC, for God's sake. | ||
| And they're like shocked at how dishonest the IDF and Israeli media is in their presentation of this hospital as some sort of Hamas command center, which they're not even saying anymore. | ||
| That was the excuse. Well, it's a Hamas command center, so of course we're going to bomb the hospital and kill all the babies in the incubators. | ||
| And now that they've got access, there is no command center, but they're pointing to like a couple guns on the ground and saying, see, this is why we had to do it. | ||
| And it turns out the guns weren't even there before they got there. | ||
| Hmm, interesting. Let's go now to clip number 11. | ||
| Here's the BBC destroying their narrative about the Al Shifa hospital. | ||

Let's watch. Israel described the Al Shifa hospital as the main headquarters for Hamas' terrorist activity. | |
| This IDF animation posted in late October claims to represent a Hamas tunnel system underneath the hospital. | ||
| But having been inside al-Shifa since early Wednesday, Israel's yet to produce evidence of the tunnels. | ||
| It has allowed the BBC and Fox News to film at the hospital, though only locations of Israel's choice. | ||
| This is what they found. Israel also released its own seven-minute video, which BBC Verify has analysed. | ||
| A watch visible in that video suggests it was filmed a few hours before the BBC arrived. | ||
| And this IDF video was posted, then deleted, then reposted, this time without a section referring to an Israeli soldier who'd been held hostage. | ||
| I don't know when this was used the last time. | ||
| Also in the video, we see a room with an MRI machine. | ||
| And if you zoom in and we get some light over here, what you'll be able to see is military equipment. | ||
| The BBC was shown the same room. | ||
| And what we see in the two videos doesn't precisely match. | ||
| For example, there's one gun in the IDF video, two by the time of the BBC footage. | ||
| Israel has told BBC Verify this is because more weaponry and terrorist assets were discovered throughout the day. | ||
| And as always, an AK-47... | ||
| Israel also says its video is a single shot with no edits. | ||
| But this appears to be an edit. | ||
| We don't know the reasons for that edit, nor how significant it is. | ||
| The IDF, though, says suggestions it's manipulating the media are incorrect. | ||
| The IDF video also shows military equipment in other locations, though we can't verify how it came to be there. | ||
| And what we see in this IDF video doesn't equate to Israel's description of Al Shifa as an operational command center for Hamas. | ||
| The US is using a different phrase, saying Al Shifa was used as a command and control node. | ||
| That implies a much smaller facility. | ||
| Israel is adamant this hospital was a command center, but for now at least, it's either not found supporting evidence, or it's not sharing it. | ||

| The BBC... I mean, the most damning thing in that whole video to me was the fact that when the IDF showed the room with the MRI, by the way, the MRI machine, which is a giant magnet where any piece of metal inside the room would be... | ||
| Anyway, they go, well, there was one gun when the IDF was there, but when the BBC showed up, there were two guns, and the IDF was like, oh, yeah, we found another gun somewhere else and brought it in here. | ||
